Very friendly staff, breakfast was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was parking not enough parking spaces, if you don’t get there early enough you have to park in the overflow parking and it’s far. Other than that great hotel close to restaurants and Disneyland.

Amazing stay will most definitely come again and thank you to the Manager for helping us out last night. Most appreciate it and the breakfast was delicious as well 👌

We actually meant to book the other residence Inn and ended up stuck at this one . So be careful when you’re looking for the updated one closer Disney. The room had mold , the toilets kept making a bubbling sound all night would fill up with nasty water and not flush . The bathtub water wouldn’t drain and it smelled . The beds stunk like pea and had stains through out the pull out beds and beds . Everything is outdated . Breakfast was the worst we tossed out food and ate elsewhere. If you want a nice stay this is not the place .

The bathroom is not as clean as expected. We saw hairs and the toilet paper was not changed before we came. It was 1/4 left in roll which is our first time to experience. It is disgusting. The sink in the bathroom is also dirty. The cleanliness of the room is okay. The cabinet under the sink was also dirty. Checking in was a breeze and very attentive staff. Good breakfast selection.

We were celebrating my daughters graduation and they upgraded us to a suite. They were so friendly and accommodating the entire stay. The breakfast was good too!
- 4/5
We have stayed here before and we're very happy again. The only issue is not enough parking on site. Did not like having to pay for parking and not be able park at our hotel.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay, great place to go as a family.
- 5/5
We loved our stay at the Marriott. There were plenty of amenities for both adults and kids, including a kiddie pool and grills to BBQ on. The complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome to have each morning and the suite itself was spacious and comfortable! The staff were all so welcoming and kind, plus it’s located away from the Disney traffic but close enough to walking-distance restaurants and Target. We’ll definitely return here.

I would never stay at this place again . It is disgusting. and booking sucks for not giving us honest feedback so I hope you guys are able to see this before you guys book here. There’s nothing I like about this property, it is filthy
- 5/5
Parking was terrible. Tip: if you are going to Disney, use rideshare. The shuttle never showed up.

The food needs an upgrade was so much better before, the beds are in need of an upgrade as well, there was spilled food and vomit right next to front door & that would be mostly on the customers staying there so do better people

The staff was very friendly, but we did have issues with our room’s air conditioning and then tv not working. We were moved to a new room, but late at night and was a bit of an inconvenience. Our new room’s tv didn’t work and we were told the maintenance couldn’t come until the next day. Overall, the room was clean but could use updating as the bathroom is pretty old and can tell with the paint chipping away and old tub. I’m used to staying at the Disney hotels and can see why the price is so different, unfortunately.
- 5/5
Spacious rooms. Very clean. Easy parking for our big truck. Free popcorn, coffee all day, outdoor basketball, arcade, bar were all a plus. Staff were all super nice and even upgraded our room. We had a great stay!
- 5/5
It was a great place to stay! I wouldn’t recommend the sofa bed but everything else was great!
- 5/5
I loved it here so amazing
- 5/5
The room was nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was just okay, sausage was dry and didnt even taste like real meat.
- 3/5
I must’ve sat on the shortest toilet in the world. I’m a senior citizen of 74 years and my legs and my knees don’t work very well and I have to fall onto the toilet several times at night is terrible. You should have higher toilets for people that can’t bend. You don’t even have a standard one and the two days we’re there our TV was out for most of it did we complain? No wasn’t worth it didn’t need somebody there bugging us.
- 3/5

- 4.5/5
It was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing and we took advantage of that every morning for four mornings. The staff was very friendly. The pool and the Jacuzzi were wonderful. The parking was a nightmare. There’s not enough spaces for as many residence that are staying in the hotel. We paid for parking for two vehicles for four nights, and we were unable to park there at night once Disneyland closed. The hotel was kind enough to refund our parking that we paid for so that was very helpful. We did have to park at a hotel next-door and get our parking pass validated from our current hotel.

Property felt older than expected. There are only 2 elevators for the entire property and they are very slow (& get very busy). There was left over painters tape on the walls, 1 of 2 bathroom lights didnt work properly and was very finicky, and the bottom of the door frame in one restroom had water damage.
- 3.5/5
Had hair in the bathtub and floors. Carpets were damp last 2 days and dealt with fans outside side the room overnight

The stay was great . They wouldn’t let us check in early even tho we traveled from another state and when it was 3:49 we still couldn’t check in .. 4pm til 11am is not a whole day
- 5/5
The breakfast is incredible and I loved the QR code for uber rides to Disneyland. It was cheaper than the shuttle for my daughter and I. They do have a shuttle as of April 2026. I thought that the water wasn’t hot enough in the hotel and the hot tub. It was so helpful to have Advil in the store front! The menu changing every day for breakfast was very fun. The French toast sticks were a highlight for me as well as the amount of sauces for eggs. A hot chocolate machine would be cool or putting hot coco packets in the rooms for people that don’t drink coffee. One more blanket in the rooms would’ve been nice as well. I will forever come back to this hotel. Right across the street from Target and Raising Canes as well.
- 5/5
The living room between the bedrooms was great. Had a child who gets up early didn’t worry about waking neighbors, and the early breakfast helped!

