Reviews
The hotel is highly praised for its exceptional location, being directly across from Disneyland's main entrance, making it a perfect choice for families visiting the park. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the complimentary breakfast, are also frequently mentioned as positives. However, some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the parking fees, the quality of the breakfast, and certain staff members' attitudes.
- Exceptional location directly across from Disneyland's main entrance

Walking distance to the Disney park entrance, breakfast included. Rooms did smell a little like mildew.

The room’s purchase price was reasonable considering its quality and location! It was a very nice room and a strait shot to the Disneyland park. We were so happy with everything! If we are lucky enough to go back to Disneyland, we are definitely choosing this hotel again!

Perfect location for Disneyland and was very nice!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the location — it’s directly across the street from Disneyland, which made it extremely convenient for our trip. The included breakfast was also very helpful and convenient before heading to the parks each morning. Aside from the shower issue, the stay was decent overall because of the excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, and convenience for Disneyland visitors. The hotel itself is older, though the rooms were clean and fairly spacious. We booked two rooms, and unfortunately on the first night, neither shower was working properly. Maintenance responded very quickly and was able to fix them, which we appreciated. However, even after the repair, the water pressure was extremely weak — more like a light sprinkle than an actual shower. After spending a full day walking around Disneyland, not being able to comfortably take a warm shower was honestly pretty frustrating and uncomfortable.

We were supposed to be there May 23-25. We checked in late on the 23 and left mid day of the 24. The staff were not very forthcoming about the event in garden grove. And neither was Disney for that matter. The only real reason I chose this hotel is because of its closness to Disneyland

The first room we got assigned was not ready, but they were very helpful in making sure that we got to a room that was clean and ready and in the location where we wanted.

We chose to stay at this property because of its convenient location. The staff was excellent, but unfortunately, our room had a stale odor. The property itself felt outdated, and aside from fresh paint, it appears little has been done to modernize it. Breakfast offered a decent variety, which we appreciated. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration.

We loved how cost it was to the park! The hot tub wasn't very hot. But it still did the job

Only thing bad is I did not get housekeeping daily and was almost out of toilet paper. I had to call and ask if there housekeeping had change to not daily. Next time I might just try another hotel nearby.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, great location, and my only complaint was from within my room it was a bit noisy as if the windows were open when in fact, they were closed.
- 5/5
Love it here. Clean. Staff are nice. Good breakfast. So close to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Right across the street of Disneyland entrance
- 3/5
Paying to park in addition to hotel expenses seems ridiculous. We were going to Disneyland and asked if we could pay the $30 for the day and the employee said after 3pm, you will be charged $25 an hour!!!! That’s insane and definitely will not make me want to use their hotel again!
- 5/5
It is a older hotel building but they keep it up to date and current with today. Everything is very clean and I was shocked with the insulation. I remember this hotel when I was a kid so was worried the insulation would be bad. I didn't hear my neighbors at all. Could here some light steps early in the morning upstairs but nothing to complain about. I'm a light sleeper so I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't get woken by noise. You can hear people as they walk by like any other hotel but everyone was quiet after about 10pm. I didn't use any amenities so didn't rate. To me though the amenity for this place is LOCATION!! it's like a 1 minute walk to the entrance of Disney area and 5-10 minutes to the acrual park entrances for both parks! I've stayed at disney hotels and this is a comparable distance and quality is the same for much less the price so can't beat that (outside of big bear as that's a luxury hotel so not fair comparison)!! We could walk back when tired and nap and head back to the parks in quick time. Perfect! Bed comfy, very clean. Rooms i could see were tight but honestly you are not there to hang out in the hotel. We had the ADA compliant room so we had much more than the other rooms and it was great with a roll in shower and adjustments. Perfect for those in a chair, while tight once the chair was in we managed just fine ;) would book again!

Pillows are terrible

This hotel was the best decision for our 3 day Disneyland trip. The walk was a short 5 mins and it was very convenient.

Super convenient for Disneyland guests. The breakfast had a good variety of food and items you can pack for snacks later in the day.

Location location location!!! This place is at the crosswalk of Disneyland. So close to park. The included breakfast was fabulous. We loved it here. They were reasonably priced.
- 1/5
We booked this hotel mainly for the “convenience” of parking. They only let us stay until 3pm the next day. We got to hotel last night to go to Disney this morning and we had to get out of Disneyland to find parking elsewhere. If we left car they were going to charge us $25/hr after 3pm. First and last time booking here. This more of a motel as well not hotel. Really old

Breakfast was great. Did not once feel unsafe.

