Guests generally have a positive experience at this hotel, appreciating the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The location is also a highlight, being close to Disneyland and other attractions. However, some guests have issues with noise, particularly from other guests and construction. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which some guests find inconvenient.

Our room AC was broken- they didn’t tell us at check in. We found out going into a sweaty room. Trip was planned and reserved 4 months in advanced- so I feel this should’ve been taken care of in advance of putting guests into faulty rooms in the heat of Anaheim. On top of that we had a family suite with 7 people, multi generational kids to adults. They offered half off parking for ONE of the vehicles….and possibly moving us to a different room on the second night. We couldn’t move rooms as we would be going to Disneyland all day and having multi generation in one space was way too much luggage/food etc to unpack, pack, unpack in back to back days. The parking lot had shipping containers in it so the lot was double and triple parked in the evenings as well.

Enjoyed our stay as a family with a spacious and clean room. My girls enjoyed the heated pool that they were able to get in the evening despite it not yet being summer. Staff were very nice and helpful and always greeting us. The to go breakfast had a good variety. This hotel is very close to the toy story parking lot. If we are able in the area again we would book this hotel again.
- 3/5
Room had a smell of mildew and carpet was lumpy. Parking lot was over-parked with vehicles parked illegally, making it a little harder to get in and out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent value option only a 20-min walk from Disneyland, and less than 10-min walk from Toy Story lot with free shuttle service.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the AC was working fine.

The room was clean nd the bunkbeds my kids loved the pool was great we even got to check in alittle earlier nd park before we got booked in but they did not serve a breakfast like the website said it was very disappointing

Distance to Disneyland $20 a night for parking which is not included in the price No hot breakfast at the minute due to renovations which is not told to you upon booking Pool area is dirty and you have to constantly ask for towels as no one comes out regularly to stock them back up, also the pool doesn’t seem to be cleaned, lots of dirty floating and on the pool floor

Stayed with a group of 7, room was great, with a lot of space. The 2 bathrooms came in handy. Sink was clogged, but I cleaned it out (had hair build up, but not that big of a deal to me really) I think the only thing we didn't like about this property was the horrible water pressure. Everything else was great and we would stay here again

I had booked this hotel for the breakfast but due to them remodeling, the breakfast that is shown in the property pictures is not what you get right now. It’s more of a quick stop snack breakfast. The room was clean, pretty quiet at night. The TV didn’t work. Tried watching tv but signal was not good. Also too many cars in the parking lot when it was time to leave I struggled to get out. The construction workers park blocking other cars parked in actual parking spaces. There was cars parked by the exit drive way making it hard to leave property.
- 3/5
Under construction so a little loud and short on parking.

Close to the Mickey and Friends parking lot to take the tram to Disney. Renovations to the room where breakfast is usually served.

We stayed for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and the location was great since it was only 7-10 min walk to convention center and was very convenient.

The coffee maker didn't work. All the The pipes with thin walls. It sounds like a motor going aby time someone turns on the water. I couldn't sleep a wink The entire night. I will never return to this hotel. You can't pay me to go there. I normally longer Best Western Plus buy this one doesn't deserve the name!!

I was not told the property was under renovation. They were not able to prepare hot food for breakfast, so it was bagels, cold cereal, etc. I booked the family suite for 6 of us, but it was more suited for young children, not 3, 15 yr Olds. The sofa sleeper was a joke. The mattress was horrible. Ended up adding another room. Had to double park on busier nights. She did comp our parking and gave a 10% off the second room.
- 4/5
Good, I liked The breakfast, is the same for 6 days.

Parking was crazy during the weekend, you can hear everything, the walls are very thin. only one elevator in one corner of the place. other than that, nothing else, it was nice.

The location was fantastic. We had a king ADA room and it was perfect. The bathroom was huge and easy to maneuver and very safe. The breakfast was WONDERFUL. As someone who has to monitor what they eat for allergies etc this was so great. Everything was portioned out, SO CLEAN, and easy for people to grab and go without any risk of touching anyone else’s food. I told the lady working how impressed I was with her organizational skills and how beautiful her presentation was. The oatmeal and yogurt parfait bar were perfect to have before hitting the parks. I also really appreciated fair parking prices. Some of the nearby hotels want to charge 50-60 a day for parking. Which is crazy. The front of the hotel was gorgeous but the rooms were very outdated. It looked like they were renovated when we were there so I’m sure next time we’re there we’ll see more updates.

Didn’t even wanna bother with breakfast too tired from lack of sleep Construction going on the whole time people talking and being loud outside our room. The room next door was having some kind of fight was slamming doors and yelling all night. Car alarms going off all night and morning. Maybe got three hours sleep. Also housekeeping knocked on our door a half an hour before out check out and woke us up.

It’s a 7 minute walk from the bus that takes you to Disney When I had booke, I had booked for breakfast and some location charge more because they have a hot bar of breakfast, I assume nothing fancy. When I got there they said their kitchen was under construction which I’m so disappointed because they only gave bagels and oatmeal. They didn’t discuss that when I had booked.

Very easy walk to Toy Story lot to catch the shuttle, or a very affordable rideshare to the parks. Staff was very friendly. Parking attendant at night was nice; like a bouncer for the parking lot. Room Pros- Tiled with the wood-looking tile. Very large mini fridge with freezer. A/C with thermostat on wall. Furniture looked good, and functioned well. All sorts of pillows provided USB sockets next to the bed, in wall. Bathroom Pros- Very spacious. Renovated- nice countertop, nice shower, floor tile, and fresh paint. Shower is walk-in and large. Overall it was a good stay, and I would do it again based on price. The pictures are very gracious, like "having the angles" back in the day. $20 per day for parking - there's also not a lot of parking due to construction. Room Cons Walls are a little thin, couldn't really hear traffic (except for the obnoxious vehicles), but could hear the full conversation that happened in front of my door at 2am Bed frame was a little rickety upon initial lay down, but didn't cause sleep loss Bathroom Cons Closet is in the bathroom. No separate door for toilet. Very limited counter space- however there is a towel rack that's convenient. No shelving in shower- nowhere to put soaps etc. Only one shower door opens, and it's the one under the showerhead- might be tough if you need to help kiddos.

The property was very close to Disneyland and they went above and beyond to accommodate for a birthday/celebration. They worked with me and set up a wonderful surprise. The bathrooms seemed to be newer and the AC was also very strong. Even if slightly outdated it was a great stay overall. 10/10!

