Anaheim Resort Suites

Housekeeping only services rooms every other day, which was inconvenient. One evening we requested extra towels and had to wait over an hour because we were told there was only one housekeeper available. Be aware of the hidden fees. In addition to the room cost, we were charged parking and resort fees that added up to approximately $250 for our four-day stay. The basketball court is also in poor condition. The rims are worn down and clearly not what is shown in the promotional photos. Overall, the property does not match the expectations set by the pictures online, and the additional fees and lack of service made the experience even more disappointing.

Room was always clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and the outdoor heated pool was amazing for the kiddos.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area was so fun for both the adults and kids. The staff was helpful and kind. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend

poor maintenance of its facilities

The pool was closed while we were there but we got our resort fee discounted because of that. Would stay again.

The room we stayed in, room 221, definitely needs some work. Carpet was stained white and black in areas and just looked gross. It’s also so worn that the pattern is completely flat in the main walking areas and prominent in others. The sliding door to the bathroom required significant force to open, creating a lot of chaos for me and my kids when trying to access it. My children needed help opening the bedroom door as well due to how hard it would stick once closed. The main lights didn’t work but we made due with sunlight and the switches next to the master bed. The room has potential to be quite lovely but it just ended up feeling really run down. For a “resort hotel” I expected a more upscale feel. The key cards are also very inconvenient and I felt like I was constantly having to use it to access the elevator, room, and garage. I can appreciate the extra line of security but for someone trying to juggle 3 boys on their own, my hands were already full and not always capable of easily accessing my key card. They also require you wear these gold VIP bands on your wrist to access the pool. Just a lot of hoops that I feel were unnecessary and were overall just inconvenient. Breakfast was good but again the chairs and booths were in need of repair: Worn, torn, and stained which added to the feel that the building is run down. We had a good time but I will be considering other, more affordable and clean options in the future.

We did think it was strange that security was checking bags going into the pool so nobody would be sneaking food in. That’s not a practice at movie theaters, so it doesn’t make sense at the pool. Clearly it wasn’t for safety concerns, so it just looked tacky and unprofessional, not to mention invasive. We also struggled to get the right shower temperature and the water was soft, which was a new experience from our other stays. We frequent this hotel and these changes have been since new ownership. Overall, we enjoy this hotel and will be back. Just hoping some things can be worked out that were unpleasant.

The Room had stains on carpet, also along with Walls. The buffet area also had the Chairs stained. When we asked for more Towels some of the big towels were stained, and later on during our stay we asked for bath towels and 3 were stained. We request for our room to be fully cleaned, and on our late return, we had to ask for a vacuum and we cleaned it out ourselves, because there was only one maintenance person taking care of the other requests that the Day crew did not take care of. We checked out early as we found our stay not worth the dirty room and the lack of Quality control. We did talk to management and found them apologetic, but there was a big disconnect between the hotel staff and the cleaning staff. Worst experience ever, for this vacation. Disney should really look into disassociate from this hotel.

The pool was great and the slides were really fun. My girls especially enjoyed the splash pad.

My family and I had an amazing time. We will be returning on our next visit. I will point out that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice property, friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Loved having a tub and a separate walk in shower. Breakfast was great. Easy quick walk to Toy Story parking lot to take the shuttle to the parks.

This was my first time staying at the hotel and I was very happy about the stay and the treatment. Very clean and comfortable to stay with family. Very kid friendly. I would definitely go back. The breakfast was great as well. Pool area very clean and nice

This place was perfect for our family of 6. The beds were very comfortable, and it was nice having 2 showers. It would have been nice if the breakfast had a few more options besides fruit for people who cannot eat gluten, but overall our stay was wonderful. The pools and waterslides were a hit with the kids, too!

Great for familes

New rules: You can no longer take bar drinks into the pool area—a huge disappointment as park parents. You also can’t bring food from nearby restaurants into the pool area anymore. We were turned away at the gate, arms full of pool gear, because we had a Jersey Mike’s sandwich. Guests were blasting their own music and toddlers were running/jumping into the hot tub... But apparently I was the disturbance for moving a chair over into a shaded area. Last year the food exceeded our expectations; this year everything was flavorless, lukewarm, and tasted like what you’d expect from a budget hotel. The final straw was when my child left a toy in the lobby. We called immediately, and staff assured us it would be held safely at the front desk. When we returned, they told us they had given it to another child who claimed it was theirs. No apology and no effort to make it right. We were approved for a late checkout, yet housekeeping walked into our room twice while we were getting ready. For a Disney Good Neighbor hotel, the front desk lacked hospitality, urgency, and any desire to be helpful. The friendliest staff we encountered was the housekeeping team. We’ll be looking elsewhere for our annual family trip.

We have stayed here many times and always have a great stay. Love the bar downstairs and the water park for the kids.

Perfect place for a family with younger kids, the splash pad area and kiddos pool was perfect for my 3 yr old. It was good to be close to Disneyland park and have a few restaurants near by. I did wish they offered shuttle service to the park but that was just a small inconvenience. The room size was perfect and will definitely return again

Great pool/slide warm water and breakfast!

Kiddy Pool seemed dirty. More then half washers where broken. A lot of hidden fees with new company that where do upon arrival. Breakfast was the same all three days not really worth that addition fee.

Stay was outstanding! We didn’t love the eggs but everything else made up for it!

We liked the amount of space we had for us and the kids. Breakfast was a nice perk. Now the bad. We asked 3 straight days for someone to collect our trash and were told by the staff every time that it would be handled and it never was. The pool and hot tub were closed for a couple of the days we stayed there which was disappointing. No outside food or drinks at the pool was also disappointing. The only positive was the space everything else needed improvement.

The room was wonderful, great views, and easy access to many things. Although the pool was shut down while we were there, the neighbor in hotels were very accommodating. We would definitely still stay here again. The staff was also super friendly and helpful and made our stay wonderful.

We also attended movie night, but unfortunately the audio kept cutting in and out, making it difficult to hear the movie. While our stay was enjoyable, we expected a little more for the price. Overall, it was an okay stay with some positives, but there is room for improvement.

Staff was great, food was okay. The children loved the pool and water park. Very close to Disney. My only issue was my bathroom sink was clogged so we had to keep waiting for that to clear to use it.

Our experience was really good, nice room, pool are warm. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely go back in this hotel.

