Great price, good breakfast, friendly staff

Stayed here while visiting Disney. Short walk to the park. We prefer this hotel to others because of the location. Pool was nice, they had gazebos to lay under with loungers. The off property restaurant was AWESOME. It was clean, the air conditioning worked good, free breakfast. You can’t lose! This is our go to place now. We used to stay off Harbor.

Loved our stay only thing the beds are really hard! And I wish the fridge were bigger since you pay alittle extra for those amenities . But overall loved the environment the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pros were that it was affordable and close to Disneyland. However, there was a surprise nightly parking fee. I also book for five people, but there were only two beds and I also had to rent an expensive roll away bed. I do not like undisclosed, surprise charges. There were huge windows at the front of the room that are so thin they may as well not be there at all. Everything was audible including people talking loudly and kids running and screaming at all hours. There was little sleep. I will not use this hotel again. I’ll pay more for something better.

Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were spotless. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the two pools. The staff was friendly. The only thing that wasn’t good was room service; food was cold and not great but that comes from a restaurant next-door not the hotel. Definitely recommend this stay and plan to return.

The staff were nice. Close walk to downtown Disney. Our stay was incredibly disruptive due to poor soundproofing; we could hear everything from loud traffic and running water to people shouting and gardeners working at 7:00 AM. Upon check-in, the room had a noticeable musty odor and a damp spot on the carpet. The pest control was also lacking, as we encountered a water bug in the shower and a spider dangling from the ceiling. The room itself is severely outdated. The heater was broken and emitted a strong burning smell for 15 minutes before we had to turn it off completely. Additionally, the bathtub's hot/cold water inlet was broken, the microwave barely heated, and the towels were old and fraying. To top it off, a major safety hazard occurred when the bathroom light fixture cover fell, nearly hitting us. Management seriously needs to address these maintenance and housekeeping failure.

All the benefits of staying at Disneyland without the price tag. Breakfast is amazing! The most variety and biggest hotel complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had. The rooms are older, but clean. Also, the staff is helpful and friendly. You can walk to Disney. You can even watch the fireworks from the upper floors. This is our second stay. We will for sure be back in 2 years.

Great stay for a family Disney trip! Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Rooms were small but we were really only there to sleep.

My wife got sick eating the sausage for breakfast. Too crowded of breakfast area. Water pressure of shower was very low.

We have stayed here twice now. The staff is so helpful the rooms are clean the pool area clean and the rooms are big. The laundry room is a big plus.

Staff was very helpful. I had to check out a day early and they helped me change my reservation the day I arrived. Breakfast staff was very pleasant as was all the hotel staff. The food was good and I loved the pastries. And the price for the location to Disneyland is an incredible value and the facility is great. The only real issue I had was the staff forgot to give us a welcome bag, but it is not a big deal. And I would like to suggest having an outlet on the lamp between the beds. I had to unplug the clock to plug in a phone charger so they could be near the bed.

Walking distance from a lot but could use more amenities

Close proximity to Disneyland with a 15 minute easy walk to the Downtown Disney area. We were given a choice of either floor for our room (not that we were bothered). The price was inclusive of breakfast, which made it reasonably priced. There was a daily maid service, although there were days we didn't want it, especially when we returned to the room for an afternoon break from the parks. The beds were very comfortable and the room amenities useful such as microwave and fridge. Breakfast was a fiasco. There was a severe lack of tables and due to the shape and size of the room created bottlenecks. If you didn't go at 6am it was like a free for all. You could really see people's behaviours, which was ugly and entitled. People were getting breakfast, sitting and then getting "to go boxes" and filling them up. If you went at 08.30am there was barely anything left. Children were running around, grabbing food without parental control, which shocked us (not the hotels fault, granted). It just needs to be better organised and a bigger room, with more tables as there never seemed to be a lull when there was a better time to go. Obviously too small to accommodate the number of rooms it has.

I like that you had everything there especially if want to get a quick snack where the check in area is and also that there a gym to get workout in. Also the breakfast was delicious right in the morning.

We stayed for 2 nights and the beds were very uncomfortable, the sink faucet was broken, the water pressure in the shower was bad, the carpet was so disgustingly dirty that if you walk around barefoot your feet will turn black, the ice in the ice machine had black specs in it, and the breakfast was cold and really not that good

The floors/carpet are outdated and a little dirty from all the traffic. But otherwise clean, breakfast was great, kids loved the pool, and staff very friendly.

