The hotel is praised for its proximity to Disneyland and cleanliness, but there are several complaints about noise, unprofessional staff, and lack of breakfast. Some guests also mention outdated facilities and poor maintenance.

The breakfast was not an ordinary breakfast. Only amenities they had were coffee, juice, and water. I was very disappointed!

The man that checked us in was superb, everyone else was rude. The pool was dirty day 1 but got cleaned on day 2. Fireworks are directly overhead which was nice…. Unless trying to sleep. The garbage truck woke us up at 0400, with back up siren. Location was great.

The room was clean. Definitely not a place to stay with infants unless you bring your own tub and crib/playpen. Breakfast? There's no breakfast unless you call a granola bar and juice breakfast. I only stayed there over night which was fine.

Always a great experience staying here. This is our goto hotel whenever we have a trip in Disneyland. Only thing issue we had was the miscommunication with staff or their system. We were already inside our room when one of the staff just opened the door, we just arrived and just resting on the bed (decent), could have been worst, otherwise it was always a pleasure staying here

Bed was comfy, staff was nice, they have an ice machine and water available which was great for filling our bottle for Disneyland. And the pool and spa felt great. Check in was a breeze and front desk people were very nice and fast working. Free parking and lots of it behind the building. And very close walking distance to downtown Disney. Would chose this place again if we get breakfast next time we come The garbage truck picked up at 5am everyday, not a great way to wake up before long days. The bathroom stank when we arrived and smelt bad the rest of the trip. No one cleaned the room the whole week we stayed so we had to ask for more towels. NO BREAKFAST, all we get is 4 granola bars we chose this place for the price, breakfast, free parking and pool. But very disappointed in lack of breakfast. You can’t even chose what granola bars you get they give them to you in a paper bag

The room itself was fairly decent however I checked in late so I had to use the walk up window check in. I'm sure if I had come inside it would have been fine but the window check in area was really grubby. Lots of flying insects dead and alive around the window and drawer area. Check in process was a little slow but the employee was alone. The outside areas on a whole were a little run down also. It was a quick stay so I can't comment on much else but as I said the room itself was ok.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and I like the fact that the sink was outside from the toilet and shower so people could use that while the restroom was actually being used. Staff were professional and polite. I like that there was an elevator and it was clean. I like the fact of how close it is to Disney. Just be prepared as infants are counted toward the maximum of 4 allotted per room.

Very close to Disneyland — honestly the only good thing about this place. This was hands down the WORST place I’ve ever stayed during all my trips to Los Angeles. Calling this a “hotel” is a joke — it’s basically a disgusting motel, and I honestly feel completely scammed. The staff are unbelievably incompetent, and the entire place is a nightmare. Room Conditions: The photos online are completely fake and misleading. The actual room looks NOTHING like the pictures. The shower head and bathtub looked like something straight out of a crime scene motel from the 1970s. The floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned in forever — there was thick dust everywhere. The shampoo and body wash bottles were the kind anyone could just unscrew and tamper with, and they were FILTHY. There was even hair left inside from previous guests. I seriously almost threw up. You can literally tell from the photos how lazy and careless the cleaning is. This place is an absolute dump — honestly feels like hell. Appliances: The staff told us they unplug all the appliances “to save electricity,” so guests have to plug everything back in themselves. The problem is the plugs don’t even reach the outlets. To use anything, you have to physically move the table holding the refrigerator and microwave, and it’s ridiculously heavy. Completely absurd and unacceptable. Parking: The parking spaces are tiny. During check-in they REQUIRE you to provide your license plate number, yet I still received a towing warning from their brain-dead staff because I didn’t leave the parking permit on the dashboard. Then what’s the point of asking for my plate number in the first place? How about checking your own system instead of acting like mindless robots only looking for a parking tag?

The rooms were clean, and the area felt safe, close to Disneyland parking structure but to walk its about 30 min walk to Disneyland Breakfast included should not be posted as advertised, because it's just 2 granola bars and hot coffee or apple juice... that needs to be stated clearly. Also 2 pillows per bed, really, there should be 4 pillows per bed, not ask if needed more. That's a standard at most hotels.

To summarize our bad experience...Upon getting settled into our room, we realized that the sink was clogged. I reported this to the front desk and they offered to switch us to a different room. I accepted since we would surely need to wash our hands again. The second room was worse but at first the only thing I noticed was that the dead bolt was broken. I decided to cross my fingers that we were safe and ignored that one. In the middle of the night when I got up to use the restroom, it became clear that the toilet was not in working order. It was not clogged - it simply wouldn't flush. So we went from one room with pluming issues to another room with pluming issues. Except this time we couldn't change rooms because it was the middle of the night and my young son was asleep and we would need to get up in a few short hours - I was too exhausted to move all of our things AGAIN. When I brought up the issues to management, they were unhelpful to say the least. They asked if we wanted to switch rooms again and I asked if there was someone who could help me move our things this time since I have mobility issues and it has been very difficult for me to already move our things in and out twice. He said no, that I can either move our things myself or choose to stay in that room even though the toilet was not in working order. I asked why do we keep getting put into rooms with pluming issues and he asked why we didn't let them know sooner? As if it's my job to inspect the whole room before getting settled. I feel like it's a safe assumption that the staff should know which rooms have issues and which rooms do not, and they should not be putting guests in rooms with known issues - especially unworking pluming! I was only asking for late checkout as compensation for the hassle but they refused to do that and declined to offer any sort of credit on the room. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was ok. The breakfast was a pure fraud. They handed me a bag of dried cakes they called breakfast. The only reason I got a hotel instead of Airbnb is because my wife didn't want to cook breakfast. They even showed a breakfast room in the photos but didn't allow me to enter it when I was there. This is pure fraud and I am considering a lawsuit towards them.

Despite the description, there is no “breakfast” except for a paper bag you are given at check-in with two granola bars in it. Juice and coffee are the only thing offered in the dining area in the morning. The rooms were not well stocked (no conditioner, and the shampoo was almost empty) and the mini fridge stunk horribly when we plugged it in (so we opted to not use it). The best thing about this hotel is the walking distance to Disney.

The toilet was literally up against the wall in the bathroom so you had to sit diagonally! And the door to the bathroom was right up against the toilet also. Very uncomfortable. Shower was fine. But we had to ask for fluffier towels at the front seat because the towels were like loofahs! And so thin. So after we got some better towels, it was fine. Breakfast??? Nope! They gave us a bag of 8 granola bars to last us the 4 mornings we were there. Ridiculous. Seeing that that advertised a free breakfast comes with our stay! Walk to Disneyland was only 25 minutes so the location was great

The beds were comfortable and the location for us going to Disneyland was amazing! The toilet didn't flush well at all, the path of the 2nd floor definitely had a tilt towards the ground going on, and their "breakfast" was very misleading. It was only 2 granola bars that they give you in a brown paper bag. I booked this location specifically because they said they offered breakfast.
- 1/5
The floors were disgusting , filthy dirty. My poor grandchild’s feet were black from the floor. Management didn’t have their facts together because on the phone 1 girl was truly nice meeting our needs then later when I called again got a different employee and told me that none of what someone else said was true, talked to a third person a man and it changed again. It seemed like they were making up policy to only meet their needs. Very frustrating. Will not stay there again! My daughter’s room wasn’t even clean and it was after 5 pm. She checked in, got her room key and walked into bed not even made, nothing had been cleaned! We had a joining room to help her with her child and she had to move 4 rooms down. It was just frustrating experience.

