Felt discriminated against from front desk Supervisor when trying to check in. The Supervisor was staring at my adult niece as if she was judging her looks. Also my daughter called the hotel to see if they had any rooms ready for early check in and the person said they do. When I got there she said no rooms were available for early check in. My daughter gets there 5 to 7 minutes after to check in her room and she got to check in early. My daughter & I had the different rooms but the same exact type of room. Check in date: 06/11/2026 My room number: 524 My daughter's room number: 224

Decided to stay here for recent Disney trip. Parking lot next to hotel made it very easy to get to theme park and back. Their continental breakfast was also a plus! My family and I loved staying here. Will definitely stay here again

Clean, comfortable, welcoming staff, different yummy breakfast every morning, and polite parking security guard, nice to my knees high kid pool, available game room, useable basketball court with basketballs, close to Disneyland, shuttle to downtown Disney a short walk to the side back of hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. It was walking distance to the Disney shuttles and it was so easy to go in and out of Disney. The children really enjoyed the pool in the spa.

Area is all nothing else was liked about this hotel Nothing worked from arcade room to laundry room to drinking fountains to jacuzzi nothing worked. All the money for nothing to work. The staff are rude and can’t even really understand what you need. False advertising all the way pay $1200 when nothing works don’t water your money other properties are better and cheaper. Our go-to hotel whenever we visit Disneyland Resort! It's conveniently located right next to the Toy Story Parking Area, making transportation to the parks super easy. The staff is always friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is a great way to start the day!

The room was incredibly convenient for our family of 6.. a king size bed and a bunk bed with extra trundle? Couldn’t have found a better deal!

We love staying here! The rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff are always so helpful! We love being close to the Toy Story parking lot, making it really convenient getting to Disneyland! The pool is great to cool off during our stay! We will be back for oogie boogie!

Everything was great until the water was shut off but the hotel made up for the inconvenience and covered the parking fees.

Kitchen utensils were very limited, even basic small knife, peeler, grader were totally unavailable even if asking for it.

If I can give this place more stars I would! First, let’s start off. It’s only a 15 minute walk from Disneyland park it is also very clean very well maintain the staff is incredibly friendly. This is the first hotel I have ever been to where they serve such an amazing breakfast woke up one morning and we’re being served enchiladas the next morning we were being served sure so eggs with beans and rice. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. They come in every other day to clean out our sheets, dump our trash and fill us up with towels and washcloths. I cannot wait to come visit back to Anaheim so I can stay at this hotel.

Rooms were great, clean and roomy Hot tub fairy coldish, and full of very young kids, not the greatest or 1-10 solid 4 on the hot tub , the hallways needed cleaning not horrible but definitely not great.

We had an amazing stay here for our 3 day Disney trip last week! Hotel room was clean, roomy, and the amenities were amazing! The hotel is conveniently located next to the Toy Story parking lot so a quick walk over you get shuttled back and forth from Disney (about a 5 min tram ride!) the hotel had a FULL continental breakfast set up every morning with so many options and a wonderful coffee bar! Although we normally stay at other Disney hotels in the past, we will 100% return next time we are in the area!

It was close to Disneyland (10 stars bc that’s where we were going and we loved that we didn’t have to drive because there was a shuttle provided). Close to so many eateries and shops and it was generally a good / safe area. Hotel was clean and the staff was on top of getting our rooms cleaned every single day. The facilities were top tier and the breakfast buffet was amazing! So many options and it was so delicious! We’ve found our favorite family hotel for all our upcoming Disney trips!

Room was comfortable and clean. We had a small kitchen area with a full-size refrigerator; this was great to store our beverages and freeze our Ice packs. One recommendation is to have a garbage can in the toilet/shower area. We had to move the living room one to this area. You're using some sort of perfumed fragrance in the hallways, reminded me of the Casino's. I'm fragrance sensitive and this affected me. Your parking lot seemed small. If the hotel is full, could you run out of spaces? The mattress I was sleeping in should be replaced, it's sinking on one side.

Nice room, staff cleaned it all the way. Breakfast was good but drinks would finish out towards the last remaining 1/2hr to 1hr example orange juice in the breakfast area.

