Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location, particularly for Disneyland visitors. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the mandatory valet parking and the aggressive timeshare sales pitches.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean and well-maintained rooms
- Mandatory valet parking with extra fee
- Aggressive timeshare sales pitches

Too much noise from adjacent uniform cleaning business.
- 3.5/5
Liked the spaciousness, amenities, and the decent distance to Disneyland (about a 20 minute walk). It’s not very obvious from the descriptions that it’s a timeshare location. Read the reviews after booking. I just really hate the gimmicky sales pitches that these places have, but they do leave you alone if you strongly and politely decline them. Valet parking felt very inconvenient but still a nice option to have.

Friendly staff, very nice room. Short walking distance to Disney Park facilities. Hotel very well maintained and presented. Everything was good. Even though it was a short 20min walk to Disney land shuttle bus parking lot, after walking all day at Disney it would’ve been nice if the hotel had a shuttle bus to pick us up from parking lot to bring us back to hotel.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Will come again.
- 2/5
They told us they had a strict policy on not coming into our room during our stay and to therefore leave our towels/garbage outside the door and request new towels by phone, this isn’t an issue per say, but you did need to be present to receive the new towels (or so the told us… even though we saw plenty sitting outside other people’s doors). This was a huge inconvenience for us as we were going to Disneyland every day we were there and getting in late… to no clean towels. Also, we were talked into taking a Wyndham presentation and were lied to up front about who needed to attend/how long it would take/ and also what we would receive as our gift for attending. This ruined one of our vacation days.
- 4.5/5
Very clean and spacious. Great amenities! They didn't have enough trashcans in the room. They do not do mid-stay housekeeping. But these aren't too bad to deal with. Also, paid parking was not great but again, not deal breaker.

The staffin general was very helpful.

The staff was so kind and gave us a gift basket when we arrived. There were events at the hotel every day. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and Disney was a short walk away.

We pulled into the parking lot, parked, offloaded our belongings, and handed our key to a Valet because it was the only option to park. We proceeded into the lobby where we were greeted by staff members who had great personalities and understood the importance of getting my 3 kids 9, 6, and 4 into the room and settled after a long distance drive. The room wasn’t quite ready but we also arrived 3 hours before check in. Staff offered to take our belongings and give us access to the pool area, offered the kids a welcome snack and beverages, and informed us of the hotels special events for the kids that day and through our stay. Things worked out, we got our room early! We were very happy with the room in all ways possible. Clean, smelled good, coffee maker/ fridge/ microwave was legit not janky. We had a double Queen room with a fold out couch and Murphy bed - all which was very comfortable. The black out curtains did their job, the AC/Heat wasn’t sending us home with sinus infections and now let me tell you about the pool, splash pad, and two hot tubs that are COVERED. Our visit happened to be when it was 90 and no breeze. All my kids wanted was to swim and then go to Downtown Disney because our pass : ticket reservations were for the next day. This was a heavenly place for all of us as a family. They do offer time share : presentations- which at the time we did not have the opportunity to attend- I’m very interested for next time.

Location to Disney and restaurants They kept trying to charge my credit card for unknown reasons. Front desk said it was due to issue with appropriating funds from B.com to their in house accounting. But very stressful for me. Retired on limited fixed income. Hopefully they get this fixed for future guests.

Staff was nice, good location

Nothing the location was horrible, the staff was unfriendly, and the rooms were small and dirty, there were black shoe prints on the ceiling. Did not like how it was only valet and we couldn’t keep our keys so to get Items from the car was a hassle to do.

we book through Expedia. AWEFUL Customer service between Expedia and Peacock. Both gave the run around 10+ times and in the end, they kept our m00ne$. My co workers had the same. VERY VERY dissapointing. Horrible customers service
- 5/5
Rooms and everything was clean about the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful during the entire stay.
- 2/5
No breakfast or housekeeping

Good shuttle to Disney No breakfast or housekeeping
- 5/5
The room was great and the amenities for this kids were amazing! The staff was so incredibly nice. Every single housekeeper greeted us when we would walk by. Very welcoming.
- 3/5
The check in was a bit messy. Once you checked in you were told to go to valet parking but were stopped by the timeshare team asking you to book a 90 minute timeshare presentation. They really need to read a room, we just arrived after an all day drive, kids in the car waiting and I had to spend 5 minutes politely decling thier several attemps to get me to book.