The listing said that breakfast was included. The breakfast was 3 granola bars that they gave you in a bag the first night. I’m sure it said that somewhere in the fine print and it really didn’t ruin our trip, but most places that serve breakfast have at least a little more than just 3 granola bars

Property/room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and accommodating. I placed a Walmart order for snacks and they kept it at the front desk for us. You can also store your scooter in the lobby to charge overnight. This is a little farther from the parks than we usually stay. There’s a lot of traffic and a major intersection that we had to navigate, but that has nothing to do with the property it’s just something to think about.

· Much nicer than expected and has everything you need. Third stay here and I think it’s been updated .Really nice room with microwave fridge coffeemaker large tv hairdryer iron charging ports and more. Staff was thoughtful and super nice even when we lost a room key. Gave us a room on second floor right by stairs and elevator (we are 70). Quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to the monorail and into the park without having to go through front gates! Mini market next door. Free parking. Nice clean pool and hot tub. Disliked · Really nothing except they could put at least some cereal and milk in the “breakfast room” instead of giving a bag of granola bars. I’m allergic to oats so just got something next door so no big deal at all.

We booked this for the price and amenities for our Disneyland trip. We knew we weren’t going to a 5 start resort, but the pictures did not match what we saw or stayed in. The room was clean, but everything was broken or “fixed” and looked unprofessionally done. If you are traveling with a curious toddler like we did, then this is not the place to stay primarily because the door is EXTREMELY easy to open and is a very light door. We also booked here because of the complimentary breakfast. However, between booking and arrival, the hotel changed and no longer offered a complimentary breakfast, BUT STILL HAD SIGNS SAYING SO. They only offered coffee, tea and granola bars. On top of that, upon arrival, the staff member I spoke to acted like I was stupid and that they “never had” a complimentary breakfast before. Half of the parking there was blocked off for employees and buses, so there was maybe 20 spaces open for parking. There was one gentleman who was nice and helped us with a new key when we tried to get to the hot tub - which was not clean and had a rusted bobby pin at the bottom of it. The walk to Downtown Disney was about a 20 minute speed walk, so not too bad. Overall.. If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep to go to Disneyland, then this is fine. As a family who was looking for a good deal and a nice place to stay, then I would highly recommend finding other accommodations.

When we arrived at night, the lobby was closed, and the receptionist assisted us through a tiny window—as if the place were extremely dangerous. The bathroom faucet barely produced any water, though I suppose that worked out fine, since the sink was clogged and the water wouldn't drain anyway... The beds and floors were clean. The hotel website stated that breakfast was "light" (though, naturally, this was written in very small print amidst a massive block of text—I suspect specifically so that people would get tired of reading and never actually reach that particular piece of information... *laughs*). I think it would have been more honest if they had simply stated that no breakfast was provided, offering the granola bars as a complimentary gesture instead; that way, we wouldn't have felt misled by the claim that breakfast was included. A positive point for the hotel is its good location.