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. I was disappointed with the breakfast, I had hoping for a hot breakfast. Most Best Western plus have hot breakfast, All we got was cereal and donuts. Note this hotel is under renovations. So parking lot is tight, a section is designated for construction. We stayed in a newly renovated room. We Loved it.

This is my 2nd time staying here. It was affordable and location was great. Near everything. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff was nice. Parking wasn't an issue. The breakfast was disappointing compared to the first time we stayed here. The first time we had bacon, pancakes, potatoes, eggs (hot breakfast). Now, the breakfast was a grab and go set up with just cereal, fruits, yogurt, donuts, muffins, bagels, oatmelas, granola bars, coffee and juice. Really disappointing compared to the first visit. Paid for the breakfast and didn't eat anything. We had to go buy breakfast. I'm not sure if they are doing this due to the renovations, but hopefully they fix it soon. Still an overall good stay.

We had a very easy experience at this hotel and would come again in the future! The pool was clean and we saw them doing tests on it regularly. The breakfast was basic items as they were doing renovations on their kitchen but it was perfect for us and everyone we noticed as we were on our way out the door to Disney daily anyway. Aixa was so helpful for check in and out! We loved our stay here.

Wasn't told about the free shuttle to Disney until we checked out, even though we had a manual wheelchair and asked staff for directions. Hotel is outdated. Room is good for the 5 of us- spacious enough. Had no trouble finding handicap parking. Location is good- 17 min walk to Disney (or as I found out later...a 5 min walk to the free shuttle)

Location Only one elevator, breakfast had limited options.

This was my second time this year and will be back. The check in staff are so kind and helpful. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there is some dealings with extra people/vehicles. Our room was clean, comfortable and stocked with all the essentials. Easy access to the parks and very safe.

Everything was excellent . Only breakfast was average.

Clean room, nice breakfast and friendly staff
- 3.5/5
Room was really nice and clean Breakfast was grab and go, just so so, they were doing remolding. The parking was limited because of the areas closed off because of the remolding. When I went to leave they had to have one of the workers move his truck so I could leave.
- 4/5
Location, pool There was no warning that there wouldn’t be actual breakfast. The rooms are dated and that made it feel dingy.
- 5/5
Within walking distance to Disneyland (15 minutes for us), painted yellow, red, and black like Mickey Mouse, Fridge and Microwave provided in the room, very close to restaurants, gas stations, and a CVS/Walgreens. Breakfast room was still good despite being under construction and not having hot food available! (Must try the coconut crunch donut). Great value for your stay and super accommodating ? We flew in early at 11am and they let us check into the first room available when normally check in isn’t until 3/4pm.

That was the problem. We booked this hotel specifically because it offered full breakfast and then when we got there, they said oh sorry we are remodeling so we have a continental breakfast. Sorry, apples and oranges. Don’t cut it. The ice machine was broken. Couldn’t get our mobile scooter in the elevator easily. It was an ordeal. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and understanding. We had no power to the refrigerator which and turn we lost groceries and medication that I had to call another state to my doctor to have them send a prescription to replace my insulin. It was not a good time. It would have been better if the ice machine were if I didn’t lose full power and my refrigerator was down for a whole day and I lost medication. We lost groceries because we were gone all day and when we came back, there was no power.
- 5/5
Parking was good, enough spaces. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and ready, however I was a bit disappointed with lack of window in the second bedroom. Breakfast was adequate, but the staff did a wonderful set up with what they had to work with. Appreciated the fresh fruit, water and coffee at the front desk very much.

Great property for a family stay. We had a room with bunks.. It also had a sofa bed and a king bed in a seperate room. Rooms are a little dated but well appointed. Great staff and on-site parking. Walkable to many restaurants. Good options for continental free breakfast.

All I know is for sure I won’t be staying there again, nor recommend this to my family and friends for their Disney vacation
- 0.5/5
Location It advertises it has a gym and it didn’t. The breakfast was basically cereal.
- 3/5
There was a lot of construction going on in the parking lot and it was difficult to find a spot to park, as well as getting through the lot. Also, the breakfast area was closed but they did have a small snack bar. It was clean and a walkable distance to the Toy Story parking lot. The staff was nice.
- 3/5
This location is currently under renovation, so their workout room and breakfast buffet were closed. No heads up was sent about this change.
- 2/5
This property is supposedly renovating their breakfast area, so they have to-go breakfast of bagels, toast and cereal instead of the full breakfast that is advertised. No longer shuttle to Disneyland, although this was advertised also. Laundry room was down. Came back to our room on the second day with ants all over the floor and some on walls. Had to have room sprayed. Exercise room was converted to the current breakfast place with no sitting room. Very noisy, hard to sleep. I asked for a refund and parking ($80 for 4 nights) was refunded to me. Would not stay again.
- 4/5
Our stay coincided with renovations, so the promised full breakfast was only continental. Many areas were under construction. However, the staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable
- 3.5/5
We did have ants in showers and 2nd bathroom, staff did take care of it, 2nd ac unit didnt work. We did get fans. But being on the 3rd floor mad the room hot through the day.

Horrible stay
- 4/5
I had a great experience at the Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites. The renovated rooms are excellent—spacious and featuring very comfortable beds, which made for a great night's sleep. The location is also fantastic. While the continental breakfast was good, I did miss having a dedicated space where we could sit down and enjoy our meal more peacefully. Overall, I highly recommend it for the quality of the accommodations! none
- 2.5/5
It’s under construction. No parking when I arrived. AC smelled horrible. Thin walls wasn’t able to sleep in. Outdated bed linens.
- 4/5
Good
- 0.5/5
The only positive was the location and the fact that I was able to check in quickly after a long trip. The biggest issue was misleading advertising. The photos and listed amenities do not reflect the actual current condition of the hotel. The property is clearly under renovation, which was not properly disclosed. The environment is messy, with ongoing construction, and the overall experience is far from what is shown online. The advertised “gym” and “continental breakfast” are not accurate representations of what is actually offered. The breakfast was extremely poor and completely different from what is shown in the photos. Other guests have reported similar issues, including lack of proper breakfast options and ongoing renovations affecting the stay . I stayed the first night only because I was exhausted from traveling. The next morning, after seeing the breakfast situation, I canceled immediately and moved to another hotel. I strongly recommend that future guests check Google Maps Street View and recent reviews before booking, as the online photos are misleading.