The staff was very nice. They only had half the elevators running and the pool was closed. Otherwise pleasant stay.

This is definitely not the place to stay unless you have smaller kids that would enjoy the splash pad and/or small water slides. Breakfast was chaos, the staff couldn’t answer any of my questions about Disney, security has to let you into the pool area and there was limited parking (even at $30/night). It was clean but the pillows were like bricks and the shower leaked. It could have been worse but it could have been much better with a little friendliness and better customer service.

It was a nice enough short, walk to Toy story parking lot shuttle for our weekend trip at Disney! And we were able to see the fireworks from our bedroom. My daughters loved the splash pad.

Nice resort. Staff helpful and friendly. Convenient to have tub/shower and walk in shower in each room! Water park was good except the hot tub did not work. Location is great - lots of dining options! Resort is an easy 10 minute walk to Disney Toy Story parking lot to ride shuttle or a one mile walk to Disneyland. Total travel time, shuttle or walk, is about the same!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The amenities were clean and available. The breakfast was crowded but the staff is wonderful and make you feel at home.

I was very disappointed with my stay. During our 4- day visit, we did not receive housekeeping service despite repeatedly requesting it. Each time we asked, we were told it would be taken care of, but it never happened until much later. When housekeeping finally came, they did not leave fresh towels, forcing us to make yet another request. For the price of the hotel, basic services such as cleaning and replenishing towels should not require constant follow-up. Unfortunately, this lack of attention to guest needs negatively impacted our experience.

The pool and the slides are fantastic. The breakfast is great for a free buffet. It has everything you would expect to have. It’s a fit far from Disneyland but it’s still within walking distance if you don’t mind having to walk for 20 minutes.

The pool and waterslides and everything outdoors was closed during our stay. We weren’t informed of it until after we had already booked the hotel. They did give us free parking for the trouble though.

Shower was broken, asked them to fix they did not. There was a loud banging sound all night, pillows were hard foam and staff wasn’t the friendliest. However, rooms were decent size and clean. Wouldn’t recommend overall.

Pros 1) Staff was helpful 2) Hotel was generally clean considering the number of guests and demographic 3) Kids loved the waterslides and pool area Cons 1) Our room was directly below the laundry, zero sleep the first night before a full day at Disneyland. Had to change rooms the following morning. 2) Housekeeping no showed, had to request turn down from the front desk. Housekeeping only changed towels, no other clean up tasks performed.

The amenities were wonderful!

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready yet, so they gave us access to the water park!!! Which was very nice!!! The staff was great! Breakfast was delicious!! We will be back!

It was ok

I have stayed here numerous times and I was very disappointed in this stay. Unfortunately the hotel had issues with plumbing and the resort was not functioning per usual. I was not compensated for the inconvenience .

Booked a couple months in advance. Two days before we get a notification that the pool we’ll be closed for maintenance for 4 out 8 days were there. One of the main reasons we booked here. Then “Complementary” breakfast is served 6:30/10am but many time they’ll close early one time they even closed at 9:10am due to maintenance issues “One” drain in the floor(coffee) machine location. So they immediately started pulling out all the already cooked food so the people already in there could even eat. Many times the main breakfast items (eggs) ran out early 8:45ish am. and wasn’t replenished. When we brought up the pool issue they waived our resort fees. Although rooms were cleaned daily the quality was pretty poor one occasion they made the bed with scrunched up blankets still in the bed. And would NEVER replenish the wash rags any of the days but the last. I had to get them myself from the cleaners in the hallway. Over all I would recommend this place for the price they charged.

It’s a nice hotel, but it was super concerning that there weren’t any stairs available to use and when we asked staff where they were located we were told they were out of order.

I loved how family friendly it felt, my kids loved getting to go play on the water slides & the convenience on having complimentary breakfast before your big day of plans. It was a a win for us!

Rooms were super clean and spacious. Unfortunately the water slides and splash pads were closed during our stay which was upsetting since we chose this hotel for this reason and we didn’t find out until check in. Breakfast buffet was large and had lots of choices. Kids loved the Mickey Mouse waffles. There is not a shuttle to the parks so be aware of that.

We loved our stay here! Our room was huge and super clean! We stayed in the suite with a king bed, bunk beds, and small living room. The room was spacious and super clean! Housekeeping did a great job! The property was very clean as well. We were very impressed with pretty much everything! Breakfast was good for a free breakfast! The kids loved the Mickey Mouse waffles. It can get crowded for breakfast. The pool area was very nice. The pool was very warm which helped for the chilly days we had! The hot tub was also amazing! The water slides are not always open so that was a bit of a bummer if you went when they weren’t open but the kids loved the slides when they did open. It’s about a 20 min walk to Disney, but we opted to just uber to save our feet some for all the walking we would do at Disney. Uber was super easy to get. The area of the property was nice and clean as well. Right in the same parking lot were restaurants you could walk to like Starbucks, Habit Grill, Jimmy John’s, and a few others. We would definitely stay here again!

Cleaning staff was very nice and helpful

We have been staying here since 2020 when it was Cambria. Now that they sold it it’s gone downhill. Love the pool area- wish the slides were working or the hot tub hot. Jets have been not working for over year now. What’s a jacuzzi with no bubbles. The breakfast buffet is convenient but last day there was a flood and they closed. We love the property for the suites, the water area when fully functional. The movies at night. Staff. Gone way downhill now that it’s not Cambria. Jacuzzi temp not hot and no working jets. Bathroom in lobby overflowed. Then buffet had something brown all over floor flooding so they shutdown leaving everyone hungry.

After this hotel changed ownership it’s definitely gone downhill. The rooms are dirty. The staff isn’t friendly and the lifeguard watching the kids go down the slide was passed out.

The hotel is great, the staff on site were extremely helpful. A large buffet breakfast with lots of choices and the hotel is nice and close to Disney shuttles, helping you skip the line at the main entrance saving you time! Very family friendly. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel, and even though it has changed ownership is still a great affordable stay. I highly recommend and we will stay here again!

We got a suite for 6 people and the room was extremely nice for the price. The pool area was down during our stay for maintenance but the staff was able to comp our parking pass for us. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was a full spread and really good.

Great location, easy access to freeway and within walking distance to Disneyland. Breakfast was decent and room was clean. Pool and slides were closed. That was the reason we chose to stay, wasn’t told they were closed until after booking.

