Reviews
The hotel is frequently praised for its proximity to Disneyland and free shuttle service, making it a popular choice for families. However, the property is often described as outdated, with several guests mentioning issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. The staff's friendliness is inconsistent, with some guests praising their service while others express disappointment.
- Close proximity to Disneyland
- Free shuttle service to Disneyland
- Outdated property
- Inconsistent cleanliness and maintenance of rooms
- 5/5
Great overall
- 2/5
The property was very outdated and the fact they wanted $200 deposit for the room is crazy, the Motel 6 around the corner no deposit and cleaner. I’ve stayed at a lot of properties around there and the most I’ve paid for a deposit is $100. The rooms are old and musty not worth the price. I’d rather pay more money for a hotel closer and in walking distance.

Needs a major renovation

Nice Cleaning quiet comfort, hotel, close to Disneyland
- 2/5
Im sure at one point this was a beautiful hotel, it is WELL seasoned now. The staff was mostly kind until the night shift of whom were rude and unhelpful. It is incredibly confusing to locate your room and more so if you have a large group. Super disappointed that when asked and told our group was going to be no more than a couple of doors down from one another only to find out we were spread out to each arm of the second floor. The AC in the hallways and rest of the hotel was non existent but the rooms ac was beautiful. One of our rooms had an unidentified bug on the bed and one had a questionable red stain...this seemed to be a common issue since i overheard another guest complaining of the same issues. The pool snack bar was really good, when the attendant was there to help you. The pool was warmish and really in need of repairs. One of the gates was broken and chained making the sketchy esthetics more prevalent. We had dinner in the restaurant were they offered a less than desiring buffet of taco type items which was way over priced. We ordered off the menu and it was ok. The service was meh at best. We seemed to be a bother to him. The shuttles are conveniently spaced at 30min intervals and the drivers were fun and kind. The buses themselves are in par with the disrepaired theme of the hotel. I absolutely would NOT stay here again.
- 5/5
The room was a very good size for my family of 4. Beds were very comfortable. We only stayed for the 1 night so we didn’t get any views really on the amenities. It was very nice to have the shuttle there on property to take you to Disneyland and bring you back. The only downside was there were a lot of nats in the bathroom. Check in was easy. Although I overheard other employees explaining a lot more stuff to other guests the person checking us in wasn’t as talkative. I had to ask her questions that I wanted a little more information on. She didn’t tell us about any breakfast options or special either and I forgot to ask which is my fault. All in all the hotel is nice and great distance from Disney if you’re not worried about rope dropping.
- 5/5
This hotel was very cutesy! We loved everything about it and the pool area is the perfect view for the firework show. We will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
The ducks were one of the highlights of our trip! Staff was very kind and helpful
- 5/5
How friendly everyone was , how they had shuttle service to Disneyland How we had to pay 25 dollars for parking that I didn’t like
- 4/5
very close to Disney all the outlets from the room we loose, it was hard to charge our phoness.
- 5/5
There is a shuttle service and friendly staff. No complimentary breakfast.
- 2/5
Their over change for a very Poor property
- 5/5
It was in excellent stay
- 5/5
Everything was clean just the bathroom shower water was cold no matter how hot I try to make it. It was just like a lukewarm and the bathroom fan was not working
- 5/5
Although I missed out on a couple of things, this was a perfect choice. I'll be back!
- 5/5
The room was spacious. And it was clean.
- 2.5/5
Cheap Old, run down, needs to be remodeled, mold in shower
- 3.5/5
Good
- 3/5
Room was big The bathroom was very small. I was there 4 nights and our room was clean 1 time. Elevator was very small and 1 Elevator was broken.
- 5/5
Love this property but could use some upgrades to the rooms. Drapes need replaced and rooms could use some modernization
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Shuttle service was extra excellent. One of our room locks broke but they offered to change our room but we were good! Nothing
- 3/5
Shower head was filthy. Broken sink drain. Some staff seemed less than enthused to being working.
- 5/5
Great staff and amazing shuttle bus drivers. They were very helpful with our scooter ADA needs. Prices at the deli are a bit steep, but that’s California for ya.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms and a great budget friendly hotel.
- 5/5
1 day visit to the Park but we stayed 2 nights. I wish the bathroom had 2 sinks. We had 2 kids and 3 adults. Love the shuttle service. Thank you
- 3/5
Wasn’t worth the money I paid for could be better
- 3/5
Transport to the park was great
- 5/5
The staff at Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel was incredible! Very helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist you. The shuttle to and from Disney is ultra convenient and the best possible perk. The only time I had to wait more than 10 minutes for it was at the very end of the night when everyone was leaving the park. The rooms do have thermostats, but it’s really the fan setting (high, medium, low) that dictates the room temperature. The hotel is a little bit older but had a charming castle theme. Just be aware that if you are not in the main building the outside door to the other building is broken and stays open all the time. While it didn’t present any issues if security is your priority I would take that into account. Finally, don’t get surprised by the parking fee. I was there four nights and paid $117 for parking. But the location and shuttle are definitely worth it!
- 2/5
The staff was great and accommodating. The grounds were well cared for outside. Even though not a top notch place it seemed clean overall just needed to be maintained better and replace broken items and use less harsh smelling and fumed chemicals for cleaning.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly from the receptionist to the bus drivers. Felt cared for and comfortable. Would have like the beds to be a little more comfortable
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 2/5
The spider was in between the sheets. It needs more cleanness and renovation as soon as possible. Because this place is Old staff was very friendly. That’s that’s a plus but and also the the shuttle bus to the parks and back from the parks. That was the only two things about this place. Everything else not good. if you can get a different hotel.
- 4/5
Super-cute themed hotel that has clearly put in the effort to make it Disney themed with fantastic decor elements and decorations in the lobby etc, castle-style furniture in the rooms, and the internal courtyards are just lovely. The rooms are a bit dated, could do with modernising etc. but it is a family-focussed hotel so understandable. Great to have the pool, and breakfast was a solid effort!
- 4/5
Convent and solid choice for late Disney nights. Need some updated and more electrical outlets by mirrors. Huge property easy to get lost but loved the buses and staff was super friendly.
- 5/5
Fireworks amazing at the hotel
- 4/5
The property is beautiful and has lots to explore for kids who may be killing time until their next trip to the theme parks. The pool and hot tub are wonderful (with a snack bar too), and the exercise facilities are decent. The rooms themselves need upgrades. We stayed in a Castle suite for the kids and their bunks were whimsical and comfortable. The queen bed was terribly uncomfortable, however, and the pillows were either lumpy, or had no loft at all. The refrigerator didn't get cold, the room smelled constantly damp (probably because of a lack of fan in the bathroom), and the bathroom was so small and cramped that you could barely stand at the sink without bumping the toilet. Overall, the property itself was great, but it wasn't a comfortable stay for the adults.
- 5/5
It’s a my 1st time to stay in this hotel..it’s was a great experience thanku
- 5/5
Fantastic property! Clean room, great staff, etc. 10/10.
- 0.5/5
We accidentally left my 4 years olds Nintendo switch games (not the console) and the housekeeping staff stole them
- 3.5/5
The property was aesthetically pleasing and cozy. Location is great and the shuttle to Disney was great! Property is dated. The bathroom was really small and the beds were hard and squeaky. I also was bummed about the lack of accessible outlets.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
I like the location, the free shuttle, and room size Sometimes the drain is slow
- 5/5
There was a pool and spa which were nice. Several eating options onsite. The room was spacious. The location was great for Disneyland and their free shuttle was great.
- 5/5

- 5/5
I lived in Cali for many years and never stayed at this hotel it is super cute and the pool was nice my kids enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast chilaquiles were very delicious maybe just add a little bit more spicy. Shuttle service was great. Will stay again in the future.
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful we enjoyed the stay, I just wish the room itself was cleaner. Due to being so exhausted coming from Disney I didnt make a big deal but it needed to be vacuumed, I had to disinfect the tables my self, the hand towels had lipstick on them an one of our pillows had black stains on it which we did not use. Checked the rest of the bed thankfully it was clean enough to lay in, but most definitely need to work on cleanliness.
- 5/5
Hands down the best hotel near disneyland. The only con to this hotel is no microwave in the room to reheat food. The view of the fireworks from the pool and hot tub was a major hit for us. Everything from the shuttle to the staff and the food options was amazing! We definitely will be back.
- 5/5
Very good hotel and convenient location!
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 4/5
I loved the distance from Disneyland and that the property provided a shuttle! The staff were beyond friendly. Lastly, the Bistro was top notch for hotel quality. The only real down side of the property was the hot water was not existent for showers. Elevators were broken and the room could of been cleaned a little better. But overall worth the price.
- 5/5
Stayed with my family & we loved it very convenient since it has transportation to & back from Disney which we loved. The hotel was very cute.
- 5/5
Amazing place stayed here twice will definitely stay again
- 2/5
Shuttle service was great but the rooms grossly outdated. They really need to update their rooms
- 5/5
Other than that cute and the shuttle was a nice touch
- 5/5
The room was clean and quiet.
- 4/5
Love the shuttle and I liked that they upgraded our room to a vip thru Expedia. My daughter dropped her blanket and it was nowhere to be found. Didn’t like the fact that they charge $50 just to charge plus the charging makes no sense.
- 1/5
HOTEL HAS BED BUGS!!!! Notifies front desk immediately and they disregarded me, told me a “manager@ would call me back, it’s been 48 hours and no one has reached out, I called this morning and again no sense of urgency and was told the same thing again, someone will call back. It’s almost like they don’t care and/or already know they have them and don’t care. Front desk is useless and rude. Overall property is disgusting dirty and old.