Cons: bathrooms need to be updated and needs to be cleaned better.
- 3/5
Rooms were standard for a dated residence in. Hallway smelled heavily of floral room, spray and sewer on the second floor. Toilet would run all night long. Property was being repainted, but it was super chaotic and unclear regarding what guess we’re supposed to do in regards to parking.

The linens for the pull out sofa were soiled. The toilet didn't flush properly. Couldn't reach housekeeping when needed. The breakfast was good. Convenient location
- 3/5
Breakfast was okay. Hotel fit my large family. However, one of the shower’s backed up. They do not provide housekeeping everyday. So, you call or go down for items you need. The dishwasher was gross and did not have wheels. Therefore, you can’t pull the bottom shelf out. We were compensated two nights of parking for these issues ($60). However, the hotel is just really needing some love. Not sure we would pick this place again.

- 4/5
Great breakfast(go early), nice pool, comfortable beds, pool was good and the heated little sauna at the back was nice Overall this is a brilliant place to stay for its purpose, no luxury frills but we all enjoyed it a lot! Property felt old and like it needed a facelift, carpets felt dirty. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all, only suitable for a child to be honest. We had a day of no hot water, where we eventually had to move rooms Was disappointed that even after requesting before arriving there was no cot for my baby and took a long time to arrive. 3 very tired children after a long Flihht
- 3/5
Pool was not available. Children could not access it. Room door was broken and locked the entire family inside until maintenance could arive and get us out and fix the lock. No apology. No shuttle to theme parks. Limited tight parking. Rooms were clean but service was not available every day.

The breakfast was very poorly cooked raw potatoes stayed 5 day and not once did they have any bacon. Room was not cleaned in-between blankets there was hair and dishes were put away dirty. Was in room above kitchen and had to listen to the condenser all night that was right next to window, did get much sleep.
- 4/5
Everything about the hotel was wonderful besides the parking. Go early or you will have to park at the overflow parking which is a 10 minute walk.
- 3/5
Front desk or housekeeping never answer the phones so you have to leave the room to ask questions. The room I requested was not the room I was given.
- 5/5
We had a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our family. The breakfast was great. Also accommodated gluten free needs. The room had a few minor wear and tears but nothing that hindered our stay at all. Very comfortable and clean overall. Pool area was fantastic.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. Front desk was accommodating and friendly. Only down fall was the shortage of parking.
- 4.5/5
The room was big enough for my family. It had a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The pools and jacuzzi They ran out of parking spaces and I had to park further out and walk back in the middle of the night
- 5/5
Decent breakfast, staff was helpful.

Great hotel
- 4/5
The breakfast could use some improvement in the menu as well as to have better quality juice bar.
- 1/5
The AC was broken had to move rooms in 90 degree heat there was no breakfast meat available the first night 1 family took over the whole pool and the pool area. Very unpleasant stay.
- 4/5
Great hotel overall. Pool was nice and clean. Spa was nice and clean. Some of the jets weren't working, or not working as good as the others jets. Breakfast was Ok. Sausage was dry. My kids love sausage but had a hard time with this one. Eggs were OK. definitely needed some salt and pepper or some form of seasoning. Everything else was great. Parking spaces are for smaller cars. This was a bit frustrating. The fact that this place is almost always full so you will have to find parking and all of the parking spaces are for smaller vehicles. If you are using a larger vehicle, you may have a difficult time getting out and it may or may not damage your vehicle or another. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again but will definitely look for another to try.
- 3/5
Always clean and smelled good.
- 3.5/5
The staff was friendly I didn't like the fact that the rooms were far away from each other even though I booked way in advance. I didn't like that in one of the rooms the tv didn't work and they couldn't fix it. I didn't like the fact that your house maids didn't respect the fact that I said we didn't need service in our room and they came in anyway after we left.

I’d asked for a specific room type & when I got there, they didn’t have it available. They told me you had not specified two queens. They put me in what was likely the worst room in the hotel. I’ve stayed there many times & never had such a damaged, dirty room.