Unfortunately our stay was okay. The slides were closed due to them being upgraded (I am assuming they don't open until after memorial day weekend). They charge a service fee and have a parking fee that is disclosed before your stay with an email. I wish they would include it in the package so we know the full price. The biggest thing is the HVAC unit has a cat smell when its turned on. We booked 2 different rooms and the smell is similar throughout. Other than that no other complains

We liked that it was close to Disneyland. We liked that we could see the Disneyland fireworks from our room. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff members were nice. We liked the kids suite that it had enough beds for our family. The pools, hot tub and slides that were on site were great. We were in the kids suite and the faucet in the bathroom in the room was not far enough out from the sink and water would get everywhere anytime someone used it. The barn door is like a giant night light if anyone uses the bathroom at night. There needs to be more places to hang towels. There needs to be a small garbage can by the toilet for us women. It would be nice if they had a shuttle to Disneyland.

The location The water park was closed. Didn’t find out until we checked in but they were very accommodating for that. The room was clean for the most part. Seemed like the table wasn’t wiped down fully and the carpets were stained throughout the whole room but nice vibes over all and the breakfast was good. My son enjoyed the Mickey waffles

We booked our stay around the waterpark and booked months in advance. 2 days before we checked in we were notified the pool would be closed for 11 days and that it had already been closed. Being the long weekend we could not find another hotel with a water park for a reasonable rate being so close to check in. Sooner notice would have made our trip enjoyable

I love the location, friendly staff, comfy beds, awesome breakfast. I love staying here. There aren't many discrepancies. Just that the hand soap is soooo slimy and hard to wash off. That also goes for the shampoo and body wash (the little I could get). Please consider other products because this was annoying to deal with. Especially in the shower when the water is starting to run cold after a short time in there. The water pressure was a little weak and I had a hard time figuring it out. And the temp--it kept changing to cold. Also, the body wash bottle was pretty much empty. I tried to get a little out and then it was just empty. I had to switch to the other shower to finish up. The shower bottles were not filled really. So, maybe just remind the room staff to make sure they're stocked. No biggie. But it sucked when I was showering as I planned to use your guy's supply and didn't bring my own. Other than that, everything else was great. Nothing major.

I wanted to live this hotel so much. BUT it was a miserable stay. We came home late from the park to find there was no water. Apparently they had a pipe burst and had turned off the water until the morning in the morning. We woke up to freezing water with no pressure. We decided to go about our day coming home that evening around 7 o’clock to the same cold water and no pressure. We booked this hotel, strictly for the waterslides in the pool for the second half of our vacation after we were done with Disneyland days in the beginning of the vacation. Only to be told that the slides will be closed until later this month. Staff seemed disconnected and unsure of what was happening unable to provide apologies or accommodations.

Got charged for parking fees for a week when we only had a car for a day, so an extra 150 for no reason charged and not refunded will never stay here again!

The location was close to Disneyland. The pool was shut down during our stay. The water was shut off for an entire night during our stay. There was no shuttle to Disneyland. Not enough hot water when showering.

My room was spacious and clean, but not worth what I paid. Sadly, there was nothing else I liked about staying at Anaheim Resort Suites. My room was spacious and clean, but not worth what I paid. The pool was still out of service, despite website stating it would be available during stay, which is why I booked to stay @ Anaheim Resort Suites. I was NOT informed of breakfast or check-out time, I missed the first few days of breakfast. The last few days I made it to breakfast, half the offered food was not available or ready, and was told because they were closing soon they would not be making more despite still within the breakfast dining hours. Huge breakfast area BUT everything was crammed on one side, it was poorly organized and managed, had to ask for plates, they had no more so they started brining out random paper plates. I was not informed how to access gym, outside lounge area, and wifi, had to figure it out on my own. Housekeeping piled all the TRASH, dirty towels, and cleaning carts right outside my room for hours, it smelled NASTY. Expect to wait hours if requesting something from housekeeping. Thermostat set on auto, and it was difficult to use, we were either freezing or hot. The staff were not helpful or nice, never saw a smile on anyones face.

We liked all the amenities, the location and how clean the rooms were. There were cockroaches in the parking garage as soon as we arrived. The first morning at breakfast we saw some baby roaches near the muffin case.The pool and basketball courts were closed for 2 weeks. But wasn’t notified about this till check in, if we were aware we would’ve booked a different hotel closer to where we needed to be.

Arrived to the hotel, unable to place a request for early check in front desk states they don't do that there. Arrived to hotel they charged my card for parking, resort fees, amenities, and $200 deposit. Pool was closed during our visit for the week, only thing available was a basketball court, 3-hole putt golf. Breakfast is horrible. Same old breakfast everyday hetabold real fast. Paid full price for room unable to use pool or slides, why did I get billed at cost in lieu of a discount since they reason we were staying there was bc of the water park etc. Ordered pizza n wings to take up to my room and they forgot to bring up, when I came down food was cold. No one offered for refund my money. Sofa bed in my room had stains along with carpet this used to be my fav spot that totally are letting it go.

Didn't eat breakfast

We received a email two days before we were supposed to be there saying that the kids area was closed. No pool, water slides, or activities. That’s the only reason we booked the room for 3 nights. Also after checking in they told us that the water to the hotel would be shut off from 12:00 am-5:00 am. After waking up the shower was cold no hot water!!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend booking a room here!!

Staff was Great , and everything clean

You could probably find worse but you can definitely find better. Needs more maintenance. No hot water for two days, then they shut down the pool and waterslides without notice for ten days. Breakfast was okay.

The waffle mix, to make your own waffles, was watery and did not look well mixed. They do not take large bills and seem unwilling to make change. They turned off the water from 11pm-5am, stating repairs were needed.

We would definitely stay here again on another trip! The negative is that I thought they had a shuttle to Disneyland for the hotel but they don’t which is the only thing I would change.

Outdoor pool was great for the kids.

Nice pool area - it was heated which was a very nice suprise! The breakfast had a good variety. Bed was comfortable - loved the bunk bed option for my teenage children. Last day no hot water in hotel - but overall a fantastic stay.

The staff were wonderful throughout our stay — kind, helpful, and always accommodating. The suites worked especially well for travelling with kids, giving everyone enough space to relax after long Disney days. The pool area was also a huge hit and a great way to unwind in the evenings. What really stood out was how easy and comfortable they made everything feel. For a busy family trip, that matters so much. Excellent value, great atmosphere, and genuinely warm service. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Anaheim and Disneyland!

