Very short walk to Disney, free parking, and a short 9 minute drive to angels stadium. The property is well maintained with a beautiful garden. The pool is also well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights pre cruise and to visit Disney Land. The staff were great, free parking and free breakfast. The walk was short to Disney and walking distance to restaurants. Finney’s down the street had great food and service. We had four rooms and they were able to put all of us together and on the ground floor. They have plenty of outdoor seating to sit and relax in the evening and a little playground for the kids. I would stay again. Dennys is right next door for food as well.

Room was very clean, had clean towels and new soap everyday. Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. My only bad review would be on how close the beds were to the air conditioner, the blinds and closet. Also, the bathtub was very hard to get in and out of, if you have a disability, even with the stool they provided. This room is more suitable for a king-sized bed rather than 2 queens and a walk-in shower would safer for a handicap-rated room.

The first room smelled like it was cleaned but u can still smell the underlying urine smell. We asked for another room that was much better. I found the staff especially Juan to be super helpful and the lady asst mgr on 6/3/26 to be also accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was okay-same thing everyday but it was free and good for the cost of the stay. No frills. I would come back again because it was so close to Disneyland.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, the rooms just really need an interior update. They look old and worn. There was also a sizable gap around the exterior door, it surprised me they didn’t have a pest control problem.

Our room was clean. The beds were hard but that is based on preference. Breakfast was very good. It’s a quick walk to the park. They will let you park after you check out for a small fee. It was worth it for us. The staff were nice. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. The room was small but it worked.

The entire staff was incredible! I traveled with my autistic six-year-old and it was the most autism friendly resort. I have stayed at during all our trips to Disneyland. Breakfast was wonderful. The courtyard is beautiful with lots of places to eat outside. Loved the playground for kids and the pool and hot tub. My son has elopement issues and the hotel came in and installed an extra lock on our door that was higher up to ensure his safety. The staff and security team in conjunction with all of their cameras, made us want to be safest trips, and safest stays I have ever had. It’s a quick 12 minute walk to Disneyland or a nine dollar Uber ride. This will definitely be our go to hotel moving forward. Love the staff love the amenities. Rooms are nice and clean overall it was just an amazing stay.

Easy walk to Disney Resort. Hotel is family friendly with a playground, free parking and hot breakfast. Exceptional care to details, very pleasant stay for a trip to Disney. The flowers and artwork displayed around the building made it feel welcoming too!

Great property for the price. Staff wonderful love the plants everywhere and patio to sit at for breakfast. Breakfast was good with basic options. Wish there was bacon and not sausage everyday is my only fuss.

El hotel tiene muchas facilidades, si vas de viaje a Disneyland te dan acceso anticipado al parking, (de esa manera te puedes ir caminando a los parques por que están muy cerca) e igual al hacer check out, tienes parking hasta las 2:00pm, lo cual es conveniente para ir a disney district de shopping o a comer... el personal es muy atento. Incluye desayuno que es básico, pero muy completo!

Our room smelt like pee and the carpet was filthy. The staff was super friendly. It was obvious that the room hadn't been updated like some of the others pictured on their website.

The hotel is within a 13 minute walk to downtown Disney. The grounds were very pretty lots of beautiful flowers and srubs. The staff were very helpful and enjoyed talk to their customers. They will be closing soon for a remodel and name change. The beds were very hard, but they game me some extra bedding to make it softer. The sheets and blankets on the bed were dirty when we arrived and a couple of the unises wash cloths had buggers on them. But overall it was a nice place to stay, good price and great location.

We stayed here for a Disney weekend. From the time of check in to check out the staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and small breakfast area was stocked during eating hours. Convenient location.

We stayed on the bottom floor, next to the playground. Super convenient and easy parking. The walk to Disneyland was about 20 minutes. The room had a few little trash left in it, but nothing gross, only wrappers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our boys (7) taught the pool and hot tub was the best so I would say it’s a win. I would recommend a d stay there again.