This hotel is in a great location. About 15 minutes walk to the Disney parks and Downtown Disney. The breakfast is great with a great selection. It’s very organized and the staff is very nice and friendly. We had an upgraded room and it was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when we visit the parks again.

We had a great stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the free breakfast is terrific. We thought the staff were excellent as well. The location is very close to the backside of Disney, entering through the downtown Disney entrance. It’s hard to beat the price when you consider the location and free breakfast.

We loved this hotel! Comfortable beds and clean room, the property landscaping, garden and pools are gorgeous, the breakfast is one of the best we've had. Staff was super helpful. Super convenient walk to Disney and the restaurant/taproom Finney's next door was also great. We will definitely come back for our next disney vacation.

Always our go to hotel when visiting Disneyland. Perfect distance to walk to the park. Great breakfast. They always design the pool with cute animal shaped bushes.

Property is clean and staff is great but pillows and beds are not comfortable. It might be ok for others but the bed was very firm, the pillows were very firm. Softer pillow would have made it more tolerable. TV didn’t work, A/C didn’t work so we had to switch rooms. Had to use an iPad to watch anything decent anyways. I did book this property with an off site company, they said parking available, no fee for parking ever mentioned. Charged additional $25 per night which I feel is really crappy for the hotel to do. You’re already paying a good amount for a room!!

It was close to the convention center and had a cute little pub-like restaurant right next-door, which I ate at several times while I was there and had a good atmosphere. Breakfast included, and it was a good breakfast with hot food. I don’t swim so I have no comment on the pool. Room was clean. Air conditioner was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and didn’t seem to mind our conventions cosplay clientele. It’s close to Disney, but I didn’t see or hear any screaming children. Easy curbside rideshare pick up.

Ideal location, 10 minutes walk to Downtown Disney. Very clean, well maintained hotel. The included buffet breakfast was always well stocked. The staff were happy and helpful. The small shop on site was great for drinks. We didn't use the pool but saw plenty others using it. Would definitely recommend.

The room had a stale, stuffy smell when I walked in, like the air hadn't moved in weeks. I left my room door open a while but the smell kinda lingered. No bathroom ventilation didn't help either. The bed was on the harder side too, nothing that ruined my sleep but noticeable. Breakfast was included but it was alright. Parking is extra each day which is kinda annoying especially after paying so much. Staff were genuinely great though, and the location if you're doing Disneyland is prime....which is clearly why the rates are what they are. Almost $500 for two nights is a lot to swallow for a hotel that feels like it's stuck in the past. If you rly just need a place to crash after a long day at the parks and don't care much about the room, it works. But I personally don't think the price matches what you're getting.

Everything was great!

The room was clean and ready for check in. I arrived super early and they held my luggage for me until checked in later. They didn't lose my bags or anything weird happened to it. Breakfast area was clean and stocked. No complaints

Both the room and the grounds are very well kept and clean. There is now a security gate where only folks staying at the property can get onto the parking lot with their vehicles I like that a lot. The Complementary breakfast was great!

Walking distance to Disneyland, breakfast was pretty good, it felt very safe, plenty of parking, noise to a minimum after 10. Rooms are very clean. 10/10 we would definitely be staying there in the future.

Stayed here with our whole family. We had 3 rooms in total. Our room was very clean. They are a bit out dated but very decent for the price and location. The AC in our room was super loud though. The breakfast was good and they had a good variety of items. Would stay here again but check the ac unit first.

Great hotel. We stayed the night after spending all day at Disneyland. We arrived at approximately 11 PM and check-in was super easy. I parked my vehicle in the 15 minute parking stall to check-in and was told I could leave my vehicle there all night which was very helpful and was given a parking voucher to hang on my rearview mirror. The front desk staff explained where breakfast was on the property and showed me a map of where my room was and where the elevators were. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good. The breakfast selection was very good and had a large indoor seating area. The beds in the hotel room were very comfortable and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again and it’s very close to Disneyland just FYI.

