    I was there 45 minutes after the official check-in hours closed and I waited nearly 5 minutes for somebody to answer the phone and let me in The vinyl floors were dirty and the shower head hadn’t been cleaned probably since it was installed and the air vents were disgusting because they were packed with dust. The bed was uncomfortable and some of the lights in the room didn’t work either. The property overall had an odd smell about it as well, not like cigarette smoke, just stale. Pictures from the website and the Internet are extremely deceiving!

    The staff aren't on one accord, depending on the day and person you will get different answers about laundry services, cleaning the rooms, extending your stay etc...the room had an ant infestation. They literally drop from the ceiling onto you, they get in your food, crawl on you while you're trying to relax. The staff was told, but the issue was never addressed. The bed, terrible, my back and hips still hurt, I would have been better off sleeping on the floor, if it wasn't for the ants. If possible stay somewhere else.

    The first room we had was dirty and we got a call from the front desk to see if we liked our room i told her it smells like stale ciagrettes and she offered us a new room immediately on the next floor up that was much brighter and better and clean. We appreciate the effort from staff! Probably would not stay here again though.

    After driving 4 hours I arrived to the hotel 2:30pm and enter to the hotel asking the receptionist if I can do the check in she just looked at me and said very rude "NO THE CHECK IN IS AT 3PM COME BACK LATER"so I told my children we have to stay in the car waiting 30mnts to do the check in and my Daughter told me she has to go to the bathroom so she went inside but the receptionist told my daughter WE DON'THAVE PUBLIC BATHROOM! At that time my daughter saw that the Receptionist did a CHEK IN to a person and give him the room keys so My daughter go back to the car told me that and I was surprised and I went back inside and told her Excuse me my daughter has to go to the bathroom and she said " I DON'T HAVE PUBLIC BATHROOM I READY TOLD YOUR DAUGHTER" and she was on her phone talking with somebody and I told her I have a reservation ready PAYED!! we are not random people my daughter needs to go and she said "I TOLD YOU AT 3PM" and I told her Can You explain me why you did a checkin to a man if you said you can't do it until 3pm? And the receptionist starts laughing and she doesn't stop talking with the person on her phone and she was saying if my daughter told me that then she was lying to me that she didn't give a key to nobody and I just went outside and the man was there I ask him and he told me yes He do the check in so THE RECEPTIONIST WAS THE BIG LIER!!! She needs to get fired!!!she is Racist and very rude person! Never coming back with that kind of customer servic😡😡

    There were roches in the bathroom. No kleenex, hand towels, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, window would close all of the way, neighbors were loud, something very loud like an industrial engine started.on the other side of our bed's wall at 2am and shook the bed for an hour. Floors were sticky dirty. We asked for more pillows (i need them for a back condition) and was told they did not have more than 2/bed. We asked.to switch.to another room so we'd have more beds/pillows and we were told they did have more rooms. Ultimately Expedia called and the manager told clerk to get some from another room. The place was stinky. The only thing this place has going for it is Kevin at the front desk.

    Comfort, location, and cleanliness. Also the front desk young man name Kevin I believe. He was very helpful, understanding, professional and kind. BARKING DOGS! I stayed next to a guest that had a dog and their dog barked constantly day and night and scratched at the door. It was extremely difficult to rest, relax, or sleep. I notified the front desk about the issue, and they contacted the guest, but the noise continued unchanged.

    check out is at 11 the staff came banging on my door at 10:20 and as i told them one minute because i didn’t have any clothes on he came busting thru the door like a weirdo. They also charged me an extra unauthorized $100 fee as soon as i left for no reason. Staff is rude and they’re scamming don’t come back! I’ll never be back or recommend it.

    Pet friendly and cheap daily rate for the area. Everything is extra money- changing linens, toilet paper, etc. AC works great, beds aren't bad, but rooms are more wiped down than cleaned. I went out and bought a few supplies to clean for my week stay. And bring shower shoes!