- 5/5
Its like staying in a castle. The kids love it.

Hotel was such a magical stay for our family. Super close to Disney and the shuttle service was amazing. Staff was super helpful and so nice as well!
- 5/5

- 4/5
Adam at front desk was friendly and very helpful.
- 4/5
The breakfast was yummy! Zeke and Miguel Angel were sooo nice and helpful! They remembered that I liked mustard lol. The room was comfy. The shuttle is sooo convenient! I got discounted parking somehow! I love this hotel and will always stay here for my Disneyland trips :)
- 5/5
Great staff and the room was really spacious.
- 5/5
Great hotel enjoyed our trip to Disneyland
- 3/5
The room was spacious but the bathroom was smaller than the closet which was a challenge for a family of 5 trying to get ready every morning for Disneyland. There was one small sink, the tub/shower was adequate. The outlets in the room were too few and half of them didn't work, also a challenge when you're needing to charge your devices and such. The staff was kind and courteous and the complimentary busses were great. The too small bathroom as well as the issues with the elevator is enough for us to go to a different hotel that offers us the convenience we desire.
- 5/5
This time our stay was much better. The room was clean and comfortable. We used the shuttle to Disneyland which was very convenient. Yes I will most likely stay here again on my next Disneyland trip.
- 4/5
It was clean the staff were nice and helpful the only thing I did not like is paying for parking but over all it was good
- 3/5
The set up of the hotel was a bit strange, I was not a fan of the rooms, the bed was uncomfortable and the restrooms were small. The hotel was further than I expected. The wow factor is only in the lobby section. You do get charged parking per day. On top of the hotel charge you have you get another 200 dollar hold on which ever card you provide. Those two expenses was not something I expected upon checking in. The staff at the front counter were nice but not by the other staff there were in the lobby that were there to help guests with their bags? I am not sure exactly. But overall I was not impressed and would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location shuttle to and from park comfy beds only complaint was toilet seat lid would not stay up
- 1/5
Noticed the first time the room was not fully clean. Woke up and discovered stained sheets after taking comforter off. Went down they were super helpful said it would be taken care of full housekeeping services to come back in. When we got back everything appeared clean til I went to plug my phone in and discovered things I had already photographed were still there. Dirty hotel will not be back. They said there was nothing they could do since I had prepaid through Expedia.
- 4/5
Was great. A little old and the wall plug in's for charging were electric strips. Other than that, the convenience was amazing.
- 5/5
Liked the themed decor. came there specifically because of the shuttle availability. the restaurant menu had a lot of variety.
- 5/5
Perfect location and beautiful hotel
- 5/5
Such a fun hotel and super easy for shuttling to Disney. We’ve stayed 3 times now and haven’t had a bad experience.
- 5/5
Every single employee we interacted with was unfailingly courteous and helpful. Great place to use for Disney visits.
- 3/5
Na
- 3/5
Unfortunately our room.smellef like poop the 2 says we were there inthink they cleanin out something while.we were there. Only one working elevator kind of sucked having to wait. We stayed during the week wemt back to the room thinking we could eat but everything eas closed and it was super disappointed in that
- 3/5
Location is great, property is large spacious but very dated.
- 5/5
Love it,
- 5/5
I have stayed at this hotel every year since 2014, travelling from Australia, the staff, the hotel and the property as a whole is just a very safe, clean, friendly and magical place to experience as a solo traveller and also a very family friendly hotel. The free dream machine shuttle provides comfort and convenience when travelling to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. I will continue to stay at this wonderful hotel for many, many years to come.
- 5/5
Great customer service from Adam and Jen. They are both exceptional employees.
- 2/5
Overall was a positive experience. The body of the hotel is nice and up to date and the shuttle to the park is great. Our room had some cute stuffed animals and a pop up tent which was cute but the bathroom as kinda out of date and the refrigerator was leaking all over. The bathroom walls were not very clean.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
They absolutely loved staying here! Me and my one year-old son as we wanted to Parkhop thank you and get a break in the midday. Although the hotel is a little farther than I expected, it had wonderful amenities and was very well themed! Staff was super helpful and there was a general store on location with fresh food and anything you could need! The biggest bonus was a Japanese/sushi restaurant also right in the hotel where I got a delicious sushi roll for dinner before we headed back to the park for the parade at night! I definitely will be staying there again! I also have to mention we had a double queen room, which was spacious and great for my kid to run around and play in! There is also an arcade which he enjoyed looking at!
- 4/5
Good 1 night stay
- 5/5
Service was great, room was clean and the amenities awesome.
- 3/5
Last summer, I recommended the hotel to friends for our trip and was honestly embarrassed by how run down the rooms had become, particularly on the second floor. To be fair, over the years we often ended up in upgraded first-floor rooms with access to the pool or gardens, which may have shaped our previous experiences. Last week, my husband and I stayed again and were placed in an older third-floor room. It felt dingy, outdated, and had a noticeable mildew odor. The windows were filthy (had to wash my hands after opening) & uneven floors. Looking around the lobby during our stay, I realized very little appears to have been updated over the years and the gardens were lacking. At $26 per person the breakfast buffet was comparable to a basic complimentary continental breakfast offered at budget motels, and being charged an additional $2 for a banana was honestly laughable. As of last month guests are now required to wear purple plastic wristbands for the complimentary shuttle- as though you're at a county fair- further cheapening the experience. If lost, there is a $12 replacement fee, and they must remain attached to you throughout the stay. Sadly, I think it may be time for us to move on to alternative lodging
- 4/5
Very convenient and close to the disney hotel. Offers shuttle services to and from the park.
- 5/5
Mariana was absolutely amazing!
- 3/5
The shuttle stressed me out, too many people and not enough seats specifically in the morning and evenings. I feel like it was a fight getting back to the hotel every night. I also wished that there was coffee....we all need coffee on these trips and waiting to find a Starbucks was torture. The kids loved the pool but you weren't allowed to walk back with a towel which led to dripping wet kids in the hall. It is not walkable to the park even though it's advertised being close. You have to cross heavy traffic. I would stay again if the price is right... the baby ducks were cute.
- 5/5
was clean and the beds were really comfortable . The pool area was nice and the fireworks show was really cool to see from the property. Overall absolutely enjoyed it and I would recommend staying there if going to Disneyland. It’s so close .
- 3/5
Great distance to the park and included shuttle but the room was very outdated and not very well cleaned. The pool was ok just try not to get the water in your mouth yucky!!!

I loved the location of the hotel: walking distance to Disney. The property and rooms were clean and I was surprised at how spacious our room was! The fairy tale theme of the hotel was magical. The property had little walking trails and a pond with ducks and fish. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were only able to spend one night, but we will definitely be coming back to experience the hospitality and magic of Majestic Garden!!!
- 5/5
It’s a Disney masterclass in terms of place, distance from parks, regularity of shuttles door to door ( no charge) - it’s basically there to accommodate park goers. The property itself is dated and in need of upgrading but if you can put up with that you’ve a great facility with good staff. Good in the restaurant not overly appealing but the deli has a good range of takeaway. Overall a dream for Disney access.
- 5/5
Great staff and property
- 5/5
Loved it it all staff and cleanliness
- 5/5
The hotel had a variety of options for food and drinks highly recommended if you're visiting Disneyland!
- 5/5
Wow our room was pretty dirty.
- 3/5
Cleaning staff opened up our room 3 hours before required check out time (unsure if they knocked or not). This woke us up an hour earlier than we had planned. Also the shower curtains were missing a liner which lead to water accumulating around the toilet and on the floor. We had extra towels so that was helpful in cleaning up. Aside from that shuttle drivers and front desk personnel were amazing and helpful.
- 5/5
Anytime we are in the area we enjoy staying at this hotel. Clean, nice rooms, good food, convenient (restaurant, store, lobby, gardens, pool)nice layout & the shuttles are a nice addition.
- 5/5
The hotel is really clean all the workers are nice best place thats why i always come back here
- 5/5
Shuttle and princess
- 5/5
Everything was amazing! Thank you to the stafffor being hospitable and helpful!
- 5/5
Loved that we arrived at 9am to “drop” our bags off from the airport and enjoy Disneyland for the day. Instead of just holding our bags, they checked us in! Gave us our room keys and didn’t have to leave the park to go check in at 4pm!! Awesome customer service!
- 3/5
Stayed here for two nights. Close to Disneyland and they have a free shuttle. Room was okay clean but bathrooms look old and wasn’t functioning very well. Also seemed like they don’t clean very well found a towel and the fridge open. Housekeeping and the hotel staff don’t communicate. On the day of our arrival someone walked in without knocking. On the day of check out we had someone wake us up at 8am asking if we were leaving. Check out is at 11 so definitely interesting that they do that. Just make sure to lock your doors if you stay here.
- 5/5
My personal experience was amazing
- 3/5
It was clean and nice enough. I’d pay more to be closer to Disneyland. When you go back to the rooms it feels, well I wouldn’t stay there alone with my kids and no husband
- 4/5
Floor plan and finding room was the biggest challenge.
- 5/5
Great Breakfast Buffet clean room helpful hosts.Every thing thing turned out great.
- 3/5
Room was spacious and big. Was not vacuumed, but everything else was clean.
- 5/5
Check in was seamless. Staff is very friendly; as are the international guests the hotel has. Food and service fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and we love seeing the generations of ducklings each spring.
- 4/5
Great location and shuttle to Disney was amazing
- 1/5
I will do a better search next time. Very disappointed
- 5/5
Clean property and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Very pleasant stay, would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Had issues with refrigerator not cooling and an issue with the safety vault. Asked for maintence to check and no one ever followed through.