This hotel used to be ranked #1 on trip advisor for a number of years. Although other newer hotels beat them out now in ranking on that site, this is still a very good hotel to stay at. The Toy Story lot is a short (maybe 5 mins) walk from the front entrance of the hotel, and the place is always clean and quiet. We never heard a peep from anyone adjacent to us. The beds are comfy, and my 10 year old boy loved having the pull out sofa in our King room for his own special sleeping spot. My name on the TV screens was a nice cute welcoming touch. My husband loved having chorizo and eggs in the mornings. Parking is $40 per day which I feel is very steep, but we didn't have a car this trip so it wasn't an issue for us. The room has a dishwasher, and our dishwasher had a previous family's dirty dishes still sitting in it. Not a big deal, we just ran it with our own dirty dishes and put them away. There were two K-Cups in the counter top caddy but these rooms don't have a Keurig coffeemaker, so not quite sure why those are in there. We were in room 550. If the property manager sees this, the handheld shower head mounting piece that is supposed to be adjustable is loose and you can't raise it up because there's no tension on the mount anymore, might wanna fix that. Again, not a big deal because we used the overhead shower head anyway.

Front desk very friendly, housekeepers do a great job as well.

The included breakfast was fantastic! Of note, the salsa selection was outstanding and waffles were fabulous! The room was great with a little living room area and pretty much a full kitchen, with full size fridge! Parking was easy!

The fact that you have to pay for parking as a guest was a surprise.

Pleasant staff, nice size rooms Breakfast needs hard boiled eggs, individual yogurts and healthier fruit. Parking price is ridiculous added on to high price of room.

Breakfast was surprisingly great! Super busy but it was expected being that close to Disney. Room was clean & spacious, also appreciated the smart tv. Parking could be tight, but we also rolled in late. Not sure what other options there would be if it were all full & a little pricey at $46, but again expected because of the location. My son loved the basketball hoop but didn’t get to use it because we came in after 10pm. Would def come again!

The breakfast was solid, warm and tasty, good space to move around and plenty of seating. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk was helpful and polite. Parking was not included with room stay and quite expensive. Sound proofing to room next door was bad, especially through the connecting door to another room. I did not ask for a room with a connecting door and it was very awkward knowing it was connected to a strangers room.

Room was clean and there was free breakfast everyday between 6:30-9:40 AM.

Overall it was really nice definitely coming back to this hotel

Breakfast was plentiful, and there was quite a variety of foods. Small suggestions ~ the eggs appear to be powdered, and look unappetizing, and the waffles were pale and needed to be toasted longer. My suggestion is fresh scrambled eggs and maybe pancakes instead of frozen waffles. That being said, there was a waffle maker available, but as you can imagine, there was quite a line for it. The walk to Disneyland wasn't bad, and you also have the option to take the bus from Toy Story into Disneyland if you prefer. Overall, It was a great experience and I look forward to staying at Homewood Suites by the Anaheim Convention Center again in the future!

Everything needed for a great Disney trip

We stayed for a Disney trip. It was great because it was right next to the woody parking lot. We walked over and got the bus saving parking fees.

We loved the stayed at the hotel. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. I would recommend the stay for anyone. A+

I was only here for 2 nights but I think breakfast being included was great, the property seemed clean my room had no issues. I chose this location because it's right next to toy story parking so I could walk over and take the shuttle over to the parks.

It is great to have a kitchen but we didn’t use it. Staff assisted with any requests. I would love to see a few more small extras to help guests-full size towels for the pool and a few bottles of water replenished in your room everyday. Just small touches that make stays a little easier-Also/the breakfast buffet is pretty good. The location is walkable to Disneyland’s main gate but also shuttles are available. Overall a good place but also would upgrade to properties that have more resort options if in the budget.

We were at the hotel for spring break and Disneyland. The hotel is next door to the Toy Story lot and is a short walk to the Disneyland park shuttle. Breakfast is included. The rooms were large, clean, kitchen with frig, microwave,oven, dishes, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, safe, desk, plenty of outlets, hallways well lit and bright. Staff helpful. Coffee available at night.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good, well stocked. Kitchen had no utensils, not appliances other than a frig and microwave. You really could not use it to actually cook or serve a meal.

Family Trip

This was the best breakfast at a hotel our family has ever had. The rooms were spacious for a large group, clean, and comfortable. We were highly pleased with our stay here.

