Reviews
The hotel is praised for its convenient location, particularly for Disneyland and the convention center. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the outdated rooms and lack of cleanliness.
- Convenient location, particularly for Disneyland and the convention center
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Outdated rooms and amenities
- Lack of cleanliness and maintenance

Close proximity to convention center and food trucks
- 4.5/5
Location, facilities, value for money, bath No milk for coffee
- 3.5/5
Location to Disneyland Bathroom on arrival was dirty, bath had water in, beard shavings were still in the sink and mould on curtains. Reported it to Reception and were given an alternative room with a view over the rear of the ground floor extension. Staff were disinterested. Based on the radio message we overheard the mouldy curtains were not being cleaned.
- 3/5
The hotel is ok, I could stay there again.
- 5/5
Staff, clean room, laundry
- 5/5
Staff were all helpful and friendly, pool is great, gym is small but adequate, rooms were large enough and good value for the money spent. Would definitely go back
- 4/5
Location is great, staff as well. Toilet not functioning properly when we arrived. Also happened last time we stayed there.
- 4/5
The location of the hotel was great, right across the street from the Toy Story parking lot. It was easy to get to and from the parks everyday. We didn't really use any of the amenities but the hotel itself looked clean and well maintained. The only complain we had was that we didn't get any house keeping the whole 5 days we were there. Also we could hear the water running from other showers around our room in the middle of the night. We were only in the room to sleep and shower so we made it work. Overall our stay was fine for what we paid.
- 5/5
This hotel was perfect for our family of 5, easy 8 min walk to Disneyland, TONS of restaurants to walk to. The room was nice and clean with a pool view.
- 4/5
Great hotel for Disneyland, it's just an old looking hotel in the rooms needs to be refreshed. Shuttle system is good but there is only 1 shuttle bus per shift so it comes every 30min and it's shared with 4 other hotels. But they staff is awesome came back to the beds made and all my kids stuffies lined up on the bed. Will stay here again.
- 3.5/5
The location has been great for volleyball tournament 2 years in a row. Parking is expensive for guest. Majority of gym equipment didn’t work. View of an AC graveyard by the pool wasn’t great. Staff is friendly and helpful in person but not over the phone.
- 3/5
The rooms were clean
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and location was great too
- 5/5
Clean room, staff, nice location
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
Staff was great! Room was comfortable and located close to where I needed to be. Will stay again.
- 2.5/5
Room size was large. Room had a strange smell. Full size beds are rough and not comfortable. Pull out couch mattress was broken down and very stained. :-(.
- 5/5
Very close proximity to Disneyland.
- 3/5
The room was dingy and had tiles falling off and the walls were warped and peeling. AND you have to pay for parking
- 0.5/5
The landscaping was beautiful. The rooms were old. Wallpaper peeling, toilet kept gurgling randomly, staff didn’t know how to answer questions.
- 4/5
hotel staff was all very friendly, from front desk to parking/security, and including housekeeping. Hotel and rooms are a bit dated, but location for price is fantastic if going for convention center - easy convenient walk to there
- 3/5
Location Old and outdated definitely not worth the price
- 5/5
It was close enough to walk to my daughter’s tournament, had shuttle service to Disneyland and needed a room key to enter the lobby in the evening hours. They also had a breakfast buffet at a reasonable price.
- 2.5/5
Fair enough The bathroom had some hair on the floor. Didn’t seem clean enough.
- 5/5
Nope
- 4/5
We stayed there for a tournament at the Convention center. It is perfectly located. Esthetically, the rooms could benefit from a renovation. But the room is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, there is a fridge, a coffee maker, everything you need, even a balcony with a sliding door so you can have fresh air instead of the AC. I will definitely return there.
- 5/5
Love
- 4/5
The location was great, especially as I was attending a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. The room and the hotel overall were quite good, and the room was clean and spacious for one person. It does have a slightly older 90s/early 2000s feel, but everything was functional and comfortable.
- 4/5
Walking to everything
- 5/5
The hotel is also located within walking distance. There are also shuttles you can take for a small price.
- 2/5
Bathrooms are dated and bit dingy.
- 5/5
The value was great! Everything was very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were helpful and attentive. The location is ideal for a budget Disneyland option. We honestly don’t have any complaints. The beds were a bit small but that’s to be expected and with a room that sleeps 5 but they were still very comfortable.
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5
- Lina and Zhaina.
- 4/5
Poor choices for breakfast food Buffet was continental style and too much money
- 4/5
We really enjoyed the proximity to the toystory lot and how wonderful nice the staff was Our only complaint would be we wished the beds were queens over a full
- 4/5
Our only complaint would be we wished the beds were queens over a full
- 4/5
Easy walk to Disneyland
- 4.5/5
PARKING FEE?????????? IT MIGHT KEEP ME FROM STAYING THERE AGAIN
- 2/5
We were placed in a room on the top floor that ran parallel with the elevator system. We had a baby with us and the noise wasn't easy to sleep with all night. We asked to be moved in the morning & the staff was blah about helping.
- 3/5
The property it's self was pretty well kept but go in there and up to our room it smelled really musty we ask for to get more towels never recieve had to go down and ask again asked for house keeping twice never did it and didnt honor the price i booked online had to pay more but other then that it was ok
- 4/5
general everything is good
- 5/5
Hotel en muy buena ubicación, todo bien sin problemas.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at the Clarion, room was clean all the staff was very friendly. Getting to Disneyland was very convenient you can walk or take the shuttle which picks up directly in front of the hotel or you can walk/drive directly across the street and take the Disneyland bus. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. I will definetly being staying here again.
- 5/5
The room was very spacious!
- 1/5
There was a bug in the bed. Staying on 3rd floor, facing the Main Street, we were unable to lock our sliding glass for and only discovered it had been opened the entire stay on our last day. Shower creeks and feels as though you may fall through. Bedding had a dried piece of plastic, maybe even gum hardened over many washes stuck to main comforter. Breakfast is not included, nor is parking. The hotel commissary charged $17 for two bottle of water. Though the nightly stay may be inexpensive, they make up the cost in everything else. Lastly, from lobby doors remained locked after 9 pm and you had to wait until someone noticed you standing there to be let in. None of the stuff mentioned above was addressed at any point of our stay.
- 5/5
Check in was easy. I checked in 2hour early. The room was available. Everything in the room was in order. Beware of the sofa beds. They’re very worn out. Not comfortable. Other than that, all great.
- 4/5
The location is absolutely perfect. You have the toy story parking lot across the street so you can shuttle to the park. They have a restaurant with a bar which is also quite useful and necessary after a day at Disney with kids. Happy hour menu that's decent. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I'd stay here again.
- 5/5
Great stay, perfect for Disneyland trip
- 1/5
Our room was very old, smelled old. Air conditioner and heater in room was making a noise the whole night and it didn’t even work so we were cold all night. Room was looking not clean. We also tried to check in early and they said nothing available until an hour before our initial check in.
- 5/5
Very clean. Soft and comfortable bed. I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Nice room and view, clean and toy story parking lot literally across the street from the hotel, i mean literally across the street!. You cant get any closer without staying on the disney property. 5 stars
- 5/5
What a great find! Very cheap so I was wary but turned out great. Really good hotel for the price. Lovely room on the larger side, clean, the pool was spotless. I was a solo traveller from Australia that has travelled to Disneyland many times, staying at lots of different hotels at all different price points but I think this one was the best value. Staff were friendly and I both walked to Disneyland and the Toystory parking lot buses and both are good options. Felt very safe and was happy with my stay. The only down point was I requested a late checkout of 6pm. I expected to pay but they charged me a whole other night and would not budge on that.
- 5/5
Great experience, close to the parks, nothing negative to say at all! Amazing price!
- 4/5
It’s a conveniently located hotel and we’ve stayed here for years for our Disneyland trips but the rooms could really use updating and the full beds are a little snug for two people.
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond to help me find good local food, where to get a shuttle to Disneyland (and buy an extra bag for the return trip), and were always welcoming and courteous.