- 5/5
Amazing and magical stay!
- 5/5
Great service friendly staff clean rooms and so close to Disneyland with free shuttles
- 3/5
Staff were excellent and helpful. Room and the bathroom could be cleaned better. Stayed with my kids and when trying to bath my little one in the tub, you could see dirty water. Seemed like the tub was never scrubbed cleaned and the tub floor was taped or patched. When grabbing a towel to dry, notice little hairs stuck to the fresh new towels… house keeping could be better.
- 5/5
The free shuttle to Disney is the best amenity!
- 3/5
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last couple of guests and always pleased. However, the hotel rooms are in need of remodeling. They are worn and tired. Main areas fine and appealing.
- 5/5
When we arrived, we were able to check in early. Front desk were so helpful and it was so easy. When we walked into the room, it was spacious, clean, and comfortable!
- 4/5
Room was clean. Shuttle is convenient and parking is free.
- 5/5
Amazing staff
- 4/5
The room was clean and the shuttle to Disneyland was so convenient!
- 5/5
Great.
- 3/5
The room was mediocre. There was still sticky red marks on the bathroom door, our bathtub needed maintenance to come unclog it. The pillows look fluffy but once you place your head on it they flatten. As you entered the room, it smelled of dog pee. The shuttles were a huge plus for us but some of the drivers we encountered were not very friendly. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t book this hotel again.
- 5/5
I love this place
- 5/5
The shuttle was nice to have and the theming was great! Beds were comfy and clean as well!
- 5/5
The shuttle to Disney was an amazing plus.
- 3/5
Rooms need a facelift old and run down. Mattress very springy.
- 3/5
The property was very nice. Staff friendly. They could use some updates to their accommodations though. Mattresses very old and lumpy. Sheets rough. Decor dated and a severe lack of useable outlets. They need to update rooms to accommodate today’s technology. WiFi spotty at best. We stayed for 4 nights and room was never cleaned. Asked for trash to be emptied and never happened. Settle very convenient.
- 4/5
The hotel is definitely older and shows some wear and tear, but the two things that keep me coming back are the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, plus the convenient free shuttle service. Those alone make my stay relaxing and worth returning for
- 4/5
Staff was great as always!! Showed up early Alexa was great!! She gave us a great room that was pool close. And being a Expedia gold member we got free parking, 20% off food and a late check out time.
- 5/5
Was very nice. Kids really enjoyed reading the story on the walls. Loved that they had a shuttle to and from the park. Definitely worth the stay.
- 5/5
The grounds are beautiful. The decor gives it some magic. Love the store on site and the game room. Breakfast was great!
- 5/5
The bathrooms need an upgrade overall the room was nice! This hotel has a lot of great amenities with pool, restaurants and a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the park!
- 5/5
We had a great stay and would stay here again. We stayed with another family and we were able to get adjoining rooms. The staff were very helpful and kind. I can’t speak for breakfast as we mobile ordered Starbucks to pick up in Downtown Disney while waiting for the parks to open every morning. The free shuttle was also very convenient and nice not to walk back to the hotel after closing the parks down at night.
- 2/5
I chose to stay at this hotel despite its poor reviews solely because they offered a shuttle to Disney. Truly I wish I chose somewhere else. We ended up walking to Disney which was only about 30 minute walk away. The garden area is beautiful but the rooms were extremely outdated and have no amenities. For the price you pay you should at least have your own microwave in the room.. the food they offer at the hotel is way too over priced. The most annoying thing I had come to find out is that you pay for parking. It’s 25$ plus 17% tax to park your car at your hotel every day. It’s a giant rip off and I would have rather stayed at one of the motels near by. Probably would have gotten complimentary breakfast 🙄.
- 2/5
No hot water to shower . The room carpet was filthy and stinky. The rooms need a major update. Rats by the entrance of the hotel. Won’t be going back. The shuttle drivers I give them a 10!
- 5/5
Beautiful location, amenities great, staff excellent rooms clean I am surely planning on returning to this location!!
- 2/5
There was also rust in the shower, as well as dust on the lighting pictures in the bathroom, and it was visible on the dresser. The housekeeping didn't even have trash bags in the garbage bins. The shower head was corroded. I actually had to go and contact the front office because of that issue, and the sink was leaking. Overall, I would have expected way better, especially considering the amount of money I was paying and the review, which had a lot of stars and was highly recommended. However, it definitely reminded me of Motel 6. I have stayed at the Radisson, the Hilton, the Sheridan, and I just expect and I just expect better. The hotel did change out the corroded shower head, but these are issues that I shouldn't have even encountered. To be honest period I don't plan to stay there again. It was very disappointing because this is my first time staying at this hotel as well as my first time visiting Disneyland.
- 2/5
The nice thing is that they have a shuttle to Disney but I feel most hotels provide this other than that my hotel room seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while very dingy and breakfast is not included but staff is very nice
- 4/5
Everything was nice overall
- 5/5
Great place to stay it’s always our go to spot when we hit Disney very clean very good and most importantly very affordable.. the shuttle to the park every 30 mins is a life saver especially with 4 kids we can take a break for a couple hours let the kids go swim and then head back to Disney
- 1/5
The room itself was clean but when we went to bed we notice that bed sheet has a feces stain from a previous use it was dried and badly stained where my head was laying I called the front office and they practically ignored it and sent just a blanket instead of taking the sheet and cleaning my room. I was very disappointed in how the staff handled it and I had a bad time sleeping.
- 3/5
This hotel was a convenient location and has a lot of character & charm. The grounds are beautiful. We also thought the parking arrangement and access in and out of the property were good. The room looked a little tired but it was clean. Our main issues were with the lack of hot water in the sink and inconsistent water temperature in the shower no matter what time of day we tried it. Also, the staff member answering the front desk phone at night was not friendly.
- 5/5
Property had a shuttle to o Disneyland which is great although they do charge $25 per day to park a car but still easier and cheaper than parking at Disney. They also have a good restaurant in the hotel that beat all the park food options so we ate dinner there a couple of nights. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. Overall a fun atmosphere at this hotel.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
The lobby was large and family oriented. We will stay here again
- 5/5
Nice staff great place to take the kids.
- 3/5
Adam was incredible he helped a lot and even assisted with all the bags
- 3/5
Got a random good deal for $182/night for me, my wife & 2 dogs since we were evacuated from our home due to the leaking chemical tank. $182 is the absolute most I would pay. I can’t imagine paying the usual full price of like $400/night. Place is fine but fairly outdated. Lobby area is fine but nothing that’s a must see
- 3/5
The tv volume did not work, so couldn't even watch tv. There were some stains on my daughter's sheet and pillow case. Other than that, the hotel was beautifully decorated and the pool was great. I would stay there again, but maintenance needs to be better.
- 2/5
Hotel is a bit outdated but I am ok with that. Restrooms do need some upgrades though. My restroom looked like it has not been remodeled since the 90s. Tub drains slow and sink as well. Some better cleaning as there was hairs along the edges. Overall if you are on a budget and want space these rooms check that. If you want something more modern then don’t stay here. Price is good and their shuttle to the parks is good too. Staff is very friendly. I probably won’t stay here anymore unless there is nothing else available. I’m local and my family and I like to stay overnight at the hotels around the park when we plan on staying late at the park.
- 3/5
Cons: Parking is not free for guest so heads up. 25 bucks a day. The building is old, room smelled old, water pressure in the shower near zero. Pros: Staff is nice, they allow pets, price is reasonable.
- 5/5
Clean and big rooms! Will stay here again
- 5/5
Great place to stay with your family getaway!! Love the staff!
- 5/5
I love this hotel! The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s our go to hotel when going to Disneyland. The shuttle is a game changer, it comes every 15 minutes and the drivers are so helpful with my mother in her wheelchair.
- 5/5
In my opinion it's the ideal spot to stay for a Disney trip. Reasonable and comfy with a solid pool/hot tub situation to soak in after long days of walking the parks. Also, the cafe/gift shop is very convenient and the free shuttle seals the deal.
- 5/5
I think we had the castle king room. That one has a lot of space. Bathroom space was the same as always, its never big enough for two people at a time but still decent. Our room was on ground the floor so it had two doors, one leading to the hallway & the other to the garden. At night & early morning you could see light streaming though the edges around the door so that was a bummer. I’m glad they still have blackout curtains. Staff was great when we needed extra towels. Breakfast buffet never disappoints. The biggest plus is the hotel shuttle! Oh and their cafe/gift shop is another huge plus with us.
- 5/5
It's Anaheim- Disney, so you paid for incidental like toothbrushes, but the rooms are clean and the staff was helpful. The café had excellent food and the price was good.
- 3/5
Tiny bathroom. Need to update the plumbing.
- 3/5
It’s a huge property, lots of rooms, only had 1 elevator working with VERY little space in the elevator. Transportation to and from Disneyland parks, was very time consuming and honestly thought it be better for my son to avoid walking back to hotel, back fired and the waiting for the bus (even with being on time with schedule), and then having people cut to run and hop on the bus taking up space and making families WAIT LONGER for the next available bus which basically means having to wait for the next round.. It’s a nice hotel, just don’t think I would be staying again..
- 5/5
Great staff!!
- 5/5
We have been staying here for the past 4 years now. The staff and property are wonderful. Always very helpful and thorough on information.
- 5/5
Love the pool!! It is a great place to see the fireworks!!
