    The hotel itself was good. We had to pay a $100 deposit for a $100 room. Breakfast was not offered until 6:30, which was not early enough for us to leave for airport.

    I arrived at counter, and asked him nicely to check my reservation. Without even looking my name and reservation info, He replied comeback at 3 pm. No hi no Good Afternoon nothing. I asked him to check in the system, He said No for early check in, we charge extra $30.00. Check in time is 3 pm. I came at 2:30 pm. But he refused to check the system. While we were talking another guy came in to conversation. Do not know, he was manager or the owner. Start threatening me, that he will cancel my reservation. I replied don't threat me. He is loud and shouting on me. Again doesn't want to check. My son said dad just wait for half an hour. I said ok we set and waited. The other man who came in middle told the guy at reception to give me Room 213. I didn't know, what's that mean or what he was referring too. I got my room keys. Came in. There was no Microwave, No Refrigerator, TV wasn't working and AC wasn't cooling enough. I didn't said nothing. My wife went to washroom and called me complaining about toilet bowl wasn't tight and as soon as you sit , It moves. I was so tired, I told her less forget it and we will deal with it after. We need to go and attend wedding. We came back late night. AC wasn't cooling at all and was very hot. I called no answer. We just turned the Fan on high and slept. Couldn't sleep all night.     Not as big as the pictures made it look, trash bins were extremely full. Door in the back at the end had no handle on the door. Ceiling was covered in plastics and taped off. Elevators need to be updated made all types of noises and odd movements as it was going up. The inside of the rooms looked nice nothing like the outside or the hallways.

    The front staff are very slow. The general vibe is just, meh. The bfast? TRASH. To even call it bfast is rather insulting to bfast all around the world. The only saving grace was the cafe across the street. That cafe was a genuine hidden gem. It’s expensive yes, but you get what you pay for and their prices were big but so were their portions.

    The parking lot did not feel safe, and the overall atmosphere around the hotel was uncomfortable. There were a lot of people constantly going in and out of the rooms, which created a noisy environment throughout the stay. The breakfast was also not as expected and lacked quality and variety. For a hotel that advertises complimentary breakfast, it was underwhelming. Unfortunately, this experience changed my opinion about Baymont hotels. This will probably be my last option when looking for a place to stay in the future.

    Definitely not up to standard. This place should not have been more than $80 a night. Stains on the walls. Bathroom tub had rott in the corners. the carpet or something in the room smelled like pee. would not recommend.

    The “all you can eat breakfast “was very disappointing unless you like oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. The coffee bar along with everything else was the bare minimum. They didn’t even have fake scrambled eggs just hard boiled eggs. My room had no microwave or refrigerator. As far as cleanliness goes again, they must’ve dated the bare minimum to consider it to be cleaned from the last people. I probably left the room cleaner than when I got there. The second day I called the front desk to have housekeeping do turn out Service (what housekeeping does for new guests before they get their room key) and I asked them to just vacuum the floors and change out/replace the towels, Kleenex,Tp, etc.. while I was away at work and when I got back at 3am nothing was done. They never even came in my room, but they were there right at 11am when it came to check out time to get me out of there. I would not recommend this hotel unless they come down on their price or get their act together.

    1st room toilet didnt flush, no refrig, micro. 2nd room had no heat, called for extra blankets, they said they'd check and get back to us,no response. We slept in jeans, jackets and hats. Could not shower as room too cold to undress. Breakfast rather old foods, and cold. Young adults partying, running, screaming in halls. Scarey adventure. Mgmt didn't speak clear English, looked confused when asked them questions

    The front desk staff were very nice & helpful. They should be paid more. The property is old and worn. The outside doors do not lock -- anyone could walk in and up the stairs. Room was clean. Main reason to stay here is to park and leave your car while you uber to O'Hare. It's much cheaper to leave a car long term using Spot Hero than it is to park anywhere else near the airport.

    Terrible experience. Room was outdated. No mini fridge. Bathroom vent didn’t work and who knows what the black stuff that was in it is. Poor spackled drywall repairs. No hook for your towel. Very poor amenities. Breakfast was very poor.Toast cold coffee only cold English muffins toast cereal head boiled eggs and about that. DO NOT recommend this place.

