Rooms and hotel overall very clean. Good breakfast and dinner options in the Bistro. Staff is very friendly.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was not only huge, but clean. We didn't get to use the pool this stay, but it looked beautiful! We definitely would stay here again.

This hotel is so clean, has the most wonderful pool, most friendliest staff and the hotel smells so good I asked them the fragrance and got it for my office 😁

I like everything about the hotel. It was very clean, friendly staff, and great amenities. Wish the parking fee would be less. My only complaint is the sheets are not very good quality kind of rough. Walking distance to Disneyland was great. It would be nice if they had complementary continental breakfast.

I liked the pool and jacuzzi. Room size was nice. Didn't like when we got in it smelled of mildew and carpets were wet I called they said they can change our room all after we had just unloaded our things and tired we left it but why would you put us in a room they supposedly carpet cleaned... also ypu have to pay parking and for breakfast for the price not worth it. Also the restroom has these weird doors that dont really lock. And the trindel bed was broken we saw as we pulled it out and decided it wouldn't be comfortable for our little one. Also both doors for the microwave and fridge both broken.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean and very well maintained. The staff were amazing, I would definitely stay again. There was also a really nice pool and restaurant with corn home and ping pong for the kids.

This was not a good experience. The customer service was very poor, and even after the manager was made aware of the issues, nothing was done to address them. I would not recommend this hotel. Considering the price, the condition of the furniture was disappointing, as many items appeared worn and damaged. Overall, the service and accommodations did not meet expectations.

we had a very nice stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. Even though it’s a bit of a walk to the Disneyland entrance, we still enjoyed our stay. However, we did feel that the $35 a night parking fee was a bit steep, having to walk the distance that we still had to to get to Disneyland. We may stay somewhere closer in the future due to these fees being somewhat equivalent to the price we would’ve paid for a closer hotel with much less walking distance

The location is great, a short, safe walk to Disneyland. Fireworks can be seen from the parking lot. A restaurant that is open until 10pm. The staff is friendly. Only drawback is the beds are incredibly firm and uncomfortable. I could not sleep through the night and woke up in pain every morning.

This was the first time staying at the Suncoast, but it definitely is not the last! The staff was so kind. Our room was a suite with a separate living area. We couldn't take advantage of the beautiful pool area, but vowed to do so the next time we come to Disneyland. Thank you for a welcoming stay!

Such a clean and nice hotel. We were away from the busy road that the park brings, but were still a super quick drive to Disneyland. Will definitely be staying here from now on!

Clean, near the Disneyland park

My daughter and I stayed there for our Disney trip. Used the Toy Story parking lot, as it is within a mile. Love the pool, clean and comfortable will come back again!

The rooms are clean and nice, my only complaint would be the comforter, it looked a little discolored but other than that the hotel is really nice. Its close to disneyland and theres tons of food places around.

Hotel was very cute. Loved the pool and outdoor area. Room was spacious and clean. The sleeper sofa had a very thin uncomfortable mattress. Wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it. The scent they use in the lobby is very strong and a bit nauseating. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. No access to hot water, though they offer tea bags in your room and cup noodle in the market. Staff were friendly and room was serviced nicely every day.

The Staff was friendly especially the hotel manager. When we asked for towels they were always quick to arrive to our room. It was surprisingly a very pleasant stay!

The rest of our trip, we kept looking back and wishing we were back at the Suncoast. Clean, friendly staff, wonderful poolside amenities, and a VERY easy walk to Disney. We will be bookmarking and going back again and again!

Great value for money , closer to the parks than I expected. Noise of air conditioning unit in the room.

Front desk was friendly but not friendly enough to offer any extra help. Being so close to a highway, the windows don’t provide ANY soundproofing. It was as though the cars were right outside our window. Really not helpful when you have small children with you. Car noises from the highway were heard over the children’s sound machine. The hotel has no silver cutlery. And we were given a paper plate to microwave something, just not a good experience when you’re spending x amount of dollars. Breakfast every morning was greeted with a really terrible attitude from staff. Really happy to have checked out knowing we won’t be returning.