- 4/5
Great location the room decor is getting tired in places
- 4/5
Overall the stay was good. Proximity to Disney was a plus. Breakfast price was a little high.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and close to Disney
- 5/5
Easy checking. Clean room. Location is perfect. Have stay there many times for affordable prices.
- 5/5
I can’t say enough nice things about this property! The location is amazing so if you want to be within walking distance to everything, this is the place. It is a beautifully maintained property, super clean and modern. I stayed 3 nights with my daughter. Every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to help…they were all really kind and genuinely wanted to help. The shuttle service is affordable and very convenient as well! My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I will definitely be staying here again! 10/10
- 4/5
Property conveniently located next to the Toy Story Parking lot. Easy check in/check out. Rooms a bit out dated. Overall pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Same on all 8 rooms of the family check in..
- 5/5
Nice pool, comfortable beds, good shower.
- 4/5
Close to Disneyland with good transportation options. Only issue was the room had a smell like a dirty mop. Have stayed there multiple times and this was the only time I had any issues with any part of the property.
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Easy to get into and out of for parks and conference center
- 4/5
Está céntrico y en muy buena ubicación.
- 5/5
Very much worth the price. Renovated and clean
- 4/5
The staff and room was great. I wish the food options were open later for the people leaving the park and needing food options.
- 5/5
Clean facilities with helpful staff
- 3/5
Staff was nice, the building is older but we'll maintained. Does need some remodeling due to older building. However I would stay there again because staff was kind and the location.
- 3/5
rooms felt very fun down and the ac did not work very well and was difficult to get new towels
- 2/5
The room smelled like a dog had been there a peed! We weren’t in the room but to sleep but did make for
- 3/5
Everything else was amazing overall and I love the clarion, just not stoked on them not finding AirPods left in a room.
- 3/5
Very close to the Disney parks
- 5/5
Excellent value for a conference at the Hilton. Room was nice, parking reasonably priced, and location excellent. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice hotel and great location
- 4/5
Room was nice, just had a bit of issues with the toilet that was fixed easily. Breakfast was great and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
- 3/5
The water pressure wasn’t great. It cost 8.50 to get a travel toothbrush and paste. Limited snack offerings. The room service was a nice touch, and actually probably similar to what I would have spent going out. It was also great to have a mini fridge. All in all, I think next time I’d either splurge on something a little nicer or go a bit further out for way cheaper and rent a car to get around.
- 2/5
small bed smells bad.
- 5/5
Amazing 👏
- 4/5
Super hospedaje en este hotel muy limpio y la gente muy atenta con los clientes.
- 5/5
This is our third time staying at the Clarion Anaheim since 2019. The rooms are always clean and the staff is pleasant. It’s the perfect property for a family traveling to Anaheim on a budget.
- 5/5
I love being so close to the convention center and I come back bc the staff is really nice. We just sleep and go so we always have fresh towels when we request it.
- 3/5
The lounge food was amazing, huge portions and the pool was nice. That's the positive. The room looked fine until you looked closer, and the bathroom was extremely dated with yellow subway tile and the toilet barely flushed. No washcloths and just bar soap. The staff also entered my room with the do not disturb sign on my door and before check out. They took all my food out of the fridge in the 10 minutes before I came back to do a final check of the room. The noise is also terrible from the floors above and in the hallway. I definitely will not stay here again. There is a fridge and microwave but don't try to use the couch bed unless you want to sleep on springs. Closeness to Disney and Convention Center are the only positives to this hotel. The breakfast is expensive and the same as other hotels include for free. Ice cream and snacks are self checkout which was fine.
- 4/5
Room clean
- 5/5
Clean room close to park
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff
- 3/5
We had a first floor room and the walls were paper thin. We had an unrequested adjoining room and could hear the conversations in the other room. Their light shined through to our room. Just not a good experience at all
- 4/5
Bar was equipped with craft beer and a nice happy hour. The bar tender was bright and cheerful. Fun to talk to.
- 3/5
Not enough chairs inside a 2 beds room, very noisy toilet constanly flushing noise
- 2/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but dated. The bed wasn't that comfortable. I said yes to room service they showed up at 8am I said I was still there and to come back later but when I came back to my room later in the evening I could tell they never came back. My big issue is with the hotel itself and false room description. The overall hotel description was that the rooms had microwaves and that was a lie. When I go on trips I meal prep I do not like to eat out every night, plus being vegan my opinions are very limited so it's easier to bring my own food for breakfast and dinner. My only options were to upgrade to a suite or use the microwave in the lobby which I'm sure is touched all day by kids and adults dirty hands and coughed on all day no thank you. They need to specify that only suites have microwaves because I would have not stayed hereif I knew that information . Or just get microwaves for the rooms!!
- 5/5
Everything clean and comfortable!
- 5/5
No microwave was the only negative
- 5/5
Convenient
- 4/5
The rooms were relatively clean, but very dated/old. Beds were comfortable. The shower pressure is terrible. Took longer to shower just to get the shampoo out of my hair. Loved the location next to the Convention Center since I had a conference there
- 5/5
No bar. No breakfast
- 3/5
The room was pretty clean and was facing Disney which was great! First night got to see the fireworks. The room had a fridge and microwave. The side bed had linens. The staff was nice upon check in. However we lost items after check out that were left behind and yes it’s our fault but hotel housekeeping of course doesn’t seem to be honest about lost and found items especially when it’s Disney items. I was advised to fill out a form online and it was be updated if it’s turned in. It’s pretty upsetting as they were my daughter’s gifts from Disney for her birthday. I would hope someone from housekeeping would be honest about it and turn it in. The front desk also failed to call me back with and update I had to call them which tells me there was no trust in this hotel staff when’s guests leave things behind
- 5/5
Super quiet. Great central location!
- 2/5
I am not a picky person. I just want a place to sleep while I visit Disneyland. This hotel is the bottom of the bottom. They advertised a shuttle to the parks but on arrival they said the city discontinued it and they don’t have anything. It is NOT walkable and I paid for it by trying. The rooms are old. The shower curtain was torn and barely hung. I turned the water all the way on hot in the morning, and still ended up with a cold shower. The beds squeaked anytime anyone moved in their bed so that made for a long long night. Learn from me…..
- 4/5
Clean room but have some smell it’s no good
- 5/5
It was our first time staying here and I’m glad we did! The room was nice, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The staff is very kind and accommodating!! I would definitely stay here again!!
- 2/5
Front desk supervisor Raymond G. couldn’t waive our parking cost for the extra 3 hours overtime. We have a big group that booked more than 20 rooms at this hotel every year for the event and a 3 hrs parking couldn’t be waived. We are deeply disappointed. Maybe we will have reconsider when booking next year.
- 5/5
It was Easter weekend. Everything was very good, rooms are nice with comfortable beds. It being Easter Sunday, the restaurant was closed. They have a locked "gift shop" with a few items, drinks and snacks. Go to CVS or Walgreens a couple blocks down the street for drinks, etc. A 33 oz bottle of Smart Water was $8.50. Area is pleasant for walking
- 4/5
Only double beds
- 4/5
Clan rooms, staff very accommodating
- 5/5
The location of the property is why I originally picked this place. If you’re going to the convention center it is about a five minute easy walk and the shuttle to Disneyland stops right out front and is super easy way to get to the park. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, with super comfy beds and a pullout bed in the couch. The rooms and the property are all very clean and well maintained. This was my forth time staying here for conventions and Disney fun and every time has been a pleasant stay. One issue to be aware of is the parking lot fills up on the weekends and if you go out and party late, when you get back to the hotel the lot is jam packed with no open spaces. Great place to stay and will return.
- 2/5
The shower was not working, it was like a sprinkler and even after request was not fixed:-(
- 3/5
Great location for Anaheim convention center and about a 20minute walk to Disney but basic hotel nothing spectacular. Walls are thin!
- 3/5
