Reviews
The hotel's location and price are its main selling points, with many guests finding it a decent choice for their stay. However, the quality of the rooms and the level of service are inconsistent, with some guests experiencing issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and staff attitude.
- Convenient location, close to Disneyland and other attractions
- Affordable price compared to other hotels in the area
- Inconsistent cleanliness and maintenance in rooms
- Variable quality of service, with some guests experiencing unfriendly or unhelpful staff
- 3/5
Staff was very nice. Rooms not cleaned very well and the inn and pool were structurally not maintained very well but it’s an affordable price for somewhere close to the Disney parks so it worked out for us
- 4/5
Great, inexpensive room for a family of four, trying to save money for Disney! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable! Within walking distance to downtown Disney and the parks, and FREE parking! Staff was polite and helpful!
- 3/5
This location is on a very busy road and its loud.
- 3/5
, you this is not it!
- 3/5
The room was clean. There was not a DO NOT DISTURB sign so housekeeping wouldn’t come in. I don’t like housekeeping coming through if it’s just a 1-2 night stay. It is close to Disneyland though, and it is budget friendly. Parking was not a problem.
- 5/5
great stay!

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy walk to the parks
- 4/5
Staff kind and room clean
- 5/5
Clean room, parking was available in front of our room
- 3/5
It was totally acceptable if you’re looking for very affordable accommodations
- 2/5
Good location, but we booked queen size beds and they were double.
- 4/5
Parking was easy & close to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Comfy beds, good pressure on the shower, I didn't see a plug to stop the water to take a bath though? Aside from that, very nice room,
- 5/5
Clean rooms, staff was great. Hot tub was great and clean
- 2/5
The shower was clean. The doors don’t close very well and light comes from the gap between the wall and the door. About a 16 minute walk to downtown Disney.
- 3/5
Sign in gate to pool stated not in condition to use with a blank paper over the sites paper from Anaheim. Which was a bummer as we had a rest day we wanted to use pool and hot tub. Clean enough motel, free parking, walkable. Went with three ladies for five days. Only Two pillows on the bed and towels were small and thin. Bring own towels and face wash clothes and they were not offered nor hand towels. No laundry room as on website or ice, soda machines or snacks. However across the street a market with all snacks and drinks you would want even lots of disney gifts. Italian restaurant and a salon across the street too. No elevator if stay upstairs. We stayed down stairs and it was quite. Our car parked right in-front of our room was a plus as well. Over all great stay for the price.
- 3/5
The location is close to Disneyland, the ac was cold and the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. There is no ice machine which I was surprised by, and for the price per night I expected more. If you’re looking for a bare minimum stay this is the place.
- 1/5
This time we packed up all our stuff and decided to sleep a few hours and leave asap. I went to go check out earlier in the morning but they had the front desk locked and no one there up front. So much for 24 hour desk service-__- never staying here again.
- 3/5
Blood stain on sheet, super dirty/stained desk chair, no coffee in lobby (as advertised), on a VERY street and no tub stopper for a bath.
- 2/5
Room was clean enough. There was a big in my room im convincing myself was a grasshopper or similar
- 4/5
I liked how close Disneyland park was just a 10 minute walk
- 5/5
GREATTTT
- 5/5
Quiet property. Very clean room. Nice small pool and jacuzzi area. Only a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland!
- 1/5
fix pool
- 5/5
My wife and I quite enjoyed our stay here. Most comfortable bed we’ve found in the area thus far and it’s on a much quieter side of the Disney property which made walking to and from the park much more pleasant. The pool was closed due to a posted closure from the health inspector which was a little bit off putting but we didn’t plan on using the pool during our stay anyways. We would definitely choose to stay here again!
- 4/5
The room was clean. The area is perfect.
- 1/5