Room well equipped, pool area very clean, felt safe with good security

Short walk to Disneyland The pillows in the room are so uncomfortable and the bed was stiff, I had a kink in my neck by the second night. Also, when we first arrived the concierge was very pushy about us attending the timeshare which made us feel uncomfortable. She said “no commitment to attending” but then asked for our credit card for $40 lol.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous, clean, spacious rooms! Short 12-14 min walk to Downtown Disney!
- 5/5
You have a bedroom with a TV and a sitting area, kitchenette, and table with another TV. The location is about 20 minutes walk from the parks!
- 3.5/5
Extreme pressure to attend a timeshare presentation.
- 3/5
Valet parking was slow and congested, lack of ANY housekeeping is just lazy and money saving for the hotel. Sofa beds are notoriously uncomfortable but this one was a literal slab. Staff was very friendly and the space in the room was nice.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, convenient, nice recreational area and great staff Any parking over 15 minutes gets charged as a whole day.
- 4/5
Location was great ! Great access if you’re going to Disneyland nearby . I heard you had to pay for room service & walls were very thin . You could hear everything and everyone talking in other rooms
- 4.5/5
It's not the hotels fault but I ciuld hear the footsteps of the family above us. They may have had children.
- 5/5
Very close to Disneyland and restaurants. Nice room with microwave, fridge, sink and coffee maker. It had a table for 4, sofa and the bedroom was separated in another room, so it felt like a small apartment. Beds were comfortable. The bus stops right outside the resort, so Disney is a breeze!
- 3/5
The hotel itself is fine, with the exception of us picking due to ita price and proximity to disney whike also having a pool and hot tub but they were both under construction. Had we known we would have not stayed there. But the worst part by far was the valet service. 25 bucks for valet which was the only way to park the car, ao mandatory valet and then charged for it. I work in high end hotels just include that charge in the hotels rate comes across better to the guest. But easily the worst valet ive ever experienced. Every time we needed to park the car the valet wasnt there. Or we would need to get the car valet was missing. On two occassions the valet was sleeping in one of the cars parked in front of the hotel. This all seemed pointless anywya since the valet lot was literally 15 feet from the hotel lobby. I could see my car the entire time but could get to it because of the valet service having my keys. But theres literally no need cor the valet since the cars are all right there. Seems like a pointless inconvenience for guests
- 2/5
Too far of a walk to Disneyland, the air conditioning unit in the room did not work, room key issues to unlock the door, our room was adjacent to an abandoned building with a loud HVAC unit, the primary elevator was broken half the
- 2/5
The room had a table and small kitchen to eat meals that I wanted to have in the room. The bathroom vanity was not in the same room as the toilet and shower. The hotel called to confirm my appointment and to let me know that the pool was not available. I was able to tell my kids before so they were not disappointed upon our arrival. The listing, when I made the reservation, on booking.com says the overnight parking fee was $20. it is actually $25 + tax, which comes out closer to $30/night and it is valet parking only. That would have deterred me as I am not a fan of valet parking. After checking in, i was called over to a desk to get a parking pass that I give to the valet driver. The guy was trying to get me to agree to sit for 90 minutes during the stay to learn about Wyndham vacation/time shares and as part of the deal, my parking charges ($59) would be waived. I said, “no” and just wanted to get to my room. He was trying to get me to keep talking in hopes I would eventually agree to an appointment and I explained I had no time. My family is waiting outside to get to the room and the guy eventually let me go as I kept saying no. The