Reviews
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast is a highlight for many, offering a variety of options. The location is also appreciated, with a short walk to Disneyland and nearby amenities. However, some guests express frustration with the parking situation and housekeeping services.
- Clean and spacious rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Parking issues
- Inconsistent housekeeping services
- 5/5
Added bonus.......close to the garden walk for dining & shopping.
- 2/5
The room faced the freeway and was super noisy 24 hours a day. The sheets on 2 of the beds were dirty. The staff was quick to bring new ones once we let them know
- 5/5
Very close to park. Friendly staff, will stay again.
- 5/5
Perfect place if you are going to Disneyland, clean, looks nice and free breakfast
- 5/5
We found the property to be beautiful, clean, convenient and perfect for what our family needed. One highlight was the breakfast buffet; it was delicious and made our stay feel so much more like a vacation to be able to get up, walk down to an amazing breakfast that had something for everyone and then head right to the parks. I highly recommend this hotel!
- 4/5
However, the parking process could be improved. Entering the parking area was smooth, but exiting was consistently inconvenient. Guests were required to scan their tickets and then call for assistance, often having to wait for someone to answer before being able to leave. The pool area could also benefit from some maintenance. In particular, the interior paint appears worn and outdated, which affects the overall appearance of the facility.

Staff was great and so welcoming. It was so clean and they really made our disney vacation magical.

Walls are paper thin. Sounded like a herd of elephants were on the floor above us and was woken up at 3 am from a toddler screaming/crying for 20 min straight. Beds are super comfy, hotel was clean, very nice and customer service was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the Element Anaheim and would return. The property was clean and conveniently located. Breakfast area had plenty of options and ample seating.

Great location 15 minutes walking distance to Disney Park
- 5/5
We LOVED the Element Hotel at Anaheim!! It is cozy, clean, and comfortable. It is very close to Disneyland, just a ten-minute walk to the Parks, and we enjoyed strolling as a family from the hotel to the parks along the palm-lined boulevard. It is absolutely beautiful! We loved the soft bed, the quiet AC, and the pool & palm trees were paradise. The staff is very helpful. We enjoyed the view of DIsneyland from our window, and the suite offered a full-sized fridge and all the amenities. The little Mickey Mouse cement guides leading to the Parks are adorable! It was one of our favorite hotels of the vacation. Please visit! We highly recommend!!

We stood here for our first visit to Disneyland. Our check in wasn’t the best. We were told we would receive a room at 4pm but by 5:45pm we went to ask the front staff what was the delay and they seemed annoyed and bothered for asking. Meanwhile they saw us waiting in the waiting area with both our kids patiently. They said to wait so we did. We went to ask again after another 40 mins and they had no clue what was going on, once again annoyed. They had to call their housekeepers several times til we finally got a room. We waited so long and the front staff weren’t helpful at all. They should definitely change them. However, the staff at the breakfast area are beyond helpful. Very courteous and polite. The breakfast was good as well. We had the family deluxe room and it was very nice as well. The walk felt a bit much on the way back after so much walking lol but it wasn’t bad about 15-18 mins with bags and stroller.
- 4.5/5
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had good options It’s a little far from Disney

- 5/5
The breakfast buffet is great, the amenities are great, staff always helpful Short walk to Disney. Short Uber from a mall and outlets, The small touches like the wine and cheese evening, or cookies for the kids. Fantastic. Staff were so accommodating and helpful. Next time we visit, we'd happily book here. again.

Comfy beds. Close to disneyland
- 3/5
We have stayed at this hotel often and usually we loved everything but this time we didn’t have as good of an experience. Lots of hidden extra fees and a bill I still don’t fully understand. Our room floor was sticky when we arrived and bathroom floor had hair. The staff was short and not as helpful. Even when we checked out I was going to ask about the bill and the room floors but the lady was very abrupt and told us you’re all set-good bye. Did ask about our stay or anything. Things we still loved…were the breakfast and location, and even though our room wasn’t as clean the rest of the hotel was clean and still very nicely maintained.
- 2/5
I was very disappointed in our first night at the hotel. It is not disclosed that a majority of the electricity, including the AC, is guided by motion sensors so it all turned odd at 2:00 in the morning followed by 4:00, 4:20 and so forth, with a very loud noise. We use white noise for our family to sleep so this completely woke everyone up and made for the worst night’s sleep before our one day planned at Disneyland. Everyone was tired and upset. My husband did complain and they did come fix so we were able to sleep the next night without disruption but this is something they should disclose to guests. We would have never stayed here if we would have known.
- 5/5
Family of 11 accommodated in 2 rooms. 8 adults and 3 kids. Each room with 2 queen beds and sofa bed, surprisingly very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing every day! Standard but always delicious and hot! Will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Not too far from the theme park to walk.
- 5/5
Breakfasts were great and space was airy with lots of sitting areas on the main floor. Room was quiet. Beds were on soft side but overall good. Just need to work on “gate” for parking lot. Would definitely come back here in the future.
- 1.5/5
Good location to Disney and breakfast Ask for towels and shower gel on multiple occasions and didn’t turn up until prompted again. Also toilet was blocked with tissue and came up to hand me a plunger to sort myself. Not a great experience. Oh and again had to wait over 15 minutes for some boiling water to make a tea.
- 5/5
This was a great stay. We have been to the areas several times and have stayed at multiple places and this might have been the best yet. Breakfast was well stocked, all the staff were friendly and courteous, rooms were new and clean, check-in was easy and super friendly. We felt appreciated. Thanks for a great stay.
- 5/5
clean and breakfast was great
- 5/5
Excellent experience. Thank you
- 4.5/5
Great rooms and staff. Breakfast included Pool could be larger
- 5/5
We had an absolutely amazing time at Element by Westin. The family suite was spotless, spacious, and was within walking distance from Disneyland and CaliforniaAdventurs. The kids loved the bunk beds and the large pool area. The staff was incredibly attentive, going out of their way to ensure our room was perfectly comfortable. Overall we loved our stay and I Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation!
- 4/5
Very clean property only issue is that the rooms are very small. I booked for a bigger room and still was given something smaller than I booked for. Overall everything was good other than that.
- 5/5
Great hotel! Very clean and great amenities. It’s a little further walk to the park but worth it if you want a more updated hotel with breakfast and amenities.
- 5/5
We are a family of 6 plus brought a friend, the room had plenty of bed and room for all, it also was very clean and smelled clean. The staff were all friendly, the breakfast was great, we would definitely stay there again and again. Thank you all.
- 3.5/5
The kids loved the heated pool. Bathroom door and lock was broken. Got stuck in the bathroom with my daughter until someone could let us out.