Convenience None
- 5/5
The hotel is close to the Convention Center so there was very little walking distance. I understand that the dining room was under renovation I just wish the food they had provided was a little better.
- 3/5
They're breakfast was not up to standard because the area was under construction, if I would of been made aware of this prior to check-in I would of booked elsewhere.
- 5/5
The proximity to the convention center and Also the Toy Story parking lot shuttle to Disney is super close. I understand the breakfast room is being renovated, but I would’ve liked a few better breakfast options
- 3.5/5
Gym was under construction, so not available. Had to ask a neighboring hotel if I could use their gym. Fortunately they were very welcoming.

- 4/5
Clean rooms, excellent & attentive staff. I really appreciate the great customer service. The hotel is old however under construction.
- 4/5
Laundry facilities were not available, construction ongoing right near to our room
- 5/5
Clean room amazing staff only downside is there was no warning construction was being done on the building which ment a large portion of the, already small, parking lot was taken up. People were double parked and we couldnt leave the parking lot and risk loosing a spot to come back to even after we paid to park there. If you're going to Disney and booked because it says theres a shuttle, there isnt. The options are the city bus in front of the building or a 10 minute walk to the free disney shuttle within the Toy Story parking lot which is next door. Other than that it was an amazing stay.
- 3/5
Water pressure in the shower was very weak in units 315 and 316. Other than that everything was good
- 5/5
The hotel was under construction when we were there. We had a modified breakfast- the options were plentiful The rooms were great, perfect fo families!

If you are on a low budget Disney trip…maybe…if you get a decent price. We will never go back. Wasn’t nice enough. Wasn’t clean enough. Staff lied and created drama on top of it all. Just overall, a big fat NOPE

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Parking and breakfast lounge was a little disappointing being that they are under remodeling.
- 2/5
There was only a continental breakfast
- 5/5
The only thing i would have liked was egg, bacon or waffles but you were renovating the breakfast area so hopefully next time you will have that.
- 4/5
Room was clean and always stocked with what we needed . We selected this hotel for the breakfast advertised as it is a non negotiable for our family to eat at our hotel prior to park days and the hot meal options looked amazing ! We arrived to find only cold / continental options as the facility is under construction. This was a big let down and we were given no prior notice
- 4/5
It was a nice stay. Thank you
- 2/5
No hot breakfast. Very disappointing for my family and I. They had Walmart donuts wrapped individually wrapped in plastic baggies. And cereal boxes. Their orange juice was sunny D. And little bags of oatmeal.
- 5/5
Great staff and rooms
- 2/5
Staff not welcoming Disappointing breakfast offerings, even with cafe not available, little was offered. “Breakfast included” was a big reason for booking our stay.
- 5/5
Food was good and team was nice
- 2/5
Clean and decent room, they charge extra just to park your vehicle in the hotel, the breakfast is so low quality, its just cheap package food to go.
- 4/5
The gentleman at the breakfast was very warm and kind each day. The breakfast was a solid substitute for the "full" breakfast we were expecting. We received fresh towels each day. The parking valet member was also very kind each day.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The only downside was that I could hear the ice machine from my room, which was a little noisy at times. Also, they were remodeling the breakfast area during my stay, so I didn’t get to experience the full breakfast — it was grab-and-go instead. Overall, it was still a good stay and I’d consider coming back.
- 3/5
The main reason we booked this hotel was because of the breakfast, however when we checked in we were informed that the breakfast area was undergoing updates or something to that effect so it was no longer available. This was not communicated to us prior to our stay so that was disappointing. However the staff were very friendly and the few amenities they offered were fine.
- 1/5
It was fine…but wouldn’t ever stay here again. For all the great reviews, it was pretty disappointing. Dirty, renovations going on…didn’t have enough parking spots for guests..but still charged $20/day to park. Staff was very nice, until they weren’t. Just a weird trip….room cleanliness and condition was the most disappointing. We made it work for Disney, but was a negative for our family trip…first and only trip to Disney.