We stayed here a year ago and loved it. This time is appeared to have gone down hill. In our way to the property, we called to say we’d be arriving early and wanted to park and leave bags. When we arrived, there were many people in line and no one manning the desk. We left our stuff in our car (a bit concerning) and left to go to Disney. Parking is listed as free. Last year we brought two cars as our kids drive up from SD to meet us. Last year it was $10 for the extra car, but they waived it, very nice. This year, we were told it’s $25, they charged tax on top of it AND said we’d still have to check with the owners if we could stay. Contacting the hotel was difficult also. Multiple phone numbers online - some disconnected, some won’t let you speak to a person. When we arrived back at the hotel later our first night, we discovered our room to be damaged. The floor has missing grout creating rough edges that cut your feet, the linens are falling apart, small and thin. And our bathroom door was bashed in. We stayed here to save a few bucks, but with the parking charge and poor quality, we’ll opt for another spot door the street with true free parking AND breakfast!
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and staff was professional at check in. The pool and hot tub were shut down by the Orange County Code Enforcement, so that was a real bummer on a 90* day.
- 3/5
Pool and hot tub closed by health department the first full day of our stay.
- 2/5
Clean room and bathroom but very barebones. WiFi seemed to only work when the lights were on.
- 5/5
Pretty basic place to spend the night
- 4/5
The staff was not always in the office, but they were always very kind, considerate and accommodating.
- 2/5
No wifi can’t believe 2026
- 1/5
The motel front desk person opened our door without knocking at 1030am which is before check in. I asked what that was about he said to see if it was ready for housekeeping, he said it was a mistake. I said even if the reason why not knock and then house keeping shows up 15 min later?? It was weird and uncomfortable. Also, there was blood on our sheet. Once we saw this, we checked out and went to another hotel.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Perfect place to stay for Disneyland 10/10
- 5/5
The female clerk was very nice and friendly and the check in process was super quick and easy the beds were super soft over all stay was good and not to far but still a walk to Disney
- 4/5
Traffic is noisy
- 1/5
Towels were dirty , someone else’s hair was in the bed , could hear the front desk people in my room , hotel room door didn’t shut all the way
- 5/5
Muy cómodo
- 5/5
It was a nice little motel nothing special, but the service Was really good, and free parking. Very close to Disney no complaints. Only thing might be that the walls are thin.
- 3/5
the furniture is scarred with burn marks, the door latch looked like it had been re-attached from being kicked open, and the refrigerator didnt work. Overall I wish I had chosen elsewhere.
- 1/5
The area is way too loud, you won't be able to have a good night of sleep. I highly would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible
- 3/5
the noisiest hotel I ever stayed at. its on a busy corner. Never was given wifi info. Staff was so nice, but not enough blankets (I didn't ask for more I was working all day and just wanted to sleep). It was okay.
- 4/5
Everything was good for the price. Bed and pillows comfortable. Only issue was second floor all used a universal key to get into rooms so you could get into someone else's room. They said the key card swipes were not working at the moment for the second floor. I don't know when that issue will be fixed but it was a great location.
- 5/5
Our rooms were cozy. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. It was cheap and convenient. Would definitely visit again.
- 5/5
The room was clean and as described.
- 1/5
they opened my food and where digging through my bags
- 5/5
The room was clean and very large with a coffee maker, microwave and a fridge. This property is within walking distance of the Anaheim convention center making it ideal for someone who is attending events there. The parking is also free.
- 5/5
Clean, close to Park
- 5/5
Yes it was
- 5/5
Great stay for the price
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, walkable to downtown Disney and parks
- 5/5
Only had one issue. We got 2 keys to the room but found out that when the 1st key is used to enter the room the 2nd key will not work after. This has happened 2 time on our latest stay and once on a prior stay. Attendant said it was for safety issues which I understand but to me it defeats the purpose of requesting 2 keys.
- 5/5
Clean room! House keeping came every day!!
- 5/5
Grate place for the price .
- 2/5
Had to plunge the toilet myself and the hot tub was not hot the pool was cold
- 2/5
I
- 3/5
Lovely staff at the front desk, but the listing stated that breakfast was included… which it turns out it isn’t, and never was. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, which was kind of annoying, and the sort of thing you’d expect in a cheap motel….. except this really wasn’t cheap. Also, I never did find out the WiFi password!
- 1/5
- 5/5
Parking was a good and N/C. Jacuzzi was Ok- a little bit cooler than we would like. The staff was outstanding and my wife and I enjoyed the stay and will come again- Overall the walls were a little thin so you can hear neighbors some. That said a little bit of noise by traffic was there but not bad overall. Close by theme parks and convention center area. If you like to walk a little it’s again a smaller motel- Priced fairly 👍💰🤔
