    This is a great location with a ton of things close by. You can walk to a few stores/restaurants from this location. Parking was horrible. We had to circle for nearly an hour to get a spot the first night. Parking needs to be secured so that Joe's Italina Ice customers cannot park in the hotel parking lot.

    Pool towels were all different sizes and all torn . At check in they did not give us two rooms that have been ordered. They just couldn’t find it right away and later they gave me rooms that was not on the floors that’s been promised. I would not recommend anybody to go to Embassy suites. They are furniture finishing need upgrading..

    We stayed two nights at this hotel. The air conditioning did not work in our room. We let the front desk know and they said they would send maintenance to our room. We spent the day at Disneyland, and when we got back to our room it was still not working. It was consistently 76 degrees in our room and there was no air flow at all. The second day our toilet clogged and we were not able to use it at all. I will choose a different hotel next time.

    The only small issue we have with this specific embassy suites is the TV. It's terrible. You cannot see what show is coming up. You just see names of channels but no specific shows you'd like yup watch. They sent someone to our room but didn't fix that issue at all. We still like the hotel we stay there often when we come to Southern California

    When we arrived, the pool was closed for renovations without any advance noticed. Although we were allowed to use a neighboring hotels pool we still had to get permission and haul kids across a parking lot and check in with the hotel before being able to use it which became a process. We also found multiple food items and personal items from the previous people who stayed in our room and when I brought it up to the staff I was told twice we would get compensated for it and nothing ever came of it. We were compensated for the fact they didn’t notify us of the pool but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.     Breakfast it was so good! Had an amazing room, so spacious, you have a full kitchen basically and a living room with 2 tvs!!! Also the breakfast such a big variety of food, you even have omelettes which changes every day!! Overall such a good experience, i didn’t try the bar because i had a late check i, but you get complementary drinks and snacks from 5-6:30 which its so worth it! There is also a shuttle but because it was taking so long we decided to take an uber to the parks instead, which only cost us like 9 dollars.

    Stayed here with 9 people. Had two rooms. The beds were a little small and there were minor discrepancies with cleanliness, however overall I would give it a 7.5/10. The view was nice looking outside and nice from the inside looking down into the hotel. I would stay here again.

    I stayed here abt 4 yrs ago. This time they have improved the lobby but the rooms has lots of wear and tear feeling. The room was specious, Bed was comfortable too. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very helpful and courteous.The room we got was not near elevator but still we hear very loud noise especially at night times and that's the reason i gave 4 stars. Only thing I was not happy about was using toilet in our room. It was not flushing well but other than that we were pretty happy abut our stay

    All the staff were kind, helpful and outstanding. When coming back from the parks around 12am feels reassuring to know it’s safe. The hotel is very clean even to the rooms. The amenities from the breakfast, evening snacks, laundry were a wonderful plus made the stay feel good.We bring our cat and he LOVES the space from bedroom to living room . Definitely a pet friendly hotel. My cat felt comfortable and happy. This is our second stay at the hotel and it was amazing . Definitely will be returning .

    This was the best place we have stayed in Anaheim. If I could only change one thing it would have been a 2nd bathroom because we’re a family of five. But the extra sink and mirror area were great for me and my girls to have lots of space to get ready. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of selection for everyone. No complaints.

    Staff was great when we had questions/issues. Kudos to the HVAC guy who fixed our AC. Breakfast was good but they ran out of almost everything on our last day and the line up was so long it was outside of the breakfast area. Pool could have been cleaner. Water was cloudy, lots of debris in it.

    The beds are supposed to sleep 2 people each. They were advertised as double beds but they were barely bigger than a twin bed. There was no chance two adults could sleep in one of those beds. And they were constantly out of pool towels. The AC never got down to the 68 degrees we set it to, even running all night long. It was really hard to get an elevator. The breakfast was good though and it was clean.

    We had a couple of room issues being as the shower we had either kept having running water or it was clogged, but once we spoke to front desk it was addressed and fixed by the time we went back to our room. We were also always stocked with towels, which is a necessity for us as we take multiple showers on our trip from the California heat. We love the Embassy and will continue to book the Embassy for future trips as it’s a family favorite!

    This property was one of, if not, the nicest property I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel room felt like home during my stay! Staff was friendly, property was clean. Pool, hot tub, and gym annemities were spectacular. However I do with that the rooms had 2 queen beds instead of two double beds. The rooms were large enough to fit two queen beds.