    There were ants, flies and other pest in my room. The internet service was terrible. I had to leave my room to go to the lobby to get internet. The front desk asked for $100 upon checkin and I never received it at checked out. I checked out early due to my experienced and never got my refund. I am seeking legal action because they stole my Deposit, I was treated like an animal when I made complaints and I have evidence to support my claims. I contacted hotels.com to get a refund they referred me to the hotel property manager, when I asked the front desk to speak with the property manager they gave me many stories as to why I can’t have a meeting with him. Well hopefully my lawyer will help me resolve this issue. Worst experience ever!

    For a Baymont, this hotel was awful - absolutely awful. The parking lot, lobby, hallways, rooms - dirty, smelled - it was disgusting and a shocking experience to subject my kids to. No security to access the workout facility (which was a pathetic excuse for a workout facility...) No towels, water, wipes, etc. So dirty. I've stayed in a number of Baymont's and saying this one was a disappointment is a tremendous understatement! Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this property.

    The room appeared clean, until I felt something under the fitted sheet and found a vape that was left there. and we also found a pair of socks on the floor. There was no microwave or coffee pot. The breakfast was fine, but on Sunday apparently there was one person manning the desk and restocking the buffet so quite a few items were out for a while, and the coffee was lukewarm. The hallways smelled like weed, and there were clearly many many truck drivers or something there. It appeared that they contracted with trucking companies for their drivers to stay there. Also, 290 is right next to the parking lot, so when the air/heat kicks off you definitely hear it.

    The location of the hotel was convenient, being next to a gas station and convenience store. The facility is a bit aged and in need of repair. The room was clean. Check-in took terribly long, the receptionist was very, very slow. My key card was dysfunctional so I had to visit the front desk almost everyday to fix it. The breakfast was very basic and shouldn't be deacribed as "hot breakfast" on advertising. Overall, I don't feel it is worth the price.

    10 day stay for business. Had to pay more for a room with microwave and fridge. Parking lot was always full with very little parking foe hotel guests. Owners ran a parking serbice for airpoert users that took up most of the parking. My bed frame was wired together with a coat hanger and collapsed my second night. I removed it fornthe rest of my stay and it was not replaced. Not enough outlets to run microwave and fridge at same time. Staff did nothing about my requests to take care of problems. Breakfasts were very simple with warm sausages provided that need to be heated in a microwave.

    Not so good: my room was an "accessable" room (hence the grab bars), but it was located ar the very far end of the building from the front desk. The clerk told me they had just finished working on the room, which I took to mean it had just been cleaned. I now think he meant it had just been remodeled to an accessable room. I say this because the room had no refrigerator, microwave, clock or coffee maker. Perhaps you don't normally provide them, but those amenities are almost always a given. All in all, it wasn't a BAD visit, but it could have been better.

    Hotel was overall terrible. Offer wifi, cant get connected. Had a refrigerator that didnt work. Front desk customer service was awful and rude. We called to ask about the TV and internet and refrigerator and was told " we put in an upgraded room with a refrigerator you should be greatful" . How grateful if it does not work. Told they were going to boost the internet. Im not stupid. There is no such thing. Air channels on tv wete blurry and aweful. Could not get a clear picture. Rooms had different TV system, i had a TCL ROKU TV , and my friend had a Spectre , two different tv systems picture horrible on both.Breakfast was not ready on time only had coffee and hot water no juice machines worked. I got a hard boiled egg and some coffee i was there for a tourney. No hot food available at the time they said breakfast would be ready.Hotel offerd free breakfast not complimentary breakfast, i wouldd have liked to have a pastry or some thing. Hotel seems to have a lot of day laborers living there , lots of smoking and hanging about the building. AC kept going off, finally had to turn it down to 61 degrees to keep it runni g and keep the room cool, but also freeze ourselves out. Over stay was very disappointing

    When we arrived at O’Hare, there was NO SHUTTLE. They told us to take an Uber—are you kidding me?! That completely defeated the entire point of booking this hotel. I paid extra for the convenience of a shuttle so we could avoid expensive rides and use public transportation. Instead, we were stuck in the hotel the entire trip. The Ubers were $30 to $100 each way. We felt trapped. This hotel completely screwed up our plans and they didn’t care until I complained for days. Only then did they reimburse one shuttle ride. ONE. A shuttle magically appeared when it was time to leave—how convenient. I will NEVER stay here again and I will NEVER book through Hotels.com again. I feel scammed, lied to, and disrespected. If you’re looking for an airport hotel with a reliable shuttle—STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

    I just couldn't believe I was spending over $120 a night for this place. The bed was okay, which was the main reason I was there. A place to sleep for a quick two-night work trip. It seemed incredibly understaffed. The breakfast which they advertise on the billboard and on the add was the worst hotel breakfast ever. Random hot meats with english muffins and frozen waffles in a fridge. Barely any fruit. It looked like a new team had just taken over an older hotel. When I went to tie my shoes I could see crumbs and wrappers from past guests which is inexcusable. The shampoo and conditioner were clearly not checked or refilled. It was just, bad, for the money. This place for $40-80 a night and I don't write this review.