- 5/5
Place was clean .staff was nice
- 1/5
Ac working easy parking
- 3/5
no wifi
- 5/5
This stay went very well! We enjoyed staying here !
- 5/5
Air-conditioning was fine. The room was clean and large. The staff was very friendly. Within walking distance of Disney.
- 3/5
I took a bit to check in because nobody was at the desk. We sat there for probably about 10 minutes. I went outside and rang the bell pouring rain and nobody was coming to help. Finally, a gentleman came and we were able to get checked in. It was very noisy. The walls are paper, thin. The beds are hard as rocks. The refrigerator was amazing. Checkout was very smooth when we left and somebody was actually manning the desk which was nice and refreshing. However, checkout is at 11 AM. Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9 AM and every 5 to 8 minutes thereafter until we checked out and she claimed it was her low blood sugar, and she didn’t know what she was doing. Not acceptable.
- 2/5
We chose to stay at this hotel for the rate and location. From the online pictures it looked like a nice place to stay, but we were wrong. Very old hotel with not up to date fixtures. Staff didn't offer any shampoo, conditioner, lotion ect.. not even a floor mat for the shower.( we all slipped during our showers.) When we needed to call, we discovered there wasn't even a phone in the room. We left to visit Disneyland and was gone from 7am-11pm. The house cleaning left our room window wide open after they came to turn down the room. Over all very disappointing
- 5/5
Room was very spacious and clean! Staff was friendly and check in/ check out were quick and easy! Would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Place is definitely older, but room was very clean. Beds, not the greatest but good enough for a night or two. Parking lot is small.
- 5/5
Nice and clean the staff room were fast and efficient
- 2/5
To be clear this is a small motel! Since there is absolutely no early check in allowed, and we arrived at 1, & asked to use their bathroom (just me and my grandson,) to change our clothes to get ready for Disneyland, but the clerk refused! So we changed in our car. The parking lot is very small, and when we returned to get our key, there was a guest upset because he had nowhere to park. It's a 20 min walk to the parks, but since I have mobility issues, we took an Uber which was $6.50 there & $11 back. If you take an Uber DO NOT drop off/return from the area on harbor. We made that mistake the 1st day/night and we waited in a line on harbor over 20 minutes & at park closing it was over an hour wait. A CM told us to use the downtown Disney lot and that was a breeze the next two days. The room is very large and could easily hold a blow up mattress bed if need be. But the room was musty smelling and in need of major repair. The beds are lumpy and not comfortable. The floors & bathroom were clean. But overall staff was not friendly! Plus Even with a do not disturb sign, hskp was banging on the door at 9am to swap towels. Despite asking at check in and after day onr not to come in during our stay, they just ignore the sign. Traffic is loud and the erea near it is as well. A sketchy guy was panhandling in the parking lot when we returned late at night. I wouldn't stay here agajn
- 5/5
Perfect to stay at if you’re going to Disneyland and a great deal for the price.
- 5/5
Room clean, ac in a weird place. It was in a corner away from the beds. I prefer the air to hit right towards the beds. Staff was very friendly, parking was great. Had everything we needed. I'd stay again. I've stayed here at least twice before and love the location and price.
- 2/5
The room was old and smelled like it, the furniture and bathroom door had dents in it and it had 1 hand towel, no wash cloths but it did have showering towels. Front desk guy was friendly, that was the only nice thing about the place.
- 1/5
Room smelled like mold. Musty and mildew smell, luckily we werent there but to sleep a coulle days.
- 1/5
The staff was disrespectful and rude. I would never stay there again. The main door had such a large gap between the wall, that you could fit your hand through it.
- 4/5
Yes Ac was working parking was great felt safe and walkable Disneyland is 12 - 15 minutes with in walking distance .
- 2/5
We booked because it was close to downtown Disney and the room pictures seemed normal. We only booked for one night, thank goodness. We were disappointed when we walked in, my kids were scared, the place looked very unsafe/ not the best neighborhood. Once inside two full beds were not the best. One of the beds had a hole ripped on the side of the mattress. We lifted the blankets and the beds had hair on them. The walls were dirty they had bits of I don’t know what randomly around they looked like boogers. Very disappointed with this booking never again staying in this establishment.