The staff was very accommodating when any needs arose. Breakfast variety was good. And the food tasted good. The only thing lacking was I couldn’t find a water bottle filling station outside of breakfast hours

App based check-in did not work. We had to go to counter multiple times and it never got fixed for 3 nights stay we were in, eveytine the key card used to fail and we had to go to reception to get it fixed. Other than this inconvenience, everything else was great.

Everything was fabulous - no complaints. Friendly staff with every encounter. Clean in rooms, hallways, outside, etc. Great clean pool. Nice to have a laundry room. Good selection for continental breakfast. Reasonably priced - so I didn't expect much but it ended up being better than I thought. Not just that it was better than I thought - it was great.

Location is great, a few minute walk from the Toy Story buses to the hotel. It’s literally right next door. Nothing fancy. The breakfast in the morning is okay. Eggs, some form of breakfast meat, make your own waffle station, juices, coffee, oats, toast, potatoes and etc. The kitchen staff is amazing and very very kind. the front desk staff is friendly. Except for one cleaning lady I was in the elevator with. She was cleaning the elevator walls with like a swifter and she was aggressively hitting the walls with it. No “good morning” greeting or even a slight smile. The whole elevator ride was uncomfortable and unpleasant especially because my daunted was with me and was wondering why the lady was “mad”. Then later I heard her talking badly about a guests and their room she had to clean. I also asked for some pillows late at night and the pillows never came. The room sizes are great. We got the 1 bedroom with a king bed and bunk beds. The kids loved it! It had a sliding bed for a third sleeper so over all it was a good room. The little kitchen with refrigerator and microwave really helped. The couch was very dirty and had a stain on top of it which I had to clean bc my baby kept wanting to pick at it. It definitely seemed like they just cleaned over everything and not really did I deep clean before each guest leaves. Over all it was an okay stay. Nothing fancy at all but it was in our budget so it worked for our family. Also parking was $93 for two nights,Something to consider

This is a fantastic hotel with a large and updated room and a great breakfast everyday. We even had a fireworks view! The hotel location is great for the bus to the theme parks. The jacuzzi and pool are large and there is also a kids' pool. The elevators are quick and there is never a wait. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a water fountain near the gym and one next to the jacuzzi outside. However, there is no water at breakfast and there really should be a water bottle filler in this hotel. Also, we could not get the shower hand-held sprayer to work, even after contacting maintenance. It's a cheap and difficult mechanism in your room shower. The parking outside is great and we will happily stay here again!

Stayed here with my family of 4. We had a great time! I usually stay closer to the park entrance, but decided to try something different. This hotel was clean, parking was easy, the free breakfast was great (and saved us from paying for breakfast in the park), and it is RIGHT next to the Toy Story parking lot. It was a 10 min walk to the Toy Story parking lot each morning, where we caught the shuttle. I would definitely stay here again.

Great big room that was clean and cool in this heatwave. The pool was perfect to cool off in and the EV chargers were perfect after our roadtrip. Breakfast was solid and had the main dishes you need, eggs, a meat protein, waffle station and oatmeal, it was all good!

Aside from ants on the counter, and the breakfast ending at 9:30 am, the stay was fantastic! The staff was so kind, and the breakfast was pretty good! When I have my kids with me, I only choose hotels that serve breakfast. After 2 days at Disney, we were pretty tired. We slept in until about 8:50 and rushed just to pretty much miss breakfast.

We have been looking for a hotel to stay at while in town almost every weekend for football tournaments and we have found our “home away from home”

Our room never got cleaned the whole time we stayed there and we also got our hitch points stolen from our car and the staff didn’t properly look at the cameras because they said they didn’t see nothing on the cameras which I highly doubt because our car was parked right by a camera.

What stood out was the great service clean rooms and the care they have is above and beyond for stray cats. There’s cats that sun bathe in the parking lot with food and water and I thought that was the sweetest thing . The people I saw would take pictures of these cats as they were walking back to the hotel.I would stay here again next time I go to Disney . Very hospitable with the continental breakfast also.