Upon arrival they had mixed up mine and my sisters reservations. My sister checked in a few minutes before me. They accidentally switched rooms but were able to get it fixed in about 10 minutes. They ended up upgrading my sister to a room closer to the Disney side for the inconvenience. The only downside is we were traveling with a baby and the freezer section of the fridge did not get to freezing temperature, so the ice packs did not freeze.

Absolutely fell in love with this hotel. Distance to Disneyland? Insanely close. A perfect mix of disney and modern beach decor. The pool is incredible! They offer so many outdoor activities as well as movies/lounge areas inside the lobby. Rooms are so nice. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel!

The only issue I had with this fine establishment was that there was no hot water in the showers we let th water run and run and the temp never changed. We then had to call the front desk to have them check on it for our room and it was better going forward.

Great place to stay when visiting Disney

The pool area was very spacious and relaxing. Very convenient location close to Disneyland, restaurants and stores. Only thing I did not like or expect was the daily charge for the parking but other than that great place to stay.

This hotel is right by the freeway so we were woken up throughout the night by sirens and loud vehicles. We asked for a late checkout which we were given but then the maids kept knocking on the door asking when we were going to leave, ignoring the fact that we were given a late checkout. The pool is only waste deep and crawling with obnoxious screeching kids.

My room was immaculate and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast confused me as the area wasnt open but I saw plates with food out on tables. Overall, good experience.

Disneyland resort and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I didn’t liked is the extra charge of around 42 dlls for the parking. They are basically charging the Disney resort parking. Aside form that it’s an ok hotel with a nice close location to the Disney park.

Room was clean, the pool area was beautiful and my kids loved the ping pong table and movies playing in the lobby! The walk to Disneyland was not far to us, which is a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

The walk wasn't bad after a long say at the parks. The biggest issue was the water pressure or lack thereof.

Staff was friendly and helpful, making checkin/checkout a speedy process. The amenities are open til midnight and the room was spacious and clean. Shower pressure could have been improved but easy to overlook with the various other pros. Easy walk to Disney (12 min walk) and was great to be able to come back in the middle of the day for breaks. Also easy access to plenty of food options. Highly recommend.

It was a quick stay, but the beds were comfy the hotel was welcoming and we will definitely be back.

Rooms were spacious and noise was limited (note the freeway is next to the property). Plenty of parking. As of March 31, 2026, ART no longer in operation. The hotel is still a close walk to the park but those who are not able bodied may need to seek alternative transportation (Lyft, Uber, rent-a-scooter). We did not explore the pool nor have breakfast onsite. We would stay again.

No hot water in the shower, until we ran the water for 5 minutes. Towels rough. Not all outlets in the room worked. Room was spacious but no seating or table.

Loved that you can pre check in and park car and go to to the parks before you check in. You can also leave your car until 10pm on the day of check out. Staff was so helpful. Rooms have a fridge and microwave. Huge plus.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly. The only issue I had is my shower would take 20-25 mins for the water to heat up. Beyond that it was a great stay overall for the short amount of time I spent in my room.

Only downside was the scaffolding outside our window and some work occurring in the mornings, which we did not know about. Good thing we were getting up and leaving for the parks. Easy 15 min walk to Disneyland entrance.

Perfect stay

Great hotel! The staff was very nice and helpful. They were happy to cut the tags off of the items we bought. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but the price seemed very reasonable and people we asked said it was good. It’s a decent distance to disneyland, i think it’s the farthest i’d be comfortable walking. A shuttle service of some type would be great but it’s definitely a walkable distance, around 15 minutes. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. Pillows were very soft and the blanket on the bed was a bit thin but they were happy to bring us extras. The pool looked clean and was consistently busy the whole time we were there. There was a small store with items you might need available for purchase. Parking for my two night stay ended up being $82.04 with taxes and fees, which i wasn’t explained that those fees weren’t included in the $35 a night parking, but it’s okay. For the price i paid i felt like you couldn’t beat the location, size of room, and cleanliness. :)

The Lobby was nice and had a great area for relaxing in the evening by a fireplace. Pill are was a great spot as well. The breakfast was ok but not as nice as I would have expected. I never saw a server so we ordered from bartender that brought it in to go containers. We ordered breakfast 3 different days and it was like that everyday. He did put it on a plate one of the days after we said we were eating downstairs.

