    Nothing Everything. The pool was dirty with cigarettes and just trash floating around and when we asked if it was available the worker said yes. The rooms were really dirty the sink was broken the shower was nasty.

    I liked the space and the area it was in since we were going to Disneyland. I liked there were food places and gas stations nearby. It was old and quite dirty. The bed sheets some were stained and had like hair on them. The towels as well from the bathroom. We got a non smoking floor but it smelled like cigarettes in there. In general it wasn’t very tidy and seemed like something cheap just to get by. It also felt unsafe because the locks didn’t work, it was hard to sleep the first night because of the noise of people outside the rooms. For the quality of it the rooms were pricey. But comparisons to nice hotels it was a more cost efficient place to stay.

    We stayed for 7 days. First morning that we were there, we we're asked to stand outside for a half hour while the spread for bugs. Then found a roach after they sprayed. Then that night are bathroom ceiling started leaking. Witch we felt licking on us when we are on the toilet. Also one morning we found the window screen on the ground outside of our room.

    The bathroom was dirty with someone’s hair left in the tub. I was only given two small bath towels for 2 adults. No wash rags, no hand towels, no bath mats. When I asked for a couple more towels, the manager had an attitude. I had to pay an additional $20 for my husband to stay in the room with me but when I asked for a second door key, I was simply told no. I only booked the room because they were one of the few places that had smoking rooms advertised but when I got there I was told that none of the rooms allow smoking anymore but my stay was not refundable. Never would I ever stay there again. The pictures and descriptions are very misleading. The worst part was when I accidentally locked myself out of the room and had to ask the manager to help me. He shook his head exasperated and proceeded to take another key from the office and walked me back to the room before he realized he didn’t have the correct key so he had to go back to the office and return again with the right one. The whole time he did this he was having a phone conversation with someone. At that point he opened the door but told me to not do it again. As if I did it intentionally to bug him and like this isn’t his job. I work in hospitality management so I’m very polite and patient with others in my field but this man made me feel like I was bothering him anytime he was required to interact with his “guests”. I’m surprised I made it through the night without being bitten by something. They have roaches too!

    Hotel is very old along with everything inside the room. The hotel has people that live there that are residents makes it difficult to park after dark not enough slots. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep it’s ok, don’t get fooled by the pool it is not big at all it’s in the corner. First night the police were arresting someone in the parking lot. The hotel doesn’t tell you they charge for an extra person either until you pay for the bill. I booked the room with 2 king beds and they called me the day of arrival that that room got booked. So they put me in their best suite, which it was not and did not reduce my bill. Very disappointed with my stay, I should have researched more on my part.

    The door had to be slim shut, there was roaches in the room, their towels look like someone left them in a room and they just decided to wash them and give them to you. As a matter of fact the only good thing was I can get washcloths. The room even smelt funky the first day I got there in order to keep the smell like I had to open windows everyday. And the ceiling above the tub was leaking from the room above me badly.

    This property is completely deceiving. On the website it shows clean rooms with decent sized TVs, and a decent neighborhood. When we arrived there were several people outside hanging around, where I am pretty sure I observed a drug exchange. The rooms were completely filthy. Walls, doors, floors, and bed sheets all had stains or other uncleaned areas. We also found several little cockroaches. Then at night around 2am, a motorcycle was revving his engine for about 20 mins, and a bit later a truck was backing-in, which also was heard through the room. I understand the staff cannot control that but it’s a warning for anyone who is a light sleeper. Especially if you’re going to Disneyland the next day and want to be well rested. Oh! And while at Disneyland a staff member asked where we stayed and he couldn’t stop laughing because he stayed there awhile back and he said it was a dump then. I can attest that things have apparently not changed much.

    We booked a room for 2 weeks that sleeps 6. I accidentally put 5 people instead of 4 and they tried to charge me for an extra person. They wouldn’t refund the $800 charge so I spent an hour on the phone with Expedia in their lobby while Expedia called them on the other line to sort it out. They claimed housekeeping was every second day but several times the first week we took our own garbage out and had to go request towels and the whole second week they never came to our room at all. The towels were stained and had the owners long dark hair in them and the soap/shampoo dispensers are completely empty. There isn’t enough parking for the rooms so if you come back late, you struggle to find parking and there are all kinds of sketchy people hanging around. The police were on site when we arrived and there was a lot of commotion at night. They have a no refund policy so if we hadn’t already paid for two whole weeks, we would have left and gone somewhere else.

    No room for parking spaces. They had you park in handicap or the middle or handicap parking to allow everyone in to fit and then they still didn’t fit. Don’t come home late or you will struggle with parking. Room smelled so bad I didn’t even want to eat my food that I bought for the refrigerator and microwave. I checked in at 3:30ish and said come back in half an hour or an hour. I told them which is it? Why is check-in at 3 but my room is unavailable.

    These Indian hosts are very nice & accommodating. But i had to remind them with fotos to not simply mop the floor every day, but to clean the CORNERS with a tooth brush or other small brush & some ammonia or 409. Location on Lincoln is xlnt.