A lot of hairs were stuck in the shower, which bothers me

The basketballs were in poor condition. I have stayed at this property in the past and have had better experiences, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet the same standards. I would not choose to stay here again. Also, the breakfast is not that great.

Staff was great!

It is a very nice hotel and I liked the extra beds but it is a little far to walk from Disneyland. I used an uber since we already walked 20,000 steps. They also have movie night for the kids at 8pm. It was a nice and safe place.

The room was clean over all, the carpets could use some cleaning, they were stained and worn. There is a loud pounding sound coming from possibly the plumbing. It was loud throughout the night. We thought someone was pounding on our door. We were on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall.

Also at check in, they did not honor our free upgrade if available. They informed us that an upgrade was only available with the additional charge. Overall disappointed. The breakfast was horrible. Food was cold.

We had a great time, people were friendly. The parking was too expensive at $260 for 7 nights.

Hotel in general is outdated, and run down. The beds for the most part were comfortable but the bunk beds have a light feature that doesn't work and sticks out making it very dangerous for children.The little kitchenette has a light fixture on the wall right above where you sit which everyone kept. The pool was dirty/gross and the towels are very old and need to be replaced. There is no lifeguards, and the people supervising at the waterslides are dressed in jeans and sweaters so I don't think they are there to assist in any emergencies. The breakfast was ok, other than the staff saying it was closed 15 min prior to closing. As well as the cleaning crew trying to clean our room 15 min prior to our checkout time. Besides that, the staff was overall friendly, but I am not sure I would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool and water park — it kept them entertained the whole time. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was family friendly and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is convenient but the room we were given was run down, lights unplugged with bent power cord prongs, a cut out square of patched carpet. The sink at times wouldn’t drain. If I hadn’t paid such a low price on the room or if we were staying more than one night I would have been more upset.

Just the down side was no shuffle to the park you had to take the Toy Story bus to the park.

Just had a leak in our bathroom which delayed us but other than that everything was great.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at , starting from the check in very smooth process , the room was super clean & the room service ( cleaning) was excellent!!!! The kids absolutely loved the pool area and the snacks at the bar . Will definitely be telling our friends about this property & we are coming back sooon.

3rd time coming here, great place to bring your family. Always feels safe, clean and good environment. Food places on the same property (Habit burger, Hawaii bbq, Starbucks) is great to have and won’t have to uber deliver for a few meals.

Huge clean room. Comfiest beds. The room had both a walk in shower and a separate tub/shower combo in a separate section so it was nice being able to have 2 different people getting ready at the same time. Loved the stay and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Things that are a pain but you normally dont think about, this resort has figured out. all rooms are a short walk from the elevator, 7 fast working elevators for minimal waiting, parking underground so short walks again, a walk-in shower and toilet separate from the tub shower and sink was amazing. Everything was great.

Great location and amenities for our family's Disney vacation.

After The first night all beds were made and they brought up sheets for the sofa bed. The second nothing was made and the third night one bed was made. I did not ask for housekeeping up they came in any way. First night was great but just wished they hadn’t made the one bed on the third night. Other than that our trip was great. Granddaughter loved the pool area and movie night. It was so nice to have a good breakfast before we started our day at the park.

Loved the pool area. The breakfast was subpar and very packed. It was barely edible and not many options for protein. I think when the hotel sold the breakfast went downhill because the other reviews are positive. Also the kitchenette was not stocked with any plates or silverware or anything so we had to get some. The room was great and the four showers were a plus! Overall I might stay here again but I specifically looked for a hotel with a good breakfast to save on money at the park and this did not work for that. Also we did do laundry onsite but it was extremely expensive at $6 per wash and $6 per dry plus soap cost. We could hear the road noise from the room. We walked back from the park one day from the entrance and it took 30 minutes.

We loved this hotel! The proximity to Disneyland and the convenience of multiple restaurant options in the parking lot was amazing. The housekeeping was incredible. We had fresh towels and a room touch up daily. Our only complaint was the extremely loud music that blared from the pool from early morning before there was a soul in the pool, to after 10:00 PM.

The outdoor water slides and splash pad were a family favorite as well as the view from the room. The room was clean and a great size for us with young children. The breakfast area was large and comfortable however the food itself was disappointing. The eggs were rubbery and tasteless, the sausage was overcooked and the oatmeal was way too runny. There were so many options that we were excited about, but besides the fresh fruit it was a huge let down for our family. We had to buy breakfast on our way to the park.

This was a nice resort. The resort was clean and the breakfast was great! The only downfall was that there was no shuttle to the park.

It’s almost an unfair review, so I will give you the good news. I was not charged for my room because the Hotel had no water when the water finally came back the next day. There was no hot water. They had a false alarm in the middle of the night, so these made to stay not the best. I will also say that it was irritating that you can’t check in till exactly. You’re check in time, even if there’s a room available unless you want to pay $50. I could understand that if I was checking in in the morning, but I was literally checking in two hours prior to the normal check-in time.

Negatives: There was no water one of the days for 12 hours (couldn’t even use the restrooms) and the staff didn’t even provide any alternatives. I called front desk for extra towels and none showed up for an hour. I called again and nothing for another hour. I called 3rd time to cancel the request as my kids were already asleep and didn’t want someone to knock after 11pm. When I said this was ridiculous, the front desk person responded “I know, I will talk to my manager about housekeeping being unresponsive”.

Hotel and staff was great, so was the breakfast. We were disappointed that the shuttle to Disneyland stopped the month before and nobody notified us. That was the whole reason we chose that hotel. We ended up having to take an uber to and from. Very disappointing.

Room was clean, all but 2 staff members were nice. Unfortunately water was off during part of our stay and when I reached out with a concern, I didn’t receive a response. Breakfast was good, eggs had zero flavor & was mushy/soggy/wet so that wasn’t pleasant.