building design is interesting. The lobby is not connected with the rest of the hotel. You have to go outside to an elevator. That elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. Our room was on the 4th floor. There is no information as to how to get to the 4th floor so we went back down to the 1st and a housekeeper was there and able to provide instructions to go to the 3rd and walk down the hallway and take the next elevator to the 4th floor. I don’t think the front desk ever told me how to get there, but if they did the conversation with the parking pass guy made me completely forget them. Our room had a chemical smell inside, luckily we could open the windows 3inches and air out the room when we went offsite to dinner. The hotel does not offer breakfast. My kids also thought it was weird that being so close to Disneyland they did not have the any of the Disney channels. They wanted to get more excited about going the night before by watching something, but it wasn’t available. The hotel is close to the freeway and I could hear traffic sounds.
- 5/5
No, not really maybe just one thing if they can get there EV charging station fixed
- 1/5
I didn’t stay here. I got bumped to another hotel
- 4/5
It’s within walking distance of shopping, close to Disneyland but far enough away to avoid heavy traffic I miss outdoor pools and elevators are small.
- 2/5
Our stay did not meet expectations. What you see in the photos is not what you get.
- 1/5
First experience ruined the whole stay for me.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious and very clean. All the staff from the front lobby to the valets and housekeeping are all very nice, friendly and accommodating. We’e been staying here for the past 20 years and love staying at the Peacock.
- 3/5
Didn’t realize it was a time share rental wanting us to sit through a time share presentation. The facilities were ok
- 3/5
The hotel is really great convenient location very clean and very nice staff the cons They are very persistent on you joining their club for timeshare.
- 5/5
Near fast road and not quite
- 4/5
The room was a little small for six people. The pictures made it seem larger. The pool area is also small.
- 4/5
Overall we enjoyed our stay here: large room, easily walkable to Disneyland. After we checked in, though, we were pitched for a while on attending a 90-minute talk about Wyndham properties during our stay, in exchange for some minor perks. We did not love this! It was late, we weren't interested, and it's made us a bit skeptical of staying at other Wyndham properties down the line, in case that happens again.
- 4/5
Good value for the price, convenient enough to the House of Mouse (30 min walk, $9 uber) BUT very aggressive efforts to sell time shares by lobby staff. We avoided the lobby and asking for help with anything, lest it turn into an impromptu sales pitch. No amount of hinting would quell the attempts. Not the chill vibe I want on vacay— enough people must go for it. Lots of lawyers out there advertising to help people get out of timeshares. The last few gasps of an obsolete business model? Hope the young people selling can land something better. They were nice enough and only doing their jobs.
- 4/5
Stay was good. I just wished the provided room service during the stay. They won’t come in to freshen the room until after you leave.
- 4/5
It was a nice room and great accommodations. It was a bit far to Disneyland but we took an uber and it was a very cheap ride back and forth. Overall nice area and hotel. Would stay again.
- 4/5
I recommend this hotel because it’s super close to Disney but the thing I don’t like about this hotel is that you’re obligated to get valet parking because I want to take time with my car, by getting stuff down and parking where I want to.
- 4/5
Didn’t like the “time share tour and benefits “ speech. Told staff member we weren’t interested and he never discussed it again.
- 2/5