This location is closer to park and downtown disney, 15 min walkable distance. Save some money on expensive parking at park. Breakfast is good and fresh. They only offer house cleaning on request, Which is reasonable.

Close to downtown Disney. We walked over in the morning and it was a safe walk on the sidewalk and back from a day in Disney. Breakfast was good. The room has a balcony so you can watch fireworks from the room if you have small kids and don’t want to stay in the park to watch them.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites Anaheim at the Park, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations for a cost-effective option near Disneyland. One of the standout features of this hotel is its friendly staff. Every interaction I had was pleasant, and they were always ready to assist with a smile. The location is fantastic; just a short walk to the Downtown Disney check-in area, making it incredibly convenient for park-goers. The complimentary breakfast, starting at 6:30 AM, is a gem. If you leave by 6:50 AM, you'll have enough time to get to the security checkpoint when it opens, allowing you to be among the first at the front gate of either Disneyland or California Adventure. This is especially advantageous for hitting popular rides like Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance without the usual wait. What I truly appreciated about this hotel are the lack of hidden fees. Parking is free, breakfast is included, and the rates are among the most affordable you'll find in walking distance to the park gates. For those looking for a more relaxed experience, I recommend adding an extra day to your stay to enjoy the pool, which is usually quiet during the day while most guests are at the park. We have stayed here before. The rates are reasonable, and walking over to Downtown Disney is easy. You can park for free at the hotel and keep your car there without paying at the Disney resort. I was surprised there is an additional resort fee added to what we had already paid through Travelocity, but perhaps I just didn't read the fine print. We never used to pool or anything else, because we wanted to spend as long as we could on the Disney properties.

The staff made this hotel a 5-star. They were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a small, old feel but clean, good condition, nice small free breakfast, and very pretty grounds.

The property overall is tired. Its a motel with lipstick. The finishes are average, except the bedding. The TV is small and antiquated. The floot is laminate wood, whick on bare feet feels dirty. Its a little far from Disney. For the price, I think there are other options. I wouldn't stay again.

Rude staff in the evening. Assistant manager at check in during the morning was lovely. Couldn’t get ahold of the property when we needed help bc apparently they changed their number. They are going through an ownership/management shift and you can tell. Hope for their sake it is going to be better.

The best thing about this place is its close proximity to Downtown Disney and the theme parks. You can walk there in approx. 10 minutes. They also have good amenities, including a free breakfast, free parking, a pool/hot tub, and a play structure for small kids. The hot tub is on the older side and should be updated in my opinion. There is street noise, but you can mask it by running the a.c. fan. The room TVs are also on the older side and should be updated in my opinion.

Everything to me was perfect very quiet, clean room, very nice staff. After a long day at Disneyland the hot tub felt great. The free breakfast was good they had eggs ,sausages waffles, donuts , orange juice, jello…ect I would recommend this hotel to someone who is going to be going to Disneyland.

This hotel is conveniently located a very walkable distance to Disneyland. It was quiet and peaceful in a safe walkable area. I felt comfortable being a mom with 3 teens leaving the door ajar to watch them swim below. A “balcony” room isn’t really necessary as it overlooks a roadway, save the few dollars, we used it only to apply spray sunscreen. The staff was very positive and happy. I specifically remember Karen the first day we arrived, she was welcoming friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The cleaning crew was very nice, and I appreciated their kindness. The free breakfast was decent, but the waffles were definitely the highlight. The pool was nice, but unfortunately the hot tub was disgusting and did not seem well maintained. The washer worked fine, but the dryer did not dry my clothes, so I ended up having to leave with damp clothes, which was inconvenient. Overall, there were some positives, especially the cleanliness, waffles, and some of the staff, but the property could use updates and better maintenance.

The breakfast provision was plentiful, varied and yummy. Our room was basic, but clean, as was the bathroom. We were gone about 12 hours a day, so really we only used the room for sleeping, and the breakfast provision was definitely a good start to our day, especially for our kids. This is our second time using this motel....because we it's such a pleasant place and the staff are simply lovely people. This will be our stay-place anytime we are down in Anaheim, Disneyland or heading down to Newport.... (Heads up....the front desk staff told us that they will become independently operated under a new name "Katella Inn at the Park and Convention" and will no longer be affiliated with Quality Inn and Suites/Choice Hotels--effective November 2026--but the staff WILL remain the SAME).