Hello. My room was clean but I was situated by the employees rest area break room plus the washing machines for the whole hotel. The noise from these two rooms made for sleepless nights!!! Plus the toilet stopped working. I told the staff right away and my toilet was fixed in no time. I Liked that the hotel was right across the street from Disneyland . I would definitely go and stay here again but I would definitely change rooms !!!
- 4/5
Elevator was broke. Started working and then went down again. Refrigerator didn't work. Television didn't work they fixed it but broke again. Needs some serious maintenance.
- 4/5
Conveniently located across the street from Disneyland, I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The crib provided was good for my 1.5 year old. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I took off one star because both elevators went down in the middle of our stay which really caused some trouble when we returned from Disneyland with our two toddlers and two strollers with nothing but the option to take the stairs. Overall would stay here again because I loved having the convenience of coming back to our room during nap time for some R&R.
- 5/5
This was a fantastic stay, right across the street from the entrance to the Disneyland resort. The accommodations were great.
- 4/5
Everything was pretty good , bed was a little too noisy
- 5/5
My room was clean and comfy, the pool was a great treat and breakfast included is a huge bonus!
- 3/5
Room appeared mostly clean; however, it had a weird smell. Staff would not all allow early parking so we had to pay double for parking to go to Disneyland which defeated the whole purpose of booking across the street. Pool was tiny and overcrowded so we didn’t get to enjoy. Parking spaces were also compact.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and had several options, including fresh fruit. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Hot breakfast included which was a big deal.
- 4/5
The breakfast menu was great. The pillows on the beds are terrible
- 3/5
The rooms are good. Would have liked a more comfortable bed. If you have hip issues like me, it hurts. The lighting in the sink area is terrible for putting on makeup.
- 5/5
We appreciate the location and proximity to the park. The elevator was inoperative for many days. My husband is handicapped and uses a scooter. This part of our stay was inconvenient. But overall we were please. Price is double in comparison to other nearby hotels which we have stayed so since breakfast is also in another building also upstairs this might be the last time we stay here.
- 4/5
Other than that was great. Kitchen staff were awesome
- 4/5
Clean, spacious room. Very close walk to Disney park entrance. Breakfast was nothing special. Great water pressure.

