I had to clean the room when I got in. The office chair had streaks of a white substance all over it. Hand prints in the walls. Couch cushions were even dirty. I got an accessible room and the shower chair was so rusty it took two people to get it down. The room smelled thick of cigarette smoke.

I will be staying again and again! I stayed in the suite with kitchen and it did not disappoint! You cannot go wrong with this beautiful hotel...it is close to absolutely everything!! It was clean, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was tasty! If I could give you 10 stars, I would:)

Room was spacious and clean, and buffet breakfast was very good. Location is also excellent. Docking some stars as walls were very thin, and we could hear water and noise from another room. The fridge in the kitchen also had some issues, and the indoor pool was freezing and needed a cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The young man at the front desk was very helpful and kind, and they are great about dogs, and the motel is in a very quiet neighborhood-yet close to restaurants and shopping!

Wonderful staff and love the location. Beds were comfortable and hotel as a whole was nice. The rooms need some updating. We had broken drawers and a vanity that had all the drawers removed.

of the building is shabby. The fire pit didn't work . . . it looked destroyed. The patio cushions worn out. Pool door to patio was non-functional. Cracked tiles in elevator. Stains in hall carpeting. A slight stink in room . . . maybe, closed up too long . . . or previous smoker. Couches tattered and somewhat grubby. I see tremendous potential with attention to detail. It worked for a 4 day stay but rather lack-luster. It needs a remodel to meet typical Marriot standards that I enjoy. Room 503.

One of my most fave stays. What a wonderful property! I loved the bright pillows on the comfy couch. From the moment you walk in it feels safe and upscale yet do not pay upscale prices. I love that it had a full kitchen table! I loved the water art feature by the elevators too! I did not expect a full fridge and two stove top burners! BONUSES! The square footage of 699 was ample room! My son always appreciates a desk and comfortable office chair to do his gaming so SCORE there too! Such a beautiful place to stay and everything clean. Breakfast was amazing and so much options to choose.

The only thing I had a problem with was when I asked the front desk girl several times about incidental fee she told me there wasn’t one. Now I know all my life of traveling there has not ever not been a incidental fee. But I could tell she was getting frustrated. So the next day I went downstairs to check out to ask way was I charged $400 on a stay that cost $357 and that girl told me incidental fees.

I don’t like pets can stay there . Breakfast is not as good tasting as it used to be to be. The pool should be cleaned earlier in the day. Not @ 11:30am and no notice of pool closer for cleaning anywhere. Front desk wasn’t aware of pool closer either.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Marriott Bonvoy property. Upon check-in, I found the room in an unacceptable condition: the kitchen had trash left behind, the pull-out bed was unmade with cushions scattered on the floor, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and a side lamp was broken. This experience did not align with Marriott’s ‘Commitment to Clean’ initiative, which emphasizes rigorous cleaning protocols and guest room sanitation .  As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I chose this hotel expecting the high standards the brand promises. Unfortunately, the lack of proper housekeeping and maintenance fell short of those expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to uphold the quality and cleanliness standards that guests anticipate from Marriott properties.

We travel a lot and are not brand specific when it comes to the hotel usually booking the hotel for convenience to our destination, amenities or other reasons. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that has made me want to become loyal to residence Inn by Marriott. We booked 2 accessible suites for 3 nights each and this hotel checked every box. A hot breakfast in the morning, indoor pool with a pool chair left. The rooms were clean and spacious and well stocked with personal items, including dish soap and dish dishwasher liquid as we had a full kitchen. The staff at 4 o’clock in the morning, 1 o’clock in the afternoon or 11 o’clock at night, no matter who it was, was more than helpful always greeting you with a smile. The location for us was perfect as we were visiting family in Fairview. And that entire area was very walkable with an abundance of eating and shopping things close by.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever rented. They reviewed it at 9.2 it isn’t worth a 6.2. It had built up grease and food all over the stove top and oven door not only being filthy but giving off an odor of dirty disgusting grease. The floors were filthy. I didn’t even want my suitcase on the floor. And once I decided to try to just sleep and get out of there, my night stand right next to my bed was filthy dirty. The handle on the night stand had some dirty build up all over it making it unbearable. I called the front desk telling them the conditions and saying I was leaving could I please get a refund for the rest of my stay? They refused. They would not even give me a refund for my 2nd and 3rd night with the 24 and 48 hour notice. The refrigerator as well as the freezer smelled horrific. And the people across the hall appeared to be living there permanently. I had to leave immediately due to the filth and due to the fact that I am a female traveling with my 2 young daughters, for my safety. I spent 0 nights at this establishment. I had to rent an entirely different hotel. I reached out to Expedia and they did nothing for me. Expedia should look at the hotel before they give it a review or before the rent it to a hard working individual whom ended up being ripped off for $70o dollars. Shame on you Expedia, shame on you both for not caring whatsoever about your customers, their happiness, their safety, and their wellbeing.Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been overcharged for

Great location, the hotel was reasonably priced for the amenities provided. Clean pool and above average breakfast made our trip an enjoyable experirnece.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could use a few more options, and we only had room service tidy up our room 1 out of 4 nights.