- 4/5
This is a very small hotel they don't always have somebody at the front... That's my only issue The rooms are very nice very close to Disneyland relatively affordable price. But they're very short staffed on this visit.
- 3/5
The noise is terrible. We had a family come from Disneyland and Disneyland close and they just kept talking and laughing the entire night and didn’t stop till 3am. Then the neighbor next door was yelling all day. Maybe some issues with her so I understood her. But it’s such a noise place to stay and didn’t get any rest. Hotel staff was nice but no one stopped those inconsiderate people from keeping the rest of the guest up all night. The price is the only reason I put up with it.
- 5/5
there's no hassle when you stay here. other hotels scam you into paying for massive parking fees! this place is close enough to walk to Disneyland or to the convention center
- 5/5
I loved my stay here. Will stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean and super easy walk to parks
- 5/5
Room was ready when promised. Staff was friendly and engaging. Keep up the good work!
- 4/5
Distance was perfect
- 5/5
Nothing fancy, just safe, clean and walkable to the Disney Park.. Alexis at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, appreciated her kindness.
- 5/5
I like this motels across the street from downtown Disney. Only issue their front counter people don't always speak English very well.
- 3/5
It is a very walkable trip to the Disney parks though. I wouldn’t stay there again.
- 3/5
If you’re planning to go to Disney on a budget, this place will do the job. It’s not super fancy, needs to be updated, but it did do the job. Pretty and expensive and very close to the park. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for. Pretty noisy from the street traffic but one thing I will say the rooms are pretty clean. No issue there.
- 1/5
Room was musty and stuffy. Absolutely 0 soap. No hand soap no shampoo. Nothing. Not even for the sink. Locking latch had nothing to latch onto on the door so the only lock we had was the knob. Also when checking in the clerk was almost accusatory of how many people I had in my room because another random car pulled up when we did. Asked me multiple times how many and asked about the other car. Only had two people. He watched us the entire time getting out of our car and going into our room. Will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Room nice and clean.
- 5/5
All, excellent
- 5/5
Good apot
- 3/5
Upon checking in the young girl was very nice training the man. I paid through Expedia so it was already paid for but they still had to put deposit on my card. She was very nice vigilant the parking lot is a bit small. Room was clean however they need to redo wallpaper falling off in bathroom Furniture is damaged. I didn't see any bugs while I was there they keep the area clean outside for the most part the man was blowing the yard when I was leaving he is the owner. I didn't see the pool. It Is by a very noisy Street on Katella so it was hard to sleep. Okay for the night if you need a room really bad for the price but I don't think I would come back for $50 more I would stay at the plus Best Western and get a free breakfast
- 5/5
Basic stay but worth the price. Walkable to Downtown Disney and both parks. It’s a good
- 5/5
Great stay and super close to Disney and food
- 5/5
the staff was very polite and helpful
- 3/5
The person who checked us in was very non-friendly. He barely spoke. When we got to our room, we did not have face cloths or a hand towel. We went to the front desk to ask for them. We were given more bath towels and a floor mat. We had to ask what the wifi password was. Wifi was very week. We finally got a hand towel the second day but it didn't return after that. A lot of little things just makes me unwilling to return to this motel. I debated between 2 or 3 stars. My wife said 3.
- 4/5
We had a good stay. It is a dated property but well kept. Good AC clean room nice comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Felt safe plenty of parking in a safe lot and right across the street from a Denny’s for late night meals after Disneyland. Too far to walk to Disneyland for an old guy.
- 4/5
The motel was in a convenient location for walking to Disney and finding food along the route for meals out of the park. Nice and quiet.
- 5/5
Very clean and updated room. Comfortable bed and pretty spacious.
- 1/5
Staying with me in my room were my children and there was a guest in the room next to us yelling and screaming throughout the night like they were being possessed some sort of demonic ritual! I asked the staff to move us or to remove them. They just told her to be quiet and she wasn’t. Never staying here
- 3/5
We stayed 1 night it is a very basic hotel. The beds were comfortable but the bedding was not. Being an older hotel you could hear all the noise from the traffic.
- 5/5