Parking is pretty tight; we had trouble getting into our car because other cars weren't in their lanes. The hotel is due for an update. Our AC was going out and making a lot of noise. Amenities in our room were not restocked before we arrived. Pricey for what you're getting. I guess it's all in the location.
- 3/5
Literally across the street from Disney and that’s the only reason it’s worth the price. Staff
- 3/5
Kinda pricey but the breakfast was good and ample. they had a full spread of food. The parking was expensive and only available for 1 stall per room. I liked that they rented mobility scooters in the lobby.
- 3/5
The lobby staff didn’t great us upon entry and were “ho-hum” throughout the check in process. The room was located in a dark hallway off the elevator facing the pool. The room was very dark, even with all the lights on. It was noisy since it was eight above the pool and the enclosed hallway echoed as laundry and cleaning trollers passed through as well as other guests coming back late. The walls are thin and we could hear water being turned on and off as well as toilets flushing. Parking was great as is location.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Best location, accommodating for multiple arrivals, easy parking. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland and other restaurants. Was quiet and over all pleasant.
- 5/5
The convenience to the main gate is key! The room we clean. We used the pool and hot tube for a few hours to take a break in the heat of the day. It was perfect!!
- 4/5
Great staff, a bit run down but it didn’t matter since we were within walking distance of the park
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, great breakfast. Couldn’t be closer to Disney
- 5/5
Will book again for future stays!
- 5/5
The hotel isn’t the fanciest place but it worked! The beds were not the comfiest and pillows are a bit hard for me but not a big deal! Would stay here again! The location to Disneyland was great! The free breakfast was also big plus! Not just continental breakfast, real sit down breakfast with many options. We loved it!
- 5/5
This place is beyond accommodating. They were able to hold our luggage early so we could go into the park and they even offered to store my breastmilk in the freezer so it wouldn’t go to waste.
- 3/5
The distance to Disneyland is the best! Easiest walk! But the bathroom was nasty! The shower was gross and our toilet was clogged before we ever used it. The breakfast is not worth it so gross. At least they had quick grab and go options. The staff was all very nice and friendly!
- 5/5
Simple check in and check out, gives the exact what I paid for.
- 3/5
This hotel is very loud- can hear everything upstairs and outside the room
- 5/5
I've been to Disneyland at least 25 times; each time staying at a different Hotel or Motel in the area. This stay was by far the best. We had EXCELLENT customer service. The staff here is wonderful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.
- 5/5
Clean room , friendly guest services
- 5/5
Super great!!! The breakfast was way better than expected. The perfect hotel that’s not “on property”.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful visit. It was so wonderful to walk out of Disney at the end of a long day and only have a short walk to our bed! They had scooters for rent on property if needed. Would highly recommend to anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was nice and changed up every day- breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, etc. Housekeeping was phenomenal- I have three messy boys and we always came back to a pristine room, with their personal blankets and stuffed animals folded up on the bed. It was a very nice touch.
- 4/5
The property was a little dated however the staff was very helpful and cheerful.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, helpfull staff
- 5/5
Beat location for Disneyland for outside hotels.
- 5/5
This hotel is perfect comfortable ,clean and close yo Disney this is the first time staying next to Disney it is the way to go moving forward for me
- 5/5
The desk staff and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. When we needed help from housekeeping late at night, they came immediately. Breakfast was available daily with 4-5 rotating hot options daily, as well as a variety of fruits, to-go snacks, cereal, bread, bagels etc. Non dairy milk was also available. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Disneyland entry gate, and there are many restaurants and souvenir shops within a several minute walk. The walls are quite thin, and there is a lot of noise going on in the street (garbage trucks). You can also hear the shower plumbing noises very loudly from neighboring rooms, as well as the sound of housekeeping carts rolling along the pebbled floor outside. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
- 3/5
Very close to Disneyland, faster walk than on property hotels, free breakfast was amazing. Room smelled really bad, people playing music loudly till after 4am. Could hear people rooms over. Good for adults trip to Disney just for sleeping and then returning to the park.
- 4/5
The room was clean. Staff was friendly great convenience to walk across the street to Disneyland. Breakfast was decent, but we don’t spend much time at the hotel overall a good experience I would stay again.
- 5/5
Staff and rooms and breakfast
- 5/5
We all had a great time. Rooms were clean and staff, very friendly. Best location to Disneyland and California Adventure Theme Parks!
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfy. Safe area. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again 😊
- 1/5
The room was not what was expected. Smelled bad and looked very dirty
- 1/5
Staff was rude. Room wasn't ready until 30 minutes after check-in time. Pool and Spa were not working, and nobody informed us, even at check in until I inquired about it- you had to walk down the street to another hotel if you wanted to use a pool/spa, which also their pool was at least open, but the heater didn't work so it was like a cold plunge. The refrigerator didn't work in our room. The conditioner bottle was empty. The coffee pot was in the bathroom next to the sink? What????
- 2/5
If you live in the area and you’re looking for a place to stay overnight so you can use a two day Park hopper, this is not the place. Nowhere on Hotels.com does it say that parking is only until 3 PM. Even though this place is close to the park, it doesn’t even help because you still have to drive your car to the Disneyland parking structure to park there. There is no benefit from walking from your hotel to the park, which was the whole reason I booked this place. When I stayed at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott that included overnight parking so I can walk directly from the hotel. I was trying this hotel out because it was even closer. Never again. Not only was it not convenient in terms of the parking, it was also not a very quiet restful sleep. You can hear people walking above you, staff talking outside of your door even though you have the do not disturb sign on the door, staff wheeling a trashcan outside of your door and hearing the trash get picked up when the big trash truck comes. The only reason I gave an additional star is because at least the beds are comfortable and it is clean. I would spend a little more and just stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. I did not have the noise and parking issues as I did at this place.
- 4/5
Clean, great location
- 3/5
Coffee pot was broken and toilet seat was broken. The staff wasn’t great when we checked in….seemed annoyed. Breakfast was only offered across the driveway at another restaurant and if you wanted to use the pool you had to use a different hotel’s pool. Obviously you pay a lot for the location.
- 3/5
Staff was great, rooms are very loud. Did not get much rest but the location can't be beat.

Everyone was friendly an help assist when needed things for the room.

Things were fine. We liked the security outside also. Nice staff and nice breakfast. We would stay again!!
- 5/5
Check-in staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel room was clean and roomy for a family of four. Our rooms were straightened out everyday and fresh towels were placed in our room. We used express check out and it made the process easy. I will stay here again next time I return to Disneyland!
- 4/5
The customer service and location to Disney was really good!! My only complaint would be the prices in the lobby for drinks were the same price as inside Disney… why make it that expensive? (And the garbage trucks beeping backing up every morning at 6am. But if you are going to Disney early I guess it’s okay)
- 5/5
Location to Disneyland is the best! Room is clean and has everything we need after spending all day in the parks.
- 4/5
The one thing I would nitpick would be the man at breakfast opening 8000 trash bags while we were eating. Just kind of disturbing. I don’t think we should pay the resort fee when the pool and hot tub are closed (having to go to a sister hotel is not the same). It’s the hotels way of getting around the resort fee
- 5/5
staff was great, breakfast was awesome, you can't beat the location!
- 3/5
Excellent location to Disneyland. Staff was friendly and courteous.
- 5/5
Perfect location and staff worked with me to have another family member close by in another room.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and it was great just being across the street from Disney!
- 5/5
The staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfasts were delicious! We appreciated the selection of bed pillows: soft and firm.
- 4/5
Super convenient to Disneyland. Breakfast included with options and choices. We didn’t need it, but breakfast is upstairs…with no elevator access so not accessible. Our room was also located on a fairly busy pass through so it could be noisy with people coming back and going to the parks. Otherwise a great location!
- 5/5
Clean room & the walk straight across to Disneyland !
- 4/5
The staff member Antoinette was very helpful when I needed to book a second room at the last minute. I was impressed by her kindness and efficiency in getting this done. Also the room was very clean and you can't beat the convenience with the hotel's closeness to the park and included generous morning buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay there again when I go to Disneyland
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful. One of the alarms in the room needed the battery changed and it was taken care of within 15 minutes at 4:30am

