Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn

We stayed here due to its proximity to the park, which is great, but enjoyed the time we were at the hotel due to the staff there. They were super nice, very professional and attentive to our needs. Always doing what they can to make our stay most enjoyable. The front desk crew were very welcoming. The staff monitoring the breakfast area kept everything full and fresh, and the room was very clean. The housekeeping staff provided a spotless room everyday and even delayed our room being cleaned so that we could give our son some down time from the park. Looking forward to staying here the next time we visit.

Short walk from Disney! It was such a convenient location! The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. Not many options but still pretty tasty. The rooms were fair. But they do have a table and fridge and chairs. The not so good: beds were hard, pillows were small and not very comfortable. The ac unit was so loud and we couldn't get a good temp. The room would get so hot in the middle of the night until we had to wake up to turn it down more and then it would be freezing.

We had the bigger room with 2 queen and 1 king in a separate room. It was so roomy, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast with an amazi g choice of hot food, sweets, and drinks. Disneylany entrance is right across the street, next door is a wonderful steak restaurant with a bar, as well as ihop and Dennys. We will definitely book here again. We'll work every dollar.

One of the mattress could do with being replaced but other than that the hotel is perfect for resting and recharging when visiting Disney parks. Walking distance to a few restaurants and Disneyland is just across the street.

The room was stylish and comfortable and it had great amenities. I especially liked the smart TV and being able to easily connect my own devices to use my own streaming services for entertainment. The AC was a bit louder than I would have preferred and there was loud noise in the space directly above room 201 early in the morning, starting around 6 am. It sounded like furniture being moved or rolled on the floor, possibly the set-up for breakfast but it was an unexpected sound to wake up to.

We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. About a 5 minute walk to the park entrance. Will definitely stay again at this hotel.

We frequent the different Harbor Blvd hotels that are directly across from Disneyland but this was our first time trying this Best Western. Pleased with the included hot breakfast (I don't think any of them do that any more. ) Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. We got room 130 which is waaay at the end. We'll definitely stay again but request a closer room to the front of the resort!

This was an amazing walking distance to Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney. The room were nice and clean. And they had an elevator to get to our room on the second floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful 😊

Location was very clean and breakfast was surprisingly pleasant for a hotel breakfast. Each day included staples as well as a change up. Eggs were not our favorite but we never felt hungry. I was mostly impressed with the wait staff in the dinning area. They were extremely friendly and helpful keeping the space well stocked and extremely clean.

The rooms are clean, and housekeeping does a great job keeping the place tidy. The team handling breakfast also takes pride in their work and keep the dining area clean. The complementary breakfast is decent. It's not grand by any means, but it's good food, and fresh daily with a varied selection that rotates every 2 to 3 days. The location is a 5 minute walk to Disneyland, which is very convenient, especially after a long park day. I've stayed at multiple hotels on the strip, and the Best Westerns are my favorite, this one especially. With the value including breakfast and the short walk to the park it's a great choice. (Also the coffee machine in the lobby makes a killer hot chocolate!)

Do NOT stay in room 201 if you want to sleep. We booked a king room, had no idea we would be put in an accessible (open shower) with stains on the floor and right below the breakfast area. This was my husband and my first time away from our kids. We did Disneyland's Star Wars night after dark, which means we got to our room about 2am. While this is not the hotel's problem, we were not clearly made aware that our room was directly beneath the dining room for breakfast - which opens at 6am and setup started around 530am. $400 room for about 4 hours of sleep... feels a bit steep. I did address with the front desk in the morning and best she could do was offer to refund parking ($20). I did appreciate that, but I feel like we were not properly warned what would happen at 5:30am and I warn anyone about getting that room. So much for our first getaway from the kids!

Breakfast had lots of options, hot and cold, and it was well cooked. The breakfast staff was attentive. Check in and check out were smooth. Our room was clean, quiet, and we appreciated the refrigerator. Self-parking had enough space. The location is very good, close to the intersection that crosses to the Disneyland Resorts (and the lines to enter the parks). For people that might want a break during the day or have tired feet by midnight, this is a welcome aspect.