    They kept bouncing us around at check in and we didn't get a room until an hour and half after check in time. Unless I missed it the breakfast area was being remodeled so the cook to order breakfast didn't happen. We did get breakfast but it was the same thing every day. Room was fine.     There were a few issues some we showed our concern and the staff responded well. One bank of elevators 1 didn't basically work the whole week. Room we had problems going back to the front desk to get new keys because they didn't work. First checked in no water in bathroom and a light bulb was out. They did come in while we were out shopping and fixed that problem. Toilet seat was loose in our room but we let it go due to constant complaining. Breakfast was ok, food was not always warm. Cocktail time was ok but not much drinks to choose from. The front desk recommended the ART bus system but that was not a pleasant experience because ART is closing March 31 and you could tell that there weren't many buses left. This is a nice location and the room was a good size.

    Should better explain the located with two additional hotels with a shared parking lot which made it highly difficult to find parking plus there was a parking fee that was not disclosed at time of booking. Lastly, they require use of their app to receive receipt. When reached out to property, declined to send directly to my email. Nor would front desk staff print receipt at check out.

    Overall the hotel was good. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. As of March 2026, they are doing construction which at times is sooo loud. Also when we booked they boast a made to order breakfast but due to construction this was not accurate. We were never told as this is one of the reasons we choose embassy. The breakfast was okay and the night reception was poor. Also $25 a day to park plus having to pay for a shuttle seems crazy!

    The location is convenient. There’s a target 3 minutes away and plenty of food options. The breakfast buffet was decent. The room was clean and overall stay was decent. Only complaint was the water issue. we couldn’t take hot showers for 3 days out of the 4 days we stayed. When I originally told the staff about not having hot water, they said they would send maintenance to look at our shower although they already knew what the main cause was. Maintenance never showed up. When i went to the front staff the second time, that’s when i was told about the boiler being broken and it was going to be repaired. They didn’t send notice or give heads up to guests and it seemed they were trying to keep the issue quiet and if guests didn’t complained about the cold water, the hotel would not say anything. We spent all day at Disney only to return to the hotel to take cold showers for 3 days. It was not relaxing. Not sure if i would stay at this hotel again.

    Was relaxing to sit in the hot tub while our kids swam. Must’ve been school competitions going on as we were bombarded by high school kids at the pool, very disrespectful and vulgar. We had to take our kids and leave the pool. But other than that, good place to stay.

    The pool was okay. The property is close to Disneyland. We had to do additional cleaning upon arriving to the room, as well as in some other areas of the hotel before usage. Most of the staff are incredibly kind and hardworking. The breakfast is impeccable. The two young ladies that work the front desk during the early morning shift are incredibly disrespectful. Overall, it was a decent experience. I would give it a 3/5.

    The hotel is nice enough...big atrium in the center (a traditional Embassy Suites). What I found super disappointing were two things: the included breakfast was really awful. I love mass produced eggs, (I'm not kidding) and they were just awful and flavorless. Nothing was really warm...just tepid. Sausage was unrecognizable as meat, bacon was terrible quality, fruit was just flavorless melon cut up in large pieces and potatoes were hard little pellets of agony with no seasoning or flavor at all. WTH. Most family restaurants that include breakfast, especially when they are close to an attraction like Disney, have realized the value in upping their game for breakfast. It was barely edible. Also, there was a strange noise in our room ALL NIGHT LONG...a weird whooshing air sound related to the air conditioners (?). We weren't near the elevators, so not sure what it was, but our family who were staying on a different floor noticed it too. No idea what that was. These too things made it pretty certain that we would not stay here again.

    The pool was very dirty for the days we were there. Had tons of trash such as plastics , dirt dipper floating, food wrappers. We asked if it could be cleaned and they said it would get cleaned. That never happened. The bathroom was dirty with no hot water for the days at the hotel. Was told the boilers were being reset. The ac didn’t work room temp was 77 could not change . and they couldn’t move us to another room.

    Average experience. Not the embassy suites we are used to. Very basic amenities. Breakfast was not great, fruit was over ripe, no made to order omelets like at every other embassy we have stayed at. Shower constantly leaked, was very difficult managing water temperature. No hot water one of the nights. Staff was very friendly.

