Under renovations at the time but was fine. Staff was super accommodating with early check-in AND late check out!!

The stay was excellent. They were having construction going on but it didn’t disrupt anything. The staff was friendly and professional helping to answer any questions we had when we were trying to find our way around in the hotel to the parking lot. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice, well located hotel in a quiet area. The facility was generally neat and clean; as clean as possible in areas where the renovation work was being done. The room was as described. I very much enjoyed my stay and would come here again.

Other staff (housekeeping, cleaning the hall) members were unfriendly for example did not respond when saying hello. We stayed Friday-Monday. I was told they would clean the room everyday. I don't think they changed the bed linen on Sunday and I had to asked for more towels & washcloths.

This hotel was lovely. I've stayed at a few other's. Only thing i had a itch with was for the price I paid they didn't offer complementary breakfast like the other hotels. They offered free coffee.

The staff and property were outstanding as was the location. The gym was nice and I love having a peloton available! The state was only made to be disappointing due to the fact that other guests from the travel basketball team present were absolutely horrific in their behavior running through the hallways yelling, screaming, banging doors even at 9 PM at night. The staff really should’ve done more to detail their behavior with their parents.

Newly renovated rooms were wonderful. Some renovations were still going on but work started adter 8 am. Pool is only 4'11" but was like bath water. We did noy buy breakfast, instead went out.

The staff were helpful and pleasant that was the best part of the experience. It is April 2026. The property continues to be under construction. I was told the upper rooms third and fourth floor were completed, but the renovations are subpar. By the end of my two days stay the bathroom started leaking from the toilet area into the living space. Upon my arrival, I noted here in the bathroom and hallway area. The floors are not being properly swept in between each customer. My room had a sofa bed. No one is moving the furniture to dust behind it and there was a broken refrigerator with someone’s food in it. There were old sheets in the wardrobe area. My sheets had stains on them, which had to be replaced a few times;when I got a replacement sheet and attempted to place it on my bed a bug came out of it. The air quality is poor due to the construction. You can smell the dust from the demolition and repairs through your AC/heating unit. On night two they must’ve rented the room to kids from the college because there was a lot of screaming, banging yelling that it woke me up. The staff is not the problem, the property owners who clearly don’t care about their customers are the issue. The elevators, the entryways are all dusty with construction debris. You often bump into workers coming in and out of the same elevators that customers use so you’re waking through a construction site. Even if they fixed everything I will not be returning here.

This hotel was just renovated & it is absolutely stunning!!

Check in cookie was a nice touch. We stayed on the recently renovated 4th floor and the room was excellent. The bed was super comfy as was the pull out bed. Unfortunately the pool was closed so our kids were disappointed about that when we got down there with our swimsuits on. Parking was plentiful. I would suggest using the AC system on continuous run because when it kicks on and off it wakes you. Construction starts pretty early so that was kind of annoying. Our room also didn't have a do no disturb hanger so room service knocked on our door at 9am. Would definitely stay again at this hotel!!

The hotel was so bad — the cleanliness and the staff’s attitude were terrible. I couldn’t even stay for one hour and had to move to another hotel.

Supposedly the rooms were recently renovated. Multiple things were broken before we got there and the second they were touched they fell apart. The parking was a nightmare as i had to park in the lot for a different hotel.

Dusty, smudges on most surfaces, smelly, dingy towels and linens. The snacks they have at the breakfast nook and gift shop are expired. I saw at least two guests complaining that they had no hot water.

Shower was not clean, coffee maker had some slimy black stuff in water reservoir, some sort of dried on sauce was on the table. Cafe was never open. Pool was clean at least

People were peeing outside the entrance, they need to be a watch guy outside the entrance to stop them from doing it ! Especially since there is kids around and people walking around.

When I first checked in I was placed in a room on the 1st floor across from a noisy ice machine with no door on the ice machine room. You could hear the machine while lying in the bed. I asked to switch rooms which they moved me to the third floor. Unbeknownst to me the 4th floor was under construction so at 8am the next morning the sounds of demolition started in the room above me. I don’t recall being notified of construction at the hotel after making my booking or upon check in. Outside of those issues my stay was ok and the room was clean. Had I known the hotel was under construction I would have booked elsewhere. Also found it odd that they moved me to a construction adjacent room considering I complained about my first room being noisy.

The room was not clean, toilet paper wasn’t filled, the toilet was clogged…overall there was a lack of care taken. Super disappointed for the cost of the room. Was also told that there were renovations going on above us. So we had to listen to that noise in the am too.

The shower in the room was repaired several times and looked worn. The bathroom hinges and molding had rust and stains. Room was very vice but bathroom was in need of attention.

The hotel room floor was filthy, and the bathroom was worse. Children were playing and running in the hallway, and knocking on the door both days we were there.

We proceeded to wait in the lobby for over an hour and she never informed us when the cookies were done. We went up twice and asked and she said they weren't done. Finally, an hour later we saw her give the cookies to someone else. It was ridiculous that she did not tell us that they were done when she knew we were waiting. This is one of your promotions that you advertise so you would think the staff would make sure they have everything in order. This was not the level of service I was expecting from this caliber of a hotel. How rude to leave someone waiting especially when we were celebrating. Also, the coffee room was disgusting with the plates from breakfast still sitting on the counter past 3:00. We didn't even want to enjoy our coffee in the room and proceeded to drink it in the lobby instead. Definitely not what I expected from a 3+ star hotel, especially for a birthday trip. What a letdown that ruined out entire birthday celebration. I was expecting much better. I always remember Doubletrees being so much classier in the past. Tea bag on the floor. No disturb tag is not available in the room. No breakfast in a double tree, I can’t believe. I had to go our side to eat my breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay during University of Buffalo family weekend.