The bed for me was great better than other places. We stayed in room 116
- 4/5
Walkable to Disney. Hot tub was not hot. Cleaned the rooms, but always had to go to office for wash cloths or toilet paper bc they didn’t restock.
- 4/5
Beds were comfortable. Walk was a little longer to Disney but still doable. Issue with door. Rooms small but a great price.
- 3/5
The room itself was okay nothing special about it but the only problem is that it had a scent of candle wax that wouldn’t seem to go away. The towels were stained brown as well
- 5/5
It was nice. Just what we needed…
- 2/5
Check in was easy but once we got into the room the toilet over flooded everyday. We talked to the front desk and they didn’t help much but give us a pluggger but said house keeping would clean up the mess. They didn’t take action right away even tho the toilet water was everywhere. Never again will we stay here
- 3/5
Toilet broke and husband had to fix it. There were crickets inside the light fixtures and they came out to the sink.
- 5/5
Solo estuve una noche pero la persona del mostrador no fue muy amable
- 5/5
I had a great experience at this hotel. The owner was very nice. Staff was great room was clean beds for very comfortable.
- 2/5
I was concerned for my health well being and that of my family. I was definitely fooled by the pictures.
- 1/5
It was a decent walk to the park, and a place to sleep. Nothing more, nothing less. Don’t expect much here. Property manager or whoever the guy was very aggressive during check in. No soap is provided for any hand washing. Parking is free ONLY during your stay. Tried asking if we can stay parked with only 4 cars in the parking lot until 3pm. $30! Not again. Saw this hotel on TikTok, gave it the benefit doubt. Never again. Going back to my usual hotel with FREE Parking and same distance.
- 5/5
This is a new hotel across the street from downtown Disney parking very convenient reasonably priced they have refrigerator and a microwave in the room. And an added plus is that the rooms are huge. I stayed here at least four times now.
- 3/5
Lack luster water pressure in the shower as well as hot equaled cold and cold equaled hot.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
The area is safe. Location is great too bad. The toilet wasn’t in working condition. Room floor was not properly swept and mopped.
- 1/5
not as great as the pictures. It appears clean, yes, but the furniture is old and dated and the surroundings are “safe” but the price point of this hotel brought undesirable people to the hotel. First, night drug activity was happening they were up all night on a binder, hitting the weed as well as “huffing”. The constant smell and party atmosphere keep the whole family awake. Went to the park the next day open to close and came back to a new set of neighbors that were drinking and partying load…my husband had enough and went down to office to complain about the noise….the night person came up and wanted to hear the noise himself and he went to the door and then knocked on our door that he did not hear anything then when he step into our room he confirmed that we were not joking it was loud. He did return to the neighboring door and asked them to please be quiet. That did fix the issue but I did not feel safe and restful the whole trip. Also, fun fact they have no ice machines.
- 5/5
I loved how close this hotel was to Disneyland, and a nice cozy room for me and my fiance to share. Pool and hot tub were added bonuses! We were able to see the fireworks show from the park while soaking in the water!
- 2/5
We only one room key and the door was very difficult to lock and unlock.
- 5/5
Every thing is perfect
- 2/5
.
- 3/5
Decent property
- 5/5
Absolutely loved this place. Whomever designed the rooms, bravo. Dig ypur style. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. Also. It was a short walk down to see the Cubs. I give this place a ten out of ten. Thanks for grasping the concept of true hospitality.
- 4/5
It’s nice and clean
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
From the moment I walked into my room smelt and looked clean. Had a coffee machine and microwave. Only wished the water pressure was little harder. Other wise also notice at the end of my stay they also have a pool. Walkable to the convention and also easy to get to Downtown Disney.
- 1/5
As I fell asleep, I heard a chirp. I thought I was crazy until I heard it again. The battery in the fire alarm needed to be changed. I went to tell the guy at the front desk but he looked at me like I was crazy and came to the room. He then stood on the table and tried to force the door open. Where I work, we use the same fire alarm; and I was telling him how he needed to remove it. It stopped chirping and he asked if I wanted some more water and left. An hour later it did the same thing. So I got up there, pulled the fire alarm off, pulled out the battery, and walked back to ask if they had the battery. They did not and he came back to the room and he just looked at it blankly. It still kept chirping and he wouldn’t move my room, so I removed the fire alarm and told him to take it and get out because I wanted sleep if he wasn’t gonna change my room. He told me maintenance would be in the next morning to fix it. That didn’t happen and the room had no fire alarm. This is a violation of hotel codes and fire code. I know where I will never stay again when I am going to come back to the area.