The pull out sofa bed was horrible. The bathroom had no counter space or a place to hang your hand towles. No closet to hang your clothes in the second room. The rates listed on booking.com did not match what the hotel charged.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing!
- 2/5
The room was very clean, but extremely cold when we arrived. The highest we could get the thermostat to go was 68, we’re from Arizona, so that was rough. The noise level was awful, when the running in the hallway finally commenced, someone decided to blast music in the patio by the pool during late night hours and we were not able to sleep until well into the early morning hours.
- 5/5
Would stay again.
- 5/5
Clean room. Staff made accommodation. Breakfast was amazing!
- 4/5
We had a good stay. For being a Marriott the rooms are a bit dated. Breakfast was good however $30 for parking is excessive.
- 5/5
Great Room, Breakfast, friendly staff. Large pool was cold. but hot tub and kiddie pool was great. Will stay again.
- 4/5
Fantastic spa in pool area. Toilet did not flush well. Coffee maker lid broken. Otherwise just decent. Property pretty aged. But not bad

- 5/5
The room was spacious and quiet.

Everything was good
- 0.5/5
The in-room kitchen area was nice. Our bedsheets were stained and had foreign substances all over them. They had clearly not been changed since the last occupants. The bathtub was very dirty and not maintained. The bathroom and bedroom walls were very aged with paint peeling and wall material was crumbling along corners. The beds were very uncomfortable and worn.
- 5/5

Excellent service and location. Shuttle service got simplified with the next door hotel (Hyatt) which operates it. The rooms are little old but I would say family friendly and spacious especially with kitchen and stove.

Breakfast was great
- 5/5
The hotel was great at great location safe parking very friendly, attentive workers. The breakfast was awesome. My kids are super picky about where they stay and they love this hotel. Not only that they gave me an upgrade, which was awesome. There was nothing that I did not like about my stay. Everything was great.

- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but it definitely needs to be updated.
- 3/5
The room had a used condom under the bed, found the halls always dirty
- 2/5
Rooms and bathroom were in bad shape. This hotel require some serious renovation.
- 4/5
Good location and amenities, great breakfast. Hotel interiors are dated
- 4/5
Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Overall my experience was positive. The only negative was it was dirty, hallways had trash. Overall our suite was clean except our bathtub.
- 3/5
Just an ok location. Age is showing and maintenance and improvements need to be made. Staff was wonderful.
- 3/5
Hotel is in good location but rooms could use a refresh as they are old. Staff is pleasant and the proximity to Disneyland Toy Story shuttle parking lot is great.
- 2/5
Pqrking lot full every night, had to walk 15 mins to a k other parking lot with a 5 year old in my arms asleep , and they still charge you 30 dlrs fee per night. Called the hotel staff says leave ur son asleep in the room and park it other hotel. Single dad whats the purpose of leaving a 5 year old asleep alone 20 mins while you park or look for parking 20 min walk,.
- 5/5
Excellent location to Disney. Great pool. Great breakfast!