Super clean. Courteous and friendly staff. Also helpful. Room for 6 adults was large and spacious. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast was great - something for everyone! Would be great to add a shuttle pick up at Disneyland for end-of-day. After walking 25000+ steps to and in the park, even the short walk back (1.5 km) was killer. Otherwise the hotel was fantastic!!!

There was 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 kids. Initially I was worried about the walking distance to Disneyland, but it was exactly a 15 minute walk from the hotel down a quiet street. Very quick and easy. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the room we stayed in had bunks which was awesome with the kids. We told the staff prior to arrival that it was our kids first trip/first time at Disney and we just celebrated my daughters birthday and they left her a Disney stuffy, fresh cookies, and balloons when we walked into the room. What an amazing thoughtful touch. It truly made the experience that much more exciting and fun. The included breakfast everyday was great too! Lots of options like waffles, eggs, fruit, sausages, crepes, bacon, bagels, yogurt and more! We also loved that they did mid day / late night included snacks in the lobby. I’ve never seen a hotel do that before. When we come back to Disney one day, we will definitely choose this hotel again! Thanks so much for a great stay!
- 5/5
I saw this hotel on TikTok and I was NOT disappointed. It’s an easy walk to Disneyland, around a lot of different restaurants, and very affordable especially for big families. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern!
- 4/5
The room was pretty dirty around the beds and the bathroom floors from previous people staying. Also the bunkbed beds were awful and the bunk beds themselves we not very we had to put the screws back in they were falling out. The a/c was probably my biggest annoyance it wasn’t great it didn’t ever feel cool in there
- 5/5
Great breakfast, very nice rooms.
- 4/5
Great comfy place to stay, some walking to the parks. Good for the family!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Nice clean easy walk to Disney the staff was great
- 5/5
Breakfast was delicious .
- 5/5
I frequent this hotel everytime I visit disneyland. so worth the splurge!
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing and really caters to people who are gluten sensitive.
- 5/5
Element Hotel was excellent for our family. Family suite is spacious. Our room came with a mini kitchen with a stove, pots, pans, cutlery, dawn soap, dishwasher, microwave. We even had a mini counter with 3 stools. Staff was so helpful, nice and professional. Breakfast was good too. Make your own waffles, fruit, chorizo with eggs, eggs, egg whites, gluten free bagels, cereal, coffee and much more. We'd definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The clean kitchen with complete cookware is a big plus. The room is so spacious and clean. We had a small issue with the temp of the room and kitchen sink but was resolved right away.
- 5/5
We loved the lobby area - sat on the couches and chilled watching tv
- 5/5
clean room, super quiet, comfy lobby area, ample parking, friendly staff, great breakfast
- 4/5
The property was amazing. Room was clean, the breakfast was fantastic each morning, the staff were very friendly. We were surprised when we checked in and were told that there wasn’t a shuttle to the Disneyland park. In the hotel write up, they specifically state there is a bus that goes from the hotel to the park each day. There was no compensation made and we had to add that to our expense for the week.
- 5/5
Terrific location for visiting Disneyland. Easy walk with a pram and young kids. Gives flexibility to come and go from the parks during the day dependant on how tired the little ones are. Nice pool and great included breakfast. Clean and well maintained property. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for cost incurred...
- 5/5
Spotless and comfy rooms, breakfast was nice, there is paid parking.
- 5/5
Very close to Disney parks and airport , pool a bit small and parking was always available but expensive for a total of $44 a night
- 3/5
Location was good. A short 10 minute walk from Disneyland parks. Plenty of food and shops a short drive from the hotel. We booked for 6 people, on arrival only beds were made up for 4 people. When we called reception to ask if they could make up the 5th / 6th person's bed we were told they don't do that, but we could come and grab some bedding to do it ourselves. If I have booked for 6 people, I expect enough beds for 6 people to be made up on arrival. Parking was expensive.
- 5/5
Great location, very good breakfast buffet.
- 5/5
Great stay conveniently located!
- 5/5
Laundry is too expensive
- 5/5
Everything is great just keep in mind that you will have to still pay the parking fee, even though it’s advertised as included
- 4.5/5
Nice and clean A little out of the way
- 4/5
The breakfast was excellent. They had many options, there was something for even my picky eaters.
- 3/5
Parking fee is $38 plus taxes. Breakfast not good.
- 5/5
After she treated us so kindly unbothered and not carrying that into our interaction. Truly a gem.
- 5/5
Breakfast area is great, and friendly / helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel for its quality and location to the park is excellent.
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised by the Element. Lobby is bright and spacious. 3 check in stands, fully staffed at check in time so there was virtually no waiting. Room was massive, almost too many amenities. We didn’t need a dishwasher or kitchen utensils, but appreciated all the counter space. Beds were so comfy. We got the family suite with a king and bunk beds and we were all adults. Bunk beds were so comfy for anyone under 5’7”, any taller and you may feel squished. Pullout couch was comfy. Kind bed comfy. Bathroom was super spacious. Not a fan of the sliding pocket door, but it’s a space saver. Room was very clean. Our favorite part was the breakfast. Plenty of seating. Double stations for waffles and everything was hot and fresh. Scrambled eggs, veggies, potatoes, bagels, oatmeal station, yogurt station, cereal station, juice machines, coffee and tea. It was crazy good. 10/10. There was a pool, but it is literally up against the 5 freeway, so if you don’t mind the raging traffic then great, but we didn’t find it relaxing. Nice fitness station, but we just walked by. Parking machine didn’t work for us on the way out, and the only way to get help is to call the front desk and there ended up being an angry mob behind us, but we paid our $38 parking plus taxes and resort fees so not sure why it wouldn’t open for us. We walked to Dland, it was a solid 15 min, brisk walk. If you have little ones or are slower it will take longer. We will totally stay here again.
- 5/5
Loves our stay at the element. It was our first time on this property and it won’t be our last.
- 1/5
The hotel is not advertising all things they are missing. For paying a premium you would expect basic luxuries. No valet available. No bell desk !!!!! Front desk useless. No restaurant or coffee shop !!!! I understand not having these things, what i dont understand is why it is more expensive than a hotel that has all this and way more. Never staying here again. Nothing done to accommodate. And the advertising on expedia did not much the hotel at all
- 3/5
The food was old, and the room wasn't very clean. It had a bad smell when we first arrived.
- 5/5
Great experience all together
- 5/5
We love this hotel for our Disneyland stays!