- 5/5
The front desk guy Eddie was very nice and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The room is clean and the area is quiet. Felt safe staying here with kids.
- 3/5
Abby's Anaheimer is OK if you're looking for a simple room to basically just sleep in. We were attending a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and were looking for a not too pricy hotel that was not too far from the park & ride we were using and Abby's fit the bill. The room had a strange smell but ecause this hotel is more of a motel set-up, I didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open and with the AC unit not appearing to have any way to adjust the temperature, the room was on the warm side. So, if you're planning on attending an event or spending the entire day at Disneyland or California Adventure and literally just need a room to sleep in, you might by OK with Abby's. But if you're looking for a room that's comfortable to spend some time at between time at the parks, this might not be the hotel for you.
- 5/5
Fortunate to get a room here for two nights for an incredible deal. The room was very clean, and looked like it had been recently refurbished. The bed was firm but comfortable, and the AC worked great. The shower also looked like it had been recently redone. I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff were super polite, parking was free (a huge plus!!!) and Downtown Disney was a 15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The customer service is awesome!
- 2/5
It is smoke free but there are ash trays in the walk way outside and ventilation in a way it comes in the room.
- 3/5
The room appeared to be warn, light fixtures were falling and holes in the walls. The front office is like a motel office.
- 5/5
It was great, free parking and really close to Disneyland! Just wish the WiFi actually worked. Other than that i have no complaints.
- 4/5
Only real problem was that one room had a small liquor bottle under the bed. The flat surface where the TV had been secured still had the holes from when the TV was moved to the wall. Overall for the price, it was a great place to spend the night while going to the area parks. Didn't get to try the pool, but it was very small.
- 5/5
Good location, good value and good customer service.
- 5/5
Clean, renovated, staff was very nice and let us park before check in and stay Parked after check out. 15 minute walk to downtown Disney. 20ish to the parks gates. Easy walk though since it’s just one left turn!
- 5/5
I wasn't expecting too much for that little price, but surprise!! It was great, great service, very clear, smell good 100% recommended
- 1/5
The place is nothing what they advertise.
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 3/5
1 night. Convenient for Disneyland and Angels games. Shower was awful. Bed was ok.
- 4/5
The service here is fantastic, especially from Theresa. The inirial room we had had aircon issues and they imediately transfered us to a new room and ensured it was nice and cool before we got home from Disneyland. The room was also lovely and spacious. Would reccomend...
- 4/5
The hotel is a bit dated, but the room was clean. The location is convenient for walking to the Disney parks and the Anaheim convention center. The room rates here are quite a bit less than the luxury properties elsewhere in town, so if you don't want to pay for all the bells and whistles at the high-end properties, this place is an alternative. One minor complaint: there was no "coffee in the common areas" as stated in the ad. In the room there were the fixings for making coffee, but I gave up on getting a decent cup of coffee from those in-room setups years ago. Also, this property does not offer a free breakfast, continental or otherwise, but, there is a Denny's across the street that is quite convenient for coffee and breakfast. Even with the cost of breakfast, it is still much cheaper to stay here than at other places, such as the Hyatt Regency. The swimming pool is quite small, but adequate if you just want to cool off. Katella Avenue can be noisy, but my room was in the middle of the hotel, and I was not bothered by traffic noise. One more thing: the Vietnamese restaurant across the street is a real gem. I wish I could have extended my stay to try more dishes on the menu.
- 3/5
One bonus was that security lines were nonexistent compared to harbor entrance.
- 5/5
Rooms are very clean and staff was very helpful.
- 1/5
Nothing unique same as the rest 💯✌
- 4/5
Great Room and Accommodation!
- 5/5
Great customer service

