When we arrived, they only had a room left with one bed, when our reservation was for two beds and four people. They told us that since we had four people we couldn’t even keep the room because it was only meant for two. So we never even got to stay and the people in front of us were dealing with the same issue.

An old classic motor court style motel. No food, but there is a swimming pool

The front desk attendant was super duper nice plus helpful!!!!! 10 min walk to Disneyland... The parking is a little tight but it wasnt bad!! If you are going to Disneyland book this hotel ....I bet the Big Mouse would love you for it!!!!!

Walking distance from the parks and flexible check in was nice! Staff allowed us to come at 7am and park car even though we hadn’t checked in yet. Checked in at 11:50pm. Loved their flexibility! No attendant on site when I checked out at 3:30am to head to airport. Called number and guy told me to put the key in the window slot.

We had another really nice stay! See you all again next month! We love this place!

My friends and I had a pleasant stay! They were very helpful to our needs and we are next to Downtown Disney which was pretty fun!

Nice hotel for the price. My husband and i stayed one night before going over to the Disneyland Hotel for the rest of our trip. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.Maybe a 15 minute walk to Downtown Disey. If you're on a budget and looking for a place to rest after a long day at the park, this is it.

The room is a little outdated, but it was exactly what 2 adults needed to go to Disney. Very close to Disney and everyone was so helpful

Our go to place when we go to Disneyland!

Decided to stay here for my Daughter's Birthday trip to the parks. The walk to downtown Disney is about 10 minutes with another 5 to the gates of the parks. Parking was easy, convenient and included. If you factor in $40 Disney parking it adds value.for a short walk. Check in was easy and quick. We had 2 queen beds on the second floor. It was nice with vaulted ceilings. The TV was so new it still appeared to be in display mode with the features being shown randomly, but I didn't bother saying anything until check out since it wasn't that intrusive. The pool is not heated and there is no hot tub, but the cool pool was nice to soak tired feet in. Its only open 9 to 9 and no pool towels. The ice machine is by the pool and always had ice. The beds were comfortable. There is a fridge and it was already on and going, other places turn them off. The area felt safe and they have 24/7 property surveillance. We were able to walk back to the room for some rest time midday and return later to the parks. I've already booked here again for August so definitely will stay again. Oh and they had a candy bowl at the front desk.

Walking distant to Disneyland .

The gentleman at check in and the one at checkout was very friendly and it was a quick process. The room was a good “budget” room and quick walk to downtown Disney and Disney park. It was a very basic room, motel kind of feel but for how close and the value, it was not bad. The tv only had one channel and there was a fridge and microwave , which all worked. All in all I couldn’t complain about anything. We walked to and from Disney and walked to cvs which was a bit far but doable late at night and we had no issue, even though the hotels around look a bit sketchy there was no incidents. Woohoo

this room has bulk beds for little ones, it is 2 blocks for the back side of the convention center, and about half mile to downtown disney, and walking distance tro other locations, I enjoy staying here

If you like sleeping on concrete, the beds are perfect for you. Called & informed that one of the tvs in room 124 was down & front desk said they would be down in 10-15 mins mins then never showed. Found a spider in one of the beds on our 2nd night. Distance is great from Disney but beds are horrendously stiff.

One dead cockroach. Beds were just average at best. However, for the cost, it was a decent value.

Very good budget option. Not dirty but there were a few hairs in the bathroom when we checked in. Also it is free parking but not a lot of parking for the amount of guests staying there. Otherwise a very good stay and only about a 10 min walk to the gates of downtown Disney!

It’s a great little place for what you’ve paid for. The rooms are clean, it has all the little things normally offered in any hotel (air conditioning, iron, blow dryer). It’s a short walk to downtown Disney. The staff was nice and welcoming. We plan on staying here on our next Disney trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful through our stay. It was a good value for the price. The room was freshly sanitized and cleaned when we showed up. A nitpick of mine is how close the toilets are to the showers when the room has more space to spare. Kind of a weird thing, but it irked me. The two queen rooms are a little cramped but not horrible. It's a great distance to walk to Disneyland, very convenient. The room key also served as a discount for a meal at the nearby Denny's.