    I was then escorted upstairs by another receptionist who attempted to open the door himself. The keys still did not work. When he used the master key, we discovered that the room was deadbolted from the inside. Moments later, a man wearing only a towel opened the door, startled that someone was trying to enter. It became clear that the room had already been occupied and that the front desk had failed to properly record the existing guest. This situation was not only embarrassing but also a serious safety and privacy concern. After this incident, I was reassigned to room 1027. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in that room did not function at all during my two-night stay, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Additionally, on the morning of Tuesday, 2/24, the hotel conducted alarm testing at approximately 8:00 a.m. I was abruptly awakened and genuinely alarmed, unsure of what was happening until I contacted the front desk. Why could they have not waited til guests checked out?

    The hotel is still under constructions, breakfast was not good. The room was not ready at 4 PM, I got my room at 6: 30 PM despite calling asking for status. They said they were not ready because they had full house the night before. How is this our problem. My room was not cleaned one of the days. Housekeeping is very limited, if you need towels you would need to go to the reception to get your own towels or pillows. Very terrible service. I tried to complain and I was told I need to wait until next day until manager would be on site. I am on vacation, I don't have time to be chasing the manager. I honestly was very disappointed with the service.

    The next day, I requested maintenance while we were out so the room would be cool when we returned — no one came, and the room was still extremely hot. After calling again, a mechanic finally came up and immediately confirmed the AC was bad. We were moved to another room, which took more time and stress out of an already uncomfortable situation. Then on the morning of checkout, the room alarm started going off, only to be told it was a “false alarm” and triggered on the wrong side of the building. Between the broken AC, multiple service failures, room relocation, and alarm disruption, this stay was completely unacceptable — especially traveling with a baby. The only compensation offered was comped parking, which does not come close to making up for the experience. Very disappointing, and not the level of service I’ve come to expect from this resort.

    Room was dirty stains everywhere, there was dirty towels under the bathroom sink the shower didn’t get hot. No parking. The breakfast wasn’t good at all.     Water leaked and was too hot in the shower. The desk staff was ambivalent and one smelled really bad. There was a convention going on that was in people’s rooms which made it hard to get an elevator. I was sad that the breakfast area was being worked on so there was not cook to order omelet which is most of the reason I stay there. I won’t be staying there again.

    My room was clean and spacious. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok, I have stayed at many Embassy Suites and this one in the past. The omelette bar was gone. The waffles were not great, but it had eggs, fruit, bacon, sausage cereals and pastries. The evening manager reception only alcohol included was bud light. The the snacks included hummus, pita bread, vegetables, chips, and salsa. One of the elevators was down. Sometimes had to wait 5 minutes for an elevator. Overall experience was good. It worked for our trip to Disney.

    At check-in, I asked the Gujarati desk clerk (whose name escapes me now) about the clearly visible lobby construction and was explicitly told it was cosmetic only and that no amenities were affected. That was false. The next morning, I learned the made-to-order breakfast—a core brand promise—was unavailable. I raised the misrepresentation with staff and asked that my breakfast vouchers be honored at a neighboring Embassy Suites who could offer it just 5 mins away. Instead of taking ownership, a staff member (“Precious”) told me that I would need to contact the other hotel’s management for approval. That is not the guest’s responsibility. As the hotel and brand representative, that coordination should have been handled internally—or my reservation should have been moved at check-in, but at no point should I have been lied to when explicitly asking about any disruptions. I would have switched properties immediately had I been told the truth. From there, the stay continued to deteriorate. Throughout our weeklong stay, repeated requests for basic trash removal and fresh linens were ignored, despite contacting housekeeping, the front desk, and texting the hotel 3x daily. Service was only provided on the final night after I threatened a chargeback if not rendered. This level of neglect is unacceptable—especially for a so-called premier $$$ location in Anaheim, two blocks from Disneyland. Unacceptable experience. I do not recommend.

    The staff were amazing. Our fight arrived early in the morning. We showed up before noon and staff was able to get us an early check in! Next morning I advised that our shower was backing up during our showers (ewwww) and they had someone go that same day to fix it while we were at the parks. I would receive follow up texts on how our Stay was going which I thought was great. Ladies at the front desk were always accommodating and helpful. The atrium could get loud at some points in the night but having a door to the bedroom was amazing and shut out the extra noise. Loved our stay!