- 5/5
Clean room, excellent staff, coffee machine in lobby, great parking and the street from the main entrance to Disneyland on Harbor Boulevard
- 1/5
Dont stay here! Staff were not helpful & everyone you spome to you got a different answer. We asked about late checkout several times during our stay, to which we were happy to pay for however apparently only the manager can approve from 6:30am on day of check out and its first in best dressed as they only approve 5 per day apparently. Not helpful when the parks are open until midnight & u wat to sleep in the next day before a late midnight flight home. Also no help with bags when asked if hotel.could store due to checkout time & late flight. Had to tag and move our own. We ended up getting a 12 pm checkout as we set our alarm to get up and call reception. Hotel smells old, wet, and bad. No cut up fresh fruit at breakfast just whole oranges and other whole fruit which is hard to cut with a plastic knife. We stayed at the candy cane inn on our first stopp at disneyland before returning for new years eve & cady cane inn has our votes all the way. So much better, cleaner, and the staff are so much nicer! Even though best western is across the road from disney thats all it has going for it i wouldnt do it again for the price, i would use the candy cane inn free shuttle or walk the very short walk.
- 3/5
Then the room was spacious and clean. We had everything we expected in the room, everything working fine - fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. And the staff was responsive and helpful. Parking is pretty busy, but we found a spot every day and we stayed there from before Christmas until after the New Year and the in-and-out was convenient. Now the negatives. I think it is unacceptable to have such a loud bathroom fan with the amount of money they are making there. It's such an inexpensive thing. And it's not just that it is noisy, but it's also not well fixed in the ceiling, so that makes it even noisier. Then, the breakfast. The scrambled eggs are probably the worse I ever had. They have 2 versions, cheesy and normal. Cheesy are just rubber. I have no idea what they put on them, but the taste is nothing like eggs. The regular, not-cheesy ones are slightly better, but not by much. Same with the breakfast sausages. They are just rubber. Luckily there are many other breakfast options, not cooked, which are much, much better. They offer fruits, milk, juice, cereals, jams, packed bakery items and more. Overall, I think it was fairly priced, but I will probably look for another hotel nearby next time I visit Disneyland.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room, and the absolute BEST location you could ask for! It is directly across the street from the entrance to the parks. Free breakfast, too!
- 5/5
The room was clean, and the staff was kind. The bathroom was very spacious and made getting ready in the morning very easy for two people.
- 5/5
The crews were really kind. They kept our luggage before check in and after check out, so that we were able to enjoy the theme park experiences!
- 5/5
The room was perfect for our family of five. We felt bad for housekeeping because oue kids made a mess daily. The room was always clean and restocked when we got back from the park. The breakfast selection and quality was great. The only complaint is amount of washer and dryers, 2 each. It rained during our stay and a couple threw their shoes in the dryer and broke it, and we were all stuck with only one dryer. Other than that, you cannot go wrong with this place!!!

The staff were so amazing to my family and I, made us feel welcomed and safe. If we had any questions or concerns they all made did their best to help. Great place to stay! Oh and breakfast!!! Ugh delicious!

Great place to stay when you are visiting Disneyland. They got a free breakfast with stuff most kids would eat so it saves on in park spending.

All good!
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was clean upon arrival, perfect distance to Disneyland and free breakfast was a bonus. Our room was a nice size for our family of 6, will definitely book again.
- 5/5
Super convenient location next to Disneyland and spacious room.
- 4/5
We love coming here when going to Disneyland and have been doing so for a few years now. The staff are kind, helpful and the property, while a bit dated, is clean. The rooms are standard and the pool and jacuzzi are well maintained. The distance to Disneyland is worth overlooking some of the areas that could be better : rooms are a bit dark and could use an update. But since we’re out most of the day we don’t spend much time in the room anyway.
- 4/5
It’s an older property but well kept. The air conditioner was not blowing good and we had maintenance bring clean filters and replace the very dirty ones. Staff is all nice, and the breakfast very good. The rate is a little high but then it is directly across the Disney entrance. Parking is tight but acceptable.
- 2/5
I wish I could’ve have free parking and I paid more then what The reservation said
- 5/5
Perfect location for Disneyland, closet hotel to the park! Great staff and very clean property. Comfortable bed!
- 5/5
We stay here every time we come to Disneyland. You can’t beat the location and the hotel is very accommodating with requests.
- 5/5
The breakfast was fresh every day they had different options. Staff super friendly and it’s right across Disneyland.
- 4/5
Room was great and the breakfast was very nice
- 4/5
We have been staying at this hotel for years. Just needs to be refreshed for the price they charge.
- 4/5
I like that this motel is right next to the crosswalk to go into the Parks.
- 4/5
The room was clean, house keeping did a great job refreshing and replenishing the room daily. The location of course is fantastic, just right across the street from the main entrance. The breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was great. The parking is terrible. The spaces are extremely close together, too tight and close together, not enough spaces. There is only one elevator on each set of rooms(not conveniently located). It was LOUD. Every night you can hear people racing up and down the street, honking and revving. When people walk by the hotel door it is very loud and you can hear through the walls pretty good.

