    The check in was quick and trouble free and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and well maintained although the hot water didn’t work in the shower. Breakfast was ample and self serve. The airport shuttle was prompt and a great bonus.

    Shuttle service from airport. Had to depart early. Coffee in lobby was lukewarm at best. This was prior to breakfast hours, but most places with 27/7 coffee ensure the urn don’t run dry and are kept hot. Very clean and would use again.

    They would NOT LET US STAY! They refused to take any credit cards whatsoever unless it were a Discover or American Express or one other one. So therefore no one was able to stay and he said that there would be no charge. But this is after we had a confirmation with using a visa, but they still wouldn’t let us use Visa or Mastercard to pay and that’s all I have. The staff

    This hotel is very old. The bathroom is gross, and having carpet in an animal friendly hotel is disgusting. My kid was walking around the room with no shoes on and her feet were black. She had to take a shower, and we all wore our shoes for the rest of our stay. So we couldn’t get comfortable. The bed are obviously very old, so definitely dont want to know what growing on those. Won’t stay here again.

    We were up too early for breakfast, so don’t know about that, but all else was great. The airport shuttle was used twice and both drivers were prompt and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk Monday night was super helpful and patient. Our group had 3 rooms and we all would stay again when needing Knoxville airport.

    The floors in the room were not clean. Normally I wouldn't care bc it wasn't gross. I called down and asked if someone could mop bc we had an 18 month old who runs around playing on the floor. They said yes and an hour later we didn't hear anything. Then we called down and asked if we could mop it ourselves and were told no bc an employee would be using the only mop to clean lobby until 9 pm. They ran out of clean towels so we had less towels than people. Breakfast was ok. Ultimately this hotel did not live up to the other La Quinta we have stayed at. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either.

    Room was clean but soap for bathroom sink was empty. Men’s room in lobby needed paper towels which didn’t get refilled while I was there. Breakfast was decent, and the shuttle to the airport was fast and courteous. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Location wasn’t bad but this hotel is off a major highway, and Knoxville didn’t put much thoughts into infrastructure where roads are concerned. Getting in and out was a challenge because of unregulated traffic.

    Stayed here before and I think stayed in the same room because we had the same issues. Shower faucet is set backwards- and has a constant drip. Room temperature does not stay consistent- says 62 but stops at 67. Last day, the gym’s a/c system was set to heat and wasn’t able to change and elevators were down. Not sure if/how they could be connected. Also, didn’t notice it the last couple of time we stayed here but within walking distance is a motel that has some shady transactions going down.

    Upon arrival, there was just a sign at the desk, which was unmanned, saying someone would be back after helping another customer. We waited a while for the gentleman to return. That's fine, he was helping someone. When he checked us in, we found out the elevator was broken...no big deal...but then we were put on the 3rd floor and needed to carry everything up the stairs. Again, not a huge deal, but the place was definitely not too full, so why not just offer people something on the first or even the second floor so they don't have to carry everything? Maybe they wouldn't have the same bedding configuration or whatever, but it would have been nice to make the offer. In any case, everything else was decent. Our room was clean, there was a mini refrigerator to use, which was helpful, all of the basics were supplied (like towels, the hair dryer, toiletries, etc.). A shuttle was available but I did not need it. But definitely a plus. Overall, what was offered was great for the price, and the elevator situation was most likely just a very temporary thing.

    Elevator broken, had to haul all our luggage up the floors. Pool is not very nice either, very small. Our room was alright but the bathtub was dirty around the drain and caused floaties trying to bath. Our window just faced another hotel rooms window and no view so we had to keep our curtains closed. I will say, staff was very friendly.

    Although a very nice stay the location although convenient is off a major road with no lights. Taking a turn into traffic to the left to get back to the hotel when coming back from Dollywood was nerve wracking and up to a 10 minutes wait for a break in traffic before turning left. Turning right was also dangerous and required waiting for several minutes

    The elevator was broken. When we were told it was broken seemed like it had been broken for awhile. Our room was changed to the first floor as we didn’t want to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Our room was at the end of the building beside a very busy highway. We had loud traffic noise all night long. When we asked for recommendations for dinner we were told there was really nothing good in the area and had no suggestions. The room was clean. Breakfast was very basic.