Not so good. Arrived and front desk was friendly but forced. Sent is to the concierge and she was very nice. Don't like how they pushed us to go on a tour. Wheel and deal offer to give us Disney Money if we do it. Didn't even ask us if we wanted to just signed is right up for it. We were tired from our flight and still had to figure out our trip so we really didn't want to go on a 1.5hr tour. I'm sure they got this impression but they didn't seem to care. So we drop off our stuff with pretty much no time to relax and settle in, they had us walk across over to another hotel (which was 100 times nicer) for the tour and were told the tour had already started so we couldn't do it. Already tired and frustrated this was all for nothing. We came back frustrated and they continued to try to rebook this tour. We opted out completely. Ice machine was not working on our floor. Room was clean but very old worn out furnishings. Baseboards all wrecked, doors very squeaky and loud. The insane old Musky smell in the room was a huge turn off. Pool and hot tub had lots of debres in it so we opted not to go in there. No daily room service and must call to get anything we need. Probably wouldn't stay here in the future.
- 5/5
The staff were very welcoming and polite throughout the entire stay and the property and rooms were very clean. The hotel is a short 20 minute walk to Disneyland.
- 5/5
The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. Everyone here goes the extra mile to make sure families are happy. They have a nice common area with foosball, ping pong, a pool table, big screen tv. They all have an upper area with tables chairs and grills for relaxation…the pool is heated year around and there’s a little splash pad for toddlers… it’s Perfect place for a family vacation!
- 5/5
Second time staying here and as great as the first time.
- 5/5
Fantastic stay and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Room was a suite, always preferred. Check in involves a little sales pitch for time shares. Unneccesary valet required at $20 a night. City provided shuttle stop right in front.
- 4/5
We have stayed here 3 times while visiting Disneyland. Easy walking distance, good bus service, variety of room sizes, clean. Fun gsme room downstairs for parties, nice pool and hot tub, great barbecue facility on roof for parties. Only drawback, valet parking only at $20/day. But car is easily accessible when needed.
- 1/5
Well we didn’t even get to stay at peacock suites because of Expedia. We were supposed informed our room wasn’t available an hour before check in. That left my family scrambling the night before Disneyland. We found another family that happened with and have come to the conclusion that we won’t use Expedia and I will spread that word as well.
- 2/5
The front check in kids were greay
- 1/5
I was not impressed at all with this hotel, and could not comprehend how they could give me this news AFTER checkin and not in advance so I could plan accordingly. They said they were fully booked and had no rooms. (Well yes, I booked one of those rooms 10 months prior, and one should have been ours!)
- 4/5
Clean, roomy, organized
- 5/5
Everything was great no complaints
- 5/5
Everything was great! the front desk staff were helpful and great to deal with. and it was a great distance away from disneyland that we were able to walk to and from everyday
- 4/5
Overall satisfied with their services and facilities.
- 5/5
We stay here whenever we come to Disneyland. Great staff, nice rooms.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
This property is awesome, and very accessible.
- 5/5
Tons of fun activities to do. Pool and hot tub were great.
- 5/5
Extremely friendly staff.
- 4/5
The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The oroperty was clean and we felt safe. We knew ahead of time from other reviews that you would be approached to participate in a presentation for a timeshare and told them right away that we were not interested. Probably won't not stay again because its not worth awkwardness and we are not interested in timeshares.
- 3/5
They do not clean your room at all - even during a 7 day stay.
- 2/5
Quiet location. Staff were friendly but aggressive Worldmark salesman at the entrance of a not welcoming. Hidden valet parking fee of 20.00 per day when you can clearly park your vehicle yourself. Would have chosen elsewhere knowing the room is basically 20.00 more per night than advertised.
- 5/5
Greta room for a trade show werk