Very nice staff, great accommodations, clean, comfortable, convenient access to the parks.
- 5/5
Rooms we clean and best of all right across from Disneyland
- 5/5
Property was very convenient and was in the middle of lots of restaurants.

The room itself smelled. We booked two queen bedrooms, one of which was beyond uncomfortable and noisy, and my son ended up sleeping on the floor. The restroom fan was so loud that it sounded like it was going to either explode or break. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told they were unable. Horrible and yet so sad, because we have stayed here before and never experienced such a horrific stay.
- 5/5
Never disappointed

Breakfast staff was especially helpful and friendly.

I went to the office to buy water for my family and the self pay kiosk wasn't working so I couldn't get water. Also the vending machine wasn't working so I couldn't get water there either. Had to go to the market across the parking lot to finally get some water.
- 4/5
-Breakfast is served which makes it uncomfortable to ask for seconds. The line can be quite long and the breakfast room is quite congested..esp since most folks are waiting for go to Disney land by 7.30 in the morning.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff are wonderful
- 4/5
Walking distance to Disneyland Park
- 5/5
Close proximity to Disneyland
- 5/5
Highly recommend! This is the closest hotel without staying on the resort; you literally use the crosswalk and enter the resort property. Hot tub was a nice place to soak after a long day of walking. And full free breakfast every day of your stay, and I don’t mean continental. It varied from day to day, but there were many options to choose from so you could start your day with a full stomach and lots of energy to fuel a park day. Staff was lovely as well. I would definitely suggest staying here. It makes it really easy getting to and from the park.