I couldn’t have loved this stay more. It was genuinely perfect. The staff was incredibly kind about us parking a couple hours before check in! Huge bonus points to the parking being free. I don’t think there’s much like this in the area. It’s clean with amazing amenities. There were makeup wipes provided which was awesome considering I’d forgotten mine! The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was fabulous. If you have mobility issues take that into consideration because it’s a small walk to the park through downtown Disney. However, I thought it was a perfect 10/10 stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location great! Good and affordable place to stay. They have a fridge and microwave and a good comfortable bed with air conditioning. What more do you need if you’re out and about having fun anyway.

When I took a shower early morning the pipes seemed to not like it, a lot of noises. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

The air conditioning was okay. The bonus was the mango body wash & lotion provided.

ROOM SMELLED, PROBABLY DUE TO SMOKING

On a positive side, the motel is walking distance from Disneyland. After checking in and viewing the room we tried to cancel our remaining reservation without success from the motel or Expedia. After one night we accepted our losses, checked out, and found alternative accommodations.

There was a 1.5 to 2 inch cockroach in our room when we opened the door- thankfully it was the only one we saw… but there surely were we didn’t see. That’s all I’m gonna say about that.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The towels did not smell like a lot of bleach, bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great! This hotel was closer to the downtown Disney entrance than to the main entrance off of Harbor blvd just fyi. Parking was good also!

Good location, adequate facilities, no frills but good price.

We had a wonderful stay at The Anaheim Discovery Inn & Suites! The on-site manager was incredibly helpful with accommodations and flexible to our ever-changing needs with a toddler. The 2-Queen room was spacious and clean. The property overall is older but it’s located just outside of Downtown Disney and is exactly what you need if you’re looking for convenient sleeping accommodations. The beds were a bit stiff which was great as a back-sleeper but tough for a side-sleeper. The pool was clean but unfortunately not heated and too deep (5-8ft) for our little one. Our only minor disappointment with our room was a lack of drain stopper for our tub but we picked up a cheap one at Walmart that worked well enough for our trip. Overall we would stay again as it suited our needs and was a great price!

This is my go to hotel. About 10 min walk to downtown Disney, comfy beds and easy parking. The only thing is the air conditioning can be a bit loud at night. Otherwise fantastic

That morning, as we were in bed, a second cockroach was crawling up the wall. We tried calling the office and they did not answer. We immediately went to the office and rang the service bell to report the issue, show them the photos, and videos. They said they would move us later that evening. While in Disneyland Park, I received a call from the motel at around 12:00 Noon. They asked us to come over and move our stuff to the new room. I told them we could not because we were at Disneyland and we would not be back until that evening. They then stated they would give us a $50.00 per day room credit. Upon our check out, we only received a $58.00 room credit, which was never even discusssd. I asked the window clerk what happened to the $50.00 room credit per day and he stated the general manager would only give a $58.00 credit for the entire four day stay.

Nice little hotel in easy walking distance from downtown Disney & entrance to the parks. Nothing fancy, but perfect if you are just looking for a convenient place to stay.

Rooms are clean and sufficient for the price. You can't beat the location for convenienceto Disneyland. Service was great. We had a minor issue with the hot water taking a couple of minutes to heat up and a minor issue with the smell from the air conditioner, but they were able to resolve it quickly. The bed was firm and comfortable. All the towels were fresh and clean. I would stay there again.

The hotel is nice for being on the cheaper side, close enough to the park to not need a ride or shuttle if you’re okay with about 20 extra minutes walking to and from disney. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows are amazing, the ac works perfectly, left for hours and came back to a freezing cold room (was wanted). The staff were good, couldn’t always find someone which was frustrating but i understand that they were needed elsewhere so it was nothing to wait a few minutes for them to help me, the shower was probably the worst thing for me personally, i’m tall so the shower head wasn’t to my size but that’s a me problem so if you’re taller it may not be 5 stars but it gets the job done. It’s also a pretty good place location wise, you’re about 20-30 minutes away from different things to do in anaheim which is nice! Overall this is a really great and affordable hotel that i’ll absolutely book again in the future, money well spent!