Website said hot tub in hotel but when my kids call them ask and got refused , no hot tub facility in hotel , night time front desk Antonio was rude and not helpful at all , too much attitude

Pool/spa was amazing after a long day at the parks.

I had a quick disney trip with my husband and stayed for one night. I loved the fact that I was able to check in and get ready in our room when we arrived at 10am. Property was well maintained and clean, so was the room. The only complaint that we have is that we got woken up at 8:30am of the sound of maybe power washing right outside the window, we were on the first floor corner room. When we checked out and let them know, they were not sympathetic at all. Other than that it was a good stay.

This hotel was very nice! It is a convenient walk (for older kids/adults) to the parks. It felt clean and welcoming. The pool area was great as well. It had a nice little market with essentials. I do wish there were more breakfast options in there. My only "complaint" was that upon booking the hotel, apparently there is an option to request housekeeping daily or only upon request. The option pre-selected is "only upon request." So, if you plan to get new towels each day, make sure you update your preference.

Hotel is nice and clean but the restaurant is poorly managed. It’s understaffed and as a result you wait very long to get your food and tables are dirty. It’s unfortunate

We stayed in a 2 queen suit and it was perfect for our family of 5! The staff was so friendly and the property was clean! The pool was clean and fun and the outdoor patio area was fun for the kids with ping pong and cornhole. Will stay here again!

This was a nice newer hotel close to Disneyland. You can walk over there from there. They did charge you a lot for the parking and they triple charged me for parking so don’t get a parking ticket every time you drive into the lot or they will charge you for it and so I got charged for four days of parking, but I only stayed overnight one night and was only parking for one day. We got there early earlier than check-in and we were able to park and then go over to Disney. We left at 6 AM the next day, but I got charged for four days of parking $35 a day , they had no valet parking options here which you usually get at Hilton’s, not a big deal but for $35 a night maybe offer valet , that was the only negative about this property.. It was a very basic hotel. We didn’t have time to use the pool. I’m not sure how heated it was, but the pool area looked nice. It wasn’t as nice as some of the other Disneyland resorts if you’re going for a resort style setting this is not it but if you just want a basic hotel that is nice and clean it’s a newer hotel and so it’s not run down yet. The beds were comfortable The room wasn’t huge, but it wasn’t the smallest room either and the convenience to Disneyland was great.

Normally I would have no issues checking in a little early but this time my room was not ready until well after 3pm. Work was being done with exterior windows and two large mechanical cranes occupied several parking spots and a large charter bus was parked in front of main lobby entrance.

Our stay at SunCoast was good. The room and property are clean, great large pool, nice tranquil hotel.

Wonderful stay for our Disneyland trip. Quiet walk back to the hotel versus staying at the SpringHill Suites or the Wyndham. Nice pool, easy parking, very clean, breakfast and dinner options were decent and a full bar is always welcomed for the adults. Will return!

We got a 2queen suite and it was huge. Microwave and fridge were so nice to have. We came for a family trip to Disneyland. It was very walkable to the gate and loved coming back to the pool and hot tub during the day. Would definitely stay again!