We realized by paying the price we did we were not expecting a 5 star hotel but based on a 8.0 rating and it now being a Wyndham hotel we thought the experience would be better than it was. First of all on the website and in the lobby there talk about a complimentary breakfast. That is a joke it consisted of juice and granola bars in a bag. I asked about the shuttle to Disneyland and was told that was stopped a long time ago and the ART bus system shut down a week ago. We walked back and forth over 20 minutes each way from the hotel. The room initially looked clean but the chair in the room was so filthy ash’s stained wet couldn’t even use it. The. Blanket was old and super thin and worn out. The bed hurt our backs from being like sleeping on cardboard. The parking was a joke you were Iucky if you found a spot but at least it was free. Day 2 or toilet clogged and when we called the front desk they said they had no maintenance staff they were by themselves and we could go to lobby and get a plunger or call back in 20 minutes. Called back and someone came up she was really nice but she did not bring a plastic bag for the plunger so she leaked toilet water from the bathroom to the door we had to clean up. No toilet roll holder they stuck the toilet paper on part of part of the toilet paper holder that was left. The shower had a uneven bubble in it from being old that made you tilted as you to a shower and had to hold on to the wall so you did not fall.
- 4/5
It was a busy hotel, the parking is available but is a tight fit. You have to park around based on your arrival and departure, everyone is dbl parked. This wasn't an issue for us but we were there such a short time it didn't matter. Everything was clean but the noise level was more than the average hotel in this area. The noise wasn't based on people more about the traffic and street noise. I'd say this is a bit far for a walk if you are visiting the parks.
- 5/5
It was okay for what we paid. Staff could been more friendly, elevator was broken. And our hvac system sounds like it was on its last leg.
- 2/5
One of our criteria was that the hotel provided breakfast. When we arrived and inquired about it we were handed a paper bag with two granola bars in it and were told that was breakfast. The room seemed relatively clean but not fantastic, our shower floor was so warped it felt unsafe as one side was at least 3-4 inches higher than the other with a big bubble. The fridge was basically useless as it only kept drinks lukewarm. The bed was lumpy and they had terrible bedding. My parents stayed in an adjoining room and the 2nd night the toilet clogged. When they called to the front desk they were told to come get their own plunger because no one had time to go up and assist.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and kind. They were able to answer questions i have asked. The hot tub and pool was dirty, so we didnt go in it. The room needed some repairs, extra deep cleaning is needed. We found food crumbs in the red chair, also cob webs with spiders in the bathroom . Which the spider was crawling on my daughters leg in the first night. Also, i was placed next to a room thats running some kind of machine? Not sure what it was but it kept me awake the whole night. I didnt want to leave a review but i think its needed.
- 3/5
Not enough parking. No housekeeping for the 3 days I stayed there. I had to ask for clean towels and I took my own garbage out.
- 3/5
Upon check in we were handed a paper bag marked with the amount of days we were staying. Inside the paper bag was our "complimentary breakfast". We were given 4 granola bars for each day and informed that juice and coffee were available in the morning after 7am. The walls are thin here, so if you have loud neighbors, you will hear it. No smart TVs and the Wifi is terrible. Apparently you can pay for upgraded Wifi. The pool area is decent, but there were several children playing in the hot tub when I was trying to relax after a long day at the Disney parks. Parking is an issue. Free parking for 1 car per room. however, it seems as though they don't have enough parking for all rooms as there are spots in the rear that you will have to be blocked in until the following day. Then after our first night, they put cones up for the front area parking with notes saying it would be unavailable starting the next day so they could park some buses there. The buses should have been parked in the blocked in area in the back.
- 3/5
Slow internet, dim lighting in rooms, no clock, provided "breakfast" was Nature Valley Granola bars in a paper bag, noisy. But the staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were decent and clean. Hotel was 20 minute walk to Disneyland.
- 1/5
The room had hairs on the bathroom light switch
- 1/5
The worst place to stay the DI arrived. I talked to a worker name, Maya. She has blonde hair. She is rude as how she told us one thing when we arrived on Thursday that house cleaning was not available for Friday the next day, but she told me the rest of the days I would be. There would be Saturday, Sunday Monday. They would provide housekeeping, so the next day on Saturday I ended up going to ask the housekeeping, and she claimed that she never told me that, and the housekeeping was full. I had my niece as a witness, and she claimed that she did not say those words, but my niece told her. Yes u did. So she was trying to argue with me back-and-forth. I asked to speak to the manager. She claim that he was not on duty. Also, the toilet plumbing was bad on. The parking was terrible.
- 4/5
All in all it was ok for the price. Can’t walk to the parks even though it’s close by. The sheets were a bit rough but clean.
- 1/5
Spiders bites dirty faucet a lot noice by the room 118 by the housekeeping
- 4/5
The room was clean, the pool was clean, the grounds were clean. The towels were small and scratchy, so we had to request additional towels, but that wasn't an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. Given the proximity to Disneyland, it's 100% a great value.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms for a great price
- 5/5
Hotel is great stay if you want to stay close to Disney !
- 5/5
When checking in, the girl working the front desk was sooo sweet! I wish I remembered her name. I've stayed here 3 times now with my family. Love it! It's very homey and children friendly. Will be back for sure!!!
- 4/5
Parking was good. Room was okay. I usually stay at this property but it was a different experience..
- 5/5
very easy
- 2/5
Room was dirty with stains on bed sheets, would not book again
- 4/5
Location great, staff so kind, rooms clean, minimal amenities…20-25 minute walk to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Don’t expect a real breakfast, staff was super friendly, room was clean enough. Walking distance to downtown Disney and the parks if you don’t mind a decent walk (about 20-25 minutes)
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Stay here all the time! Always a great stay, Super close to Disneyland parking.
- 3/5
breakfast was 1 granola bar , coffee tea or choice of 2 juices. tv sound only go 40 % ,can not hear.
- 5/5
Clean, affordable and great service
- 5/5
Spacious room, and the most important is CLEANNN🔥🔥🔥
- 3/5
Staff very rude Brenda
- 2/5
Staff was very rude
- 5/5
A great place to stay. The Super 8 is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The free parking is also a huge plus! The staff were very friendly, and they kindly gave us some granola bars for light breakfast upon checkin. I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Was good
- 4/5
Breakfast was pre rationed granola bars. Juice and coffee in the lobby. My frustration was online it tells you the property is .7 miles from maingate. In reality its 1.2 mile walk. I would have booked something closer had i known this.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Good condition
- 3/5
After first night bath tub drain slow, no parking available if you come in late , the “continental breakfast “ advertised on web was a big disappointment, this was one of the reasons I picked this motel was for a small breakfast before our days began .
- 4/5
They let us park before check in. We were able to spend more time exploring the area
- 2/5
Necesitan mas limpieza
- 3/5
El staff algunos amables.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel, exactly 1 mile walk to the parks. Breakfast is granola bars like everyone has mentioned. Our shower was newly renovated. Our room did not have carpet. We never heard the neighbors (the hotel was packed).
- 2/5
They stated they had breakfast…they hand you granola bars. No parking anywhere .So pool ? Yeah that was closed .
- 5/5
Super close to Disneyland!!
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Simple and easy. Quick Lyft to Disney.
- 5/5
Loved the stay. Best for the price. Newly renovated hard floor rooms. Good parking. And right next to Disneyland. We just had to walk down the street a block and cause the bus to front gate. Other days we did uber and way better. On $5 a ride to the park
- 3/5
Door had to be slammed in order to latch. Check in staff. No personality. Gave the gentleman ahead of me granola bars but did not offer them to me.
- 3/5
the are is good, the room was clean,I had to ask for more towels because it was a room for 4 and only had towels for 2,then the office had a sign back in 10 mintues, and lot's of people were waiting for more and 1 hour on sunday morning, the con-breakfast was late. but over all just to sleep it was clean.
- 5/5
Wifi is good, room was clean, thin walls make it a little uncomfortable when trying to sleep and can hear other kids yelling in rooms next to yours.
- 4/5
It’s an older facility that could use some upgrading but had no real issues during my two night stay. Staff was friendly. Good location if you’re looking to be near Disneyland.
- 1/5
Staff was surly, TV didnt work properly, barely any lights worked, very dark in the room.
- 3/5
Hotel feels older and dingy. Soft bed to sleep, close to Disney parking entrance, nice front desk attendants, but don’t expect too much. Parking is scant and cramped if you arrive late. Included breakfast is just granola bars. Too expensive for what it is.
- 4/5
Internet was OK and we didn’t experience any laundry services
- 5/5
Great proximity to the parks
- 4/5
Room was clean. Showerhead was leaking water at the wall mount. Staff was friendly and nice.
- 5/5
Will definitely come back
- 1/5
WiFi was nice
- 5/5