They were doing water maintenance but informed us when we arrived instead of prior to give us the option if we still wanted to stay or not. They said it would be down from 10am-6pm. When we tried to shower at 11pm it was still down. I called the front counter and she said she just started work and didn't know what was going on and will call our room back with an update. The following morning still no hot water and when we spoke to staff they said it's probably because we are on a higher floor, not super helpful when you have been out in the heat all day at Disneyland and nobody could shower for two days and no prior notice

For the price of this property this hotel is 100% worth it. We stayed for five nights, having a suite so two rooms with bunkbeds a king bed and a pullout couch. Having a full-size fridge is life! Especially doing Disney with kids, save a few bucks! Instacart some food to the hotel, which saved us a ton of money and the breakfast at this hotel is by far the best we had our entire almost 3 week trip! Selection and hot not to mention Micki waffles! Check-in was a bit of a headache, couldn’t get accommodated for early check-in so kind of sucked but understandable as it’s spring break and it’s super busy, the room wasn’t clean as I wanted it to be and there was a few issues, they switched us to another room which wasn’t clean either, housekeeping ended up having to come clean it, I wasn’t just being picky lol they took pictures and everything. I think it was just due to being very busy so I am giving them a break on this. The front desk staff was nice, but meh. They were basically blah and you’re in Disney!! As far as I’m concerned Disney having some more upbeat, happiness and eager to help would be more appreciated for sure. We also stayed at the Disneyland resort for a few nights in the calibre of front desk is definitely not comparable.. the pool itself. I thought the pool was heated, but I don’t think it was so it was a bit chilly for march, hot tub needs jets but decent! Tub and shower can used at same time this is a game changer !

The staff were very friendly. The rates were reasonably priced, and I appreciated the upgrade! The pool felt very secure and well monitored with only hotel guests allowed. I loved the warm temperature of the pool and the waterslide was very fun for the whole family!

This property changed hands/management in the time between my reservation and my stay. Additional fees beyond those made known during my reservation process were needed, which was super frustrating, to say the least. Bracelets needed to be worn when accessing the property's amenities, such as the pools/slides, and the breakfast buffet.

The property is clean and the pool area is a nice perk- water is heated. Skip the breakfast- filled with people in pajamas… unappetizing

We were not very happy with our stay. The location was farther from the park than expected, which made it less convenient. The room itself was just okay, but housekeeping was inconsistent. On the first day, our towels were not replaced, and on the second day we had to remind staff. Even then, the number of towels provided was not enough, and there was nothing for the bathroom floor. Additionally, the bathroom sliding doors were very heavy and difficult to use. Overall, we don’t plan to book this place again.

Pool bathroom was dirty, toilets didn't flush. 2 of the water features were not working. Floors in breakfast area were sticky. The microwave in our room almost fell off the shelf and I was shocked when unplugging my hairdryer.

The hotel was immaculate. Our king room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was heated so that we could enjoy it even in cooler weather. Breakfast buffet was not great, dinner food was amazing.

I’m a coffee person and I enjoyed having a Keurig type machine in the room. The sitting area was great so my son and I could be actually in the same room but also we could have a break from each other. He’s 18. He loved the pool even though the weather wasn’t great. overall great stay!

Plenty of seating in the pool area. Some of the cushions are getting worn. Not being allowed to use hardly any pool toys was a bummer. We couldn't use a small inflatable to hold while you paddle but someone else could have a full size floaty to sit in. The kids still had fun. Very conveniently located near a few restaurants, Starbucks, and the Toy Story lot where you can get on the free Disney shuttle to the parks.

Great hotel choice for a stay while at disney. The bus was only a couple blocks away which made it easy to get to the parks. Also good food choices within a few blocks.

My only issue is the shuttle to Disneyland was not a shuttle. The desk staff pointed us to the city bus system. The shuttle was one of the reasons why we stayed at the hotel.

Hotels.com was amazing in getting us a refund for the days we stayed without running water.

Upon arrival (4pm check-in) we were told there was a plumbing issue, which was no running water and then no hot water. We understood but staff could have been more accommodating for the inconvenience. No accommodations were offered. We didn't have any other option so we had to stay there because we had plans to return to Disneyland that night. For this reason, not sure I'd recommend this hotel.

Nice room set up, great bathroom with a separate shower and tub. We really enjoyed the heated pools and water splash pads for our kiddos. We forgot our floats but ended up needing them because they have a super cool sloping pool that’s only 1 foot deep. Breakfast had a great variety but the menu doesn’t change. They had a pipe burst and the water had to be turned off. But they did what they could to remedy the situation and refund the days the water wasn’t working.

We booked tues-friday 4 guests. All was well until Thursday came along. We arrived back from the park went straight to the pool and i noticed it was super dirty and slides were down. Another guest told me the hotels water was out.No plumbing for 2 days! couldn't use the toilet, couldnt shower (soaked in dirty pool water)no water in the entire hotel. Breakfast was great 2 days in a row and then a bagel and fruit in the lobby due to no water.Pool was filthy due to no water,We brought food we can heat up in microwave but couldn't because it needed water so we had to DD ($130). No kind of compensation just a "sorry for the inconvenience" we had to go to starbucks to use the restroom! Told us cold water would be back thursday night and hot water would be back friday morning. It was not! We were out of water bottles so couldn't even brush our teeth. Horrible experience especially just an we are sorry. The entire hotel guests were angry.

The fold out sofa in the room was awful so our party was very uncomfortable for the duration of our stay. We tried to add a room so we could have another bed and they told us we would be put on separate floors. The pool hours are the same as the park hours so if you want to come and relax after a long day of walking, you are unable to. The kids liked the waffles.

The hotel was perfect for our family. The pools and slides were heated, so the kids were able to take full advantage of the resort even though it was chilly outside! Breakfast each morning was a convenient option, and it was in a perfect location to get to the disney parks easily.

Pool towel quality

Hotel is advertised as a suite with a kitchen, which is great for families and trying to save money by not eating out for all meals, but is unusable since there are no utensils. Also, doors connecting units do not block sound well so could hear neighbors easily, which were playing music loudly. The entry doors also have a 1” gap at the bottom so can hear everything going on in hallway, including kids playing with a ball and the elevator dinging. Also, far away from Disneyland. Spend your money elsewhere. I would not recommend to anyone.

Finding parking lot is confusing, but suite was nice and breakfast had great choices. Never checked out water park.

Nice amenities in room and layout - carpet was absolute shot and needed replaced in our room (428). It was dirty, worn and ripped apart in multiple spots of suite, with a large square cutout in bedroom?Breakfast was subpar - no allergens listed on items and very little available for gluten free options. Not one of the cereals out each day was gluten free, no bacon for protein, only sausage patties. Disappointing

Most of the staff were nice, there was one who just didn’t look or act like he wanted to be there. Breakfast was subpar. Showers never got hot and had no pressure at all, then would lose the little it did have, so showers after a long day weren’t enjoyable. AC wouldn’t turn off even though it was in the off position. Nice area with lots of food to go to. Easy access in and out of parking.