- 5/5
Beautiful hotel close to Disney! Takes about 12 to 15 minutes to walk to security at Disneyland (walking fast). The hotel is in brand new condition. All the staff were great. The breakfast was fantastic for a hotel breakfast! Great selection of continental and hot foods. There is a small pool on site, my only wish would be a hot tub, which would go a long way after a full day at Disney!!! The gym is clean and well stocked. They always have coffee and infused citrus water on hand in the lobby. We had a one bedroom suite which was perfect for a family of five. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
I enjoyed everything this hotel offers.
- 4/5
The breakfast is really great! For the price this hotel is fantastic. I’d say 8/10. You have to pay for parking and there is no hot tub. The room was clean, but not pristine. Staff is very nice probably some of the best I’ve experienced at any hotel of this same class. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast to start our day. Walk to Disneyland was not bad at all.
- 2/5
This negative review is for the front desk staff at both check-in and check-out. The maid and kitchen staff are great.
- 4/5
Parking was also a little bit of an issue. It is expensive and over priced with very limited parking spots available. Some people didn’t even get a parking space. Lastly, check in took longer than expected. I was told 20 minutes but I was never notified. So, had I not gone to check I could have been waiting for an hour to get my room.
- 4/5
We had 6 people in a 2 queen studio suite and it was pretty tight with 4 bags. We felt pretty on top of each other most of the time. I didn’t give our stay 5 stars is for two reasons, one because we prepaid for the ability to check in early and then couldn’t check in until 4pm, at least they let the kids swim which was nice. The 2nd reason is because we were told breakfast started at 6am but it’s not until 7am on the weekends so if you plan on rope dropping, you’re going to need to figure something else out for breakfast. It worked out fine but it was just an extra expense having to make sure we had some things for breakfast in the room. The room had a toaster and dishes so that was a big plus. In the end, I would absolutely stay here again for the price we paid through Expedia (~ $178/night) but if we were paying full price, I’d probably pick somewhere closer to the parks.
- 5/5
This property FAR exceeded my expectations. We will 100% be staying here again in the future!
- 5/5
We had a great stay and short walk to Disney!
- 5/5
Amazing breakfast.. Very nice room. Also love how close this is the Disney theme park. Will come stay at this hotel when we plan to Disney next time
- 4/5
The only problem was getting into the gate. Never wanted to open. Wa also liked the evening complimentary appetizers and drinks. Also, late evening tea. Which was a nice wind down from the day.
- 5/5
It was our first time staying there. The hotel was very clean and updated. Staff was great for breakfast in the morning. Time was perfect and I enjoy the wine and cheese in the afternoon.
- 5/5
Breakfast is a full breakfast everyday! It met all of my family’s expectations. Only 1/2 mile from Disneyland. Staff was so helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Great staff on point
- 5/5
Getting in and out of the parking garage was an issue. They have recently installed a new automated system and it didn’t work properly. This meant that we were at one point stuck behind a line of cars attempting to exit. We hope they resolve this issue soon!
- 4/5
Breakfast was amazing! Great walking distance to the parks and downtown Disney. Pool was okay and housekeeping was meh. But otherwise we enjoyed our trip.

Easy walk to Disney, even with young kids. Clean property. Good breakfast options. Enjoyed tea in the afternoon. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, the room was clean, breakfast was very good, perfect hotel for family vacations.
- 3/5
The front desk didn't explain during check-in that we had to keep validating our parking ticket each time we leave. It was a hassle exiting. Location was next to freeway and couldn't sleep. The guest above is was very loud as well. Otherwise, breakfast was nice and convenient.
- 1/5
Has a bad experience. They did not give us the key until almost 5 pm. Room had a very strong bleach odor. One of us walked into kitchen and was cut by a piece of glass we stepped into. Manager supposedly did an incident report and they never gave us incident report. Sad.
- 5/5
Fabulous trip and hotel. Thank you!
- 4.5/5
It was really nice and clean, and it looked beautiful. It was also close to Disneyland. There is very limited parking. When we got there we didn’t have parking and half to talk to the front desk. I would have also liked if the parking was included with the price.

Really enjoyed our stay it was our first time at this property, from the moment you walk in to the hotel it smells nice and very clean. The gym was a big plus very nice and it provides gym towels and a water station. The room was spacious I loved that it had a kitchenette with all the main essentials needed especially because we have our son with special needs it made it easier to plan food for him. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back!!! And it’s only and 8 minute drive to Disney !
- 5/5
Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Hotel smells amazing and very clean.
- 5/5
Clean room and staff was very friendly.