Room was clean and well kept, it is dated however that was not an issue for us. Included WiFi, microwave and fridge were great!

Once I seen a booger on my pillow and when I wiped the table for my kids to eat and it came back black I didn’t trust that any part of the room was cleaned. Also the moisture was crazy!!! Our sheets and towels felt damp the whole stay. The napkins were soft from the moisture. The fan in the bathroom turned on but did nothing. Told staff and he said okay with a smile. Won’t be staying here unless there’s no other choice. No shower pressure either. Walk to Disney was about 15 min. Location was ok

Nothing came up when u flushed. Flushing is slow and tub would somewhat build up if toilet is flushing slow. Our room was 2 down from the front desk so not sure if it’s just the area but that’s it. It was a decent place to stay specially for the price and I’d absolutely consider coming back to this hotel. I love that the bed is so much more comfortable than Homewood suites

Quiet, clean but a far walk to the parks

The hotel is a great pick for affordable and within walking distance to Disneyland without compromising safety and comfort. Something that affected our sleep were the bright lights outside the door - we ended up putting a blanket over the window shades to help use sleep better. I would recommend putting in some blackout curtains.

Air conditioner worked great but was loud. Hot water takes a good two minutes to heat up. No coffee machine. Great walking distance. Free parking. Cheap

This hotel is very close to the disneyland parks. 15 min walking distance.Room has all the amenities that we need like refrigerator and microwave. However I hope the room would be little bit cleaner.

It’s not an amazing hotel but it’s about a 15 minute walk to entry gates. 10 minute walk to downtown Disney. Because we are e only in the room to sleep we would rather spend our money at Disneyland and not sink it into a fancy or high price hotel. This place had everything we needed and it was clean.

Property was very easy to get to, room was comfortable and AC worked well. TV had some troubles working but ultimately we did not use it much so it did not matter. Staff was very prompt and attentive to anything we needed.

Near the Disney park, remodeled units.

Some areas were a bit dusty our shower mat had some hairs but we didn’t use it. Made it questionable if the bathroom was really clean. It seem they were trying to mask the smell of pee with bleach. The smell was coming from like close to the mini fridge. But the beds were clean

A clean pool was accessible. Good location to walk to Disney for a reasonable flight. The site says they provide a shuttle service to and from the airport- they do not. I was told they’d alert told the owner to take that down because guests always asked. That was the primary reason I selected them. Feels as though they leave it purposefully.

This place is very conveniently located next to Disneyland and walking distance to many nearby restaurants and shops. It is quite dated, and a motel with outside access to all rooms, but was clean in general. A very small pool is available, but not a highlight of the property. Parking is free, which is a plus, and I was very happy to have both a fridge and microwave in the room I reserved. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again if I was just looking for a great rate at a motel to sleep at for an evening or two.

Great place to stay when visiting the park.

8 minute walk to convention center, 10 minute walk to downtown Disney, 20 minute walk to the front gates of Disneyland. Loved the free parking! Hard to find this perk. Older property but does its job. Stayed in a double bed room and the pictures are exactly how it looks. Had to run the water a bit for the hot water to start running. The front desk staff were friendly. If they had breakfast I’d say it would’ve been a perfect stay!

The room and grounds were very clean, and staff was very nice and helpful. Not everything is updated, but everything works, and like I said, everything is very clean and well cared for. The location is fantastic and it’s proximity to Disneyland.

The room was basic and ok. Great location. Very reasonable price. The reason for 2-star review is that someone was in our room, without permission, while we were out. We know because we usually turn all the lights out and upon leaving one day, I had to walk all the way back in to turn one light out. When we came home ALL the lights were on. Nothing was taken or out of place but it was unnerving.

