    The room was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly. Air conditioning was great. When we walked into the room it was so fresh. We took a dip in the pool which was very clean. Then we had a quick workout in the fitness center. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

    At first, I was received by a girl at the front desk, she wasn’t with the best attitude, a bit rude, she was asking for a $300 deposit, when in Expedia said it was a $150 cash deposit, she wasn’t willing to help until a fine gentleman came in and resolved the issue. Beside that, all went good, breakfast was good, checkout was quick and Rubi was nice!

    The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet, which we appreciated. However, the housekeeping was inconsistent and needs improvement. On the first day, we did not ask for cleaning. On the second day, the room was not serviced at all, and we had to ask for towels ,On the third day, the beds were made, but the floor was not cleaned—I ended up cleaning it myself ( the tile floor outside of the bathroom and sink area ) I do want to say this respectfully: the staff seems to be working hard, (Truly very hardworking.) and it feels more like a lack of personnel than lack of effort. Still, for a hotel with this level of demand, the service should be more consistent. The property also appears to be in need of renovation, and the breakfast options could be improved to offer a wider variety, just as other Holiday Inn hotels I would stay here again, but I would definitely expect a higher standard of service next time.

    So when I got there the first thing I see was blood on the comforter. I ask them if I can get a new one after about an hour of waiting I had to go back downstairs. The worker at the front desk let me know she had told housekeeping but clearly they didn’t care, after like 10 more minutes a nice lady came and changed it she was even shocked when she saw the stain. Literally on the last night I went to move the pillow and one of them also had blood I was in shocked. I don’t think they have anyone checking the linens to ensure they are clean. Breakfast was okay, the girl that was there most of the days was nice but they should really send her help during peak times. Poor girl was trying to fill things that were out but then would forget so we had to wait, trash was piling up…oh yeah if you’re planning on doing laundry bring a roll of quarters because they do not have change after the manager leaves and you cannot use debit or credit card which I have no idea why since we live in 2026

    Im sure I could done better. First we never got breakfast because if you are not there within 2-3 hrs before closing there's nothing available. Also ice machine on my floor didn't work,I had to walk down to the first floor fir ice. They never came to clean our room in the three days we were there. Only came to change towels and trash.I will never come back.

    The place is terrible they only clean the rooms every three days there was food still in the refrigerator from prior guest when we got to our room . Over night i was woken up to a leak from the roof which damaged some of my things i had to drag my kids out at 7 am to go to my moms room while i go to guest service. They changed the room and only offered 25% off our stay and i wasnt even asking for reimbursement for our damages items . This is not a family place there we’re prostitution happening in that building.

    I booked a room with a roll-in shower. When I got to the hotel I double checked TWICE with staff to ensure it was the correct room type. The girl looked at me like I was dumb and said yes and charged my card. It was NOT the correct room. This began a 4+ hour long inconvenience. I go tell them they gave me the wrong room and the correct one is needed because that is what I paid for and they proceed to ask why I need the roll-in shower. They tell me there is not rooms available and proceed to as again. They tell me there’s no other rooms and that the only other one is a king bed but that it wasn’t ready yet. That it wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours. I said that’s fine and they looked at me weird because I was fine sharing a bed with my brother and they were still not wanting to correct their mistake. They basically said we are not allowed to wait in their large lobby for the room til it’s ready and to get a hotel room elsewhere or they can put a shower chair in the current room which wouldn’t solve the issue for my brothers disability. They were unreasonable and wouldn’t allow me to wait for the room I already paid for until I said they need to give me an immediate full refund or allow us to wait for the room. The manager then purposely mixed what I said. fridge & microwave don’t work. When we came back at the time it was supposed to be ready manager says they’re gonna start to clean right now. Took an extra 1 hr for them to clean it. Was Promised a discount didn’t get it

    Got to our room, everything looked good and clean. Then I noticed we didnt have a microwave or towels. Left for the evening but I had let the front desk know and they took care of it. The next day we left early in the morning by 0730. Was expecting our room to be clean with new towels when we returned but it wasnt. So we reused the towels we had which were only 2 that they provided us for a family of 4. The next day we had to ask for more towels and they gave us another 2 and stated thats all they had. Our trash was never picked up so we had to throw it ourselves. One night returning to our hotel the hotel keys didnt work so we had to get new ones. Overall at the end of the day I would have liked to have been given enough towels and pur trash taken out.

    It was decent. They served the same breakfast everyday, no variety. When I checked in they didn’t warn me about a power outage that was going to happen during my stay. They had the sign on the elevator which I didn’t use nor pay any mind to. We had no electricity one day through the entire building from 8a-3p. I won’t be staying here again.