    Clean, convenient, great price. Great little free breakfast from 6:39 to 9:30. Remember to call the hotel when your flight arrives to get them to send the shuttle. Bed was comfy! But the elevators were broken so I had to lug my suitcase up two flights of stairs. The room’s drapes are fake so the bright parking lot floodlight shone through the window a bit all night. You can hear some road noise and I think a smoke alarm battery was beeping periodically. Ruby Tuesdays is next door but otherwise not much in safe walking distance. Despite the little things, would definitely recommend overall.

    This is an amazing property! Shuttle was great! We left the hotel on the 6:00 am shuttle and were at the Inited Airlines gate at 6:20 am through security and everything. Stay here if you expect a stress free flight out of Tyson McGee Airport!

    The alarm in my room was set to 6:07 in the morning - something that housekeeping should have caught. Then the soap and conditioner containers in the shower were both empty so I had to get soap from the dispenser next to the sink while I was showering. Just not what you expect from La Quinta. To top it off the elevator was out of service and no staff even offered to help with luggage even though they placed me on the top floor. The level of service and thoughtfulness was quite poor. Stay somewhere else unless you love the feeling of regret.

    another guest helped us to our room on the 3rd floor, and said the elevator had been out all week. The next morning on our way down the steps we noticed the 3rd floor landing and steps had about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch height gap that could easily present a safety fall risk. My mother has had 2 knee replacements and I have bad knees myself. We never imagined that we would have to climb 3 flights of steps during the duration of our stay. On Saturday morning my son begged to get in the pool and it was very murky like they had made no effort to clean it. On Saturday evening the pool was closed because it was so gross. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Very nice and clean property. Room was updated. The location is difficult to navigate because it’s on a very busy (all day in both directions) 4 lane divided road with no traffic lights at any of the multiple intersections for at least 2 miles. U-turns are impossible. Parking is plentiful, the staff was very pleasant, the breakfast was average. Overall, still a pleasant stay for a work trip.

    The elevator was under repair. Supposedly they have someone to assist carrying bags per the manager, but when I requested assistance they did not. The manager was rude and stated a note was on their main webpage. She quickly cancelled my reservation I had 6 days later. Not that I was planning to return. But that was how she handled the situation. Very rude and inexperienced manager that has no people skills or consideration for elderly customers. Avoid this hotel until the elevator is confirmed operational.

    Everything was clean and tidy, excellent staff. Elevator is out of service. We were in room 102 a handicap room. The shower hose is broken, the hose holder is broken, when you take a shower the hose will flood the floor, need to have a connection to put the shower head facing the sides of the shower to prevent as much flooding. Also the exit door is difficult to use for a person using a wheelchair. Also would recommend a bench in the shower for someone disabled.

    Rust in the tub. Fridge did not cool properly and took a full day to cool. Microwave works but the buttons weren’t functioning properly. My key didn’t work on my second day. I told the staff and was given another key! Very close to Knoxville! Overall I enjoyed my stay! I would stay again!

    When we arrived at the hotel they informed us the elevator was broken and only had available rooms on the second and third floor. We took the second floor since we had our children with us and when we arrived to the room is was dirty and smelled like sewage so then we had to be moved to the third floor to a new room that was better but looked like it could use a good cleaning and some painting refreshes. Breakfast was okay and check out was smooth

    Our flight arrived after midnight and the number to call for the hotel shuttle was a dental office. Tried to call,still had same problem. Tried automated number multiple times and finally just said front desk instead of need shuttle and finally got a person who was very short and aggravated. We get to the hotel again at midnight and was abruptly told, the elevator has been out for a week and we are on the third floor. Seems like they would have told us that,I just got through PT for my back. The stairs weren't a problem going up and down but with luggage? He mumbled something and said we could refund and get another hotel but it was after midnight and we were tired. He was not helpful, we also watched him with other guests and they got the same treatment. The whole hotel had a musty unpleasant odor. The one bright spot was breakfast, it was good.