No parking at night time I had to park illegally my guest I had were harassed by staff about parking and they weren’t even at my room for an hour I was told they had to pay $35 to park in the parking lot but yet at night time I had no place to park and I paid for a room for the weekend I was very upset check out time 11am I called and told the office late check out the room cleaner lady came knocking at my door at 1130am saying check out

If you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay that is close to everything Disney, has free parking AND doesnt cost thousands, then this is it. If you want restaurants, breakfast, large pools then you wouldnt want to stay here. We stayed 3 nights, room was cleaned everyday, we walked the mile to the park , never felt unsafe and saved money. Would definately recommend and come back again

You can get to the parks two ways. One is to walk through the Grand Californian. The other is to turn more towards the end of Downtown Disney, which is closer to the monorail. Both took us between 12 and 15 minutes, so very close either way. Seriously, it was faster than people who paid $40 to park but then had to take a tram to the parks. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel.

Small place so fairly quiet minus the street noise. Its not fancy but we just needed a place to sleep and shower. Beds were the right bit of soft/hard and pillows were comfortable. Not a lot of water pressure but warm water. The place was clean but again not high end furnishings or new- definitely signs of wear. I cant say it was any different than the place we would’ve stayed for twice as much $

Room was clean. Close distance to the theme parks. We walked there crossing through downtown Disney. About a 20 minute walk to the park itself. Only downside was our room was next to their laundry facility so off balance or spinning washers woke us up daily at 0600.

When we checked in at 3pm, the room we were given had the door open and it looked like soiled sheets on the bed. Housekeeping said they forgot...honest mistake. 2 of the 3 beds had hair under the sheets. We were a bit disgusted and obviously did not sleep in either one of those beds. The main reason we wanted to sleep in the 2nd bedroom is because my husband and I use cpap machines when we sleep, and that room had a place for us to put our machines. We didnt sleep in that room. We slept on the cleanest bed, and I put my cpap machine on the floor. I'm just letting you know. The hair was gross. Attached are photos

The room was very loud with people coming and going all night long. And at midnight, there was a flood in the room and water on the floor from the bathroom all the way to the front door. It was very unsafe trying to walk around in the water.

The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. A bit noisy and dated but good for a family on a budget.

Checkin was fine. We arrived early, could have left the car there while having lunch nearby or at Downtown Disney (10-15 min walk or Uber). We did go to DTD and room was ready when we returned mid-afternoon. Room entry card also included 15% Dennys discount (half a block away). This is an affordable older motel among expensive resorts, with a few upgrades. Clean and safe.

The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. The walk to Downtown Disney is short. Shower gets nice and hot. Bed is a bit firm, but they only bothers me, my family sleeps great. For a quick trip to the parks, this hotel was great.

Everything was great

Staff is super friendly. The rooms will fill in a lot of noise, the people above us you could hear every sound. We had a crawling baby with us and normally wouldn’t but him on a hotel floor but we had been driving for 12 hours and needed to set up the pack n play. By the time we placed him his hands, arms and legs were black and so were our socks from walking. It is a 1 mile walk to the park so overall not a terrible budget staff but hopefully your floors have been mopped.

The police is walking distance to Downtown Disney and it's great that they allow you to park here before check-in. Of course we don't expect a nice hotel but for a place to sleep after a long day, this is perfect. Feels secured and it was clean. Quick check-in and out.

Hotel is clean, staff was very nice. We only stayed one night. Just a place to lay your head. Is it an old hotel, yes. It is bare bones but with being very clean and good WiFi it was a perfect fit for our one day at Disneyland. The walk into Disneyland was about 10 mins with my slow walking daughter lol. A great spot. Will stay here again for short trips.

Room was clean, easy to access and the water pressure in the shower was great. Plenty of places for storage and to plan a comfortable long stay at the hotel. Not a lot of amenities but it is one of the cheaper options around so this is more than acceptable.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. You can’t beat free parking near Disneyland, and free wi-fi as well. It IS a budget hotel, so no frills, no coffee maker in room, but did have microwave and mini fridge. Property is dated, but if you want a budget friendly, safe place within walking distance to Disney with free parking and an ART stop nearby, give it a try.