The hotel advertised complete hot breakfast. Only offered cold cereal n prepackaged donuts. Breakfast was the reason I chose this hotel. In addition, parking was a mess, the ADA parking was used by hotel contractors and the water was shut off two hours
- 2/5
construction next room to us and staff did not tell us that also housekeeping kept on knocking early in the day for one night stay why would we need housecleaning would not stop knocking after i said No several times in English and Spanish bad stay
- 5/5
My kids love the bunk beds and breakfast. We love the cleanness of the room and also staffs are very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will come back here again
- 4/5
Our family had 2 two bedroom units, so two different experiences. Our room #101 was clean, had double sinks in both bathrooms and a door to the 2nd bedroom, so it worked well for 4 adults with a crib for the baby. The other Room #122 had no door to the 2nd room which made sleeping difficult with 4 children and the bathrooms had single sinks and a shower door that didn't stay closed. Our maid service was very good, yet floor needed it but didn't get moped mid week. The 2nd unit had ants and the air conditioner didn't cool the room, so two fans were provided. The location for Disney was excellent! Breakfast and parking need improvement! Our son's packaged muffin had mold on it. The parking lot was over crowded with rows of double parked cars the day we flew out. Lucky ours was not blocked as we had early morning flights. Gave a "good" rating as I was in the better room.
- 2/5
The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. The amenities were not as advertised. There was no on site laundry facilities or complete Hot breakfast which we counted on the help keep cost down. Had to ask for a blow dryer and the room was way too small for two adults and three kids.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing.
- 3/5
The staff was wonderful, the location is good; walking distance to the free Toy Story Shuttle. The overall experience was fine, but the included breakfast was grab and go bread, fruit, cereal or yogurt because the regular breakfast room was under construction. We booked this location because of the free breakfast, but had to supplement our breakfast anyway.
- 3/5
Their breakfast is under renovation so it was limited continental. Their sign said they had gluten free toast but they did not, so my daughter had to only have yogurt as everything else had wheat. Their rooms were under construction. All staff were kind though
- 1/5
Ants and bad plumbing.
- 4/5
Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was
- 5/5
Hotel con personal muy amable y localidad buena para las actividades de alrededor.
- 2/5
There were ants in our room and they were not taken care of, even after we reported it
- 4/5
Sad to miss a hot breakfast buffet due to construction.
- 5/5
The staff was so nice and the room was very spacious and clean family friendly hotel.
- 5/5
Easy and basic and clean. Close to convention center
- 4/5
Good location for the park. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was just a grab and go. Very limited.
- 5/5
Clean Rooms!
- 5/5
Staff at breakfast bar was very nice
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and so friendly. They helped and accommodating to my needs and my family. Would highly recommend
- 5/5
The room was nice and the staff were wonderful. Kids had fun in the pool and the water was a great temperature. Breakfast wasn’t gourmet but did the job! It was a little further of a walk to Disney, but manageable. Going there was fine, but it seemed forever on the way back 😆.
- 4/5
The property and staff were great, but we were very disappointed that we got no previous notice about the breakfast being only continental instead of the usual. It was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.
- 5/5
All especially front desk rep axia she was awesome
- 5/5
We stayed in middle of January. Pool was warm. Employees were friendly. There was an issue with the booking I made through Expedia and Expedia was hard to work with but the employee at BW went above and beyond to make everything right.
- 4/5
Staff was great.
- 3/5
The room was in good condition. Nothing inside the room had damage and it was clean. The late night receptionist was very nice and reminded us multiple times that they serve coffee and hot cocoa all day every day. The shower head lacked pressure when on the full shower spray setting but it did the job. The only issue I had with the stay was the breakfast. Their dining hall was under construction and their food options were mainly all processed. They only offered some fruits, Quaker granola bars, prepackaged pastries, breads, and a yogurt/oatmeal bar with 6 toppings. There were no pancakes, waffles, eggs...basic breakfast items that would expect for paying at a hotel like this. But, overall, it's a Best Western and an $8 Uber ride to Disneyland in the morning. Or you can hop on the bus from the Toy Story parking lot next door to get to the park.
- 3/5
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the bedrooms could use some updating. The pillows and beds were uncomfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillows. It was a decent room for the price so if you’re only sleeping in the room, it was fine.
- 5/5
Clean, comfy beds, close to Disneyland! Toy Story parking lot is right there!! Will stay again!!
- 5/5
Usually breakfast is great here. Currently breakfast hall is under construction so it was cereal and fruit for breakfast
- 5/5
Continental breakfast was great! I wish they had hot breakfast. But they are working on it!
- 4/5
Great service provided. Easy check in process. The yogurt bar was my favorite breakfast.
- 5/5
Staff was great and rooms were clean. I wish the Disney shuttle was a little closer but short walk away.
- 5/5
We will stay here again forsure.
- 5/5
The room was spotless, the staff was friendly and informed us of all amenities. Very satisfied with my stay.
- 4/5
Breakfast room was being redone so the choices were very limited.
- 5/5
The staff in the office was very friendly and good at her job!!!
- 5/5
Absolutely fantastic accomodations, parking was plentiful, safe and front desk and breakfast staff were excellent! Loved our stay!
- 4/5
Staff was very nice and polite. Housekeeping was great, we had a suite with 6 people staying in it, coming back to the room everyday with the towels changed out was great. Walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot made getting back and forth to the park every day very easy. The complimentary coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was great too. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and professional. The walk isn’t that long to Disney and close to stores and dining. The breakfast was okay only cause it was being remodeled. I’m sure once it’s up and going it will be perfect. Still appreciated them offering cereal and donuts with drinks! Would definitely stay here again!
- 1/5
Before getting there I didn’t have expectations of this wide array of warm breakfast options but they literally had bread, bagels, cereal, bananas and oranges but ran out of milk by 7:30 one of the mornings.
- 2/5
We didn't expect paying extra money from our pocket for breakfast and description on website was inaccurate. And to carry the laundry far away to wash We brought big group for 9 days and everyone is very upset to being misinformed
- 3/5
I’ll start with the positives… The front staff was great at check in. There is a free shuttle to Disney maybe half a mile from park. Our room had a funny smell, no basic things like a blow dryer, the water takes 5 minutes to reach a decent temperature. The rooms look like they could use a good carpet cleaning and dusting
- 1/5
Despite paying an extra $ 25 for "early check in" and also checking in online ahead of time to "Save Time" at check in, we waited 30 minutes in the Lobby while the single staff person (on New Years Eve sold out evening) bumbled thru the check in process with the family in front of us, in line, who literally and selfishly parked their huge van right smack in front of the entrance to the Lobby, blocking us from entering all the way thru the parking lot. The lone front desk clerk offered me a cup of self-serve coffee while he took a 1/2 hour to check in the selfish family in front of us - but there were no (zero) coffee cups in the Lobby Coffee center. This dude was inexperienced, inefficiffient and slow as hell - will never return here again
- 5/5
Nice clean
- 2/5
Bad breakfast, far from Disneyland, poor parking with charges.
- 3/5
The room was fine but we had no hot water for two days and I paid for full breakfast. The breakfast was being remodel and it had very minimal breakfast. The staff was nice. It would be nice if I would be refunded at least two night for not having hot water.
- 5/5
The room was great, i did missed the full breakfast but other than that excellent
- 4/5
Walking distance to Shuttle .only reason 4 stars is have to pay parking but staff are nice and friendly
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Service was great, clean room, great location. Was under construction when we got there, but the staff was very accommodating.
- 1/5
Room photos were not even that. Hotel was old and dingy with a distinctive smell. It said it served hot breakfast which was a lie. Water was cold until the very last day of stay, which I was never informed until the day I arrived. They stated an email was sent. I have proof of the only email I received was about checking in.
- 1/5
There was no hot water for our entire stay. WORST HOTEL STAY !EVER!
- 1/5
Room was old and dingy, hot water was out 3 of the 4
- 4/5
We had a 1 room suite and that was the main reason we booked this hotel, so I could have a quiet place for our toddler to go to sleep earlier than us. The room was very quiet over all. The only thing that could be better was the breakfast.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Fridge was broken. Breakfast was continental but where they served breakfast is not the picture they are showing with the large room and warmers, etc..
- 3/5
We stay here for the breakfast, wish we knew before hand that it was going to be continental instead of their normal breakfast. This was very upsetting and a waste of money for us.
- 5/5
very clean room and friendly staff
- 4/5
Definitely an older property with dated rooms, however they are starting to work on this which is a plus. The property was having problems with their boiler system which unfortunately kept us up and a few other guests from what we are told for a couple nights, but we were moved to a different room and the problem was remedied within a day or two. Only issue we really had was the water pressure, but once again it is an older property and we were on the top floor so, to a certain extent it is to be expected. Overall a good property that is very close to parks, Transit and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and if we are in the area again, would probably seriously consider staying again.