Room has nice amenities, including mini fridge, microwave and a tub. Unfortunately the beds are terrible, noise is awful from next rooms even when they’re only walking around, shower from neighboring rooms sounds like a fire siren when running, and Disney fireworks keep you awake until done. Road noise is loud, too. We were on the 8th floor. Hotel itself is nice, and super convenient to the convention center plus can walk to Disney in 15 min or so with crossing streets. However, the beds are terrible. Even my 15 yr old was miserable
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Convenient
- 1/5
It was conveniently across the street from the toys story parking lot but I don't think we'll be staying here again. There's plenty of better hotels in the area. Checkin took a while as the receptionist was having a long conversation with a guest, someone clearly cut me in line at check in but the employees decided to help them and ignored me. We immediately encountered an issue with our toilet not flushing properly, the hotel was apparently booked out so we couldn't transfer rooms; maintenance arrived to fix it but it was never fully fixed. We dealt with the toilet issues during our whole stay. Rooms were outdated and walls were very thin. The bed felt like we were sleeping on cardboard with a mattress topper. We had a schedule room cleanly but when we came back mid day at around 2-4pm, the room wasnt made up yet.
- 5/5
Overall great experience.
- 4/5
Hotel staff were very nice, the room was very clean and the mini fridge is a tall one! Housekeeping was very thorough. Our only trouble was parking, I called ahead to make sure we could add a second vehicle to the room bill and check the rate, and again at check-in. Evening of check-in when the second care arrived we were told we could not add the second car due to a convention. The situation was straightened out later but it did add some stress to our getaway.
- 3/5
It was okay, the staff were helpful and the room was clean while the AC worked. however, the bathroom fan was broken, no housekeeping showed up at all, the mini-fridge's hinge was broken so the seal was broken.
- 5/5
Every thing was really great and super convenient for the area
- 5/5
Nice spot
- 5/5
Staff is friendly. Best value on Convention Way. Best thing about the place....AMY in the cocktail lounge!!! Not only is she the Hostess, shes the Server, Bartender, and incredibly friendly and personable. I would pay the parking fee just to have dinner at their (unintentionally) retro lounge. GO!!!
- 5/5
Room was clean but the bathroom was dirty from years of use, stained mattresses
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff. Everyone was so kind! Breakfast buffet is worth it and kids ate free! Great stay anddddd WE saw Disney's fireworks from our room! ❤️
- 2/5
The room had mildew on the shower curtain, there were gnats in the bathroom, the sink drain was slow to drain after brushing teeth and bathroom smelled stale/mildew smell at check in for the bathroom, we would need to leave the door open to get fresh air into it. The window sheers were torn. The beds seemed more to be Full size bed than Queen sized as two people would not be able to sleep comfortably on one bed.
- 5/5
Great location if going to the park.Directly across from Toy Story lot.
- 2/5
One of the beds creaked terribly loud with every movement you made. The water in the shower would get cold when it was set to hot. There was no specific side that was designated for hot or cold, we had to figure it out. Its not a far walk to Disneyland but its only good for the distance and to sleep.
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 3/5
Room smelled like dust really bad. Staff upon check in was spoke very stern and demanding
- 5/5
We only stayed for one night but I wish we had stayed longer! The property was very clean, staff was extremely kind and helpful and the room was very spacious and clean.
- 3/5
Old building and a little dingy, had a grandma’s house smell to it. Back door was always locked even though it’s supposed to be keycard accessed. Staff was decent, some of them had bad attitudes for no reason. Parking spaces are tight. AC worked great! Shower was nice and hot! Bath tub made some creaking noises and the toiled lever broke. Not the worst option but wouldn’t do it again.
- 3/5
The buses that take you to Disneyland are way over there time limit and the hotel was no help of reaching out to the company.
- 3/5
The room doesn't do a good job blocking the sound from next doors due to the "shared doors" in between. Half of the nights I stayed I can hear very loud talking next door until 12am. Also the level of service provided by the staff varies. Some are really not good at serving customers. First, I had a pain checking in to the hotel as they can't find my reservation through Expedia. Then they were really struggle to find the way to get my mac to connect to the WiFi, which has never had any issue in any other hotels I stayed. And a few other things like this as well. There was one young lady who was put on the spot without proper training or qualification, as she apparently was not able to do the work well independently.
- 5/5
I had a great stay! And it was right next to the Toy Story parking area where you can take the shuttle to Disney. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I also loved that they were pet-friendly and I was able to bring my cat with me since most places I called did not allow cats. I would most definitely be staying again. :)
- 2/5
The gym consisted of a couple of treadmills, couple of bikes that were not fully functional, and one pulley system. You would be better off just doing push-ups and sit-ups in your room. The staff was very friendly though.
- 5/5
Our room was clean. While we were close to the elevator, we didn’t have any noise disturbing us in the room. We would stay here again for the price we paid.
- 3/5
Very outdated. The location is great to access Disneyland by walking.
- 4/5
I got a free breakfast included with my stay and was told becuase I went through Expedia… and it was very tasty. Although if you pay for the breakfast it was a lot more disappointing than what’s advertised. There is a small selection and food is average! Overall this hotel property was very pleasant and I and more than willing to return. It also sits SUPER close to the Disneyland resort ( 20 min walk ) and just across from the Toy Story parking lot ( which offers free shuttles to the Disneyland resort ) which is super convenient. - 5/5
Didn't use pool or laundry.
- 4/5
Pool was clean, room overall was clean. A little outdated but nice cheaper stay close to disney, walking distance about 20 mins to the park. Staff was not overly friendly. Housekeeping was very nice!
- 5/5
The stay was great and in a convenient location close to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Hotel was within a short walk to convenient stores and Disneyland. Staff was welcoming. Room was very nice!
- 1/5
Staff was very rude
- 5/5
Clean room, very spacious, walking distance to Disneyland
- 5/5
I only had 48 hours there but Would totally stay here again even if it were for longer. Straight shot 7-minute walk to Disneyland main gate, Love that you have to have a hotel key to get in after hours and there's one entrance in one entrance out makes it very secure.
- 3/5
The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub backed up while showering. The parking was poor. We had higher expectations for this hotel. They they charge $20 a night for parking plus tax and then Coned off all surrounding parking for an event the next day
- 4/5
The room was clean and spacious, walking distance to Disneyland. The restroom was a bit outdated and small. There was a bit of issue with the water pressure temperature in the shower which was not fun. One of our beds was also
- 5/5
Other than that, staff super nice.
- 4/5
Room was comfortable and clean.
- 3/5
The price for the room is decent but when you factor in that you pay for parking each night (which I didnt read in the FAQ section), youd be better off somewhere else.
- 3/5
Old rooms, needs renovation
- 4/5
It was good all around no complaints
- 5/5
Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Room was clean, but definitely needed an upgrade. After staying in over 9 different hotels the Clarion was one of the most quiet hotels to date.
- 4/5
The whole thing felt like they wanted me to leave so they could have someone from the event park there instead. My card was charged the $36 fee and not the $50/$60 they claimed, so I'm even more confused as to why they tried to get me to leave and find parking elsewhere. That situation left a bad taste and I have to knock the rating down a star.
- 4/5
Was given a handicap room but front desk kept telling us it was not a handicap room. It definitely was. Not excited about shower that left water all over the floor
- 3/5
Rooms are old and carpet in bathroom needs to be replaced. Felt wet and was pulling away from wall. Customer service was not friendly at all at frint desk/seemed irritated from the start. Gave three stars because they have a washer dryer easily accessible near elevators and the restaurant in lobby is good.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Staff is just excellent! Location great, convenience great. Comfortable, clean room, thoughtful amenities.
- 5/5
Nice, clean, spacious room. Great service! Our family would certainly stay here again!!
- 4/5
Clean, courteous staff, convenient location for Disney parks!
- 5/5
Courteous staff, accommodating
- 3/5
Very small bathroom. Room is old and needs updating. Beds were uncomfortable. But it was clean and the staff were extremely nice.
- 5/5
yes
- 5/5
Everything at the hotel was great. Free breakfast was listed when we booked but not available at the property.