It was a pretty good comfortable stay for the money that was paid. Just wanted to go to Disneyland so really didn’t stay in the room much but when we did, it was very comfortable didn’t care for the bathtub because it didn’t hold water because they don’t let it. It doesn’t have a plug only can take a shower unless you use something to plug it up with that’s the only downfall.

The lack of accountability and professionalism made for an incredibly frustrating experience. Avoid this property at all costs.

Good Location close to the park. Have stayed here multiple times

It was a great price and GREAT location. We could walk to several food options and we could walk to Downtown Disney. It was fairly clean. Small repairs needed to made to the rooms around the light switches and ceiling for it to look good. The beds are hard and not comfortable unless you like hard beds. The walls are VERY thin. You can hear the room next to you. There was a family with screaming kids and a toddler that I think they left there while they went out until late. We could hear everything almost as if as if we were sharing a room.

We had a non working toilet. I was given a 20% coupon for future visit but that was not sufficient. I never received a credit for the visit. The place is affordable but the service was not great.

Nice and quiet

Excellent day for the price and location, walking distance to Disneyland and downtown Disney. A few small fixes would be helpful. The showerhead was not great and there was no toilet paper roll holder. The mattress was really firm but some people like that but the pillows were great.

Room was very clean, safe area. I was upstairs

It was fine, we only stayed one night
- 3/5
It was clean, free parking, and bed was super comfortable however you can see the terrible repair jobs in attempt to update the room. Outlet covers not on appropriately, shower/tub had a separation and fan cover was hanging off the ceiling. Also, seems like they’re trying to saving money by leaving windows open instead of having room cooled for when guests arrive. We would more than likely not stay here again
- 5/5
they make sure that we got everything we need before leaving their premises
- 5/5
Check in was super easy staff always friendly even met the owner who was friendly and checked that everything was ok with the room. Great location for the Disney parks, which we walked to each day. A 24/7 Denny's is opposite which was handy. Would stay again when visiting Anaheim

Nice little motel.

Short walk and drive to Disneyland. Very good location

Person who checked us in was super friendly and very helpful. But as far as the room it still had hair on the shower wall from last guest. Also beds were super bossy.

This felt like a pay by the hour type of place.

It was a good stay for the price. It was comfortable and clean. The only thing I didn’t like is I could not plug up to take a bath and the hot tub was lukewarm at best and when I asked about it, the guy said that’s how it comes and I said well that defeats the purpose of it being a hot tub, but it was like he didn’t want me to ask questions. The people were friendly in the office but was like they really didn’t care would I recommend this place? Yes if it’s just a quick place to go stay for the night if you’re at Disneyland or whatever absolutely it’s a good clean safe place to be at, but just for me. Those two things with the bathtub and hot tub really irritated me. Would I stay there again? Yes, I would.

Checking in, the staff was fine. He just seemed tired and didn’t want to be there but no biggie, he wasn’t mean or anything, checking out the person was nicer. Pros: free parking but not too many spaces so if you have more than one car, might run into trouble, and it’s like a 10 min or less drive to Disney parking Cons: stained and old looking sheets showerhead wouldn’t stay in place so u had to stand REALLY close to the faucet and wall and water only flowed on the outside of the shower head, water pressure was some of the worst I’ve experienced at a motel/inn Walls are PAPER thin so I felt like I was in the room with the neighbor The street is LOUD and a lot of cars with exhausts like to go through (I think because Walnut street has a long strip of no traffic lights also) Mattress is very firm (which I’m fine with) but just warning those who aren’t, and I felt like I can feel the springs in some spots Floor didn’t look like it was really swept The furniture was worn out and the dresser was peeled in some spots No ice machine (from what I saw) I barely got any sleep which was the purpose of me getting a place the day before a park day, but I don’t think I’d come back here. You guys can try it out and judge for yourself but you have been warned

The property was very old and the room that we start in was dirty and old. I didn’t like the stay. I pay extra for late stay. The housekeeper was complaining about it.

In proximity to close to restaurants and downtown Disney.

