I stay in different lodgings across North Texas, and the Hampton is my favorite by far. The customer service is actually hospitality driven

The room was very comfortable and clean.

Very clean and the staff was really friendly. We had a slight issue with our key card and they were super quick to take care of it. Breakfast was ok. Having an indoor pool was nice with staying with kids. The gym is really clean and well stocked for a decent workout. There was a minor league hockey team staying the same night and staff told us since they sponsor the local team that they host the away teams when there are games. So if you're a hockey fan you might run into one of your favorite players! Would stay here again.

Breakfast was great....a great selection of choices and the whole area was kept very clean. Our room had great "extra" touches with an animal made out of towel and washcloth, a flower made from the tissues and a "fan" from the toilet paper....washcloths folded into "bud" shapes. The bedding was wonderful!!!

Location was near a lot of food and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable, met our needs. The breakfast has a lot of options and plenty of seating that was easy to keep family together. Only 1 elevator was in service, but only took awhile on Saturday morning.

The start was amazing walking distance to restaurants n gas station parking was ok onsite parking was ok due to having to pay to park but had security guard to monitor throughout the day/night ac keep room cool throughout off stay swimming pool was amazing even though we didn’t get to enjoy it because of the weather was still cold but did have lounging chair n table at pool side

Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Location & availability. Bed was comfortable just not enough pillows n complimentary waters in the rooms.

Pool was under construction and that’s why I booked it because they said they had a pool

They should let people know that the pool is under renovation when they book!

Super comfortable beds, clean rooms, and we really enjoyed the whole hotel. The only downside was that our little kitchenette area did not have any bowls, plates, or silverware.

Location was perfect and the bed super comfy. The front desk staff where not friendly they look like they hated their job.

RM 120 . Its next to a custodial room. In and out loud noises in that room and hall were awful and kept us up as well as the security light outside the windows as the shade did not cover the whole windows to block the light. Also the wall was this and could hear the next room. We had a terrible night sleep.

5th floor has creaking and popping noises. Also smelled of sewage in the hall way. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great variety.

Great place to stay. Too much chlorine in the pool. Burned my kids eyes and had welps around his eyes when he woke up this morning

The staff is always very nice.Ben really atands out with the hospitality. He is on point with recommendations and solutions. He could answer all my questions and he made me and my sons feel at home especially on Christmas when we didnt have anyone else.

Room was very clean. The area was really nice too.

Rooms are big and spacious. Friendly staff. Went downstairs to purchase a water, receptionist offered it for free instead. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels and NEVER do they offer me free water. Usually charged to my room, so it’s nice gesture on the hotel staff.

We had to wait to check in in order for the clerk to finish her personal call on her cellphone while sitting at the front desk. Also, there was barely any hot water. I took a cold shower, in December. There are a lot of similar hotel options in the area. Do yourself a favor and choose one of those.

Our stay was wonderful! We pulled into Allen bone tired, and the hotel was great. The room was spotless, and the little touches were wonderful. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I had no problems, even with my back issues. The breakfast was yummy as well!

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Coffee always lukewarm. Table legs very shakey. Unsafe to put anything on it. Chair adjusters broken. Chair difficult to sit on. Great room, great price. You should have a change machine or stock change for laundry room. No one carries a coffee can of change to feed your pricey machines.

Everything was great, love having a small fridge in room and this one was cold. room was spacious, it was great while my a/c at home was out!

I liked that the let me have a late checkout. The pool was very dirty and had no towels. I went to the front to get some and she said she didnt have any then other guy went in the back and said they did, she seemed reluctant to give us any. Bathrooms dont have fans so have fun smelling everyones bathroom time. Im now at the hampton in Richardson, much better!

Ezben Gerardo was great in fixing the problem. Very polite & professional. He turned something very disturbing into a most enjoyable evening. This guy needs a raise!!