Reason it’s not a 5/5? Because it’s not gated sometimes a few unwelcome guest (homeless/drug users) can get onto the property later at night (past 8-9) Overall great place to stay at for a quick weekend at Disney.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient.
- 3/5
Staff great, room good. Beds were high. Buffet was not ADA compliant. My mom cannot climb stairs and the alternative was to eat out front without heaters or eat in our room. Not acceptable. We want to eat together as a family and we coukd not do that. Had yo go yo Ihop instead.
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast. Wonderful location!
- 5/5
Breakfast was average. We did not need parking.
- 4/5
super close to the entrance of Disneyland and surprisingly enjoyable breakfast
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Always a great experience at this facility. Close proximity, friendly staff, clean, and reasonable
- 3/5
All other aspects of hotel was good. But the breakfast experience was bad as expired, fungus bread was served. Also there was no option for hot milk.
- 5/5
Also can’t beat the location. Right across the street. Takes 7 min from the hotel to the Disney turnstiles.
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland
- 5/5
Ever
- 4/5
Super close and easy walk to disneyland
- 1/5
Will never stay here again coming to Disneyland, even though the convenience is superb with the hotel being right across the street, i’d much rather stay a few rows down the street than this place. To start off with, the service is terrible, the front desk is extremely rude & didn’t make us feel comfortable at all. Secondly, the room had all kinds of bugs (gnats most likely), all over the room & it was extremely humid in there. Or shower nor our toilet was clean, you can see that housekeeping does not put much effort into the place. I highly recommend staying a little further down the street because it will actually be better & cheaper than here in the end. We’ve stayed at other hotels down the street since we love coming to Disneyland, never had a problem but we wanted to be closer to walk to the park & this choice was not great for us.
- 4/5
I’ve stayed there before and I will do it again.
- 5/5
If you are planning a Disney trip it’s hard to beat this location. You are minutes from the entrance and there are plenty of food options within walking distance. Parking is reasonably priced. There is nothing special about this hotel but it gets the job done.
- 5/5
looks clean, everything in order.
- 2/5
Parking situation is ridiculous and limited. We arrived very late from Disney, the room is outdated and had an old musty lingering smell. The sink and toilet were both clogging from first uses. For the price this hotel is not worth it at all. The breakfast is in another building next door, quality was mediocre. Best thing about this place was the staff at the breakfast location who were very pleasant, friendly and attentive. I chose this place because of the distance to Disney entrance but had to pay double parking anyway because you have to move your car by 3PM or get charged per hour so not worth it if you’re going multiple days to the park.
- 5/5
staff is wonderful! breakfast is great.
- 5/5
They do charge $20 per day for parking, which I think should be included for paying guests. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a small refrigerator — though it didn’t seem to keep anything very cold. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay for visiting Disneyland. We would stay here again.
- 4/5
Easy access to Disneyland but could use new mattresses
- 5/5
We booked due to the proximity of Disneyland. The breakfast was amazing each day. The rooms were clean and quiet, I called for extra blankets and they quickly brought me some no wait. Excellent service overall
- 5/5
When checking in the staff at the front were very kind and helped us figure out our parking right away; we were there super early, but he was able to tell us what room we were projected to be in so we could park as close to our room as possible. The room was pretty spacious (we had a king with a pull-out couch), the room was clean, and the bathroom was nice; we wished the water pressure was a little better, but everything else was nice. They also had better k-cups and coffee options than any other hotel I have stayed at in the area as well as have a small little general store connected to the lobby for drinks and snacks.
- 3/5
While this is right in front of the park, it is extremely outdated, poorly lit, and loud. Would not recommend this stay.
- 5/5
We love the location, and the friendliness of the workers. They went above and beyond to cheerfully help us.
- 4/5
REF IN ROOM DOES NOT WORK.
- 5/5
Perfect location
- 5/5
Stayed here while visiting Disney. Excellent spot for such.
- 4/5
So close to Disneyland it makes the days much easier as you can pop "home" for lunch or siestas
- 4/5
Nice room, easy access to Disneyland.
- 3/5
It was a great place to stay love the staff the parking and the six minute walk to the park. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was super uncomfortable and pillows were bumpy
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland
- 3/5
The cleanliness was perfect but the graveyard shift lady at the front desk was really rude, inconsiderate and mean.
- 5/5
if you visiting Disneyland that`s the perfect hotel .
- 4/5
We checked in early and the room was ready so they gave us our keys. That was great. The room was clean and spacious. There was some confusion when it came to parking a second vehicle. My spouse was unable to ride with us due to a schedule conflict so he drove out later in the evening. When he arrived he was told by the front desk that no rooms are allowed a second vehicle. It wasn’t a huge problem. He was able to pay an overnight parking fee to park overnight at a nearby hotel. It was just strange that in a parking lot that was not completely full and appeared to have ample parking that evening that they wouldn’t allow us to pay a fee and park there.
- 4/5
We chose this hotel for its closeness to Disneyland. The room was spacious, clean, and well supplied with towels, shampoo, etc. However, the beautiful looking beds are SO HARD. After walking all day, lying on a super hard bed just causes all-night pain and lots of tossing and turning. I did not get a good night's sleep any of the nights due to this. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was also good.
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay
- 5/5
Closest to disney
- 3/5
Con - Can hear everything - very thin walls, terrible mattresses.
- 5/5
Great staff. Breakfast had a good selection. Fantastic to be that close to the parks, especially after a long day of walking.
