Reviews
The hotel's proximity to Disneyland is its most praised feature, with many guests appreciating the short walk to the park. However, the quality of breakfast is a common complaint, with guests finding it basic and limited. The cleanliness and condition of the rooms are also mixed, with some guests finding them satisfactory while others report issues.

I loved the location it was great to be able to walk close after a long day the parks. The shower pressure was great and having the pool right there was awesome. The breakfast could be better. It needed a more variety in hot foods.

So close to the main entrance of Disneyland. Next to several restaurants. Beds were comfortable. We loved having a private living room that could be closed off with a door. The sofa is a sofa bed so very convenient for the teenagers. The bathroom sink is separate from the toilet/bathroom, which is convenient with teenagers.

Chrome cast in every room! That was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the mattress is firmer though. Roman was spacious. Valet parking plus parking costs each day. And the breakfast is sub par. Get a waffle maker or something. It is a better breakfast than Del Sol next door though. Breakfast is cereal, packaged danishes, fruit, coffee, milk, oatmeal packets. So not a hot breakfast.

The location right across the street from Disney main entrance was so good for our family with small kids, not having to load and unload the stroller and everything else multiple times. The room and bathroom were very clean. I’m pretty picky about bed comfort and I slept great. We would love to stay here again. There was a breakfast but it was not much. The area was small and crowded trying to get through. The selection was boiled egg, cheese cubes, yogurt, toast, fruit, cereal, juices and coffee and for the coffee they only offered powdered creamer and basic sugar or Splenda. It was okay, definitely better than nothing! I think if they could at least provide the good flavored creamer for coffee that would be nice.

You can never go wrong with the desert inn, beyond the fact that it's right in front of the harbor boulevard entrance to Disneyland, it's just a solid spot with plenty of spots to go outside the park. Didn't check in until after midnight after making my reservation 6 hours before and they were totally accommodating and somebody was waiting for us and knew I was coming absolutely incredible. Well valet is free and that's very nice The fact that if you do show up late you're forced to valet and quite frankly you're forced to tip even though there should be spots enough for anyone

We absolutely LOVED how close this was to Disneys entrance. Literally walking distance to and from 20 minutes altogether. Rooms were so spacious, clean, and had a good amount of towels. Down side to this property was the very narrow parking area and breakfast. The breakfast was literally cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast and juice. However this property is sitting between a Dennys and IHOP.

Location to the park is awesome. I was able to get a room with you at a reasonable rate. We used to stay with you all the time pre-Covid but since Covid, your prices have been a little on the outrageous side, so I was glad to be able to find a deal and be able to stay with you guys once again. The bed was awful for myself.. kids said they were hard..

I'm surprised this motel flies under the radar for many visitors to Disneyland. Yes, it's basic, but it's clean, quiet and has all of the amenities we needed for our Disney visit. It would be very hard to beat both the value and location. It's our second stay here and it's much more affordable than many of the surrounding motels/hotels. We stayed in a 'Parlor Suite', which is great for extra room, particularly for a longer stay - there's a second TV and you can close the door between the main room and living room. You can't get that in most of the other nearby motels. We arrived early and could store our luggage (free of charge) - the storage room just needs to be unlocked by staff. The microwave in the room is handy, as is the ice machine (on a different level to us this time) and the guest laundry. We watched the fireworks one night from the rooftop viewing area (though they were slow to unlock it, unfortunately). It's fantastic being just a few steps from the Disneyland entrance - great for mid-afternoon breaks and saving your feet at the end of the day. The breakfast is extremely basic but my children liked to have some cereal or toast before heading off the parks. We didn't use the indoor pool. Housekeeping does a great job. It wouldn't kill them to add a bit of Disney theming to the reception area. Also, they were confused about whether fireworks were happening one night, even though several guests said they were, so they took a long time to unlock the rooftop (but that's a very minor quibble).

Nothing. Not being able to park our vehicle on site as they claimed it was too large. 5.2 metre ford transit van which is smaller than all the SUV’S parked there. Big reference made about us not booking direct with them and using bookings.

Unable to check in early and staff is unable to hold bags upfront during check in/ check out. Onsite connivence store was tiny.

The close proximity to Disneyland and restaurants and the staff was very nice. The ice machine was on the fourth and third floor. They had no ice in the breakfast room and the elevator on checkout day was a bit crazy. We had to wait for four different door openings before we can get on.

It was right across from Disneyland. Excellent location. It is a little older styled but comfortable and clean. We have stayed here a long time ago and it is still very similar. We will be coming back again. It is good for couples or families. It is a little dated. And it has very little free parking. I mean they have enough parking for all the guests and it is technically free, but mostly valet parking.