The beddings are clean, the towels could do better found some stains on it. Wished the bathrooms had fans you can turn on in case you go number 2, you would stink up your whole room. I went all the way down to the lobby washroom to poop from 5th floor lol. Also our rooms weren't facing the view of the fireworks at night either I had to go to the very end of the hallway to view it but only if there's no one there already. One drinking water dispenser on lobby floor for getting more water for refilling our bottles. The free breakfast was pretty delicious though the portions are set from a menu, limited choice, not continental buffet style. I could eat more and wished I can also have juice too, can only choose 1 drink, I got 1 regular size coffee. Its good that they let you do To-Go options for your food to bring to your rooms to eat in comfort but our room didnt have a proper coffee side table, theres definitely room for one. Overall good clean hotel and close enough walking distance to disney park like 20 minutes walk to the gates.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Biggest frustration was that they have an area for a continental breakfast, but they close it off and make you order from the bar. With the number of people, an order of kids pancakes and toast with one piece of bacon takes 30 minutes. I’m sure it’s just a money grab, along with the ridiculous amount you have to pay per night to park there. Other than those two things, the hotel was great.

Aliyah was amazing

The hotel was extremely clean, about a 15 minute walk to the park (safe area), and staff were friendly. Onsite food was OK. I appreciated the little gift shop for convenience items including a decent wine selection. Great value for the price!

Stayed here for a short Disneyland trip. Our room was great! It was honestly way bigger than we expected. The hotel appears to have been updated recently and everything looks new! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff, comfortable room. AC blasts and makes the room nice and cold, which is lovely when it’s 95 in the Disney Parks. Walkable to/from and parking was a breeze. Would stay again!

I highly recommend staying here for a quieter, more affordable option when visiting Anaheim. This hotel is walkable to Disneyland but is away from the hustle and bustle which was nice after a big park day. The hotel is really clean and new feeling. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was great. However, since the room was next to the street and freeway we can hear sirens and traffic all night. I didn’t want any service , maid service is requested which I chose not to have while I was in the room a maid decided she would come into my room. I called down wto the front desk immediately. The price point was high but understanding with the amount of guest in the area.

This hotel is a nice convenient stay when visiting the Disney Parks. The staff is friendly and the hotel room was spacious and clean. A few draw backs were that we were told we’d get a text message when our room was available but the text message didn’t state that, it just asked “how are things going?” We decided to just go to front desk after receiving this text message and our room was ready but that experience left us confused. We also encountered some fairly loud noise which seemed to come from the floor above but it did stop. Overall we would stay again.

The room was quite large which was nice but was also quite outdated. The washroom had a sliding door which wasn’t great for privacy when staying with family. The proximity to Disney was perfect

Hotel is very clean and has a great pool. The beds are very firm, the linens are nice enough. The breakfast system is broken, the staff do their very best with limited resources. It takes an extraordinary long time to get your order bc they are so short staffed. Again, the staff are wonderful, kind and more than competent but need additional staff.

Stayed one night to be close to Disneyland. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was an easy walk to the park. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was a little worried about the walk back at the end of the day because it was just myself and two small children but it took about 10 minutes (my littles are 5 & 7) and we had other families walking back at the same time.

The property was nice. If you are planning to eat breakfast before you leave the property I would suggest you plan ahead as there may be a long wait time of up to 40 minutes. The smell in the room was interesting. Other than that the staff was super nice.

Cons: We had a room that was facing the freeway which you could hear, but it didn’t affect my sleep. No free breakfast. Not even a continental one. The walk is doable to Disneyland, but too far to come back and forth when you’re tired or forgot something. So take everything with you for the day.

Didn’t find to many reviews on this Hotel. But I was so pleased with my booking after my stay. The staff was helpful and kind. It only took us about 13 minutes walking to Disney. The room was really clean and spacious.

Yes the room was spotless and the staff was courteous and helpful. This is the second time that I’ve had to call because the safe was not working and I also told them about the shower 🚿 floor being very slippery and no hand rails to be able to hold on to in case you slip

The hotel is very convenient to Disneyland, about a 10 minute walk. We didnt purchase breakfast at the hotel so we cant comment on this but we did however purchase some very reasonably priced cocktails and sat by the pool to drink them. Laundry in basement was very useful.