- 3/5
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bartender during the happy hour made great drinks and also very friendly. The laundry room could have been cleaner and the process of paying for the machines was complicated.
- 3/5
Room cleanliness could be better and the water faucets in the shower and kitchen are very slow. It looked very old and left without proper care.
- 1/5
Overall the room felt very gross and not an ideal stay in our case. There was a random person sleeping in the hallway one of the morning, leaving questions about safety and security of the building.
- 4/5
The bathroom needs some work. Theres some water damage and walls are crumbling by the tub. I left my new pillows in room. So you aquired new pillows. The breakfast could use healthier protein options. The hotel was clean and thr staff was friendly. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Staff amenities all excellent except the room is too old need to update the bathrooms bathtub toilets floors all too old amd dirty
- 5/5
As a family of 5 with three teenagers it was great to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms for busy days. The breaks was excellent with lots of options for everyone’s needs. We only encountered one not so pleasant staff member at check in, everyone else was wonderful. The only negatives I have is the horrible rep at check in (no smile, didn’t tell me what I was being charged, didn’t offer the Marriott promotion going on, didn’t tell us about the holiday stuff they had going on for guests.) thankfully we had other family members checking in with another rep that was fabulous! She told us about the daily little extra things they had for guests (free cookies, hot chocolate night etc) and the scratch off game they had for Marriott members which saved me $90 by winning a $10 parking pass!! The beds are very firm so they were uncomfortable for us. My 13 year old tried to sleep on the pullout sofa and certain areas felt like you were being poked by a nail which was horrible to sleep on so we didn’t end up using it.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and amenities were great.
- 4/5
The room was great perfect for our family of 7 adults. The only issue was the neighbors seemed to have a dog that was barking early in the morning. We did not report it though. Other than that the Hotel was great!
- 2/5
Room was neglected staff never responded to clean up our give us towel,,
- 1/5
When I first checked in at this location I had to immediately be changed rooms because the room they put me in there was a cat and I'm highly allergic to cats and so is my son. The room we were switched too the phone didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk for anything, the sink clogged and wouldn't drain, there was spiders and no maid service was done the entire time we were there. I have called pretty much every day since I've left to speak with a manager and still have not got a return call. I will never stay here again and would warn anyone else as well
- 3/5
You should let the customer know that the parking is charged after. I was under the impression that when I booked my trip it was part of all the fees that you charged when I booked. When I gave my card to the worker at the desk, she only said it was for incidentals not parking as well…
- 4/5
Great staff, the main public areas were nice. Its a good price and perfect for Disney, the rooms were dated. But good space and love that it had a kirchen..the couch was not comfortable and was old and stained. Other than that great!
- 5/5
Yes, the room was nice and the staff was very professional and helpful.
- 5/5
This hotel is my favorite by Disney! The staff is very nice and they have a free .
- 3/5
It was fine. My family really enjoyed the close proximity to lots of family friendly activities unrelated to the Disney park. The only thing that was annoying was the refrigerator in our room would sometimes (randomly) make loud squeaking noises. It was annoying for the time it made the noise, but otherwise it was a working fridge that we used regularly during our stay.
- 3/5
Room was very small and beds were not queens
- 2/5
Seriously in need of more luggage racks when hotel is full to capacity. We had to carry our luggage. There was only two luggage rack holders.. Also they deactivated my key before checkout. And I was still carrying my luggage down.. I had go to front desk and get my key reactivated then. I went to my room maid was already taken the room apart before I checked out at 10:45. Mind you check out at 11:00 am
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
It was a nice place and met our needs. Clean and quiet with nice breakfast.
- 1/5
This hotel is not Marriott quality. The rooms were old, the furniture was cheap and old. The carpets were dirty and left your feet black if you walked around barefoot. The paint on the walls was chipping. The fridge had dents all over it. The bathroom looked like a cheap motel bathroom. On top of all of that, the hotel had a bad leak and a bunch of rooms had water pouring from the ceiling and walls, including ours. The carpet was wet so the hotel had to bring in large fans to try to dry the carpet. Not only would I never stay here again but I would never stay at any Residence Inn again and I’m seriously questioning whether I would stay at any Marriott after this. And for the record I never bother to leave hotel reviews and I’m not one of those people that hate everything and always complain. In fact, my expectations are pretty low. I just want my room to be clean. It wasn’t.
- 4/5
We had a great stay. We booked a family suite and really liked the layout of the rooms. The breakfast was a very nice buffet style with something different each of the 4 days we were there. Housekeeping comes by every other day to get the trash and replace towels, if you'd like more than that you will need to request it. Vehicle parking is an additional $30 per day. Overall it was a great stay and we'll be back in the future.
- 3/5
Room service was not upto the mark, Parking issues, i still got charged for parking wven though parking was full and i have to walk a mile away to park and pickup .
- 5/5
We had a great stay! The breakfast included was so good. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and ready for us. We were able to check in early too-will definitely recommend to others and we will stay again if traveling to Disneyland again.

Breakfast options was amazing and the kitchen/bar was great too. I love that they had a game room for the kids, a pool, kids pool and spa.
- 3/5