Overall no complaints. The rooms are old but clean. The breakfast area was cramped, but we managed. The close proximity to Disneyland was great.

We know we left something in the room. We called within an hour of departing to have them hold it and when we came back for it they said nothing was found. We know it was there and know they are keeping it rather than giving it to us. Also we marked the room as private but we came back mid day to find them in our room "changing" the towels. Very frustrating and untrustworthy.

We checked out without even sleeping there. I had assumed it was a pretty solid less expensive option near the convention center based on reviews, but I was wrong. You could see light between the door and the frame which felt unsafe. Also the walls were dingy and dirty, and there was a weird chemical smell throughout the room. The sheets and towels were clean, but the whole place looked run down.

The location is walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but it hit the spot. The little balcony was cute. The staff during the day was very friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they were in the room when I arrived. Didn't get to use the pool area but it looked very nice and clean. I had no issues during my stay. Would stay there again. No elevator, if you are disabled, get a room on the 1st floor. Breakfast area is very small. parking lot is very small and very full.

We stayed in a two-queen bedroom for 4 nights. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs, donuts and bread, coffee, milk (whole and 2% milk), orange juice, apple juice, fresh apples, and bananas. It was nice to have a hearty breakfast before heading to Disneyland. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a hairdryer. The room had a medium-sized refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, which was nice for storing semi-cooked meals I bought. The room also had an office chair, an accent chair, and three luggage racks, which were convenient. The air conditioning worked well.

I thought the price was good for the location to Disneyland. There is a nice breakfast offered with waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurt, juices and coffee. Just one suggestion, bring an extra shoe or weighted item as the air conditioner is right under the curtains and blows them away from the window. Room had lots of outlets and USB ports. No body wash, bar soap only. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion is the new wall mounted style most hotels use now. Towels were plentiful.

This was our 1st time staying at Quality Inn & Suites and she confirmed with me about free parking, free breakfast and what comes with the breakfast and the times its available. I had mentioned to her that I seen online it was an 8 minute walk to the parks, but she clarified its about 15 minutes to walk to the park. The rooms were good, we stayed in the king suite which had a fridge, coffee maker, a standing closet boudoir, lamp lights that were equipped with phone charger access. We did pay extra to check in early, so thats an option available if the room is ready. We enjoyed the breakfast and loved the outside dining area option. We did encounter with one small issue, but the staff quickly came and fixed it professionally and with a smile. There are a few places we will go back to and this is one!

I would definitely stay here again when we went to the park. The only thing was Expedia said it was an 8 min walk to Downtown Disney, but actually it took 15 min or more, and about 20 min total to the park. It was fine, but I had booked the hotel thinking it was more like 10 min walk. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. We also didn't spend much time there. At the park pretty much all day, and then back to sleep at night! I would stay there again for a trip to Disney. Clean, free breakfast, free parking onsite, free wi-fi, walking distance to the park. It worked out great.

Easy 15 minute walk to Disney (just make sure to stay to the left walking towards Disney, if you go to the right under the bridge you’ll have to turn around). Breakfast was a plus! Was a little cramped at times but they have additional seating outside. Rooms/bathroom were a little dated but still comfortable.

Hotel and rooms are dated. Definitely an old tired motel. The beds are terrible! Old worn out beds! Rooms are small we had a balcony room. Breakfast speard was decent, Room was small. Only good thing about it was the location to downtown Disney. Hotel is changing to Patel hotel Won’t be staying here again.

Staff was great, the room was clean, housekeeping was gracious enough to come in and replace towels and etc. Only downfall was it was a bit noisy due to traffic on the main road and our room window faced it but I did request an upstairs room. The hotel was just a short walk to Disneyland/CA adventures! All in all it was a good 3 night stay for our Disneyland trip.