The pool was closed for renovation but everything else was great.

Proximity to the parks. Toilet required 2 flushes every time to flush. The bathroom also had a very funky smell that I think they tried to cover up with bleach. It was almost unbearable the smell of bleach, it was overpowering. Garbage truck comes very early and it is very loud for hotels on both sides and for this hotel. We go back during the middle of the day for naps and even with AC blowing full blast and a noise machine we could hear and were woken up by some kind of facilities carts, cleaning or laundry etc. very loud on the concrete and the cracks in the concrete.

Stayed at Best Western for our Disneyland trip and honestly it made the whole experience even better. The hotel was super clean, well-kept, and had such a peaceful, quiet atmosphere after long days in the park. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. It felt comfortable, safe, and just really easy. Overall, such a great experience—definitely added to how enjoyable our Disneyland stay was. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location was great. A few mins from the entrance to Disneyland. The breakfast was amazing. I've stayed at a lot of hotels on harbor and none of them offer a breakfast like this. The only thing we didn't like were the pillows on the bed. They were really soft we prefer more firm pillows but that's just us. If you like soft pillows then you will love them.

The property is very close to Disneyland and the room had a good amount of space but ear plugs are necessary and should be included in every room. Every night around 5am a garbage truck would come and pick up a large dumpster of trush right next to the hotel and it was so loud it felt like it was in our room. Then came the beeping when the truck backed up. If you want to sleep past 5am I would not stay here.

So clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Every morning the cleaners passing by would say good morning and wave at my daughter. When going to Disneyland, it really is all about the hotel you choose that sets the tone of those long Disney days. To come back to your room across the street and have a clean, comfortable, cool room is the best feeling ever with sore feet and sunburns. Will be returning for every Disneyland trip.

Check-in was awful. They almost didn't let us stay because someone else had booked the hotel for us and put our name on the reservation, but they said they couldn't see our name listed. All of the communication they had sent previously was under our name, so I'm still not sure why they couldn't see it in their system. The check-in woman was super rude about it. After we finally got things cleared up, the rest of the stay was great.

Supervisor Martha at the front desk and the rest of the staff at this hotel were exceptional! We were greeted with the warmest welcome, I could tell that Martha genuinely loves what she does. The rooms were beyond clean, the follow up on everything was extremely fast. We got a call after we arrived to make sure our room was to our liking and we were asked if we needed anything. The air conditioning in the room worked fantastic, I called the front desk for a blanket as we were leaving Disneyland that evening and it was in the room before I got there. In addition the free breakfast was awesome, fresh hot good every morning, coffee, juice and everything else you could think of. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!!!

Our room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced for a couple of the days during our stay (privacy sign was NOT used on those days). Was this because it was Easter weekend? Is this normal? The "conserve water" sign for linens is in both English and Spanish on opposite sides. Difficult to notice and read if the side of the sign facing the reader not in their language. (Maybe two separate signs?) No restroom in the registration area was an inconvenience.

Breakfast was good with pancakes or waffles, eggs, cereals, toast, breakfast sandwiches, and rotating proteins like bacon and link sausage. Air conditioner was noisy and looked like it could be replaced/upgraded. Room was clean with all expected amenities. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good location for Disneyland. Decent bfast buffet like bfast sandwich, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, bread/bagels, potatoes. Limited fruit options like whole apples and green bananas. Was able to grab couple cheese sticks and granola bars to-go which was nice. Pool was under repair and not available but price seemed to reflect that compared to sister property nearby.

During my stay I was put into room 201. 3 hours into my sleep there was as constant noise that sounded like moving furniture at about 630-7 am. After about 45min of continuous noise I called the front desk . She was aware of all the noise and said they were setting up for their breakfast . It was extremely annoying I got 3 hours of sleep due to the loud noise . I checked out of my room a little before 11 am and that noise was still going on. I’m extremely upset for what I paid for the room and only managed to get about 3 go it s of sleep . Would not recommend that room to anyone .