- 5/5
Friendly and accomodating staff.
- 1/5
Construction going on all day in the parking lot, the noises were so loud. and the fumes from the heavy equipment permeated into the room. These rooms are not insulated you can hear what everyone is doing above, below, outside and in the parking lot. There were bugs in the bathroom and the bathtub would not drain. The boiler went down so there was no hot water for 6 hours. A disaster of a stay! I would like to say that the staff were amazing! Friendly and so accommodating and always in a good mood.
- 3/5
BEWARE!!! I booked this hotel mostly because of the HOT breakfast offered, and PAID extra for it, but when we checked in we were told it wasn’t available because of remodeling- - we were not aware of this, they didn’t reach out to us to inform us about this?? They offered cold cereal, donuts, bread ( no toaster), yougurt, fruit. Myself can’t eat gluten, which is in most of what was offered- - therefore we had to go to Denny’s for a HOT breakfast. That’s my only complaint.
- 5/5
Truly appreciate our stay. Clean rooms, no issues at all. This is our second stay and it has been wonderful!
- 5/5
Breakfast was cereal and powdered donuts, not good if you are gluten free. Some fruit. Staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was clean but walls super thin. Could hear every noise including outside noise. Had to wear earplugs. No counter space in bathroom.
- 2/5
Breakfast was cereal and granola bars and yogurt online it was saying it was a full continental bfast and it wasn’t. The pictures online are very misleading
- 3/5
Staff friendly and the rooms were clean but they are in the middle of a remodel so it was noisy and the full hot breakfast turned out to be all cold cereal and donuts. I understand that they are remodeling but they should of made that known. I booked it online but I also called the hotel directly and they gave me false information about the breakfast and thats the main reason I picked the hotel. They told me there would be eggs, sausages, pancakes etc.
- 2/5
The breakfast in the morning was nothing at all like what was pictured. There was granola bars, pre packaged cereal, yogurt, some bread and very dried out muffins/donuts. The heating treys that are pictured were no where in sight. Where the counter that's pictured should be was just a few tables (empty) that you were not allowed to sit at. They also advertise that there is a shuttle on site to Disneyland. We were told there is no shuttle and we needed to walk down the street to a different shuttle. Overall, I do not recommend and would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Alek was helpful and knowledgeable, room was clean and breakfast was a nice addition.
- 3/5
Personal amable, pero la limpieza no muy buena
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. They made sure we had clean towels everyday. They fixed our bed while we were gone. They didn’t need to but we appreciated them. It was an easy process to check in and check out. No wait times. There wasn’t enough parking so we needed to valet. They didn’t charge extra for it. We would definitely go back.
- 1/5
The pictures on Expedia do not represent the hotel. When you arrive there's a guy waiting to take a ticket for your car however when he wrote my license plate down he didn't give me a ticket. Somewhat confusing I went inside to check in the man in the evening was just okay. $35 to park I don't suggest walking to far from Disney. There was storage pods in the parking lot which I thought was strange. The pool is extremely small area there was a huge trash bin with trash they said they were remodeling the breakfast room which brings me to my next point we were not served hot breakfast which I was very disappointed kind of why I chose this location only cold food and oatmeal the room was blah dark needs updating I would not stay here again for the price. 165 for the night plus parking better off staying at Pavilion
- 2/5
Staff was awesome but property had cold and limited breakfast, not as advertised. Comfortable beds and overall ok.
- 5/5
Room was great
- 2/5
The room was stuffy and felt dusty. Not enough lighting specifically on the bathroom area. But what really bothered me was the fact we had 3 flies and 1 mosquito.
- 4/5
Clean room helpful staff birthday decorations a plus. No hot breakfast as advertised and parking was horrendous.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff helpful. Birthday decorations were a plus. The advertised full hot breakfast was NOT available. Disappointed.
- 4/5
Extremely convenient to Disneyland. The shuttle was close by and great surrounding restaurants. Parking at the hotel is good and nice front desk registration. Breakfast could be better but they are undergoing construction. Hopefully the next time we come back they’re upgrades to the breakfast selection There’s potential
- 1/5
Water pressure was non existent, they had no breakfast except donuts, cereal and coffee
- 5/5
Close to Disney
- 3/5
Stayed two days for a quick trip to Disneyland. Hotel has been remodeled and is a value resort. They were redoing the breakfast room so it was continental only - cereal, granola bars, pastries, oatmeal, coffee, and juice. For the price, everything was as expected. Very clean. The accessible bathroom had no space to store or place any items (e.g. hair dryer, toothbrush) which was frustrating. Lots of noise at this room due to proximity to elevator (guests talking loudly) and housekeeping staff playing music in the laundry room.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly, clean rooms, breakfast room was being renovated so they didn’t have hot breakfast, but they still had a ton of options for food. We stayed here for Disneyland and it was perfect. I would stay again and refer others.
- 2/5
Cold breakfast, the room has a weird smell, water pressure was low. The staff were great!
- 4/5
Clean rooms , friendly staff. This is our 3rd time staying there with kids . They are remodeling their dining area which should be ready sometime December but still offered quick breakfast, cereal, milk, fruit, juice, granola bars etc . Only complaint but to the family that stayed above is there were kids stomping around at 6am in the room today for about 2hrs , great way to wake up smh
- 5/5
My favorite regular hotel for anywhere in Anaheim, always a good breakfast! My kids love the apples in the lobby so nice and redone now too ;)
- 1/5
it was absolutely disgusting it. There was no laundry. There’s no hot breakfast. None of this was disclosed to us even upon check-in. They didn’t tell us. There was no laundry service. We were never told there wasn’t a hot breakfast we had 5 rooms we all had small children and we’re counting on breakfast they sent an email the night before I was to arrive telling me that my room was no longer available, but didn’t disclose it. There was a hot breakfast. I would’ve changed to another hotel but there were five of us in this party with different rooms some of them are elderly some of them had babies. This was awful. I’ve stayed there for years and I will never stay there again.. It was an awful hotel is a mess and they told me I had a redone suite I had the same suite I have last year nothing was redone and nothing.
- 5/5
newly remodeled room. the mattress was pretty stained but had a cover
- 2/5
First, all the staff we interacted with were very nice. BUT this hotel advertised a full breakfast with the stay in their hotels.com amenities list as well as on their own website and never once let us know before the moment of check-in that they are currently under renovation (much needed!) and the breakfast room would only be serving continental breakfast (cereal cups, pastries, granola bars, fruit). The whole reason I decided to go with this hotel was because they offered full breakfast, and for a family of 5 headed to Disney we were relying on that option to fuel us before going to the park. We ended up spending far more on food elsewhere and honestly I felt really bamboozled. Why not update the amenities via hotels.com to reflect what’s offered? Why not inform new reservations of the change within the cancellation window? I sent an email to the property and got zero response. Anyway, don’t stay here if you’re expecting a full breakfast, at least until the renovations are complete.
- 5/5
The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel is very convenient to Disney, shopping and dining options. The price was very comparable with other hotels in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
- 5/5
Breakfast menu was limited because of construction at the time. Grab and go options only. Was not told about this until after checking in. Staff is excellent, friendly. Location is great. Walkable to free shuttle bus to Disneyland. Clean room. Comfortable beds.
- 5/5
My only complaint would be out of our week long stay, we only had 2 days of hot breakfast. The rest of our stay was grab and go fruits and cereal and pastries , which was a huge variety so that was appreciated but I missed the warm breakfast on those days. Please tell Sergio and Yolanda they are doing a great job and their efforts are much appreciated.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast each day and good location to Disney!
- 2/5
Breakfast room was being remodeled so they offered a grab and go breakfast. Breakfast was not good. This hotel needs major upgrading. I'm surprised this place is that bad due to location and being so close to Disney.
- 5/5
Quick walk to Disneyland Toy Story Shuttle. Breakfast was fantastic!!! Different items everyday. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating.
- 2/5
The staff didn't take care of a linen change request when asked so I had to sleep with a wet blanket. The mattress was old and sagging. There was only a single set of tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom when we checked in. The breakfast is grab-and-go. The front office was closed early in the morning when we left so we couldn't get coffee. The room decor was old and outdated and the carpet was filthy.
- 5/5
Excellent service, the room was clean
- 5/5
Very nice place would stay here again
- 4/5
Comfortable room, housekeeping was great as well as breakfast buffet
- 1/5
The breakfast provided was especially disappointing and had virtually no nutritional value. The orange juice tasted identical to what’s served in correctional facilities (I worked in one for 19 years, so I know). The bread was stale and inedible, and my kids wouldn’t touch it. Bananas were only offered on Saturday morning, and only during the opening hour. The yogurt came from a machine with no nutrition labels in sight, and there were no gluten-free options available. Even the pancakes had a strong chemical taste. Frankly, you might consider discontinuing breakfast altogether if this is the quality being offered. It was not only unappetizing but unacceptable for families traveling with children. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements I'd like a refund for my stay.