- 2/5
Rooms very out dated, bed comfort level 2, we had gnats in the room and after a long day at Disneyland it’s the last thing you want to deal with. Bathtub drain went down real slowly almost as if they had a drainage problem. Wall outlet in bathroom was broken so that wasn’t say at all. Wall outlet in room did not work. I do appreciate the fact that they had a shuttle to take you to the park but that school bus was outdated as well. All I know is we come to Disneyland a lot and this would not be a hotel of choice I do not recommend this Hotel
- 5/5
Everything is convenient
- 5/5
Great stay here at the majestic, the sushi restaurant is by far the best i've had in years. Great service all around
- 1/5
This place is run down and those photos you see of the rooms were taken at least 10 years ago. Inside the suites it might look ok but the suite was the door that was kicked in and management just shrugged it off. I’m never staying here and I recommend you don’t either unless you want potential
- 5/5
Hotel was set up well. All the amenities and staff was overly helpful. The shuttle service to Disney was amazing and always available.
- 5/5
- Big rooms with very comfy bedding and pillows. No problem with finding available outlets (someone else mentioned the lack of outlets but that wasn’t the case in my room) - TV with lots of channels (yes, channel guide is on a printed paper but I’d rather have that then stay at a hotel where their TV service barely worked/no guide) - Fast elevators - Beautiful lobby with very helpful staff - Multiple places to eat/grab food to bring up to your room. Breakfast buffet was yummy! - Gift shop/deli has almost everything you might need while traveling with friendly workers. - Shuttle service: on time, nice drivers I would absolutely stay here again!
- 4/5
I’m not a big fan of $200 deposits taken by the hotel so I didn’t like that. Otherwise it was great.
- 5/5
Majestic is beautiful Inside and out. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool is a vibe…so are the ducks. The shuttle is a lifesaver…and so is the bar. Five stars.
- 4/5
Hotel is nice and close to Disneyland. It has charm but needs an upgrade on mattresses and pillows. Also loved the free shuttles.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel great stay very accommodating
- 5/5
This is our go to when visiting Disney Parks. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the area, they definitely go above and beyond.
- 5/5
It was a great spot
- 5/5
Rooms were nice and big, restaurants on site were a lifesaver after a long day in the park. Every staff person was kind and friendly.
- 1/5
Beds were horrible, showers were horrible, tv was dated and horrible. Popcorn ceiling 😬, felt like bed bugs bit us.
- 5/5
Great hotel convenient for Disneyland
- 3/5
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have had a great experience! This is the first time we had a third floor suite. Unfortunately there was some mold in the shower and hair left over on the pull out bed. The vents in the room also had dust/black soot around them. The room was fine, but not as nice as our others have been. The staff was great as usual, and so was the common areas and shuttle.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly and quiet. Loved the convenience of the shuttle to the parks.
- 5/5
It's the only hotel we will stay at when going on our Disneyland trips! Nice hotel, nice staff and so convenient!
- 5/5
This is my go to in Anaheim. Stay there minimum of 3 times a year. For my work and vacation needs it's central to where I need to go and the shuttle to Disney can't be beat
- 2/5
our room had mold in shoer area. everything was very outdated
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! Great atmosphere, very comfortable. Many onsite conveniences friendly staff, and you can’t beat the shuttle to and from Disney every 30 minutes. We visit the Disneyland Parks multiple times a year and this is the only place we stay.
- 3/5
This hotel needs to be updated terribly. We chose to stay here again because the Disneyland shuttle is so nice, but the state of the rooms makes the shuttle convenience not worth it. The staff is nice, but we won’t stay here again until some updates are made.
- 5/5
Charming castle. Excellent shuttle service to and from the park, story time for the kids inside the castle hotel. Nice spacious rooms.
- 5/5
One of the best hotels around Disneyland!
- 3/5
One major frustration has been transportation. It is disappointing that only one shuttle appears to be operating at a time, even during peak hours when guests are trying to get to and from the park. In addition, the hotel is clearly overdue for significant upgrades and maintenance. Over our last several stays, we have consistently noticed outdated bathrooms, visible wear and tear on furniture and fixtures, aging carpets, plumbing issues, worn window drapes, and an overall “old” smell in the rooms. During our most recent stay, we were also surprised by the new queue process for guests who complete pre-check-in before official check-in time. As long-time guests of the Majestic, this was never previously an issue, and for the first time in several years, we were unable to receive our room earlier than the standard check-in time. The process was inconvenient and not clearly communicated in advance.
- 5/5
Very helpful, got to check in early and got an upgrade.would have like to stay longer to try the amenities
- 2/5
Sorry the Disney shuttle wasn't enough.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice breakfast
- 2/5
I came for the Disney shuttle and that was nice, but next time I think I'd just stay at a nicer and newer hotel in Anaheim and Uber to the park.
- 4/5
Good food Staff was nice, however during our stay there was a guy, Asian descent, that was either having a bad day or was just plain rude.
- 5/5
Loved it. Very beautiful
- 3/5
The overflow hole in the bathroom sink was black and disgusting looking.
- 3/5
The hotel lobby- nice kid friendly- staff nice also. My complaint is the black mold growing on the ceiling in our hotel rooms bathroom. The hotel room was old and needed to be upgraded. Mold should not be on the ceiling in the bathroom. The beds were also very hard and everytime you moved they made squeak noises. The shuttle to Disney was great.
- 5/5
This is our favorite hotel! Comfiest stay!
- 5/5
Room was clean but dated as I was in the Tower. The staff were very helpful and check in was easy. I was very early so I stored luggage and went about my day. I was called when my room was ready which was nice. The shuttle to and from the parks were great!!!!!! I’ll stay again!!
- 5/5
The front desk were super friendly and accommodating. My kids and I love coming here!
- 5/5
Excellant service. Staff very kind. Food amazing.
- 4/5
All in all good but I was upset that I chose “pay at property” and the hotel charged my debit card without my knowledge even after I gave a different credit card on check in. They said they always do this but I don’t think so. I’ve stayed at this property many times and never had this problem. Just make sure the card you use to secure your hotel is the one you want to use to pay!
- 4/5
I liked the convenience of the rooms and the restaurant. The staff is excellent.
- 3/5
The castle bunk beds made our kiddos happy
- 3/5
Beware. Parking is NOT included in your stay. They’ll give you a green parking pass for however many nights you’re there. But then at check out they total all the days of parking and take it from your $200 deposit. You have been warned
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly all the time! The rooms were clean and loved the free shuttle service to/from Disneyland! Would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
The room was good/ average . Staff was friendly and helpful. The shower was the only thing that disappointed me. Water pressure was not good at all. Shuttles were convenient. Waited no longer than 15-20 minutes to get to the hotel from Disneyland on a busy night.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean nothing to complain about wonderful visit
- 5/5
Our favorite place to stay
- 5/5
Staff were extremely friendly! Enjoyed the large room and the free shuttle ride to the park.
- 5/5
We really like this place! This will be our go-to for future trips. They offer early check in for a fee and they also offer to use their parking the day you check out if you want to go to the parks again. Saves you that parking $$$.
- 5/5
Love the staff especially in the Garden Bistro
- 4/5
Little dated, but a steal for the price we paid. It may have surpassed Hilton and Marriott for my future trips to the parks.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for a trip to Disneyland. The free shuttle, nice swimming pools with hot tubs and the fun atmosphere of the lobby with speciality rooms is awesome for any age or any group… we throughly enjoyed our trip. Never have stayed here before and definitely will be returning next Disney trip!
- 5/5
Near the park
- 3/5
The hotel is beautiful with all the gardens. I didn't like that they don't clean your room everyday. If I had known this we would have book at a different hotel. The shuttle was nice to take to and from DL. Rooms are spacious.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, park shuttle, easy parking, and spacious room
- 5/5
We brought our 1 year old twins to Disneyland and stayed here. The ambiance first walking into the hotel left the best impression. It was so cute and charming! Also, we really appreciated how nice the infant cribs were in our room. Very comfortable and roomy for our boys. In addition, we really loved the restaurant amenities. It was very convenient!
- 4/5
Good hotel. Our room had 2 sinks which was useful but the one outside the bathroom was not draining properly. A bit run down. The card reader to the main doors of our building was not working so they had the doors wide open the whole time. Free WiFi was slow and you had to pay extra for better WiFi. Front desk staff was very nice and they did their best to have our room near my mother-in-law’s. Best part was the disney shuttle.
- 3/5
Love staying here as it is our go to when visiting Disney. Not a fan of wristbands to get on off shuttle. Rooms clean but water pressure sucked.
- 5/5
The rooms are so nice and big! This room had a table with 2 chairs, there is a 3rd throne style chair, the TV stand has plenty of space to place smaller items on it. There is also a fridge and ice bucket in the TV stand. There are 2 luggage stands in the closet along with an Iron, ironing board and a safe. There are many outlets for charging but these are plug style not usb style charging areas. The ac was nice and cold. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The grounds are always clean and well taken care of. The staff is always so friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate all requests. Unfortunately, we didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool but we did walk by it and there are a lot of chairs, tables and there are even a few cabanas. The pool area appeared clean and well maintained. The lobby area is always clean and decorated to perfectly suit the castle theme. We used the free shuttle to and from Disneyland and the shuttle drivers are always nice and accommodating. We didn’t eat at the restaurants this time but on previous trips the food has been delicious. It is very nice to have places to eat right in the hotel. If you bring your own meals, you can ask the front desk employees to use a microwave to heat up your food. They have a secured room with a microwave for the guests to use. We always enjoy staying at The Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel and will continue to stay here every time we are in town.