Check in was great

Finding parking was a big of a struggle. Rooms are spacious, but a bit run down and definitely needs more lighting. Staff was friendly throughout our stay (5 nights). Complimentary breakfast was great and had good variety.
- 5/5
Coffee, tea and water station offered in the lobby which was really nice . Will definitely stay here again. Btw parking is $30, not too expensive compared to other hotels in this area.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly! The two bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for our needs! The room was clean and had everything we needed, plus the location was great! Will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Great breakfast.
- 4/5
Room needs repainting and caulking in bathroom
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Exactly what we needed for a 2-day Disneyland trip.
- 5/5
Stayed in a two bedroom nice and spacious staff was welcoming and very polite. Breakfast was super great. The only thing on the downside was the sofa bed maybe an added padding to the mattress so you don't have to feel the frame, but other then that I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Room was dated, definitely did not look fresh. Hot water did not work in King room bathroom - had to request maintenance twice before it was repaired. Had to request toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap. Items that should have been in the room were not. Dining area is blocked off in mornings before breakfast service starts which leaves no where for someone to sit if they are in lobby getting coffee before 6:30 am.
- 5/5
It’s a home away from home
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Everything was great and the front desk was so helpful. When they learned I brought my kids on my business trip, they gave us a room with firework views. I’ll never forget my kids excitement watching fireworks from their bed.
- 5/5
we love this hotel see u next year
- 5/5
The front desk girl was so nice excellent service
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Yes the room was very clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. Great stay. We really enjoyed it.
- 2/5
Room , amenities . Bug spray in hallways just left unattended . breakfast horrible horrible . Bed bugs in room toilet didn’t flush properly the smallest tv in the room with 2 queen needs couldn’t even see television and I wear glasses . Phone in room didn’t work I had to go up and down elevator to get service light over the kitchen stove didn’t turn on Ice chest in fridge didn’t work ! I have pictures of bed bug bites plus the spray toilet not working water pressure . just the worst experience and room ever when celebrating a special occasion
- 5/5
Everything was great! Comfortable beds great breakfast awesome hot tub and swimming pool and little pool for kids. Very courteous front desk people. Enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Fluffy pillows. Relaxing bed you just melt into. Best night sleep. Excellent staff
- 5/5
Love the rooms. Staff was amazing and helpful. Definitely gonna come here again. Overall, I give it a five star.
- 1/5
We booked a family suite and it was so dirty, went to the desk to complain and they sent us to another suite which was just as dirty! I told my husband it looks like people live here. I asked the front desk if people live here and she said yes, why it’s called Residence Inn (guess I should have known). I asked for a full refund and the manager was very accommodating, and did issue me one. I appreciated that. We have never refused to stay at a hotel before, this was a first. The positive reviews on here must be fake.
- 3/5
We stayed 5 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We were told it would be cleaned every 2days. We called on day 4 and we were told they couldn’t do it. So a family of 8 stayed Monday-Saturday and the room was NEVER cleaned.
- 4/5
Need more parking,space.
- 5/5
Our two bedroom suite was spacious, TV in each room, two full bathrooms which was a surprise and appreciated! We will definitely stay here again soon!
- 4/5
Clean, convenient
- 1/5
The beds are very uncomfortable and they had no blankets only thin small sheets . Carpet was dirty and room was smelly

- 4/5
Clean room. Great breakfast options. Close to Disneyland, great for families.
- 5/5
Great place and nice up keeping. With affordable prices and good quality all around.
- 5/5
Clean spacious room, staff very friendly and courteous. Nice property, very well kept.
- 5/5
The room was absolutely beautiful. The food was good. The entertainment is great. There's a pool arcade. My son and his friend had a good time. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and as a family whole we were happy
- 5/5
Love the breakfast fresh and kept up. The room was nice and didn't have an issue.
- 5/5
Pillow was feels like concrete
- 3/5
The issues: The maintenence was laughable....patch jobs, chipping paint in rotted bathroom corners and low end motel bathtubs with drains that has so much putty that they had mold and mildew...YUCK....i definitely wouldn't take a bath. I door dashed cleaner to scrub a few questionable splatters off the bathroom walls too... a bit of pride and detail along with elbow grease goes a long way :/. The pullout bed mattress was pure springs so we chose to just make up the sofa as a bed. Pros Friendly, helpful front desk Good location Room size & kitchenette Comfortable but needs an upgrade to a few areas and some pride for the rate they charge.
- 1/5
worst ever. check in was bad! never cleaned room at all and no one ever takes responsibility for any errors on their part. do not make the mistake thinking it’s a good Marriott Hotel.

- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Its just a nice hotel all around
- 3/5
The hotel is nice family friendly. Breakfast is great. I just wish the rooms were renovated. They are very old and my and my daughter were itchy every night while sleeping in the bed.
- 5/5
A+
- 3/5
Disney bound? Pro: First stop on the ART bus (right outside the hotel). Breakfast eater? Pro: Several options to accommodate your whole family. Need a later check out? Pro: front desk was able to give us a 1pm check out, to accommodate our later afternoon flight. Forgot something? Pro: Target is right across the street. Pro: full fridge and microwave in the "2 room suite." Cons: Bathrooms were dirty. Toliets and showers needed a good bleach cleaning. Their room types were unclear. We booked a 2 room suite to accommodate 2 families. We were expecting one king room and one double queen with a combo living/kitchen area. We were placed in a double queen with 2 twins. This may have been a hotels.com issue, as we were put in an "extended family suite." It was a tight fit and one family had to utilize the pull out couch (not comfortable). The second night we asked if the larger room was available, it was at a $500 price increase for the remaining 3 nights.
- 3/5
Parking a rental car cost $30 a day and the parking is limited. We had difficulty finding a spot several times. The coffee was good.
- 3/5
Great staff and good selection at breakfast buffet. Housekeeping was done on our 4th day of stay. Rooms are definitely in need of upgrades, and could absolutely use a deeper clean. Fridge didn’t seem to be working properly when we arrived, and basic utensils such as a spatula were not available and had to be requested. While the pool and exercise room are great, parking can be difficult depending on the time of day and it is a pricy additional expense to the stay.
- 3/5
it’s ok , kinda old
- 1/5
When I tried to escalate, property management told me to contact corporate. Corporate customer service then told me to go back to the property and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable experience.
- 4/5
Cleaning staff left our door open when we got back ,parking was tough not enough handicapped parking ,did like two tv. Breakfast was really good ,front desk were helpful.
- 4/5
Friendly and accommodating
- 4/5
Nice breakfast, friendly staff and clean room.
- 2/5
Bathroom walls had stains, cracks in floors, door jams rotted wooden with a poor attempt of being cover with paint, sofa had stains, holes peeking out behind toilet paper holder, stains in tub, carpet on wall boarder falling off with loose stamps on ground. Additionally poor TV reception. Breakfast was okay, staff in dining hall was pleasant.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay with kids
- 4/5
The room was spotless, and I truly appreciated that. I’m giving it four stars mainly because the bathroom felt a bit outdated and the water didn’t drain well, which was a bit gross. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and I really enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious! Overall, I would happily stay here again.
- 4/5
Our experience at Residence Inn was great. Staff was friendly. Jessica at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. My only complaints are the restroom sink smelled terrible, and the parking coming back late from Disneyland was awful. People take up 2 parking spaces and made it hard to find parking and we had to find parking in the Hyatt hotel behind the Residence.
- 1/5
The room was dirty, it smelled bad, and bugs were crawling on the wall.
- 4/5
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room/bathroom is on the older side but was comfortable for a family of 5. Great kitchen with full size fridge.
- 3/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
It was cool just be careful each parking permit was $30 and if you have guests come over and they get a parking permit it gets added on to your your bill
- 4/5
I stayed here on one or two other occasions with my family. Prior to our recent stay, I was very hesitant to keep my booking rather than cancelling it because of some of the recent reviews; however, because I didn’t have issues the other times I stayed here, I decided to keep my booking. I’m glad I did. Yes, there are some areas of the room that need attention (peeling paint by bathtub), but other than that, it was a decent room (we had the two room suite). I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again— it’s not the nicest, but it’s nice enough to feel comfortable in and to relax in after a long day at the park.
- 5/5
My neighbor had a dog that barked anytime we went in or out our room, the bathrooms had what looked mold or discoloration and the couch had some stains on it that looked off
- 4/5
Staff was amazing, however, could use better cleaning.
- 3/5
Over it. Minimal plates, utensils, pots and pans. The pull out sofa is so uncomfortable you cannot sleep On it.
