Reviews
The hotel's location is highly praised for its proximity to Disneyland, making it a popular choice for families. However, parking is a significant issue, with many guests complaining about limited spaces, high fees, and difficulties with valet service. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are inconsistent, with some guests reporting satisfactory conditions while others express dissatisfaction.
- Excellent location near Disneyland
- Suitable for families with spacious rooms and bunk beds
- Limited and expensive parking
- Inconsistent room cleanliness and comfort

The services desk was very helpful great customer service the whole team from check-in to check-out. Room was clean, air was perfect .

Promixinty to Disneyland can't be beat and a great value. The bunk room is a huge boon for our family of 5, and saves a lot of money from other hotels where we could have to get two rooms. Clean, relatively spacious and decently updated. We have stayed 3 times and will be back!
- 5/5
The room was clean and ac was wonderful after a full day at Disney!! The staff was so nice. We got to valet our car before we could check in. It was clean.
- 5/5
Close to the parks and easy stroll to anything you may need. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the fact that the location was convenitently located near a lot of amenities which my family and I needed. Such things like restaurants and Disneyland. Price was somewhat high for what was provided, but the convenience made up for it. One thing which would've been nice would have been an extra bathroom. We had a room with two queen beds and bunk beds for the children, but only had one bathroom. A second bathroom would've been nice.
- 1/5
My Ac did not work no one help me out I’m 9 months pregnant I woke up at 3am so sick throwing up we called again at 3am the front desk and bo one pick up my husband had to walk to the office at 3am all they give us a fan it was so hot in the room.
- 4/5
Parking is with valet only as they have limited space and stack cars for all to fit. Our new car was damaged but they are covering repair costs. Room was pretty clean and very close to park for walking. It was the cheapest room that close to the park but for a reason. If you only care about being close with a place to sleep it fits the bill.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, quiet, love the bunk beds. Great location and price. Friendly staff. We stay here every time we come to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Fast & easy walk to the park. Nothing fancy. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cold ac.
- 5/5
Not crazy about the parking fees.
- 5/5
The pool area was very nice. On our first day, there were plenty of towels available, but the next day the bin was empty. Staff said they would bring more, but we ended up leaving the pool before any arrived. The rooms are older, but overall still perfectly fine. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Most definitely

The staff were not accommodating when we got there I felt but the stay was good.

Clean room. Very convenient to walking to Disney

Location! Parking cost, how crammed the parking lot was and only able to have one vehicle.
- 5/5
very friendly staff and very accommodating parking is terrible they jam you in and you can't park your vehicle your self they charged us 50.00 a day for parking because we had a suburban it's supposed to be 31 dollars a day this is outrageous other than the parking and no breakfast offered it was because of the friendly staff and location across from the entrance at Disneyland that made it worth it

Not having access to my vehicle after paying 31$ to park is huge for me but then to also have to lug your luggage upstairs and to the front of the hotel is a no for me. Never stayed here before but have at many others on labor as we come once ot twice a year. When I go on vacation I want it to feel like a vacation and pur stay was anything but. Great location but so are many other hotels for the same or less price. Valet is supposed to a convenient luxury but that's not what it is here it is a way for them to stack cars so close that you cant even walk between them. Still curious how they were able to get out after parking them.

Very convenient to the park, staff was absolutely fantastic. Room was great! Bed was comfortable, water pressure was great. Refrigerator was a really good size Parking! Accessing the car was not easy with out a valet. To pull it out. Garbage trucks and other big trucks woke me up Every morning! Very noisy and did not sleep well past 4:30 am

1- parking is not only for guests, they rent it out for day parking. It’s a small parking lot. So you may have to wait so they can make room for you to get out. “First come, first serve”. 2- The grab and go store they have by the front office is ridiculously expensive. I understand paying extra for the convenience, but it’s something else when they take advantage of that. $20 for a coffee mug. 3- You can hear everything from outside. Especially the fireworks and people in the pool. (If your room is by the pool). 4- The ceiling to the upstairs neighbors are thin, you could hear every step. If you have stompers staying upstairs good luck getting any sleep. 5- Mattresses need an upgrade. Staff was great and very helpful.
- 5/5
The location of the hotel is amazing for a Disneyland trip. We got a family room with bunk beds and it was perfect for our needs. No breakfast is provided, but there's a decent sized mini fridge. The valet service (included with the parking fee) does wonders with what is a small parking lot. I never waited long for my vehicle. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The electrical outlets could use some TLC, that's really my only complaint.

Hotel parking is $31. This is my biggest complaint. What a horribly greedy and disgusting amount of money to pay for parking. Why is this even allowed? As Americans we must be so stupid to allow hotels to stack on extravagant fees. I don’t care if the parking staff is another company. Factor it into the hotel cost and quit shaking down customers. We had to wait so long to have our car pulled out and I understand people are busy, BUT DON’T CHARGE WHAT YOU CHARGE FOR PARKING AND MAKE CUSTOMERS WAIT SO LONG FOR VEHICLES TO BE SUMMONED. Hotel carpet was disguising and stunk. Carpet needed to be replaced. Mini refrigerator froze my milk and sodas and strawberries. Staff were friendly and they did bring fresh towels daily. Overall I’m disappointed with the excessive charges and sheisty fees.

Parking. Baically couldnt use your car once parked without making plans with staff to get your car from behind other vehicles. Had 6 people in the group and was allowed 1 spot. Had to unpack luggage in Dennys parking lot and haul it to back of hotel.

Proximity to Disneyland Valet parking only. The attendants were very nice but I want to have access to my car while I’m there without asking. Cars were parked about 18” apart to accommodate parking aside from hotel guests.
- 4/5
Here, parking was not included, which normally is for any hotel. Didn’t see it anywhere while making the reservation. I had to pay $35 for overnight and $45 more for daily parking so I was pretty disappointed about that. Hotel is ok, but again, paid more for the “convenience “ of being close to the Disney and that’s it. Next time, for the same price, I’ll go to a better hotel with a larger nicer room with parking and breakfast included and take an uber to and from Disney.

The Taft was friendly There were bugs in the room when we got back around 9pm, we messaged the front desk through booking.com with no answer until 11pm. We had killed and flushed around 10 bugs and I ended up staying up all night watching no out for my wife and daughter so they could sleep. It was too late to move and we had no where else to go. Now the hotel is refusing to do a full refund and saying “they didn’t find any bugs” after we left and after I spoke with the front desk. I have forwarded this to the Anaheim Dept of Health

5 star only thing is if you plan to leave and come back throughout your trip be sure to coordinate that with the valet. Staff was 5 awesome, hotel was clean, and the linens crisp and clean. They have a self check out market too. We will be back. Right across the street from Disneyland entrance. No hastle with the Disney parking lot.