everyone was amazing! however that big guy that wears a blue shirt in the front lobby behind the desk is a complete jerk :) he was very rude, kept talking when we kept telling him “no i understand” respectfully but continued to explain when the information made no sense to begin with. spoke to us like we were dumb in that condescending voice which i was VERY taken back. it was a simple question that didn’t need a 20 minute fake policy kind of explanation. he was impatient and made things wayyyy too complicated when in the end, the lady easily and smoothly did what was “supposedly” against some made up policy he made because he didn’t want to just add a vehicle to my stay. we ordered more toilet paper and he took about 30 minutes to give it to us in our room?? anyways, room was fantastic! spacious and clean! would love to come back here and would 100% be avoiding that guy, josh or ray whatever fake name he gave us cause he was not wearing a name tag for a reason. interesting. thank you to the amazing WOMEN staff!! you guys were so sweet ! :))
- 2/5
The staff members were not very friendly and the snack shop was overpriced! They didn’t even have coffee or water for free! And in our room we could hear the next neighbors water every time they showered used the bathroom or the sink it was so loud most nights it kept me up till after midnight! We where in room 818
- 5/5
Clean, walkable, affordable
- 1/5
Room is very old. Bathroom had used soap bar presented. Shower curtains had "stuff" stains. Water pressure for toilet super slow and shower water pressure so weak took forever to rinse out .Bed also sinks in middle and squeaks. Never ever coming back .
- 4/5
It was clean but the beds were full size and we had 3 people. It was tight.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Clean and quiet.
- 4/5
Close to convention
- 5/5
Man this was a great experience! Big shout out to Ray!
- 4/5
The staff was really nice, surprised there was only ONE microwave for the ENTIRE hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, they just felt very small. Ok place for a quick stay for comps.
- 4/5
it was an okay stay.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Water temperature not consistent.
- 4/5
Helpful staff + convenient location
- 5/5
Nice staff, close to parks
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having filtered water available in the workout room.
- 3/5
Staff were absolutely amazing.....extremely professional and kind. The hotel is a little antiquated. It definitely needs some TLC. the room was normal size. The beds were comfortable, but small. The bathroom didn't have a fan. The water I the bathtub took forever to drain, even after one showered. The bathroom was extremely small. The kleenex holder was old. The bed sheets were torn/had holes. The hairdryer was helpful only to one with a lot is hair than me. I had to blow dry my hair and finishes before plugging in my curling iron.
- 3/5
I tad pricey for it was. The room wasn’t terrible but could have been cleaner.
- 3/5
The staff wonderful! The room outdated, yes! That I can live with but not being very clean is another. Definitely could pay attention more to things especially since things are more worn down a need extra attention.
- 2/5
Would be nice to have liquid body wash, rather than bar soap. Front desk people were lovely and very professional.
- 3/5
The toilet took forever to flush and the wall behind the toilet was warped with what I assume was water damage. The website boasts a "hot breakfast" but none of the staff at the reception desk mentioned it. The fountain out front was empty. Overall would probably not stay again.
- 5/5
Love this place! Great location, super clean & spacious rooms. Would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
I liked the idea of taking the shuttle to the Park, we've not done that before. The staff at the check-in desk were very friendly and helpful. When we got to the room I was happy w the layout at first, and a little excited there was a balcony. The beds were very comfy, and the sheets were very soft. The fridge was bigger than most hotel fridges, so we could put quite a few snacks and drinks in there. The only issues we had w the room were lack of outlets, and quality of outlets... they wouldn't hold the cord in place and more than once I noticed my things not charging and I had to wiggle the cords until they were in a place that would charge and then make sure it didn't move. The second issue was the bathroom. The toilet is right next to the tub, and when you try to close the door, you can't close it unless you step in to the tub. They should rethink that design and maybe get a sliding door? It was very quiet, I didn't really hear any other guests during our stay. We were a bit sad we weren't right next to the Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, Walgreen's and other convenient stores we usually stay by... BUT, those were just a short walk down the street. The walk to the shuttle from the hotel is a lot longer than I thought it would be... and including the wait time for shuttles to show up, it didn't save us any time getting to the Park.
- 4/5
Good clean room. Friendly staff.
- 2/5
Room was dirty and gross and the bedding felt dirty, overall just the quality of the rooms didn’t match up to the photos on the listing
- 5/5
Also, if disneyland opens at 8 am. Go to the palms cafe at 6:30 and split the breakfast burrito. The timing is perfect and the burrito is delicous, affordable and gigantic.
- 1/5
WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Very convenient
- 3/5
Extra parking charges were not expected considering the charges of the room.
- 4/5
Hotel was very clean, hotel staff was kind and accommodating.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
Very nice clean room. Nothing too special but great location for Disney. Comfy beds
- 2/5
While I do know the building and rooms are a bit outdated (and that is totally fine with me), the one thing I was not expecting bugs hiding under the pillows on my bed. My bed has 4 pillows, and I found 1 bug on each pillow on 3 separate pillows. They were hiding on the underside so I wouldn't have seen it until I moved the pillow. I didn't get the name of the girl that was working at the front desk when I went down around 12:30am on 01/17, but she was professional and moved me to a new room and asked me to send the pictures I took to auditing so they could handle it. I wanted to know how it was handled after but nobody could tell me when I was checking out. It was definitely not convenient for me to have to move so suddenly when I should've been able to go to bed. I gave 2 stars because the girl who helped me was professional and quick to move me no questions asked. If that has not happened, I would've given 1 star.
- 3/5
The staff were very nice and friendly at the front desk, very easy check-in. The room alone was okay it had a nice view and comfy bed. I didn’t like the bathroom door wouldn’t close at all or lock, and one of the towels that were new was dirty with a stain. Besides that everything was okay.
- 5/5
Great staffs
- 3/5
The room was clean but the atmosphere was terrible. It was so much noise that it woke me up in the middle of the night. The night supervisor was attentive and move me to another room. But this should not have happened in the first place.
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent! And premium customer service, very well located, 2 blocks from Disney Parks
- 5/5
Great location, great room service, short walking distance to the convention center
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly and great location
- 1/5
There were bed bugs on one bed. Came away with 20+ bites over most of body. Worst are 8 bites on head, a couple of which have swollen and are very itchy. Also, got in late Friday night and asked for no service Saturday. We received loud knock at 8:30 a.m. next morning.
- 4/5
Staff and location were the best parts of the hotel. It was fine for a short stay. Nothing special but not bad.
- 4/5
A good place to stay for Disneyland. Clean room although a little dated especially the bathroom but we weren't in the room at all except to sleep. The room rate was good for 3 nights. Front desk staff were pleasant .
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Room was great low price. bus to Disneyland pick up was right in front of hotel.
- 4/5
Staff very kind, only complaint would be the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, kept finding hair in different places and I don’t have any so it didn’t come off of me.
- 4/5
Clean room and breakfast available at the hotel
- 4/5
The staff was amazing, from front desk to the gal working the luggage rack dept to the morning staff at restaurant..best care
- 3/5
bed sheets had holes
- 3/5
Place needs some much needed TLC. Room was ok but bathroom was old and had rust. We stayed here to save money, probably won’t do that again. In my opinion st the end of the day when your tired from being at the park it feels far.
- 2/5
Support staff was very short, rude & unhelpful at check in procedure. The rooms are very old. Beds are really squeaky & fell off the metal bed frame. It was the most affordable hotel within walking range of the parks, but I would probably choose to stay further & take a shuttle to avoid this place.
- 3/5
Na
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Great Breakfast! Not Complimentary
- 4/5
Overall good experience. Hotel needs a bit of a refresh but if you at disneyland all day it fits the bill in terms of comfort, location and amenities. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would go back again if visiting Disneyland.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing, will be booking again next year
- 5/5
Check in was quick and staff was helpful.
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
Super clean room. Friendly staff. Quick housekeeping. Beds were soft and super clean. Room was well stocked and loved that it was an inside located room and had a balcony! 5 star treatment. Best hotel stay ever!
- 5/5
We just stayed for 4 nights for our Disney trip and had a good experience, room was clean, staff was very friendly and Toy Story parking lot was very close to the property.. will be staying again in the future..
- 5/5
Friendly staff, small beds
- 4/5
The clean room and front desk staff were courteous.
- 1/5
Be prepared to be nickel and dime’d to death. Want to park, pay extra, a bottle of water, more than $5, the restaurant is very expensive for mediocre food. The rooms have been updated, but it’s only surface level. A dated property milking tourists for cash.
- 2/5
Staff were very cold and not welcoming. Upon arrival the staff member who checked us in was barking prompts like "sign" "hit no" and took my card from my hand and was inserting it into the card reader at different times not fully explaining why. They printed out a paper with my information on it and kept it and I never got a receipt at check out or even after. Getting into the room was fine nothing special just a place to sleep. Every time we took a shower, the bathtub would fill with 3 inches of water because it would not drain properly. Walking out of the lobby the next morning I also heard another complaint from a guest having the same issue in a different room. I'll check out the person at the desk just took our cards and gave no information. They barely even looked up from whatever they were doing at their desk. It is conveniently located close to the parks and the Toy story parking lot is right across the street so I did like it for the convenience but even including that my overall experience was not worth it and I would never stay here again.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly although the hotel could use an update. Popcorn ceilings are outdated and the bathrooms while clean are a bit outdated too.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and the room was amazing!
- 4/5
Good clean and attentive
- 5/5
The store downstairs was convenient that was open 24/7, I got really sick and was able to get medicine immediately from the store.
- 4/5
it was good. rooms are old and need updating
- 4/5
The room was nice. The bathroom was clean. There is a small self service shop if not cvs was next door. We took the shuttle to Disney from the hotel. But it was a pretty close walk too. It was perfect for my family.
- 4/5
The was clean and comfortable, we were only there to sleep (full days at Disneyland). Bathtub was larger and the water was hot, great after a long day at the park. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Close to convention center. Rooms had everything we needed. Great deal.
- 1/5
Custumer service the worst
- 3/5
To bar or pool
- 4/5