The staff were helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice. Also, it is an easy walk to Disneyland.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! Clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast

Breakfast was better than most hotels offer these days. Room was clean and comfortable and perfect for our group of 6.
- 5/5
Clean room a little warm
- 5/5
The property and location is great. Wish they had a bigger pool. The rooms are a little bit tired and could use a refresh. Overall would stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was not great and half hour before closing breakfast everything runs out and no omelette station.
- 5/5
Parking was a bit expensive but very easy. Breakfast was very convenient and decent quality with somethin
- 5/5
I would definitely return. I like everything about the experience at Element Anaheim,. The warm pool, the excellent service and the wine and cheese to wind down after a long day.I should say perfect. I’m coming back shortly.
- 5/5
10 min Walking distance to Disneyland and about 38 bucks onsite parking per day
- 5/5
Good breakfast and great location.
- 3/5
The hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are Nice, Staff was great and breakfast was nice. Having to pay for parking was a negative due to the price of rooms already. Walls to room seem thin as i can hear kids screaming in rooms next door and stomping around from above. Which i understand being close to disneyland. No shuttle to Disneyland was very disappointing due to the distance. Walking distance not bad for adults but for kids its a very long walk to main gates for their little legs. Front desk said to use Uber but we are not a fan of Uber due to previous experiences.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. It was hot, fresh and often replenished. Room was big to with Bunk beds, Sofa, and a king size bed. Enough to accommodate 3 kids and 2 adults. Spacious enough. 2 TVs. All in all great. If we travel to Anaheim, we will stay here.
- 5/5
Don’t change anything exclusive property

Otherwise, we had a wonderful time.
- 5/5
Perfect for a weekend getaway to Disneyland.

Room was clean, although one of the televisions remote control controls was not working and we had to have maintenance. Come check it out and he wasn’t able to get to us until rather late. He was great though so not his fault. Just made for a late night. Otherwise staff was friendly and property is nice. We also were out of body wash in the shower.
- 5/5
The free breakfast has excellent variety and value. The proximity to Garden Walk and Disney was amazing. We had a great view of the Fireworks at Disney in our resort facing room. I only wish we had booked a family suite as the bed with a sofa bed was too tight for a family of five.
- 5/5
Good gym. Pool better to be used until 15:00 if you want sun and afterwards if you prefer shade. Good breakfast that is enough to keep you going. Very clean. Book rooms facing Disney if you want less noise from freeway. If noise from freeway not an issue for you any room is okay. Excellent walking distance 10 minutes to Disney and 5 minutes to GardenWalk which is full of food joints and restaurants. Gym well equipped. Parking for car is pricy $38+tax for hotel guests. Should have had discount.
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 5/5
Very close to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and perfect location
- 5/5
Breakfast was great! Parking was easy. The one bedroom suite was clean, nice, and beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
Breakfast was yummy and fresh. The hotel was modern and updated and everything was easy. Great suite options for families and close enough to walk to Disney! Great stay!
- 5/5
Great hotel in every respect. Walking distance to Disney. Great breakfast that starts early (6:30 am). Very friendly and helpful staff.
- 1/5
They canceled my reservation as I as 2 hours to arrive and said they could set up a night at another hotel for us, note our trip was for 2 nights. This left me with higher cost that after multiple calls was able to arrange at the same price. During my stay at the new hotel they locked us out of the room as my kids returned to the room since someone did not make proper notes of our transfer. I had to leave Disneyland early to take care of this since my kids were locked out in the lobby, terrible experience on behalf of both hotels.
- 5/5
Really Nice
- 4/5
Good place to stay and not expensive. Close to the Disney Parks, but not sure I'd say walking distance. Parking was easy to access and was never a struggle to find a parking spot (they have outdoor and underground parking). The free breakfast was sufficient. Usual proteins and carbs you'd expect. The room was nice and the full kitchen was very useful. Bed was quite comfortable for me. No ATM on site though.
- 5/5
They had the best breakfast ever. The kitchen staff were awsome
- 5/5
The room was clean, the amenities plentiful, the staff was so friendly, and while looking for parking a worker let us know there was parking downstairs AND he was pretty sure there was still one charging spot open! This was the best stay I’ve had in a while. Did I mention they had breakfast included too?
- 5/5
Breakfast was great and convenient right before long days at the Parks
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was great for complimentary.
- 5/5
The one bedroom suite was perfect for 3 adults. We loved having a kitchenette. Housekeeping was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Car parking was easy for goin in and out. You need your room key to use elevator above 1st floor. You need a phone app to use washers/ dryers. Overall had a very lovely stay.
- 5/5
The stay was great walking distance to Disneyland and breakfast buffet was perfect for a family with kids all kinds of options and the staff was amazing will be back
- 5/5
Nice location
- 5/5
Breakfast was a great bonus. Lots of options. Family room was great for our family of 4. Bunk beds were a hit. Beds really comfy. Storage a bit tight. Nice common area with bbq. Walking distance to Disney and California adventure but about 20min. Easy to uber if needed.
- 5/5
Great property. Very clean and great service
- 4/5
The room was not ready when we check in. The room smells like dog or wet carpet
- 5/5
Smooth checkin process. Was happy to see our request was accommodated and we got upgraded to a corner room with park view

Great staff, amazing breakfast, nice salt water pool.
- 5/5
Only a 12 min walk to Disneyland
- 5/5
The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we would like to commend our receptionist, Darah, for being exceptionally warm, professional, and welcoming. We stayed in a Resort View room that featured a well-equipped kitchenette, and we appreciated how clean, spacious, and comfortable the accommodations were. We highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Everything was great about this hotel, except for the parking.