The parking situation jades the whole hotel. $40 to have your car parked in a teeny tiny lot, blocked in by other cars, and be at the valet’s mercy if you needed your car quickly. There are several other hotels nearby with actual decent parking.

Thin walls. So so thin. You'll hear every little thing in nearby rooms, so not good for light sleepers. Okay as far as cleanliness (clean bed, towels, shower) but not amazingly clean and not the nicest quality furnishings (tears in the shower curtain, dirty rug, dusty corners, beat up furniture, marks on the walls). Parking is so weird and seems like a fire hazard - it's "valet" but they just grid lock the cars in a parking lot so to get your car out they have to move multiple cars. This is concerning because the valet leaves at 11. Stayed at many Disney spots and this one was honestly the worst even though it's very close to the park it's just overall a flop so I wouldn't recommend it. It's worth walking a tad father for good sleep, safe car parking and nicer rooms.

Our room wasn’t cleaned very well before arrival, we found trash in between the bunk bed and the wall. This just makes me wonder how clean the rest of the room really was. There was also an outlet next to the bed that we loose on the wall. If you need a cheap hotel with the shortest walk to Disney this place will do but is not the nicest I’ve stayed at near the parks. The staff was helpful and very nice though.

We called front desk and they said they could bring blankets in 45 minutes. I offered to walk over to pick up and was told had to wait. They never came. My child had to sleep on uncovered bed.

Room is pricey for the quality of the service, cleanliness, and bed comfort. All were poor in my opinion. You are truly paying for location ONLY. Any benefits of a shorter walk into the park are cancelled out by the poor sleep you will get in the very uncomfortable bed. I would highly encourage you to stay farther away to pay less for a much better room. We booked 3 nights and only stayed one, there were no refund options. We ended up getting another hotel rather than staying here.

The guest above us were practicing for the circus, swear they had elephants. I called the lobby because we couldn't sleep and it was nearly 1am. Had to call again because they didn't stop. I asked for either another room or a refund because it was ridiculous, I got hung up on. Needless to say, after years of using this inn, I will take our business elsewhere.

Great location to the park. Very friendly staff. The place was well maintained and clean. Far back from the street, a lot of noise just by people walking past the door and we were right next to the pool. Housekeeping never made the beds, even though we requested it. If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs.

Del sol is a great location for Disneyland. 5 min to park. We were happy to be upgraded to a bunk room for our 4 yr old grandson and he loved it!! Rooms were clean, hot tub needed cleaned tho. Room was large and everything was well appointed. We did not receive housekeeping per se, they changed out towels but did not make our beds which was fine. Much nicer than last time I stayed. Parking would be an issue for very large vehicles as it’s tight spaces.
- 1/5
Parking was another major issue. They charge $50 for parking, yet there was little to no availability, which felt misleading and frustrating. I was told I would be refunded for parking, but that refund was never processed. On top of everything, the Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay, which made things even more inconvenient. When I reached out to staff for help with these issues, they were unhelpful and did not offer any real solutions or compensation. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here. I expected much better for the price and location.

The valet parking guy was very rude! He needs to be reported for the way he speaks to guests. The room was okay, just average, appeared clean..the toilets were backed up I could smell the backup... Barely flushed without issues. Just wasn't enjoying, proximity was the only plus. probably won't be returning.
- 4/5
Location. Location. Location. Steps away from the crosswalk directly across from Disney property. The things that ranked it lower for me were some black hairs in the bathroom on arrival and every morning there was a garbage truck that comes and makes that loud beeping noise as it backs up. Also the design is odd in that the bathroom mirror and sink are a part of the main room so it was loud and bright for those still sleeping in the morning. But the location is 5 stars. I would definitely book again just to be that close at the end of a long day of walking!! Staff was super nice
- 4/5
The AC was working phenomenal room was excellent at cold temperature that's how we like it bathroom was very clean huge closet
- 3/5
Other than that, it's very overpriced for the value they deliver for the actual motel. We somehow got put in an accessible room even though we didn't request it. The room wasn't very clean, the shower pressure was almost non-existent, the in-wall air conditioning unit barely put out any air at all so it got pretty hot in the room when we were there at night. The walls are very thin, and we were right next to the pool so it was extremely loud when we were in the room. Even just people walking by our door was much louder than it should be. It's valet-only parking and that's ridiculously overpriced ($45/night!) and they jam the cars into the parking lot so you can't just get your vehicle in and out whenever you want. Again, if you're looking for a place to sleep in a bed overnight and be VERY close to Disneyland, this place does just that. If you're looking for a "nicer" stay, I would suggest looking elsewhere in the area.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and family friendly. We were happy with how kind the staff was. They had a convenient little snack shop. At night it was quit and felt safe. Definitely would recommend.
- 2/5
The room was ok. Close to Disneyland. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone around you and every step your above neighbor is making. Pillows are terrible!! Parking is a joke.. we were forced to use their rude valet service even though my vehicle fit in self parking. They moved my car daily for no reason. The frustrating part is anytime you need to grab something from your car, you have to find the valet person and get your key and then give it back. Valet should make an experience more convenient not more inconvenient. We were also told that we needed to leave by a certain time or will be charged for additional parking... Likely will not stay here again.
- 5/5