One of the two elevators did not work and another guest told me it had been out of service for a week. This is unacceptable. The one clerk on duty when we checked in and was kurt and not very helpful when ask a question about the property. Room was great, but that was all I found good about the experience.

We love the indoor pool! My kids were so happy to have that option everyday as it was rainy and cold our entire stay in the beginning of April. The continental breakfast wasn’t the best, but it did have Belgium waffles. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

This property should not be a VIP property because it does not provide VIP benefits.

Loved the Friendly staff the bed was a bit hard but overall Iit was a great stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There’s nothing exceptional about it. The rooms were large for a single hotel room. For the one night I was pleased with the accommodations and will stay there again. The price of the room was very reasonable.

This is a great location to shop and has several great dining options close. My only complaint was the mattress was terrible and obviously very used.

Staff was amazing!!! Hotel was nice. Loved that it was right by the outlet! Only negative was some kid got sick in the pool and it was closed, which was not anyone’s fault, just bummed we couldn’t swim!

The front desk staff was fantastic! Very friendly and pleasant to speak with. The breakfast was standard but the room was very large and comfortable. I had a room next to the elevator and I didn't hear a thing to break my sleep. That's always a plus

Washroom doesn’t have exhaust. This is very basic need in the bathroom.

We stay here anytime we are going through Allen. Never had a bad experience here . The front desk people have always been very friendly and helpful. We won't stay anywhere else when we are in Allen.

My room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable desk and ample lighting, creating the perfect writing nook. Even the little details, like the plush bedding and blackout curtains, made it easy to recharge after long hours of writing. The hotel’s common areas were equally inviting. I particularly loved the cozy lounge where I could sip a cup of coffee and let ideas flow in between chapters. The staff even offered me tips on nearby spots for a refreshing walk, which helped spark creativity. If you're anyone who needs a calm and friendly environment to focus—this hotel is a gem. I left not only with a completed manuscript but also with a deep appreciation for the thoughtfulness and care poured into every aspect of my stay. Highly recommend!

I did not like the fact that they did not clean the room! The fact that when I left that morning to spend time with my children and grandchildren, that I would return to a dirty room, especially after I asked the housekeeper for clean towels not knowing that they only cleaned every other day. Who does that? I will never stay at another Hampton or Hilton Inn.

Breakfast staff were amazing in keeping food stocked up and clean in the serving area. Rooms were clean.

This hotel was amazing for our family vacation! It was super clean, very spacious, and wonderful parking! Only dislike was housecleaning was that it was every other day! We ran out of toilet paper and had no hair conditioner when we arrived

Traveling through and this is right on our route. Always get a great room, sleep and fresh wake-up breakfast!

Everyone was great, even the grumpy lady up front got her job done without too much grimacing. Special thanks to the young lady working overtime showing everyone how things should be done!!!

This property was very nice and close to shipping and restaurants, the breakfasts was decent although I had to ask them to fill the waffle batter and i had to ask the frint desk to fill the coffee. The mattress was old oabd the chair in the room was uncomfortable. Also they never came to pick up oir garbage or replace what we used as fa as toiletries.

Showerhead in bath broken. Elevator broke at one point in time. EXPEDIA screwed up my booking but manager accommodated the mistake they made. Night clerk wasnt at desk to buy certain items durning stay.

But the lady who does check-in at night is super rude and has major attitude issue, you can clearly tell she did not want to be there and if that's the case she really needs to go find a different job to do because her behaviour really was unacceptable. The breakfast was average and I would avoid it as it made me sick for 2 days food poisoning, I think it was the fruit.

Front desk people were absolutely wonderful, welcoming and engaged. Breakfast was average, nothing to write home about. We avoided Hampton for the last 5 plus years due to bed issues. At 73 probably will never see your place of business ever again.

Great front counter staff! They were very helpful and accommodating.

Me and my mom loved the fact that we were 10 to 15 mins away from our main events that we had going on. Not only that but the breakfast area was all ways clean and I absolutely loved the couches.

Every item was top drawer. No complaints.