The SunCoast Hilton Tapesty in Anaheim is definitely my go-to hotel. I’ve stayed there a few times and love how easy the check-in and parking are, plus it’s always clean and the rooms are super spacious. It’s just perfect for being close to the park.

This hotel is far away from being over 4 stars. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever experienced, honestly never seen worse than this. Room service was horrible, every time I asked for something like tissue boxes, or toilet paper… they never showed up. We had to actually go downstairs and ask the front desk, couple times they gave it to us another time they said we will send it to your room but guess what, nobody ever showed up to our room!! So my entire stay was not what I was looking for…

We had ants everywhere in our room. I’m our pillows in the dressers literally everywhere. I told the staff the day we were checking out and they told me thank you for making us aware. They didn’t offer to comp anything or any kind of real questions on how it affected us or our stay.

My go to hotel in Anahiem

The hotel was excellent for our trip to Disneyland. It’s walking distance to Disney. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Expensive for nothing. No wifi without paying for a membership, tv only gets antenna channels, $35 a day to park your car, furnishings are patio furniture, and the breakfast they list as a feature is not free, it is outrageously priced. Any place near Disney will be expensive but this hotel is very low quality and also highly exploitive. For example there is a water bottle filling station that is just a facade over a municipal water pipe. no filtering. It’s the same as drinking from a bathroom sink. I had booked 3 nights and left after one.

When the room was cleaned it was always perfect. Maintenance was great about fixing the bathroom door when we arrived. However, when i arrived i did request the room cleaned everyday and 3 days were missed. Other then that enjoyed my stay, would stay here again.

I immediately reported it to management, and the lack of follow-up was extremely disappointing. No one checked in with me, updated me, or took my concerns seriously. I also filed a police report because of how unsettling the situation was. I used to recommend this hotel, but after this experience and the way it was handled, I no longer feel safe or valued as a guest. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

The rooms were awkward. The fron room of the suite had all the furniture. Only thing in the bedroom area was dresser bed nightstands. Why that was awkward is there was plenty of room in the bedroom area for a desk with a mirror to get ready while others are in the shower. The only well lit place for makeup ect.

This is my first stay at this hotel, and I am quite impressed. The establishment is very clean, and the front staff were very professional. Its proximity to Disneyland, within walking distance, is also a great advantage. I would most certainly consider making another reservation here.

Very challenging to lift up knob to switch from bath to shower and the air conditioner door kept on opening up so the air conditioner was very loud. We called downstairs about it and they said they had no one at the time to fix the ac door. The door never got fixed during our stay there. Also the microwave cabinet door was broken very hard to open and close.

Location is close enough to the Disney area and shopping plaza for food. (About 15 mins walk) Room was facing Disney so we could watch the fireworks from the room, which was a nice way to end the day.

We enjoyed our day off from Disney by shopping at the outlets and Downtown Disney, with time to also relax in the hot tub. Used the laundry service (can do a bag for $32) which was handy for our wet clothes from Disney rides. Hotel is close to the motorway but traffic can hardly be heard, if at all. Room was huge with a lounge and bed area separate. Would be good fo family with kids on the pull out couch. I’d definitely stay here again.

The only reason I didn’t give four stars is that Sunday morning we wanted to have breakfast and take our time, but there was hardly any staff around and the front desk. People were not much help in figuring out how to get breakfast sorted. We waited in a line Without any staff around for a good 1015 minutes. We left and came back and waited again and it was just taking too long. We decided to leave and have breakfast elsewhere.

Everything was great, the hotel is well kept, clean, the staff is friendly and helpful from front desk to housekeeping. It's a doable walk to Disneyland but there's shuttle service for a nominal fee and a ride from Lyft is also reasonable since it's not too far from Disneyland. The only thing I would like to comment on the negative side is the room we had a weird sliding door for the bathroom leaving a gap where you can see into the bathroom. Because it's a sliding door there's no hook to hang your clothes for when you shower or change. That's my only complaint. There was also strange heavy thumping that came from the floor above us, which was the 5th floor. It happened every night for a couple hours then eventually stopped.