- 3/5
The room was dirty and run-down; it’s clear maintenance isn’t a priority. I called housekeeping to request clean towels and never recover a response. Probably won’t be back at this venue.
- 5/5
It was AWSOME!
- 5/5
Great lobby, the kids had so much fun! Great lobby for pictures. Spacious rooms. Drawback, no room service, have to hunt down towels after the first night.
- 5/5
Love the hotel my children loved it! We will definitely be back!!
- 5/5
10/10
- 3/5
No microwave in the room. They have a small refrigerator that is not enough to store our stuff. The free shuttle to drop off to Disneyland and pick you up was a plus but you better be careful of not losing that blue bracelet, otherwise, it will cost you $15 to replace a new one.
- 3/5
The lobby was cute. They have a princess story time, nice place to sit. The bar was nice had tv to watch some games. The grounds were nice and clean. The coffee shop was great! The arcade was fun. We had the buffet it was a typical hotel buffet. It was ok. 80.00 fo
- 2/5
I have been staying at this property while visiting Disneyland for many, many years, and boy, has it gone downhill. The room and public areas were far from clean. The hallways were littered with trash and debris. The bathtub/shower was dirty, the toilet stained and the floor needed scrubbing. The hotel staff were unhelpful. We spent 15 minutes wandering around looking for our room while dragging our luggage, as the desk clerk was new and didn’t know her way around either. The service at the restaurant was very slow and unfriendly, and the food was mediocre. The shuttles to the park were timely, but run down and dirty. They used to have nice shuttles. Now they seem to have acquired worn out old school busses with bad blue & red paint jobs. Sadly, this will be our last visit.
- 5/5
The staff is awesome. I have only stayed in the upgraded rooms and they are roomy and nice. The grounds are relaxing and well kept.
- 3/5
Was not as clean and a/c did not work all that great on the third floor. Two elevators were out of order and the only one that worked was really small. I’m all for taking the stairs but not at the end of a park day. Food is just as expensive as the theme parks and after several stays I may be moving on. Love the free shuttle but was told if my ride band got damaged it was $$ to replace. They need a better system there. Was not the best experience. Just a note, I wasn’t expecting 5 stars but some of these items should not be an issue
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
It’s a good hotel to stay at . Very close to Disney and they offer a shuttle there and back . The only thing is you do need to pay for parking each day for staying at the hotel . The beds were comfortable, the room is fine . They do need more charging station, they only had wall . They do need to refill the shampoo , conditioner and body wash . Overall the hotel is a nice one to stay at .
- 3/5
The rooms are outdated. the bathroom wasnt very clean. The good thing about the hotel is the shuttle. some of the stuff wasnt very friendly. we were not very pleased with our stay.
- 5/5
We love the shuttle and the amenities
- 4/5
The stay was good but we were a party of 8 with 3 rooms. I am the one that suggested your facility as I stayed there before and it was perfect. I felt bad when I was told some of my family’s rooms had very poor water pressure and the air did not work.
- 5/5
The castle king room was spacious and clean. Though highway noise could be heard, the sound of the AC running helped drown it out and honestly was so tired from Disney that the noise didn’t bother us at all. Staff was very friendly. A bit tricky having to wait til 6:30 for coffee at the deli downstairs when you’re a rope dropper and need to get out the door early, but it worked out! I’d recommend it.
- 3/5
Room was clean. I did not appreciate them taking my whole deposit when I did not break or mess up anything in the room like that was ridiculous. Deposits are to cover damages and things of that nature. There were no damages when I left b
- 5/5
I loved the attention to the customer. We had run out of toilet paper and the kids needed extra pillows and blankets, they helped at the front desk very quickly. Ensuring we had everything we needed to get us through our trip. There are also a lot of great picture spots throughout the hotel, which was great for us with our 5 yr. old on her first trip to Disney!
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Check in was seamless. Staff was very efficient. Danny at the Garden Court Lounge is always attentive and greets everyone as if they are longtime friends. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. As annual passholders, we try to stay here at least once a month. The grounds are a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the parks.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great
- 2/5
Bathtub would not drain, toilet would not flush well. Soap cost extra, two tissues in the tissue box and was told there is no heat available when our room was freezing. Only air conditioning. Also, the automated gates were a pain to use, very confusing and ask you to pay when the front desk tells you not to pay the fee I order to raise the gate arms. Overall would never stay here again. The only perk was the shuttle to Disney.
- 4/5
Rooms were a bit dated but overall property was nice. Far from the park entrance but they fix that with a shuttle direct there.
- 2/5
I had high expectations with this hotel with all the great reviews I seen online. Outside of hotel was beautiful, lobby was nice and clean. Rooms to have outlets except bathroom. Bathroom is dingy and old. Furniture is broken. Never staying her again.
- 1/5
To be blunt, the state of the hotel was filthy and disgusting. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, specifically regarding bedding, and carpets]. This experience was far below the standard I expected and made my stay incredibly uncomfortable. I believe this matter needs your immediate attention to ensure other guests do not have a similar experience.
- 3/5
The rooms are VERY dated. The property is clean and has a excellent shuttle service to Disneyland. That alone is worth dealing with a mediocre hotel.
- 3/5
The hotel itself was not the cleanest hair found in Bathtub dead cockroaches found around the ice and vending machine’s do not recommend staying there
- 5/5
First time at this Hotel. Spent 2 nights it's a great hotel. Free shuttle to Disneyland. I will booked at this hotel again.
- 5/5
Happy with my stay.
- 5/5
Definitely get more than what you pay for. For this price this is a five star stay. Everything is nice and clean. The hotel is like a vintage Las Vegas Hotel which is very retro but as far as the environment it’s clean. Also shuttle service to and from park is fast, clean and included. Definitely recommend.
- 3/5
The stay was ok, definitely wouldn’t recommend the garden rooms, they are loud outdated and shake from the highway. Shuttle services were amazing for Disney. You didn’t have to walk far to get into the park and they were super fast and convenient! Shuttle service was worth the stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful property
- 2/5
The lady that checked us in was very rude, we stated we had reservation for 2 rooms. She was not patient in helping us, we had 2 rooms under same reservation with 2 different names, another gentleman helped us find the 2 room and was very patient and professional, not sure what kind of day that lady was having, but she was not helpful
- 5/5
Perfect stay
- 3/5
Housekeeping was also disappointing—no one came to provide clean towels during our three-night stay. I’ve stayed here before and had much better experiences, but this visit felt like a noticeable decline in both the condition of the rooms and the level of customer service.
- 5/5
I like the restaurants they have inside the hotel. After a long day at Disneyland it's awesome to check in your room and get some delicious food downstairs!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
They made us where wrist bands to get on and off the trolly which are not the most comfortable to where during your whole stay.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great hotel for going to Disneyland. Not a lot of extras but we mostly just slept here and spent the days at disneyland. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was spring so they had baby ducks in the garden area which was a bonus.
- 3/5
It was a place to sleep. The rooms themselves are a little outdated. There was mold all over the bathroom. The beds smelled like body oils. The mini fridge smelled awful when you opened it. The lobby was very nice! The hallways smelled musty and it overall didn’t feel clean and refreshing after a long day at the parks. It was priced fair comparing to some others in the area. The walk from the parks to the hotel took us about 16 minutes so not too far! There were some chilly days and we were freezing, our only option was to turn off the air, with no option for heat. It made the room very stale.there was torn up wallpaper in the hallway and it looked very tacky. The gift shop area is so overpriced, so be sure not to forget or need anything!!
- 4/5
All the staff from the front desk to the restaurants were great. Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is huge it can be easy to get lost. The shuttle to Disneyland was so useful. The food was 4/5 not the best but still good. The elevators were sketchy but worked. The pool and gym were clean. This hotel is perfect for families going to Disneyland!
- 5/5
A/C was very cool. Room and bathroom clean. Bed comfortable. Staff was super friendly checkin and checking out.
- 3/5
It was good , their rooms are nice , amazing stay the only thing is that I had gotten food poisoning from their buffet Saturday April 18th . It was horrible.
- 5/5
Staff was great, clean rooms but there was no shower curtain on the bath tub. Food was excellent.
- 3/5
Room was clean but the property is pretty old. Carpets should be replaced, toilets, showers replaced, paint refreshed, etc. especially for the price. We’ve stayed there a few times before but nothing has been updated. Probably the last time we will stay there. There are comparable priced hotels closer to the park.
- 5/5
The hotel is old and not the cleanest but i like the convenience of taking a shuttle to Disneyland
- 4/5
Very nice and clean and gardening was amazing
- 5/5
The Anaheim Majestic was a great place to stay for visiting Disneyland. The hotel was in a great location, the pool was great for the kids, the amenities were in great condition. The shuttle to the park was super convenient, just be sure to be there early because a lot of guests use it and the line can get long.
- 5/5
The included shuttle to and from Disney is wonderful! The restaurants and convenience store has everything you need for your stay. Not over crowded and has a cozy environment.
- 4/5
Staff very nice ,shuttle to disneyland was great.
- 4/5
Room was clean but could use modernization. Bathroom very old.
- 3/5
Room sink and bath were clogged with hair
- 3/5
Room was ok nothing all that great, bed was too soft room was a little outdated. Receptions was very helpful she gave good information and she was extremely efficient. The busses to the park and back to the hotel extremely accessible.
- 5/5
Highly recommend. Clean and friendly staff. Great for families.
