No free breakfast Under remodel Staff was great tho
- 4/5
It is a great area. Close to the park. Great splash pad for the kids to pull down. Easy access to everything in the area.
- 3.5/5
The location is amazing, near Disney. The staff was amazing. We arrived at 3 am with my two kids and the person in charge mentioned we could not check-in at that time because the system was not working. We had to wait 25 minutes. The hotel looks old.
- 3/5
This Hotel is not as great as expected. We reserved 3 rooms and 1 room was infested with bed bugs. So I asked to get another room that night but I wasn't able to get one due to fully booked. So All my kids had to sleep together in another room. So next day they had 1 room available. I asked them fully check and clean the other rooms we were staying. They didn't offer any discount for that 1 night. The hotel is not very clean. Staff is so unfriendly except the Manager. Also their breakfast is not free. It's $21.99 per adults. With this experience, I won't booked another time with them in the future.

Elevator and hallways where not kept up really dirty
- 3.5/5
Very close to Disney land.

Very good
- 3/5
Cheap stay next to Disney. Though the safty of the facility was lacking where parking lot doors would be left open for hours. Also asked for full room service to get new bedding and it didn’t happen. Overall. It was fine minor issues
- 4/5
Great location within walkable distance to Disneyland.

Splash pad came on 9:25 that was last

- 2/5
The hotel is literally the one of the worst shapes a “good neighbor” Disney hotel can be. All that Disney money pumping and nothing to show for it. Room was dirty someone took the smoke detector off and left cigarette ashes on the AC unit, which is crazy. Do better Holiday Inn…
- 2.5/5
The lobby. My coffee maker and my TV was not working. I called the front desk and they were not munch help .

3: the parking lot was completely filthy with food trash all over the ground. The grounds looked terrible! I have never stayed here and booked based off reviews and I was HIGHLY disappointed! We usually stay at Anaheim majestic hotel or desert palms hotel and suites and I regret not staying there. We will not ever stay here again.
- 5/5
I was able to have my dog with me

This hotel’s front desk staff is the most unhelpful and disrespectful group of people I have encountered working at a hotel. Been staying here for over 5 years for family Disneyland trips. Never again.

Bad experience
- 2/5
“I do not recommend swimming in the pool as the water is dirty, and the rooms have no towels. The overall maintenance of the place is poor — we were woken up at 7am and left without electricity. The carpets in the rooms were peeling up, the beds were very old, the refrigerator was filthy, and the hotel staff were rude.”
- 2/5
It's very closed to Disneyland. Walking distance. Parking is great. The front desk staff may benefit from additional customer service training. During interactions, they were observed to be unprofessional and not consistently welcoming or friendly, which may affect the overall experience of visitors.

None all good
- 1/5
The location of the hotel and how convenient it was to our plans Problems with key cards every time. We were unable to get into our building at any hour. There were also bugs in our room.
- 0.5/5
The only thing good about this spot is that it’s close to Disney Land. There was only one elevator and we were on the 5th floor during most times the elevator would be busy and take over 5 minutes minimum to come up. It’s over priced for what it is, but worst of all my key card for my room would constantly stop working. I would have to key getting a new one every night I was there.
- 3.5/5

- 4/5
Everything was fine. Super convenient for a location. Just a heads up, parking isn’t free, so if you bring a car you’ll be required to pay for parking. But the location was great, everything was clean, and the hotel was even themed around the Disney parks.