Great service perfect for a stay for Disneyland

stay at this hotel every time i visit disneyland. i’ve visited disneyland 4 times this year and coming again for the holidays! already booked my stay here! great hotel.

Upon arrival I had given them my information to check in. The woman then told me I hadn’t paid for the reservation yet even though I was sure I had. I put my card on file anyways for the fee but as we got to the room realized I had paid it and they placed us in the wrong room. She was not very apologetic and had an attitude about her own mistake. I asked for verification that my card was removed from that persons file and they never gave me the confirmation. Overall I felt uncomfortable for the rest of our stay and was disappointed with the customer service we received at check in.

Walkable to Disneyland

Overall our stay was fine. This visit was probably our 9/12th stay. My partner and I always stay here at the SunCoast during our Disney visits. The customer service from the staff is always good. Never any bad experiences, but one thing I am a bit annoyed about was not being informed about the new parking charges. I have stayed here plenty of times and have not once been charged for parking. And not only have I not been charged before but $35 a night and a $105 total for our 3 night stay is absolute insane. Definitely going to reconsider staying here if it’s going to be longer than a one night stay.. bummer

Are there once and it was gas station grade reheated frozen food. Asked the front desk if they had shuttles, and questions about the park…apathetic was the response. They seemed burnt out and didn’t really care.

The bed is very uncomfortable, the a/c is too loud, sounds like a motorcycle next to your bed, the bathroom door is the kind that slides and doesn't fully close so don't go with someone you don't feel 100% comfortable around. Also the parking is 40dlls per night and they charged us for something that wasn't ours so check your invoice thoroughly.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was 10/10. Perfect distance to the park ( 10-15 min walk but not too bad at all ) and overall me and my girlfriend will always go out of our way to book here again for our annual Disney Trip. We had flat pillows, scratchy bath towels, and zero water pressure in the shower. Rats ran to and fro when we sat in the hot tub. Paying for parking when you are already paying to stay is a scam.

Room was clean and the rooms were cleaned each day but the beds were terrible. They were very uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Also it is right off the freeway so you can hear the cars and they charge $30 per night to park your car.

This is an amazing property with comfy bed spacious rooms, great quick food options in the lobby and easy parking. It’s just a 15 minute walk to the Disneyland main gate. The only reason I won’t be back is that earplugs are required. The noise coming off of the freeway and traffic is really disruptive to sleep even with comfy beds so if I do come back, it’ll be prepared to drown out the noise.

Awesome close to Disneyland . Bus 7 picks up in front of hotel and will drop you off directly to security checkpoint entrance. $3 a person each way or buy a daily pass. Extremely friendly staff. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants. Very clean overall.

Property may be my new favorite. Everything was great with a few exceptions. Toilet was unusually noisy. Water pressure is shower left something to be desired. The cabinet housing the fridge and microwave was loud, creaky, and honestly an annoyance. Staff weren’t the friendliest coming and going at the front desk. The pool could have been heated a bit. The jets in the hot tub were also lacking quite a bit. Our WiFi stopped working one night. Highlights include the bedding and pillows, smart TVs with streaming options, overall look and size of the room and bathroom, their robot Sunny, walk ability to the Garden Walk and Disney, daily housekeeping, lobby set up. I preferred this over The Grand Legacy honestly.

Our room was not cleaned until we asked 3 times on our last full day there. Our trash was not taken out for 2 days. We had to ask for towels every morning and every afternoon. We called and asked for 2 more pillows and we were sitting on our bed in our pajamas and all of a sudden the housekeeper walked into our room? ? Maybe knock in the future.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. Paul and Jacuzzi was clean and fun to use with our three year-old. Walkable to Disneyland and to the garden walk area where there’s lots of restaurants.