Loved how the location is walking distance from Disney. I also liked the free breakfast provided. There was also water and coffee available at the front desk and a microwave in our room which was nice and convenient. The only thing was the parking was a bit full and not enough parking spaces. Other than that, everything was good and will stay here again for future Disney trips.

Hotel was close to Downtown Disney, about a 15 mins walk. Their continental breakfast was basic, but does its job of feeding us. Parking was a bit expensive at $25/day, but very convenient. Target is a 7 min drive down the road which allowed us to buy snacks for the park and Disney merchandise. Walmart is about 15 min drive. Rooms were clean but my sister did fall in the shower because its slippery. Overall, we had a good time, would stay again.

The best and most attractive part about staying at this hotel is the location. You are right down the street from the back entrance (Disneyland hotel) of downtown Disney. If you already have tickets and don’t mind not being there for rope drop, the entrance for monorail is a much easier and less crowded way to enter the park. The hotel has an amazing, AMAZING breakfast that changes day to day so you don’t get too bored of the food. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome in that space. Breakfast area is kept super clean and stocked and tables are fairly easy to find. I’m going to be honest, the rooms are nothing extraordinary. They have what you need, beds, microwave, fridge, and table space. I have a family of 5 and my kids were able to squeeze into one queen bed even though I believe you can pay for a rollaway bed. The air conditioner also isn’t the best but thankfully the weather was perfect during our stay. There is also a yummy restaurant right on the corner you can go to but like I said, the breakfast, staff, and location are superb.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Rooms were clean and didn’t smell bad like some hotels do. The breakfast was great! Lots of good options to choose from each day. The pools and surrounding areas were fun with characters in the bushes, quite a bit of seating and an actually hot hot tub. To walk to the entrance of Downtown Disney was much for than the 1/2 mile advertised - more like 1.2 miles. The staff were all helpful and nice!

Everything was great except for the dirty carpets. Like you have to have slippers on the entire time even on the kids or your feet will be black from the dirt, other than that great location and great stuff

My mirror had blood all over it when I checked in, and in spite of days of calls to the front desk an assurance it would be cleaned, it didn’t. On the third day I demanded a new room as my toddler was trying to touch it and clearly they don’t clean.

Perfect location for Disneyland! the beds are extremely uncomfortable, the staff are so loud first thing in the morning so if you wanted to sleep in past 7am, forget it. The amenities are great. this hotel is perfect for the price.

We stayed Mother's day weekend and just left today.. Very awesome place. Easy getting around in a wheelchair.. Breakfast is always good. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, French toast or pancakes. Today it was biscuits and gravy.. The grounds are kept very nice. Not far walking to Disneyland at all... It was a good stay. Nice hot tubs and pools also. I hung out in the hot tub after Disneyland..

Nice affordable hotel. Loved that it was a short walking distance from Disneyland. The free breakfast was a very nice touch. But, I wish the rooms and bathrooms were more updated and cleaner. The lighting in the room wasn’t that great either. But, the very nice staff, free breakfast and Disney being accessible made it worth it. Would stay there again.

I would not stay here again. The carpet was so dirty it made the bottom of our feet brown. The next morning woke up with a sinus headache and stuffed up nose. The bathroom faucets leaked by the valves and made all our stuff on the counters wet. The Tv had no streaming service. So we couldn’t stream any of our apps.

This place check all our boxes for our Disney trip. Two pools, 2 hot tubs and a kiddie pool for the Littles. 20 minute walk to Disney and CVS for stocking up on water and snacks. This room had everything we needed. Mini fridge, coffee maker and breakfast included! 10/10 recommend.

I loved this place. It was a great walking distance from Downtown Disney and the beds were pretty comfy. The shower was also nice and the room was pretty spacious.

We always stay here when going to Disneyland. 15 minute walk to security checkpoint for Downtown Disney (7 more minutes to the park gate). Breakfast is great. Property is clean. Staff is wonderful.

Incredibly clean rooms. Kind and informative staff. I can’t speak for the pool or amenities like that since I didn’t use them, but everything was tidy, organized, and best of all- quiet.

A great find. It had everything I needed and wanted. The pool area was really nice; definitely the highlight of the stay. The topiary was a delight and really adds quality to the pool/gym experience. The gym equipment needs some attention, but I was still able to get in my workouts. The staff was very attentive and clearly cared about doing their best, especially the cleaning staff and the breakfast staff.