Good black out blinds, only two downsides were distance to the park and the sound of traffic. Would stay again though!

Clean room with great staff. They were helpful and friendly when we interacted. Everything was very straightforward. Only downside was street noise even 11 floors up from loud cars and sirens. Outside of that everything was great. Breakfast options left a little be to be desired in terms of availability and variety. We also tried to call the front desk once (several times for one instance) and ended up having to walk down to talk to someone. Overall, would stay here again.

The pool area was fantastic, as well as the basketball court and ping pong. The room was clean. The downsides were that the breakfast was what you might find in a school cafeteria, so it wasnt amazing. The other downside was that we had a room that when we turned on the AC in the bedroom, it started to squeak and smell bad, within 30 minutes the carbon monoxide alarm was going off. This happened in the middle of the night, so we had to wake up all of our children and switch rooms, the next room the same thing happened. We were so exhausted. Not worth the price we paid.

Excellent hotel! Hot breakfast every morning, the movies at night by the poolside were a lovely addition. It was close enough for us to walk to Disney and amenities close by. Water slides and spray park were great! Huge hot tub. Stayed in two queen room and it was a good size and great for our family with two little ones.

The hot tub was out of order so that was a bummer. The outlets need some updating. The thermostat was set on auto and not able to turn off auto so when we would leave for the day we came back and the room was warm because they auto changed to 72-74 degrees Overall, it’s a nice place to stay and super close to all attractions in Anaheim

The room was pretty clean aside from the main air conditioner smelling like cat pee.

The pool and hot tubs were nice - nice to have a heated pool! Breakfast again was ok. The options were the same each day- waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Nothing fancy but ok for us. More fresh food options would have been great! The beds were SO comfortable and the hotel was surprisingly quiet - except our air conditioner/heater was super noisy. We didn’t hear people in other rooms or in the halls which was so nice. The staff mostly seemed miserable and not at all what I had expected. There was one man at the front desk that was helpful and friendly - I think his name was Marcus. If we came back to Anaheim, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. There are so many choices in the area that are much closer to Disney.

Amenities were great except that the pool didn't open on time due to wind almost every day. Staff was friendly and breakfast was nice. Water was not hot in the shower or sinks. Our kitchen sink was clogged and dirty but we had already been there a few days before I noticed so we just stayed and dealt with it rather than moving rooms.

This resort was a very nice place for our family. We met daily for breakfast and enjoyed our Mickey waffles. The rooms were very. The mini fridge and microwave was a nice touch!

The pool was nice. Its pretty big for a spot like this and was heated during the colder time if year. The staff were kind and attentive. The hotel was well-maintained. It would have been better to stay at a Best Western and saved money.

The room is comfortable and clean, and offers both a shower/tub and full shower option - so you have multiple places to shower in the room if you are there with a family. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets. It was quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast options included a variety of food like oatmeal, cold cereal, breakfast meats, pancakes, scrambled eggs, and potatoes, fruit and yogurt, bagels and toast. It is within walking distance of Disneyland and California Adventures or you can take the Toy Story Shuttle which is a short walk from the hotel and it's free of charge. Next to the hotel there is a Habit Burger, a Jersey Mike's, a Starbucks and a couple of restaurant options. Overall a great place to stay.

Staff was very nice, property was clean, and the room was very clean as well. The only complaint are the mattresses were not very comfortable but they weren't horrible. They just didn't have much support. They dipped and were a bit springy. The second night, my husband slept on the couch. Other than that, everything was great. We enjoyed the bar and the complementary breakfast was one of the best I have seen at a complementary breakfast. They had so many options, including gluten free bagels and muffins. You just have to ask a staff to grab you one in the back.

Front desk staff at check-in were not friendly or helpful to deal with. Made to feel like I was bothering them by asking to check in. Ignored request to look into room upgrade even though that is a gold status benefit. Housekeeping was great, hot food was good at breakfast buffet.

Amazing time was had!!! Everything we needed to make Disney magic for our kids! Pool was nice and they show two kids movies everynight so you can sit in the hot tub and mellow out while the kids play and watch a movie. Waterslides were fun. Breakfast was crazy (lots of people), food was not too bad (you can make your own Mickey Waffles), and the service folks were hard working and were on it the whole time. The only word of warning I have is the bus outside that takes you to Disney is super unreliable. I paid for a three day pass and was only able to use it one day because the bus never came to pick us up. Being disabled I couldnt afford to walk to or from Disneyland. We parked Toy Story lot and were pleased by the bus shuttles arrival and departure times and the outstanding care they took with me and being handicapped and my kiddos being first time riders. They do a bag check before you get on the bus so you don't have to do it again at the Disneyland gates. Overall, we would stay again.

We have stayed here for our last 3 Family Disney trips. We love the breakfast buffet and the surrounding food options. It is conveniently located near Disneyland and DCA, walkable or a quick 6 minute uber drive. We feel safe during our stay. The waterpark area is a plus if you have kids who enjoy swimming. The rooms were cleaned daily and the entire hotel always looks very clean. We will continue to go back and stay here for our family Disney vacations.

Room was perfect for our small family staying there for the week. Little kitchenette with fridge ans microwave. The room with 2 queens beds and a tv gave extra room to spread out while some people were in the main room watching TV on the pull out couch. The pool area and water slides were great for the kids too.

Room was spacious and good for our day off from Disneyland. Large size fridge for groceries and snacks. Breakfast was underwhelming, same food every day. Was hoping for some variety like biscuits and gravy or bacon.

While the room itself was nice, it wasn’t the most convenient option for a Disneyland trip, especially with two toddlers. The ART bus pass had to be purchased separately and wasn’t running during the holidays, which made transportation difficult. We either had to walk about 30 minutes or pay for parking at Disneyland. Another inconvenience was the lack of luggage carts. I asked the front desk and was told that if none were in the parking area, then none were available. I had to carry each piece of luggage individually, one by one, through the elevator, which was difficult. Overall, I liked my stay and the room quality, but I wouldn’t recommend it as the best option if your main purpose is visiting Disneyland, especially with young children.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Further from the Disney parks than I realized. Transit was having difficulties and major delays due to some construction over the next few weeks. Ended up taking Lyft to and from the parks each day, which was fine, but not as cost efficient. Front desk was not overly friendly or helpful when asking for suggested transportation options. It was a fine hotel. Nice stay when we were in the rooms.