Full size bed in common area and then a second bedroom both with a large flat screen tv. The second bedroom also had its own AC/heating. The room was nice and comfortable. The only thing is the floors were very very VERY dirty. It looks as though they haven’t mopped in a very long time. Our feet were completely black after walking on the floor only a few minutes. It was a 22 minute walk from the gates of Disneyland. And 16 minute walk from downtown Disney.

It was clean but sometimes they would forgot to put toilet paper or hand soap in the room. Another thing that I didn’t love was feeling like my door was going to open because it didn’t seem super stable. We normally put the chair in the room, in front of the door to keep it stabilized. It was a good property for what we paid for. We got what we paid for. I really appreciated the microwave and the fridge in the room. It was so nice! We got what we paid for so I can’t complain.

Good stay. The room was clean except for a dead bug on the bathroom door and a weird brown stain on the wall (could clean it off with a disinfectant wipe), I had no other problems. The free parking was the reason why I chose the stay here. A good distance from Disneyland and a walk that I was capable of doing.

Horrible experience here. Would never recommend or stay here again. We found stains and hairs all over the beds, and there were bugs. In the office room the fish tank also had dead fish. The hotel did refund upon request, but the lack of care was despicable. The hotel offered no solutions, or recommendations. We traveled to go to Disneyland for my daughters 10th birthday and this was a horrible experience.

What I did not like was making the reservation online it did not require credit card. That was great for me. However when I'm at Disneyland I get a phone call. Requiring a credit card really I'm at disneyland. I did not even get the phone because it went to voicemail. Once I got there I noticed the parking lot extremely small. Very hard to park into or back out I don't like that. If I leave I don't want to have to worry about finding a spot in the middle of the night if I want to get food or something Maids which were cleaning the rooms very unfriendly. Not even a smile. The front desk guy is peculiar and pushy. The one at night shift doesn't say hello to you there's no Christmas tree in the lobby or any kind of decoration all the other hotels have it right now it just did not impress me. The room bed was very floppy I noticed the bathrooms had dents on the walls and the furniture is old $150 for this room is overpriced I will not stay here again

Check-in was easy and the staff person was friendly and helpful. That evening we had to kill 11 crickets in our bathroom before we could use that area. A staff member entered our room while my husband was napping- he apologized , but there was no lock on the door to prevent that. The next day our smoke alarm went off for no reason. Walls are very thin and we could hear furniture being moved around both above us and next to us. Parking was free, but did not make up far all the problems.

Loved how this hotel is a walking distance from Disneyland and many places to eat. I liked the 15% off they provide to go eat at Denny’s. The bed was comfy and I loved how the internet was super fast. The only cons I had were that you can hear the room next door and also the noise from Katella but that was probably because I got a room that was next to Katella. I would definitely stay here again if I am planning to go to Disneyland.

The hotel looks very dated and dingy from the outside, but the room was fine and it felt safe enough. It is close to the parks but it’s still quite a walk to get there because of the way you have to go. So the location isn’t quite as good as it first appears. Overall, for the price I think it was fine, nothing terrible but nothing outstanding either.

Older Motel very well located close to Disneyland (short walk to Downtown Disney). Bed was decent, room was clean but showing signs of wear. Staff was very helpful.

Room 118 air fan ran all the time without heat or cool so unplugged it. Tm 117 tub faucet needs replacing and only got lukewarm water no matter what we did. Other than that was perfect to fit our needs.

This is a get what you pay for hotel. Great price for the basics. Great location, very walk-able, room had microwave & fridge, and staff is nice. Down sides, room felt muggy/swampy and found a bug in the tub. We just used the place to rest.

It isn't fancy or upgraded or anything like that, but when you're visiting DL/DCA, you really just need a place to sleep, right? I would recommend and I'll be happy to stay here again.