After lots of research on hotels we landed on the Element. First because it looked fairly new and also because it’s made by Westin. One of our favorite hotels in the past. As far as the hotel it was newer and the staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast area was large and gave plenty of options throughout our stay. I would have appreciated actual sausage and bacon instead of turkey and chicken. The one thing I wanted to mention is that the noise coming from the freeway is terrible and I don’t know why more people don’t mention this in their review. We come from a small down that is quiet and dark so that is a factor but honestly it’s enough to make us never stay here again. Also the “blackout” shades aren’t actually blackout and still let in a fair amount of light. Once again I’m very sensitive to that. The beds are pretty stiff and uncomfortable as well not comparable to the Westin at all which are amazing. The walk to Disney was pretty easy and I would say everybody can do it. All in all I would say for the price it’s not worth the stay and recommend somewhere farther away from the freeway.
- 4/5
The food served at breakfast was amazing with so many different options daily. The five nights we stayed there was something different everyday.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay here again. Rooms were spacious and clean, great breakfast, good location to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. The staff were pleasant and greeted us each time they encountered us. The rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and well-equipped for the physically impaired, however, it wasn’t overly obvious. It was a lot larger than what we were expecting for 4 adults. It had a kitchen, an attached living room, and a bedroom with two queens. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others if we must. But it's kind of a gem you want to keep to yourself.
- 3/5
Not as good as it was in 2025.
- 5/5
I loved it it was so clean great food. I recommend this hotel if you come with you family and kids. The loddy was decorative with Disney Christmas decorations and my little nieces lovvvvveeeeed it. They had a station where they can send a letter to santa and they were soo excited. We where going to walk to disney but since it was raining we had to be a uber it was only $5. It was really easy to get to my uber and get down. The staff was really helpful and the room was spacious and clean. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
3rd time staying there. It’s our go to for Disneyland. Fits all 8 of us and includes Breakfast. Only issue is paying to park. I already paid for the room. This should be included in the room price.

Great rooms amazing breakfast will stay again in our next trip to Disney
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
Staff was great and room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
The breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean staff friendly
- 5/5
This is my new go-to affordable property for Disney. The parking was easy, its closer than you think, breakfast was super handy and the staff were great. The whole place was clean and very spacious. We really loved it. Pool was small but who goes there for swimming anyway? We were on the top floor facing the freeway but you wouldn't really notice it. the soundproofing is pretty good.
- 5/5
Nice place. Clean and not to far to walk to the park. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Love this hotel.
- 4/5
Clean room. Breakfast lacked healthy options. No fruit or yogurt left at 7:30. Not sure it ever existed.
- 5/5
The room and staff were great! Everything was ready when we arrived.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Clean rooms, lots of space. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. Breakfast was delicious and lots of healthy options.