Our stay at the Homewood suites was great. We loved the included breakfast which we had before we went to the Disneyland shuttle nearby. There was always plenty of food despite being busy in the morning. The carpet in the hallways was thick which helped keep the hallway noise down considerably. It was also one of the best noise-insulated hotels I've stayed at, you couldn't hear neighbors at all! Perhaps we had quiet ones, but being a hotel mostly for families going to Disneyland, evenings were quiet time and not party time. You could hear some hotel doors opening and closing but that's pretty normal for big hotel doors. The ceilings were high and the rooms were spacious. We stayed in a "family" suite" which I highly recommend! The bunk beds and trundle made a huge difference in our family getting a good nights' sleep. The beds were fairly comfortable, however we could have used a few more pillows, and having the breakfast open half an hour earlier would have made a difference getting to the park early. But in general we were very happy with our stay at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book again on a future Disney trip!

We have stayed at a couple of hotels in the area and this one was excellent for our family trip to Disneyland. The suite is spacious. The kitchenette was a great size. The kids loved the amenities including a heated pool and hot tub. The pool was the perfect temperature. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. I wish the breakfast buffet had fruit options but they had a wide variety of other foods including non dairy and the kids’ favorite - waffles! Our room even had a view of the fireworks. We will definitely stay again!

Twice I have stayed @ this hotel and would do it again. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is perfect especially next to Disney’s bus transportation. Just Love this place!

Wow!! Our new fav Disney hotel! So clean and beautiful! Everyone was super friendly and the breakfast was yummy too - loved the chia pudding and waffles! It was so kind of them to pass out birthday balloons as well. Our room was huge and the kids LOVED the bunk beds! Love the full kitchen too! So easy to walk to the Toy Story lot next door to take the shuttle to Disneyland!

Stayed here for a two day trip to Disneyland and it was absolutely worth it. Caught the shuttle from the Toy Story parking lot. Breakfast was great, nothing fancy but enough to keep us full till lunch. Rooms were great and big. Bathroom was also big. would absolutely stay here again.

Unfortunately, our stay wasn't pleasant at all. Took our kids for vacation to disneyland on Christmas Eve/Christmas and saw this hotel. Looked nice on the outside and the pictures of the inside looked great online. When we got there, the room was beat up. There were so many dents in the walls. Beds were uncomfortable. Found bugs in our room. It was a very uncomfortable place to stay. They make the pictures online look great, but it truly does not look that good. Not to mention the people staying above us banging on the floor and being so disrespectful from 12AM-2AM. I would definitely look elsewhere. Do not stay here.

We had a 1 bedroom suite with two queen beds and it was big and roomy. The room was very clean and anytime we called the front desk and asked for more toiletries, they brought it in a timely manner. The arcade, basketball court, breakfast and pool area were all awesome as well. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

The breakfast was good they had a verity of savory and sweet food, along with waffle makers and a variety of juices. The rooms were very nice and kept very clean. We went for disney and we ended up paying for parking at disney and coming back to the hotel, however u can park at the hotel without even checking in u have to pay a fee though. Its about an 11 minutes drive from disney

The room bathroom had chipping on the bath tub. I took a shower around 12am and the eater just completly ahut off. Had to call the feont desk and then 10 minutesater of being on the phone he tells me to flush the toilet to get the water to start in the shower again.

Didn't have the breakfast. Kitchen was great other than please, please, please get a Keurig coffee maker in the rooms. I promise you will save money where people buy their own coffee and don't have to use the coffee in the room. The coffee you provide really is horrible.

We stayed here when we came to Anaheim for Disneyland. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Everyone was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, our room was spacious, clean, well stocked, beds were comfortable, the pools and spa were so fun...I could go on. I honestly have nothing to complain about! We will certainly always be staying here for future visits!

I love that it had a little kitchen. The staff was awesome, they even have free coffee all day in the lobby. Can’t wait till I come here again in December.

Loved our family suite very comfortable and plenty of space for the 5 of us. The buffet breakfast was delicious too especially the make your own waffles.

My initial check in was very easy and staff was friendly. However, it is very difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone. It was with every service, front desk, house keeping. They answer after 15 plus rings and immediately place you on hold and you remain on hold longer than 10minutes. You had to walk down to speak to them in person for basic needs of toilet paper, towels and blankets. I had to call them at least 4 times. Also, I asked for my room to be cleaned and set that up at check in and no one ever came by. Other than that the property was clean and they had a good breakfast spread, really nice set up and spacious.