- 2/5
Room was outdated and had a spring mattress that was highly uncomfortable and the bathroom mirror looked like it had been graffitied on and poorly scrubbed off and random square patches all over to possibly cover cracks or something. Also the bathtub had a dripping water leak and the corners of the tub had some sort of black residue? Booked paying extra to “be in the castle” and was just a regular room. Room 1117
- 5/5
Clean, amazing staff, deli, restaurant and shuttle all perks. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Our room was spotless. The grounds are kept beautifully; and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly.
- 5/5
Staff
- 3/5
Our room was in bad condition- very dusty and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom water splash stains. The AC would not cool we had to sleep with the window open and the sound of cars driving by just to sleep comfortably. The fridge did not cool and the dresser drawers kept sliding open.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and large. We had the Castle Suite. Only problem is the room doors are very load when closing, and it will wake you up when you are asleep. Grounds were gorgeous. It was nice having a shuttle bus, nice perk. I will be staying there again.
- 4/5
Sit on top and he is 10 years old
- 5/5
The hotel shuttle for the Disney parks was so convenient! The food options and staff were amazing. Closest thing you’ll get to staying at a Disney property at half the price. Hotel is older but it is very enjoyable.
- 1/5
Restraunts were over priced and bad quality. Room was dirty with blood spots and old jewelry left behind. Heater did not work when it was 50 degrees also vending machines had a 2 year expired drinks in them charging 5 dollars per drink. It feb 2026 and the drink expired feb 2024.
- 5/5
There were pros and cons throughout the stay but overall the good far outweighs the bad.
- 4/5
Everyone was nice
- 5/5
Enjoyed views and the shuttle service to Disney.
- 4/5
The room was pretty big.
- 3/5
Only downside was I had to get my key reset 3 times, other than that it was wonderful
- 5/5
Loved it as always !
- 5/5
Amazing hotel and food, amazing staff, the best amenities. Everything you could want and ask for
- 5/5
Great location, bus drivers to the park where nice and friendly.
- 3/5
The administration can increase a number of buses after 9:30 PM from Disneyland instead of every 30 min. We have waited for 30-35 min to get on next bus because there were so many people when we came to station 13 at 10 PM. It was hard for parents and tired kids to wait another 30 min.
- 1/5
Cancelled my reservation because the payment didn’t go through 2 days prior to checkout. Was told they sent me a message through the app which of course I did not see til I was at the hotel then proceeded to tell me they tried calling me but didn’t leave a voicemail. They were unable reinstate my reservation because the entire property was book which I doubt. I stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience but this time around really tainted my view for this hotel.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
All was great!
- 2/5
This time I was in a deluxe room with my daughter and the bathroom with the room was quite run down. Peeling paint with paint visibly missing in the corner, the bathroom sink drain, and the the shower drain were not working properly. The toilet barely flushed. Also when we arrived there were long hairs in the shower, on the bathroom floor, in the bathroom sink, and some hairs on the toilet area. In the room itself, the table between the bed had not been fully cleaned. I let the staff know and they did a cleaning. However based on the state of the bathroom on this trip, I do not plan to stay here again in the future.
- 4/5
Stay was great. Rooms could do with an update. Bathroom very small for such a big room.
- 5/5
Me gusto mucho todo muy limpio el personal muy amable gracias
- 5/5
Nice Staff.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, the front desk people were very helpful and kind! The place is in a very convenient location! I love staying here!
- 1/5
The bathroom was dirty around the edges of the tub and toilet. The shower did not drain and toilet did not flush properly. This hotel is so dated and don’t expect anything to come with your stay, parking is an additional cost, if you want to use a cart to bring your luggage to your room you have to leave your id if you need a toothbrush or small toiletries it’s a cost. The only positive is the wait staff in the restaurant they were awesome. Oh and you only get breakfast if you buy their package none of this is on the website
- 4/5
All the pizzazz is in the lobby. The rooms are very basic and neutral. The rooms are clean, quiet, and cared for. Staff was great. The shuttle was very convenient.
- 2/5
The entire hotel felt neglected. A/C stopped working and we had to change mid trip when we got back from Disneyland. They do not refill anything unless you ask. Front desk staff was rude at check in, they were short staffed, they want you to store your luggage but bell staff leaves after 4. The hotel smelled old definitely is lacking some love. I would never stay there again. And it's not close to Disneyland despite what they say
- 5/5
Needs a microwave in the room having leftovers but nothing to warm it up in without having to leave my room
- 5/5
Great place with nice staff, easy transportation, and cute theme.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Spacious room, clean and nice staffs.
- 3/5
Personal con poca actitud de servicio, especialmente los que guardan las maletas Restaurante con calidad media en alimentos Requieren renovarse y mejoral su actitud de servicio. Con menos y mejor lograrían mucho mas
- 5/5
Great staff clean rooms really good shuttle and very accommodating for ADA
- 3/5
Room kind of smelled. Room seemed old. Worst water pressure in the history of showers.
- 5/5
Staff is very helpful and attentive. We will definitely be returning!
- 1/5
The room smelled bad. One of the restrooms smelled strongly of urine. The carpets were dirty and so was the furniture. One of the nights we didn’t have hot water to shower. I would not recommend anybody stay here. We had the suite and could only imagine what the other smaller rooms were like.
- 5/5
The room was lovely! A little outdated but it was very nice. The shuttle service is a huge plus it makes getting to and from the park so easy! Staff were super friendly, when I requested to extend my stay another night, they said they couldn’t do it since I booked through a 3rd party but they walked me through exactly what I needed to do in order to keep our same room another night. 10/10 stay!!
- 4/5
Staff was nice. Beds seem to be needing replacing very uneven
- 4/5
Clean room, awesome staff, good food.
- 4/5
The staff I encountered were just super sweet. I was lost trying to find the laundry facilities when a new employee volunteered to help me find my way. My room was clean, didn't smell gross and was comfortable.
- 5/5
The welcome staff was great and able to get us in early which was much needed with a toddler needing a nap. The room was much bigger than expected and the shuttle was such a luxury.
- 3/5
Rooms are outdated but, the transportation to Disney Parks is great.
- 5/5
Dinner was great
- 5/5
Very good hotel great service. I would definitely say pass on the buffet in the morning breakfast, but besides that everything was good.
- 2/5
The room had a horrible smell and it was so outdated
- 4/5
Clean, temp was on the low side, and none of the plugs were near surfaces you might set devices to charge
- 1/5
Night staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional, I called to ask about the air conditioning in the room which turns out they don’t have any and every room is controlled by one independent unit and only the maintenance engineer knows what the set temperature is no one else is allowed to know this just sounds ridiculous to me I understand they theme it based on old castle times and they certainly meet that with the no AC and worn down decor the one thing that’s worth it is the bus shuttle to the park and back other than that only stay at this place if you’re looking to save money but know you get what you pay for
- 3/5
Everyone was nice but the rooms have very poor air conditioning as well as broken fridges , otherwise pretty okay with space. The property is huge so trekking towards your room is a must.
- 3/5
Bathroom smelled bed mattresses were in bad condition
- 3/5
The room was dirty and they wouldnt answer the phpne at the gate whe needed help. We got stuck at gate because error. Our room didnt get clean in between visits.
- 3/5
Rooms should be cleaned especially if your guest are spending more than one night
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
staff was great and the vibe of the property was fun for the kids. parking and food was good, but i appreciate the shuttle to Disneyland
- 1/5
Building had no heat was so cold no accommodations were made will never stay here again
- 5/5
Great staff very friendly love the shuttle service
- 2/5
We did appreciate the shuttle but that was about it, although the hotel does charge for parking.
- 4/5
Is upgraded to a better room
- 5/5
Courteous staff! Shuttle service to Disneyland was excellent.
- 5/5
Staff is very helpful and professional.
- 4/5
Was nice ambiance, staff was friendly
- 4/5
We had a great stay. We had to change rooms due to old broken shower head but staff was helpful.
- 4/5
Hotel was conveniently located and clean with several restaurants to choose from. I would’ve liked better coffee either in the room or perhaps in the lobby.
- 3/5
Staff is very friendly and the shuttle is pretty nice but it was pretty pricey for a very old room
- 5/5
Great space to be part of the park magic without all the crowds. Fit for families of all sizes. Shuttles in and out of Disney are super easy and convenient.
- 5/5
Stayed here multiple times and definitely going to stay again. Best hotel for Disney :)
- 1/5
Had a couple issues with the hotel and the best they offered was a clean up
- 5/5
It’s was a nice place to stay, however the room and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
- 5/5
There's always a pleasure staying here. My neighbor goes to hotels near the park. Staff is always friendly the shuttle always amazing. Great family friendly for the price can't beat it.
- 3/5
The beds had metal protruding from the sides, which was very uncomfortable to try and sleep in them. Beds need to be replaced.
- 5/5
The room was so big! I had so much room to move around and store my things. It was also very clean.
- 5/5
Clean and wonderful staff
- 3/5
and staffing schedule. Room amenities short on luxuries, i.e. Bathroom size and quest goodies VIP upgrades only apply to room size bl\g and half full. 9:30 Disney Land Firework Show a stopper for sure.
- 2/5
Room was very outdated, especially furniture and fixtures. Too many power strips with several things plugged into them. Looked like ground prong on plug had been removed. Not a good place to stay if you’re doing something other than Disneyland.
- 5/5
Staff was very kind. Beds were very comfy. We would be happy to stay there again.
- 1/5
The room was horrible. The first room they gave us the bathtub was disgusting. The second room was better but still bad.
- 5/5
it was good. friendly staff, large room
- 4/5
It was clean ! Great stay .
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful. Staff, room, park shuttle...all great
- 5/5
The staff were very sweet and helpful
- 5/5
Fantastic staff and great spot to view the fireworks!