- 5/5
Easy check in and a 15 min walk to the front entrances of Disney parks.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Had a good experience. Comfortable beds, very clean, great staff. I’d definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Clean and convenient location to get to my multi-day event at the Anaheim Convention Center. Front desk staff were also super helpful!
- 4/5
Staff were great, check in/out was smooth, room and hotel were clean, proximity to convention center was great, little further for the parks. Bathroom (just shower/tub and toilet room was outdated, toilet seat was loose and toilet flush/drain as well as shower drain were very slow. I showered, but ended up with a bath for my feet. Functionally, I got what needed to be done. Would stay elsewhere for a better bathroom as long as the cost isn’t to much more.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel and staff was amazing! Really wish I remembered the guys name that checked me in he was great!
- 5/5
Clean rooms friendly staff
- 5/5
Our room was clean. The staff were nice. We'd stay here again. We booked about 2 months out and saved a lot of money. It's a modest walk from Disneyland, about 22 minutes. We did not park here as parking is more than 30 dollars a day. We just used Lyft from airport to hotel- about 100 dollars as this was cheaper than renting a car and parking it. We didn't eat here, but the food smelled good.
- 3/5
The A/C wasnt working the first night. In the morning i requested that maintenance see if they could get it fixed whilebwe were gone. That even i asked if itbwas fixed and was told it was, but it wasnt. I had to call down and see if they could send the maintenance guy up. The maintenance guy even confirmed that nobody looked at it that day. He was able to get it working after messing with it for about 20 minutes. Then on our last morning we had a 11am chevkout. Housekeeping lightly knocked and came into the room about 9:30am. I guess they figured we had left. The room keys had also need deactivated at that time. The double beds are really too small for 2 adulymts and not really that comfortable. And with the $32 per night parking fee it ended up not really being much cheaper than some of the nicer places. I doubt we will stay here again.
- 3/5
The staff were really friendly the only two complaints I have are the rooms the bed STUCKS hard as a rock and the AC sucks everything else was okay.
- 3/5
Staff was polite rooms are outdated need some cosmetic work done. Felt more like a motel than a hotel
- 5/5
I liked the 24 hour kiosk for snacks.
- 4/5
An older hotel, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. About a 15 minute walk to Disney and the price was good as well.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 3/5
Close to the toy story park and very nice staff
- 4/5
Room was very nice and quiet.
- 4/5
Decent, clean room and courteous staff.
- 5/5
staff excellent
- 5/5
Clean room and everything worked!
- 1/5
To make things worse, one employee told me I could leave my car parked until Monday morning, while another insisted I needed to move it by 3:00 PM. This kind of miscommunication is frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of clarity and support made the experience far more stressful than it should have been.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean the location is so convenient and the staff is always so helpful & friendly
- 5/5
Special thankyou to Rudy, our Adult beverage Host.
- 4/5
perfect for our family of 5
- 4/5
I liked that it was clean and close to Disney. Customer service can be kinder and friendlier and you get the five star
- 3/5
The hotel was fine. If you are on a budget and can get a deal this is fine to stay at. Nothing was horrible. Felt safe, and it was an ok clean. I like it to feel fresher and I hate a fabric shower curtain. You could tell the part of the room that was renovated to be a "living room" instead of a balcony as the walll was still brick. The bed was uncomfortable and was very squeaky which kept waking me up. I woudn't rate it terrible - But I wouldnt rate it as Great. I guess its fair.
- 5/5
Great, speedy front desk service.
- 5/5
My experience was amazing. The staff were very nice, sweet and helpful and always greeted you.Every time you would pass them, the location is amazing and you are around all the good food as well as the transit bus.And if you don't want to watch it , you can cross the street and hop on the transit bus that goes straight to disney's entrance.
- 4/5
Staff super friendly.
- 4/5
- 5/5
Camas confortables, y cuartos limpios. Pudimos hacer early check in.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Card for room is deactivate day of check out. You have to go back to main lobby to reactivate. Told yes this happens all the time. When we asked about Transportation we were gove paper and stated everything is there. No assistance provided just figure it out yourself.
- 4/5
Stay was good just didn’t like that we had to pay for parking.
- 4/5
Room was clean, front desk was helpful when I asked questions but nothing stood out. Hotel is outdated, but still a good room. Located in a nice area with walkable distance to food/grocery.
- 4/5
The room and hotel are dated. Very comfortable beds. The staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Staff was very kind and attentive. Bathroom smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, the pullout couch was very thin which made it difficult to sleep but the regular beda were comfortable. The room was bigger than expected and well layed out. Location was convenient.
- 2/5
Room was very old, definitely needed maintenance done to multiple parts of the room. Especially for what we paid for
- 4/5
Room was spotless, bed was comfortable. The only issue was the toilet was extremely slow while flushing. Other than that would definitely stay again for any trip to Disney.
- 3/5
Was close and convenient. Walking distance to the convention center
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff was nice. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
The rooms could use a bit of work and could use a deep clean but other than that we love the hotel! The beds are comfortable especially when you get the king room. The walk across the street to the Toy Story parking lot is my favourite part, they do security checks there so you can just walk into the park. For the price you pay it’s a pretty good hotel
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and All staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel it self is a bit dated but the beds are comfortable and it’s close to Toy Story Shuttle/parking which was a huge perk for getting to Disneyland park. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean room, very helpful staff
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms
- 3/5
Outdated bar Old feel and smell
- 5/5
Great location and the staff was nice. It is very walkable to a variety of restaurants as well as Disneyland
- 3/5
Pros: very close to Convention center and Toy Story parking lot. Well priced and overall ok condition. Cons: front desk service, hotel is a little dated but not a dealbreaker. Maybe isolated incident, but asked and granted a late check out only to come back to our key not working. Figured no problem and headed to the front desk for help. Front desk service was bad, got an irritated look from clerk when we mentioned we were locked out, she didn’t say anything just put her hand out with an annoyed look for the key. She took our 2 keys and gave us only one back stating we only need one since we are checking out soon anyways. Still had an hour and a half left till our late check out time. One of us were heading out and one of us were going to the room to pack. One key is fine, but not so convenient. No explanation or apologies on the lock out just a bad attitude. Many other places with the same proximity to attractions known for good Service if you pay a little more. If it doesn’t matter to you, prices are good here and clean (dated but clean). For us, probably would not stay again for our future conferences and visits to Disney
- 5/5
Convenient location, clean room, staff were super friendly
- 2/5
Service was not the best in front desk the night of check in and when checling out staff gave nothing bit a bad attitude face
- 3/5
Room was okay hotel is very outdated
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff at breakfast was very kind and helpful.
- 1/5
We were not able to go due to the rain because of flood concerns to our home. We requested if they could change our booking date after the expiration time and they did not honor our request. I will not book with them again.