It is .3 mile walk into the Toy Story parking lot where you can get through security quickly for Disney and then ride the shuttle to Disney no extra charges!

TV had only 1 station, shower took 20 minutes to heat up. Room above was stomping on the floor until 10:30pm. In and door slams whenever someone entered building or exited. No Desk, no chair.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet this hotel was, especially being such a family-friendly spot near Disneyland. The staff were all incredibly polite and accommodating, and the beds were super comfortable. The restroom was spotless, too. I usually hate being away from home, but this hotel made my stay so much easier and more comfortable. I’d 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Arrived shortly after 4pm after a 7 hour drive and one of our rooms was not ready. Was informed by the front staff that he would call us when the room was ready as he did not have an exact time. I received no call close to 40 minutes later so I went back to the front to follow up only to be told the room was ready now. Another issue was that there were no towels in the pool area. I asked and was told they’d have someone bring some out. Half hour later still nothing, when my daughter went to ask again she was told that they were washing them and would have out shortly. Bottom line is that lack of communication on the staffs end was annoying to have to deal with.

Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff wasn’t very helpful and seemed annoyed when we asked questions such as transition information to Disneyland or recommendations for nearby dining. Other than the front desk, everything was great. I would stay here again.

The girl at the front desk was so friendly. The breakfast was extensive and was great. The dining area was nice and clean and the staff was attentive during breakfast. Our suite was ok. The pullout bed didn’t come with bedding I had to track some down. The kitchen could’ve been cleaned better and things like tissues weren’t refilled. These weren’t dealbreaker issues and I would still stay there again. It’s a great setup for families but room for improvement I think.

They also said they don’t clean every day (housekeeping) only every other day. Okay, so we just requested towels and they didn’t even do that. After a long 14 hour day at Disney we had to call down to the desk at midnight to get some towels and wash cloths brought up. One day, they didn’t leave any wash cloths and we had to use our hands after walking in Disney all day! The next day when housekeeping was done they didn’t even make up one of the beds for the bunk bed. Point is- after a big long day at Disney, this isn’t the place you want to stay. The hotel is beautiful and affordable and who doesn’t love a continental breakfast- but due to the service I will definitely not be booking this hotel ever again. Service was very very poor. If you’re booking for your family, save yourself disappointment and frustration and book somewhere they will take care of you.

Terrible experience and ended up not staying. Room was dirty, tired and not worth the cost. Asked for sofa bed to be made up and it was not. When we opened the sofa bed up to make up ourselves it had dirty sheets already on the bed, also we had dirty towels in the room. Customer service was terrible. No offer to swap rooms or even an apology. Asked to cancel and refund as we were not going to stay and told unable to refund as we checked in when literally went up to room started making the bed and then decided to go to reception. This is not what we expected! Also had a second booking for another 2 nights which they did cancel and told no charge however, the hotel still charged me for a first night.

We were content overall. Except on 4th of July they allowed a DJ in the pool area which caused a lot of loud noises. They could not respond to it until 10pm. I thought it was a family hotel and we had to deal with the noise that night. It’s difficult when you have a young child and it’s not pleasant dealing with very loud music.

Clean, conveniently located to Disney a 17 minute walk or use the shuttle an 8 minute walk next to the hotel. Breakfast had lots of options. Happy hour on Wednesday with snacks and wine/beer. Recycling bins were not noticeable or there was only a small container in the room.

Saw plenty of people going to conventions, which is a short several minute walk to the Anaheim Convention Center. For Disneyland, people can walk to the next door Toy Story Lot for a free shuttle ride to Disneyland, or can walk to a nearby ART bus stop and pay to ride the public bus to Disneyland.

This was our second time here. We stayed here last yr during the Memorial Day weekend and again for 2025 Memorial Day weekend. It was more busy this yr but we enjoyed our stay. Even with the amount of people in the hotel it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was a plus and different daily options. Walk is about 15 min or less to Disney if you are head that way . Also Beaches and other attractions are very close by. Our family loves Hilton Hotels we stayed at a newer one down the road before which was also nice we decided to use this one only because the other one is to close to the freeway and you hear to much noise from the traffic at night. The staff is great too.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows very comfy, it was the best sleep I've had in awhile. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely love this Homewood suites, I stayed at another homewood suites close by and it’s still nothing like this one. This location is right next to Disneyland, has friendly and accommodating staff, best breakfast, always clean, safe location. It’s just has everything you could need and want if you’re going to Disneyland.