    My room was moved to a "pet friendly room". I was ok with that until I went in the room. Pet friendly rooms should have a bordered platform under the box spring so cats cannot get under there. The material under the boxsprings were torn and half of it laid on the floor. Looked very tacky. Before I brought my cat in I looked under the beds with a flashlight. They were absolutely filthy with a sticky trap for bugs under each bed. If a cat put a paw in there to investigate a dead critter, its paw would stick to it and it would be painful to try and get it off. Therefore, I had to keep my cat in a pent up cage so he would not get dirty since I was there for a cat show. The beds were so old that when you went to lay down, you were in a deep indentation where everyone else had been sleeping. Very, very uncomfortable. The manager was not helpful at all. "No other rooms available" she said. I had reserved the room through a 3rd party, so not a good chance of getting my money back. She would not even give me a mop or broom to sweep under the bed. I will never stay at another La Quinta again. This is the second La Quinta that had a filthy room.

    Rooms are nice. Breakfast was good and several choices. We were most impressed by Dan at the front desk. When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working. We had requested a roll in shower room with a king bed. The only room available was on the second floor and we would need to use the stairs. I am disabled and use a cane and the stairs are not an option. Dan searched and found us a room on the first floor with two beds and a roll in shower!! This worked wonderfully and we are so appreciative!! His help alone was worth 5 stars!!

    Check in was easy, except the elevators were broken. Had to use the stairs for our entire 4 day stay. Pool was not very clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Our room was clean and comfortable but nothing extra, soaps were empty and we had to request towels. We booked for 4 people and only had a couple towels. I would stay again. It was clean and safe

    Upon check in I was given keys to a room currently occupied by someone else. Twice during my stay my keys stopped working as they assumed my stay was over and had to prove my reservation dates each time. Elevator stopped working one night and had to use stairs to the third floor. I left for breakfast and came back to a worker in my room when I had a do not disturb sign on my door. Felt very uncomfortable and violated each day I was there

    The room was very comfortable, and spotless! The staff was friendly and helpful. The one problem I had was the parking lot and sidewalks were covered in ice! Making it difficult to get back and forth between cars and motel. I almost fell twice. There was a winter storm a couple days earlier and record low temperatures which led to the ice. But for a business of that size not to keep salt on hand, or hire someone to clean the parking lot is inexcusable.

    The cleanliness was good nothing super special but overall decent. The only issue was their lobby was under construction so the breakfast was presented well and decent for a hotel hot breakfast, but it was served in two adjoining rooms because the lobby is under construction. Also, there was no vending however they did offer complementary drinks for free upon request. It was not advertised. I had to go speak to the concierge, then found out.

    The breakfast is pretty good but my problem with it is that it doesn't start until 6:30 in the morning. If I have a flight scheduled at 8:00 a.m. I don't get to eat breakfast at all. They did have the coffee out by the time I was there but no actual food or even a cracker or two would have been nice until I guess exactly 6:30 in the morning. Not a minute sooner though and so the only way to get that woman to cook earlier is to tell her that cook corporate said to do it. Please keep her from becoming too set in her ways as she does not own nor operate that hotel but she seemed to be the one in charge of everything. No one would respond back with anything other than oh okay yes ma'am yes ma'am yes ma'am. Whether her arguments were valid or not what a bunch of losers Moon and over a girl

    I was looking early in the morning when we left around 4 AM a employee to let them know what happened that night we stayed cause it was horrible.Our room was looking normal until we started using the bathroom and the microwave. The microwave shock me on my hand it was doing a horrible sound like it was going to explode the bathroom had black mold and rust in the ceiling and walls my 2 year old daughter is allergic and at night she started coughing loosing breath very bad we filled the bathtub with warm water to give my daughter a bath before going to bed the bathtub started to pealing and black mold was falling from the ceiling into the water we also realize that the bathtub was painted with paint that you use for painting the walls. I guess it was rusty all that bathtub and somebody very smart painted the bathtub with that paint itwas floating in the water and particles were in my daughter’s hair and body. There was just one washer and one dryer in the building i had to wait for another person staying in la Quinta hotel to finish washing and drying his clothes. I end up finishing by 1 AM. It was not good my daughter right now still have that cough black mold is very dangerous and you got issues with that microwave

    Front desk staff (Aaron) was welcoming and helpful. Booked the airport shuttle for 5am with the front desk and also mentioned to the driver the 5am. The driver mentioned he liked to be out front 10 minutes before. The driver showed up at about 5:30am leaving us waiting and wondering for 30 minutes whether the shuttle driver would show up.