I'm giving a 3-Star review because regardless of price, rooms should be clean, and listed amenities should work. This was not the case. Wi-Fi didn't work for 3 days, causing me to add a roaming plan to my phone. Also, the shower curtain had mold at the bottom, and the bed protector had questionable stains on it. Otherwise, the rest of the room was very clean, the bedding and bed was comfortable, had good water pressure and hot water in the morning, excellent parking lot lighting at night, really good staff, and the Air Conditioner is probably the best I've seen at cooling a room FAST. NOTE that this is a budget hotel and you should expect things like chips and scratches and curling iron / coffee maker burns on some of the surfaces.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distances to Disneyland. Staff was incredible! I was sent a welcoming text message the day before my stay offering to park my car while I enjoyed my visit to Disneyland, before my check in. The customer service was great!

It was super convenient to be walking distance from Disneyland. But on our second day we found a very large roach in the bathroom area. It already kinda felt like we were staying in a cheap motel which was fine but after the we found the roach it somewhat ruined the experience for us.

Upon arrival I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who tbh roughly explained the in and outs of the hotel. She mentioned the well stocked coffee station and pool services. When I walked in to my room I was pleasantly surprised on how well the room looked. It was decorated very well and was so clean and comfy. A GEM tucked between many other national chain hotels. The Staff were so friendly and helpful with local resources to meet my needs. The room was very clean and parking was a breeze. I would recommend for families and business travelers alike. Walk to Disneyland is 0.5 miles and to Anaheim Convention Center, the next block ( you can't get much closer). I will stay here again!

This was probably our 4th time staying here at this hotel for our Disney visit. It's perfect. Little outdated but rooms are good. We did have issues with the hairdryer not working but ended up being the outlet wasn't working. Hopefully they fixed that after we left. Would definitely stay again. I definitely don’t appreciate a suite that doesn’t properly lock, that did bring up some issues. The floor was very dirty, and the tv in the “private” room was not set up so we couldn’t use it. It also was not a 10-12 minute walk to Disneyland. I wouldn’t stay here again, I really regret booking in the first place and want my money back. I even told the manager but alas, nothing can be done to remedy my issues. I recommend avoiding this place, go somewhere else please.

We have stayed at many hotels along Katella- The Anaheim Discovery is a short walking distance to DLand and even though Katella is a busy street it’s not like Harbor Blvd to cross, which we like. 2 thumbs up!

Went on our Disney trip last week and stayed here. The staff were super nice and friendly! The rooms were clean, had air conditioning, a mini fridge and microwave. Super close to Downtown Disney and not far at all. Over all experience here was amazing!

This is our second stay at this fantastic hotel. Conveniently situated to walk to Disney. Dennys is 5 mins walk away and excellent service. Quiet at night to sleep away those tired legs. Everyone was absolutely lovely including the aquarium in reception.

I had no issues. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was good. My only complaint is that whatever cleaner you’re using on the floors makes the floors a bit sticky, and it grosses me out a little, but that’s a me-problem.

I was over charged for this stay. The bath Matt was moldy, the bathroom doorknob was broken and I got locked in the bathroom until my wife opened the door from the outside. The TV and remote are not in good operating condition.

The epitome of “you get what you pay for.” Stained bedding, crumbs on the bedside tables and (tile!) flooring, old soaps and stuff left behind in the showers. The room had a funky smell but the AC worked and you are right next to Disneyland so there’s that.

Clean & conveniently located as it’s walkable to Disneyland. The pool area was clean. The motel is older but is well cared for and the staff are attentive. Room was very well cleaned daily.

Very conveniently located near the Disneyland Resort. "Jack" receptionist was very helpful. The bathroom could use some updating, but it was great to have an air conditioner, TV, microwave oven, and a decent size fridge & freezer that actually works well! Free parking. Had a nice 2nd floor room. Only wish there was an elevator! But nice low steps with a mid-landing to rest your luggage ½ way up or down. I would definitely stay again.