The 2 toilets would have really come in handy when all 4 of us got food poisoning at the same time 😰 we unfortunately think it was the hotel breakfast eggs, because there wasn’t anything else we had all eaten together in the previous 48 hours. However, the Mickey waffles were super cute! Over all the breakfast seemed great. Unfortunately we were SUPER done with it and only enjoyed it that one morning. The water park is a nice benefit, the pool and hot tub were clean and we all loved the water slides once we were recovered. Unfortunately, spending part of our special birthday Disneyland trip very very sick was NOT ideal after the money and time investment to do it. You might want to avoid those eggs. The room itself was really great for a family, with the 2 separate areas and the bunk bed. Very clean as well, and comfortable beds. Again, all of the staff were wonderful as well.

The hotel seems to be in a transition of ownership. The staff was having trouble with commuters running slow but they were very nice and gracefully handling it. I reserved for suites for our family Christmas trip and everyone was happy. Proximity to Disneyland and restaurants was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping was on point everyday!

Breakfast was good, room was clean and kept tidy with room service, pool and amenities were great, and staff was nice and easy to work with. The bar and food were good options, but only open until 10pm so we missed going after closing Disneyland resort each day. Discounted parking offered for guests staying multiple nights would be a plus. Would stay again.

Would highly recommend for a family. The rooms were clean and well organized. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was warm! It is 15-25 minutes walking distance from Disneyland and CA. Very nice walking route. Will be recommending to my friends.

Loved the space. All of the hotels around Disneyland are so tiny and super expensive. Our family prefers at least extra room to be able to move around in. Our room had a kitchenette at Anahiem Suites, another seperate room, big beds, a big bathroom and seperate showers vs where the toilet was, pool is amazing and has space to accommodate large crowds. Love this hotel and will always stay here vs small expensive rooms closer to the park.

Nice hotel

Would have been nice to have some different things each morning. Instead of just waffles, maybe pancakes, french toast, etc. Just something to change it up. It also would have been nice to have an attendant making the fresh waffles. Some people would leave to do something else ans forget about them causing it to take longer.

We got room clean every day. We lived 5 nights. In same parking lot couple of food options example, Starbucks for coffee, yogurts for ice cream and fish and chips. Hawalli bbq chicken and sub etc. I will highly recommend.

The hotel claims shuttle service to and from the parks but it is not provided by hotel. It’s through a third party that you have to pay a per person rate. The breakfast was average- the Mickey waffles made it better. But there was disorganization and often ran out of silverware and plates.

There was limited food for me that was gluten free, yogurt every day. No berries to add to it or gluten free granola. The eggs were mushy, waffles wilted and sausage looked awful.

Staff was great, the breakfast was great for me and my family befofe fueling up to head out to disney. We stayed in the bunkbed suite which was great for my family. A few restaurants and a starbuck right outside the front doors. HEATED pool with watersildes for all year fun!

We arrived with our grandkids and family and where placed on different floors and because of your very good elevator security they couldn’t come to our floor or viseversa I talked to the front desk and they did a great job and changed our room to their floor we loved that and had a great stay with them at your hotel and Disneyland Thanks again

Staff was helpful, breakfast was average and super busy, room floors were gross, not walkable to Disney, good restaurants nearby.

Room was clean besides the carpet, also the staff were very friendly. The only thing I found is for the breakfast I needed gluten free as I'm a Celiac and it wasn't until the 4th or 5 day where someone said they could make us gluten free waffles. That would have been great to have had the option on day 1.

This hotel had everything a family would need/ want during a vacation and trip to Disney! From very clean rooms to very good breakfast to warm pools at the water park to reasonable priced and very delicious food from the hotel restaurant to TWO showers in the hotel room….this was by far one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. You can walk to Disney within 15 minutes or catch the bus which stops right by the hotel if you didn’t feel like walking. From our room we were even able to watch the Disney fireworks. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Highly recommend!!

Rooms were very clean, I really liked the hotel, the heated pool. One of the check in staff was rude.! Overall it was nice. Cons : wish I’d known resort fee 20 per day wasn’t included and parking fee 32 per night .

Rooms are decent, though they could use an upgrade—especially the flooring. The bathroom is nice and partially updated, but some areas still feel dated, and having two showers seems unnecessary. It would also be nice to have smart TVs in the rooms. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, which was a plus. Outdoor parking is spacious, and the hotel is in a quiet, convenient area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a nice stay.

The room definitely could of used some better cleaning, there where stains on the walls and some gunk in the shower, some more organization in the breakfast area too, But everything else was good.

We came for our 1st family Disney Trip celebrating a few milestones this year! Had a great time. Very impressed with the amenities that were offered. Although out stay was short and couldn’t take advantage of everything, we had a great stay. Close to food and coffee shops too!!!

Iron was nice and clean, food was good. We didn't use the pool but many did and they looked like they enjoyed it. The movie by the pool is a great idea. There is ping pong and things for families to do. The staff was very friendly.

The reservation failed and we were relocated to another hotel, which interrupted our planned trip and cost more. Also, the payment to Ahaheim Suites Hotel has not been refunded yet. I tried to contact the hotel and no reply.

This is such a great hotel & close to the park! The only negative is the bus station - the bus is very close but is never timely and we often found ourselves taking Ubers instead. The pool at this hotel is so fun! It’s heated, has water slides & a large spa! The room was so spacious, clean & nice. Close to food & 7/11 !

Nice hotel, clean room for the most part (carpet could use cleaning). Interesting bathroom configuration with two showers. Pool was warm and large (slides weren’t open). Walkable to restaurants and Disney (can catch the shuttle bus from Toy Story parking lot to cut the walk down).

We came to check in around 6:00. We were informed that we didn’t have a room because their hot water was out. I said, that’s fine we don’t need hot water and they still said they wouldn’t give us a room. I had an extra large room to sleep 7 people. They moved us to the Sheraton and the room only slept 4. My son ended up sleeping on the floor. We were not contacted earlier that we didn’t have a room. We wanted to stay at the Cambria so my son could use the waterslides, so that was gone. Then we were supposed to get a free breakfast. Now we had to pay $50 for a cheap to go breakfast at the other hotel. I think a refund should be considered for the inconvenience. It definitely messed up our plans.