The room was clean, as well as the property and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect! Nothing fancy..but it was hot, fully stocked and delicious! The air conditioner in the room also worked well, which we greatly appreciated. It was about a 20min, easy, walk to Disneyland and with and all the amenities it was perfect! Great price as well. 10/10 recommended!

The window above the shower was opened and we didn’t notice for a few hours after we got there and people had used the restroom. That made us very uncomfortable. The beds are small. They aren’t queen size at all they are full. So fitting a family of 5 was very rough. It’s good enough if you just need somewhere to sleep when going to the parks. Breakfast was ok.

I was in town for a conference - this hotel was within walking distance to the conference center and several dining/shopping options. The hotel was clean, staff were kind, and the included breakfast was decent. As a group of girls traveling, this hotel felt very safe and somewhere I would stay again. The only downside is that the AC was noisy.

Despite being very close to Disneyland—which does make it a bit crowded at times—this hotel was fantastic. The walk to the park was incredibly easy, the breakfast buffet was excellent, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, cereal, donuts, fruit, toast, juices, The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, and the staff was consistently kind and welcoming. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. The kids probably preferred the hotels pool to Disney if you want to know the truth

I love it when there are large drawers AND hanging. Lots of pillows. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice and the whole grounds were so cute with topiary everywhere. It felt like they knew where their location is and are acting accordingly. It looks great guys!

My only complains are that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly because it was pointed toward the side of the wardrobe so it was getting an inaccurate reading and second, one of the beds was so hard and and bending at the sides so it was incredibly uncomfortable. Other than that it was great!! The breakfast was phenomenal

First when i got there. They send me to a wrong room where there was still people in the room. There wasnt at least water bottles in the room. The coffee maker didn't work. There wasnt hand soap

As soon as we came into our room, my daughter went to the bathroom and came out and said, “Uh, Mom, there’s a cockroach.” She pointed to the sink and there was a HUGE cockroach! I called the front desk and they offered for us to switch rooms. No discount or anything. I would expect cockroaches more at like a motel 6 or something. The room itself seemed incredibly old and musty. Besides all that, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. We’ve been to this hotel before, but I think for the price and everything I might stay at an even cheaper one next time. The price was too high for there to be a cockroach in the room. I get that it’s LA but uhhh… at least offer something more than just to switch rooms.

Liked staying here with my family. They had an extra service of shuttle to take you to Disneyland. Way worth it to pay extra and not walk after a busy fun day at Disneyland.

We had a great stay at the BW. Easy walk to Disneyland entrance. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options. Will definitely stay here in the future.

The room was very dark and out dated, also had a slight sour smell, like the AC filters needed cleaning. I called to change room and nothing was available. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and 2 of the 3 coffee machines were broken on the third day. Very convenient to the park via a quick uber ride. Kinda far to walk but it could be possible. Swimming pool was clean and only 1 hot tub was hot.

This is our third stay at Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn and we’ll be back. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the area when we want to treat ourselves to an overnight after a long day at the parks. Stovall’s never disappoints. It’s such a clean, well-kept property. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection, even for us vegans (potatoes, bagels, peanut butter, jelly, instant oatmeal). The rooms are always clean and well-appointed. And it’s only a convenient 10 minute walk to the Downtown Disney gate. Highly recommend!

The property is located right across from Disneyland and only 2 long blocks from the convention center. The breakfast provided is delicious. This morning was scrambled eggs, ham, chorizo potatoes (delicious), pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits and fresh fruit (apples, bananas and cut up oranges) along with bagels and packaged pastries. The rooms open to the outdoors - just be aware. And the TV channel selection is minimal unless you have a Netflix account. I was a single traveler and the room was spacious to me. The bathroom/shower is separate from the sink and mirror - very helpful if traveling with family. Finally, if I could Mar improvements, it would be to upgrade the mattresses with pillow tops . They weren’t terribly uncomfortable but they weren’t great, either. The Best Western is a good deal for the price. Oh, and…there’s a reasonably priced restaurant next door that delivers. I had their grilled cheese and tomato soup last night - delicious.

Walking distance to Disney and the Convention Center. Great room for the price. Not a lot of extra frills, but we spent our days doing other things. Nice room to shower and sleep.