Great hotel for a family.
- 3/5
The location of this property is so perfect, its such a shame that its just really run down. We got a room with 2 double beds and the bunk beds. The carpet in the room was really dirty and gross looking. We also found a hair that didnt belong to us in one of the "clean" towels. The little sliver of decorative bedding thing had a little stain on it that we couldnt tell what it was. Plus, you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms. We were on thr first floor and we were literally kept awake by the people on the second floor. And the people just talking by the pool. I mean, im not mad people are having fun, im moreso shocked at how thin the walls are. Then the parking situation is rough. The cars are squeezed in so tight, that only the valet can really park them and move them and it bothered us since we have a new truck and we didnt like that for sure a car door would hit our truck if any of the neighboring car owners would try to grab something from their cars. We unfortunately wouldnt stay here again, id rather pay a bit more for a place that doesnt feel so grimey. The people who work here are really sweet however, so thats a plus.
- 3/5
Con’s: Very small room for six people, valet-only parking ($35/day), no elevator to second floor (have to carry luggage upstairs), in-room fridge was very loud with constant rhythmic clicking sound (probably unique to our room, but made it harder to sleep).
- 4/5
Enjoyable stay. Convenient access to parks.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. It is a quick short walk over to Disneyland. I would certainly stay here again!
- 3/5
The property was mostly cleaned and maintained although I didn’t expect mandatory valet service making it difficult to unpack strollers and essentials due to the size of the parking lot. The room appeared to clean, but closer look there were hairs in the shower from the previous guests which makes you think what else wasn’t cleaned. Additionally although not on their property, you must walk through Denny’s parking lot to get to the street and park. While walking through Denny’s parking lot, there was a used male contraceptive and a hypodermic needle up against the brick wall along the drive. I brought it up to the front desk who stated they weren’t allowed to do anything as it was Denny’s property. As there is no other way to reach the street or the park except through this area I went and took care of removing those items as I didn’t want my kids or any others seeing that on their way to the happiest place on earth. This property was OK for the price and location.
- 5/5
Location was perfect to Disneyland!
- 4/5
I do have an issue with how expensive the overnight parking is, especially considering how many extra cars are packed into the tight area that requires a valet to constantly shuffle cars all day long. Consider requesting an upstairs room, we were on the lower floor and we could hear literally everything the person above us is doing. We got unlucky and had a guest letting their kid run around and jump off the bed so we were constantly waking up early or going to sleep late.
- 4/5
Super convenient walk if you’re going to Disneyland and plan on taking a break mid-day. The only thing that was a miss was the wi-fi was terrible, I ended up turning it off and using data the entire trip.

Amazing location! Strong and reliable AC during a heat wave. The pool was fun but the hot tub was in dire need of a deep cleaning. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Plentiful clean towels when we needed them. The bunk beds were “SOOOO COMFORTABLE” according to my 8 and 10 year olds. Dated and a bit basic as far as bathroom, amenities, etc. but the location more than made up for that.

Great location — very easy to walk to Disneyland Park, California Adventure, and several 24-hour restaurants nearby. However, the room did not seem properly cleaned before check-in. There was lotion left on the table from a previous guest, the floor had visible stains, and only two coffee packets were provided with no refills during the stay. Housekeeping only replaced the large towels, but not the washcloths, hand towels, or bath mat. The hot tub on the property was also quite dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. Overall, the location is excellent, but the cleanliness and housekeeping service need improvement.