Its a lovely hotel. Super clean and right next to the park.
- 3/5
The breakfast was fake news and aware you would receive negative feedback. The room 231 top drawer won't shut and will open by itself. its either unbalanced or needs to be fully replaced. Wish there were more blankets rather than the thin ones provided. But overall the stay was alright, cheap and was straight to the point.
- 1/5
Outdated and dirty
- 4/5
Location was great, loved the price and walkability to Disney. Room was clean and parking easy. Only thing we didn't care for were the itty bitty scratchy towels and the complementary breakfast being dry granola bars. Otherwise, great stay and staff were friendly.
- 2/5
They oversell and under deliver. It's father from Disneyland than they make it sound. They say they have a light breakfast but really they just have you a few granola bars when you check in. Water pressure is really bad and toilets struggle to flush much down. Fridge and microwave were old and didn't always function correctly. Loose tiles in the bathroom. Bedding wasn't very comfortable. They don't have enough parking so sometimes your car gets blocked in by other cars. Staff wasn't rude but they weren't nice either.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and courteous. Very professional. They call ahead and confirm reservation and policiies. I took the chance to ask about options to the park. Due to a highlight of location. Didn't really offer suggestions. But I figured out myself. Room itself was definitely aged. But overall clean. There is basically no breakfast. They'll provide coffee or juice. And give you granola bars at check-in. Based on length of stay. I recommend for a short stay and for a single or couple.
- 3/5
Room ok, we had to plug in fridge and it didn’t work. Thin towels, very noisy near the road and with neighboring rooms.
- 4/5
This is my second time staying and everything went well, front desk staff is super friendly. Only
- 2/5
Dirty. Sheets were not fitted and not soft. Pillow lumpy.
- 4/5
Close to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Customer service and room cleanliness
- 5/5
It was great!
- 2/5
Room was ok but rest of hotel was run down. Beds were not good. And what they call breakfast is a granola bar. But staff was good. Would not stay there again.
- 3/5
-
- 2/5
Rude person on desktop, theres qno breakfast at all, they just give u a bag of lunch haha
- 4/5
Good value, spacious room, no complaints
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
Lady in the front was not nice
- 3/5
The room was clean and pest free. However pretty dated. The toilet was troublesome and took some convincing to flush. At least we got free parking.
- 4/5
Room was clean, bed was comfy, nice fluffy pillows, front desk staff was nice.
- 1/5
Rooms are nice facility is nice right close to Disneyland except don't ever try to park here because the management won't allow you to park up front they force you to park in the back claiming that spots are for people that haven't showed up and they'll even call you at midnight and wake you up and tell you to move your car
- 5/5
Everything is smooth.
- 4/5
La habitación estaba limpia con un frigobar, microondas y calentador de la habitación.
- 4/5
Rom was clean, staff was great. Parking kinda sucks but other than that would stay there again
- 4/5
Clean rooms, friendly service
- 4/5
.
- 1/5
Horrible! Not safe at all for any women. My hotel was broken in too and the staff did not care. please please go for another hotel my door was open a male was in my room.
- 4/5
The stay was good. The only issues were the attendants were very rude and short with me and my girlfriend. It was loud to the extent of people going to Disneyland stay there. With that in mind you constantly hear bags up and down the stairs and going across the balcony. Also the fireworks will wake you up at 9:30 on Friday.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Room was fine, beds were comfortable. Lighting in the rooms are terrible as a woman we need lighting to get ready. We had no hot water just lukewarm so showers were quick and they stayed they offered breakfast but it was only coffee, tea and juices. It a friendly front desk staff. Will not be staying again.
- 1/5
Most horrible experience ever!!! I would never recommend your business at all!!! Heater wasn’t working, charging for internet and what got me was the granola bars for breakfast wow! So you false advertising. I will file a BBB
- 4/5
Clean, close to Disneyland. The light breakfast was granola bars they give you when you check in. And beverages in the morning. I was expecting more of a continental breakfast.
- 2/5
La recepcionista no fue muy informativa. No hicieron limpieza del cuarto y nos dieron un pretexto muy infantil. El hotel no se vé como en las fotos. Las fotos que estan en la página estan retocadas, el hotel se vé un poco viejo.
- 3/5
All the electronics in the room were unplugged and the window was left open. Just a little things but they made it seem like the room wasn’t really read to be in.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very courteous and cheerful. Room was clean and met our needs.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and accommodating
- 5/5
Excellent Staff service, rooms were clean. Excellent overall.
- 2/5
Room ok need updates
- 5/5
We will be back
- 5/5
Good star
- 5/5
Staff was really nice and helpful when we checked in
- 3/5
The staff was nice, location was okay and the room was just fine. It definitely needs to be refurbished, especially the doors as for some reason light peaks through the cracks despite being fully closed. We just needed somewhere to sleep while visiting Disneyland, it served its purpose. Not sure if I would come back.
- 5/5
Friendly service at check in Traffic is pretty bad in the area
- 4/5
The beds were quite comfortable but the top bedding was a bit thin. The towels needed replacing because they were very old and low quality. Parking was great and enough for every room.
- 5/5
Room was clean and it was super convenient to the Disneyland. I ready the reviews and this is more of breakfast snacks not a full breakfast or continental breakfast. But with the mini fridge and microwave it’s so easy to just get something to reheat.
- 4/5
Clean and close proximity to Disneyland. I wish we could have parked for the day we checked in and out. Also, bfast advertised should not be advertised at all.
- 3/5
This hotel is convenient to Disneyland. But it's in a very high-traffic area with limited sidewalk availability, so walking to the park wasn't an easy an option. Rooms were clean, but nothing exceptional. Older hotel. Website states that free breakfast is included. At checkin, they handed me a brown paper lunch bag with four granola bars in it.
- 2/5
Very limited parking (free parking). Rented 2 rooms but only took 1 car and couldn’t find parking.
- 5/5
Room was clean, bathroom looked like it was recently renovated. Staff was really friendly.
- 2/5
I am not sure where they are getting top rated reviews. Fake reviews? If it wouldn't be for the staff who are friendly and helpful; I would've rated them zero stars. First of all, there's no free breakfast offered as claimed on Expedia. NOT EVEN CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. ALL THEY GIVE YOU IS A GRANOLA BAR PER PERSON. I said no thank you, you can keep your granola bars. The only reason I preferred to have breakfast offered at the hotel is convenience to avoid losing time and getting to Disneyland faster in the morning to avoid the crowds. Beds are so hard and pillows are super hard too. I couldn't sleep at all. Room is super noisy, you can hear literally everything. The room and bathroom were clean at least; although I got bit by something. I couldn't figure out what bit me. Location is convenient. You take bus 11 on Ball Drive ART bus station and bus drops you off right in front of Disneyland. My son and I are fans of either walking or taking public transportation everywhere we visit. Thanks to the employee who directed us to the bus station. Only plus is the free parking and hot tub which I enjoyed. But I won't ever be staying here again. Please consider other options for your visit to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Super convenient location.
- 3/5
The room was ok. It could use a new a/c unit. It was old and didn't work well. We had to have it on cool in order to get circulation inside the room. Also the lighting in the room was poor. It could be better.
- 5/5
Clean good location if going to Disney
- 3/5
Also, this location is the launching point for the fireworks at 9 pm, sounded like massive gunfire… we were not informed about this so we were very alarmed & caught off guard!!
- 5/5
Great location, clean rooms and nice staff. Stayed one night
- 4/5
The room was clean but the bathroom and shower especially needs to be updated the shower drained extremely slow, other than that the staff was kind and helpful and close enough to Disneyland to walk.
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
“ Basic Light Breakfast serves from 7am to 10am daily . 2 kinds of Granola Bars; 2 kinds of juices, Coffee/Decaf, and Teas. ” I never received response to the message as to why it’s advertised as breakfast and not snacks. Everyone is handed the supposedly breakfast granola when they check in at 3 pm itself. The rooms and furniture are old.. the bathroom is too small and towels are dirty… Worst thing - no one smiles or even cares to wish good morning / evening at the front desk.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and accommodating.
- 4/5
Good low budget option. Easy walk to Downtown Disney. Not a lot of food options in close walking range. Gas station convenience store close by.
- 5/5
The room was great. Clean & very comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 2/5
On check-out day, we asked to extend our parking so we wouldn’t have to pay at Disneyland, and the clerk was rude and refused. We ended up booking a better hotel with actual breakfast for $80 and small deposit. This hotel completely ruined our Disney experience. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re on a tight budget—I’d rather pay more to stay on Disney property than return here.
- 5/5
It was nice!
- 4/5
Decent price, close to Disneyland
- 3/5
It smelled like sewage in our room had to keep the bathroom door closed.. it seems they have plumbing issues.
- 3/5