This is the second time staying here. We enjoy staying on the lesser crowded side of Disney and entering through Downtown Disney. Overall the walk is not that bad. The breakfast is one of the better ones. It can get crowded, but good selection of food and all 4 days it was a bit different. Staff is extremely pleasant. The only negative was I was shocked how dirty the floor was in our room. I tend to wear socks in the room, but for the brief few minutes I was barefoot, I was shocked how dirty my feet were and how dirty my socks were. To the point, where I am hesitant staying there again.

Wished we could have had body wash soap rather than regular bar soap. The beds were comfy and bathroom was normal with no problems. My friends kids and my daughter used the outdoor swimming pools and had a great time using the facilities. The workout facility had basic gym equipment and I used it for one day during my trip. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast staff was very courteous and welcoming to all the guests. Overall, staff during my stay were very welcoming and made our stay a happy time. It was kind of crowded each morning during my stay at the breakfast lounge, but I can't complain as the hotel accommodates many guests. The breakfast at the hotel was a buffet style and had plentiful of food each time I was there as well as stocked all the time as the breakfast staff were accommodating to the amount of guests each morning. I give the breakfast staff an A+ for their hard work and smile welcoming us and the other guests at the hotel. The walk to Disneyland from the hotel was ok and took us about 5-10 minutes to the security entrance of Downtown Disney. I would recommend this place as I may come back to stay here the next time I come to Disneyland with my family.

The only negative thing was we had no soap in the dispenser for our shower. We had to use something else.

The hotel didn’t honor our reservation for adjoining rooms to accommodate two adults and two kids. When we asked for other options - like smaller beds just so we could be adjoined - they refused those as well. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Cons: pool is next to street so not a really relaxing place, but it looked like a lot of people enjoyed it. Bathroom is small, so after shower, you can’t really change in there, so if you are modest it’s a little bit uncomfortable.

Very good breakfast with lots of variety. I never went to the pool or gym so I can't comment on those. Nice and close to the park ( although it says it's about 1/2 mile walk. That's to downtown Disney). My only complaint was our AC never quite worked right. Came on every 30 seconds, stayed on for 30 seconds an turned off. Btwn that and being next to the elevator and ice machine, it was not a restful night. I would betray again and ask for 3rd floor room.

The room was so so. Nothing was amazing, the breakfast was worth it. But the AC in the room seemed to not work great and the bathroom faucet seemed to drip continuously if not put exactly right. Also one bed was tightly made and the other seemed thrown together making us question cleanliness. The beds were also old spring beds that were noisy. The best thing about the place is its proximity to Disney.

The breakfast was fantastic with so many protein, meat, cereals, pastries, juices, options for adults and kids. Breakfast is the place to be at BW Stovals! The only downside was the citrus soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were not refilled when we asked. 9/10 for sure and we will stay at Stoval’s again

I’ve stayed at a LOT of hotels around Disneyland- do yourself a favor and skip this place. The room was very dark. There was chewed gum on the ceiling. Outlets were scarce. The pools are ice cold (and we stayed on a hot day). The TV has a QR code that is supposed to let you cast- this doesn’t work. When I asked to have maintenance come and fix it, the guy said, “you can’t cast. It’s never worked”. The room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom ventilation didn’t exist, so the bathroom was always wet. Water pressure was awful. Internet was spotty. It’s a solid mile to walk to Disneyland and DCA. Which sounds close but is excruciating after a long day in the parks. We ended up Ubering by the third day. The breakfast was good though! I wouldn’t stay here again. I typically am happy with BW hotels but this one was old, dumpy and it felt like we were staying in a wet basement.

I've stayed at many hotels around Disneyland and felt like this one was a top option compared to others. Great location that is walking distance to the parks, clean rooms, friendly staff and a good variety of breakfast items. I will be staying here again!

The two rooms we had smelled horrendous. Our things that were in the rooms for 12-16 hours made the entire car smell like an ashtray once we loaded back up. Things were tidy enough and the sheets and towels seemed clean but the smell alone is enough that will have me booking elsewhere on our next trip.