    We stayed here the night before our early morning flight from TYS airport. The room was clean, staff friendly, of course there was some noise from the proximity of the airport but it wasn’t too bad. We did not utilize the shuttle, so I can’t comment on that. You can leave your vehicle at this property but I believe the receptionist said it’s a 4 day minimum, which is why we didn’t.

The hotel is clean, safe, staff is friendly, and the breakfast was great (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt with granola and other fixings, a belgian waffle machine, breads, etc. + coffee and juice). It is super close to the airport and close enough to Knoxville DT. The highway outside is busy, but not a problem overall. There is a Ruby Tuesday next door and a few other restaurant options nearby.

    The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was that when I went to ask for some extra towels they made me bring the dirty ones to the desk to swap them out. I really didn't like walking through the hotel with wet and dirty towels and washcloths. I'd have stayed in many places and I have never had to do that before. It was odd. Other than that experience, it was a very nice place to stay.

    The room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly at check-in but not at the desk in the morning (they asked that we return our room keys there at check-out, but no one was at the desk). The shuttle driver called me 10 minutes early, so I felt rushed--although he said it would be fine if we were there at the agreed on time.

    The stay was ok. The only real issues were 1. I never received the wake up call to catch my flight, fortunately I set my own. And 2. We were set to be in 311 originally upon unlocking the door, someone else was already staying in that room. We had to go to the office again and get reassigned rooms.

    As with my prior stay, the hotel room, halls, lobby and pool area all were pristine! Very welcoming lounge/work area with strong coffee/lemon infused water available 24/7. Staff are all friendly, accommodating and professional. Despite being directly across from airport, rooms are very quiet. Good variety of places to grab a bite in immediate area, as well. Only drawback...beds are Sooooo comfy, you won't want to get up to start your day!

    We went with this hotel b/c of price. Because of that we weren’t expecting anything fancy. Breakfast was pretty good, never crowded. The staff was friendly, always greeted us as we came and went. There is a Starbucks literally across the street, plus plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. The biggest plus? The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My husband agreed. It may have been more comfortable than our bed at home and that says a lot!

    When we checked in at the front desk, the clerk was very friendly and helped accommodate me to get a room that was handicapped equipped for my mom. She very much appreciated not only being on the first floor, but also having the rails in the bathroom. I appreciate him listening And doing what he could to help us out. The hotel was clean, the morning breakfast was good though. It would’ve been nice if it started a little earlier on the weekend… It’s super close to the airport so very convenient if you’re traveling.

    So first room we were put in smelled like wet dog. So we refused and were put in one door over,it was better. Needed to stay a second night after not finishing our move in and unloading of Uhual trucks, we returned to the hotel to find our bed soaking wet with our belongings and bedding wet also. They only moved us from our king to a two dbl ,and offered to throw our blankets in commercial dryer!!?? Their sprinklers went off while we were out soaking our stuff and terrifying our cat, no upgrade offered,no credit, no refund, NOTHING!!! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE!!

    The hotel is very clean. The staff has been very welcoming and helpful. The only thing that was SUPER disappointing is that the room was listed as accommodating 5 but it 100% does not. There are only 2 beds and NO couch or other place for the 5th person to sleep. We are only here for one night so we will make it work BUT I’m very disappointed about the way it was listed.

    It was good for a night. The hallway had a funky smell probably because of the carpet but the room was better because it had tile in the sleeping area. Room was run-down[ish].     The sink was cracked and when I walked around the room barefoot and got in shower there was obvious dirt that would come off my feet. This was all four mornings so I know it was the flooring.