    We had a leak in the ceiling the first night, dripping onto the bed. Called the front desk right away, it took them 2 hours to ‘look into it’ until i finally asked for another room because it was getting late. I was told they were sold out except for one room that they were saving for an emergency and asked if we could just make it through the night in a room with a leak onto the bed. When I said no. I was told they would ‘see what they could do’ after continuous calling back to see what resolution they could offer, they finally moved us. The second room was right next to the elevator. It was loud and the TV would not connect to anything which I was not going to complain about because at least the beds were dry. But the garbage can next to the elevator was right outside of our door now and it had not been emptied. It was filled and over flowing onto the ground and smelled terrible and it took over 24 hours for it to get emptied. Still tried to make the best of the stay, went to the gym on site, the water dispenser was empty, so went to the lobby market to get a bottle of water, they had none so i asked the front desk if they had water anywhere else. She was nice enough to open the breakfast room to allow us to get water from the juice dispenser, but said ‘we know the filter needs to be changed that’s why the red light is on, but you can have the water free’ for the two breakfasts we had at the hotel, the only water dispenser continued to have a red light.

    chipped paint on the ceiling and a strong musty smell. Still, the TV worked, so we decided to just deal with it. The next morning, the TV stopped working again sound but no picture. Maintenance eventually replaced it.Throughout that day, maintenance knocked on our door three separate times asking about a possible leak. Apparently, the musty smell was coming from water damage. They inspected and confirmed there was a leak but didn’t actually fix anything. At checkout inquiry — which was still two days away — the manager mentioned we might have to move again, but we never did. Instead, we were left with two large wet spots in the carpet that we had to avoid the rest of our stay, along with the lingering smoky, damp odor.The final straw was Friday morning when we were woken up by a smoke alarm blaring.     The bathroom sink water doesn’t get warm. The lady at the front desk should’ve have given us directions in where to go to take the elevators to our room. She only told us the room number, floor, breakfast times and WiFi code. It would have been helpful if she directed us to the elevators and told us where to park. The parking spaces were incredibly small and a lot of other guests were parked incorrectly.

    Staff super courteous and the room was okay actually expected better from Hilton name. Parking seemed small for number of rooms. Thermostat didn’t work at first but came on after 15 min. No cable tv and lost signal for a bit. The microwave needed to be replaced so we could warm our breakfast. But again the staff did their best to help rectify all.

    We were placed in an ADA room located right at the entrance of that wing of the hotel and heard everyone coming in and anyone using the ice machine. It was not a quiet stay to say the least. There is also no internal hallway connecting that wing to the lobby or breakfast room which was tough in the rain. The beds are full sized not queen as advertised and a little tight to get around in the wheelchair. The toilet flushes only on every third flush. The staff were nice and helpful. About 10 min drive to Disneyland.

    Our room was dirty when we arrived- pillows had stains, toilet had plastic in it, and the garbage wasn’t emptied. We also had no bath towels. Our AC didn’t work until we reset the breaker. When we arrived back to our room at night our smoke alarm was chirping and it was too late for maintenance to fix it, so we had to pack up our things, with our two kids, and move rooms. The woman that helped us at the front desk was SO nice and helpful and gave us a discount for our troubles, but still, a very disappointing stay.

    I was not able to sleep well. 1st, the Bed is really close to the AC Airdock. The air blows directly to you when you are in bed. 2nd, the location is along the main road and you can hear vehicles noise. 3rd, there is also a vibrating sound that is really bothering. I was in Rm 301.

    Super comfortable beds, great sized room and bathroom. Everything was clean. Our bathroom had a broken hairdryer (which they replaced when requested). Breakfast was okay - nothing amazing but decent enough. Parking is easy. The pool area was a disappointment. There is no pool furniture at all. So if you are hoping to enjoy some time by the pool, rather than in it, this isn’t the place for you.

    It was an okay stay but wish it was closer to Knotts. We couldn’t walk there- too far and didn’t feel safe, but at least parking was included so we took an uber for $7.     I had to tell the night clerk twice that someone had spilled a bunch of fruit outside the elevator, leaving a mess that was a slip-and-fall hazard, before it was somewhat -- but not entirely -- cleaned up. The blackout shade in the first room I was put in had fallen on the floor and no one had reattached it. The second room smelled so poorly that I had to leave the AC on nonstop just to help rid the room of the stale odor. I would never consider staying at this hotel again

    There was a fly in the lobby. There was another one in the room. The AC wouldn’t come on and front desk didn’t answer calls so had to go downstairs to figure out how that’s done. The blinds are stupidly placed no curtains to cover them.