Taking breakfast away is a huge mistake. It was one of the reasons I booked this hotel; especially since it was advertised as a full breakfast when I booked. A granola bar per person per day, in a brown paper bag, is not far from being treated like an inmate.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Rooms were found clean and staff was attentive and quick.
- 1/5
We needed an extra parking spot and the Hotel wouldn’t accommodate that. It was sold out and we had to park somewhere else. I offered to pay for a spot but they still said no. So FYI is you only have 1 room and More then 1 car your out of luck.
- 1/5
The room was very outdated. The toilet was very loud and the shower floor looked dirty. I could hear every noise coming from the outside and upstairs. We booked for 3 nights and left one night early. Staff was not friendly especially the night shift attendant.
- 4/5
everything worked well during my stay
- 4/5
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with handy amenities like a microwave and fridge. Friendly staff, free parking, and a great value.
- 1/5
The location and staff of this hotel was great, what fell short is advertising “free breakfast”. This was the main reason I booked and when I arrived to check in I was handed a brown paper bag with 4 granola bars and was told that was my “free breakfast”. It should be illegal to promote free breakfast and not actually provide free breakfast to guest. Totally unacceptable.
- 3/5
Parking is an issue… all handicap is at one side of buildings … or in back of buildings farthest from rooms… and night manager calls late at night (waking room up) if parked in 15 minutes zone if no handicap parking anywhere expecting handicap to walk from back of building all the way around …. Continental breakfast is granola bars…. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable… towels are pretty skimpy.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious and 18 mins walk to Disneyland. Staff are friendly and helpful
- 3/5
An older hotel, towels at small and thin. Hotel was clean but not spotless because of the age. With that said the price is reasonable for the area and parking for one car is free overnight.
- 4/5
Has station is a short 2 minute walk and Disneyland Parking is literally right there, turn right and drive straight in. The biggest reason I booked this hotel. Hot tub and pool were open, we used the hot tub to soak our legs after walking all day.
- 5/5
Go to place to stay for Disneyland. Walking distance. Free parking. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean with fridge and microwave!
- 5/5
A little noisy but a great stay.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfy. Staff were happy to assist with information
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Late check-in available. Rooms were clean. The only thing we were disappointed with was the “breakfast served 7-9am”. We got a paper bag with nature valley granola bars
- 4/5
We loved our stay. Property is a bit dated but beds were great, staff was great. Will definitely go back. Only thing I wish was different was breakfast options and more mirrors outside the bathroom so multiple people can get ready at a time
- 3/5
We specifically booked this place for the free breakfast, which the pictures show a nice dining room, but for breakfast they give you a natures valley bar. Not the money saver a was hoping for.
- 2/5
The room was pretty dated the bathroom had mold the front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. Location is ok not to far from Disney
- 4/5
Clean room. Needs better breakfast
- 1/5
They don’t offer what they post for amenities. For your breakfast. They only give you a granola bar, juice and/or coffee. When I spoke to manager. He said that is what they give and there is nothing he could do because it’s a “ corporate thing “
- 2/5
Advertised breakfast but there was no breakfast; beds were hard; wouldn’t let my husband check in and when hotels.com added him, they said we would have to have an id with both our names on it.
- 5/5
Yes it was good
- 5/5
Very close to disneyland resort. Location is perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Finding parking is no issue. Would stay again for Disneyland vacation.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 1/5
The service was OK that the hotel is not the greatest and good luck on parking spots. If you get there late, they will have you park behind someone and then you will have to get up early to move your car in order for them to get out. The heater in our room did not work.
- 4/5
Affordable and easy access to Disney
- 4/5
This property is impressively well kept, especially for its age. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would gladly return to this establishment.
- 3/5
Also, when we looked under the sink to put some bags away, we found a cockroach. It was dead, but nonetheless very unsettling.
- 5/5
CleN
- 3/5
Room was clean. Had the basics. Breakfast was granola bars. Good for the price of stay.
- 3/5
No complimentary breakfast, which is why I choose this place. They gave us granola bars and said it was called a “light breakfast“
- 5/5
Clean room, wonderful staff, and a nice walk to the parks.
- 5/5
Very accomodating. Let us checked in an hour earlier and the room is really nice with seems like a new bathroom.
- 5/5
Rome was clean
- 5/5
Courteous staff. Clean and newly renovated room.
- 2/5
The floor was sticky and a cockroach was in the room.
- 4/5
Room was nice and loved that it was super close to Disneyland! The tub drained a bit slower but that's ok. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Bed was super comfy, the breakfast is just granola bars and juice and coffee in the morning. Technically they are not lying because to some that’s breakfast, but it’s more like a snack. Overall, pleasant stay.
- 3/5
Overall, it was an average stay. We have stayed here previously, but this time the experience was subpar. Out of our one week stay, housekeeping only came in once, despite calling front desk the night prior to perform housekeeping. Not to mention, in our room there was adult items which left my family quite weirded out because children were the ones to fine the items. Not to mention, when we decided to talk to the front desk, there was this employee who had glasses, dirty blonde hair, who treated us poorly because we spoke in spanish amongst ourselves in regards to the housekeeping and just a very nasty attitude in general. Overall, it is a good stay because it is a 15 minute walk to disneyland and only use it to sleep. But this experience, was a complete letdown compared to my other stays here.
- 3/5
There was dust on the shelves. Spider webs in the room.
- 5/5
Very well located, close to Disneyland. All the staff was very curtious, room was clean.
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Room was close to Disneyland.
- 2/5
They don't have enough parking spaces.
- 2/5
Old room smelled like smoke reserved a smoke free room
- 3/5
One thing that threw my family and I was there “complementary breakfast” was actually just granola bars…
- 4/5
Location for a Disney vacation is perfect, however the “breakfast” is a bag of granola bars.
- 5/5
Always great staff. Rooms are clean & I am pretty sure updated since we were here last.
- 3/5
The first room was a horrible, I felt like the guys in the next room couldn’t be any louder. The room was kinda old a not well kept. I asked the man at the front desk about moving and he did move us. Once that was done the new room was so much better, it had upgrades and made the stay worth it.
- 5/5
Staff were very helpful and pelite felt safe at this hotel
- 3/5
Supposed to be breakfast included and they only offer coffee , tea and juice
- 4/5
The staff was courteous and helpful, and the room was clean. The location was walkable to Disney but a bit far for food and other amenities. The hot tub was working. Our wall seemed thin on the ground level, and we could hear our neighbors easily. We had to call the front desk to make a complaint after 11pm and it was resolved.
- 1/5
Avoid at all cost! This hotel flat out lies about the services they offer. Breakfast was them actually handing us a couple of granola bars at check in. When I asked them about breakfast, they stated "It's a light breakfast." They are intentionally misleading people on Expedia when they state breakfast is included. Also, their "free parking" is actually noon to noon. So if you're thinking of staying there and walking to the theme parks, that's out of the question! In my opinion, this facility should be pulled from Expedia for flat out false statements. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I've spent nights at many facilities in the Disney area over the last 30 years and this is by far the worst I've encountered!
- 2/5
The check-in and check-out staff were very kind and accommodating. That being said, the room was dirty upon check-in—the floors left our feet black and some room amenities (phone, hairdryer) had gunk build-up. The toilet water pressure was non existent—it took 3+ flushes for anything to go down, and eventually it gave out. When inquiring about room service and maintenance, the staff person was short. They explained that room service must be ordered a day in advance, but that maintenance would look at the problem. We scheduled room service for the day after, and they never showed up to clean. We stayed 3 nights before room service came, we ordered it on the 2nd night. The proximity to Disneyland does not make this place worth the stay. If you’re looking for motel quality, then you’ll be just fine here.
- 5/5
Family and I stayed here for our Disney trip, it was so confident for being close by. The two woman in the front office were amazing! Would definitely stay here again in the future.
- 5/5
We rented this room just to have a place to sleep while we go to the park every day. For that purpose it is excellent. The price is super competitive room is clean and comfortable and everything is working. You can Uber to the park for between seven dollars in the morning and $20 at the end of the day which is cheaper than the price of renting a car and parking it in Disneyland and you get delivered right to the front door. The breakfast is not really a breakfast. It’s only juice and coffee and granola bars so don’t count on that to start your day. I would not even classify it as a continental breakfast. But there’s a microwave in a fridge in the room and you can buy some snacks at the gas station two doors down and eat whatever you want. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Breakfast was two granola bars and coffee or water.