Clean room and lobby. Love how spacious and useful the size of our room is even with a crib. We get to take a nice 2-3 hour break in the middle of the day of our Disney trip. It’s a very close walk to Disney entrance, according to my watch it was 0.6 mile walk from the lobby to the Disney entrance. This is our 3rd time staying here and would not choose anywhere else. Only complaint is the showers heads can use an update as the shower head was kind of weak.

The only draw back of our stay was that it took quite a while for the water to get hot enough to take a shower and also the water pressure was weak, which made it feel like your shower took forever.

My daughter and son-in-law and three kids also came in their own room and they did an excellent job, changing out their towels and taking out their trash. Housekeeping did an amazing job with all the vacation travelers.

The room and cleanliness of the room was great. May need an upgrade on the outdoor games that look like the sun has gotten to them. Where I had a problem was with the agent that checked me in the day of my stay. He was very dry with ZERO customer service. It was like pulling teeth to get all the information out of him that HE should have been sharing with me like any other hotel does - the basics. I had to ask questions and dig for answers. I would have preferred to deal with a robot or self check-in than this guy. Did not look like he enjoys his job. A question I forgot to ask and information he did NOT share with me was the self-parking charge. A few days later I see this charge on my credit card of which I was unaware of. I never received any papers or copies of anything from this man to see anything about my stay. All he gave me was my parking ticket which is sometimes included or not included through your Expedia reservation. I see this charge a few days later and I call the hotel. It’s the same person that checked me in that day. I asked first about the charge and he bluntly told me that is for the self parking fee. I then share that I was never told about any self parking fee and his response was “it shows it on the parking ticket we give you”. If it did, I didn’t sit there and read it. He should have warned me there would be a fee or else I would never have called. And he also says “We always tell our clients there’s a fee”. Extremely unprofessional!

Short walk to Disney and amenities. Great property. Took adults, had 3 rooms and everyone was happy.

This hotel is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the halloween decorations around the lobby. The room was spacious and clean. We loved that it was close to the park and could walk. It is about 2 blocks away from park. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel. Great for Disney trip. The only thing I will say is we requested a fire work view room but note Disney does not do fireworks on weekdays. :)

Excellent Hospitality.

The rooms were clean and newer. The staff was friendly and the hotel had everything you needed for a weekend at Disney. Uber ride was 7$ from the hotel, however many people were also walking there easily.

The noise from outside was kinda loud but we weee the end of hallway rooms. And could hear traffic from freeway. Other than that the rooms were great nice and spacious and all employees were great and helpful.

I liked that the area around is safe and quiet. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Key card sometimes took a few times to work though. Overall great experience!

A nice clean hotel close to Disneyland. We had a miscommunication regarding our room and it was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained.

Clean room is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Food was only available at specific times, no coffee/tea outside breakfast times, front desk might and well be AI (no emotions or helpful). Shame on us for assuming there was free bus going to the Park.

We had a wonderful stay! It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Disney. Our family of five stayed in the family suite. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and air conditioning worked really well. The property was quiet and we didn’t hear noise outside of our room. The staff was very attentive. We appreciated being able to purchase coffee at the hotel cafe in the morning. They let us store our luggage after we checked out until we left for the airport.

We booked this hotel for our son and his friends to be close to Disneyland. The staff was attentive and made his stay extra special.

Property was nice and clean. Walkable, easy distance from Disneyland. Rooms and lobby areas were modern and better in quality than those closer to the parks. Great price point. Would stay here again.

The room was clean with ample amenities including a mini fridge and microwave. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Disneyland or DCA.

Love this hotel. It’s my go-to stay for Disney. Very close. Cheap ride share fares. Around everything. Staff is great. Rooms are great. Bar, dining, pool and some outdoor games were there too.

This place is clean and the staff was friendly. Super close to the park and downtown Disney.

Older hotel with lots of stains and visible wear and tear, but nice for a family trip wear we just came back to sleep. Overall a great stay!