We stayed one night after going to the parks. The staff were very accommodating and we were able to do a late check in. The room was a little tired but clean, and amenities were provided. The nicest part was the parking! We had actually arrived well before check in and was able to park in their lot, after checking much later in the day, the staff was kind enough to tell us where to re-park that was closer to our room, and then we were able to keep the car there the next day (after checking out) until midnight.

For the price point you can’t beat this hotel. Very walkable to Disneyland with free parking, the complementary continental breakfast has eggs, sausage, and waffles, in addition to standard free breakfast items. Rooms are fine nothing fancy but we weren’t here for fancy, my wife and I have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so.

Parking free and great location to Downtown Disneyland

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, bad pillows (compacted).

We enjoyed our stay, this is our go to when visiting Disneyland.

Staff was awesome, clean room Little dated but didn’t care since all I’m looking for a good price motel close to Disneyland to sleep.

Everything was great, we booked 2 rooms and they put us close to each other. Most importantly it was only 10 minutes walk from Disneyland monorail station, so getting to our main attraction was a breeze and we were able to enjoy the park till midnight due to close proximity of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we would stay here again.

The staff was great and it was close to Disneyland which was nice. There isn’t an elevator so if you have a stroller and you’re on the second floor, it’s very difficult for you to get to and from. Also our room was smelled musty but was clean. The breakfast wasn’t bad and the play area is nice for young kids.

Great room!

The room was clean and room service (upon request) was superb. The breakfast was good for a quick pick-me-up before heading to Disneyland, which is a 20 minute walk away.

This is a good little place to stay if you're looking to go to Disneyland. You can literally walk to Disneyland and California adventure. Staff all deserve 5 stars and go out of their way to help you. The only downside is the bed wasn't that comfortable but that could be preferable.

Stayed here for trip to Disneyland, great location only about 12 min walk to entrance of Downtown Disney. The staff was friendly, but the room was musky/humid. All of our clothes felt damp, no place to hang bath towels, paint chipping and windows hard to open

This was the second time we stayed here. First being ten years ago and I will definitely come back. Very close to Disney and easy to walk too. Close to lots of shops as well as a Walmart. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I look forward to booking again here in the future.

I was in a pinch to find a room close to Disneyland (within walking distance to Downtown Disney) that was not sold out for the holiday weekend on very short notice, and this place was available for a good price. The property has a homey style vibe to it with rose bushes, porch tables, and chairs throughout. Free parking and a free simple breakfast were a plus. The rooms appeared to be well-maintained and good-sized. We did have a noisy AC unit, and the large mini-bar, on the second day, decided it was going to make random noises.

This little hotel was a gem! It is close to Disney, an easy 15 minute walk. The rooms were clean and perfect for our family of 4. We loved having an extra attached room for our 4 year old. The staff was what really made it a great places everyone was welcoming and so kind! We will stay here again and again.

The room had thin walls could hear every thing our neighbors said and the one above walking. It’s a super short walk to Disneyland and a good bargain with free breakfast and parking.

We loved our stay! The food was good, the room was nice and comfy, and the pool area was clean. The staff were super nice and welcoming! We loved that it was walking distance from disneyland, and would definitely stay there again.

The office staff was Amazing! Place was very clean! Short walk to Disney!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with good variety of options for continental breakfast. My kids especially enjoyed the waffles and donuts.

Upon arrival we were told the hotel was short staffed and our room wasn't ready. We came back later to find our toilet had fecal matter all over the seat! Staff handed us a tube of Clorox wipes since they had no housekeeping available. When cleaning the toilet we discovered the wall above the toilet had black mold growing on it! We went back to the front desk who sent a maintenance man to confirm. They were sold out of rooms so we had to find another hotel last minute which of course the prices had skyrocketed for same day check in. I will say the staff was very nice and did accommodate a full refund but the cleanliness of this hotel was less than "quality"