    We had a very inconvenient stay. I had asked for a late checkout at the front desk and I was given 2 extra hours, a little before that time a manager knocked at my door and demanded me to open the door to talk to me in person telling me that I vs should have checked out at 11 am. Then I had asked to stay another day and I was told one price, but when I went to pay it was $60 more. The phone in the room didn’t work. We had attitude from at least 3 workers there, the pool also didn’t have any chairs or anything, when we asked about it, they told me to get a chair from the breakfast table and place outside. The manager was the most rude person I have ever seen in that type of business and I never had anyone knocking on my door and demanding to speek with me in person specially when I was just getting out of the shower.

    Decent stay for the price. The employee at the front desk that checked us in was great and the breakfast staff kept things stocked. We were told they only clean the rooms every 3 days which is fine by me because I don’t like housekeeping in the room unnecessarily. But they came in every day and changed the trash but there was no do not disturb sign to hang on the door and frankly the place was only half cleaned so I’d prefer not to have them in the room.

    The location is a bit sketchy but the hotel itself was good. Parking is good and access to the room was easy. The room was clean but it could use some wiping down especially the bathroom walls and door. Towels were also stained so that wasn’t very appealing.

    Beds were comfortable for me but wife said it was uncomfortable. Had food in fridge from previous person in the room. Also was out of soap for shower but front desk provided some. Understandable since house keepers do there best to clean a whole room with a certain time frame. Overall great but parking can get really full in the evening. Thankfully we found a spot. The front clerk was very friendly, she made checking in amazing.

    The jacuzzi/ hot tub is nonexistent. Although the internet shows different. That was a key booking point for us. The parking is tight. The check-in in gal was so kind and helpful. The breakfast staff was rude and very short when asked about what is offered. The pancake machine was broken, there were no yogurts or hard boiled eggs. There was no protein option avl. The juices were very watered down. no kid friendly cereal. The bathroom was clean. The beds were comfy. Room did need a good dusting and review on hard to spot areas we found trash left behind nothing to crazy just small pieces. Head of housekeeping was super friendly.

    For breakfast the girl would just keep looking at the whole time making you feel uncomfortable. They don’t clean your room till every 3rd day only give two towels my family was a family of 4. There’s no space for garbage tootles paper ran out called 3 times said someone would come they didn’t I had to go myself. I have had better service at cheaper hotels.     Staff was extremely pleasant, room was clean and did not have any funny smells, area around was clean, even though we didn’t use the pool it looked very clean. Some maintenance needs to be done, ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor did not work. Areas around the ice machines needed a mop it was stained and dirty. Lobby was clean with one flickering light. The fridge in our first room was broken and leaking the staff quickly changed our room without any issues. A/C worked wonderful and also did not smell. Overall a pleasant stay.

    Checking was horrible. Was given a room that was occupied and and when re-book to another room, the keys did not work. Breakfast was horrible as well. You almost have to beg for the food. There was no yogarts, fruits. Eggs burnt. Upon check out, its seems that the manager does care on what happened, no sympathy. All stairs on the property did not have the lights on.

    The property was unprepared for the Expo and had no rooms available during check in. We had to wait 30 mins to 2 hours. I also requested daily cleaning and they cleaned 1 out of 4 days of stay. We had to request for towels, coffee and our garbage taken out on the days they did not clean. The TV was also not cooperating but Destiny did give us a discount for 1 of the days of stay. Jennifer and Destiny did do their best to make us happy and I appreciate it.

    i booked this last minute on a spur of the moment extend to our original trip to disneyland. we were able to check in perfectly no problems, the front desk lady was extremely nice and quick service. the only thing i wish was different was that there were more luggage carts. we had to lug all of our bags! thankfully we are physically able to, so it was no problem. the shower was a little dirty, left over hair and soap on the wall from another customer, but other than that we truly had a great stay. would definitely stay here again!

    Ask for a room not facing Beach Blvd.. the street noise was all night and loud enough to keep me awake on and off all night.. Jennifer, the manager is amazing and extremely helpful! The breakfast staff wasn’t as friendly.. ran out of eggs, pancakes, sausage etc, and when asked about if there would be more, I was told no.. as I was walking away from my liquid breakfast they appeared!

    Stayed on 31st dec checked in at -5pm. Then came back to room early morning ~2am just to crash and get some sleep. Next morning when went to restroom there were no towels. Called front desk and they asked me to come to front desk for towels. This was very disappointing and inconvenient to walk to front desk when half asleep for towels.     Employees were very kind and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a little mixed up with our room but everything went nice and smooth thanks to receptionist. The only bad thing about our stay was Sunday morning breakfast, we weren’t able to eat because oven broke down, the pancakes machine stopped working, we had to go out to eat breakfast. The lady in charge was doing her best to keep it up but it was hard for her to do it by herself. Besides that we were happy with everything else.

    Long line to check-in. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the shower was very dirty. The 24/7 Washer and Dryer service was out of order. Lights in the hallways and lobby were all off and only turned on after a delay due to the poor motion sensors.