Yes
- 5/5
Always a good stay.
- 5/5
I would suggest this hotel to anyone! Breakfast was very good, the staff super friendly, room was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I will be staying here every single time we visit Disneyland!
- 4/5
Checking in and out was easy. The staff were all polite. The rooms are clean as well. Breakfast was ok. Location was actually a 20-minute walk to the park.
- 5/5
It was perfect! Clean, spacious and the best breakfast I've found so far. Would absolutely stay again.
- 5/5
Everything, clean huge rooms, very clean hotel
- 3/5
Nice hotel but we had issues with the room quietness room had a buzzing air noise by our room we thought it was the door deadbolt but maintenance told us an issue with that room they haven’t fixed
- 5/5
Clean room and great breakfast. Also good location to Disney
- 5/5
Staff was extremely nice. Very close to Disneyland. & the hotel itself was beautiful and so clean! I would come again
- 5/5
Spacious room with a great view and easy access to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing! Rooms were clean and actually had our reservation! Breakfast was good!
- 4/5
Staff was helpful, Room was clean, great price
- 5/5
Complimentary breakfast Friendly responsive staff
- 5/5
Good hotel
- 5/5
Very clean room and friendly staff.
- 5/5
We love the healthy breakfast options. Close walk to Disney. Very clean and enough space for our large family.
- 4/5
Everything was great with the hotel other then the house keeping they did make up the room every day but did not refill anything well doing so.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was
- 5/5
Family suite is huge. Excellent breakfast.
- 1/5
Too much noise at night from the highways road
- 4/5
Clean rooms and a tidy, well-maintained hotel. The buffet was simple but offered enough variety to keep the whole family happy before a 10–15 minute walk to a big day at Disney. We appreciated the in-room microwave and the cold water bottle refills in the lobby. The nightly complimentary drinks were an unexpected bonus. Replacing the disposable buffet crockery and adding a little more depth to the offering (coffee machine and omelettes would be ideal) would make this a 5-star stay for the price.
- 5/5
The breakfast was perfect for our family and the breakfast staff was amazing. The front desk was very helpful.
- 1/5
Front desk was not very accommodating, upon check in our room was not ready despite getting a call from them earlier in the day asking us what time we were arriving. Front desk then stated “your room it may or may not be ready yet” to which we waited an additional 30 minutes after a 6 hour long drive. We then had to return to front desk and ask if the room is ready to which he said “oh I can just get you in this one.” Thanks for the effort? Room service did not get to our room the second day of our stay, to which I called to see if someone can come clean and front desk stated that house cleaners leave at 5 so they won’t get to our room, no apologies were received. On our check out day, the counter was INFESTED with ants, the only food we had was already in the fridge and in containers. We were on the 5th floor, how do ants get up to that floor if they’re not already in the wall linings. Lobby restroom was very unsanitary in the men’s restroom. I have video proof of the ants covering the counters. Overall 0/10 will never stay here again. I was told by my family to book at the actual Westin hotel, I should have listened. Worst experience I have ever had. From room service, to customer service, to no shuttles at a far hotel location. I regret this wholeheartedly. I wish they can improve upon this important feedback, I discussed with other guests in the hotel and it seems to be an ongoing issue.
- 4/5
The room WAS clean, Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate getting the top floor I had ideally asked for, in addition to the free breakfast and coffee. I think they forgot about the blankets i requested, but that’s okay maybe I wasn’t specific on which blankets. There was a point where I did run out of paper toilet and body wash. No, I did not request it I just used paper towels and shampoo for body wash i understand staff can be overworked and/or tired so that’s okay. I will consider staying here again in the future, due to affordability although I do like the WESTIN better OVERALL in everything I just dislike how they don’t offer free breakfast like the element. You get what you pay for, but After all, I was happy at my stay I enjoyed it and I will consider again in the future.
- 5/5
The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is close enough to walk to. Breakfast is great.
- 5/5
Clean, modern. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Glad they had non pork meat options
- 5/5
Really friendly staff, room was nice and clean. We were a family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) with a crib and we all fit perfectly. Breakfast was pretty good with different options. Will definitely come back. Drive to Disney was 7 minutes away.
- 5/5
Very big room for large family .. we’re 8 ( 6 adults & 2 kids ) and we slept comfortably.
- 4/5
The staff was super helpful and friendly. However, the shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty, and I didn’t discover this until after I got my hair wet.
- 5/5
Great clean rooms and close location to DIsneyland, Paula Cruz from front desk made it extra especial for my sons Bday. Great staff!!
- 5/5
Loved the layout of our room. It fit our family of 5 very comfortably. Price was reasonable. The breakfast was yummy and accommodating for a variety of dietary needs. Would love to book again.
- 5/5
The location, the cleanliness, staff and the value for the amenities included
- 5/5
Breakfast Clean Room Amenities
- 5/5
Very nice and clean
- 5/5
Room was clean, and overall stay was great. Only improvement could be more diverse items in breakfast
- 1/5
We loved the hotel - great location and ambiance. I’m giving it one star because their dryers errored out and took my $$ and they still haven’t rectified. They just keep telling me someone will email me. So, once I hear from someone to credit back my $$, I will update my review. It is a 5 star experience aside from this.
- 3/5
Only issues were that our towels were taken away from our room if used and not replaced. Also my son wet the bed one night so we stripped the bedding and left it out. When we got back from the parks at midnight we found that they took the bedding but did not give us new bedding. We had to go ask for it at midnight.
- 3/5
The room was in good condition and breakfast was good, but the staff was not that friendly at the front desk (at least the night staff wasn’t). Every other hotel I’ve stayed at in Anaheim normally changes your linen and towels upon request but this hotel staff didn't change linen until you check out (at least that’s what they told me). This was big for me because we used the sofa bed and whenever we do we make sure we get fresh linen due to bacteria and stuff, but we couldn’t at this hotel. They made a big deal about the towels and questioned the crap outta me as if I was sneaking in people or something. I wanted extras because my wife and kids are kind of wasteful with hotel towels so I need extras, (especially since we used the pool). To be honest it was just one hotel concierge that was the one that was giving me the hard time (she was on the night shift). The guy though, was pretty good at his job and friendly.
- 4/5
Everything is awesome. The room is so big and clean and my kids love it so much
- 4/5
We like this hotel and have stayed here before. The hotel was clean the breakfast was still awesome but we didn’t have as good of an experience this time with the staff.
- 4/5
Overall, stay was good. Nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, and nice location near the parks. Only negative thing was the $200 deposit and $41 parking!
- 5/5
Super cerca de Disney y muy confortable
- 5/5
Great hotel, clean and great customer service
- 5/5
The room was spotless and we had all the basics. We were able to use the dryer at the laundry facility inside the hotel after we got soaked at the Disneyland rides. We were 7 in one studio and we managed to have room for everyone. Breakfast buffet was simple, but had something from everyone and every day there was something different and tasty one day pancakes, another waffles, crepes on the next day. The kids were happy!
- 3/5
Staff friendly, clean room and good amenities but the room we stayed was quite bright due to outside lights and thin curtains, which made it difficult to sleep, also room faced the highway and traffic noise was constant.
- 5/5
Best stay ever! Reasonably close to Disneyland. We Uber’ed but you can definitely walk (15-20 minute walk). Breakfast was very basic, but free. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated hotel for the holidays. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
- 4/5
But everything else was great.
- 2/5
The room is great. Breakfast is disappointing. Staffs are not that good. I had to call front desk three times(i was on hold for too long that line got disconnected) because nobody cleaned our room. The next day I had to tell the front desk to have someone cleaned the room and give us fresh towels. Parking is $35+ per night.