The property itself is nice. The hotels in front of it are empty and run down and you can see homeless people squatting there. No free coffee or breakfast.

Convenient for U Buffalo parents. Not great for business travel, the cleaning staff needs to do a better job taking care of the rooms when you are staying there. Rooms need to be updated.

Overall place is truly amazing, easily accessible to all the hotspots around disney. Only downside is one specific staff member’s attitude towards customers.. i don’t remember the guy’s name but he worked at front desk on this Thursday evening. He is very rude and disrespectful with customers and easily annoyed with customers.

Staff was pleasant. Upon arrival the hotel didn't have hot water. They let us check in with no hot and it was already known that the hot water was in the process of being fixed. Also, we had called after making the reservation requesting a handicap room with a tub or a fold down chair, which they said the had. The hotel only has two handicap rooms unacceptable, especially when it is located near a college campus. I believe some kind of compensation should be given for the inconvenience. Thanking you in advance.

So the front desk first of all, I guess they have it hidden somewhere that you get charged $75 a night just in case something happens to the room so you will end up paying over 150 dollars in incidentals . It’s better than the other two hotels that are on top of each other and they share one parking lot so there’s not enough parking for all three places .there was a foul smell by the pool area . you could hear a pin drop in the next room so that was a problem trying to sleep. The bathroom was clean, but it’s a stall shower and a toilet so you can hardly get out of the shower because the toilet is right on top of it. It’s a weird design because then they have the sink outside ,so is it worth all that money not really is it decent to stay a night maybe two I guess

Was brought out and took away the jacuzzi. My daughter got locked in the bathroom door knob was broken staff came and used a screwdriver to get her out and did not fix the problem just left

The hotel rooms were in rough shape. There was mold on the fan and some in the shower. The floor in my room looked like it was ripped up and raised up because someone had spilled water. That was so soft. It did hurt my back. One employee at the front desk was very nice. She was lovely. Everyone else was nasty. They were short they ignored us and they really did not seem happy to be there.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient—and the cookies were a nice touch! Unfortunately, the property itself is showing its age. The bathroom was very small, the toilet didn’t flush efficiently, though the shower did have plenty of hot water. The wallpaper had visible wear, with some areas peeling away from the wall, and the door required a firm push to close completely. Around midnight, when I was trying to sleep, there was noticeable noise from the back parking lot that sounded like people chatting or having a small party. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, which made for a decent night’s rest overall.

First Room had mold, it took them a while to give another room that was decent but towels were dirty and was not properly prepared for three person, while the booking is for three. The hotel is old and would not recommend it.

Staff was very attentive, and polite. While the room was comfortable, it could use some attention, as there were signs of age, and wear. The swimming pool area was very nice. The pool is indoors... The water was a comfortable temperature, and the room the pool is in was very warm, making our swim very nice and refreshing when we left the pool area. All in all, it was good value for the money

Staff seemed frazzled and were a little rude at check in; Many people waiting for rooms to be cleaned after the 3 pm Check in time; we requested an extra towel and were told a washing machine was broken so they would bring it later, never received the towel- the room floor was “sticky” so we just used kept our shoes on. All in all I would stay here again.

Pool door wouldn’t open for door key. No remote for tv when I arrived. Bathroom is tiny shower has poor pressure and temperature. Room was not very clean and bed skirt was dirty. Place appears run down.

Good hotel easy to find nice staff

Only complaint I have was that the pool was freezing. I felt bad for my son who cried cause he wanted to swim but he couldn’t take how cold it was. I called front desk regarding pool temperature on both days but it really wasn’t a concern or addressed.

The staff was very nice and check-in was quick and easy but the room was in rough shape. The wallpaper was falling down, they had tried to use packing tape to keep it up but it wasn’t working and there was obvious mold behind the paper. Also, some of the towels were stained black. The bed was comfortable though.

It wasn’t the absolute cleanest or most kept up with hotel that I’ve stayed in but it definitely wasn’t the worst. It could use some maintenance and upgrades for sure. A few people in our group didn’t have working sinks, no cold water only scalding hot, and the ac/heating only blowing on ac or only blowing super hot. The employees were nice and very friendly. Oh and there is no hot tub/whirlpool even though they advertise they have one. Other than that the stay in general was okay. We didn’t feel unsafe in the area.

Room was not clean. Found a used condom wrapper by my bed along with some other wrappers (candy or something). Temperature in the room fluctuated so much throughout the nights. No complimentary breakfast. Ended up spending tons of money on food on top of having a not-so-great room, along with being disgusted that it wasn't properly cleaned. The alcohol glasses even had grime on them so they obviously weren't cleaned either.

We just had a one night stay. The pool was freezing! Our room had some water damage. However, the staff were friendly and very helpful/attentive.

The hotel was dirty in general. The hot tub was closed a couple months ago and that was the main reason we wanted to stay here. The pool was disgusting, cloudy and severely polluted with hair and debris. The bathrooms are outdated. Overall we were disappointed.

It was a very average stay. No negatives except for a broken tv and phone, which I wasn’t going to use anyway. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We stayed here in 2021 and it was so clean and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub. Now the floors are peeling and it’s dirty. Kids were running the halls all night. The hot tub is filled in. We will not return

Friendly staff, but my room was noisy and the fan was unbearably loud.

The staff was polite, and check-in and check-out were smooth. However, dining options were limited at 5 pm, so we had to go out for food. My bathroom needed better ventilation and didn’t appear fully clean, so I ended up using my own supplies. My room was right by the exit, which made for easy access but meant constant noise from the door all night, impacting sleep.