The lady at check in was super friendly! And super sweet had awesome work ethics and answered everyone of my questions with a smile and a yes ma am attitude! Made our stay enjoyable ❤️ Everything was impeccable!!
- 2/5
Location and "Hotel" were pleasant and helpful as a whole. Maria was brilliant (restaurant). Made to move rooms, yeah not good. Who wants to move pack up mid stay on their vacation?! Great idea. What else.. Bar staff. Not existent! Make your own bar rules up. Each member of staff bar/restaurant had their own different "rules"! Absolute joke. As above Maria is a credit and the rest need a course in customer service. Had multiple run ins with João. Found him very hard work not to be confused with hard working!! Charged every day whilst eating, perfect timing João! Bare in mind breakfast was prepaid. Told me one morning I was mistaken that I didn't have a cup of tea or hot chocolate the day before! You couldn't make it up. The worrying thing is I could go on and on. Bar closes at 9pm. Room extremely dark.
- 5/5
Pool, breakfast, comfort, close proximity to our visiting site That breakfast wasn’t included
- 1/5
My room had hair everywhere; the bed, the tub, the bathroom door. The lamps were dusty and the one by the bed had a blue feather hanging from it. The furniture is from the 70’s. The vent in the bathroom sounds like a helicopter landing. The shower is extremely hard to turn on. The hallways have patchy white paint. The rooms have carpet and there’s no wooden slab to block underneath the bed. When I told the staff there was hair in my bed that was not mine and asked for accommodations or a renovated room because I have an infant, they said they can “try to have the room serviced the following day” and “they are just a 3 star hotel” I asked for my sheets to at least be changed that day and they sent housekeeping who handed me one top sheet and said have a good night leaving me to change the sheets myself. The next day they did not change the bedding so the entire stay they never changed the bedding. They’ll come in and throw trash away and give toilet paper. That’s it. If I had the money I would’ve left the first night & went elsewhere worst experience I’ve had a hotel ever.
- 1/5
No paint no trim around the hotel bad.
- 2.5/5
The 3 staff I witnessed who value company policy Training staff to know the layout and check in was less than impressive. Being berated about the rate I paid and consistent issues with breakfast voucher. Staff needs a serious hospitality training, I was repeatedly told to figure it out myself with no direction. Keys need an upgraded system.
- 5/5
Need two elevators or a faster one that was a hassle how slow it went down and up.
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland, pool is heated, clean rooms.
- 3/5
No smiles when approached at the desk. The only staff that was nice and customer service inclined was the lady assigned at the bar/restaurant on Saturday night of May 30th. That’s all.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly but this place needs to be renovated. The rooms were old and the towels were stained. The splash pad isn’t as nice as it looks on the pictures. The pool wasn’t clean. Our room keys kept disabling even if we didn’t put them near wallets or phones.

Room was clean, a little outdated but no issues. The walk was about 20 minutes to the entrance to Disney resort, through downtown Disney. Our toddler loved the splashpad play area, and the pool was heated. Additionally they were separated so I didn't have to worry about my toddler playing at the splash pad and falling in the pool. (2 separately fenced areas).
- 5/5
Definitely will be back, the location was perfect (if traveling for Disneyland) The staff were incredibly helpful. One thing I will say is when booking through the site it asked if I wanted to add the Buffett for 34 a day but the pricing there is 21 and kids 11 and under eat free (2 per paying adult) Definitely recommend just paying for buffet on site.
- 5/5
I suggest everyone to chose Holiday Inn express because it is the best and great staffing!! Special thank to HUSSAIN who gave us a free breakfast card!
- 5/5
The hotel was nice, the room was clean, bathroom is the tub/shower setup, which was fine. The splash pad was nice and the pool is heated. It’s about a 10-15 minute easy walk to Disneyland. The staff was courteous. We would stay here again.

Location Run down on the inside and no free breakfast
- 1/5
Every interaction with the staff was negative. They were rude, talked to us like they did not care, and would make inappropriate comments like "I know, we just suck." The breakfast was more cold than warm. I notified a worker that they were out of cups for the juice. They provided me with a single disposable cup for me and my 2 children to share.. Our sheets were dirty, towels were not replaced, someone came into our room, despite our do not disturb sign being on one of the days--we were in the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There is another hotel right next door.
- 2/5
The front desk was very rude and not willing to help with the situation in hand. They stated that these are queen size beds, and they are very comfortable and they are not. The bathroom was dated and very small and the room was very noisy and somebody was trying to break in to our room and security lacks in this hotel. The breakfast is not even worth buying and they only give you two when you book your room if you pay for the breakfast.

I will say our room only had one available plug in open which wasnt near any bed which was difficult but we managed.