- 5/5
We checked in late around 9 PM. Staff was super kind unhelpful with locating food and even offered us a 10% off voucher for Denny’s, which is in the parking lot.
- 3/5
The valet staff were super friendly. Just know that parking is valet only. If you need your car, it might take them a bit to get it out from behind other cars. We only needed it the first and last day that we were there so it wasn’t a problem. The walk to Disney is super manageable. We take a midday break for about 1.5 hours so it’s important that the hotel is super close. We stayed on the first floor by the pool and it was very loud. We could hear families at the pool, walking around, and the I’ve stayed at 3-4 other hotels on this street and, while this hotel isn’t my top choice, I do recommend it for families who are staying for a quick trip. We were only in the hotel room to sleep and the quick 1.5 hour breaks.
- 4/5
I usually give this hotel 5 stars but our room lacked drawers. Most rooms have many drawers on the bunk bed but for some reason ours did not.
- 5/5
Loves everything about this hotel
- 4/5
Always a great place to stay! Room is clean, the staff is absolutely wonderful. My only take away is the parking. It gets extremely crowded in the parking lot, as it seems the hotel does offer day parking. I understand the reasoning behind it. The only other reason for my four instead of five stars is of all things…coffee! My bad! The coffee machine in the lobby didn’t work and neither did my room maker. Stupid reason, but hey! Coffee is important! Will it stop me from staying here? No way! Love the Del Sol and it’s my go to place
- 1/5
Room was dirty and small compared to pictures shown. Poor cleaning. Buzzing fridge all night.
- 5/5
Awesome customer service, place was the best ive stayed in a long time, coming back for sure
- 5/5
I love this place ❤️ The staff is amazing
- 5/5
Across from Disneyland entrance.
- 3/5
Bathroom was spacious. Never got housekeeping, and wifi was slightly spotty.... but really close to disneyland.
- 1/5
Terrible! Absolutely the worst hotel we have ever at!!! The smell was horrific, with the AC on it even worse of fish and pee. The lights wouldn't turn off- yes the over head lights wouldn't turn off and they refused to move us rooms or give us even 1 night off our stay. Also the were doing jack hammer remodeling on the room below us at 8am! And again when we came back to nap from Disney at 3pm. Parking was an extra $10 each night more than Expedia said "for taxes". And to leave your car after checkout while you go to Disney is double!
- 3/5
Very loud industrial laundry being done at all hours.terrible parking situation. No parking before noon.
- 5/5
Good size room but had no storage or anywhere to set suitcases down
- 5/5
Very good staff rooms are very clean
- 4/5
Location
- 4/5
Room absolutely met our needs (2 queen beds for a family of 4). Location was amazing - directly across the street from the parks. Only downsides were: room was on the small side (not spacious) and no elevator.
- 1/5
The desk clerk on night shift when we checked in was horrible. The hotel does not have an elevator for our guest with a mobility issue. The did not provide a ground floor room when requested due to lack of elevator.
- 5/5
We love staying at the Del Sol Inn. Super close to the Main entrance to the Disneyland Resort. The Staff is so helpful and kind.
- 3/5
Mattress could be better
- 5/5
Staff was accommodating and very kind. This is our go to place to stay while visiting Disneyland. We will definitely be back.
- 2/5
The air conditioning unit is extremely loud. We could also hear the washing machines going very loudly. One night while we were trying to sleep the washing machines/dryers were so loud that it was vibrating and rattling the lamps on the walls.
- 4/5
Room was cleaned, beds are to firm. Staff is very friendly and kind. Loved that it was close to Disneyland
- 4/5
First time staying at this hotel. We are magic key holders and have stayed in most of hotels in this area. Hotel was clean, and the staff was so very nice. Would recommend.
- 4/5
Convenient to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Family friendly , clean, walking distance to Disneyland, staff was friendly , and overall a good experience .
- 4/5
Only issue was noise, due to the Disney marathons on Saturday and Sunday. If I had known, we would have come a different weekend. Loudspeakers began at 6:00 a.m. and on Sunday a helicopter was right on top of us at 6:15 a.m. Disturbing. This is not the motel's fault. They kept our bags in a secure room after checking out on Sunday. Really terrific staff.
- 5/5
Clean room, front desk guy was great. Close to disney
- 1/5
Room was substandard, no ac
- 3/5
Nothing bad, nothing great. Just average.
- 5/5
Very close to Disney! Clean rooms with a nice refresh 2 days in. Friendly staff!
- 5/5
Todo muy limpio !!! Muy cerca de Disney 👍
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room. Comfy beds and super quiet. Best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel!!
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was super nice! Very helpful and kind
- 3/5
We were surprised that housekeeping was kept to a minimum even after asking for full housekeeping. But we would know what to expect.
- 4/5
Courteous staff.
- 5/5
Our room, while not fancy, was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Staff? Wonderful. Great option for a visit to Disneyland! Just steps away. One of our go to places to stay whenever we are in town
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
amazing
- 4/5
Great location for Disneyland. Room was dated but clean. Staff was very nice. No in and outs for parking really because they valet and pack all the cars in but that was fine since we were walking to Disneyland right across the street everyday. Overall good hotel if you just need a place to sleep after all day at Disneyland.
- 2/5
The price is for what you get. The room was not clean super dusty we even found pieces of clothing underneath the bed. The beds are not even a bit comfortable i woke up feeling like i took a beating, the people there were nice and thats it. I dont think i will stay here again.
- 4/5
The room wasn’t clean and there not clean every day, the jacuzzi was broken, but the location is perfect right across from Disneyland.
- 5/5
Nice room. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Love the short walk across the street to Disneyland. Only 2 minor complaints: Tile in front of the bathroom sink is very slippery and our chargers kept wanting to fall out of the electrical sockets, but we love del sol and we will stay there again.
- 5/5
Proximity to the attractions we went to see!
- 2/5
I felt like my room was still a little dirty. No one came to clean it when we were gone so I had to call for extra trash bags and leave my trash cans out the door. The beds weren’t ever done nor did we get clean towels. Just felt like a room for the night but that’s about it. Also hated how the parking is so overfilled. The only great thing is how close it is to the park. But if you get an upstairs room be aware they have no elevator so you have to carry everything up.
- 4/5
Fantastic walkability to the Disney parks, hard to beat that. The staff was very nice to us, and the valet parking was helpful with such a small lot. There are no elevators to the second floor, which didn't bother us, but just be aware. Maid service is really only for changing your towels, which they did once a day. Air conditioning was very effective. Fridge and a microwave in the room came in handy. Overall, you pay for the closeness to the parks, and the amenities are basic, nice additions.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was awesome, super friendly and great location. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and everyone here is always fantastic.
- 1/5
Found a huge roach in the bathroom called front desk to come and kill it. They wouldn’t. The thing was as big as my HAND! Great location good room but that’s roach killed it for me
- 5/5
Been here before. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Great value for the location.
- 4/5
No frills hotel best thing it has going right across the street from Disneyland entrance in need of update AC/Heater needs to be revamped other then that Location is a 5 star Hotel 3star overall 4 because of Location parking price is a little pricey
- 5/5
Easy check-in and check out, helpful valet
- 3/5
We stayed from Jan 6-11, 2026 it may not be the Ritz but it was comfortable and the front desk and valet were very friendly and helpful. Our son , his wife and boys stayed on a room with two queen beds and bunk beds it was a bit cramped but we were there to just sleep. The housekeepers did not clean our rooms daily but we are all used to people working short these days. The only complaint I have is we could hear the people above us moving about and talking. They had done some upgrading of the rooms so maybe they will get to doing insulating for noise barrrier on the upper level. It is close to Denny’s restaurant and IHop which we frequented for breakfast. IHOP is right across from the Disney entrance . We would stay here again when we return. Donna from Canada