- 5/5
We were in town to visit Disneyland and the property was well taken care of and the covered pool and valet parking was very nice.
- 4/5
Was able to check in early which was nice. We loved the hot tub and the rooftop patio. Was not thrilled that we had to pay for parking though.
- 2/5
On an unrelated note, the room was not very well soundproofed. I could hear medium volume conversations neighboring rooms were having and one of my windows would not shut all the way, causing road noise to be a bit loud.
- 3/5
The bed is uncomfortable!
- 4/5
The staff were super nice and welcoming. We arrived SUPER early, like before check out. So our room wouldn’t be ready for a while. They stored our luggage while we waited. Even let us go back and forth into the bags since we weren’t really ready for the day yet. And then our room was actually ready before noon and they took our luggage there for us which was really appreciated. The room was clean and nice. The amenities were great. I liked that they provided pool towels which we loved. And check out was super quick and easy. The only thing I was bummed about was in the pictures on the website it looked like they provided breakfast but I guess at this location they did not. Which was fine over all. Would definitely stay again and recommend. ☺️
- 4/5
Like that they have rooms for family of six.
- 1/5
Room smelled like throw up and left with bug bites all over us. We looked but didn’t see bed bugs so not sure from what.
- 5/5
Great people great place for our short stay.
- 5/5
Great Hotel!
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. They let us bring luggage before check in to go to the parks and even gave us an upgrade. No pushy sales pitch. 20 min walk to Disney and near shopping options. Thank you!
- 4/5
Close proximity to dining, and small selection of shops. Long walk for family to Disney, but bus to Disney available just outside of the hotel. Unfortunately it came with a small cost.
- 5/5
The customer service was great they welcome us and gave us a small goody bag and the nices touch was a small box of great chocolate's for my daughter's birthday. The employees were really nice and the valet attended also . Over all this hitel was nice .
- 5/5
Easy access to highway. Safety parking. Room spacious and provides sufficient personal needed. Only one odd is no coffee at lobby.
- 5/5
Staff here are so friendly and attentive. Laura and Amir were so nice to us and courteous. Id definitely comeback.
- 5/5
Great property. The staff was very welcoming and responsive to requests. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the area transportation to Disneyland was right at the end of the entrance driveway. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
The people were fantastic and the rooms were great.
- 4/5
I thought the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and lovely. What I didn't like was being surprised with having to deal with Vallet parking.
- 3/5
Had a garbage truck wake us up one morning at 5:30 am. I know the hotel can’t help if other guests are up late but hotel walls are paper thin and ceiling creaked every time the people above us took a step. Staff was friendly and it was clean but I won’t stay here again.
- 3/5
I was thrown back that they were trying to get me to go to a seminar about a timeshare they offer. However, when you participate, you can get a giftcard and free parking. I just wasnt expecting that, at all. Their TV channels are horrible. Nothing for my kiddos to watch. I was able to borrow a DVD player and 2 dvds at a time, so that helped a bit. When I stay at a hotel, i want little human interaction and great TV channels. This hotel provided none of that. The amentities they offer are great. 2 jacuzzis, 1 swimming pool, a pool table, air hockey, and paddle ball with a large TV to watch in the area. It was pretty clean but there was some hair on the bathroom floor, which wasn't mine. My husband took the kids up to the roof and there was a couple, windows wide open, going at it. Yes, my children saw everything. It is conveniently located by Disneyland, which is why we stayed here at Peacock. I would stay here again if i couldnt find another decent hotel but would prefer to stay somewhere else next time. Oh, no breakfast and no coffee in the lobby, tho they had a coffee machine in our room (coffee wasnt the best and just walked to 711 or starbucks across the street).
- 2/5
It is much smaller than pictured. This is a Wyndham’s vacation property and they will push to commit you to a meeting before giving you your parking pass. Valet is forced and you can have to unpack and pack your car in front of the hotel even if it’s raining outside. They parked our van out front right where the bus stops and homeless are for days. I asked them to move it into the garage instead of out front of the lobby and they said they would and did not even after asking 3 separate times. No cleaning services available. Elevators didn’t work well. Very low water pressure. Room was decently clean, beds comfortable, fridge worked. We got towels and toilet paper when asked. House keeping good. Front desk and valet not great. Security was standing right next to us and watched a homeless woman asking us for our food we were unpacking and did nothing, but run their mouth for attention to another employee they were educating. One security guard was very nice. Again they will try to sell you a vacation ownership and they are not a good company.
- 5/5
Great hotel the only thing I disliked was that there was no self parking only valet which made it a hassle every time we wanted to go out but other than that the hotel was excellent.