    I’ve stayed here many times so it sucks im giving this review. I booked a “deluxe suite with 2 beds” (the last 2 times I rented a room here) when I get there I’m told oh sry don’t have the room u wanted and puts me in a small room with 1 bed the ac doesn’t work so it’s humid all night long the deadbolt in the door won’t lock cause it’s hitting the striker plate I let the front desk know they tell me can’t move cause no rooms then tells me to make sure I check out in time or I’ll lose my deposit. Idk what’s up with these new owners but they really go out of their way to make sure u know they want your $ and don’t care about you

    For a no frills low cost hotel, it was super clean, freshly painted, nice neighborhood, with a really good hamburger joint on the corner and a 24 hr convenience store & gas station next door. Disneyland was a $10 Uber ride away. I highly reccomend this hotel if you’re looking for value & comfort.

    I went to a 2-day music festival, and just needed to stay overnight. Got there shortly after check-in time started. Staff was friendly. Was assigned a parking spot, which was nice. Didn't have to worry about finding a spot when I got back to the show. Didn't know there'd be a fridge and microwave in my room. Bed wasn't all that comfortable, but better than the mattress at the last place I stayed at. Went to the show. Got back around midnight. No craziness going on in the neighborhood. Was able sleep soundly. Checked out by 11 am. Would stay here again.

    Front desk/ owner was rude, inconsiderate and lacked ethics. Confirms $100 deposit, hotel contract agreement states same $100. However, wants $150 cash deposit at window without exception, and then says then no room after completing check in. One person, no, smoke, no pets.Today when I called was told I checked in and deposit was $30 I paid per hotel.

    Donot stay here. You can hear construction every day on their rooms. Management are *ssholes and inconsiderate. At one point water stopped and I had to use my mineral water to wash my face and brush my teeth. i stayed here for almost a week. I will never stay here again. Theres a lot of other motels around, steer clear of this one.

    Asked for a smoke free room as i am highly allergic. Told staff of this knowing they have smoking rooms. Was given a non-smoking room that had been heavily smoked in. Too late to move hotels. Woke up in the middle of the night with my throat almost closed off. Had to sleep in my car. Checked out next day but still got charged the 2nd night.

    The stay was fine, and atmosphere quite. We orchard this stay was due to an apartment move. I made and paid for this reservation for my son in law and my daughter. This Motel takes a $50 cash deposit with you last night and time check out the stated we weren't getting our cash deposit back because at 4:30 in the morning to black gentleman showed up in a U-Haul and that's the only explanation I gave and then we disagree with them they said they were going to call the police. Pd to have two men especially black show up early in the morning in a Uhaul to move a household. Yes call the police. Omg they basically and wrongly basically robbed the cash deposit. Ok be caking hotels . com regarding this motel.

    My husband and I stayed for 2 nights, and we don't have any complaints. Room was clean, bathroom clean. The air conditioning worked. Great place if you just need a place to sleep. I would say the only down side was the T.V. - the cable kept going in and out and only for short period of time, didn't seem to be much of an issue though. The location was also well placed, near gas stations and restaurants. We would stay again if a situation arises.

    We checked in late after a day in Disney. When we got to our room and pulled the bed sheets back they were stained and very dirty. We are not sure what kind of stain it looked like a water stain dirty brown around the edges. There was also hair etc. It was very clear that the bed had not been cleaned. The next day we asked to check out as we did not want to stay in such a dirty room. We did not ask for a refund for the one night as we did get there late. They refused to refund us for the night we did not stay in the hotel and were very rude. In fact they they lied to both us and Expedia. Do not stay at this hotel it is dirty and not worth the stay, not to mention the management is terrible. Ultimately we did not get refunded our money and still did not stay in this room. It was dirty enough that we would rather take the loss of the the cost of this hotel and pay for a clean room at a different establishment which we did.

    I really wanted to give my stay 5 starts at 1st. I found that GM reaching out with a greeting before check-in is very nice, so grateful for an easy check-in at 11 pm. The room looked tidy, had a box of cereal, 2 mandarins, juice for my child. I was impressed. However, I discovered that there is dust everywhere, I am allergic to dust (its very noticeable on a black surface of the fridge, microwave). Then I found a bunch of red hair in the bathtub, the shelf on the wall wasnt cleaned either as it had residues from I dont know what and had pubic hair on it. Toilet has some stains looked like poop but after flushing few times it didnt go away. Then after using a towel I had a long string of black hair on my skin (I am blond, It was on the towel). Towel had some yellow stains on it and smelled like chlorine but looked clean otherwise. Floor in the bathroom was dirty. Bed sheets looked and smelled fresh but had dark yellow stain on it too. I thought ok I will give 4 stars because even though there were nice things but I am paying for a room and cleanliness its a basic necessity that I am not getting. What brought my review to 3 stars is the answer of the front desk man on the information I provided. Was no apology made or any personal talk or trying to help, he just simply mumbled "ok, ill take a look at it". I already had this experience, looking after I left not helping me want to come back. Just clean rooms and provide good customer service. That is basic.