The free parking was a definite perk as we were able to walk to Disneyland and save $$ on parking. We would stay again at this hotel, but would bring our own bath towels as they were thin, small, and rough. We would also bring ear plugs as the traffic and fireworks from Disneyland made for some restless rest.
- 3/5
Most staff were kind and helpful. The shower did not drain very well.
- 5/5
This property is listed with free breakfast but they do not have breakfast, they offer coffee and juice in the morning, and granola bars when you check in. The room was clean but the tub is dingy. The towels are thin like paper towels. The front desk agents were very nice and courteous. The hotel is walking distance from Disneyland.
- 4/5
The vending machine was not filled with beverages. Parking was limited. There was no house keeping. Our room was not cleaned once during our 2 day stay or fresh towels provided we had to request the towels.
- 5/5
It’s a 9.5/10 stay
- 1/5
Hotel isnt the cleanest, garbage truck wakes you at 4:30 am every morning. This property should not be able to advertise that they ha e breakfast when theu just give you a bag of granola bars.
- 3/5
This property is what you would expect at that price. The staff was friendly and got us checked in late at night. Our room was along the main road so you could hear the cars driving by. It wasn’t necessarily a nice room but wasn’t horrible either. It did have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. As others mentioned, the included breakfast is a few granola bars, coffee, and tea. The walk to downtown Disney wasn’t too bad. It took us about 20 minutes to walk and we felt safe the entire way there and back at night. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower, this is definitely fits the bill and the budget range. We would probably stay again to save a few bucks.
- 4/5
The area and room was nice and clean had mini fridge, iron and board, coffee maker, microwave and hairdryer the front desk attendant was nice and helpful but better watch out or locked your belongings the cleaning crew stole two of my bracelets I did not put at complaint because there weren't that valuable but just the fact of people still it's not Good
- 4/5
Room was spacious beds were comfortable except for the pillows were a bit to fluffy n woke up with our neck hurting !!
- 2/5
The “breakfast” was granola bars, the air conditioner made a loud noise. Light out in the bathroom area and could barely see to put makeup on. Wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean.
- 3/5
It was nice that its right by Disneyland, but they say breakfast is included and they give you brown paper bags with granola bars for the mornings. Their room cards have a picture of a kid eating a giant stack of waffles and all they give you is granola bars. And our room had a bunch of hair in the drain.
- 2/5
Breakfast was just coffee, juice and 1 granola bar per guest. They should better mention the items that are given instead of “breakfast included”
- 2/5
The hotel is old, they advertise that breakfast is included but they don’t serve anything, they just give you a cheap granola bar for “breakfast” at arrival.
- 1/5
There is NO BREAKFAST as advertised all u get is granola and juice, The room horrible it smelled awful when we opened the door, the room was dirty, towels were stained and dirty, fridge had black looked like mold inside and microwave weren’t even plugged so most likely they didn’t work I immediately went back to front desk and informed them I wasn’t staying there and checked out ask if I could cancel my reservation and be refunded since I wasn’t even there 5 mins but front desk refused I will be disputing the charge with my bank
- 4/5
Staff was nice and understanding. Hotel is at walking distance from Disneyland.
- 5/5
Excellently
- 4/5
Staff was really friendly during our stay. We stayed on the second floor. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and refrigerator worked great. The only downside was noise. We could hear the people walking around upstairs. They checked out a day before us, we could here each loug
- 5/5
Beautiful people
- 4/5
Negatives: housekeeping never came, no shuttle to Disneyland
- 5/5
It was a great experience.
- 3/5
Update online descriptions to be accurate.
- 5/5
Fully remodeled rooms, comfortable beds, good sized rooms, very good value for the price!
- 2/5
We booked this property specifically because it advertised that it included a free breakfast . We hoped this would offset the cost of buying food within Disneyland. At check-in we were given a bag of 16 granola bars (4 for each day of our stay). That was the “free breakfast”. I do not consider granola bars to be breakfast. I absolutely would not have booked this hotel knowing that was what was being offered. Hugely disappointing.
- 5/5
Staff very helpful and polite
- 5/5
Very clean, and great staff, close to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Everything was set up as it should be. Great if you’re only going to be there for a few days just to sleep/rest and spend the rest of your day at the Disneyland parks. Body was and shampoo is provided and beds and floors were clean. It’s only a mile or so from Disneyland. Very convenient. The only thing is I wish the parking spaces were wider.
- 2/5
Drainage for tub was not working & the sink. Management is aware
- 3/5
Our 4 day stay was pleasant. The young lady at night durning our check in was super friendly. The beds were very comfy. The room is somewhat dated but everything worked. We had a bit of walk to Disneyland about (30 min) but it was enjoyable. The free parking was definitely a plus.
- 5/5
Very clean towels bed sheets
- 5/5
I like that the hotel is close to Disneyland..
- 3/5
I would’ve rated this as 5 stars, or at minimum 4 because service was great. But I booked this hotel to have breakfast, so no breakfast, I dropped it down to 3 stars. Also, there is a $150 deposit when you check in, and I was highly advised to use “cash” instead of card, so you’ll get your money back right away.
- 5/5
It’s been a spot I’ve been booking everytime I’ve came to Disneyland nice and safe.!
- 5/5
Clean, really nice rooms. The staff took very good care of us. The property is very well maintained. Would stay there again.
- 1/5
No staff at desk upon arrival and gave us a dirty room. Switched rooms room was hot so left air on while gone. Returned several hours later still warm. Called matinence, couldn’t completely repair so at 3:00am we slept in another room. Returned to room got dressed sweating and left.Spoke to GM, was willing to take off $30.00. For everything that occurred didn’t feel like that was sufficient.
- 5/5
It’s ok
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. Room and property is outdated. No amenities. Staff was very pleasant. Parking was a bit of a nightmare. Came back late one night and there was no parking. Had to be boxed in among other guests. Furniture inside rooms were dirty.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and clean and we enjoyed the stay. However, the lady at the front desk when we checked in was rude when we asked about our party having 2 cars making our other party have to go home and come back the next day for our adventure at Disney.
- 3/5
Felt dark and outdated. Bathroom was strange and the fan in there made an annoying rattle and didn’t help improve the heat and humidity in there. The light breakfast is a joke.
- 5/5
Floors needed a little better cleaning stains other than that great service and nice rooms will stay again
- 4/5
The room was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Was very disappointed because there was no breakfast even though it's advertised as free breakfast. I was given 4 bags of granola bars for the 4 mornings we would be there. The was only coffee and orange juice and cranberry juice. I booked the hotel based on having free breakfast. I also booked it on the fact that is says it was 17 minute walk to Disney which wasn't the case. There were no sidewalks so we had to drive. The picture of the pool was misleading.
- 5/5
Great for Disneyland.
- 5/5
Recently renovated and quite nice. Very clean and budget friendly for going to the parks. In the past, we have walked to Disney, I'd say about 15 or so minutes..but we normally just uber now for a few bucks. Lobby staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us two bags of granola bars, which we actually took to Disney for snacks so that was great.
- 4/5
Comfortable room and friendly staff. The room could have been a little cleaner but it wasn't a big deal. As a former hotel employee I understand housekeepers need to get a lot of rooms clean during their shift so it's hard to pay attention to every little detail.
- 5/5
Close to Disney. Room size was spacious and a well designed room with the bathroom, sink, and drawer space. Highly recommend. Don't let the title "motel" scare you. California is the land of motels!
- 3/5
I think it’s time to stop advertising “breakfast”. The breakfast is bags of granola bars. People choose a hotel when they see free breakfast included. It’s okay to say there’s no breakfast and to be honest and upfront. Parking is a bit of a challenge as it seems you don’t have enough spaces for the amount of guests staying during busy time
- 4/5
It was clpea ,ft safe parking was reasonable
- 3/5
I requested a Handicap accessible room. We were given a room at the far end of the hotel right at the staircase which made it impossible to maneuver a wheelchair or scooter into the room through the door. When I requested another room there were none available. The room was right next to a very busy street and our window faced the sidewalk and street. We could not sleep there was so much noise. The restroom was extremely small and definitely not handicap accessible. Usually we have a wonderful stay and the beds are comfortable. This trip was horrible.
- 3/5
If you’re looking g for a hot shower… keep looking. Hottest water was lukewarm at best. Decent comfort beds, fairly clean. Literally nothing within close walking distance… spa wasn’t working( no jets) overall fair at best.
- 1/5
Don’t listen to it when it says free breakfast. They’ll give you a bag of granola bars and coffee and say it’s breakfast. Also the room was full of hair, and we had spiders!!!
- 3/5
The breakfast was just granola bars
- 4/5
Very clean motel. Do not be fooled by the breakfast. It was two granola bars in a bag! Other than that, close to Disney and clean.
- 4/5
It says on website that there is breakfast and available and when I got there I was handed a bag with 2 Nature Valley Bars and said this is the free breakfast. Other than that the room were clean
- 5/5
The hotel was nice and it was quiet for it being next to the freeway.
- 3/5
The “breakfast” was two hard granola bars provided at check in the night before, and the vending machine for drinks was inoperable, so a late night run down the street to the gas station was required. We slept ok, but might consider alternate accommodations next time.
- 4/5
In the parks to come move my vehicle for a project at the hotel . I would have preferred they left a note on my room or on my car the evening before or early morning of . I lost out of an hour and fifteen minutes in the parks walking back to hotel then back to the park.
- 3/5
It wasn’t as clean as I feel like it should’ve been. You could tell the floors had not been swept or mopped before we showed up.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay for one night !!!
- 4/5
I liked everything, breakfast includes only tea, coffee or juice, I would like a little more.
- 5/5
all good
- 2/5
Ac, was most likely broken. It took about 2 hours for the room to cool down. Shower tub, water was not running down the drain properly. There might be an issue with the drain system. As well, room had some signs of areas broken, or worn out. Pillows were uncomfortable.
- 5/5
I thought the “breakfast” was a joke! Other than that it was a good stay!
- 5/5
Perfect for what my family of 4 needed!
- 5/5
A bargin and very clean. Free parking
- 5/5
Always stay here! One of my favorite hotels to stay at!
- 5/5
It was a great experience. Very close to the Disneyland park.
- 3/5
The room was clean and spacious. The A/C worked fine. It was a good place to rest our heads. Mission accomplished.
- 2/5
It was convenient with how close it was to Disneyland but overall the room was just okay.
- 5/5
Super clean. Beds felt good. Super close and convenient to get to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Great Stay!
- 5/5
Great property close to Disneyland.
- 2/5
They straight up lie about the complimentary breakfast
- 5/5
Only place well stsy when we visit
- 4/5
Very decent motel, clean: a bed and shower while visiting Disney. About 30 walk to front gates or there is a local bus.
- 4/5
Needs to be updated, AC was kind of noisy, bathroom needs a remodel, great for an overnight stay. I give it a 6.5 out of 10.
- 4/5
I thought the location was good for Disney for the price I paid. It was exactly what I was looking for: value for money.
- 4/5
The person at check in (4:30pm) seemed annoyed to be there, and I had to ask her to repeat things she said, because she was a mumbler. The room was clean, but it did smell a bit musky, maybe the ac filter needs to be replaced. The bed was firmer than what I usually like, and the pillows were like sand bags. I woke up with a sore neck because of no comfortable pillow position. Towels were like sandpaper so it f you didn’t get exfoliated enough in the shower drying off would do the job. Also the towels were tiny! On the website it says the offer a free grab and go breakfast, this is a complete false amenity! Usually when this is stated you have a choice of fruit, pastry or toast…they gave you two granola bars at check in. I’m sorry that isn’t a breakfast! That is a snack. Just don’t do it at all! Just say you offer coffee and tea! I was there just for an overnight stay for a Disney trip, it is very close to the Mickey & friends parking garage. The price was fine for a night stay, but I wouldn’t stay longer than that.