- 5/5
It was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and the pool was very warm. The breakfast was very good and they were very caring.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
Staff was great. Friendly area. Will be coming back
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 3/5
I thought I booked two queen double beds in one room, but I didn’t receive what I asked for because I didn’t have it available. They just gave me what they had. The bathrooms were giving like Motel 6. They weren’t up-to-date. They were old paint was chipped tub was stained walls were stained dirt spots. The hotel and staff were really nice and helpful, but it was just the room was out to date and old and I didn’t feel comfortable. I tried to get a refund but they told me I would only get half my money back so I stayed.
- 4/5
Clean and the breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
Very nice rooms, restaurant options close by. Great breakfast
- 3/5
The front desk service and breakfast were great, but the room itself was lacking cleanliness. The towels had someone else’s hair in them. The bathroom always smelled of poop. The shared living space in the 2 bedroom suite was filthy. Bottom of the oven was splattered with lord knows what and don’t even get me started on all the mystery stains on the couch. We were traveling with two children and I was mortified letting them roam the rooms.
- 4/5
Lots to offer in a less than a 5 mile radius
- 5/5
Staff friendly, has a small issue and when reported to front desk maintenance showed up literally within 5 minutes to fix. No other issues. My family and I enjoyed our time there.
- 5/5
I really Loved this place, untill I came back from a long day and I couldn't find a parking. We went inside to tell the front desk girl, she was nice and said we can park at the hotel next door. Well it was fine but after a long day who wants to walk that far. Other than that the hotel was amazing.
- 2/5
Our first impression was okay. The hotel was older, but the lobby was in good shape. We'd booked two rooms, and it "luckily turned out" (desk person's words, even though I'dd requested being near my son, wife and three small children months before) that we could have ones across the hall from each other. We got keys for both rooms, as my son was delayed and it was too late to cancel - we used it as an opportunity to get things ready for them. The room smelled funny, like someone smoked and they used carpet fresh to try to mask it. I used Lysol and kept both bathroom fans running to try to get rid of the smell. It pretty much worked, as by the time they arrived it was much better. The day they arrived we could not open their door; apparently, the flip lock was loose and the door was locked from the inside. We had to call maintenance, who came quickly, as the littlest needed to take his nap (he was an hour late, but the lock was fixed). That night my daughter-in-law went to take a shower and found hair and some weird goop from the previous guests. They called down about it after she had taken her shower in the boys' bathroom. In all, 5 times we went down to the desk or called to get this bathroom properly cleaned - it never was. Breakfast was okay, but I only saw english muffins the first day, except for the worker who toasted one and took it in the back; apparently they were only for the staff. The hall heavily used that lead to the elevators was usually dirty or sticky.
- 5/5
Perfect family suite
- 5/5
The bathroom was outdated and had rust stains in the tub and the sink had a very slow drain. The mattress was slanted or broken very uncomfortable. There were baby roaches. But the staff were friendly and helpful. Also if you arrive there after 9pm there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING available on the premises.
- 5/5
No Parkin in the property you have to pay extra 30 dollars por night
- 3/5
Really old and dated hotel. Bathrooms had patches on the wall, broken tiles and dirty floors. Toilet would run all day. Carpet was really old and looked dirty.
- 5/5
All the employees are nice and welcoming the only issue was when checking in I was surpris
- 3/5
The hotel is nice but elevators are horrible lights don't work and we can read the certificate of inspection was expired back in 2020. The bar/ restaurant was only open 2 nights out of the 6 we were there which means no food in the hotel, when you ask front desk they will send you to the Hyatt across the street for food. Rooms are nice big and clean, breakfast is pretty decent they put same menu every 3 days.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and great room
- 5/5
Our stay was fantastic, the team of the hotel was really helpful, very friendly, they make you feel like home . The front desk staff was absolutely excellent.. My family will definitely comeback and stay again 100%. all in all I got and excellent service .