The room smelled horrible my family and my self couldnt sleep of how bad the room smelled. The pressure from the water felt like mist and when we would wash our hands the drains smelled like rotten eggs or something died in those drains. It was bad. The people in the front were friendly the room looked like it wad clean put it wasn't. It the room smelled so bad that we checked out the next day. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights and leave the next day we didnt want to stay and sleep or shower im that room. We drove back home at 11:?? Something in the night. I told the front dedk thst we wrre checking out early because the room was bad and rhey couldnt afford any other room or refund. The only refund we got back was the parking.

Room 203 might be the worst on the property. Its right under the breakfast area so we were woken up at about 5am by the staff banging around and could not get back to sleep after that. I thought they were starting up a roller derby team up there. This was after a parade of beeping garbage trucks for about 30 minutes at 415am (though that part isn't the hotel's fault). The rooms are not very sound insulated. Fantastic location and you can tell they've tried to make some updates but there are trade-offs...I wouldn't say the price was worth the experience.

I was not told that my room would be right below the dining area for breakfast and every morning for five hours you hear scraping chairs and people walking too and from the breakfast bar from 630 to around 10:30 when they finish cleaning it was horrible

Staff was ok at the front desk, helpful with the safe…never had a room where the safe was behind the front desk. The room was very dated, old…smelled old…the AC in the room was very loud, the bathroom fan did not work, squeeked very loudly so we did not even use it…had to open the tiny window in there. Mattresses were ok, pillows were TERRIBLE. Only positive thing was the proximity to Disneyland park. Look elsewhere if you don’t mind walking an extra 10 minutes each way

The room was in good condition. However, our room was located on the floor below the breakfast area and we could hear every single move. The noise was so loud it woke us and it just kept going.

Staff, breakfast, pool were great. They gave us adjoining rooms and we barely slept because of the noise, conversations coming from that room.. not sound proof at all. No issue with other room on other side. Don’t get adjoining rooms if you want a decent night sleep.

Great stay right across from the parks. This hotel is kept up nicely and provides a great breakfast. The walls are somewhat thin so you hear noise from outside, but not bad on park mornings. The staff is quite friendly and again the location cannot be beat.

My family and I stay was amazing not just saying that but from the beginning once we checked into our hotel which we could’ve checked in right away but decided to just park our car and walk across the street to Disneyland. But the hotels customer service was great from start to finish our room was the best room I’ve stayed in awhile.

Great stay, found a used pimple patch on the bedspread at check in which was pretty gross but everything else was great. Breakfast crowd was right over our room, so we had an early wake up but we just stayed for one night (and free breakfast was great, the coffee made up for the early rise haha). Had a great overnight, appreciate the front desk staff especially for being so available and helpful.

Hotel property was nice, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, professional and kind. This hotel is only 10 minutes to the gates of Disneyland and 15 minutes from downtown Disney. The complimentary breakfast is also a good touch!

The staff was very friendly when we arrived, and our room was ready early. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The down side is the walls are super thin. We could hear the rooms next to us arguing, babies crying, and people at the pool screaming.

So close to Disney, great hot breakfast, friendly staff.

Very conveniently located to Disneyland and free breakfast was a plus!

This property is a "Disney Good Neighbor" hotel, so if you're a Magic Key holder, you may want to call before booking and see if they're offering any discounts on stays. The staff are incredibly kind and hospitable. The check in was a smooth / seamless process, and since our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, we just left our luggage with the front desk and headed to the parks for some breakfast and rides, before coming back later in the afternoon to rest and freshen up before dinner. The rooms are always comfortable, clean, and spacious. The mattress was fluffy, but still had enough firm support for my tired-from-walking-body. There were plenty of pillows on the bed so my BF and I did not have to fight over them. The toiletries offered were lemon-scented which was very energizing. The shower had shampoo / conditioner / body wash in a wall mounted pump. I'm particular about my hair care products, and did not use them, but my BF said it was OK, but the lemon scent reminded him Pledge. Don't skip out on the complimentary breakfast on the 3rd floor! The breakfast sandwiches were a hit, and it kept us full until a late lunch. Overall, fantastic place to stay!