    The bathroom sink drain stopper was broken causing the sink to clog. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. While showering, the temperature went from warm to ice cold. Yet, my daughter almost burned herself when the water suddenly turned scolding hot. The elevator(s) were down throughout our stay causing a delay in our schedule. The food was mediocre, especially the ham and cheese omelette. By far, the most disappointing Embassy Suites stay.

    The room was clean, perfect for a disney trip! The suite definitely helped for mornings and getting ready, breakfast was just you typical continental breakfast, there was no made to order omlets like promised, but food is food. Only big complaints would be the lack of elevators (one was out of order making it slow to get up and down), the lack of hot water in the mornings, so we just had to shower at night, and lastly the parking situation. There were many cars taking up 2 spaces making it very difficult to find a parking towards the end of the day. We had one incident with other guests being disrespectful around our kids but it was taken care od by staff very quickly and promptly. Overall we would stay here again!

    For starters we showed up and there were 2 long curly hairs still in the bathtub. Seeing that in the tub tells me they didn't clean it from the beginning. The 2 hairs were so obvious as soon as you open the shower curtains. Front desk sent a text and asked how the room was. I explained and all they said is will do a better clean tomorrow. Second day came and when we got back in the evening they didn't replace any towels after they took all the dirty ones. I messaged them on that same text message and said strike 2 no towels left in the room. No communication was sent back. I then followed up on checkout asking if other people are making complaints on the tidiness of the rooms. They didn't answer the question. All they said is here is a card that you can complain too online LMAO. Horrible customer service & Maid service. Our kids were staying in a different room and had it even worse than us. They plugged the toilet and informed the staff it need to be plunged. The desk said they would send someone up immediately and so we all took off to Disneyland. They got back and not only wasn't the toilet still not plunged from crap which by then stunk they didn't take didn't even clean their room. Didn't leave towels or take towels 3 days in a row and didn't ever take there garbage from the cans that were full. You've been warned.

    The rooms were muggy, and stunk of smoke, it was getting pumped through the filters. There was NO hot water from the shower for the four days were there, it was freezing, the drain was clogged so you sat there in your own filth. The beds are super small. I will never stay here again.

    Plumbing issues were un the entire hotel...you could tell by empty rooms being aired out with large fans. However that broight homeless who i believe slept in them at night since they were vacant and left open. I was next to one like this and my room also had plumbing issues. Backed up toilet on day one of four and also the shower did not drain and caused a film to build up right away. A homeless man was outside my door. I asked him to move and told him to leave he moved down the hall by my daughter's room. I complained. Hours later when I returned they were still trying to find him to kick him out. There was also another floor i know of with flooded rooms drying with open floors on my brother's floor. We had 3 rooms for 4 nights each. We have stayed here for more than 20 years. Definitely our last time back. Not worth it anymore unfortunately.

    The staff were all really helpful and kind however I wouldn’t take my family or 5 there again. Our first night we found our room to be extremely hot, especially for 5 people. We called the next day and it turns out the AC was broken and wouldn’t go any lower so we had to change rooms (no was we could sleep with 5 people in the room at 71 degrees). The next night we were going to bed and heard loud music for hours…turns out they had an event in the event room (which they didn’t disclose) and told us it was over at midnight which was really frustrating for ou early mornings. They also had construction going on where they have breakfast and lots of loud banging during the morning and day. Also did not disclose that when booking. The bathroom tub had standing water. I also knew they had only double beds and I think with all of those combined it was a definite no for us to ever stay there again.

    What could be improved at this hotel are the suites themselves. The lobby has undergone major renovations/upgrades but the rooms are dated. Our bedding was not clean upon arrival (hair/food crumbs on one bed and a dark shoe print on the other bed) so we requested a sheet change. After looking around the room further we noticed the bathroom counters/shower were not cleaned. There was hair left behind and red residue (makeup maybe?). We ended up going to Target and getting cleaning supplies to wipe down all flat surfaces and scrub the shower. The sink also backed up and black particles bubbled up. It was only momentarily back up upon arrival so maybe there was high traffic usage of the water at the time? Staff was accommodating and kind when interacting with them. The breakfast buffet was good and better than a typical continental spread. I do miss the omelette station offered at embassy suites but it appeared the kitchen was being renovated during our stay.