The property was very nice I stayed for the weekend as a staycation. It wasn’t very quiet though. There were quite a few families. It didn’t bother my much but it quieter during sleeping hours. My check-in was horrible as I prepaid for my room so I don’t know why the hotel clerk was asking so many questions about my stay. Other than that everyone else seemed pretty friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay! We were there 5 nights and had no issues ! Do however wish breakfast was open till 10am during the week days as it was really good and missed out one of the days as we got down there at 9:01am!

Customer service is horrible. They are not helpful. There is a smell of pee everywhere you go. This is a pet friendly hotel, so that would explain the smell. The room is nice. Feels like an apartment. Beware, your keycard may not work at some exterior doors. Lastly, you will not receive a refund on your nights if you have to leave early. Additionally, the manager is rarely available to discuss any issues, such as early departure.

Like that the king suite was spacious!

Loved the ease of access from the property to various attractions. Enjoyed being able to walk to dining and shopping. Wish there was a hot tub. Wish breakfast was a bit better and better service. Room wasn’t too clean but staff was willing to clean in the middle of our stay which was appreciated. Overall a good experience.

As a mobility impaired guest, I stayed in a handicapped room. Three minor complaints. Not enough handicapped parking. Floor drain in bathroom was full of hair. Rooms seemed far from desk. Nice place.

My family and I have stayed at this property at least 4-5 times over the past few years and have always had a good experience. This stay was nice, but the room we stayed in was very dated looking. The wallpaper needed to be replaced and there was rust in the shower area. No housekeeping during our stay, we had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and empty our own trash cans. For the price we paid we expected more.

The breakfast would be better if it had bacon and potatoes. Other than that, it was great

The mattress and pillows were horrible and not comfortable at all.. The A/C would not stay cool so we melted the entire night. Will not stay at the property again, especially for the price! Breakfast was great, though.

Room size is great plus it had a kitchen which we did not use but is always convenient. Staff was great and always friendly which is something that I always look for. To me, what is the sense to have a great place to stay if the staff makes it miserable.

This was a last minute reservation. I was originally booked at a 4 star hotel, but @hotels.com totally dropped the ball and my reservation was canceled the day of.. @hotels.com customer care advised that there was no vacancy at the hotel, but online there appeared to be, so I booked anyways and it was confirmed, so not sure who or if they were speaking to anyone at all. By the time we got to our room I was just thankful to have a bed, so we didn't complain about having to kill about 10 cockroaches in our room (room 201), so my 3 star review is just based off that. The breakfast buffet appeared to be pretty nice, though I did not eat. the lobby was modern and nice as well.

We checked out early as we needed the additional bed (sofa bed) but the mattress was so uncomfortable, thin, old etc no was able to sleep on it. They need to update there sofa beds or invest in new mattresses for them.

I really liked the hotel in general, but my catalytic converter was stolen overnight, and unfortunately there were no cameras to catch the thieves. I will be unable to stay here again for that reason and will instead choose a property with cameras, a garage, and/or valet parking.

Our room wasn't very clean, lots of prints on tvs, counters, fridge and the floor could definitely have been cleaner. Our shower had 2 body washes and one conditioner, no shampoo. Attention to detail cleaning peeps. They failed here. Overall, clean and convenient to where we needed to be. I will not stay here again though. Hotels - Add a firm pillow option in your three or four available pillows. Everybody has the flimsy feather pillows that are terrible. I'd like a firm pillow please!

Everything we needed for our stay with 4 month old twins. Great location. The hallways were cold! And there was only 1 elevator. Front desk staff was great but when our room was cleaned they only left us 2 clean big towels, no smaller towels or washcloths.

The staff are young and appeared to be inexperienced. Not very professional compared to other Marriott properties we've stayed at. Never asked if we wanted room cleaned daily and then refused when we asked to after the fact. One elevator was out of order and other one very slow. The indoor pool was closed but no sign was displayed to that effect and when it opened the next day it was cold. Room was very adequate and bed very comfortable. Location is very good with restaurants and shopping nearby.

My family and I stayed in 2 queen bed. We were in town for a wedding. We had few issues. First, our pull out sofa bed was broken and the maintenance guy said no one was supposed to be in the room. No pots and pans. The swimming pool had so much chlorine that kids eyes were burning and you smell it from outside. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Same thing every day. Housekeeping cleaned our room once. In the morning you would see trash bags in the hallway to be picked up.

This was our 3rd time in this hotel was always on point, not so much this time perhaps the overwhelming guests they had several groups of teenage boys stayed for their summer baseball camp therefore the common area wasn't as neat/clean as I was a custom too

I've been staying at that location on and off for 3 years. Last week trip, I got Covid and had to quarantine. Michael the General Manager, and front office Anna Grace checked on me daily. I really appreciated that as I had no family in Texas. I will always be grateful for the extra care if I needed anything.