The overnight front desk was very kind. The room was clean, everything felt safe and worth the money spent. Super close to Disneyland!

Just stayed 7 nights at Abby’s Anaheimer for the first time in a King room. Was a great stay and I would certainly stay again if the price was right. It was the least expensive I could find so I booked early in September for March. Nice bed and sheets in good sized room with fridge, micro, siting chair, large TV and free parking . Pillows were a little lumpy but not bad. Loved how there were sheers with the curtains on the windows. You could let the light in and see outside but people couldn’t see in. Room felt very comfortable. Front desk agents were excellent as were the cleaners who were in daily and were very attentive. Be aware that the pool and hot tub area is very small and Abbys is beside a busy road. I had a room closer to the office/a little away from the road and the noise did not bother my sleep. I loved that the Disney bus routes 9 and 11(which, during the middle of the day becomes route 9/11) have 2 stops directly across the street, one for when the bus goes clockwise around the perimeter of the park, and one for when it goes counter clockwise. This made it easy to catch it in either direction. If you’re looking for fancy, this is a motel and probably not for you. But if you want a solid budget motel and are willing to take the bus, give it a try!

It’s nice

Powerful engin rumbling all night long from cars passing by

The moment we checked in the experience was terrible. Upon arrival, the front desk was extremely rude. As soon as we checked in, they demanded payment

We had a room designed for one queen bed reworked into two double beds! Very tight quarters for four people.

Super close to Disney, very easy to find, cute spot, would book again

The property is fairly good. Old but golden furniture. I was just not happy with how they did not communicate change of prize when I added another day. The staff makes a lot of errors. And when they do, someone else will try and fix them. On my second day of stay, they did not put teas in both rooms. The heater in one of the rooms wasnt working. It was making lots of noise without changing the temperature in the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Good location. Walking distance to Disneyland.

It smelly noise factor and lock of insulation and wall too thin
- 4/5
Pretty close to Disneyland only a 15 minute walk
- 2/5
I would not stay here again, the beds were uncomfortable and you can hear loud motorcycles and cars all night long.
- 4/5
No frills, but clean and the room was very big with ample space for storage, a microwave, and large mini fridge. Comfy bed and the room was clean. Pool was small, but useable, and hot tub was a nice feature. Kind and helpful staff. Internet was awful, sadly, and the shower didn't get more than warm. Those were my only complaints. I would stay again!

We came to Cali for a cheer competition. It was very close to Disney and the convention center. The hotel was very safe, it was clean, the staff was so friendly and we were very happy with our stay!
- 3/5
I liked how close it was to Disney and parking is included. I didn’t like that a bunch of water entered through where the AC unit is since it was pouring. I also didn’t like waking up and finding a huge dead cockaroach on the sink.
- 5/5
Loved staying at Abby’s! Super convenient ~15 min walk to the parks/downtown Disney. Stayed here for a race weekend and loved being so close for an affordable rate! The rooms are also quite large and had a mini fridge and microwave. There’s a mini mart in close proximity as well.

The staff is always helpful.

I have stayed here a few times when I have visited Disneyland but it was my first time staying in this room. If you can avoid staying in room 216 please do so you hear all the traffic all night. On this trip the housekeeper just walked in while I was sleeping when she noticed there was people in the room she closed the door but never mentioned she was the housekeeper, Once she closed the door she came back knocked the door and said she left milk in the fridge, I was so confused on what was going on. I felt unsafe I got my stuff and checked out. As I was checking out I noticed she was the housekeeper because she was cleaning a room out. This was my first not so.great experience here.

2 star hotel within walking distance to Disneyland. Check in staff friendly. Hotel room was pretty run down but good enough for the limited time we were actually in the room. Noisey being right off the corner of Karelia Street. Room definitely could use updates. Homelsss man asleep on walk way directly in front of our room. He coughed all night.

Abby’s was a nice place place to stay if you’re visiting Disney parks. It very close to the parks. It’s located in a safe environment. The hotel clerk was very nice. The rooms were very clean and they would service them daily. The only thing was the beds were a little smaller than expected. I had booked a room with two queen beds and our room seemed to have to double beds instead but we managed. But I would definitely stay again since the price was very reasonable.