Staff friendly
- 5/5
Our 2 bedroom suite was the perfect size to stay at for my family size of 5!! Very comfortable and clean! My grandkids loved the breakfast and the arcade room was a hit!!
- 4/5
The hotel was nice for the price and for the location for our Disney adventure. It could use a bit of an update, but overall not bad.
- 5/5
The staff were impeccable from check-in to check-out! The included breakfast was fantastic with everything from fresh fruit to staple breakfast items like eggs & bacon and everything in between. I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Very nice rooms, good property, only down side is the parking is almost full every time and the room I stayed had a very weird smell that just wouldn’t go away but other than that was a good experience
- 5/5
It’s close to Disneyland. The staff were available at the front desk until late at night. There was an area dedicated for quick grabs to eat or drink. The staff were friendly and property overall clean
- 5/5
Great stay friendly staff clean room good complementary breakfasts
- 5/5
Nice place for family stay.
- 5/5
Great stay, family trip and was very good. Lots of parking, but it does fill up. Huge food location to sit. Food wasn't great but it was very good. check in was easy and nice. room was very spacious. I really enjoyed this stay.
- 4/5
Our stay was amazing. I will be back however will make sure to book on the first floor to avoid the elevator! Other than that breakfast is included, Plenty of seating available in the pool area. your room has a full kitchen and even a bbq area by the pool ! Loved it
- 5/5
All was great.
- 3/5
Staff was amazing.
- 5/5
Clean and Spacious room. Exceptional Customer Service.
- 1/5
The room was not ready at 4, trying to get me to check in 30 minutes later.
- 3/5
We enjoyed the Anaheim area, staff was very nice and helpful. Only 1 elevator working in the hotel so it was frustrating at times. Air conditioning quit in the middle of the night. Staff provided fans until it could be fixed the next day. The building needs some updating for sure but overall enjoyable experience.
- 4/5
Great place for a family
- 4/5
Nice clean 2 bedroom suite. Drive close to Disneyland and local spots. Bathrooms could use an update. Pool was crowded but okay. Otherwise a nice comfortable stay.
- 5/5
Got upgraded don't know how
- 4/5
I loved the breakfast they provided every morning.
- 5/5
Stayed for a couple of nights and the convenience to the theme park was great. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast options were top tier. Room amenities superb.
- 5/5
There was also free breakfast that also was good for a dine in or grab and go. The main dishes were different every time. Our room was very clean and also very comfortable. I had the suite so we were able to have a mini kitchen, fridge and cooking area. The couches and bed we comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful and also accommodating. There is also parking onsite but can be limited depending on how busy it is and time of the season you are going. Checked in on a Sunday and it was busy and parked a little farther but Monday & Tuesday died down a bit and was very easy to park. Target was right across the street if you need anything. Many restaurants around and also close by and drivable. Disney is very close to drive to. I wouldn't recommend walking unless you prefer which one of the days we did because of going to other places around the area afterwards. It's about a 20-30 min walk but also other transportations can be considered if you are going to the parks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and my little one was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
- 4/5
Aside from some foam bubbles coming out of our toilet (which was taken care of almost immediately)we love this hotel. Some rooms are a little more updated than others but everything works great and all looks good. Staff is wonderful at every turn. Definitely family friendly. Breakfast changes up daily and is tasty. Parking is a little expensive. All in all one of the better family hotels to stay out by price and amenities.
- 3/5
My friend got bug bites from the pull out couch and parking was hard to find around the evening, mostly using overflow. Would look at different properties when staying in Anaheim
- 1/5
Rooms with beds on the floor for adults over 65 years
- 5/5
Good customer service
- 3/5
The property is older and run down for a Marriott. I was surprised because I stay at a lot of Marriotts and thought they were all a certain standard. Also the elevators are very slow and overcrowded. They need more for the amount of people staying there.
- 4/5
The location was good and free breakfast was great lots of options.
- 4/5
No parking available had to park at a different facility and had to pay for parking, no shuttle to park even thou on website say it has one, bathroom was dirty upon arrival and over all hotel rom was not clean
- 5/5
This was a great hotel choice for our Disney vacation!
- 2/5
Ok
- 4/5
Rooms are spacious.
- 5/5
My stay was great I got complimentary upgrade with a nice spacious suite with two double beds living room 2 twin beds, kitchenette and 2 bathrooms very clean and quite. Breakfast was very complete with very big dining area, I would definitely recommend it and stay here again. Thank you😊
- 4/5
Good, reasonably priced hotel near Disneyland. We liked the option of the 2 bedroom suites for a large group.
- 4/5
Bueno en general, volveria
- 5/5
Disneyland trip customer service at the desk was excellent. I usually don’t leave a comment. But, me and my family was very happy.
- 1/5
We had a major snafu with our reservation. Even though we were charged for all 3 nights of our stay we got checked out a night early. I'm still haggling over charges with the hotel but the mix up was on their end. I definitely wouldn't book a room at this property with expedia.
- 5/5
Big, clean and nice rooms.
- 3/5
Bathrooms outdated. Lobby and hallways smell like smoke and lysol
- 4/5
Convenient for a Disney family vacation. About an hour drive to LA/Hollywood area
- 5/5
Are clean, they have been touching up paint during our stay so it looks nice, morning breakfast is pretty good.
- 3/5
Pros Room we had a two bedroom with living and kitchen plenty space and two bathrooms. Quality room was good. Walk to Toy Story parking lot around 16 mins. Free tea, coffee water all the time. Area has lots of restaurants and a target nearby. Got put in room 210 right next to one of the evaporator that runs the whole hvac system it made the most horrendous noise like jet plane engine. Asked to swap rooms told we couldn’t as no space. We then went down again my husband this time showed them the video of the sound. They sent someone look at our actual hvac said it wasn’t ours it was the motor outside room nothing they can do but agreed it was awful. Literally had no sleep all night because of it. Went down spoke to the same receptionist who again wasn’t very polite or welcoming asked to swap rooms we finally got put in a room on level 4 on other side building much quieter. Our experience would been much better if we been on level 4 the whole time. But having to unpack then move all stuff missing valuable time at Disney on our first day was very disappointing had to pack leave all our stuff with them then return at 3 to get our new room.
- 3/5
Got locked out of the room after a long day at Disney. Latch got stuck. Waited after midnight an hour for engineering to open our room door. Only got a $30 refund of one day parking.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 4/5
They had a nice breakfast.
- 2/5
However, the hallways and rooms need some updating. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and the bathrooms were old and the water pressure was low. The sofa was worn out with stains. Their were stains on the walls in the bedrooms and shower walls. The outside of the fridge was dented. The hallways needed to be vaccumed. The elevator was slow. I one point I had to wait 10 minutes for the elevator. There would be long line for families waiting for the elevators. We are use to staying in clean hotels so this was definitely not up to our standard for the price we paid and the Marriot chain.
- 3/5
Property seemed old. Stains in the bath room.
- 5/5
the employeesthere ware very nice and helpful my room was clean
- 5/5
beautiful scenery around
- 5/5
We loved our stay so much, I kind of wanted to gatekeep. Melanie at the front desk was super helpful! Our room was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us (family of 4). Both bedrooms had their own full bathroom, there were TVs in both bedrooms as well and doors that closed for privacy. Already booked our next stay!