- 4/5
Close to park easy parking
- 4/5
Clean Room
- 3/5
Hotel is older but comfortable, and the elevators are quick and the close door button works! Restaurant only serves breakfast, closed the rest of the day. Bar food isn't the best. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance or short drive however. Lobby snack room is self-serve but the prices are very high.
- 4/5
Huge suite, bed was really comfortable, staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Our stay was pleasant. We definitely would stay there again.
- 3/5
Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Rooms need an upgrade.
- 2/5
Old room, didn’t have a deadbolt lock
- 3/5
Front desk staff was very helpful with checking in and expediting the process. The hotel needs a refresh of lobby and common areas as well as the room. Nice to have use of a microwave in the lobby and ice machine on our floor with vending machine.
- 2/5
Room had cockroaches
- 1/5
Terrible hotel, no service, no cleaning, old, moldy rooms
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 3/5
Hotel is easy walking distance to convention center. Basic room. Quiet.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, and hotel is close to everything
- 5/5
What a lovely area to be- the palm trees and people walking all over.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Continue to stay !!!
- 3/5
Hate how the shower did not drain well. Was showering in standing water daily. The floors also did not look very clean.
- 3/5
If you’re going to Disneyland - this is a very convenient, no frills hotel. I would not recommend for business travelers. WiFi experience was terrible, parking system unreliable. Just too many hassles when all you want is simplicity and reliability.
- 3/5
Housekeeping staff amazing. Friendly and helpful, room super clean.Check in and out went well and staff very helpful . Bar horrible drinks and rude tall female bartender. Food poor quality and as well no flavor. Also the bar had a not pleasant smell. Others guest complaining about the poor drinks and bartender female attitude, the guy that was there was very very slow. This is the reason for my 3 star rating
- 5/5
will stay again
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located near Disneyland and reasonable priced. Simple, but comfortable, accommodations.
- 4/5
The room was clean, beds were nice comfortable, but lots of outside noice. Also, breakfast is not included!
- 3/5
Popcorn ceiling, the drawer stayed open, wallpaper starting to peel from wall. Charged for the breakfast buffet thats usually free at those type of hotels. It was not good options. the staff was friendly and location is great!
- 4/5
It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worse
- 5/5
Clean room and wonderful staff
- 5/5
Well be adding to our top list for Disney stays ! Staff is really helpful
- 5/5
Location to the convention center is walkable very convenient. Also, Disney parking across the street made it very convenient to get to Disneyland with no issues. The rooms were a little worn but not horrible. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.
- 4/5
beds were comfortable
- 5/5
It was nice to be able to enjoy a drink down at the bar with good food.
- 4/5
Room was nice
- 5/5
Clean and close walk to DISNEYLAND
- 5/5
Clean room,
- 5/5
Property was convenient to needs and wants. Staff friendliness and assistance varied, with morning staff seemingly more friendly and helpful than those working in the afternoon and evening.
- 5/5
Hotel was Great had a nice stay
- 5/5
I only slept in room. Did not use dining or pool area.
- 3/5
Connecting to the WIFI on Chromecast was nearly impossible and front desk was not any help. Overall hotel was OK.
- 2/5
This property is very old and hasn’t been updated. The rooms are tiny, the coffee machine is in the bathroom and the door almost hits the toilet. There are no fans in the bathroom which management told me is across the entire property. Also the bathroom door of my bathroom stuck and so the first time I took a shower I was trapped in the bathroom for five minutes. Thankfully, I was staying by myself and just showered with the door open for the remainder of my stay. I look at her. The bed wasn’t comfortable and I don’t think I could recommend this property to anyone.
- 5/5
Only additional thing I could ask for would be free coffee in the lobby.
- 4/5
The property was close to the place where my convention was. Our tub and toilet did not drain/flush very well. The door to our room was off balance and noisy when opening or closing it. The room was clean and the area feels safe. There was no microwave in standard rooms, which would have been nice to know. Coffee pot is not kcup type which also might make a different to travellers.
- 5/5
Our stay was phenomenal. The staff was so so sweet and amazing . The hotels were super clean and the parking was great. It was so close to everything as well. We will definitely stay here again when coming to Anaheim.
- 3/5
Its average, just a place to sleep and shower and thats it. Do not expect too much from this place
- 5/5
The hotel could use an update and a less sensitive smoke detector that didn’t go off every time we used the shower, but that’s a nitpick. Fantastic hotel for the price!
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 3/5
Bigger beds and upgrading the shower
- 5/5
It is a convenient location if you are at a conference or visiting Disneyland.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly. The bartender she was amazing and friendly
- 5/5
Air could be colder but overall GREAT we always come back!
- 4/5
Room was clean and pool was also very nice did not use bar area.
- 2/5
Dark old and outdated
- 4/5
Clean, convenient location and reasonable compared to other hotels near the convention center
- 5/5
Exceptional service and an easy check jn
- 4/5
Was nice and close to the Convention center. Rooms could be updated
- 4/5
This was my first time staying here while at Disneyland and it was great for the price!!! About a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. I would stay here again for the price.
- 4/5
Nice hotel and friendly staff
- 5/5
Hotel is dated but great for the price.
- 4/5
Hotel is clean, beds are small in the double and the bathroom is definitely smaller than most other places I’ve stayed. Hotel rooms could benefit from modernization.
- 4/5
We didn't go to the pool. But last time we did it was fine. The only shopping we did was we had breakfast there. When we left, the breakfast was good. The service was great, but it seemed a little pricey. For what you got
- 5/5
Friendly staff, affordable
- 4/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Perfect experience from staff to cleanliness
- 5/5
Clean room and staff always on top...
- 4/5
Very close to Disneyland and easy check in and check out.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 2/5
Very dirty. The bathroom tub didn't drain when you showered. No fan or ventilation in the bathroom. Floors were not clean. Musky smell in the room like feet. Not the best place to stay, but no bed bugs so that's nice I guess.
- 5/5
Great location friendly staff !!
- 5/5
very nice updated rooms, nothing like the pictures, and we got a balcony without asking for it.
- 3/5
The water temperature in the bathrooms was difficult to use, it was either scalding hot or lukewarm at best. Also, there wasn't a microwave in the room which is fairly standard for most rooms.
- 5/5
Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean - beds super comfy. Great value for money
- 4/5
The location and price was ideal for our Disney Trip! The hotel is a bit older and not as updated, but worked fine for just spending time in the room to sleep.
- 3/5
Hard to park in parking lot. Old room. Beds were horrible. Staff was nice :)
- 3/5
Beds were too small. Who gives twin beds for a family? Also, no microwave. Bathroom was super tiny and outdated. Cant fully open the door going towards the toilet/shower.
- 5/5
Convenient right next to convention center so happy
- 3/5
bathrooms need to be updated. won't stay again unless bathrooms are improved
- 1/5
staff was very unprofessional.
- 5/5
It was great!
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful staff! Great location, would stay again!
- 5/5
I liked the pool, it was very big and usually had it all to myself.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, establishment was clean. The room was outdated but that could just be since I booked a discount room? Not sure either way I wasnt expecting to be transported back into 2010. Lol.
- 4/5
which is a minus.. soda machines don't work.. one microwave in lobby ?