Great hotel for a Disney stay, awesome breakfast and staff. Right next door to the Toy Story parking lot. $35 parking per day and $200 incidental fee per room is a little steep. Everything else is awesome.

We stayed here because we heard from friends that the location was great for proximity to the Disneyland shuttles at the Toy Story lot next door, and that the hotel itself was affordable with plenty of space and a solid breakfast. All of this was true.

Overall nice stay. Was here with some family and we all had a hard time getting new towels and bedding when requested

Pleasant environment and decent breakfast options

The breakfast buffet had good food selection and there was one worker who always said good morning to me and greeted me with a smile. The pool was nice and peaceful because my kids and I were pretty much the only ones there on a Saturday afternoon. The gym had adequate equipment and there were plenty of cardio machines to choose from: a few treadmills, a recumbent bike, a Peloton bike, and an Eliptical (the one I chose for my cardio workout). I also used their free weights and bench. The gym had a functional trainer machine that I didn’t use, so I can’t comment on it too much. Plenty of towels there to wipe the sweat off your face. Overall a good experience with a few hiccups. This is the second time my family stayed here since my husband has an annual event at the Convention Center.

I will definitely stay here every time I go to Disneyland. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in this area. They were more than a staff, they were family.

The staff really was above and beyond friendly and eager to help. I have been to Anaheim many times and stayed at many hotels - this has been my favorite so far. For the price point, the value is excellent. Not only are you staying in a clean property with very convenient access to park shuttles/convention center at only a short walk away, and the included breakfast is an extra perk! Definitely my new favorite option for Anaheim.

Overall it was good. The grounds were a little bit run down and things out of order ourside, my room shower didn’t drain which was kinda gross and there was no soap. But other than that the staff was great and I enjoyed my stay

I stayed here a few times and always liked it but this time was really disappointing. This time I decided to stay for 5 days and there’s a lot I could write in here with bad experiences I had during my stay but theres not enough space to write, I would just say I will not be coming back anytime soon and please change your breakfast… people dont want to be eating sausage with eggs the whole week and please be more cordial with the people staying in the hotel.

Definitely a family place, I was in business and didn’t find it appropriate, busy with kids. I wouldn’t stay there again. Not accommodating for cleaning.

Location was perfect, right next door to Toy Story lot. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was kind and accommodating from start until end.

I Love staying at this hotel

Nice spacious hotel room. Great location.

We are a family of 6 and loved homewood for the breakfast, pool, basketball court and mini golf. The 1 bedroom room with bunk beds work well for our kids so they don’t have to share beds. We had a few frustrations this time though. My husband had a cough that worsened and needed to get to a clinic and they weren’t very helpful in navigating this. They gave us a hotel doctors number that was out of service. We did our own research but would have really appreciated some knowledge on local clinics and how to get there. We also had a dishwasher that leaked on to the kitchen floor and a toilet that got plugged and it took a while for someone to come service it so we had to go downstairs. Staff were generally friendly and kind and smiled and said hello. We would still stay here again because it’s the perfect balance of distance from the park for cost and with our larger family the space works perfectly for us. We had to pay $32 for onsite parking which is higher than they told me it was when I called but when I asked about it they just said it went up. That changed our budget at the last minute.

The most things that stood out was the property was nice, there was a pool, jacuzzi, an evening reception on Wednesday, but one of the best things about this location are the front desk personnel, hands down!!!! I forgot their names, but it was a young female, name begining with an A and a young gentleman, that was really patient with my check in process in March due to our Spring Break fun time with our son. They were polite, conciderate, and helpful the entire time of our stay!!! I had to give them a shot out to them for sure AAA customer service!!! We will stay there again and this hotel is next to Disneylan parking and many eating spots including Roscoe's Chicken!!! Glad we found this hotel!!!

Kitchenette a plus Room spacious

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. The only issue was that the ice machines did not work. I checked on 3 different floors, but none worked. I would still stay again as it was wonderful otherwise.