Very poor
- 1.5/5
Employees were friendly and the hotel was close to everything I needed to do I'm a basketball coach and I needed to grab and go for an early game and checking time was 7:15 I paid forthe breakfast with my room package and was told I can't make a plate and eat in the run ...so Ridiculous!! Every IHG allowed you to grab and go and not insist you have to sit down like a child and eat your food .I complain to the desk and they said they dont no why its a policy and people should have the choice to where they want to eat their PAID breakfast. Because of the Ridiculous rule I didn't return for any breakfast during my stay so plz credit me back for the Ridiculous policy. Also a fire alarm went off at he hotel and an evacuation was done but while we were asking questions outside to staff everyone told us a different reason from a resident messed with it in their room to a maintenance man was replacing it and it went off etc....eventually we returned with no clear understanding. In garden Grove area tankers were under emergency service because of potential explosion 1-3 miles away and many resident was evacuated to the hotel and more chaos with so many people coming and going, news reports etc... wow I should have stayed next door at spring hill like I did before nevertheless I'll never return to that holiday inn suites
- 4/5
Main downsides were the fridge didn’t work so it ruined our food and bathroom floor was not clean- had hair on the bathroom floor when we first checked in :( Might stay again if these issues were addressed but we were on a tight schedule and weren’t able to make changes.
- 2/5
I tried to avoid checking in at the exact time. Reason for that is because I know how long it can take to check in with other people there also. So i decided to check in 20 minutes before. They said the room wasn’t ready. So I waited until 4. I came back a few minutes later just to be told I did not have my Suite anymore, it’s been taken… so I was down graded to a smaller room but they offered “free parking” which didn’t really help make the stay better. During breakfast there was a lot of rude and obnoxious staff workers. Every one of them were Hispanic, had attitude all the time. I would ask for something they’d just say “I don’t know” did NOT want to help. I tried to make my stay there as happy and polite as possible. Over all, I won’t go back, some people also weren’t happy, some I spoke too but this is my review.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any hotel.
- 3/5
Clean room and good breakfast
- 3/5
It was pretty clean and well maintained the pool and hot tub were awesome and well-maintained and usable up and running We did not know we had to pay $30 a day for parking. We were not told about that. We were also told that breakfast free breakfast was included that also was not true.

To make matters worse, I had booked a week-long stay, and during that time, building three of the hotel was scheduled for maintenance. I understand that this was not the fault of the staff, but it still caused inconvenience. I had booked a king suite so that my brother could use the couch, as I was still breastfeeding and needed some privacy. Unfortunately, due to the maintenance work, we had to move rooms and were downgraded to a two-queen room. I didn’t feel like we received any understanding from them because the only compensation they offered was for breakfast. The beds in the two-queen room were not comfortable, and the overall experience was quite disappointing. I’ve attached two photos. One shows us filling our pack and play and hauling it to another room at 10:30 p.m. The other shows us squished into a smaller room.
- 3/5
Hotel is going through a renovation. Last time I was here it was super clean.
- 1/5
The last 2 days of my stay were doing a smoke/fire alarm testing super loud. My last day there was no power since 7:30AM and they give me a new room which was a total downgrade a much smaller room an there was no power in that room either I had to go back to the front desk for a third time and they gave me a new room which was also a downgrade to a smaller room
- 3/5
Ok…. I can not take away the amazing front desk clerks on arrival and departure. (Check in staff was more helpful and amazing though) :-) However, they are most definitely in need of upgrades… the fact that they can charge the prices they do is only because Disney is not far and it’s more “financially feasible” for a family of three+.. we did get upgraded to a “StarWars” room. It was mostly just posters and stickers on the doors and walls. We appreciated it because it was more room for three toddlers. Pool and hot tub was good and the separate kids sprinkler area was a good time for the kids. Again, staff amazing, Building, rooms, and hallways need major upgrades.
- 2.5/5
Walking distance to Disneyland Undergoing renovations. Lift broken. Really needs the renovation.
- 2/5
We stayed here for six nights and not once was our room cleaned like our bedding, towels and also the bathroom sink is in the main sleeping room? Not in the bathroom, very inconvenient place if you have kids or need to use the bathroom too get ready for the day, however it is a close walk too the park, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel too anyone, there are way better places to stay close too Disneyland.