- 2/5
Breakfast terrible. Three night stay and room key wouldn’t work on night 2. Had to go back down to lobby to get fixed. Old dingy hotel
- 5/5
Front desk was amazing. It will be nice when there is no longer construction. Rooms were clean. Being close enough to walk to the park was nice.
- 4/5
The room was clean with comfy beds, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff at the front desk were all super friendly. The location was perfect for us as we could easily walk to the Toy Story Parking Lot. The only downside was that there was no door separating the toilet and shower from the sink, which made it more difficult for 4 of us to get ready efficiently. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
- 5/5
My three night stay was very nice. The bed was comfortable, close to the Anaheim Convention Center which was very walkable. The room was quiet and clean I recommend it.
- 4/5
There is construction going on now at this property. Unfortunately, the gym is closed. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. I did have to deal with gnats coming out of bathroom sink drain. I did let them know and maintenance will deal with the problem. I liked that it was walking distance to the areas I was going. I didn’t use the A/C. But, it was working efficiently when I checked in to room.
- 1/5
The lights suddenly went off during our stay. The bathroom door lock did not work . Overall , a very mediocre place . Definitely not coming back to this place .
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, tight temperature got hot items. Good coffee.
- 3/5
Staff was amazing, the shower door in our bathroom did not stay closed at all . It constantly rolled open
- 4/5
Staff was so kind and helpful
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was spacious for our family. Loved that it was walking distance to disneyland.
- 3/5
Breakfast wasn’t that great. There was frozen breakfast burritos with no meat and pancakes with sausage and cheese for a sandwich. There were fried potatoes and sausage links and a bunch of danish and cereal. Construction was going on so we ate outside by pool area and it didn’t look too clean. There was alot of noise from construction which was annoying. They must be in process of remodeling. Too far of a walk to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Excellent stayover for Disney trip! Easy 5 minute walk to Toy Story parking area. Clean, comfortable, nice staff. Definitely will return!
- 1/5
Staff was very nice and helpful. Double parking was an issue. Property was dated and dirty.
- 4/5
Update furniture
- 2/5
Hotel is under heavy renovations. Breakfast is being served out of.the gym facility gym is closed laundry is closed. Staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were clean
- 5/5
Great location to access Disney- love the double room suites
- 5/5
Easy to get to Disneyland and security using toy story car park shuttle. Simple breakfast included but good
- 3/5
The the property was being worked on, so there was a lot of noises my bathroom lights kept flickering off and on due to the construction that was going on in the hotel
- 3/5
Location is next to Toy Story lot for easy bus access to Disneyland.
- 2/5
For how dated the hotel is, it is actually very comfortable to stay at. The beds were in better condition than I expected. We did find the family suite room to be very nice and the kids slept well during our stay.
- 4/5
The room was nice and updated , beds were comforable. The toilette shower area was connected to sink and vanity area so was difficult for us to get ready as 2 people could not get ready at the same time. A problem was that there was nowhere in the shower to set soap, or washcloth or shampoo and conditioner-no ledges or shelf etc.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice for the value. Clean room. The parking lot is tight.
- 5/5
From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff was amazing. Even though the property is currently undergoing remodeling, everything was clean, well-organized, and put together. The lobby staff were incredibly helpful, always friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. A special shoutout to the maintenance team — one of them even let me borrow a screwdriver to help put batteries into my granddaughter’s bubble wands for Disneyland. That small gesture made a big difference in our trip! The breakfast staff were equally impressive. Everything was fresh, hot, and well-stocked each morning. They kept things running smoothly and made sure guests started their day right. Overall, the level of service we received here was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel — especially for families heading to Disneyland!
- 5/5
Our room was good for a large family. The staff was friendly and exceeded our expectations for meeting our needs. The breakfast was decent as well.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and
- 5/5
Great staff!!!
- 5/5
It’s so close to Toy Story parking lot and they let you keep your car at hotel. So just walk to parking lot and catch the Disneyland bus and away you go to the happiest place on earth
- 1/5
The breakfast is poorly done. It’s either overcooked or just gross. Our room didn’t even have a bathroom counter. We did not once have room service come to empty garbages / make the sheets. There is many many better options in the same price range. Absolutely would never stay here again.
- 3/5
Hotel room was nothing like the photos at time of booking. They are currently under renovation and we were given an unrenoed room which smelt musty, dated, broken fridge, flickering lights, ants and cockroachs in bathroom....very disappointed. Upside is great location, staff are amazing and doing the best they can with what they have. Breakfast was good but small selection which is probably because of renos. Parking at the moment is hard because a lot of parking spots are taken for renos so its tight. Pool was great for the kids but wish it and the hot tub were cleaned more often. Im sure it will be great once renos are complete but avoid until then.
- 3/5
I liked the staff and how relaxed the atmosphere was. I did not like that there were no parking spaces and a third of the hotel looked like it was under construction. This was the same case when i stayed there 2 years ago-under construction.
- 4/5
Nice rooms. Doors on the suites would be great. Not having to pay almost $18 per night of parking would also be great. But it was clean and walkable. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is great!
- 5/5
Conveniently close to toy story parking lot and shuttles for those visiting Disneyland/ DCA. Also there’s a Dennys, Carls Jr and gas stations in walking distance. Free breakfast available 6:30-9:30,good tasting! Room was clean, very spacious. Staff was great! Especially the ones attending the kitchen área!!
- 3/5
Renovation, breakfast and parking are a nightmare. Rooms are not like the pictures
- 5/5
The breakfast was nice grab and go. Beds were perfect after a long day at the parks. All of the employees here especially the front desk attendants Alek and the ladies were all super friendly and helpful! The maintenence guy was very nice too and helped us when we had issues with our room locks
- 5/5
The breakfast is wonderful. The air-conditioning was excellent. I know you had a lot of construction going on so I’m looking forward to the new change in the future. I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
We had the kids suite and it was a great room, bunk beds were awesome!!
- 4/5
Room was comfortable and recently renovations. Clean enough. Bed size was unclear when I reserved the room, so the bed was smaller than expected, but we made it work. AC smelled a little musty.
- 3/5
The room was a little outdated, they are renovating the place. The bed was comfortable but the breakfast was not good.
- 4/5
Hotel was good, great distance from Disney especially if you take the shuttle from the Toy Story car park. Lots of renovations being done.
- 5/5
We stayed for two nights as a group of 4 adults and one child and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, and even the breakfast team was efficient, welcoming, and quick to respond to our requests with a smile. Although the lobby was under renovation, the temporary lobby provided complimentary water and a coffee machine, which we really appreciated. The location was also excellent—being able to walk to Disney’s Toy Story Parking made our trip very convenient. Our room was also very comfortable, and we really liked that the sink was separate from the toilet and bath area.
- 5/5
There are a few times already always clean and very helpful. Stuff is great.
- 3/5
All the remodelation was very uncomfortable
- 1/5
Breakfast was good, service people in the breakfast area were nice.
- 4/5
They are renovating. So Breakfast was a mess
- 4/5
Great staff. Great location.
- 3/5
A nice motel
- 1/5
Our room had a dirty pull out sofa bed which we wanted to use but couldn't, the breakfast food was not as good as we remember, and when they cleaned our room they moved my personal things around which made me feel uneasy. Not staying here again.
- 5/5
Stayed one night, the hotel is under renovation and that makes the parking difficult. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Family
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Nice updated rooms. Excellent breakfast.
- 4/5
I like that it fits my budget for my big family and has 2 bathrooms for the family suite. It also has free breakfast! It is an older hotel and is being renovated.
- 3/5
Our stay was very nice, good breakfast options, courteous staff, and a quiet room. Proximity to Disney a plus.
- 4/5
Breakfast was a good selection: I loved the fresh veggies to add to your potatoes or eggs. We had the last room before renovations so you could tell if needed upgrades but that didn't effect our stay. I was impressed with like a sound proof doors since we were on the 1st floor 2 doors from the dinning room, we didn't wake up once from families entering and exiting and I'm a very light sleeper! 2nd night our keys didn't work to enter and we had to go back 3x to get it re-registered. They have overnight security checking parking passes, so it felt secure and safe. Looking forward to staying in the refurbished rooms!
- 5/5
The hotel was under construction/renovations but was still quiet and clean. The staff are great and super friendly.
- 5/5
Breakfast was goo
- 1/5
It was under construction we required a handicap accessibility room and we were put in the 3rd floor and Definitely not wheel chair accesible
- 5/5
Staff there is very friendly, the calling crew and the crew that works the breakfast are awesome. Parking attendants are very friendly
- 5/5
Very close to everything