This hotel was perfect for our family. My kids loved the pool area. It was convenient for shopping and dining. And the toy story shuttle was so easy to get to Disney. We would stay here again.

Checked into My room at 12am it was not clean toothpaste all over the sink and mirror and had no body wash in the shower. Called the front desk was told 3 calls ahead of me. Waited until 1am never brought it up to the room. Called the next morning didn’t bring it up until 3or 4pm. Also my family was assaulted by random lady who didn’t even stayed at the hotel.

My family and I Love staying here , they do a great job , everything is always well taken care of they have good rates , and there breakfast is awesome also have a full buffet every morning. I would give them 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone I know , also forgot to include how close they are to the Disney shuttle , 😁

Amazing Hotel! We have Magic Key passes and have stayed a many hotels around the park. This by far has been our fave! Best convenience is Toy Story parking lot next door. Just a walk over and can go through security that way. Buffet bfast was a plus as well that comes with the stay. Rooms were comfortable and immaculate. Staff is also amazing. Kudos to this hotel and the team! Keep it up!

Housekeeping was a little bit sporadic, sometimes they would come and sometimes they wouldn't which is no big deal as the front desk was happy to send us towels. Apparently the hotel has been renovated since we last stayed there in 2022 but all we noticed was new carpet.

Staff was great and easy access to Disneyland.

I think the only suggestion I might have would be the towels by the pool could be a little bigger other then that this hotel has been great staff, service, cleanness is very good.

I've stayed at this location a few times and each time was a very good experience. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and has everything you need, and the breakfast is good. Its a great place to stay, especially if you're going to the Convention Center or Disneyland. I highly recommend this location.

Such a great option for visits to Disneyland. The complimentary breakfast is really good, the rooms are spacious and clean, and being right next door to the Toy Story parking lot (to use the shuttle to and from Disney) is really great. The staff were all really nice and helpful.

Close to the Toy Story shuttles to Disneyland. The front desk had amazing and helpful people. Coffee and breakfast were great. Budget friendly and a great stay.

Me and my family had a great time here, we are 6 so usually we dont staybin hotels but this one is a great size , enough to give eachother space. The Hotel is really nice and clean. The breakfast was awesome and a life saver for my family. We would stay here again.

Free breakfast and close to the shuttle to go Disneyland

Room and property was clean and well maintained.

Close to Disney parking lot where we could take the shuttle. Breakfast was included and there was a variety of food. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. Updated clean rooms and pet friendly. The only thing we were missing was the bedding for the sofa. We had to ask for it. We will definitely return.

Incredibly clean, wonderful and kind staff. Huge pool and fire pits. Large breakfast, plenty for everyone! Anytime we needed anything, staff was super accommodating!! I am only bummed that Wednesday nights they have a social and provide soup/salad which we didn't know about and missed. Couple minute walk to Enterprise. Next door is Toy Story parking lot where you catch free shuttle to Disney. You go thru security right there, basically no line compared to actual Disney!! Will go again and again!!

I did not realize how busy it was until i had breakfast on our second day at a notmal time but the kitchen staff was amazing they just kept replenishing the food. Everything was fresh hot and delicious! Most amazing free breakfast ever! The chicken enchiladas, carne con papas n waffles n eggs won me over!😉👍

Their hospitality is beyond all of the hotels I have previously stayed at near Disneyland. They truly go above and beyond. Will stay here again.

Didn't clean, horrible place

I loved that we had a full kitchen and the bedroom was separated. Breakfast was really good. Slept comfortably as well as my kids. It was 5 min walk to Toy Story parking lot which was great. Had clean service every day which was great to have when we got back from Disney. Check in and out was fast.

Great location. Safe to walk around and enjoy the day.

My family stayed here for our Disneyland trip, we were very impressed. The suites were spacious and very clean. It included a full fridge, electric stove, and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was much nicer than other hotels we have stayed at there was a hot buffet with all of the classic breakfast foods. There is also a shuttle to the parks very close to the hotel maybe a five minute walk. Great location for easy access to Disneyland.

Really nice hotel right next to the Toy Story Mania lot. Not the cheapest but a great value nonetheless when compared to other properties in the area. The breakfast was superb and plenty of seating to go around. This will be first choice hotel going forward for future Disney trips.