- 5/5
Had a great experience.
- 4/5
Friendly Service and quick with results
- 3/5
Staff was great, rooms need black out curtains, the lights from the hall lit up the room at night when trying to sleep even when blinds were closed. Parking prices changed so I was charged more at check in then was quoted online (it was more than Disney’s parking) and valet parking wasn’t optional so keep cash for tips. Also made going to the car because you forgot something a pain.
- 4/5
Clean rooms Staff very friendly
- 3/5
Parking was very bad.
- 2/5
Our room was good size and set up but the sink smelled up the room with a sewage smell that they couldn’t get rid of. I asked for a different room and they said they were sold out. The parking lot is very small and they parked multiple cars in front of other cars blocking them all in so that you would have to use valet if you want to take car anywhere.
- 4/5
Cleanliness and close proximity to the park.
- 4/5
Room was nice and about what I expected. Bring your own conditioner as their shampoo is a 2 in 1 and not ideal for most women.
- 1/5
This was maybe the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The whole place was painfully small. We were marketed a suite that sleeps six and in reality, we were in a room meant for two max but with beds for 6. There was no room for a dresser, not enough outlets, we were so crammed. The bedding was like covering yourself in one ply toilet paper for sleeping, the outlets randomly sparked and quit working. We were honestly concerned the place would burn down. The air conditioning was so loud my kids couldn’t sleep through it. We left one night early because we couldn’t take it anymore. Truly horrible. Avoid at all costs.
- 5/5
Great and walking distance to Disneyland
- 5/5
ROOM WAS GREAT! STAFF WAS GREAT! SERVICE GREAT! Check in was a bit long with the VALET operations but we accepted that because of the Holiday Rush!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
The switched us to a single king, pull out couch and a cot. I agreed to it. Once we got there the front desk wouldnt honor it. After giving push back, they gave us back our original rooom. Room was clean employees were nice.
- 5/5
Everything was great, a lot of room for a family of 5! Only issue was the lights weren’t working around the bunk beds.
- 5/5
The staff was really nice and did everything to make our stay pleasant. The room was spotless. they even have a mini market that you can get anything that you need/want after hours accesible with your room key. The perfect stay for a family Disney family trip.
- 3/5
Changed of sheets would’ve been nice they were mid yellow as if they were overused also hair dryer in the bathroom was broken and including charging place was loose to keep my charger in place.
- 5/5
Me encanta, es el mejor
- 4/5
Front desk staff and valet staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Clean room and loved the cookie and friendly staff
- 5/5
Friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. Clean room.
- 4/5
Cute, clean "micro mart" on property. Staff is generally friendly. - I say generally cause they were great with me. But I heard some other conversations that would make me frustrated, Based on location alone.., and if I'm traveling with a partner and kids...book it for the convenience,
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff. Across the street from DLand. Clean.
- 3/5
Location was good. Parking terrible.
- 5/5
One of our go to motels when going to Disneyland. Super convenient and has everything we need!
- 5/5
Cleanliness, great Customer Service and very convenient. The valet parking attendant were excellent.
- 5/5
This property is tucked away and quiet for being on Harbor. The staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean with lots of towels and comfortable beds. Parking is a different style but just make sure to communicate with staff if you need your vehicle from 12am-6am. Loved our stay!
- 5/5
The room was clean. Friday night we stopped in the office to pick up a few regular coffees. The worker that night, early morning 12:30, couldn't find any. Was kinda rude, asked why we would need them. Concerned about the parking and construction. Not sure if he understood me. We liked the walking distance to Disneyland!!
- 5/5
The staff was very polite and always greeted us with a smile. Dakota and Luis were also very polite and respectful, my sisters and I really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is so convenient. I will definitely return.
- 3/5
Staff put us in room that did not have a refrigerator, microwave, closet or blow dryer. They did provide a blow dryer after we asked.
- 1/5
Room, amenities, and sanitary.
- 4/5
Great staff and great location if you’re going to the Disney parks
- 5/5
Staff excellent and friendly great lication
- 5/5
The team was excellent and the room was clean and well equipped
- 4/5
Staff were excellent !!! Location is great !! Room very clean ! Only feedback of improvement is the carpet and the room could be updated. But I really enjoyed my stay there!
- 5/5
I
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and kept clean. They are going through construction with the swimming pool and just so everyone knows valet is a must here so be prepared to pay for it nightly.
- 3/5
Room was clean, but small. They provided clean towels and took out the trash daily, but they did not make the bed.
- 4/5
The room was very clean. The location is excellent. The staff were very kind and everyone smiled. I was on the first floor and the kids upstairs were making a ton of noise. If I were intolerant of other humans existing like so many others, it could have been a problem. I was happy to know the family was enjoying a Disneyland trip.
- 3/5
Close to Disneyland and other diners. Clean rooms. Spacious for families. Parking is tight and pool is closed for renovation.
- 4/5
Staff were helpful and friendly. I booked what I thought was a room that would sleep all 7 of us. That was not the case but fortunately they had a neighboring room open. Parking situation was very tight and they ran out of spaces other than
- 4/5
The carpet is in dire need of replacing. Or a very good cleaning. Had to wear shoes to not have dirty feet. Bathroom and beds were clean. The beds weren't super comfortable but tolerable. I think many hotels need to upgrade their mattresses. But the location to Disneyland is great, so you pay for location. When i checked in, the front desk was going to have me pay even though i had already paid through expedia.
- 1/5
Things seemed good the first night but we woke up to construction at 7am. Shortly there after our power went out so we could not use the fridge or microwave (young kids so we brought several food items.) we brought both of these concerns up to the front desk. We got back and still no power and woke up to construction. We found a guy who was able to get power back. When we returned that night we noticed that our garbages were full and towels were on the floor and they needed to be changed as there are not any hangers for your towels. When I went to the front they let us know they don’t have housekeeping they just provide new towels. We love staying late at the park so the 7am construction even on holiday and weekends on top of the other issues was no good at all.
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
Great customer service!
- 5/5
The place was perfect for our 6-person group that wanted to stay together. Easy access to the Disneyland entrance. Lots of affordable dining options. It’s nothing fancy just a place to rest your head.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
I asked the valet if they would park my car somewhere easy for my checkout day and he was very helpful with that. At first I couldn't find it so the desk clerk actually called the young man, Who said he would come back in and help us find it. How nice is that?!! The car was actually parked right under our room OMG senior moments are fun. I appreciated all the help and kindness from the staff Thank you for making our Disney trip Magical.
- 4/5
Near Disney
- 5/5
always a great affordable stay
- 3/5
The staff is oustanding welcoming!!
- 3/5
The room was ok. A little dated. Parking is horrible and you can only have your car valeted due to not enough space. We ended having to move rooms a couple times due to no hot water. The front desk clerk was quick to help. First he attempted to move us to another room but we checked and no hot water there as well. He offered a smaller room with a king bed but there was 4 of us and I requested we get a room comparable to what we paid for since we paid for a family room. The clerk found us the same type of room and waived the parking fees for the inconvenience. He was very apologetic and kind. The hotel could use an update for the price you pay a night. Very convenient location right across the street from Disneyland.
- 5/5
Great service amd very close to Disneyland !!!
- 4/5
There was some loud construction at night there. They don't clean the rooms at all. However, the price is right, the rooms are decent and the staff is nice. Parking is valet only. If you are looking for a close basic hotel near Disneyland, this is a great option.