    Budget stay. Rooms were decent, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Very old property in need of an update. Many breakfast amenities were unavailable or out of order. Nice free airport shuttle. No restaurants close by.

    This is the first negative review I’ve ever left. Although, I feel as if these critiques are necessary to mention. There was a small blood trail in our room. On the chair, on the bathroom counter, sink handles, and mirror. There was also ash on the counter, that appeared to have fallen off a cigarette. There were also boogers on the sheets. The Hotel was obviously busy because the parking lot was full and we had to park in a parking lot of another business. I knew that asking to move rooms or switching Hotels would not be worth it. So I just removed the top sheet, cleaned up the mess, and moved on with my stay. Although I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you do, bring cleaning wipes, your own blanket, and pillow. P.S. There was mold in the microwave, no food at breakfast, and the fitted sheet on the bed did not fit.

    They required a 10 deposit at time of check-in, which was not noted when booked. Air unit did not work, there was no breakfast service everything was down for service. Worst stay I have ever had.

    Uber from airport will cost about $34. No, shuttle after 11pm. Breakfast is muffin, bagel, and coffee. Old building. Walkable to convenient store/gas station. Slept well, but not the vibes of a modern hotel.

    Average stay, deposit was kinda of high at $100. Crazy it takes 3 business days to refund. Should do airport shuttle runs more often to airport. Building and elevator needs updating. Good for the cost.

    Breakfast is bad and all was junk. Eggs and waffles made me sick. The doors they do not latch. You hear other people in your bedroom. Staff are not friendly and they watch everyone. I noticed that they have secret cameras in the room.

    Place was a dump. Photos may have been accurate 15 years ago. They didnt even have cable, it was just 5 channels. Place was filthy and the front desk was unfriendly and unaccommodating.

    Pictures online are miss leading. I like the security, breakfast was ok, the rooms were clean and nice. The hallway had a odor that I didn't like. The Hotel was conveniently located. The staff was really nice and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

    Disgustingly unclean. The sheets had stains and obviously hadn’t been washed since the previous person staying in the room. I found a bed bug on the pillow on the bed. I showed the woman at the front desk pictures of the stains and of the bed bugs from the bed. She did not seem surprised and didn’t even bother offering an apology. Just that I had to call back later in the day to speak with a manager about getting a refund. And even then, I didn’t get to speak with a manager. Just a different front desk woman who said they would only refund me for two of the three nights. What a horrible experience.

    We had a package delivered to us in which the staff had received delivery. Simple ask was to change delivery address to our home which was not in IL, they promptly declined and our package of value over $500 was stolen:/ pretty trashy!! Will never stay here again!

    It was a simple place to stay for a low price, can't beat that when you are travelling on a budget. It wasn't complicated at all to book, staff was very responsive to phone calls, quick check in and out. Overall, no complaints and great place.

    Hotel it's self smell bad and room had a bad smell. The room that was giving to my friends and i was like going into HELL because it was so hot. Even after me being in there with the AC being turned on. Had to switch rooms. Outside is so gross and fested with rats, skunks, and rabbits. I swear it was a walking into the most dirty petting zoo for the homeless. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK AGAIN WITH THIS GARBAGE HOTEL AGAIN. IM GONNA BE SUPER NICE AND SAY IF ANYONE BOOK AT THIS HOTEL YOU ARE GONNA FEEL SO DIRTY AFTER YOU CHECK OUT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT WAS A LAST MIN THING FOR US TO MAKE THIS BIGGEST MISTAKE!

    Started not to good with charging my card for $100 instead of just taking the number. One elevator that barely fits 2 people. Hallways and lobby were really warm. Room ok but had like a window AC. Breakfast was terrible! Coffee was like mud and old and no eggs. We went across the street for breakfast. Will not be back!