    The beds are insufferably uncomfortable. They told us they would send someone up to look at the fact that we had no hot water and never did. Then on the last night before we left they finally sent somebody up and the water went from scalding hot and burnt a couple of us to cold and back-and-forth. We didn't have a normal hot shower the entire time. Whenever I called down to the front desk, it seemed like it was their first day. Other than the manager that I spoke to in the morning the day before we left, she should be working at a better place because she is a phenomenal manager very kind and tried to get things done The only thing that was good about it was the manager was absolutely the best.

    How do we know this? Our friend who was getting ready to check in was in the lobby at the time and there were no other guests in line…they just ignored our needs. This was Friday 11/28/25 around 5pm. Our family was celebrating a very significant occasion and we selected the Embassy Suites because we have been loyal customers over the years and have always had good experiences in the past. We had another night already paid for but we just checked out early after being ignored and made to feel so unwelcome.

    Used to stay at this hotel for all Disney trips. Although they are “upgrading” the hotel, it’s lost all its charm. It now looks like a stale hotel and the breakfast area looks like a hospital cafeteria. The a/c in the room didn’t work. Other than that it was “fine” but I’m not a fan of the new look. The beds could definitely be replaced as well.

    First off we showed up at 4am the morning before our reservation was scheduled and they helped us out by getting us a discounted night so we had a place to get some sleep and hang out for the day. Breakfast is usually amazing but the buffet area was under construction. It’s fine except there was no disclosure about it before us being there. As far as the staff and accommodations go it was excellent! Nothing broken or not working, room was serviced without requesting it which has never happened for us since the covid hoax started. Embassy suites is a “go-to” place to stay for us because we know we will get good quality every time.

    The free breakfast was not really good quality, ended up eating elsewhere for breakfast. 2 of the four elevators broke for a day, very inconvenient & poor plumbing. Bed mattress was uncomfortably firm.. the parking lot is shared with 2 other hotels & a restaurant, so limited parking. Basically its an older hotel that can be maintained better.

    The room was in good condition However when I arrived the room I reserved was no longer available so instead of having 2 beds like we were supposed to we had one bed and a couch bed which the couch bed was the worst thing to sleep on for two nights. The hotel was so crowded with people taking the elevators took so long that a few times we ended up using the stairs which was not easy from the 8th floor and all our luggage but after waiting for 20 minutes and not being able to get on one we gave up.

Also the two men working the bar on Monday night were the worst I have ever experienced in the USA in my 60 years.     Loved this hotel! We stayed 3 nights over Thanksgiving week and it was perfect. Frank at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. Probably the best front desk staff we have come across in the disneyland area. Room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was amazing. Our king bed was incredibly comfortable (pull out sofa not so much) And best of all, we didnt hear a thing from any other room during our entire stay. Breakfast was pretty decent and free which is always great. The elevators were kind of slow but not a huge deal. Just something to be aware of. We will be back!

    I do think that the parking fee is a bit high or even maybe shouldn't be charged at all. It is not a private parking lot in my opinion. It is shared by multiple hotels and eateries. Nor is there security checking for non guest parking. During multiple times in the evening the parking lot is filled with people parking to go to joe's italian ice and ice cream. I'm pretty sure this is a well known issue. As there is one lonely guard standing at the entrance near the adjacent property next to joe's. However there is no way they would be able to stop anyone from parking. While watching the fireworks from my room Saturday evening. I was thrown back by the amount of circling vehicle's trying to find a stall. It was pretty alarming and went on for quiet a while.

    This has become my family's go-to Disneyland hotel. We drive in and take the ART bus to the parks. It's right outside the hotel and so quick / convenient l. I'll never stay walking distance again. Much rather be on a bus for 10-15 vs walking back on tired feet. Also love that all the rooms are suites with plenty of room, separate bedroom and a wet bar. We did the firework view room once and that was awesome. Free breakfast buffet in the morning is always solid. Fruits, pastries, eggs proteins etc. Nice size dining area we've never had an issue getting a table during peak hours. Last but not least the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Prices always reasonable. Super solid choice if visiting the parks.

    We did not know about the airport shuttle. My fault. Our room was cleaned by 11 each day and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was all I could ask for and had a great variety. The staff was amazing. They had great attitudes and were very service oriented. Each and every staff member was super friendly and on point to help in any way that they could. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back next year!

    Everything was great on our 2 night stay. The only complaint I do have is that the outside window was very dirty so I couldn't take a sunrise picture and have a clear, nice view of the city. Other than that, everything else was amazing. We will definitely be returning.

    Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and willing to help with the requests. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast had many options with live omelet counter with choices. Shuttle bus to Disneyland is right outside the hotel which was convenient. Target is walkable from this hotel which could be convenient for anything you need. Would recommend and stay here again.

    From check in to check out my experience was awsome. The staff is very friendly & kind. The breakfast was fresh, delicious & cooked right in front of you. The best part was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day at Disneyland. I highly recommend staying at embassy suits.

    Extremely clean and friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Only issue was the AC was a bit hard to cool down at times but the staff jumped on trying to have engineers come take a look to ensure it was working properly. Dining in close proximity, buses to Disney out the front door, shopping within walking distance. Lots of extras that set this hotel apart from others such as happy hour and breakfast options! We will definitely stay here again and you should as well! 5 stars!

    The room was clean, housekeeping everyday which was nice and the staff were always helpful and sweet. The elevators were very questionable, they made weird noises and sometimes the buttons didn’t work. The breakfast was good but it rained one day of our stay and the glass roof was leaking pretty badly all over the breakfast area i could feel the water hit me and splash me which was a little gross. I recommend the Buca across the parking lot it’s amazing. Super close to disney.

    I’ve stayed at a several hotels near Disneyland and this hotel tops it all. Very clean and love the layout of the rooms because the living room and bedroom are separated. It’s great if you have additional people staying because the sofa pulls out to be a bed . Pet friendly and affordable compared to other hotels. More room for my pet to roam around and more to see. The firework view was fantastic! Complimentary breakfast and evening snack was great! The staff was kind and helpful ! I recommend staying at this hotel. It felt cozy and safe. 100/10 !!!

    Mu family & I agreed that it was not a bad stay at all. The A/C in the room was not working properly but they immediately sent someone to go if it. The elevators were also not working properly. Over all, we do not regret our stay.

    The hotel was very nice. And breakfast was excellent. BUT one elevator was broken the entire week we were there therefore the wait times to and from 8th floor were ridiculous. Also, our room had left over trash on top of the microwave from previous guests, no trash bags in the trash cans. When i asked for some, i was told they were out of trash bags and wash cloths. Smh...

    It was great place to stay. Big thing for me was that the room I was in only had local channels, It was not a smart tv and we couldn’t Log into our streaming service’s. For it being a suit we figured it would be modernized.

    Same like other hilton hotels, only thing we dont like is they never answer phone its just a decor, if u need anything you have to come down. The fridge is leaking, we tried calling front desk and room service but no one is answering, went down stairs and we got help right away, but through the night, the fridge leak again, the floor is wet, we tried using the telephone again and no one answer, we used most of towels for the leaking fridge. My husband have to come down again to get extra towel. Also the heater in the room is so loud. Otherwise the room is spacious and breakfast is good.

    We love staying at the Embassy brand…this stay was not one of the best. Air conditioner was so loud we turned it off the whole time. The toilet mad so much noise. The shower went hot, cold, hot, cold the whole time. The room was near the elevator, need I say more😩

    Property was good. A few issues we encountered and were resolved but still inconvenience to deal with. Our check in was a huge confusion and ended in one of my credit cards being blocked. Two different deposits on 2 different cards. The tub wouldn’t drain but someone took care of it and our tv wasn’t working but again we got a new one quick. Breakfast is included and it was enough if you need something quick before hitting theme parks.

    Broken washrooms. Unhelpful desk staff. Sleeping security. Wet floors from pools. Broken glass in parking lots. No parking enforcement. No available parking due to the fact that every other space is vacant due to people not parking within the lines and the hotel does nothing about it. Had to park at the next building. Broken elevator. Need I go on?

    Breakfast was cold. Started at 0600, we were on 9th floor and could hear chairs moving in the breakfast room from 0600, didn’t want to be awake that early. Lifts took forever to come. No laundry facilities working even though reception told us where they were but that they were all out of use on each floor that had them

    I always love to stay at Embassy Suites anywhere I go. They are always convenient and the breakfast is always good. The hotel in Anaheim is solid, always clean, friendly staff, and safe. The area around it is very touristy and a little dirty. Not the hotels fault.

