The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was clean. And the parking and Wi-Fi were free. I’m very happy with the value for money!

Good location (close to knotts berry farm if you’re visiting) and very clean rooms. I also appreciated that the mini fridge and microwave were on the newer side and clean. The front desk person was super nice and communicated clearly. The surrounding area is a little rough. I feel like the owners really take care of their property, so I wasn’t too worried about it, and no one bothered me, but I don’t want that to be a surprise to anyone.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Everyone is so nice, the rooms are very clean and smell wonderful. The beds are some of the comfiest I've slept in and the bathrooms are very nice, too! With a super short distance to Knotts, Disneyland or other amenities in Anaheim, this hotel is one of the best.

It was a clean hotel the guy at the desk was really friendly. Just stayed one night and was close to Disneyland. Bathroom is small.not bad if you need to crash a night and not pay a lot of money. Shower and air conditioner is loud

Personable front desk person. Daily cleaning service and they did a great job. Great location to Disneyland Floor could’ve used a mopping - our socks were dark brown after wearing them inside the room.

Very clean room. On hotels.Com it was listed as a 4 star but it's really closer to 3. Very well maintained and extremely clean. Great for a person traveling alone. CVS, Walmart, and other stores within walking distance. Safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean. The flooring and the shower were nice. I was glad they had a vacancy. It took for ever for the water to get hot. The water in the shower and sink never got hot. It was just warm.

We have stayed here before because it is in a good location, feels safe, clean, budget friendly and suits our needs for our visit. This recent stay was a little different experience (2.5-3 stars). Blow dryer didn’t work and water was turned off intermittently our last night (3 night stay). We were able to get a blow dryer from the front desk, but it was an inconvenience especially after a travel day. Water was back on next morning but had to leave early for the airport without a shower.

Location The room had spiders that I had to kill in the bathroom. The bed sheets had stains and spots over them.

The location was not that great, but did not made much difference once we were driving and the objwctive of the trip was visiting the Disneyland :)

Room was clean and perfect for one person. Check in was easy. I was worried about a full parking lot but I had no problem coming back late every night. If you’re a light sleeper, walls are a bit thin and other guests can be pretty loud outside your door at all hours of the night. However this isn’t the property’s fault.

Was in Disneyland for 3 days - I would stay here again for sure. The only downside (minor) is the lack of towels and the A/C was not fully functional. LOVED the place otherwise.

A very good place for the price

It was disturbing and gave me a negative vibe. Although, the room was clean which was something I look at when I walk in room. Staff had rejected service, after the fact the hotel was paid. Manger resolved the problem as we came to a agreement.

Room was very clean and we had no problem with the stay. Hotel is located close to all the theme parks and surrounding areas to visit as well.

It wasn't to bad. But it could be better. We spend just two (2) nights.

Room was ok, bed was very loud as it sits on a metal frame. Bathroom is very small and the handle in the shower just spins and you have to find the sweet spot to turn it off. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything the neighbors are doing.

Don't ever stay here. We didn't get water to shower until almost 4pm, they ruined my vacation, and I left a day early, after my shower. They are prone to leaks, which I realize now from other reviews mentioning "when there's hot water." I wished I had been warned with specifics of what that truly meant. A/C was surprisingly too loud to hear anything else and the lighting is so bad you can't even see your hair. Never again.

The staff here is great, they know me by name and I never give them any trouble (at least I hope I don't!) Rooms are 95% of the time clean as hell! This time there was some dirt and dust in the AC unit grill and my girlfriend did a once over deep clean of the room for about 3 hours and then she was satisfied. Definitely cleaner on the way out then in. That's just this one time, all 8 prior experiences with my rooms before were 10 out of 10!

The price was great, has the basic anyone needs. It was clean, specially when compared to other 4 hotels in the area. I would stay there again. Costumer service wasn't bad, i think there is a culture issue rather than being rude.

Older hotel, seemed a bit dodgy at first but no problems. Place could use some fixing up but rooms were clean and safe.

I liked the room & the location, it was suitable for my needs. I liked the amenities (mini fridge, microwave), my room had a shower tub that was awesome, free parking in its own lot, and I was able to walk to nearby restaurants.

It was a nice room, and the property was quiet. I wish that the room had a dresser to put my clothes in, as I literally had to live out of my suitcase. It also would’ve been nice to have a hand towel holder in the vanity area instead of having to throw it over the clothes rack. I did have the ‘need maid service’ on the door knob one time, as I needed cups and some towels, but a maid never came. I had to go to the front office to request the services.