    I liked everything about this place for my one night stay. The customer service was so nice and very accommodating. The room had fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and a little extra. I did not see anything that I did not like inside or out. This is a great place for the price. I will be going back for work, since I can save money by driving 5 miles out.

    In a bad area of Anaheim. It appeared that some of the residents of the hotel were permanent, and many of them were allowed to leave full ashtrays out in front of their door; not a good look. Walls were paper thin as I could here every book dropped, every chair moved, etc., from neighbors. The air conditioner / heater worked fine, but was very noisy, and I had to turn it off to get some sleep. No carpet on the floors, but overall the room was clean. You get what you pay for, and that is what this hotel offers, cheap rates.

    I’ve stayed at a variety of locations in this area, and this is one place I won’t ever be coming back to. If you drive a sedan you have to squeeze into a parking spot that allows very little room to open your doors. The room is a standard motel room, but the walls and baseboards were covered in dirt and dust, in the main room and bathroom. The top of the bed side tables were dirty along with the top of the dresser. Again, it was dirty PRIOR to us stepping foot into the room. Luckily we travel with Clorox wipes and were able to wipe the tables down for ourselves. Most of the outlets need to be replaced. If you plug something in, make sure the outlet works and your plug fits snuggly, our phones and battery packs didn’t charge, we had to buy charged battery packs and use the car to charge our phones. We stayed in the room as little as possible. We drove 9 hours and didn’t want the extra hassle of trying to find a vacancy somewhere else on a holiday weekend.

    The motel needs a remodel top to bottom. Furniture is worn out and dirty. Layout of room made the bedroom cramped with furniture. Sofa bed was infested with bugs. Bathroom was clean with clean towels. Bed had clean sheets.

    I have stayed here a couple of times because honestly, it is the cheapest. Despite this I think I will stay somewhere else in the future. There have been problem almost every time we stay and the place is never clean. We have had the gambit from plugs not working to soft spots in the floor and water marks/damage on the ceiling. The beds are very uncomfortable and the windows have absolutely no sound proofing. This place is okay if you are exhausted and just need somewhere to crash otherwise, I would pass. FYI always use a booking agent with this hotel, there was a irate man when we arrive because they gave his room away (but they wont do that with a booking agent ie. hotels.com)

    I had no access to extra pillows and couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk to see if it was possible to get another. I was happy to see w head a fridge in the room that’s always a plus. We were also able to check in after midnight which was important for us as we had an event that evening

    Cockroaches in the drawers and climbing up the walls. I spoke with the staff the night of check in and requested a late checkout if possible. The man told me I could have 30 extra minutes so by 11:30 am. At 10:40 staff was knocking at the door and calling on the phone for us to leave. When I told them about the bugs I was told they would tell housekeeping. I doubt I’m the first one to tell them this. Gross!!!

    I had a less than stellar experience due to the incompetence and rudeness of the staff. I had a minor issue with my bedding sheets because I noticed dried blood and a Band-Aid on them upon further inspection. Instead of changing the sheets when I came to tell them about the issue after I got myself gathered together, the front desk associate got an attitude with me and asked me why didn’t I say anything earlier.

    I knew it was a 2 star hotel but dang. We first walk in and see little pieces of trash still sitting on the hardwood floor. Then i proceed to sit on the bed while doing so i seen a bug crawl up the dresser. After attempting to kill it i seen two dead bugs underneath the dresser and another on the side of it in between the dresser and bed. After trying to ignore that because it is a 2 star hotel i walk into the bathroom to find soap scrum still on the bottom of the sink. Then i find a corner next to the trash can with just a ball of hair sitting there like if someone hurrled up a hair ball there. This was one too many complaints for us so i went downstairs to tell front desk about the situation in my room and he wanted to see. That was fine with me. He first claims the dead bugs are chocolate and picks it up then goes into the bathroom talking about its not that bad. After telling him i was just working housekeeping and this is unacceptable. He just wanted to check us out knowing all other hotels are fully booked. Then when i check out the next morning. Another couple found mice poop on their bed. A different front desk person only responses was i will tell Housekeepimg. Just saying that aint a Housekeeping problem Its a management problem.

    My husband and I stayed here for a quick night before heading off to Disneyland the next day. We didn't really care about much, just a bed to sleep in for the night. The check in was pretty easy, and quick. The lady at the window was very nice. However, when we got to our room it went down hill from there. The bed was just disgusting... first I lay my head down on the pillow and they were SO FLAT and the itchy material. I threw it on the floor thinking no pillow was better than that. Later my husband noted what looked like pube hairs on his pillow. Later we put back the blankets and find what looks like a few small spots of red blood? I was grossed out and had to sleep on top of the blankets with no pillow. I think sleeping in the car for the night would've not only saved money, but been more comfortable. Would not be returning EVER and would not recommend at all. And if you do be forewarned and BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING. Also the lady at the window told us we get a complimentary breakfast in out room.... for the both of us we got an orange, an old apple, and a little box of frosty flakes..... yup..... that worked wonderfully.