Plenty of options for breakfast

We loved our stay at this property. If you are going to Disneyland, this is the place. It's only about a 15 min walk to get to the security checkpoint for the park. Plenty of free parking, a great breakfast with yogurt, fruit, waffles, danishes, donuts, eggs and sausage. Truly was everything you needed. The room was clean and had plenty of room. Loved the shower pressure in the bathroom. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the general manager and Karen. They made sure we had coffee ready for us when we returned from the park and even refunded our money when we decided to leave early because the weather was so bad. We go to Disneyland a few times a year and this will definitely be our go to from now on.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel was for the money! The room smelled a little funny, but other than that our stay was perfect. The room was clean, we all had our own bed which was wonderful, the breakfast was decent, the location was perfect for walking to Disneyland and not having to pay for parking nor mess with shuttles and all that. Free self parking was great too. Employees were very kind and helpful even time I interacted with them. I would for sure recommend this place and stay here again. It's older for sure but well maintained.

A well kept building, room was clean and well ventilated. AC worked fine. Breakfast was small but very tasty and filling. Would go back again at fair daily rate.

When room was very clean and the receptionist was really amicable! The amenities were a bit old and the sound-proofness wasn't great but it is still a good deal considering the price. You can park your car at hotel and walk 15 minutes to Disney parks. There are some park spaces available though I am not sure they are sufficient for busy seasons. There is free breakfast; nothing fancy though enough to kickstart the day. You probably don't want to eat a lot and go on intense Disney rides anyway!

The shower temperature was lukewarm at best which would have been nice to be warmer. Hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was limited but was much appreciated at a hotel so close to Disneyland. Would stay again.

It is close to Disney, which is really nice and parking was easy. The faucet in the bathroom leaked when turned all the way on and it was interesting to listen to the literal SWAT team go ham on the townhome behind the hotel for three hours with a couple of flash bangs going off and all drones flying around, although I don’t fault the hotel for that.

The hot tub and pool a great option after a day of play at Disneyland. The staff was very friendly. The property is older but well cared for. Value fir the price.

Great location and breakfast was very good each morning. Some feedback, Safes should be included in each room. We also had a negative experience regarding using the self service laundry. The first night we were denied access because it was almost 10pm and apparently it was a strict 10pm deadline. The next night we went at 9pm and someone else had purchased the key already, a weren’t even using the laundry, and apparently nothing could be done. Went the next morning, manager apologised and said she would write a note to night staff to allow us to use the laundry after hours. We came back the next night at 10pm again but the person from the night before had purchased the laundry once again. We were alway denied or not given the opportunity to use the laundry, instead the hotel kept renting the laundry out to guests who didn’t even use it. Need to have strict laundry rules in place in the future.

Everything perfect

Easy check-in and my room was available earlier. Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful during my four day stay. Clean room with all the amenities. Very nice breakfast. The air con was noisy but was good for cooling the room then turning it off.

Stay here a lot for Disney trips and feel it is an excellent place to stay

Breakfast service was convenient and was avaliable before the park opened. It was well stocked and maintained at all times during service. We had small kids that returned to the motel every day after 2 pm for a nap. This meant no housekeeping (no garbage removal or towel replacement) which was a hassle in an already tight space. I would not stay again.

The assistant manager was on duty every day that we were there and was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only complaint was they kept taking the towels, especially the one for the floor, and not properly replacing them.

20 min pleasant walk to park good options for breakfast

Beds are very hard, felt as we sleeping on the box spring. Bathrooms could be cleaned with more detail, but a great location to Disneyland, roughly 15 minute walk or less to Downtown Disney.

Hotel staff were nice. Room was okay. The floor was dirty. We are from Hawaii and remove our shoes so our feet got dirty from walking in the room. The walk to the Disney resort area was fine and felt safe. You need to walk through the entire Downtown Disney area to get to the gates. Breakfast was the regular free hotel breakfast. While there, the waffle batter was pumpkin spice then original. Parking was good. We were able to park right in front of our first floor room.