- 5/5
This was a fun cool and cute place its close and walkable to disney and alot of food options nearby
- 4/5
We recently stayed here for the Disneyland Half Marathon weekend. Our room was spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 5/5
It was a great experience for our family, we enjoyed out time there, and the front desk was very accommodating. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
The suite was great to accommodate almost 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 pull out bed with a proper kitchen and utensils. We were tired to eat out and were able to enjoy the takeout in our room. The parking and entry into the building is a bit weird especially since it was raining. Overall our experience was good. The room was stocked with a lot of towels that was enough for our two nights stay and the property is walkable to Disney.
- 4/5
The staff was really nice and accommodating. They gave pointers and helped with information to get us around the city. The hotel was clean. It was slightly dated in some areas but overall it was quiet and the room was more than I expected with plenty of space. There was some issues on opening the door with the card key fob but still managed.
- 5/5
Very friendly customer service
- 5/5
Staff were lovely. Suite was nice, fit 3 easily.
- 5/5
The hotel was wonderful. Its close to a lot of stores and restauranrs. Hotel was clean and friendly. Awesome service.
- 4/5
The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located in a really great spot to drive or walk to shops or restaurants.
- 4/5
The rooms were spacious and nice but no hot water in the morning.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Wished they made up your room at least every second day. But really liked it
- 5/5
We had no problem throughout our stay. So it was perfect
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable especially because this was our first time in Anaheim. The room was pretty spacious with a full size coffee maker mini fridge … a kitchenette.. 2 TV’s … I thought the roof top hang out area was awesome.
- 5/5
Nice family hotel close enough to disney
- 4/5
Stains on the ground hair on the table. Pressured to their tour not sure if I would want to stay here again.
- 5/5
If there was a down-side, it was the 2 or 3 phone calls we got asking how we liked it...while we were still there! Peacock Suites, just leave your guests alone once they've checked in unless they request a call, and ask them how the stay was AFTER their visit. That's also when you get feedback! Aside from the annoying "How are we doing?" phone calls, we would definitely stay again next time we visit Disneyland or are in the area.
- 5/5
It was a nice room, nice comfy bed. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working but overall we had a good experience.
- 4/5
No have housekeeping during my stay and don't have a person in reception for help after 11:00 p.m.
- 5/5
Overall great experience
- 5/5
Great property would stay again in a heartbeat
- 5/5
Rooms were nice. They have been updated since the photos online. No red carpet in our rooms.
- 5/5
Great service, location, and comfort.
- 5/5
The bus stop to take you Disney was right at tge foot of the driveway ! Mattresses weren’t like a rock like most hotels ! All in all a 2 thumbs up !
- 5/5
Friendly staff and very clean rooms.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at Peacock Suites. The rooms were very clean, the beds so comfortable and a fully stocked kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was less than a mile from Disneyland. We chose to use the shuttle which ran every 20 to 30 minutes but you could walk. The location was convenient to places to eat and shop. When I go to Disneyland again I will stay there.
- 5/5
Can't recommend the hotel more. Great sized, well-equipped rooms for a reasonable price. The staff were excellent, polite and helpful. Had an issue with our flight and the staff worked to make sure we could extend our stay in the same rooms. Will be back.
- 5/5
Staff were very kind and location is good. 20 mins away from Disneyland park.
- 5/5
We loved this hotel and plan stay again
- 5/5
I had an absolutely amazing and wonderful time staying at the Peacock Suites. I will definitely be returning here.
- 3/5
We liked the property but did not like how noisy it was. We were woken up every morning at 5:30 from the garbage truck. We also did not have house keeping.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet
- 3/5
Grounds and staff are decent.. room could have been cleaner.. didnt like the immediate after check in. Everyone who stays at this hotel will be pressed to buy a time share.. they swindle you with casual talk of a Gift Card then sit you down for a heavily pressured Time Share company.. sold at another hotel.. its odd.. and if your not one who can say no easily you can easily get caught in the trap.
- 3/5
Little unsafe at the bus stop
- 5/5
It was a very nice hotel to stay at. Was nice to have the kitchenette

It was fine, but it had the feeling of trying to be an up scale hotel with middle scale looks. The other thing that was bad was paying $20 a day to park your car while you're staying at the hotel. And they also took $250 off a debit or credit card to hold while you're staying. And then they'll take the parking out of that.

The room was affordable, had everything a family would want; coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location for our Disneyland vacation was great. Would stay again.