- 3/5
We had to ask for fresh washcloths and they don't clean the room or take out the trash during a 5 day stay. The beds were made but thats about it.
- 5/5
Clean room, spacious just overall a good place to stay by Disneyland
- 5/5
The stay was amazing. The staff there is very helpful. The people at the front desk were very friendly. There was an issue I had upon arriving but the staff took care of it. Very grateful!!! Thanks to Nico, Martha, Rene, and Victor. Thank you all for an amazing time. The breakfast was the best. Large variety of options. The cleaning ladies clean our room every day. Thank you!!!!
- 5/5
Everything was amazing, great price, friendly staff. Good Job!!!
- 2/5
It took two days and three attempts to have toilet papers and tissue boxes delivered to the room after being missed during room service two days in a row. After discussion with the supervisor and the manger it appears that they were aware of the issue and have dealt with the same type of complaints before. Manager even mentioned that they were talking about this problem in their staff meeting a week ago. Aside from says “sorry for your experience” nothing else was offered. So disappointing for “Bonvoy” brand. Worst experience ever. While talking to some other guests, it seemed as their experience over the weekend was not optimal either. We will never stay at this location again.
- 5/5
Loved this place! So close to Disney.
- 5/5
This place was superb. Breakfast was amazing, easy access to all the areas we needed to go, and staff was always friendly and helpful. Would 1000% stay here again!
- 5/5
Its really nice and walking distance to disney
- 5/5
Great value
- 5/5
The location was good, not too far. The breakfast was very good, and I felt safe. The property and the surrounding area were clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
I traveled with my family and it was a wonderful experience. It was about a 10 minute walk from Disneyland and we ubered for convenience for a couple of the transfers which was about $6 each way. However the stay, the room, the parking and especially the breakfast were all amazing and worth the extra distance from the park. Will recommend this resort and will stay here again!
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. The daily breakfast was great, with many options available. The kids loved the pool. The hotel is within walking distance of Disneyland, or if you’re not up for the walk there is a bus stop just outside the property. We walked to Disneyland in the morning and walked back in the afternoon. Had a rest while the kids swam in the pool and then took the bus to and from Disneyland in the evenings. Staff were friendly and laundry facilities were good too. The room was clean and spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds! Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
No hay stood out for me was the front desk calling to confirm our reservation. No one does that anymore so i liked it.
- 5/5
Loved everything about this property! Walking distance from Disneyland, exceptional housekeeping, great spacious rooms, large breakfast area, pool. It had everything we needed for our trip!
- 5/5
Comfortable beds very quiet even tho it's next to the freeway. It's our go to hotel every time we go to Disneyland
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful, rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was also delicious and hot. Totally worth every cent. I will return!
- 5/5
The breakfast was varied everyday fruit, bagels, yoghurt, pancakes, waffles, eggs, chicken sausages all alternating. The beds were so comfortable. The rooms facing Disneyland , we had room 433 had a mini kitchen, dishwasher sink, small hot plates, microwave. The room itself was a great size with two queen beds. The staffer lovely and friendly and accomodating everyday. I highlight Nico and Darah for their amazing service. The Element is 20 minute walk from Disneyland. The morning is ok but after 18 to 20 thousand steps at the end of the day, the ART bus or an Uber is called for. The Element is about 10 minutes walk to the Anaheim Garden walk centre with cheesecake factory , movies and other restaurants. I strongly recommend this hotel to those wanting to visit Disneyland.
- 2/5
Our bed sheet had stains and the towels were ripped and worn out.
- 5/5
Wonderful as always
- 5/5
Everything was Great, Great place to stay at and enjoy without worries!
- 4/5
Family friendly! Good
- 5/5
Great well spaced rooms
- 4/5
Very walkable to the Disney park. A $35 parking fee is a little too much. Some other hotels don't charge for parking.
- 5/5
Staff were very accommodating regarding my husband’s disability needs and our room was very spacious enough for a family of four. Healthy options available at the breakfast buffet. Walkable distance to Disneyland. We are already booked for our Christmas vacation to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Fantastic breakfast, laundry on site
- 5/5
Family friendly hotel, very clean and great service
- 5/5
Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness of the facility was unmatched.
- 4/5
Clean and friendly, nice breakfast, free good coffee in reception. Only had small pool area overshadowed by hotel in the afternoon (not a big issue for us as we were out most days) No bar or evening food options in the hotel but plenty in walking distance.
- 3/5
Rooms were very very noisy. You could hear all hallway activity and neighbors above you. Sounded like you were staying with elephants. Great breakfast though!
- 1/5
Horrible experience, left us very upset. It was special art for our wedding anniversary. The hotel staff did not care. Highly warn you to secure your belongings as small as it is. Staff are not trustworthy. On positive, breakfast was good. Rooms are spacious. Located close to Disneyland. Too bad we had an awful experience
- 5/5
Clean friendly staff
- 5/5
Cozy beds, lots of room in our room, great breakfast.
- 5/5
Awesome. Only concern was for my toddler. The corners of the headboard were sticking out & i felt like i could not keep my eyes off him at all I was afraid he would hurt himself. Other then that AMAZING
- 5/5
It was nice and way cheaper than other hotels, I definitely Recommend.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room, near Disneyland as well
- 3/5
Walkable to Disney, nice room setup, free breakfast.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Element was great, from the moment we stepped into the lobby our receptionist, Darah, was amazing. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room the clean the lobby was clean and the hours for the breakfast were great. On top of a great variety of options to choose from. We will definitely be staying here again and i would recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
- 5/5
It was so nice to stay here and be able to walk to Disneyland very easily!
- 5/5
Great family hotel with amazing options at the breakfast buffet.
- 1/5
I stayed with the family at the Element Anaheim resort while vising the Disneyland parks. The room setup was nice and the location was central to the theme park. The breakfast buffet was average, food quality was good but many selections would run out and not be restocked before the breakfast ended. The main issue I had with my stay was the handling of lost and found. After I had checked out we realized we left one item next to a bed. I called the same day and described the item and specific location in the room. The front desk person could not help me since I called 2 minutes after Housekeeping had left for the day. I begged them to check since I was still in the area and could stop by the Hotel the same day. They directed me to make a report online and wait for a call the next day. I immediately made the report and four days went by with no response. I finally called the hotel and after receiving a call-back, surprise, the item was not found. The item had little value and was mainly a sentimental item for my child. Sad to see the hotel react in this way.
- 5/5
Loved the property! It was our first time here and we have decided moving forward this is the hotel we will always be staying at when coming to Disney! 15-20 minute walk to the park for us with a toddler!
- 1/5
Sheets and towels were dirty
- 5/5
Muy cómodo y limpio
- 5/5
Loved that I could bring my family of six and we could all share one room. Being so close to everything was amazing. Just a walk away to dinning options and Disney.
- 5/5
The only issue we had with our stay was the AC. Everything else was perfect!
- 4/5
Very clean inside & outside and good breakfast
- 5/5
The Element Anaheim Resort was a fantastic choice for our vacation home base. The breakfast was delicious ans offered healthy and delicious options. The room was clean, comfortable and well equip with kitchen supplies and toiletries. They had a complimentary wine and cheese event and relaxing tea time that was very much appreciated after a long day at Disneyland, which was an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. The pool and workout room was clean and lovely as well. I would absolutely stay there again.