The first day of my arrival I have a incovinience they don’t have my suit ready they offer me a two bed plus a folding bed. Next day they help me move to the suit and because they don’t have a ADA shower they provide me with a chair to shower everything was pleasant staffs where good , I will recommend and stay again

Great location with a simple breakfast but with the necessary items for a quick coffee. Parking inside the hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. I thought the room had a strong smell, I don't know if it was cigarette smoke or mold. However, after we turned on the air conditioning and sprayed some perfume, our stay was peaceful. Restaurants and convenience stores are next to the hotel and very close to the park! I recommend it and we will stay again!

Room was really spacious and clean. The morning breakfast is simple yet plentiful. Definitely worth the stay if you’re planning a Disney trip and want to be within walking distance of the park

Hotel only 15 min walk from the themeparks. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We needed a scooter and it has been delievered in only 20 min! Room and bed are confortable but need more light. Breakfast was good with salty and sweet food. I would come there next time I come

Breakfast included was a great way to start each day. Conveniently located for walking to Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney.

The hotel is in a little noisy of a spot and they do early yard work so be prepared for aj early wake up, lol!

The property served its purpose for our stay. We were with two other groups and ordered food to eat in outdoor area by the playground. While sitting at the table eating we encountered bugs coming out of the deck and up the table. We quickly left the area and headed back to our rooms.

This is a gem! We’ve stayed at several hotels in the Disney area and this will be our go to place from now on. Friendly staff, ample parking, clean rooms, great breakfast options including eggs, sausage and make your own waffles and tasty coffee. They even have water with lemons and fresh rosemary in the afternoons! We didn’t make it to the pool, but it looked clean and hope to use it along with the hot tub during future trips. Thank you for a great stay!

If you just need a place to sleep, that is relatively close to Disney, this would do the trick. The bed was comfortable. Walls are paper thin. Room was dingy and must. Air conditioner was loud. Found 2 roaches in our room and many others around the property. All of the staff were super friendly and kind. If it wasn’t for the roaches, I’d prob stay again for the price.

Staff giving breakfast is not friendly no smile at all. Maybe they to go to your company’s culture if you have and or trainings on how to please the pax! Not enough space for breakfast.

I stayed in room 132. The room had a wierd smell. Not sure if it was chemical or what it was I needed a wall air freshener to mask it. Also there was 3 beetle bugs in the bathroom the first night we stayed there.

This was a perfect place to stay for our Disneyland holiday. The staff are very friendly, it’s just a 15 minute walk to downtown Disney. The pool and surrounding garden were very nice and relaxing. Great place to relax mid afternoon or after dinner swim. The rooms are basic but have everything you need.

Breakfast was simple but good; no elevator which carrying luggage and groceries was not fun up the stairs; large gap at the bottom of the door was not ok with but shoved towel to block. It was large enough for mice and bugs to come into the room which was not awesome. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. The walk to the park was not terrible we usually try to stay a little closer but it was manageable.

The breakfast area was VERY cramped but the rooms were clean and in walking distance to Disneyland. The staff was very friendly. The suite was a tiny extra room with a full sized bed and no TV. A TV would've been a nice addition to that room but overall we were satisfied.

Great location walking distance to Disney. Everything you need for a hotel room, nice and friendly staff, handy breakfast and plenty of parking. The only we had were the power sockets in the room did not charge very well meaning our phones didn't charge overnight. We ended up having us us power banks to charge phones. Other than that, it was a great location and the staff very good.

One of the big perks is having a Denny’s right next door, perfect for a late-night bite or an alternative to the hotel breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the motel serves a full hot breakfast that’s a step above many other budget-friendly hotels in the area. It’s convenient and helps us fuel up before a long day at the park. The staff here has consistently been friendly and helpful during every stay. They really make guests feel welcome and handle any questions or requests quickly. The pool and hot tub are always well-maintained and super clean, providing a great spot to relax after walking the parks all day. Overall, this Quality Inn and Suites offers excellent value, a prime location, and reliable service. It’s a clean, comfortable, and affordable choice that we’ll continue to return to for all our Disneyland trips.