Room was clean, showers were a bit of a joke with all the calcium build up on the shower heads the pressure wasn’t very strong. House keeping replaced fresh white towels with this off white that looked pretty yellow. Overall not a big deal. Breakfast was good and it’s still relatively close to Disney. Waterpark water is heated to 88 which is good for swimming around the the time we went in early December. Overall a good hotel and friendly staff.

Great proximity to park and great overall amenities!

Family suite had multiple stains in both room and living room area. Could have smelled cleaner.(did not smell bad). Biggest issue was that I was supposed to have gotten a refund on the parking charges but after calling several times and getting the run around the hotel changed its named and did not want to refund me although I stayed in that property.

Everything was perfect! About a 5 minute drive to Disney. Shuttles right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was great. Customer service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious house keeping changed towels did beds every day we were there. Can’t wait to stay again for our next Disney trip!

We stayed at what was the cambria 2 years ago and we loved it . And this time around when we booked the hotel it was still the Cambria. But when we arrived at the hotel it had changed to the Anaheim hotel. Cambria and Anaheim hotel were complete night and day .

The room was very nice and comfortable. I was stressed upon arriving because I was not aware the hotel was acquired by another company. It would have been nice to be notified beforehand. Front staff was very friendly. The breakfast needs some improvement. Food was not very hot, eggs were gross. Food areas were messy.

Food was not good. Edible at best. Theybwere out of everything and had to substitute items and it was not good. Dont ask for late checkout as its not available. Now for the good. Great security and clean premises. Rooms were clean. Room had 2 showers but only 1 worked properly.

Nice hotel, did not use waterpark as we were at Disneyland daily but pay resort fee at check in for same. Breakfast was good often out of selections by 8:30. Limited luggage carts so challenging to get bags in and out of rooms. Rooms spacious with separate sleeping area and very clean.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The room was spotless, the service was outstanding, and even though it was cold outside, our kids still got to swim thanks to the heated pool. It’s truly a family-friendly hotel, and I would highly recommend it!

Great location, across the road from the Toy Story lot, so quick access to Disney. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchenette was great, fridge was large and really convenient. Poole area was nice and the kids enjoyed the water slides.

This is a very family friendly Disney partner hotel. Do not expect quiet in the hallways or lobbies. The kids and families are staying for a fun time and to make memories. Staff were all great. We slept like logs in the comfy beds! The only downside is that I didn’t receive my 20% discount for VIP status.

Very nice layout and home base for a family Disneyland trip. Don't really need a car. Once you figure out the transit system, it's fairly easy to get there and back. Rooms were spacious and pool and hot tub was nice for those off evenings. There's lots of restaurants, a liquor store and 7-11 near by. Included breakfast was nice to have too, but very busy.

Cambria is convenietly close to Disneyland. We love the friendly staff, clean rooms and convenience.

Th property is great overall. Rooms were clean and modern. One comment about the bathrooms though, while they are new and updated, there is hardly any storage space or hangers for towels. Breakfast is ok and convenient, but could include a few more options and healthier choices than just carbohydrates and sugars from waffles, pancakes, bread, muffins etc. They offer scrambled eggs and one meat option, which is quite greasy and very salty. There are a few restaurants right in front of the hotel which are great and convenient and transportation to and from Disney is conveniently located around the corner. I would definetly stay here again.

It was our second time staying here. It was mostly an enjoyable stay. They could do a better job of cleaning/replacing dirty carpet. They could also provide paper towels and dish soap. They also need fans in the bathrooms. It would also be nice if they could keep the hot tub open until 11:00 instead of 10:00. But overall, we like staying here

The staff was great but once me and my children’s were at the room already fixing our stuff in the room getting ready for the pool one of the maintenance workers open the door and scare my children as i had step out to the desk he was polite but i and my kids were very worry of what he was doing there he inform me that he was there to finish some stuff and i did mention the lights were not working as well one of the metal pieces of the sealing from the bathroom was placed in the counter to be worked on and he did that .... over all tickets for Maintenance should be well looked over because i was scare to see some stranger closing the room door of where i left my two younger children to get

The rooms are clean. The staff is amazing. Edith in the breakfast area is the most amazing hotel staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

The restaurants in the parking lot were great. Luna grill isn’t bad. California fish grill was amazing. Ono Hawaiian bbq was delicious. Habit burger is a little slow but they make everything in front of you. The grilled chicken on sourdough is amazing. Sub place we could do without. All in all this is a major benefit. The bar restaurant in the hotel is ok. The pizza was really good. I think the rest is just different compared to where we travel from. Pool area is hit and miss depending on the day. 2 nights were crazy busy. The other 3 nights had only 12 or so people in total. You can take food and booze from the bar in the pool area. That is an added plus. There were 2 movies per night played in the pool area. Smaller kids loved it and even 1 night we were watching. The speakers didn’t work multiple nights we were there so you could barely hear anything. The water slides were fun for all ages. The small splash park was great for small kids and away from the bigger kids stuff. The pool is a great temperature. A lot warmer than we expected. The hot tub is not that hot but great when you consider kids which the hotel caters to. Breakfast in the morning isn’t bad but crazy busy (at least we thought so). There is something there for most everyone. Go early

We really like this hotel. We’ve stayed many times. This was the first time the front desk woman was actually quite rude. Shocked us. Normally the staff was super nice. The only other thing is we have never been given a 1 hr late checkout. After 6 stays. I tried the before, 6am, 8am contacting. Not once. It’s really frustrating. Might be the reason we don’t go back.

Several restaurants within easy walking distance. Only thing I found I didn't care for was walking distance to Disney - it was farther then I thought it would be and not convenient to walk. We ended up calling a ride each time.

Great hotel for families. enjoyed the pool and one highlight was the self service of the Disney waffles! Excellent Idea. One thing was Potatoes needed more seasoning 😉I would definitely recommend to those with big families to stay here especially if you are visiting Disneyland

The pool area was nice, family friendly! The only thing was breakfast was a very crowded area (everyone trying to go to Disney). The placement of food items did not make it flow very well. The Mickey waffles were my favorite! Definitely recommend this hotel for a fun family stay!