    I have stayed in plenty of hotels but this one was interesting. 1st my door was locked by the lock bar on top. Then noticed that the fan didnt work for the small kitchenet stove top. The mirror in the bathroom was rusty and hard water stains & the sink area was not cleaned properly. There was soap scum still on the counter, as if no one scrubbed it clean. Bc the fan wasnt working it made the room smell when we would cook the slightest thing, like ramen. We tried opening the window but was only able to open it about a 1/8" out. Which is understandable for safety reasons. The bed was hard and made our backs hurt. When we asked for extra towels and shampoo (which wasnt in the room per the new law) it was fine. Kevin was real nice and welcoming. After the first night we got a knock from housekeeping. Asking if we were staying or leaving. I was confused but told her we are staying. Then get a phone call that we arent allowed to stay another night cz its fully booked. I was confused cz we booked for 2 nights. I went to front desk & spoke to some lady who was rude. I tried showing her proof that i paid for 2 nights but she didnt want to look at my email but wanted to show me her monitor. It was annoying until finally i told her my name the 2nd time, she said "oh crap" & said sorry but yeah. Youre right. It was such a hassle and apologized for my temper. I dont think we will be staying here ever again.

    I tried to do an early check in as I’ve booked stays here several times. the girl at front desk was rude and wouldn’t hear me out. she told me she was canceling my stay so I booked a room somewhere else and was able to do the early check in. I would appreciate a refund. when I asked for her name she wouldn’t even provide me that much. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Nobody was at the window during check in at 3.30 in the afternoon. People were waiting in the lobby to check in. Someone was smoking right next to me in the other room. It’s cheaper than any other hotels, so i guess I should have not had too many expectations. Just would be nice to have a person at the window during normal business hours

    We stayed at Woodspring suites Father's day weekend for a bowling tournament which was very convenient because it was right around the corner. The only thing I really didn't care for was receiving a call asking for payment before we arrived to the property, the clerk stated that they were booked and would sale our reserved room if payment wasn't received by 12pm which is crazy because check in starts at 3pm per the property. We were confused and hoping it wasn't a scammed because we have NEVER gotten a call saying our reserved room would be sold if payment wasn't received by a certain time. So if this is the case then the reserve now and pay later option shouldn't be available at this property.

    The floors in both rooms were extremely sticky, there was dog treats in our pull out couch and the bathtub in one of the rooms had a very large clump if hair stuck to the floor of it, and both rooms smelled like very old mop water... it took me forever to get checked in because they couldnt find my reservations, after i was on and off the phone with the hotel and expedia because they were sold out of the room i had already paid for.... not sure how that happened if they were available when i paid for them..? But the staff was nice and gave us a free towel trade in..... 🙄 def wont be staying here again...

    2 stars are for the office guy and no roaches. Super chill dude. On the other hand the room has dirty sheets with other peoples hair on pillows and sheets.     This was the first time I stayed at WoodSpring suites n definitely the last. No complementary shampoo/conditioner and I was refused extra towels. Stayed there for two nights n we just wanted fresh clean towels. Our flights were delayed n checked In over the phone. When we finally got there, it was after hours n we had to wait a good 20 minutes until someone came down to let us in. I had to call a second time just to make sure that we weren’t forgotten. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

    Do not be fooled by the photos online. This hotel is neither new nor safe. When we called ahead, Jayla, the supposed manager, was rude and unprofessional. Upon arrival, there were no staff at the front desk at the 3 PM check-in time, and a long line of guests, all experiencing the same frustration. Despite booking in advance, we were told to come back later, as were others. Jayla showed no concern for guests and was not accommodating. Guests warned us it could take 2-3 hours for staff to respond to any issues. The card reader on certain doors didn’t work, forcing guests to prop doors open with rocks, creating a major security risk. The rooms lacked basic amenities like shampoo, body wash, and towels, showing how little care the hotel has for its guests. Despite a few positive reviews online about Jayla, they seem inaccurate. On a positive note, one receptionist with dreads was kind and helpful. Overall, this hotel needs better staff and a new management system. Do not bring your family or kids here.

    They didn’t have the correct room type for us, the floor was damp the entire visit, the towels had hairs in them, there was a fly in the room, no iron, the bed squeaked, most outlets did not work, only one pillow for two guests.