- 5/5
Amazing environment and staff. Would definitely come back!!
- 3/5
The bathrooms were alittle outdated.
- 5/5
Wonderful experience in every way. Our go to hotel every time we go to the Disney Parks.
- 5/5
Clean. Check in staff helpful. Lounge staff excellent. Hot tub was out of order. Shuttle service was superb.
- 1/5
Unpleasant service, the hotel is old, although clean, but it doesn't deserve such high prices! Parking costs $30.00, which is not mentioned in the hotel's advertisement. I do not recommend this hotel!!!
- 1/5
Horrible experience. The rooms were musty and unsanitary. There were insects in the tub. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. We were in a room next to one of the entrances of the hotel and the guests opened and closed the door all night long. Worst experience we’ve had at a hotel! It’s unacceptable to accommodate guests in this manner. They need a major remodel!
- 5/5
Amazing staff, courteous, extremely informative. Room was awesome, spacious, very clean. Highly recommend
- 3/5
No charging ports in the rooms or available outlets to plug in a charger. No microwave in room but there is a mini fridge. “Coffee” is available at the deli but is overpriced and comes from a machine like at a gas station. Food is very overpriced and mediocre. Staff is not very friendly either.
- 1/5
Every 3 days they make clean....terrible
- 5/5
It was ok
- 3/5
Room was nice, but outdated. Walking from the elevators to e-2125 was long and a real hassle with our luggage. Breakfast bugget was good, but not worth 21.95, it was a 12-15 buffet. Mattresses were terrible. Other wise, we love staying here as its spacious, close to disney and the shuttle is so convenient
- 1/5
Old, smelly, mold, bugs, RUDE STAFF, AC didn’t work, filthy.
- 3/5
Room was clean, bathrooms can be updated and super squeaky mattresses. The one thing I was absolutely disappointed with was arrival. We arrived late and they made us move our car from the front because that was for the “bus”- it’s raining and it’s 5-6 pm, a lot of people checking in. Then I asked for a cart for a luggage, no one could find one and then I had to provide my license to get one and return it downstairs to get it back. It was okay for the price, to us the only thing that makes it worth it is the bus service to the Disney parks.
- 2/5
Towels was stained and smells
- 5/5
comfy hotel
- 5/5
I highly recommend this place. Shuttle was great. Restaurant was great. Rooms wonderful. Staff wonderful and went above and beyond.
- 3/5
Room and staff need improvement.
- 5/5
A beautiful hotel with amazing staff!!! Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Great staff, excellent Christmas decor, and Hanagi restaurant was fabulous.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Good space room. No room service. Small bathroom. Generic breakfast. Old school buses as park rides. Only one elevator operational.
- 5/5
Kind welcoming staff. Ease of shuttle was wonderful.Room was clean.
- 5/5
Everything is clean, knowledgeable staff.
- 3/5
Beds very uncomfortable, some staff friendly, restaurant overall good
- 5/5
Love this hotel! It has so many amenities and friendly staff. The shuttle to Disneyland really comes in handy. As a recurring guest I hope there’s more shuttles towards the end of the night NOTHING against the staff or hotel but the other guests were really rude pushing and cutting the line trying to get inside the shuttle- disregarding any children and elders. Would be helpful if the hotel could do anything to help with this so it’s less stress of the staff and driver. However, would pick this hotel again and again! :)
- 5/5
Front desk needs more training but great time
- 5/5
Nice, just old building.
- 3/5
It was a nice stay for the night
- 5/5
Room is nice & clean. Staff is always do excellent job. That’s why we always come back here.
- 5/5
My stay with Majestic was as always a great one but on december 23 when i checked in i had sat in traffic for over 7 hours from vegas, it was pouring rain and the boarding shelter wouldnt take my pup (not his fault) so here i walk into the lobby almost in tears and the front desk agent Mariana was so kind, helpful, and just empathic to me and the situation. she assisted me from my room, food info, parking, to just an amazing warm smile and understanding of what i was going through. I most definitely will go back and ask for her to assist me. she definitely was the reason i cried happy tears and not holiday stressed anymore. Thank you Mariana for helping me, my daughter, and my fur baby. Happy New Years to everyone Micheline
- 5/5
Clean room and very nicely decorated for the holidays
- 4/5
I very welcomin
- 4/5
Staff was great and shuttle to Disney
- 1/5
The room had excessive dust and a broken thermostat that caused the temperature to swing between 73° and 83°, making it unbearable. This was especially difficult for our special needs children. My son, who is prone to seizures and sensory overload, ended up requiring emergency services. Management upgraded us for our final night, but the new room triggered a severe asthma attack for my daughter. We did not sleep at all that night. This stay was stressful, unsafe, and unacceptable. I strongly urge families—especially those with medical sensitivities—to research carefully before booking.
- 5/5
This is our favorite hotel to stay in when we are bringing our family to Disneyland. It was absolutely magical during Christmastime! The hotel was clean, staff was so friendly. We always love the restaurant/bar, deli and shuttle service. This is the best hotel.
- 2/5
Front desk stack not trained correctly. Hotel rooms were very old
- 2/5
There was mold in the bathroom and the pillows were made up of lumps of filling; like the pillows had been washed too many times.
- 5/5
Goood hotel
- 5/5
Cozy & just what we needed for the night
- 5/5
Always amazing time when my family stay here. The staff is always friendly, and the rooms are cozy. We have stayed here aince 2009, and we love it.
- 5/5
The Best. Thank you
- 5/5
Thank you for having my family enjoy. It was our 1st time experience. It definitely was so surreal, magical, and definitely a magical memory for my kids and I. It was definitely a feel like staying in a castle for sure type of stay. The theme all around walking into the building felt so magical. Thank you for having us stay.
- 5/5
Check in, Check out, lounge bartender Danny. Cindy, Hector and Kim all greeted us as return customers. Great to return to our Majestic family. What a great Christmas vibe, they all created this year! Nice room and grounds!!!
- 5/5
Wonderful and whimsical
- 5/5
Love this hotel and the shuttle to Disneyland is a bonus! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Beautifully decorated and big ample room
- 5/5
The hotel was great. Very convenient with shuttle service to Disneyland and the hotel was great. Clean, they had a little general store inside to get anything from coffee to toiletries. They also provided us a food discount voucher for a day out of our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
We love staying here. Price is great & shuttle service is a plus
- 3/5
It did not have heat in where we were staying. Always cold at night. I don't think we'll stay there again
- 4/5
Princess makes an appearance even has storytelling ! Staff was courteous and helpful . Garden grounds were beautiful! Rooms could use some updating with beds and bathroom but maybe It was just my room type . Buffet was good and reasonably priced which was nice since there’s no free breakfast . Wish the restaurant was open later inside on weekends.
- 5/5
This was her first time we had a Disneyland trip for the whole family. The service was amazing. The customer service from whichever department you spoke to us, so always friendly and understanding and will be going back soon. Hopefully.
- 5/5
We had a great weekend here . Everyone is friendly , the Christmas decorations are beautiful, rooms are nice and clean , and the food and drinks were all amazing !
- 4/5
It was very inviting
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
Staff was great. Room was great. My girst time staying there and plan on returning
- 5/5
Holiday decoration was top notch both inside and out! Rooms very clean and quiet. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone!
- 3/5
We had a good stay as usual. But when coming back from Disney on the shuttle we had our stroller thrown out onto the floor and a part broke on it. It’s an expensive stroller that we now have to repair. The only consolation from the front desk was that a supervisor would be told so they could discuss it with the drivers. Disappointed in that solution as we have stayed here for years and never had a problem.
- 3/5
Don't do it
- 4/5
Courteous staff, and the shuttle to Disneyland is very convenient.
- 3/5
Cons: outdated, tiny tv, no USB ports, scratchy sheets, no body lotion, one tiny soap, old carpet smell, long lines for shuttle
- 5/5
Dinner and breakfast menu was delicious , different every meal. Power out in room, fixed within 7 minutes. The shuttle service to Disneyland was awesome. Everything in the hotel was great. Plan on staying there again.
- 2/5
Lobby is set up beautifully for Christmas. Only 1 elevator works. It’s VERY small! Hotel is quiet which was nice. Rooms are old. Corners in rooms where walls meet were separating. Waited for the shuttle one of our mornings for 50 mins! Shuttle is supposed to run every 30 mins. At 8am they were using the smaller bus that held maybe 22 people. She made 2 runs and when we had to wait a 3rd time I went inside to ask front desk why they are not using the other bigger buses. I’m assuming he was a manager in a light blue shirt, heavy set, bald and obviously did not like his job. He was rude! When I asked about getting another bus, first the girl at the desk said yes every 30 mins the shuttle picks up. I said we’ve been waiting almost 45 mins. He piped in and said the bus used is determined by the amount of people in line. I just looked at him and said obviously you haven’t been outside to see there is 50 people BEHIND us. I walked out and not 5 mins later a big bus came flying into the parking lot. We wasted almost a hour of our time waiting for the shuttle to show up. When I checked out, they said they would email me my receipt to which I never received and now I see there is an additional charge on my card. Now I have to call to find out what these charges are actually for.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Property was very nice. Rooms a little outdated but doable. Shuttle service was excellent! But we drove and has to pay $25 per day +17% interest for parking which is outrageous for me. But overall our stay was good. We were able to see the fireworks from the parking lot with our son
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
The hotel had a great lobby but the rooms were pretty underwhelming. They were small and the bathroom was pretty sad and didn’t even have a fan. Appreciated the shuttle and the restaurants inside
- 1/5
I had a family emergency and needed to check out early. I had asked if there was a way to receive a partial refund which was denied. I then went to check out and there was a line of 7 people and again I had to leave in an hurry. I left he line and proceed to exit the parking lot. I scanned my parking ticket and left the premise. I called later to say that I had left and did not want to be charged the night of parking since I was gone. Again, was transferred to the manager who said that their system did not capture the scanning of the ticket and eluded that I was lying. I asked him how would I exit the parking lot if the gate had not opened after I scanned the ticket. A few more words were said to me, not kindly might I add. He then stated out of "good faith" he would honor the credit of the parking for the night but would not discount the room. My first trip in 15 years without kids due to my daughter being diagnosed and had to leave early due to an emergency. I was not met with grace or empathy just a very cold person who could care less. I will never be back and I will ensure that my friends who do stay regularly with them never come back.
