Location: The hotel was perfectly situated for our travel needs. Price: The rates were very competitive and aligned well with our budget. Shuttle Reliability: We pre-scheduled a shuttle to the airport, but it did not arrive on time. While the front desk insisted "all was good," the driver later informed us that our trip had never actually been put on the schedule. This caused unnecessary stress during our departure. Additionally, they did not help with loading our luggage in the back. Cleanliness/Odors: The entire shuttle smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was a very unpleasant environment for a commute to the airport especially with kids.

I made this reservation last minute but, found a hotel fast and reserved one of the empty rooms for us. Very clean property. It actually seems good when you walked in. Will stay again when needed.

Overall a great place to stay, very convenient location if you’re coming and going from the airport. My only concern is I booked throughout a 3rd party, and paid online, once I arrived I was charged again.

We had a very early flight and didn't have time to have breakfast at the facility. So, I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast. However, the room was very comfortable in every aspect: the bed, the HVAC that allowed us to set the temperature exactly as we liked. There was a little confusion when I checked in because the desk clerk didn't understand my name's spelling and couldn't at first find my reservation. The other very minor issue was that there wasn't any form of clock in my room.

This was an emergency booking and the whole experience was amazing. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, The whole hotel was very clean. Our room was fresh, well supplied and very pleasant. The parking is easy. I was very pleased with this stay. Thank you!

It was in a good location with the airport, restaurants, Maryville and Knoxville. The rooms were LARGE. Staff was very friendly. I actually liked the pillows. It was next to a 5G tower.

Stay was great! Was allowed to leave my vehicle at the hotel and they shuttled us to the airport!

The room was in disrepair. The HVAC was changed with one that was not compatible with the thermostat. The exhaust fan was a common exhaust fan that covers many rooms but didn’t function. The staff was very pleasant. 1 star quality room 5 star staff

The cleanliness of the room was below than what I expected. Bathroom floor was not clean...hair and footprints were apparent, plus bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Staff was great and the room was quite, but both mattresses were AWFUL.

The hotel was clean. The clock was broken couldn’t set it. The pool wasn’t open it was broken. No free breakfast which I thought it was. The Starbucks was so expensive you couldn’t afford it. So we went down the road to eat. Bad price for what we all had to experience. Other people was complaining also. Also the Wi-Fi was very hard to connect to. I can complain more but I think I said enough.

This property is very clean. Staff at check in and restaurant fantastic. The issue I have is that I left a dress in the closet and called the next day. I called twice. Apparently housekeeping said they couldn’t find it in the closet and I know distinctly I left it there. They have a lost and found and not there. There is no doubt whatsoever that I left it in the closet.

Convenient and clean.

My wife and I have stayed at Marriott brand hotels for 20+ years and probably over 100 times. We have always been impressed with the consistent quality of our stays. We call it "coming home." But this hotel did not deliver that experience. The check in person was cold and made my wife feel uncomfortable and the lobby smelled like a bathroom. The room was clean and modern and the bed was amazing (like all others). But the toilet seat was loose and almost falling off. And the shower had no conditioner (the reservoir was out). We were attending a wedding, so this was important to my wife. Our room was not cleaned when we came back the 2nd night. We mentioned it to the front desk as well as the maintenance issues. She said she would make a note of it. No apology or concern. When we came back for the 3rd night, our wet towels were still on the bathroom floor, no conditioner and the bed was untouched. I thought this might be an eco friendly new policy. But there was no signs or brochures to that effect. And the bathroom had instructions to leave the towels on the floor if we wanted new ones or hang them if we wanted to reuse them.

Perfect place to stay to catch an early flight in the morning

I booked this hotel because of it’s proximity to Tyson McGee airport for an early morning flight. Found out at registration that the free shuttle doesn’t begin running until 7:00 am. The clerk did give me a number to a service and we made the flight on time. I noticed the hotel next door running their shuttle as we waited on our driver. I will stay at that hotel next time I have an early flight.

The step in shower was great until I opened the door to take a shower and saw only one bar; the shower needs at least three bars!!!! The toilet was a joke...the toilet was not higher and there were NO bars. It was not funny trying to get up. I needed help each time I needed the toilet.

My wife wasn't feeling good. He made a point of asking about her, every time i walked by. His Professionalism and Courtesy are hard to find in this day and time. He diiently is a true ASSET to your company.

Pool unavailable at stay, no shuttles operating for time needed. Still paid full price for the stay. I won’t be staying there again

Wonderful property and wonderful people

Check-in time was stated as 3pm, but when we asked if we could check in 15 mins or so early, we were asked to wait about 20 mins. Not a big deal, but we actually waited until about 3:30. It doesn't sound like a lot, but we were exhausted after 17 hours in the car. We were understanding about it, but still frustrating. The toilet was very unbalanced in our room, but it worked. Overall, it was clean and felt safe. The airport is close, but wasn't loud other than one or two planes, so it didn't bother me. The front desk staff generally greeted us as we went in and out during our stay. I waited at the bar for about five minutes on Saturday night during open hours and nobody was attending the open bar area, so I didn't stay.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was so quiet. It felt as if we were the only ones there. The room was clean and roomy. I couldn't get YouTube to work because of an internet issue on t.c. We had cable so it was fine.

It is a great hotel! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. The young lady was working breakfast by herself. She had to take breakfast orders, make Starbucks coffee, and cook the food. Not to mention, during the weekend rush! I felt sooooo bad for her! But, other than that it was a great stay!

A pleasurable place to stay in.

Check in was made easy, I had booked in my name, my parents arrived prior than me. I simply called and they easily accommodated them to check in. Also my parents have a hard time walking, so it was nice they gave us a room near the elevator.