- 3/5
I'll start with the good. The location is great! Super convenient walk to Disneyland. The bunk bed family room was pretty great. They gave us fresh towels and fresh garbage bags daily. There is enough space for a family of six. The bad. The beds. The pillows. Very uncomfortable. The carpet is dirty. There were a lot of hairs randomly. There is no privacy, so if you wanted to read at night or get ready early morning and not wake the kids it is hard. My kids are light sleepers though, so it could be a 'me' thing. We had a first floor room. The stairs were right by our head and we heard every loud step people made. It was annoying especially at night when trying to sleep. The people above us could be heard very easily. I didn't feel relazed or comfortable. But it was a close walk to Disneyland. So that is a huge factor. The worst part was the parking. Its valet at expensive per day. Didn't like that at all.
- 5/5
Great stay with polite staff. The vending machine juice is $5 bring your own juice 😂
- 1/5
The first night the sheets smelled like they weren’t changed. They smelled like sweat and body odor. We had to call and ask for a change of sheets. Then on the last morning the faucet for the shower broke. We called at 645 and let the front desk know and no one came. We all hurried and showered and still by 745 no one had came to check it. I called back to the front and told them the shower had been running for 15 minutes with no one using the water. Disappointed to say the least. We have stayed here before and not had such a terrible experience. We will not be coming back!
- 4/5
No elevator, sucked carrying all our luggage and bags up stairs to room. Had a toddle who used a stroller carrying upstairs was complicated. Would recommend asking for 1st floor or minimal luggage. Front desk clerk had to call for help and get walked through the check in process. The parking was valet we had to unpack the vehicle and leave it at checkin desk. Cons its across the street from Disneyland very convenient and near restaurants walking distance. I guess that's what makes it worth the price.
- 3/5
Bad: There was a lot of construction outside our door so it was very loud. We didn't get the fresh towels we asked for. Slightly dated (but I anticipated that). And parking was $30/day which seemed a bit high but I understood. A little understaffed. Good: Very close to Disneyland, which was the reason we booked it. Staff was very nice.
- 4/5
Room was clean and location was the best being so close to the parks. Only downside is the lack of amount of parking. You pay to park but that goes toward the valet parking. With minimal parking, you have to leave your keys with valet so they can Tetris the cars into the lot and move them as needed. Other than that, love staying here.
- 4/5
Woke up this morning to no hot water, hot water heater went out the night before and we were not notified. I felt that should have been handled differently. The staff however was very friendly and courteous.
- 3/5
Not entirely controllable by the hotel, but they were doing construction/remodel right outside our room which made it tough to nap small childred. You are choosing/paying for this because of how close it is to Disneyland, which makes it nice with small kids. There are some other hotels I would choose before this hotel in the future but this hotel would be worth the stay.
- 3/5
Aroma de los cuartos
- 1/5
When I politely explained what I had been told earlier, he was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was at fault. There was no apology or effort to resolve the issue — just attitude and unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, my room was located right in front of the construction zone, making it impossible to get any sleep. If you have the option to stay elsewhere, please do yourself a favor and book a different hotel. For the price I paid, I expected clear communication, professionalism, and at least a quiet night’s rest — none of which I received. I would not recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
The room was fine and the staff was great. It was the construction early at 730 am that made the stay just ok.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Staff was awesome!
- 3/5
Beds were not comfortable. The linens did not keep us warm. Staff was great room looked nice. Location was great AC worked very well.
- 4/5
Very nice staff. Clean room.
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating with finding a room ready for early check in and working on getting us a room on the first floor. They also allowed us to park our vehicle early so we can enjoy the park 😊 the bunk bed was super fun too. It was a little small but we made it work for a last minute trip
- 4/5
Location to the parks can’t be beat.
- 4/5
Such a close walk to the parks. Staff was friendly. I wish there was housekeeping. They just took out trash and gave new towels. But I would stay here again just of the proximity for sure.
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed comfortable, friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
Very clean, polite staff. Looks like they're working on the pool. Carpets need replacing but other than that we loved it and will be back
- 4/5
On the downside, the hotel has valet-only parking and the lot is very small and cramped, especially with the ongoing construction. I also noticed they moved my car around a few times, which made me a little uneasy. At checkout, we left early (around 5 a.m.) and there was no valet attendant available since they don’t arrive until 6 a.m., which could’ve been an issue if our car had been blocked in. Lastly, we could hear other guests through the walls at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep. Overall though, the stay was pleasant, comfortable, and the location across from Disneyland is unbeatable. I’d stay again for the convenience, but hopefully the parking and soundproofing improve in the future
- 5/5
Third time staying here this year. Convenient, clean rooms. Will only stay here for my Disney trips
- 5/5
Everything is clean and comfy.
- 2/5
The staff were very nice. The parking is lacking with required valet parking. The beds are firm and uncomfortable with construction going on a bit easily outside our door
- 5/5
Smooth and easy
- 5/5
Rooms should/could be cleaner.
- 1/5
The shower had no water, so we were also unable to shower.
- 5/5
Great property. Nice staff. A no brainer for a Disneyland visit. The valet parking price wasn’t advertised and a bit steep, so one small black mark.
- 4/5
Location was perfect for Disneyland.
- 4/5
The front desk and maintenance staff were delightful, upbeat, and pleasant! Housekeeping is limited. This may have led to a funk in our room, limiting our comfort and desire to stay on site. The room was well-appointed and spacious, if dated. The location is exceptionally convenient to Disneyland's main entrance.
- 5/5
It was amazing as always, Del Sol Inn is our #1 place to stay & recommend to family & friends.
- 4/5
Location was convenient to Disney Parks
- 3/5
The staff is the best thing about this place. Very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
room are comfortable and spacious staff very nice
- 5/5
Great hotel to stay within walking distance to the parks!
- 4/5
The front desk Luis was great! Very accommodating and friendly 😊
- 4/5
Give Luis a raise! He deserves it. He’s so friendly and professional. Check in was easy breezy! The room was spacious and comfy. Only comment I will leave is that the computer chair in the room could be replaced or deep cleaned. Otherwise, you can’t beat the price for being so close to the park. Will stay again for sure :)
- 2/5
Rooms are ok but the parking situation is really bad. They valet park your car really close to each other and your car will have damages. I suggest that you take pictures all around the car before they park it and inspect it before taking off.
- 4/5
The only thing is that the beds were not done but dint know if I had to ask for service them
- 5/5
The room I booked through Expedia wasn’t available when I arrived, but the staff was super helpful accommodating my family. After we checked out the hotel kept our luggage for the afternoon so we could go back to Disneyland for a few hours before our flight left.
- 4/5
Very helpful staff and accommodating to our young family
- 3/5
6:00 am rolling carts down the
- 5/5
Staff is amazing! Always smiling and saying hi. Rooms are spacious. Walkinh distance from disneyland entrance. A+++
- 4/5
The only complaints we have are that some of the towels provided to us had stains and our room’s AC was loud (it sounded like something was broken in the AC unit). It was so loud that we would have a hard time sleeping and we had no choice but to turn it off.
- 4/5
The girl that checked me in was really nice, really sweet. I didn't catch her name
- 5/5
We just need a hotel to sleep, I really like the beds and I love the pillows. To me the bed is 50/50 firm/soft while the pillows are soft, perfect for stomach/side sleepers. My husband on the other hand, is the opposite. He likes firm; firm is better for his bad back. We stay on the first floor, we can't hear peoples conversations or tv next to us but we can hear all the footsteps from above us. But thats the case with every where with someone above you!