- 3/5
At check-in, the receptionist took my credit card, added it to their system, and provided me with a parking pass and a barcode card for car access. I was clearly informed that there were no parking charges. During checkout, I asked again if there were any pending charges, and the receptionist confirmed that everything was clear and that I could simply drop the cards, which I did. The gate was also opened for me when I was leaving. However, shortly after, I received a call from the hotel stating that I had outstanding parking charges and asking for my card details. I explained the information given to me at check-in and check-out, but the staff member wasn’t willing to listen. I then asked to speak to the manager. Instead of understanding the situation, he insisted on charging my card and asked again for my card details. Since I didn’t know who he was, I did not feel safe sharing that information. He then became rude and even threatened to file a police complaint with the Anaheim Police Department. Concerned, I called the hotel directly to verify the situation. They informed me that the charges had been waived and there was nothing due. Is this the right way for a hotel to request card details? This experience felt unprofessional and concerning.”
- 3/5
Overall, our stay was good. The pillows were lumpy and there was some mold in the bathroom. The shuttle drivers were excellent, like always.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 5/5
my favorite place to stay when going to Disney! Super helpful staff.
- 5/5
Truly awesome place ! Shuttles a bit slow to puck up but food was great as well will diffidently stay again here !! Kids loved christmas decorations
- 5/5
It was a great spot to be. We are from San Francisco and the walk to Disneyland was beautiful. It took about 20 minutes. The bed was really comfy and the people were excellent. I would definitely go here again just for the ambiance and the convenience.
- 5/5
Good location with shuttle service to amusement parks
- 5/5
We regularly stay here due to the customer service, transportation, cleanliness, and parking,
- 3/5
Staff was nice but we found press on nails from previous guests on our room floor
- 2/5
Entire hallway smelled like bomit for 2 days. We were in the section that hadnt been remodeled and you could TELL.
- 5/5
Large room, view of the fireworks at Disneyland from the room, great restaurants. Friendly staff.
- 3/5
Outdated.
- 4/5
The rooms are very large. Staff was friendly. Their is a free shuttke to the parks.
- 4/5
I like they had the shuttle bus for transportation.
- 4/5
Every Clean room and hotel. Also the parking is gated 👍
- 5/5
Always a great stay
- 3/5
The room was outdated, dingy and not very clean. Carpet was sticky when walking on it. Frames around doors are collapsing from something- I accidentally kicked it and bugs came out. The sink was backed up, and the towels are low quality. Staff are extremely nice though, and the outside grounds are well cared for! In the summer it would be nice outside I'm sure.
- 4/5
Everything was great, except we have to ask for the room to get cleaned up
- 2/5
Wish rooms matched the hotel ambiance.
- 3/5
Modern technolgy does not exist in the room so make sure you bring the plugs to connect your USB cables for charging as they don't exist. The lady who checked us in was not very friendly or nice. Dark hair, maybe in her late 40's early 50's. Customer service might not be the right job for her. All the cleaning staff we ran into were very nice and helpful though. The lobby and grounds were beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and decors. It was so inviting and warm. Nothing of that nature reflected in the rooms and hallways which were dated and bland. My daughter kept asking if it was haunted because the ambience was so cold, nothing inviting. Maybe new warm paint colors, paintings. Things to make it feel like the lobby warmth. We appreciated how spacious the rooms were and the free shuttle service to and from Disney Resort as they are much further down from the main attraction. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi and they had a few restaurants in the hotel making it convenient if you were too tired to go out. Overall, it was a decent, inexpensive place to sleep. caulking throughout the rooms and scratches all over the
- 5/5
Room was huge staff was great
- 5/5
Very convenient location to Disneyland, The shuttle service and drivers were excellent, never waiting long for a shuttle, very friendly staff at the check in and shuttle service.
- 3/5
The rooms need updating. There was blood stains in our comforter. There were hot Cheetos left in the corner of the room-on the floor. That tells me they don’t vacuum. The tub had so much grime and just looked old and mildewed. Wasn’t comfortable taking a bath.
- 3/5
The positive: great breakfast and service staff at breakfast. The tram to Disneyland was frequent and convenient,
- 1/5
Terrible rude treatment, because the offe
- 5/5
Everyone was nice especially the shuttle drivers.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing as always. Asked for a room close to the front and ended up with a room in the back of the hotel and the road noise was horrible. It started at 5am every day. The only negative I would really say would be that they didn’t have the shuttles running enough especially when it was raining.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
I would stay at the hotel again including the price it was affordable.
- 3/5
Was very nice and room was spacious but the beds were so uncomfortable even on the bunk beds tv was so tiny . Also bring your own pillows there pillows were awful so glad our family did , and we brought the kids extra blankets hotel said they didn’t have any more . Next time I will be booking a different hotel
- 3/5
Completely different than the lady that I just was helping me the night before made me very sad. I left my parking and I had to pay to get out even though I paid for the parking for the 2 nights. Nobody told me just push the button. But I paid it when I went back to tell Maria, she was very upset. Like it was my fault. Anyways, when I brought back the tickets for them to re and make sure that they would work to get out the next morning, the staff was not very friendly well.I stayed there again.Absolutely not. There's so many other options
- 5/5
Our experience with this property exceeded all expectations. Location adjacent to Disney, shuttle to the park, beautifully decorated lobby and grounds, friendly staff, large rooms, and good restaurant options made this the perfect choice for our family of seven.
- 5/5
Very nice room
- 5/5
It was cozy and decorated beautifully.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
For the holidays already which was an added bonus and magic for our kids. The sushi restaurant on site is always a must as well!
- 5/5
By far my favorite place to stay! Staff is extra friendly, super accommodating and go the extra mile for us! The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable!
- 5/5
I loved staying here ! Hotel was so nice staff was super helpful . I love the decorations . I just wish that there were bigger trash bins in the rooms and that they had extra bags . I feel like the mini bins got full so fast especially with 2 children .
- 3/5
Breakfast was good and staff all around was great. Better coffee too.
- 5/5
People at desk were very helpful. I especially appreciate that they put three rooms together for my family.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you!
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room
- 5/5
Check in was amazing
- 2/5
We didn’t notice the room had cobwebs under the chairs and wasn’t clean. But we did notice that it smelled like mildew and I sprayed Lysol everywhere. We’ve stayed here before and never experienced this problem. Then we noticed behind the couch that there was a dead cockroach ! We told front desk and they upgraded us to a different room. Won’t go back disappointed. ☹️
- 5/5
Comfortable room and peaceful environment
- 5/5
3rd time staying at majestic!! Super convenient and great stay
- 3/5
Booked this hotel for our trip to Disneyland. Overall the room was ok but, it was not 100% clean, they could add more outlets for charging electronics. We stayed in the first floor and would probably request a higher floor next time because there are these lights right outside of the window that made it seem like it was daytime all day and disturbed our sleep. The transportation to and from Disneyland was great!
- 5/5
Room was Great
- 5/5
Nice hotel decorated for Christmas. Clean comfortable room. Great dining options. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Yes very clean and staff are very helpful
- 5/5
Great stay! Will be returning soon!
- 5/5
Amazing experience. Castle theme hotel, castle room n all amenities made me feel like a princess. Breakfast buffet and deli were fabulous as were the staff!!!! Best hotel in Anaheim❤️
- 5/5
Beautiful garden, Inside there's a shop that has everything, including souvenirs to take home. The only downsides are the very small elevator and the bathrooms, which look very old and in need of renovation. I loved that there's a bus to Disneyland so you don't need to move the car.😃
- 5/5
Me encanta la comida el servicio de 100 el de la Bar muy amable
- 3/5
Room was clean and staff are
- 3/5
Some parts of the room were unclean. Desk and table were dirty. So was the coffee maker.
- 3/5
What saved the experience for us was the amazing and kind staff that checked us in and gave us what we needed to feel more comfortable.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The service is always top notch as well. The free shuttle to and from Disney is a great perk. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will definitely do so again when we visit Disneyland.
- 5/5
Room was great! Perfect for a trip to Disney. Shuttle service is a huge plus!
- 5/5
I loved how close this property was to Disneyland but was outside of that. they had just decorated for Christmas which made magical and fun!! there was a big fireplace with a Christmas tree you could sit and enjoy a cozy breakfast or snack. The staff was always around, always helpful and really genuinely nice. the room was awesome and around the Majestic Gardens with the sweet little mama duck and her ducklings, the pool was gorgeous, I loved the jacuzzi!! I was the only one in it one morning and the Magic Bus seemed to appear just exactly when you needed it to go to Disneyland and get back from Disneyland. I will definitely be back and I will stay at the Majestic Garden Hotel again when I go to Disneyland!!
- 4/5
Staff was friendly but the staff in the restaurant were so so rude.
- 5/5
Everything was good!!!
- 5/5
Room was clean and tidy.