The room was clean, the staff was great, the breakfast had a lot of variety and was good. The room I had the toilet had issues in flushing and the TV only had 1 channel. It was close to Disneyland park. The walls seemed paper thin and for 2 of the 5 nights my next door neighbors woke me up for a few hours with their noise and the last night at 2:30am there was a running event and the music and DJ's were incredible loud. But over all it was a good place to stay.

Location to Disneyland entrance is phenomenal. You can't get closer without staying at a Disney hotel.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Great walking distance from Disneyland. Breakfast was good. Our room was an accessible room but it was directly below the breakfast room and we heard a lot of noise and moving around.

Property was great for a Disneyland stay. Down sides are no central air. We had very strong Italian food smell stuck in our room 1 night. Every morning loud garbage truck woke us up next door from dennys I think. Clean room. Responsive staff. Excellent free breakfast.

I was irrtated with the cleaning staff. Our first day at the hotel, we literally ran out of hotel to be at rope drop. We never thought twice about a mess nor do we expect their staff to clean our mess on our beds due to wardrobe changes. We can back to a note in spanish on our bed said due to our mess on the beds it prohibited them from doing their job. I felt was incredibly rude and unnecessary on their part. We declined cleaning the entire rest of our trip. We do not want them in our room if they are leaving us messages. We paid a lot of money to come and I found it disrespectful. Our room had ants, but we never complained. I am not entirely sure I will stay here again.

Close to Disneyland. Property needs to be updated.

We loved staying so close to pedestrian access to the Disneyland parks. Perfect location for them. The breakfast had lots of choices and even gluten free bread on request. The staff were friendly and helpful to deal with. Appreciated the on-site laundry. The rooms are a bit run down and were not the cleanest but we had everything we required for a comfortable stay. Appreciated their generosity with the teabags! Plenty of restaurants in the area.

This hotel is just across the street from Disneyland. We didn’t have any issues with our stay.

Very good location and close to Disneyland. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good with lots of option. Will book with them again next time we come back to Disneyland.

It would have been nice to have a couple extra blankets in the room and the pillows were tiny, to have regular sized pillows would have been good! Otherwise, the beds we comfortable, the water was hot and the breakfast was Amazing!

The breakfast food was great. Room 220, the toilet always took more than one flush to flush the toilet paper down. It would have been nice to have an ice machine on each floor

Great location, just 5 min walk from Disneyland. Comfortable beds and clean. Pool was great on hot days in Anaheim. Free breakfast wasn't great, but convenient. Hotel should try harder to reduce single-use plastic (only plastic utensils available).

Great customer service when checking in and out!

Booked online . No parking fee was mentioned until you get to hotel. Paid for the parking and there were no parking space available. Had to park on the side by wall.

Very pleasant staff made our stay enjoyable. Rooms were clean and hot breakfast was a great way to start our day at the parks. Location being across the street from Disney made this super convenient.

Ask for bath mat 2 time never got it there multi cards in room tell you if need bath mat ask hotel was outside had people cleaning sidewalks painting doors and railing clean pool area

Loved the proximity to the Disneyland entrance. The bathroom sink area was really spacious. Also love having the option of a quick, free breakfast.

Thanks for getting a room cleaned and ready earlier than check-in time even though I was told on the phone there is no early check-in.

Rooms could use a refresh. A/C were basically window units and are very loud. I don’t know if it was because we were at the very end of the hotel but the WiFi was pretty much non existent back there.

This is one property by walking distance from Disney we always like to stay. From the helpful staff the cleanest of the property. It’s a must stay. Roomy and the complimentary breakfast they offer everyday is a great way to get your Disney adventure started.

The Friends of Disneyland hotels are terribly overpriced for what you’re getting because of the close proximity to the park. With that being said this hotel is kept up fairly well. Our shower didn’t drain and the toilet had to be flushed twice each time it was used. The carpet was stained and threadbare and the upholstered furniture was stained. But these are things we overlook to stay outside of the maingate. A full breakfast is offered here and they have a nice balcony to sit outside to eat. The staff I encountered were really friendly. This was my second stay and probably won’t be my last.