Adequate motel to stay at, quiet and small, no frills. Tiny parking lot, perfect if you got one of those smart cars or a Hot Wheels. Receptionist dude said my room would be ready at 12:30 and to come back so I did, after a bit. My room wasn’t ready so he placed me in a different room, I thought ok but nope, A/C unit sounded like a damn spoon in a blender, rattling and clanking all night. Had to turn it off before bed bummer because it was hot as an oven that week, but no other rooms available. Water pressure was kind of wonky too, but got the job done if you had 30 minutes. Its about 15 walk to Disneyland. Well, this place was ok, not great but not terrible. Usually we stay on the other side but always open to try other hotel/motels. Let’s just say I’m used to camping and this was kind of like that.

We had a problem with the hot water-reported it and nothing happened. We sorted it out, but the lack of response was underwhelming. The cost was low and accommodating, but you expect the basics to work. Also, they were remodeling a room and the workers didn’t stop until 9 pm.

This place reminds me of Butlins rooms are like chalets, checking was poor and slow and check out easier, although the guy at check in was half asleep and was in no rush to check us out. One night stay is okay as its in walking distance to Disneyland. Will do for a night or two no longer.

They put a $100 hold on my credit card and never released it so I was charge an additional $100 for this reservation. The room was old and needs updating and in desperate need of repairs.

Our room definitely was not properly cleaned. The grout on the floor was supposed to be white but it was BLACK. And I found multiple strands of long black hair (I’m bald and my girlfriend has medium length curly). Also we went to the pool first day there and used the towels we had, asked front desk for new towels MULTIPLE times that day, and the next morning before Disney, only answer we got was “no it’s not possible right now” ??????? Ended up having to wait and ask one of the cleaners.

It was a nice place. It smelled good. But I don't like the towels. They had stains of makeup and were kind of dirty.

Nice hotel. It was good for a brief stay.

Fernando at the front desk was amazing. Could not be more convenient to Disneyland.

It was a quick walk to the Anaheim Convention Center for Wonderon.

Overall was decent for what it is. Tv didn’t work and had burned spots in it even when it did work. Outlets weren’t working either. Water pressure was good, cleanliness was good, building itself is outdated but overall good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly, if at all. There was pubic hair on the " clean" bath mat, hair on the shower walls, floor and in the sink. Hair is gross when it is not your own. Towels and washcloths had a funny smell. No actual blanket on the bed. I wouldn't syltay here again.

Unfortunately, we noticed the following: -There seems to be spores of mold on the bathroom wall just above eye level. This is on the wall that has the towel rack. -The hotel floor turned our feet a brown color from dirt or dust. -When you turn the shower hot/cold knob, there are two points where the water turns off completely. Therefore, it’s hard to find a decent temperature to shower in. -The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable, way past the point of firm. -The TV only allows you to watch 1 channel, and the only buttons that work on the remote are the power, volume and mute. We were also confused by the framing around the channel when you turn the TV on. It’s hard to describe, but it makes the TV even smaller. -The sliding window is extremely hard to open/close, and especially lock. -The room has a slightly strange odor and felt humid, despite running the AC all night. -There was strange gunk that was dark gray at the bottom corner of the bathroom door jam. -There wasn’t an in-room coffee machine. -The chair for the desk was way too low for the height of the desk itself. -The headboard’s tufting was falling apart with some of the bronze nails lifting out. I do wish to note the staff that we met were all very pleasant, kind and professional. However, MAJOR refurbishments are needed.

Unfortunately I had to clean the shower before I let my son shower. There was a bunch of hair left all over the tub. Walking distance to the park in my opinion it’s about 15 minutes to get there. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Quiet and close to the disney parks

Fast and easy check in. We lost track of time and were a almost an hour past checkout and they waived the late check out fee. Short walk to security check in and VERY fast with short line.

Older property but great location for Disney

I have stayed here with my daughter several times while visiting Disneyland and it has always been good & convenient hotel. Nice & friendly staff.

Clean, well furnished, within a 10 minutes walk from the parks. A very nice hotel that we will certainly be returning to in the future

Great service from the staff

This place had friendly staff and was walkable to Disneyland, which is why we chose it. It was very dated and didn't have much in the way of amenities or comfort. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. But if you need to do Disneyland on a budget, it will meet your needs. The rooms were clean though.