Breakfast is good. I didn't get any service on the second day. No garbage pickup, and no fresh towels. I don’t think they skipped my room by accident, because the water bottles I put on floor got picked, which can be redeemed for the deposit at any recycling place. I have to go to the front desk to get garbage bags and fresh towels myself at 11:30 pm. The front desk didn’t even have large garbage bags. They gave me some tiny bags the first time. I have to grab the garbage can there and show them what size of the bags I need. A customer in the lobby laughed when I did it.

Beds/pillows were comfy. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Walking distance to Disney (for adults). Walking distance to Mickey & friends parking lot to get the shuttle (with toddlers) The building we stayed at had the door unlocked and easy to open for anyone. Had the card key pad but not sure if it was functioning. Felt a little unease knowing anyone without a card key could access the building but luckily we had no issues
- 4/5
Room was okay, The bath faucet needs repair. We had to yank it to have it work, but even then it was tricky to get good temperature water. Furniture was almost broken or stuck. The building door was broken and our key kept stop working so we had to go to the front desk several times to switch it out to get in the building or room. The pool and water play area was nice for the kids. Breakfast food was decent, the staff was mixed, It was whether really nice staff or workers that were there to just do their job.
- 4/5
Property was very convenient.. staff was friendly.. pillows were comfortable and it was a good value for the money. I had booked a 2 queen room.. I felt encouraged to be OK with downgrading to a king.. only after questioning it, I was given credit to pay for parking…

The hotel wasn’t as clean as years past and the air conditioning was SO loud. But it’s a fine place to sleep if you’re spending most of your time in Disneyland.
- 1/5
Under construction, you pay for parking, breakfast expensive. food always cold. Stay somewhere else!!
- 1.5/5
Only cost. Room was very outdated. Hallway ways had wallpaper peeling. Paid parking was expensive where other IHG don’t charge parking and no free breakfast as other IHG does. Very disappointing, no shuttle to park … not happy.

The hotel was ok. Could use some remodeling. Only issue I had was with our key card entry. Keys only worked one time and I had to go replace after each use. I expressed my frustration with the front desk staff about the 3rd time but they did not seem to care or have a solution. So I just trekked down each day for new keys.
- 5/5
Very comfortable rooms
- 4/5
Facility was very clean. Staff was very friendly Everyday we had to get our room keys re activated. After walking miles all day. Really didn’t want to fight with a key to get in the building or our room