- 1/5
To start with, not one of the 7 days I stayed did they deliver on what they promised in the description: “Chobani yogurt bar” (which in fact there was no type of yogurt at all), variety of fruits, etc. Every day there was only 1 type of fruit, only 1 type of protein, only 1 type of “large” food. When things ran out, they wouldn’t restock them even though there was an hour left before breakfast closing time, and a couple of days I even had to have the food area close before the established time.
- 5/5
Overall is good
- 5/5
The property was exactly what we needed. Quite safe clean and accessible. Staff was great. Thank you
- 5/5
Perfect for our short stay to visit Disneyland. The kitchenette is ideal and very clean and well equipped and the breakfast was a lovely bonus. Modern, fresh and well appointed suites to.
- 3/5
Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful but the property is located close to everything, was clean and had everything we needed.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Love this hotel.
- 1/5
We were affected by the flight disruption with Air Canada but this hotel did not give any consideration and refused to refund us. It was also hard to contact them as per Expedia.
- 5/5
Excellent !!! Definitely come back again
- 5/5
These units are perfect for 8 people to sleep very reasonable price
- 5/5
Great location & easy parking, good breakfast. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
This would be our 2nd time staying and always a good experience. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Staff is wonderful, breakfast is good. Used their laundry services which was convenient. The only issue is parking. Wish they would have more parking space. Uber to Disneyland was great instead of waiting for the ART. Will we back? YES
- 5/5
Very clean, great breakfast options and within walking distance of Anaheim Gardenwalk and Disneyland.
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing. Room service attentive. Staff nice and welcoming.
- 5/5
What a delicious and nutritious breakfast! The Element is our favorite hotel for a Disney vacation. It fits our family perfectly and is such an easy walk to the parks! We made use of the exercise room and the pool too, both were well appointed and clean.
- 5/5
The location was perfect for what we needed. Amenities were a great plus for our trip. I would come back again.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. Had plenty of breakfast options, room was spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable. I would say the shower could use better cleaning. There was some mold growing on the sides of the caulk and glass doors. Other than that, Good daily room service and towel refresh.
- 4/5
Great breakfast, clean room with all the amenities we needed. Spacious and modern.
- 5/5
It’s one of the best hotels we’re going to <3
- 2/5
The sitting areas were closed due to someone breaking the glass from the windows, no access to the waiting room to sit down
- 4/5
It is a little over a half mile to the entrance of Disneyland. We walked there and back several times a day. It was nice to come back and swim during the heat of the day and then go back to Disney at night. We felt safe to and from the parks.
- 5/5
Comfy beds, great set up for families and impressive breakfast selection
- 5/5
Family Friendly.
- 5/5
Amazing room and staff. Had an amazing family trip staying at Element. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all family and friends. We will be staying here again in the near future!
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, clean comfortable rooms.
- 4/5
Todo muy bien
- 5/5
Exellence
- 5/5
Our stay was great ! Friendly staff! Clean rooms ! Spacious for families ! Breakfast was included and they offered an ample siting area.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Walking distance from Disney and nice restaurant choices
- 5/5
This was a great hotel, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and it felt safe. I would definitely stay again. Darah at the gront desk was amazing and helpful.
- 4/5
Sofa bed and pillows are not that comfortable. The property in general is quite and the breakfast was good.
- 4/5
The location is perfect for going to Disneyland. We had a suite and the only issue was they did not replenish coffee or dishes each each day. The A/C is controlled by a sensor so unless you’re moving all night long, you will be hot.
- 5/5
Awesome room. Awesome amenities. Close to Disney.
- 5/5
beautiful place
- 5/5
Always stay at this hotel when we go to CA. Love it. It’s so close to Disney, staff is friendly and helpful, and is always clean.
- 5/5
My only suggestion would be that there be appropriate staff at check in. We waited quite a while to get checked in because there was only 1 “trainee” working when we arrived. Otherwise it was a great stay & an amazing breakfast selection both days!
- 5/5
My family really enjoyed our atay here. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breafast was varied, hot and fresh. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
- 4/5
Breakfast Buffet did not have enough options
- 5/5
Great stay! Very clean, good breakfast, and plenty of paid parking!
- 5/5
We had a great stay and loved how close itcwas to Disneyland. Great breakfast!
- 5/5
Great hotel! Super clean with friendly staff. Definitely recommend!
- 4/5
The element hotel , was clean and the hotel rooms a good size with a good size kitchen. The breakfast was fresh with a good selection. The pool was a little small but clean and serviceable. We felt it lacked a bar or food place so of an evening we could if sat in their beutiful lobby or out door area with a drink and snack
- 5/5
This hotel was very nice really clean felt like home!!!
- 5/5
The room was the perfect size for our family of 6. Room was extremely clean. Loved the complimentary breakfast and the wine hour was a big bonus!! Front staff was friendly and accommodating, we will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Very clean, nice staff, good breakfast very close to the park overall we loved it here definitely booking again for my next trip.
- 5/5
Love this property near from everywhere
- 2/5
Got stuck in a heavy foot traffic area loud for my room
- 2/5
Had a bad smell in hallway and rooms .
- 5/5
The hotel is very clean and safe. I truly recommend the property. All staff members were super friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
Family and I had an amazing stay. Distance to Disney was easily walkable. Staff and rooms were great. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Anaheim.
- 5/5
Family an amazing time at this hotel. Distance to Disney was easily walkable. Rooms and the staff were great. Will definitely rebook on our next trip to Anaheim.
- 5/5
The priperty is a 10-15 min walk to the Disneyland Resort so ideal for park days without having to find a park n ride car park or pay the $$ to park at the attractions when your hotel parking is only 1 fee to pay as you can walk each day of your stay. They have a nice buffet breakfast, the options ate limited but it's included in your room rate which is very competitive for the area and proximity to the park. All the suites are well equipped and clean/tidy. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area and will look to stay at the Element brand moving forwards as I love their contemporary styling and good price point.
- 5/5
Everything was awesome, great breakfast and short walk to the park
- 4/5
Good property accessible and just right out of Disney
- 5/5
Have stayed here many times when visiting Disneyland great stay
- 4/5
Still, the rooms were lovely and the service was very good.
- 4/5
Staff wasn’t great and when we asked for a change of sheets and new towels it took over an hour to get them. Also, didn’t like that you have to request your room be cleaned and sheets changed. That should be automatic.
- 5/5
In walking distance to shops, dining & entertainment. 10min to Disneyland! Parking on property overnight is expensive.
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
Great hotel in a very good location for our trip to Disney. Clean, spacious, great breakfast. Very nice hotel.
- 4/5
Spacious room with bunk bed, pull out couch, king size bed and kitchenette
- 3/5
The room wasn’t ready and it was over 30mins after we were allowed to check in. I wish they just gave us a call or something as I have kids that needed a nap so we could have driven around the area and waited instead of unloading and waiting in the lobby with all our stuff.
- 5/5
The 5:30-7pm “welcome reception” was nice, offering free beer and wine tastings along with cheeses, olives and bread. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was heated, despite being a simple rectangle fairly close to the highway. The high wall and greenery allowed you to forget its location in my opinion.
- 5/5
Room are well equipped
- 5/5
The element has been such a great fit for our family. It’s our go to spot to stay for our family Disney trips. Very clean, great customer service, and the free breakfast is just an added bonus!