- 5/5
There was no free breakfast like I was open
- 3/5
Extremely clean awesome house cleaners Beds good sheets good Price great! Let us afford a mini vacation Can see fireworks from hotel 930pm Around corner from Disneyland Elavaders which helped Had nice microwave & fridge! Bad: not ontop floor asked ahead & same day since I have conditions & need sleep & quiet. No accommodations unfortunately. You have book 3 days more ontop even though added extra day late. Phone in room but didnt work or able call downstairs used cell phone. Extremely loud people above 2 days strait can hear tons walking for hours so no sleep anyone Had no real to go breakfast or sit down breakfast. Gave us brown bag with few bars in it day we arrived. We added 1 extra day & he went down in am & asked for breakfast or bars front desk said had nothing. Feel tricked into thinking they even had togo breakfast with few things. Thats not breakfast! Only coffee tea juice until 10am was very very sad about that. They don't have food so be aware. Staff was just ok Day you check out, you must leave by 12pm can't leave car there 4 the day. This was my only real vacation in a year on a budget. Can hear street traffic on and off too.
- 5/5
Perfect stay for Disney goers! Really liked it and the staff was Great and friendly will definitely will stay there again.
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland parking structure, clean , friendly . Would stay here again
- 4/5
The bed was nice and the rooms were clean.
- 5/5
Great spot close to Disney with easy parking
- 2/5
Needs to be a more thorough in housekeeping . We have spotted crumbs around microwave area. Rings on the nightstand due to condensation of cups, or drinks that were not clean from previous tenant. False advertising on the breakfast. We arrive 10 minutes before the end time that breakfast was being “served” , and there was barely any coffee available.
- 4/5
Second stay here. Parking isnt the greatest but it's convenient, clean, good pricing and quiet.