Breakfast was good and place was very comfortable!

The property just needs a good update, like repainting and change interior decor. The brown/yellow and red is dated. But overall it was a great price for the family suite
- 5/5
Breakfast every stuff very friendly

Clean and safe, with a decent breakfast. Easy walk to convention center and Disney. But beds were super hard and the shower was terrible - low water pressure and difficult to adjust temperature.

I stayed here for Pokémon Worlds. Alek helped me out at the front desk when I checked in. He was really welcoming and answered all of my questions. The hotel was undergoing some renovations, but it didn't inconvenience me in any way. My room was clean and had more space than I expected. Breakfast was basic but good. The workers did a great job keeping the food and drinks stocked. The location was super convenient, close enough to walk to the convention center with plenty of dining options nearby. I enjoyed my stay overall and would definitely come back again for future conventions.

Great staff and location

This is my second time checking in with them . The second time is the air condition is not working well . Still hot . Other than that breakfast is good and staff are great

The only complaint I have about the room (and overall) is that we had to set the a/c 5 degrees cooler than the temperature we actually wanted. Our first night, we did not know this and set the temp at 72 deg, woke up soaking wet in sweat. The a/c unit works, it's just we had to set it at 67 deg to achieve our desired 72 deg room temp is all. The breakfast was great, although we didn't care for the egg patties. The scrambled eggs were much better & the waffles were great! :) The best part was the service. Everyone - from the front desk staff, to the cleaning crew, to the breakfast attendees - were so friendly and accommodating. Please make sure you bring cash to tip appropriately. These workers deserve it! The value of staying 3 nights close to Disney, with the parking lot shuttles about half a mile away - it just could not be beat. When you're spending so much on tickets, lightning passes, food in the park, and Disney merchandise, having a great continental breakfast included with your stay makes a big difference. If we come back to Disney, we are staying here. The hotel is undergoing major renovations, but they're so organized that it honestly didn't bother us one bit other than the guest laundry room being out of order. However, there was a great laundromat less than half a mile away we used.

The room(s) we had were in need of major renovation. They smelled terrible from the air-conditioning. They almost sent my guest to the ER that has asthma because they couldn't breathe. The refrigerator didn't work. You couldn't shut the bathroom door. The only good thing is the people were nice and the breakfast was free. I have no idea how this place got such good reviews. Do not stay here.