The staff is super friendly and helpful, 5/5 for the staff! The hotel itself is very clean, when we stayed in the 5th floor our room had a weird humid smell so that was inconvenient. Upon arrival the hotel didn’t have any check in parking due to construction they were doing on their water fountain. To get into the hotel it is at an intersection to kind of hard to get in and out of with ease.

Enjoyed our stay for my nieces Disney birthday celebration
- 3/5
The a/c unit was so loud and I could not sleep, for my two nights I was there. Left more exhausted than ever. Also the toilet made noises and a bad smell will come in to the room. The only positive is location and the staff. I am also requesting a refund or partial as I could not sleep it was hot so I had to keep the air conditioner on. So so loud.
- 5/5
Self parking was a little pricey, but otherwise room rates were fair and breakfast staff was excellent. Property is very convenient and walkable to the convention center.
- 5/5
The staff were all so accommodating and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The property needs a bit of touch up but for a great location and reasonable price I would recommend it.

Price and location
- 3/5
The hotel is in desperate need of a refurb. The price was half of the others in the area for the week we traveled, and now we know the reason why. We loved the spacious suite, wet bar, large fridge, and bathroom counter space. The hotel had everything we wanted to love, but it just had too many minor issues to make us want to return anytime soon.
- 5/5
Great location! Right across the street from the Toy Story parking lot or a 15-20 min walk to the parks. Plenty of walkable restaurants near by as well. Good neighborhood. Solo female and never felt unsafe walking.

Stayed here ten years ago, and it was great. But it's gone really downhill since then: no more free breakfast, no more free shuttle to Disneyland, room quality decline, etc. I would not choose to stay here again, especially since they charge so much for parking now, too. Hard pass. Staff was great, though, so there's that. The cost was middling as well.
- 5/5
Quick stay at the Clarion with most time spent in the parks. 2 major perks for me, the mattress and pillows were so comfortable, I often struggle with this and the bed was glorious. Second, the breakfast staff were amazing, so kind and attentive. I also loved the little self checkout store for easy grab and go. I was travelling solo, I felt safe and it was the perfect stay. It is a solid 15 minute brisk paced walk to the park entrances.
- 5/5
Great, affordable property just walking distance from the Disneyland Resort. Could use a modern refurb, and complimentary coffee or morning beverage items available. But the service and staff makes up for all of that! I had a great pleasant stay, and will definitely be back!!
- 2/5
Room smelled so bad like mold or mildew, has not been deep cleaned in awhile. It was gross. I won’t stay again. I have tried it twice now and both times were bla… just a bed for Disney and price was right.
- 5/5
I thought the staff was very helpful and very nice and very friendly. The rooms were very nice also.
- 4/5
Clean the room more and maintain the room better!! There was various white crusties in the chair and on the bed skirt. The toilet was not properly flushing on the first day.
- 2/5
the best part was the parking attendant the whole room itself was terrible all the way to the shower head & your toliet wastes so much water its unbelievable.
- 5/5
Could easily walk to Disney land. Clean and quiet.
- 5/5
The staff are great and the hotel is clean although you can tel that it is dated.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean, spacious and with comfortable beds! Location is great to walk to Disneyland or to the Toy Story parking lot; convention center is even closer at he end of the street. Staff is very friendly.