toilets didn’t work in room room was dirty. They made a stink about accommodating to travel cribs in a room that I booked and called ahead to ensure could accommodate them.
- 3/5
Staff was nice, helpful and efficient. Room next to the elevator basically sounded like an aircraft landing every 5 min. Elevator takes a light year to go up and down so we mostly had to use the stairs. Room was clean but lamp shades were broken as well as some outlets. No ice or water dispensers to be found.
- 4.5/5
The only thing I did not like is when I called to see if early check in was available the man on the phone was extremely rude from the moment he answered. He was very annoyed I didnt even get early check in and ended the call.
- 4.5/5
The beds very very comfortable The ice machine; the ice water is definitely not filtered
- 2.5/5
Proximity to Disneyland.
- 2.5/5
Outdated and old rooms. Looks like Construction was going on in Building 4
- 3/5
Close to the park and lots of parking! A lot of non operating elevators doors to the outside don’t close all the way so really anyone could walk right in where the rooms are located
- 5/5
Great hospitality and the splash pad was perfect for the kids
- 4/5
This hotel is old and it shows. It convenient to Disneyland which is its best quality. It’s average.
- 4/5
Fast check in, clean room and quiet area even though at the time there was maintenance going on in the hallways.
- 3/5
Hotel was very clean, my only issue is the housekeeping staff doesn’t make your bed, empty the trash or give you extra towel towels. You have to specifically go to the front desk and ask if housekeeping can do that. Other than that one issue it was an okay stay.
- 4/5
The elevators seem tired as they make a lot of noise.
- 4/5
Not a very clean room
- 3/5
The only reason I enjoyed the property was how close it was to Disneyland. When I first got to check in, the person was not very welcoming. I did not like how the room I stayed in was not clean. I can see dirt in the bathrooms. Also, in the hallways pieces of the floorboard was falling off. I seen a man trying to get into the building, he was sitting outside with a smoking device charging and a bike. I called reception and they just hurried me and told me they’ll get someone out there. I seen the same guy still there a few hours later.
- 4/5
Everything was very good, but you need to pay a little attention to the showerheads, as they are clogged and very little water comes out.
- 2/5
Price is good, not much outside of that
- 5/5
Rooms a little outdated but super close to Disneyland
- 3/5
Staff were extremely nice. Food was good. Room was filthy. Mold in bathroom. Extreme dust build up in room. For what we paid it was extremely disappointing.
- 5/5
It was clean. Staff were very approachable. Distance is good.
- 4/5
Perfect for a Disney trip. The building we stayed in had some construction work going on but we didn’t get any interruptions. One of the elevators on the west side was broken but they have another one on the east side so no issues there. Staff was friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Staff is nice and a close walk to the park
- 4/5
Just didn’t have a good location but did not ask either
- 3/5
the elevator smelled of weed the walls in the hallways look like they are peeling lack of full service house keeping daily
- 1/5
The hallways had ripped off wallpaper and missing pieces of drywall. Our room was in my opinion below standard cleanliness, the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, it was unbearable. Would not recommend staying at this hotel
- 4/5
Close to Disneyland parks, about a 25 mins walk to front entrance. Nice staff and comfy beds
- 3/5
Things were broken no clear guidance to get to our room. But the staff was great A lot of things were broken like the elevator and some doors didn’t work.
- 4/5
.
- 1/5
Don't book here or check in late. Staff messed up my stay that I had booked for a king sized bathroom and assigned my room to another guest and gave me a twin sized beds. They also couldn't get their key cards to work for me or other guests multiple times. They didn’t refund me or compensate me anything for the failure on their end. Book with another hotel that's not this location in Anaheim.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and everything from check in to check out went so smoothly. We look forward to staying again.
- 4/5
It was a pretty decent stay. Elevators and hallways need some cleaning and some of the common areas. Spa was down for our stay, which was disappointing, but I probably will come back to stay. Price was reasonable.
- 2/5
That it was walking distance to Disneyland The stuff was completely unprofessional. The only employee at check-in was nice the manager tried to make things right but your best employee doesn’t outweigh the other employees that had attitudes lazy and no work ethic as well as paying for breakfast was not worth the price or the hassle
- 3/5
Staff has no customer service, especially the night manager. The pictures look nothing like the inside of the hotel. It looks like the walls have water damage all throughout the hallways, wall paper is coming off. The cleanliness is not there, stuff stuck and smeared all over the walls. The maids always took the towels but never replenished them. Only one elevator that is loud and noisy that you can hear in your room if you’re close to it. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t care about cleanliness. Only thing is it’s in good location to disneyland
- 2/5
Idk I the property is under renovation but the hallways were so dirty this hotel needs all of updating
- 2/5
The building is dated and looks very different in person compared to the photos. We booked a suite and were disappointed with the condition of the room/furniture. The halls (walls, carpet, baseboards, and elevators) were in rough condition. There was remodeling going on during our stay so perhaps it will be improved but I wouldn't give it another chance unless I toured before booking.
- 4/5
The pool and splash pad were great, the walk to Disneyland was further than we liked so we only did that one day then drive to the parks the other days.
- 1.5/5
They advertised shuttle service to Disneyland. The reason we booked, however they do not offer it. The hot tub was out of order. Staff were rude. Hotel was a huge letdown
- 3/5
There was a lot of active construction
- 1/5
The location is decent. The property is old, filthy, and outdated. Upon arrival the rooms were not ready for anyone to check in at 4:00PM, we weren’t able to check in until after 4:30PM. My rooms air conditioner was barely working, the walls and baseboards are being held together with painters tape, and there was a leak in the roof that caused a water bubble to form in my room.
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
Great hotel within walking distance to Disney, safe, and clean. Great pool, hot tub and even a splash park for little ones. Room was clean and up to date.
- 3/5
Rooms along with bedding had a smell to the. The AC in my room only blew hot heat out. Front desk was ok. Hallway carpet smelled was visibly dirty and not very well placed. Considering I only had to use the room to sleep it was average on price about $150 a night. 15 min walk to downtown Disney district
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
Upon my arrival I was checked in by a male employee at the front desk. he seemed disinterested and over his day. The room was mediocre. The thermostat in my room was temperamental and I was surprised to find out that beds are not made daily nor are you given new sheets each day as this is a "request". I was not informed this upon my reservation. I would not recommend this hotel.
- 3.5/5
How close its to disney for a good price Need to be remodeled needs new beds uncomfortable beds light is on the outside of the bathroom really bad design
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet was well stocked with what you need to start your day. about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland.
- 5/5
A must stay when visiting Disneyland
- 5/5
Clean quiet conveniently located
- 5/5
The check it was smooth however they did not have my reservation with 2queen beds available so they were able to accommodate me with a king bed and 2 complementary breakfast buffets …
- 2/5
The overpriced breakfast of scrambled eggs is pathetic. Pool is not usable outside of summer. Construction is going on (or perhaps the signs are just for the leakey ceilings and they want to pretend they're intentional). Surface lot parking is extortionate. Any problems with room will be dealt with eventually, after multiple calls to the desk and lasting issues due to poor response. Restaurant (very generous name) has very, very little food. Rooms have zero USB ports to charge things. Sadly they're still fresh 1990s designs with the massive technology of a plug in a lamp base. Just a pretty meh hotel for a $75/night hotel...for over $200/night?? Absolutely not. Will never return.
- 5/5
We often stay at this hotel because of it proximity to Disneyland and comfort. Don't like that they charge so much for parking.
- 5/5
Clean room. Quiet street. Quick walk to the Disneyland Hotel.
- 5/5
Ubered to Disney… just to sleep it was great!