    I book this hotel a week and a half before my stay when I got there they told me that they sold my room to another Person that paid more than what I pay so they decide to sell my room to another person for that reason I was disappointed because I had two handicap parents, one on a wheelchair and the other one with the walker and since I didn’t have no room, I had to go around back-and-forth on a Uber to find another hotel where I end up paying three times more that what this people charge me, I talk to the manager and they didn’t care about that my advises Done book this hotel in advance they won’t take care of you if somebody comes in as a walk-in and pays more than what you book it for, they will not respect your reservation. they are verry rude And if you try to talk to the manager on the phone they will put you on hold for more than 30 minutes

    What was nice was the ability to cook. Cons the room was not properly cleaned, the bed was not comfortable, linens and towels were minimum. It seemed they very cheap and didn't to provide soap. People who stay longer causing trouble. Fighta and police on the premises to keep the peace.

    The only positive thing I can say is the laundry room was nice. Slot of strange people walking around at all hours day and night.the final night I was there some guy was beating his girlfriend in the parking lot. Police were called.loud music at various times during the night and early morning hours.if you can afford a little more money, you're better off spending it somewhere else.

    Staff is rude, my room didn’t have a couch, garbage bins, or even enough towels. I didn’t have soap or little shampoo bottles. It was quite possible the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The manager is unbelievably rude and talked to me like I was a child who was in trouble.

    I booked a reservation through Hotels.com and when i drove all the way over there....the office was closed and couldn't even check-in!!! And did not receive a refund...in fact both the hotel and Hotels.com refused to refund me because of policy!!! I will never stay there because of that and not to mention...the parking lot wasn't plowed, barely any lighting and looked very dirty

    The property seemed to be fairly new, however the rooms were not well kept. The first room smelled like cat urine. The bath was minimal setup. The second room was plain with no remote for the TV and there was what looked like cleaning solution that was spilled on the floor at the bath and dried up. The wasn't a shower curtain in the bath and not even a cup to rinse your mouth or get a drink. The bath had a wash cloth and a bath towel. I guess they don't use hand towels. At 10PM they leave the lobby closed. When i left at 7AM everything was locked down and a box was there to put the pass card. Never Again!!

    When I finally hit the 14 day limit and asked for the cleaning, they still did not do it the following day. made me wait another day . Why ? 16 days before a cleaning ? They hand out toilet paper like it's made of gold. have to go to office because they only give one roll at a time. Have to trade in towels if you want clean ones. The day I had to leave, they hassled me every 5 minutes after the 11:00am check out time, even though the place was empty and there was no need for pushing me. I stayed there 3 weeks but they couldn't give me an extra 40 minutes to move everything out ? This place is a joke with clowns for staff members. No ice machine. It took 3 days to get the service guy to address the remote not working - by that time I had already taken the one out of the gym to use in my room.

    You don't leave an extra roll of toilet paper? Who goes 14 days with one roll? Then you have to beg for another roll at the front office like it's made of gold ? They clowns attending the office are more interested in carrying on conversations with others, while we have to stand there and wait for them to finally get around to help us? My remote did not work the day i arrived, could not change a channel on the TV. Went to the office. They said "the guy will fix it as soon as he comes downstairs after his break". An hour later, I went into the exercise room and took the remote from there and left my piece of crap in the gym. Two days later, someone came in and left a new remote. TWO DAYS LATER ?? No ice machine. Only get 2 towels and two washcloths (they must be made of gold too!!) - asking for clean ones seems like a real sacrifice for the office staff. Basically, your hotel sucks big time. Worst 3 weeks stay of my life.

    I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANY TYPE OF BOOKINGS. Property is a complete mess. It took me 30 mins to initially check-in, just to come find the room smelling like cigarettes. Although its a non-smoking hotel. They gave me a second room but it was filthy, like the previous people had just left. They gave me a third room and it smelled like curry. All that took a total of 1.5 hrs. I just had to leave after that, thanks to expedia for looking for a different place for me.