Everything was average for what you expect from a motel like this. We only used this place for sleeping. The only bad was that the floor was dirty around the bed, debris and all. Looks like someone only did a quick sweep right before we arrived in the main areas. Also found a cockroach-sized dead bug in the middle of the room floor. It was obviously squished before we arrived but was not picked up? Like come on.

Many reviews say this place is by Disney, when in fact it's not. If you're use to staying around Disney, and then stay here, which is very close to Knotts, it's completely different. Hotel grounds are clean and kept up, staff was great, but the floor in our room was so sticky..had to wear our shoes the entire time. Bed is hard, space is small, but does the job for sleeping I suppose. Sheets were itchy. I don't think I'd stay here again, but it was a nicer motel in the area that was given.

It was good over all, but they didn’t clean our room even when we requested maid services. My deposit hasn’t been returned yet it’s been 5 days.

I was not sure about this place but since it had so many 10 reviews I gave it a shot. So to all the people that gave this a 10 just how low are your standards!!! The place was indeed clean the overwhelming smell of cleaner was too much Raid would have been an enhancement!!! I did complain to the manager and asked to come inside and when he did he said he didn’t smell anything I quickly realized he was in denial and this was going to turn into an argument. At this moment I accepted my lost and gave up. He did come back and gave 3 spray of Air Freshener ( Lavender) and suggested I turn up the AC it did helped with the smell but had to deal with a noisy AC it was a sacrifice I was willing to take. I also anticipate some feedback from management based on previous reviews he likes to fight bring it on !!!

Got there room was dirty had crumbs of some sort on the bed wiped them down but ultimately didn’t feel comfortable staying there so we told the front desk manager came and tried arguing with me so we just left would never stay there!!!

My only complaint will be the beds for someone 6 ft. Tall almost 300 lb. They're pretty small, especially if you're going with your partner. Two people barely can fit and the TV channels could have had better options. Other than that it was good and clean.

I loved staying here but, it said the deposit takes 4-5 business days to be deposited back into your account.and it’s been 5 days and still no deposit. But over all it was good place to stay at, clean and comfortable.

Hotel was quiet. Room was small but comfortable. Not perfect condition, but adequate. Had a microwave & fridge. Could stand a deep cleaning & some paint touch ups, but wasn't dirty either. Sink, tub and surfaces were clean and dust free. Linens were a bit rough, but clean. Beed seemed firm, but I slept well on it.

The overall motel was good with location and stay. The water was hit or miss with pressure and temp.

Cons: tiny room. 1-2 people only. If you have large bags etc you're gonna have a bad time. Room was very unclean. Floor was sticky and disgusting, turned our socks black in minutes. Clumps of hair in tub and on one towel when we arrived. Worst was the smell - room REEKED of urine, literally smelled like a public toilet. We stayed two nights but no housekeeping came by to bring new towels etc. Very basic cheap toiletries. Shower head covered in calcium buildup. Could hear every sound from neighbors, loud AC and busy roads. I slept in noise cancelling earbuds. Would not stay here again.

Great affordable option to stay. Easy check in and the front desk was very friendly. If you’re a light sleeper it’s not for you. Traffic on Beach Blvd was loud and constant.

I wanted a place under my budget clean, safe and secure. Especially a place with no bed bugs and no smell. Check in was a bliss, 2 min the whole process took and you are on your way to your room where you will not be bothered for anything. It’s not Hilton or Marriot or any such luxury hotel but if you are looking for a place to stay safe and not be bothered of people around or the property staff. This is the place to go. Plus the wooden floor, I was glad to see there was no carpet but I must warn you the floor was a little sticky which I assume is because of the soap they use to clean the floor sometimes residue do that to your floor. I could have told the property about it but honestly everything else including the staff were so amazing I didn’t even care to say. Who cares like said this is a budget hotel and not a resort. More over the place didn’t smell or looked like it was something out of a horror movie which trust me many property near this area look like…. And the management had tried to make it look like a modern stay loved the interior.

Room was nice. They replenished towels, but did not make the bed every day(probably still due to Covid policy?) Easy parking. About a 10-13 minute drive to the Mickey and Friends parking garage at Disneyland, and Knotts Berry Farm is about a half mile away on Beach Blvd.

There seemed to be traffic in and out during the night, which I didn't like. The TV remote didn't seem to work very well.