I booked through Expedia and got a cheaper rate than the other hotels in the vicinity. + Based on LOCATION alone this was 5 stars for us. We were attending the Pokemon World Championship at the Anaheim Convention Center. The Clarion is as close as the Marriot and Hilton (twice as expensive), the Disney parking lot is right across the street. The Disney resort and walk are at a walkable distance, food grocery, pharmacy everything is accessible by walking. + Staff provides good customer service + For an older hotel, security is good enough. Key card required after 8 pm for entrance + Aircon worked well, for summers this is a non-negotiable for me + If you are a Choice privilege member you can get a late checkout by 1 pm (free to join) Is it an old building with old infrastructure? Yes The rooms and bathrooms reflect that. The suites are big and we got a corner suite with plenty of room, but everything needs renovation and update. Is Security adequate? Probably not, the elevators do not require key card access, this is always a concern for me. Although the staff does its best to control the crowd in the lobby. Another downside is the breakfast isn’t included in the price, it wasn’t a big deal for us but I know for some families it’s a must.
- 4/5
Cheap and cheerful for people visiting Disney. Close enough to walk to the parks or take the shuttle from across the street. The rooms are clean but basic, retro vibe but comfortable beds. Would visit again.
- 5/5
Maybe need access for drinking water without buying in your store.
- 5/5
Close to the convention center and Disney Land

Convenient location for Disney. Was walkable to Toy Story shuttle. Good price for location.

Friendly staff, clean and good value , walking distance to restaurants and shops

This was my first time staying at the Clarion. I didn't get an opportunity to try the dining at the hotel, but the rooms were quite large and nice and the staff was helpful. The only problem is that if you're checking in late, you can't get into the building without a key after a certain hour in the evening. Someone opened the door for me from the inside, but I don't know how I'd have gotten in without their help. Aside from that, they were helpful and it was a good stay.

Perfect for five night stay in Disney

Awesome staff vary helpful

Nice property. Enjoyed the dining there as well

Walking distance from the convention center

Easy check in and didn’t have any problems

la verdad es una de las mejores ubicaciones para irte a Disney caminando, solo cruzas y entras al estacionamiento de toy story. buen cuarto
- 4/5
Decent stay! We enjoyed the hotel, rooms were nice just didn’t care to be surprised with a $28/night charge for parking a car.
- 4/5
Great location not far from Disneyland u can walk few blocks or take the bus if u don't want to drive. No free breakfast you will pay for it. Other then that it's a good place to stay.
- 4/5
Really nice hotel, you can walk to Disneyland (about 15/20 min walking), if you are lucky you can see the fireworks from your room. They have a very good pizza. The ice machine on my floor was broken and they don’t offer free water.
- 2/5
Room was dirty. None of the outlets worked, they were all loose and wouldn’t hold a plug unless you used to duct tape to hold it in. Bathroom floor was not clean. You can tell they don’t really clean the nooks and crannies. Beds were tiny
- 5/5
Definitely fit for what I was looking for, clean, and a quick walk to Toy Story shuttle
- 3/5
The hotel is located in a perfect area for those visiting disneyland. The rooms themselves are outdated. The air conditioning unit in our room was breaking down and made a loud noise every 10-15 minutes throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, the staff was nice and parking was simple enough.
- 1/5
Had to wait on line outside to get someone to open hotel door
- 5/5
Overall great. Our bathroom wasnt renovated but still very very clean. A great value very close to Disneyland.
- 3/5
Elevators slow. Fire alarm went off, no direction given by staff. Fire alarm went off 2nd time, cause staff walked through a fire exit door. No utensils available in store for food purchases. Microwaves only available in suites. Rooms dated but clean. Staff friendly.

10/10

Though the person who checked was incredibly thorough, they were also very much do you want this? Do you want this? Do you want this? Making you feel like you are either paying extra fees or aren't prepared. The location is great in regards to the convention center, but a little bit farther for a walk from Disney then we would've liked.
- 4/5
They get you in fees, parking fees. 30 a night. I thought that I was saving money coming to this hotel but I was lying to myself. They get you in fees.
- 4/5
I like it, I will be back
- 3/5
We booked and stayed here for the first and also last time. The only pro is how close is it to the park. This hotel is very low maintenance, carpet smells and musty. Bathroom is very old and tiny, didn’t clean very well from previous guests. Wall is very thin so you can here everything outside and upstairs, we’re light sleepers so we don’t like that. If you’re looking for hotels near the park, there are other better options
- 5/5
Had a good experience overall. I’ve stayed here multiple times for my Disney trips due to the convenient location.
- 5/5
Short walking distance to the convention center where my conference was held.
- 4/5
I liked how close it was to the convention center. Also the walkability to restaurants and convenience stores was nice. The hotel offered room service pretty much all day with a large variety of food. The only drawback was that the room was really dated and the air vents were caked with dust. The hallways were dim and carpet was old. Beyond that, the place was quiet, room was spacious, and I would possibly come back again in a pinch.
- 4/5
Nice staff
- 3/5
Our beds were squeaky and one of our curtains were broken to open and close and we also had a dog staying a few rooms away that would t stop barking.
- 3/5
inexpensive compared to hotels within 5 min walk to Convention center Very close to the convention center many local restaurants near by Short rise to Disneyland (shuttles available) friendly staff Cons Maid service every 3rd day Have stayed in cleaner and nicer properties
- 5/5
I like the fact that I was able to park my car n husband car in the parking lot not like others hotel parking is very limited, we were staying for a dance competition 2 min away great location
- 4/5
Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland. Small quiet pool.
- 5/5
pretty good stay
- 5/5
Convenient across the street from the Convention street. Walking distance to Disneyland and dozens of restaurants to choose from.
- 3/5
Gym equipment never worked very disappointing & staff said they’d call me about it but never did! The toilet was hard to flush & shower was sketchy
- 5/5
I love the convenience of walking to the Disneyland parking lot and taking the shuttle.
- 3/5
The room was basic and dated, but nice enough. The pool was lovely and there are laundry facilities etc. However, despite multiple requests, no one ever came to make up our room. No new towels, no new soap etc for a family of 5 for 5 nights. We had four towels for 5 people for four nights. Two of the three lifts were also out of action, making getting from your floor to the lobby and vice versa, a 10 minute trip.
- 5/5
This hotel was excellent for pricing and location. Beds were comfortable and room clean. Located right across from the Toy Story parking lot. Had an amazing stay.
- 4/5
Nice location- very clean and quiet!
- 5/5
We always stay here when we come to Anaheim, we love the area around the hotel and enjoy the family oriented atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly, we look forward to staying here again.