My baby was also crawling around the floor and his feet and legs got so visibly dirty it was disgusting. I asked for room change the next morning at 5am and was able to get a different room in the afternoon with wood flooring. The new room smelt a lot better but the floor was still dirty like it had not been wiped or mopped? My feet just felt dirty walking on it and I couldn’t even put my baby down just due to the floor being dirty. Parking spaces were also very tight to get in to. It is also worth mentioning that if you’re a light sleeper, having a room on the first floor was not great at all because you hear the people above you walking all the time. And that was with both of the rooms I got. Overall wouldn’t book here again, the walk to Disney was still decently far for me since I was pregnant and the rooms were just dirty. I hate hearing people above me walk and do their business. But I will say that staff was very nice and did not give me no trouble at all.

We stayed several nights and had fresh towels delivered daily. We enjoyed eating our breakfast in the garden area.

We did encounter a minor issue with a leaking toilet, but maintenance responded promptly and resolved it without any hassle. The pool area was clean and refreshing, and the breakfast offerings exceeded expectations—especially the waffle station, which was a big hit with our kids. Our only small critiques: the room could have benefited from a few additional outlets, and one night was a bit noisy due to other guests, which made it difficult to sleep. That said, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise excellent stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the Disney parks, which made it easy to return for an afternoon break or swim. We look forward to staying here again on future trips!

Breakfast was well controlled chaos in the best of ways. They shut down promptly, but if anything is running low or any issues with the well used waffle station, the staff is extremely fast to address. The fresh eggs are fluffy, anytime the coffee ran low they would pivot to the backups while waiting to brew more so you were never without. On the veranda is the perfect place to eat in peace before the energy and excitement of the parks. You can see the large Ferris wheel in DCA from the front of the hotel and it was nothing to walk or roll as the case may be. Our parents had an ADA room and we were above them. It was a well placed and well maintained respite from the busy chaos of the trip and perfect staging area for the day ahead. I will definitely be staying again for our next Disney trip. Such a great value and you couldn’t be closer to the parks and downtown Disney without staying on property.

I loved loved the beautiful gazebo with grape vines. And the landscaping was amazing. Nice to sit and enjoy my complimentary breakfast that included fluffy waffles:) staff were very helpful and friendly.

We have stayed here a few times and it's always great. Even has a playground for kiddos!

The inn itself is a little dated but it was at a good price. Dennis right next door and the Shuttle to Disneyland stops almost at the front door. It costs $6 per person for an all day pass and it saves you from a mile hike. After a long day at the theme park it helps. Food is ok- eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, various fruits and yogurt, juices, toast, bagels and coffee. Overall, the place is at a good price for what you get. Thank you

This location (close to Disneyland) is great for the price. Hot breakfast was a bonus. It is an older hotel but it is clean and the pool & patio area is nice.

Best decision ever,we walked to Disneyland every morning, literary 10 min walk to entrance.Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, fruits, assortment of breads, waffles, yogurt and hot and cold beverages. Israel and Karen are super friendly and made our stay an even more pleasant one. On days we didn't visit the parks, my kids enjoyed the pool which was kept clean everyday. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was seriously the nicest staff we’ve ever experienced. Everyone was so friendly and helpful at any hour. The pool/hot tub was very clean! The rooms were really nice too. You can tell they put hard work into this place. GREAT waffles in the morning. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed - pretty hard and only two pillows. However, the carpet in the room was visibly dirty. The socks we wore around the room were filthy after walking around for only a few minutes, and we switched to wearing shoes inside instead.

This is a very economical place to stay if you want to be within walking distance to Disney. Took us between 10-15 minutes to get to Disneyland. The room is clean but it is an older hotel. They do have free parking and a continental breakfast that includes eggs and sausage. Room isn’t huge but it works for a quick trip.

Good staff

The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The breakfast had a good variety of options for our family. They kept it very well stocked throughout the hours they offered breakfast. The beds were soft and the shower had great pressure. On our first night, the check-in receptionist mentioned we could go out to the front lawn and watch the Disney fireworks. It was a neat way to kick off our next couple days at Disneyland. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Super comfy and all the personal really kind, it’s really near to the Disney bus and so easy to go to downtown Disney.