- 5/5
This is our go-to place 10/10 always recommend
- 5/5
They were really friendly and nice. The location was very nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
- 1/5
The kids bunkbed mattresses had a HUGE MOLD SPOT on one and both mattresses had pee stains EVERYWHERE. I called the front desk and they didn’t have extra mattresses for t the bunkers but they had 1 mattress for a rollaway bed, so my kids could only sleep on ONE of the bunkbed beds, so sleeping didn’t fit 6 comfortably. We were not offered any discount on the room or reimbursement. I get kids pee on beds but CLEAN THEM or replace them and put covers on them that ACTUALLY protect them! It was disgusting. On the other hand the front desk staff was super nice and friendly, but couldn’t resolve the situation. I also have pictures of the mattresses.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly
- 4/5
gentlemen at the desk was amazing , didn’t his name but it started with a J. only downfall was the parking. horrible
- 5/5
Great service , convenient location from Park. Located behind Denny’s which was great for a late night dinner after a long day at Disney. Clean room , attentive staff .
- 4/5
Clean room staff was friendly and helpful
- 1/5
If you like jack hammering outside your room stay here but also make sure they have a room for you to begin with. Even if you get that text message that it’s confirmed, still double check they have your room.
- 5/5
Ive stayed here a few times , my kids love it ! Especially the bunk beds . Rooms are very spacious . Staff is amazing especially the night check in guy . Rooms are clean & the hotel is literally across the street from Disney. 10/10 recommend everytime !
- 3/5
We stayed here for the first time on one of our Disneyland trips. We loved the proximity to Disneyland (literally right across the street!) and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We did run into a few maintenance issues during our stay, but they were eventually handled. I was also surprised to learn that this 2-story motel does NOT have an elevator. If you have any issues with walking up stairs, please be sure to reserve an ADA room or request the first floor.
- 3/5
the cabinets were in poor condition the electrical between the bads was loose the USB was broken and the sockets were so loose almost nothing stays plugged
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, helped us out when we arrived 4-5 hours before check in. They will hold luggage if there before check in. Room was fine, they have a 24hour lil market if you need snacks. Right across street from Disneyland. Perfect if you need to go back and take a break. Only issue was bad water pressure in shower
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff friendly
- 2/5
Walls are unbelievably thin, you can hear the shower of the neighboring rooms. If you're on the top floor, the cleaning service carts sound like a freaking airplane taking off and this is at 6am. No sleeping in at all. Front desk can't answer simple questions. Taxes and charges are way different then surrounding hotels.
- 4/5
Great location to Disney Resort. You pay for location. Room basic and older but very clean.
- 2/5
Room has good amount of room. Problem I had was the ac is very loud, it shuts off and heats the room up to about 80 with it being set at 67. We would come back halfway through the day and the room had heated up to almost 80 when the ac was left on and set to 67. Woke up at night because of the same issue
- 4/5
Disney is literally a 5 minite walk! Its quiet and peaceful
- 4/5
The mattress was much harder than the room I had last year. Not sure why they didn't make my bed when they cleaned my room before my second night. The hotel and parking staff are very kind and friendly.
- 4/5
No elevator it's hard to carry luggage with those stairs. The cleaning staff started knocking at our door when it was only 8:30AM, when I asked what time check out she said 10:00 but it was 11:00am, they want us out earlier.
- 5/5
Easy and fast early check in. Didn’t like construction noise
- 4/5
Across the street from Disneyland parks and onsite 24 hrs automated shop for snacks and such. Parking is complicated but tolerable.
- 2/5
It was pretty okay, the staff were a lot ruder to us this time around compared to our last stay so it was pretty disappointing.
- 5/5
Nice staff at check in and when we needed to store our bags. Offered us the freebies they had and just overall genuine nice people. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Rooms were always spotless and the property was so clean, every employee I interacted with was beyond kind and helpful! I came here early morning after a terrible experience at my other hotel, and they were so kind and accommodating I just felt so relieved and thankful for this hotel and the staff
- 5/5
The best is the walking distance to Disneyland. Literally across the street so less than 5 min.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff professional
- 5/5
Loved how close everything was. Staff were very friendly.
- 4/5
Communication from staff was excellent! Very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Refridgerator, microwave and coffee pot was convenient to have. Pack light as there is no elevator and no assistance carrying your luggage upstairs. Excellent short walk to Disneyland & California Adventure. Plenty of food options nearby. Would definitley stay here again!
- 5/5
We wanted a hotel close to Disney that could fit 7 people. This did the job-a little cramped but worked for a full day of dis eh and coming back late just to sleep! The rooms are slightly outdated but felt clean! The bunk beds are on the smaller side, perfect for younger kids. Overall this was a perfect place to stay for a larger family or group. Took about 11 minutes from Disney to the bed!!!
- 4/5
Great location. We didn't drive, and parking is at a premium. Uber had no problems finding the hotel. The air conditioner in our room could have used servicing and the decor is a bid outdated, but other then that, it served it's purpose. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Close and easy to walk to Disneyland. Rooms were comfortable beds were comfortable shower had good pressure and room was cool for the hot days.
- 5/5
Will the property is well in the back. The room was very spacious, and towels etc were every day. Had a great market on the first floor. Check in was very quick.
- 4/5
Electrical outlets need updated all our phone jacks kept falling out when we tried to recharge our phones.
- 5/5
Staff was great all around! We don’t stay in the room much because we spend the majority of our day in the Disneyland Park but it was a great addition to have a bunk beds. Will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Very good location
- 5/5
I liked the property was walkable to Disneyland and had bunk beds available for our kids. Parking was a little crazy but ok overall. Good price for value.
- 5/5
Property is perfect for a we lend at Disneyland. It’s super close to the park and to restaurants. It is older but very well kept and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Front desk attendants were very helpful and accommodating.
- 5/5
We love staying at Del Sol. It’s right across the street and easy to get in and out of. The room is nice and perfect for my little family trip. The parking is a little cramped
- 5/5
Really close to the park and downtown Disney
- 3/5
The parking situation is absolutely terrible but other than that it’s close by and nice and quiet
- 5/5
It was an awesome experience. Clean room plenty of towels. If park here your car will be blocked but the Dennys in front of the Del Sol will give you a 10% discount every time you go in to grab a bite to eat. Highly recommend this place.
- 1/5
Housekeeping never fully cleaned the room. They just picked up towels. Didn’t make beds or empty. Walls are thin.
- 5/5
Very convenient and walkable to Disneyland. Right across the way. I was able to go rest for a while and go back. I did not like the parking situation. The parking area is small so it’s one car per room. My brother and I were meeting there so I had to park at the garden walk and leave my car overnight. Not horrible but I was super tired from being at Disneyland during the day and oogie boogie bash at night. They give a voucher for parking overnight at the garden walk. However, it did not work, it actually charged me more than the regular parking overnight is. I called the hotel and explained what was happening. They were very helpful and reimbursed the difference. Other than that. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
My friend and I had a great stay at Del Sol! The walking distance to Disneyland was great, the room was quiet at night, the AC worked amazing, shower pressure and shower nozzle were good. No complaints! We were there for the Half Marathon weekend and it was close to the start/end of the half marathon course which was fantastic.
- 3/5