However, when we tried to get breakfast, hotel staff said breakfast is free for 1 only. When I contacted Expedia, the agent told me breakfast for 1 is correct, but it’s nowhere to be found in our itinerary that breakfast is free for 1 only. We would have added another if we’d known this information. Expedia needs to be transparent with all the details so customers can plan their trips better.

The bathroom in the room had a lot to be desired. The tile grout on both the floor and shower is really dirty. Definitely far below what I expect from Marriott.

We like the location to the airport. The thermostat evidently wasn’t working properly, because we were too warm. It was set on 69, but the room was 75. We finally had to turn the air on so that we could sleep!

Very nice place, the room very spacious, and clean.

The only negative thing was that the bathroom appeared it was maybe not yet cleaned. There were dirty towels in the shower as well as hanging on the shower curtain. Brown residue all on the bottom of the bathtub and both the sink and bathtub stopper were broken off. The wall paper was ripping from the wall and water was getting underneath by the shower head.

Rooms were clean and the staff were courteous. I will definitely recommend it to friend and family members.

I was not as impressed with this hotel as I normally am with Marriott… The staff was not very friendly or accommodating, we needed towels, and it took several hours to get towels, the pool is extremely small. Therefore, the children did not want to swim in the pool. The staff was not very friendly at all, but the actual hotel room was very nice and the outside of the hotel was very nice.

The property was conveniently located close to the airport. Very pleasant reception area, cafe and lounge. The rooms were clean and felt very modern. The receptionist was not very friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay there again in the future.

Conveniently located to the airport

I was heartbroken with our trip… I worked at this property 5 years ago for 2 years. I LOVED this hotel. I felt safe and comfortable staying here with my 9 month old daughter and chose to stay for the quality of the food in the bistro and just the quality of the property itself. I have never been so let down by anything more in my life. The food in the bistro was not good in any way. The steel cut oatmeal came out looking like a bowl of dry over cooked instant oatmeal, and the French toast wasn’t even in Texas toast and was BURNT. The mini fridge didn’t work and the coffee maker in the room was missing the cover for the water area. The pool was well maintained but was not heated or warm in ANYWAY. Our room was very clean but our check in experience was less than inviting. As someone who has worked in hospitality for 7 years I know that days can be hard but we didn’t feel welcomed. Overall our experience was disappointing.

Close to airport

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of my room: dirty light fixture in bathroom, extensive cobwebs in corner near TV, exhaust vent in bathroom caked with dust, and heating/cooling unit brimming with dust out the vents. The bedside lamp that was supposed to be built into the headboard was missing (open holes for wiring and screws) and the light over the microwave was out. The lamp that was awkwardly placed behind the couch created about a random one foot gap and made the small room feel even smaller. My window looks out on a roof and a dumpster. Warning on the room door says to keep the window closed and locked which doesn't make me feel super safe... to top it all off the walls are paper thin -- just heard the person in the room next to me burp after brushing their teeth.

We were on the 3rd floor at the far end. The water was luke warm at best, so to take a nice shower one had better move quickly. No restaurant to speak of, and the food that they did serve there was way over priced. Finally, location is too close to the main highway to the airport. If one wants a good nights sleep forget about it. If you need quick access to the airport, then you might be in luck, although trying to make a left hand turn off the property is next to impossible.

Easily the best place to stay around the alcoa/Maryville area and very reasonable rates. Love the fire pit outside and the outdoor sauna. The service is above and beyond than most expensive and high end hotels I've been in.

The hotel although old (as seen in the bathroom) was beautiful in many areas such as the lobby. My disappointments arose through many expected happenings as a Marriott club member and paying guest. A four night stay is costly when on vacation as a retiree. Initially I was not recognized as a club member until I requested it even though it was on the reservation. Through many stays at various Marriott hotels I have enjoyed a welcoming gift, daily room cleaning if requested (received only once during our stay) and no need to inform the front desk of no body wash, no coffee or accompanying cups or creamer more than one time or clean towels. Trivial to some but not to me when going to the lobby at 7:00 AM after just awakening. I will not return to this hotel next year for my yearly Knoxville visit.

While showering you stood in water because the shower did not drain properly An employee working at the restaurant was vaping regardless of No Smoking signs in the building. Felt like a cheap Super 8 motel and not a Marriott. It looked fine on first appearance but had major issues. Marriott would not deal with a refund since I booked through Expedia. They would offer 10,000 Marriott points to try them again. A room is 41,500 points a night. What a joke. Not worth the money. Very disappointing.

Stayed two nights, all was good.. second day no housekeeping came to the room, we needed more TP and Kleenex, always thought they at least did a room check if you stayed two nights..

The check in clerk the night before was nice to call a 6am cab. Next morning the cab did not arrive and could not be reached. Desk clerk was empathetic but could not leave her post to drive shuttle. I ended up walking with my luggage, skis, and backpack across the road. Was barely there for flight. Be nice if shuttle was starting at 6am.

Although we were across from the airport, we didn't hear airplane noise in our room at all. There was a hot tub outdoors and a pool indoors that I wish I had found the time to use. The hotel was easy to find and was a short 18 min drive to Downtown Knoxville. I would stay there again. Pro tip: I paid for breakfast when booking through Expedia. Every morning, it was a wonderful and delicious choice of one food and beverage item to choose from: French toast, breakfast burritos, egg, bacon, cheese sandwich with avocado on brioche bun, avocado toast with fresh fruit. We could choose a bottled or Starbucks drink too. Definitely worth prepaying $8 a person because it would have cost double if bought al a carte on site. The bathroom in 205 could use a few touches. Wallpaper and a tile in the floor were lifting. I'd like the option to have the non- carpet flooring bc I don't like carpet.