Raffles had a perfect room for our needs of accommodating 3 adults and 5 children. We had a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms. The location was very conveniently near the Disneyland Toy Story parking lot where we could take the shuttle to the park. The breakfast was great. There were lots of options and the breakfast staff provided excellent service. So why did I give the property just 3 stars? The significant downfall of cleanliness and service was the very minimal room cleaning. We had full maid service only once in our five day stay. The other days only garbage take out and towel replacement was provided. Covid is over folks! It’s time to hire enough staff to provide daily cleaning for your guests!
- 4/5
Breakfast had good options, we stayed for 5 nights and by night 3 we had ants in our room.
- 5/5
The property was under renovation when we were there. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
It was pleasurable and comfortable

The staff is what made this place stellar!!! The hot breakfast was really great, waffles, pancakes, the staff, Sergio & Yolanda were the best! The management messaged us ahead of time asking if we were celebrating anything special and long story short they made us feel so special with a special welcome in our room!! Not to mention the convenient location to the Toy Story lot (which has its own security checkpoint!) made this suuuuper easy and saved us so much time! Super clean. We're definitely gonna stay next time around.

Very good hotel !!
- 5/5
This was a really great stay for the price, my family had plenty of room to move around and plenty of space to relax. The staff was awesome, everyone from check in person to the breakfast staff was so nice. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice, clean and newly remodeled. Amazingly affordable this close to Disneyland. Breakfast buffet one of the best I've ever had. Staff very friendly and competent. Parking was a problem due to the ongoing remodeling, but staff made appropriate accommodations to mitigate.
- 3/5
Property is close to Disneyland but it’s very outdated. There is also construction underway so parking is limited. Beds were comfortable but limited toiletries, no shower soap.
- 5/5
Great staff and awesome location. Breakfast was also pretty good. Property is just dated and needs renovation, but overall will stay again.
- 3/5
Over all not a bad place. I expected more for thw price i paid.

Excellent stayed in room 303 big room. Excellent housekeeping every day breakfast very delicious

Excellent and helpful staff
- 4/5
Rooms needs and upgrade...very conveniently located, safe to walk around, and the staff was great.
- 3/5
It was all good except for the parking, it is a nightmare to park here.
- 2/5
We pay for parking and due to renovations cars were parked triple. People up stairs to noisy, you could hear them walk across the floor. They were jumping till 1 am. No place to put shampoo in showers except the floor. Beds only made 1 time in 7 days.

Close to Disneyland

Motel quality. Dated building and room interior.

The breakfast staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great breakfast

The stay was amazing. The staff is friendly and check was a great. Breakfast was great and the ladies setting up the breakfast are wonderful. Alek was great and ensured are stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Nice hotel kinda noisy at night but, it’s near down land so it’s a given
- 4/5
The room was very spacious for a family. It included enough bed space, drawer space and closet space. Very convenient when visiting Disneyland
- 5/5
hospitality was awesome, great experience
- 4/5
Great stay for our family of 8. Spacious room with two queen, bunk bed and sofa bed along with two bathrooms. Daily breakfast was included and served plenty of options. Great stay.
- 1/5
Under construction and few amenities old rooms old furniture bugs
- 4/5
Overall, an average stay. First, the left side of bed was super creeky like it was going to break with each turn. There was a definite unevenness with the bed. Did not take the bed a part. Thus, am not certain if it was the box spring or mattress. My guess is box spring? Second, the sink water faucet handle kept coming off with each lift of the handle. Third, breakfast was typical—nothing fancy—just some food options. Lastly, there were random gnats in the room. However, housekeeping services was a pleasant welcome. Since COVID, it seems few places offer quality housekeeping services, in my experience.
- 5/5
Very nice breakfast buffet! Heated outdoor pool and hot tub! Location central to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Staff was very kind and helpful.
- 4/5
Room was pretty clean. We stayed for a week and housekeeping regularly stopped in to straighten up, empty trash and provide clean towels. AC unit in our room didn't work too well. There were times it was cooler outside than inside. We had a clogged bathroom sink but maintenance came very quickly and fixed it within minutes. All staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was by far better than any other hotel we have ever stayed at. There is an extra charge of $20 per day for parking but they offer free valet parking when the lot is busy.

This is our 2nd time staying here in the last 2 months. Last time we got an upgraded room, renovated nice! “Wood floor” , bigger updated tv etc. Only thing was that the wood floor was really dirty, our socks were disgusting after walking around. This time we got a not updated room and tv was small, fridge took forever to get things cold, carpet was really DIRTY! Disappointed this time with the room fyi it was on the 2nd floor, the updated room last time was on 1st floor. We love the staff all are very friendly and are always willing to help, breakfast on site at no extra charge it’s good! Waffles, pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, muffins etc menu varies depending on the day of the week. Again the updates needed are not the staffs fault and I bet they need more time to clean the floors. Owners of the place need to take accountability. Would stay again
- 5/5
Great for family vacation! Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodating. We definitely will be back for the next vacation
- 4/5
Nice older hotel. Has clean rooms and has a nice small pool and jacuzzi. They were renovating when I went. If they painted the outside buildings a modern color like grey and white or red and grey also get rid of the red bed cover it would make it look better. Good hotel.

Breakfast is the best! Really nice people working in the kitchen.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and clean property definitely wouldn't mind staying here again only thing I can say is the rooms are a little outdated but doesn't affect the overall 5 star stay I had
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
The building is under construction, which limits parking and requires a valet to double park cars in the evening. The rooms open directly to the parking lot, which causes the rooms to be extremely loud with the coming and going of other guests.
- 4/5
We were traveling with 6 people and this hotel was the best value. The room had 2 bathrooms with two double vanities and closets. I appreciated that the bathrooms and shower had a separate closed door and fans. The hotel room was clean but it was outdated. The free breakfast had a good variety and good coffee. I liked that it was within walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot and shuttles. However, I wouldn’t stay here again unless I needed the extra space.
- 1/5
Bed bugs, spiders and filthy carpet. Carpet is black and sticky. Do not let your toddler or baby on that nasty floor my babies feet were black within minutes. My kids woke up in bites. Food was gross. My son said some of the food had mold on it. Avoid this place like the plague.
- 4/5
the only thing I don't like is that they charge for parking
- 3/5
I liked the breakfast. I also like to mention the man who is working in the breakfast room that he is very humble and serviceable. He loves what he does kudos to him.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, they all made you feel at home. Room was clean beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good as well as the staff that were there in charge. Thank you for making my family and I feel important .