Walkable distance to Disneyland- could see the fireworks from our bed! The staff is amazing- super helpful and friendly. We were directly above the office- and could hear the moving of chairs and tables around 5:30am. It was quite noisy- with the road and office below us. But we would stay again just because of the staff, location and free parking!

Property feels like older apartments. Convenient location walking distance to Downtown Disney and The Parks parking is free so you don’t have to pay the added charges. Breakfast is basic not good not bad. But def will stay here again.

Fun, quirky old motel. Nice outside garden area with tables. Our room had a balcony that was huge, which we used a lot. Some decor is getting dated and worn in rooms but some looks newer. Everything worked great though. Breakfast is pretty good but the same daily, so it can get boring if you are there more than a couple of days. Denny's is next-door for convenient late night dining Staff was great!

The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well and the towels were replaced daily. The breakfast was lovely and the pool/jacuzzi area was clean and a nice place to relax. Places to eat and a shop within walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you are going to the Disney parks.

I appreciated the proximity to the park. Took us 10 min to walk there. I am upset by the fact that I left my gold necklace and pearl earrings on the bathroom counter. I called a few hours after departure and they informed me no one has turned it in. I would think they would investigate this matter rather than taking housekeeping's word for it.

Super for budget travelers. Pool, hot tub, across the street from Disneyland but not on the busy side. The hotel has obviously been around a while and has been repainted multiple times and it's just a little rough around the edges but well-worth the price. Front desk was so nice and the free breakfast is quite good all things considered (except if you don't wake up early enough). I KNOW where I'm staying when I return to Disneyland next.

Great hotel in walking distance to Disneyland. Breakfast was good but had same hot items every day. Would have liked a little variety. We had to call maintenance 2 days because our TV didn't work. Easy fix and they got it going both times. Hotel is older but clean. Convenient location for a great price. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was great Karen was so sweet and amazing. The breakfast could have been better with more pastries and food options it wasn’t bad quick little meal to start your long at Disney parks. I got the suite the room was big the beds were comfortable. I wish there was another tv in the extra room. Staying there 2 nights and one tv with 2 adults and 3 children was hard. But it was a 10 minute walk to Disney parks. I will be staying here again.

Perfect location for disneyland. We only had 2 days and were able to walk to and from disneyland each day with the kids. Staff were friendly, room was clean and a good size. With wifi, parking and breakfast included it was perfect with young kids.

Super friendly staff! Was able to get into town early and park at hotel instead of paying for parking! Beds are amazingly comfy, I usually don’t sleep well first night away but these beds like a cloud! Just what we needed after a long day at the parks. Towels were a bit rough but only negative of the stay.

Friendly staff with a good breakfast. Close to parks, but a bit of a trek if walking. Rooms are ok, but old. I think they used to have a shuttle, but there wasn’t one this visit. Less chaotic than the hotels directly across from park entrance.

Stayed here for a Disneyland 2- day trip. It was not a bad walk to Disneyland. The staff were very helpful. We got here at 7AM on a Saturday and there were lots of parking and it's free!. The frontdesk gave us a parking pass for the day even though check in was at 3PM. Then free breakfast before our Disney California Adventure Day. Left our car till 10PM Sunday. Would definitely stay here again for a Disney Trip :)

Front desk really friendly , clean room , towels looks very white and clean , but have a oil smell, people from upstairs wash noise very early in the morning, but everything else was great

The things we didn’t like were out of the staff and owners control: someone defecated in the pool when we were there that my son found while swimming. This was dealt with very quickly and pool was open the next day. The walls in the rooms are thin and unfortunately there was a screaming toddler next to us which disturbed only my sleep for a couple nights ( boys slept through it). Overall, I would definitely stay here again as it was affordable, close to the parks, breakfast included, friendly staff and good vibes. We sat outside and had pizza and enjoyed the relaxing music and views.