- 2/5
Is outdated . It is right across the park , front desk is not that friendly or helpful when wanting to accommodate your stay. For 300 more you can stay at Pixar hotel inside Disney .
- 4/5
This hotel was directly across from the Disneyland entrance. IHOP was right next door. Denny’s and McDonalds were just down the road from IHOP. In the opposite direction is a small store where you can buy water, food, etc, that is cheaper than buying at the hotel’s store.
- 4/5
Love love love how close this is to Disneyland, especially after a long day! The hotel is okay…in need of updating for sure, but the rooms are comfortable.
- 5/5
Perfectly situated to get to parks easy! Cute hotel extremely clean
- 3/5
On the phone the staff will say one thing and if you walk in, they’ll say another. But beds are comfortable and it’s convenient right across the street from Disneyland.
- 5/5
Great hotel. And great distance from Disney.
- 2/5
we could not sleep it felt like day time we got corner room really wasn't able to rest maybe u needs blinds
- 5/5
Very convenient for families going to Disneyland. Directly across the street from the Disneyland entrance.
- 4/5
We love staying here for the closeness to Disneyland without the Disney price. This trip we had the pleasure of having a view of the street and Disney. It was beautiful. But the windows did nothing to cut down the noise of the street. Cars act like they are on a drag strip from5-9 in the evening which made it hard to put my granddaughter to sleep. And we were next to the staircase and could hear everyone running up and down. It’s little but for the price you pay I was hoping for a little more, sorry
- 5/5
Ideal location if you're going to Disney! Very convenient and breakfast was good too.
- 5/5
Very close to Disneyland, and breakfast is included. The room is nice and clean
- 4/5
breakfast was excellent. also you can see the fireworks from the sidewalk along Harbor.
- 5/5
Best for going to disneyland
- 2/5
There should be a section inside not at entrance to drop off and exiting at least 10-15 if not staying . Hotel needs to think about what if the customer needs longer time due to health or can’t walk fast etc this is not being considered . For breakfast it’s continental but same food everyday . The only change was egg with chorizo. Some customers like to book where breakfast is included due to makes it easier for the customer before they have to get going for the day . It’s a big plus but when same breakfast it’s discouraging
- 1/5
The area is bad, unsafe the hotel is old and it’s not worth the money
- 5/5
I liked the close proximity to Disneyland
- 5/5
Nice place to stay has evething around it for dinning and shopping. Walking distance to Disney park
- 5/5
Once you figure out where to park for checkin, this was an absolute gem for walking over to the parks all day. We never got to the pool, our kids are older so they last too long in the parks, but it looked inviting when we passed by. We did hear folks around us, so bring ear plugs if little feet walking overhead will interrupt your sleep.
- 5/5
Location, location, location. Simply cannot be beat when it comes to proximity to the Disneyland Park gates. Having stayed on Disney property in the past I can tell you that the hotels that charge top dollar are not all that close to the parks, and at the end of the day your feet can tell the difference. Sure your not in the Disney bubble, and Harbor Blvd can be a little noisy at night, but you are literally right across the street.
- 5/5
Clean and accessible to Disneyland
- 5/5
The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and clean
- 5/5
This place was incredible. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was clean it exceeded all expectations.
- 5/5
Great place. Family friendly! Right across fro Disneyland! Just so close to the Disneyland that we could walk back to the room for breaks if needed. Just great!
- 4/5
Beds were decent. The sofa bed was very noisy. Sounded like it had a 263638 candy bar wrappers under the sheets, anytime my son would move around on it. Housekeeping came everyday day and did a good job in that regard, other than I had to call for extra towels every single day. They'd only ever leave 3, which is weird for a room that clearly had more than 3 people in it, and the fact that they'd pick up like 4-6 towels off the floor everyday. Breakfast was available next door at Calaca Mamas Mexican restaurant upstairs in their banquet area. They must have a deal with the hotel to lease them space. It looked like BW employees were serving the breakfast though. Nice variety of hot and cold items and juices. Good little store in lobby, that is self check. Had a variety of items, snacks, drinks, ice cream, microwave meals, etc. Expect to pay Disneyland price for it though. Overall a decent hotel, it's biggest plus and attraction to this property is its proximity to Disneyland though. We'd probably stay again next time as well.
- 3/5
The hotel is nice and right across the street from the parks. Our room was right off the main road and we heard cars late at night. Also since we were closer to front of hotel we had everyone walking by our room going and coming from the parks at all hours of the night. Next tome we stay here we will request a room further back from the main road.
- 5/5
Hotel was great and right across Disneyland which is what we wanted. Pool was great, my kids loved the pool especially after a long day spent in Disneyland. Room was spacious for our family of 5.
- 4/5
Kids enjoyed the pool and the books to read at the lobby.
- 5/5
Excelente ubicacion, esta frente a la entrada de los parques, cruzas la calle caminas como 200 metros y esta la entrada a los parqies 100% recomendado
- 4/5
Love this property, love the fact that it is across the street from Disney.. but the fan in the bathroom only works sometimes! Love the breakfast but they don’t have the same amount of stuff as they did in the past!
- 5/5
The kitchen staff and housekeepers were very helpful
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and clean,,loved that they let us check in early at no extra cost. Breakfast didn’t meet my expectations.
- 5/5
I enjoyed everything.
- 3/5
Great location, but it needs updating. Our room had cobwebs on the ceiling and smelled old. You can hear everything above you, walking by outside your room, and on either side of you. The staff was nice and the breakfast they offer is very good.
- 3/5
This place is right across from Disneyland Main entrance. Good location. AC is bad. Noisy, old. Breakfast provided is sufficient. You can pack a box to go but food is under average. The pool is OK but hot tub needs better cleaning job.
- 5/5