    Hotel was very noisy kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors. The air conditioner had a cold or nothing function if you turned it off and had just the fan on the room we get extremely hot. If you put the AC on the room got extremely cold. There was something outside or appear to be outside that made noise all day and all night. I complain to the hotel staff, but they could not tell me what the noise was or where it was coming from, but it was loud enough to make it hard to sleep at night. The bed was semi-comfortable however, the pillows were so soft it was felt like you were laying on nothing. The bathroom did not have a vent for the steam of the shower, so it felt like every time you got out of the shower you were standing in a sauna. I expected much better for the price. Unfortunately, because of this experience, this is why first and the last time I will stay at the Embassy suites

    Great place, clean, quiet and a short bus ride to Disneyland! Art bus picked up and dropped off right in front, $3 a day! Breakfast was great with made to order omelettes! the guest services were very helpful. we definitely will stay again.

    The staff wasn’t really friendly, especially one of the female employees. I am a Hilton member and was told that I should have two bottles of water every day. It worked well most of the time. However, on the fourth day, one of the female employees told me that’s not true and refused to give water. The food was okay but without veggies is a bit disappointing. There is a MRT in front of the hotel but took 30 mins of waiting time. Walking to Disney park also takes 30 minutes. Not sure which way is better.

    I didn’t like that both days that I was there when I took a shower the water kept going in and off from cold to hot. I also didn’t like that when I asked a question at the front desk, it was like they were doing me a favor. I’ve stayed at many embassy suites and this was not like my other experiences. I think it’s time to start looking k to other properties around Disney

    Had horrible sleep my first two nights because of loud noises off and on all night long was not able to swap rooms tell after the second night due to no rooms available. Also took the kids to the pool to find that it had been shut down due to a bio that they were just leaving in the pool was able to use the hot tub for an hour but all they did to the pool was rope it off. Was hoping to have the pool for entertainment for my kids on our down time from Disney land but no one knows if they are going to clean it. Old room and experience is a 1 the new room is way better.

    The hotel was great! its a perfect stay for a disney trip only a 10 min drive. they have fresh breakfast in the morning and a omelet station! the staff were super kind and checking in and out were super fast! the only thing was the bathroom floor was a little dirty and there were no trash bags in the trashes. other than that it was an amazing stay!!

    We were able to leave our bags at the front desk and head straight to Disneyland. They offered to check us in early but were ok with us checking in when we got back as well. They understood we wanted to make the most of our time since we were only here a short while. The front desk was awesome and it was convenient that it was open late so we were able to check in when we got back from a day at the park.

    I canceled my reservation on the day of check in due to the hotel having technically difficulties with their card reader I had to wait over an hour to check in which was making late to my dinner reservations. I didn’t get to finish getting ready since I wasn’t able to check in. They cancelled without any penalty and I’m still waiting to get a refund. I purchased it through Expedia and paid through affirm. I’m waiting to hear back it’s been 4 days and haven’t got a response from Expedia

    I always recommend this place but no more after this visit. My room ac broke down every single day and I was here 4 days. They would fix it in the day time and it will breakdown by midnight and I suffered the heat thur the night. The bed mattress is overdo for replacement. I came home with pain in my back. When I requested to move room I was told there is nothing he can do about it since all the bed mattress was the same. And tbey have maintenance to fix the ac. Being disturbed with maintenance everyday made me more frustrated and couldn't nap or sleep comfortably and I really hate it here for the staff's poor service. I requested towels no one brought towels till my 3rd day they forgot the first two days never made it and front desk had none. I use to like it here not no more. Breakfast is cut down by 30%; no more fountain drinks, no ice machine during breakfast.... It was a diaster stay for me and this is my favorite place once upon a time. Dont deserve pay for this. I didn't get any rest it was saddening and heartbreaking that I will not be returning here. Its hot here especially room 1105 just give up.

    Clean and great breakfast. Good location to Disneyland. Big rooms. Only problem is two elevators take forever when busy and could not locate a staircase that takes you to main lobby. The stairs I found take you out of building completely. Also ice is not on every floor but still 9/10.

    I have stayed at other hotels with similar prices and this place was absolutely awful. The room was not ready after several hours, the AC was not working and had a maintenance worker in our room at 11pm trying to fix the issues as my kids tried to sleep. Long line to check in with only one employee on a busy weekend. The parking lot is shared with other nearby hotels, making parking difficult. For the price, you can find other stays that will save you the headache.