Outlets barely worked and were all super loose and the ac would not turn off or down/up! We had to unplug it at tes because it was freezing
- 3/5
The hotel was fine but the parking is a nightmare. We badly damaged our car trying to park because they double park all the vehicles and park cars behind parked cars to squeeze as many as they can in without caring if it is hazardous to get your car in and out of your spot.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Love how close it was to everything.
- 5/5
We have stayed here many times and love the location. Housekeeping is fantastic and overall I don’t have complaints about this property.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff.
- 5/5
I loved that they have DC chargers for EV’s and laundry available.
- 4/5
Really quiet and close to several restaurants.
- 5/5
Second time staying here for the Disney run and also encounter super friendly staff. They always take care of us. We love their pool and the short walk to the park! We will be back again. Just wish there were some breakfast options but they have a small room to be able to buy snacks and beverages.
- 5/5
I love this hotel! It’s not fancy or anything, but the location and service can’t be beat! I love that they offer valet parking and they even give you cookies when you check in! And the location right across the street from Disneyland is alone worth the stay! The only thing is it smelt kind of musty in my room- so the cleanliness could use some work, but I’m not picky so I would still stay here over anywhere else!
- 3/5
No elevator for handicapped and charges $60 a day to “ valet” your truck lol had mud on my tires when i was returned the key
- 4/5
This place is great to hop over to the park. Parking is a little tight with complementary valet
- 5/5
My family and I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and customer service was outstanding. Looking forward to staying here again.
- 5/5
Great location friendly staff love the welcome cookies.
- 5/5
The staff is always very nice and helpful. This is our preferred location to stay for Disneyland. It’s a very short and easy walk to the parks.
- 4/5
Was a nice stay for my family. We had the family suite with bunk beds. I rented this hotel because of location, Disney was literally across the street walk so it was very convenient. Only downside is limited parking but valet helps either way. Loved that the deposit was only 50$ other hotels were very expensive.
- 5/5
Very clean. Nice staff. Horrible parking
- 4/5
Nice size rooms. Has a little store with frozen foods and snacks. Cross the street and youre already at disneyland. Good places to stay for your disney trip
- 5/5
Thank you
- 3/5
Staff were excellent. I was quite dissatisfied with the policy of the motel. Rooms were freshened each day with towels and trash taken, but bedding and bathrooms were not cleaned in our entire 6 day stay. Even every 3 days would be acceptable, but you should not need to request your room be cleaned. Loved the location to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Everything was great and the workers were very friendly.
- 5/5
Everything is absolutely fantastic!
- 2/5
Checked in at 9pm, charged me 35 to park over night, checked out the next morning and they charged me 45 extra dollars for needing to leave my car there until 5 pm. I stated the 35 fee said 24hr period but that’s not how they bill I guess. She didn’t even tell me how to get to my room or what the number was. I saw it on the key and found it myself. I won’t be back and I will definitely tell others not to go.
- 4/5
We didn’t like that we had to leave the car key with a valet. The room was clean, sheets and towels were clean. The child’s feet would get black after running around the carpet, it probably needs a carpet cleaning. Nice and convenient hotel, felt safe and secure walking to and from Disneyland at all times. Staff was friendly, kind and accommodating when more towels and blankets needed.
- 5/5
Everything is absolutely fantastic!
- 4/5
Good decent place to stay right across the park. Close to everything.
- 5/5
Very quiet, close to Disneyland.
- 5/5
very close to disney loved that
- 5/5
Loved that it was so close to Disney.
- 5/5
Nice staff, easy access good amount of space
- 5/5
This was extremely convenient for Disneyland. The beds were very comfortable. No complaints at all.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very nice place
- 5/5
Staff are nice and helpful Will stay again next time
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 4/5
My expectations were not high based on the reviews that I had read. I can honestly say they exceeded them. While dated, the rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Loved it gonna go back
- 4/5
Booked this place for the location, 8 min walk to Disney entrance so was great for that! The room was average and very dark but clean and comfortable bed, would stay again for visiting Disney.
- 3/5
The one complaint i have is i was told i was able to come check in after 2:30 imshowed up 3::50 aand was told my room was not ready that it had just been cleaned and ihad to,waitc0 more minutes so i got my roommat 4pm
- 5/5
The beds were a bit lumpy but nothing to complain anout
- 5/5
Loved the extra special touch!
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is located right in front of disneyland which made it easy to go to the park.
- 3/5
The location is excellent, with convenient proximity to Disney. While the facility itself is modest and could benefit from updates, the staff was welcoming and courteous. The beds, however, were inconsistent in comfort—some sagging in the middle while others were overly firm. Overall, this property serves as a practical option for travelers seeking an affordable place to sleep while spending the majority of their time at the park.
- 5/5
Always great device!
- 5/5
We like to stay at the Del Sol when we visit Disneyland. It’s right across from the entrance and is a great place for what we need—comfy beds and showers.
- 4/5
The lady from valet was very kind and helpful with their very small parking lot.
- 5/5
Everything great
- 5/5
everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment that they receive you to the moment you check out zero complaints, clean less quietness, comfy 10 stars.
- 5/5
Our family always stays here when we go to Disneyland . The two adults and two kids love that there are bunk beds with the 2 regular beds. And it’s. 5 minute walk to Disneyland
- 5/5
This is my second stay here, I love the proximity to the park and dining options as well as the friendly staff!
- 5/5
Made for Disney first timers to fall in love with Del Sol. We love it here
- 4/5
It’s always nice to stay at Del sol inn. It’s right across the street from Disneyland. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and the air conditioning and water pressure in the showers are amazing. Always a nice place to rest after a long day at Disneyland.
- 4/5
Overall a great location. Parking was a little confusing and AC was struggling but nothing to sweet over. Room was a little dated and could use a refresh. Otherwise a great value. Would stay again
- 1/5
The lady at check in is rude and snotty. She was short with any questions I asked
- 4/5
Very convenient just walked across and u were at Disney entrance also Dennys restaurant in front of hotel with many other restaurants around area overall hotel was good and affordable nothing fancy but convenient Disney is very tiresome so best to be across street pool area was nice just very small area if ur looking for a hotel that’s affordable and across street from Disney this would be great
- 5/5
This is one of our favorite value hotels. We love how close it is to the parks, the layout of the rooms and the fantastic staff!!! Highly recommend if you’re going to Disney :)
- 5/5
The location cant be any better for going to Disneyland. I think it's closer to the front gate than Disneylands own resorts. In fact, I was able to drop off a selfie stick back to the hotel (not allowed in the park) then run back to the main gate in under 10 minutes. This also means we could stay past midnight in the park without getting worried about driving tired. The room has a good size and pretty clean. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended
- 4/5
Clean, spacious, good water pressure. Mattress was a little hard, A/C works very well. We had a sick family member who needed to stay back-the TV did not work, even after I asked maintenance to fix it. So that was not great, but the location is perfect if you’re headed to Disney!
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for families right across the street from Disneyland. Bunk beds are great for kids.
- 5/5
The proximity to Disneyland is awesome. The staff was courteous and very responsive. The rooms very spacious and very good for families travelling with kids.
- 4/5
Nice and close to Disneyland. Thin ceilings.
- 4/5
I love it
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at Del Sol Inn. The staff were helpful and the room met all our needs. The pool and hot tub provided a nice place to relax. Access to Disney parks was very convenient. I will definitely stay here in the future.