Location is everything, but the breakfast and friendly staff made it even better. The free breakfast is great for big families to load up before the day at the park. The staff sent items as requested to the room quickly and efficiently! Just as described. Highly recommend and will stay again!
- 3/5
Very close to the park and the breakfast was decent. The pillows were awful and the bed was very uncomfortable. Everything was just over used and needs to be replaced.
- 4/5
the location is amazing literally across the street from Disney entrance
- 5/5
Cons: Parking spaces are limited and can be a challenge for larger vehicles. If you can’t find a space and need to circle back, you’ll need to exit and drive down the street to U-turn back into the parking lot while trying to avoid Disney-goers jay-walking.
- 1/5
Don't stay here! Filthy, ghetto, and transients walking around at all hours.. unsafe as someone tried to break into our room at 12 a.m. You can find nicer hotels a few miles away and Uber. Not worth paying double the price of a regular hotel just to be right across the street from Disney. You pay less an Uber charges then you will with this hotel and it is nasty with dirty carpet not updated it looks like a cheap motel.
- 5/5
Location to Disney
- 5/5
Convenient to Disneyland
- 2/5
Lady at the front desk is not friendly at all. Thia hotel charges quite a lot of money to be in such bad conditions. We stayed in room 244, doornob to bathroom door didn't work, fans were extremly loud, bathtub leaked water and lights flickered. Staff at the restaurant were amazing!
- 5/5
Perfect Location!
- 5/5
Hotel right across street from Disneyland. Friendly staff. Room clean. Breakfast OK.
- 5/5
The Mexican restaurant located next to the hotel is fantastic!
- 3/5
Showers were super light to actually shower wi
- 5/5
Check in was fast and easy. Love the free breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Only downside was the toilet was pretty low and I have bad knees but other than that, would stay again
- 5/5
Front desk lady was very nice, knowledgeable, friendly quick responding, Great location, right across the park,
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Check in was easy and the staff took their time to explain questions i had. I liked the location of the property directly accross from Disneyland. It is not the most quiet because of the fireworks and traffic.
- 5/5
How close to the Disney entrance it is.
- 3/5
Room was clean and check in staff was friendly. Only complain is that even though I messaged prior to our arrival and notified of a delivery ahead of time and also when I checked in, the front desk staff “mistakenly” rejected my delivery. I got stuck without a stroller which made our nights miserable, dragging our kids from park to hotel. They never even offered to help, just said sorry and that’s it.
- 3/5
Location was the main reason we stayed but I sure didn't expect to pay $20 per night to park
- 4/5
Very accessible to Disneyland. Will plan to book on this hotel on our next trip soon.
- 4/5
Great location. Staff attentive. Hard to find parking. Great location
- 5/5
The location was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The employees were kind. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the pool
- 5/5
We stay here because it’s directly across from security checkpoint for Disneyland! It’s especially great after all day in the park. The rooms are clean and adequate. We always seem to get a noisy bathroom fan! Haven’t stayed anywhere else for years!
- 5/5
Location, location, location. The location is within a 5-10 min walk to both the main entrances of Disneyland and California Adventure. We got soaked on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and were able to easily walk back to the room to change and return to the park. The free breakfast was just OK and the pool and jacuzzi were ordinary (not as nice as other Disneyland area hotels), but we were planning to spend most of the time in the theme parks and Downtown Disneyland. Book this hotel if you plan on making frequent trips back to the room.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, the elevators work, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast offering was very adequate.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Everything was great!!!!!
- 4/5
Fantastic staff!! So close to Disneyland. But the bed was uncomfortable, ac did not work very good, and we were by the road so we were kept up all night by traffic and sirens. But you cant beat location!!! Amazing front staff and very good breakfast included
- 5/5
Very convenient location at walking distance to Disneyland, nice breakfast, rooms are clean and spacious.
- 4/5
I really liked how close it was to Disneyland. You can leave your car parked at the hotel and get to Disneyland quicker than parking in their lots. Very convenient!!
- 4/5
The beds are not very comfortable. The breakfast is nice to have.
- 5/5
Stayed here many times because of the convenience and the price
- 4/5
Room was nice and extremely close to the entrance of Disneyland but being so close to the road meant loud noises almost all night long. We almost thought maybe our window was cracked open but that wasnt the case. Definitely more motel than hotel. Otherwise clean and free breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Right across the street from Disney. Was able to lease a scooter inside the lobby of the hotel. Excellent
- 4/5
Parking spaces are too narrow. Free hot breakfast was not good. Otherwise great hotel.
- 5/5
Best hotel if you’re visiting Disneyland! Literally just across the street and a short walk and you are at the front gates at Disney. No parking, no tram ride you are literally right there! Will never stay anywhere else while visiting Disneyland!
- 5/5
First time staying at this hotel for my trip to Disneyland Resort. Staff at check-in were very helpful and accomodating (needed room change due to mobility issues). Room was clean and spacious (plenty of room for 4 adults and our "haul" of souveniers). Bed was comfortable, pillows were soft but supportive, hot water was plentiful, and fridge worked well. The free breakfast was amazing! The chorizo and egg breakfast burritos really hit the spot! Breakfast menu changes every day, but for the two days of my stay: their breakfast options were great! Really got my day started of proper! Check-out was a pain-free process... The fact that I was allowed to keep my vehicle on site until 3 pm on check-out day really made it worth the extra cost. It allowed me to spend the morning in the Disneyland Resort without having to worry about my vehicle. Many thanks to Best Western Park Place Inn and all the staff... You all helped make this trip to Disney "magical" for me and my daughter (celebrating her birthday).