I reserved a room with two queen beds and when I got there I was told they gave that room to someone else and downgraded us to a room with two full beds. They said they would give me free parking to compensate for the downgrade but $20 for parking isn’t compensation for a night of inferior sleep. On top of that there was no parking so I just had to park my car off to the side instead of an actual parking spot. Furthermore I was told Omer are getting a 3rd floor room which was most recently renovated. The rooms door to the adjacent room has no seal so we could hear everything from the room next door and the main entrance door to the room I could see light all around the door and there was a draft all night long. My family has stayed here multiple times and haven’t ever been treated this way.

Great stay!

Location close to Disneyland was what drew us to this hotel. Room 515 is in need of a deep cleaning, and could really use a refresh. The AC unit didn’t produce cold enough air, but fortunately the weather was not too warm. Had a problem with the faucets in the vanity sink not shutting off due to needing adjustment. The room needs electrical outlets on or near the night stand to allow for charging phones, etc. The complementary breakfast was appreciated, but the food, while plentiful, was not very flavorful. I think the price charged for the room was enough to cover parking, and didn’t like paying another $25/day to park our car in the hotel lot.

Great location, close to Disney. Big parking lot. Highlight was the Disney fireworks being visible from the premises. Finney’s craft house besides the location made it even easier to grab a quick bite and a few drinks!

Bed & restroom were clean, however the counter area around the sink was really dirty. Also, the carpet and sitting chair had really gross upholstery that looks like it had never been cleaned. For the price it was decent, they had a decent breakfast that was provided. The person that checked us in wasn’t very friendly, but there was a very nice lady cleaning the coffee machine who made us feel welcomed. The pool area was nice and clean also. We’d stay here again, but bring Clorox wipes for the sink area!

Has a Laundry facility for guests but bring your own soap and dryer sheets! Pricy in the hotel lobby! About a 20 min walk to DL entrance or 12 ish to DTD security. Pro tip: cut through the Grand on the way home out of DCA to the street! MUCH faster!

Very nice clean room, bedding, pillows, etc. 10 minute walk from Disneyland, plenty of parking. One of the nicest Best Western's we have stayed at. I had previously said never again but this one is a keep whenever we are in Anaheim. Great free breakfast too, and not a continental breakfast either. Plenty of just about everything.

It was a great place. Room was clean. The TV was a bit of a challenge. Breakfast was great! I didnt like the 4:00 check in though. Saying that, I do appreciate the staff calling me an hour earlier than 4:00 to say room was ready. I'll be back!😎

The front desk staff was okay until when we needed help with the shuttle to Disneyland, I understand they are different company but when there was a trouble to book the shuttle, the front desk staff was not willing to help by saying there was nothing he can do. The next day when we had trouble again, the front desk staff helped us (different person from the day before) and apparently they have it available at the front desk, the staff on the day before just did not want to be bothered and helped. Overall it was a good stay.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dish Land, California Adventure or just need to rest.

Overall our stay was great. For the most part our room was clean but there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Breakfast was very underwhelming.

We have been staying at this hotel for decades. They would not allow us to park our two cars at the hotel parking lot because they said they were sold out (but according to both Hotels.com and Best Western websites rooms were still available and we could see several empty spots in the lot). Even worse, she told us that the restaurant next door uses the hotel’s lot. So the paying hotel guests are second to the diners at the restaurant because the hotel gets more money that way by charging diners to park. So we were forced to park our second car 10 mins away at another garage. I will never stay here again. They’ve lost a decades long repeat customer.

Room was okay. There were some spiders in the corners of the bathroom and sink area. Also the shampoo was out before we even used it.

Loved that it was in walkable distance and came with breakfast, but the noise from the street was awful. It kept me up almost every night. They need to change the windows out. They are from the 70’s I’m sure. Plus it’s a nice touch with the shutters in the room, but it doesn’t block out the lights from the parking lot.

We loved how close the hotel was to Downtown Disney, only about 10 min. walk, the room was clean and the breakfast was ok. The only that we had a problem with was how noisy it was. We stayed in a room in the first floor and it was hard to get a good night sleep as the noise was all night long with people coming and going and cars honking, etc.

Rooms were in fair condition, when booking for a family of (5) the extra charge for rollaway was not mentioned that was a little irritating upon check in. Parking was very limited seemed a little pricey for what limited parking was available.