This Hotel is dated and needs renovated. the AC in our room didn’t work when i asked about it at the front desk, she cut me off and stated that the Hotel was completely sold out and essentially SUCK IT UP. The room smelled Smokey. Even though it says there is breakfast They DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST I Repeat NO BREAKFAST IS AVAILABLE AT THIS HOTEL. The Front Desk Receptionist went off on the lady in front of us when she asked where was the Breakfast area was. "They Haven't Served Anything for over 2 years. Even though the sign behind her read Breakfast served between 7 and 10. Well why didn’t they take the Sign down. There are plenty of hotels in the area. Next time we will not stay at a different Place.
- 3/5
The customer service was great. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast service only coffee and juice. The room flooring was not in good condition, the bathroom sink I didn’t get hot water. The guest were not respectful of other guests and was talking and playing with their kids outside of my door early in the morning.
- 3/5
Room was as expected
- 5/5
Close to Disney, very clean, and beds are comfy
- 3/5
The property was fine. The bathroom in our room was dirty and there were socks still in the closet. It was incredibly hard to find somewhere to park. A bunch of the parking spots were coned off.
- 4/5
I liked that it was close to Disneyland. The staff was kind. Needed a bit of updating but comfortable. Beds were soft. Decently priced
- 5/5
Had an awesome time here. Quick and easy check in and the rooms were clean and spacious. Definitely exceeded expectations
- 3/5
went to Disneyland for the weekend and we staid at Super 8 to be closer to the park and we loved it.
- 3/5
Location is great if you are planning on going to Disneyland! Overall the room and property was decent until when checking out my friend got stuck in the room. They couldn't open it and maintenance had to climb into the window to open the door after 1 hour she was finally out
- 4/5
It was clean and very close to Disney/ easy to uber everywhere. The breakfast was just granola bars which was no biggie for us, great for snacking. Beds were clean and comfy. Room had a bit of musty odor now and then but I’m also very sensitive to smells. Could see the Disney fireworks from our door(and they sounded like they were in the parking lot haha)
- 3/5
Close to disney location
- 5/5
All good! Great choice if you’re planning to go to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Two adults and two kids can easily accommodate in one room
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
It was okay. There were stains on the bedding which threw us off, the rooms are pretty outdated but it did the job.
- 2/5
I didn't like the fact that they try to charge me 150 deposit when i checked in after i already paid for it. The Asian male front desk personnel didn't explain to me in details about the deposit. Only today because i was using a debit card that they were charging me only to find out that they were charging me the 150 dollars deposit again the next day. When they said i would get that back.. I only used the room to sleep. Wouldn't stay here again.
- 2/5
I was placed under a family with little kids running around. The a/c was not working and the room was warm the entire time. Also the water pressure was the worst of any hotels I have stayed at near Disneyland. Staff was very nice however I won’t be staying here again.
- 5/5
Great Stay
- 4/5
Had a good time
- 4/5
There is no hot breakfast just fyi. Rooms are ok. It's old. If you don't mind staying in an old hotel then this is a 10. Great prices!!!
- 5/5
Extremely close to the disney for easy/quick access if you don’t want to pay for the Disney parking spot. If ou do get the firework experience from the park so just be aware when they go off or you will
- 3/5
Had someone sitting outside our door at 2am. Felt unsafe.
- 4/5
Breakfast can be better. The shower heads need replacing and the pool needs better maintenance
- 4/5
Staff are friendly…
- 4/5
Agents were nice and very polite. Breakfast is granola bars and there is coffee and tea in the morning. The property is probably not going to last the traditional eye test…but it was overall better than I expected.

Just up the road from the Disneyland parking structure. Property is nice, pool and hot tub have accessability chairs. There is an elevator. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Fast check-in and very clean, quite room. Would stay again for the price espcially since parking is included.
- 5/5
Good place
- 5/5
The air conditioner in our room wasn't very cold..we complained to the front desk and they just said it wasn't very cold because of their good air conditioners..then they said we were moving rooms so their air conditioners would be the same cold in all the rooms..
- 3/5
Very friendly service. Beds were not comfortable, room was very dated. It wasn’t terrible but we won’t stay again. You get what you pay for.
- 1/5
The day at the front desk was not friendly.the building looks rid down. And you can hear everything all night.