Rooms were disastrous, check in staff not helpful, damp bedding, furniture doors opening voluntarily, outlets far from beds and would not hold the plugs, bath tubs were absolutely filthy, inconvenient parking. Just to name a few things.

Start with the good. Access to Disney was wonderful, quick and quiet 10 minute walk. Beds were comfortable and there was lots of room. Now for the less good, house keeping missed our room 3/5 days of our trip even when we requested it multiple times. The breakfast was packed at all times and the staff Miss informed us about allergens which if we hadn’t double checked on our own could have made our daughter quite sick. The air conditioning was spotty and air circulation in the room was loud and old leaving the space musty and stale our whole stay. The wall paper is pealing and the tiles in the bathroom are grimy and molding. I loved the location but would stay somewhere else next time.

First, I would like to acknowledge that the staff was very courteous and helpful. Aside from that, the overall experience was disappointing. The reception/front desk area had an unusual odor that was quite off-putting. The room was not thoroughly clean; I noticed dirt and dust throughout, and my feet became blackened after walking barefoot. The breakfast offerings were unusual and lacked flavor, making it the least appetizing hotel meal I have ever experienced. Additionally, the dining area was quite crowded, and while the staff did their best to manage the large number of guests, it was still very chaotic each morning. On a positive note, the walk to Disney was very convenient, taking about 10 minutes to reach Downtown Disney.

We were there to visit the Disneyland Resort. We didn’t use our rooms other than to sleep. Stovells is within walking distance from the resort which is why we chose it. The rooms were adequate and the breakfast was fine - fresh oranges, bananas, apples, eggs and bacon/sausage. A wide variety of bagels and toast and croissants. (We would use the coffee machine in the lobby to make our coffee). The rooms need to be updated, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Room was not good, can hear people talking in next room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash was gone upon arrival, coffee machine did not work properly, pillows were terrible and after asking multiple times for additional and only received one, I just went to target and bought some. Small store inside lobby was extremely overpriced 9 bucks for a water, so had to walk down the street to get snacks and drinks. Parking was terrible. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was pretty good too. But overall the only benefit was being close to bus stops and Disney. For the quality and amenities of BW Stovall Inn not so much.

Just a prefect place to get away when needed and the staff was ver kind I say one of my upmost favorite places to stay now

We had to move rooms, because the carpet was wet. Want sure what was leaking. Had to move rooms, O my dad they gave us an obtain. The room they moves is in the towel rack was broken, was an easy fix just had to put it in the slot. Water leaked like crazy from the shower, when it was on. Parking was fun when the is no assigned parking. Breakfast and customer service was great, management called and didn't get to the phone on time. I called back and left a message, but never received a call back. I would only stay there again if I truly have to.

The convenience of location was very nice. Our room was nice and spacious but the a/c unit was very loud. Otherwise we had a good stay

Our room was very close to Katella and loud at all times with road noise, also loud very late at night while people come back from the parks with no regard for others. Two of our four nights we turned in earlier to adjust to a time difference and were woken up. It’s an older property without soundproofing. The room was dirty in places, the bathroom could use a deep clean and the carpet was filthy. All employees we spoke to were helpful and friendly. It’s very close and a convenient to walk to Disneyland but the route back at night is quite dark and there’s not a lot of foot traffic. Probably would not stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, and they made sure our visit was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well kept, and equipped with great amenities that made our stay comfortable. The location is ideal—just a comfortable walking distance to Downtown Disney, which made our trip even more convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast; it was a great way to start our mornings before heading out for the day. Overall, an excellent experience and we would happily stay here again.

The hotel is a 10 minute (if that) walk to downtown Disney where you can continue walking to the main gate of Disneyland or you can catch the monorail into Tomorrowland!!!! Would recommend and will be back

Staff was amazing! I checked in with Seema & she was an absolute angel after a later flight in. Our air conditioner was a little loud and kind of left the room smelling a little “damp”. Other than that, everything about our stay was fantastic! Will absolutely book again!

This hotel is one of the older properties bordering Disneyland and the rooms and breakfast area are showing its age. If your looking for a mid level hotel to use during a Disney vacation this would be a good option. Redeeming qualities are it’s walking distance to Downtown Disney and the Toy Story parking lot is about 2 blocks away.

Everything was wonderful! Always clean, staff is so friendly and the rooms are always accommodating.

Considering you pay $25 a night for parking you would think there would be enough parking spaces & there was not - people were double parked & parking in illegal spots because there were no spaces available. The staff room was also close by & you can hear constant banging from them being in & out.

Large clean room with mini fridge. The check in was fast & easy. Definitely walking distance to Disneyland. The best part was the breakfast buffet in the morning, the variety was great & they switch it up a little each morning which was nice.

Room was nice and clean. Very quiet at night. About 10-15 min walk from Disney, street isn’t as busy because it’s more towards back/side of the park so it’s a quick, quiet walk.

Wish the floors were laminate. The carpet holds so much moisture in the air that the rooms always smell. Location is great, free breakfast.

The gentleman at check in was very nice and polite. We stayed here in October and he helped us then as well. The rooms are always clean and the kids love the free breakfast. It’s always been a great place to stay.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Parking is hard when returning at night and the rooms are very dark and carpets filthy.

Rooms smelled bad and carpet felt wet. We asked for the room to be cleaned on the third day. It was not. One of the guys in the front was very rude and impatient. He’s the one we asked for our room to be cleaned and imagine that’s why it wasn’t.

Cons: the room felt old, carpet had an odd odor and it felt very stuffy in there. The rooms look bigger on the pictures. There was no space for our double stroller in there, so we kept it in the car. The shower was terrible with low pressure and a top head only that was stuck in a misting mode. There is not much noise control. It is not a quiet environment inside the room; outside traffic with cars and fire trucks/ambulances, people walking or running outside the door making everything shake, or your neighbor taking a shower. The floors are VERY slippery when it's raining, so walk carefully. All in all, would we stay there again, I am not sure, but we might give it another try.

Honestly surprised!

Breakfast was pretty good, only used the hottubs once they were nice. Great walking distance from Disney not to far. A little loud at night with the cats and if it rains. Carpets were pretty dirty turned socks black, make sure to pack flip flops for inside the rooms!

Amazing stay ! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was so good! Everything was close by!

The staff stuck us in the back of the motel, the furthest you could possibly place someone and it was obvious we were the only guests stuck all the way in the back. The housekeepers did a great job cleaning but forgot to leave coffee, cups, and creamer every single day. There were sugar ants everywhere. The continental breakfast was appreciated but could use an upgrade in quality of foods.

Staff eas very friendly and polite especially room cleaners. Breakfast was very complete, variety of bagels, cereals, yogurt, egg, beverages, etc. The only thing not to cool about it was the odor on the carpets at the rooms. It smelled bad, like humid, probably they are too old and it gives the rooms a weird odor.

Room was clean and breakfast was excellent. However, rooms on the street side was noisy due to traffic noise.

The air conditioner vent was broken, which would've been ok if it hadn't made awful loud sounds when the air kicked on. I expected better from previous stays with the same chain. On the bright side staff was wonderful.

The room served its purpose for our Disneyland trip. The breakfast was very good every morning. The A/C unit was struggling but it was ok for the time of year we went. I loved that they had cats on the property!

A nice stay within an easy walking distance to Downtown Disney/Disneyland.

It was a decent motel. We went to Disneyland for two days and it served its purpose. It was clean and the breakfast was good. My biggest gripes was the ticket you had to use to park your car never worked. It was such a small inconvenience but was still annoying. You couldn’t open it with the card they gave me or my room key. It’s not the end of the world just a pain. Also, there was the tiniest gap in the front door. You could hear people outside so loudly. Luckily because we were going to Disneyland we were up early everyday. Otherwise that would’ve been extremely annoying if you were trying to sleep in. Overall an ok spot, within walking distance, that was clean and inexpensive.

Room was extremely clean and comfortable, we had a great stay overall. Seems like only one room service is available per stay, as we only had our rooms cleaned once upon request. When we requested again, it wasn't completed. But for an inn, I expected for that to happen. Rooms do need to be updated a bit, but overall it was barely 15 mins walk to Disneyland parks and I would stay here again just for the location and room cleanliness.

The room was clean and had plenty of pillows. The water pressure was bad in the shower and had a small stream. Our room was street level and got lots of people noise and kids running on upper floor that you could hear.