Always stay at the holiday inns, the beds are awesome and pillows. But this property was the worst in appearance, run down facility. Dishes on the hallway for two day same ones, no vacuum for days dirty. Walls all over the facility looked like handyman Joe from streets is repairing them. Sitting in the restroom felt like I was in a motel, load bathroom fan. For being so close to Disneyland and tourists from all over the world disappointing facility. Dirty floors dingy old carpet. Worse run down facility I’ve ever stay in. Staff fail to clean our room between our two days.
- 1/5
The rooms smell like mildew the hallways smelled like “infection” the water stood backed up after a shower the water also didn’t wanna stay hot. Just the worst hotel I’ve stayed at over all.
- 4/5
Only one staff member was moody
- 2/5
Run down. Over priced breakfast. Locks didn’t work on the buildings. AC wouldn’t drop the room below 74.
- 5/5
Easy quick walk to Disneyland to an security gate that seems to be rarely used. Hotel is clean and staff has been friendily. Highly recommened.
- 4/5
Location
- 4/5
Location From my room I can hear people walking on the hall or outside ( I was close to the pool )
- 5/5
We stay here all the time and are always happy with our stay, it’s located very close to Disneyland, walking distance. Great pool and jacuzzi, staff is always friendly and helpful, and rooms are perfect. Would be nice to include free parking
- 3/5
they were renovating hallways were hot and dirty fans were blowing rooms were run down but I guess that's why they're renovating
- 3/5
The hotel is in need of some sprucing up. Wallpaper hanging in some areas the walls were pretty dirty. The elevator was kind of dirty. Our rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. Our dirty towels and garbage were picked up Daley but we had to ask for clean towels every evening when we got back. They have a breakfast brunch that runs between 19 and $22 per person. That’s a great way to start the day. They have quite a few things to choose from the fruit was really fresh and everything seemed to be hot. And the location really is perfect. It was about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. The area around the hotel seems very clean and well lit for walking in the evening. There just doesn’t seem to be much pride in ownership of the hotel.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms - same experience for 25 years!
- 2/5
Drains were clogged and they never wanted to provide extra towels. Hotel is run down and seems like staff is over worked. Hall ways are dirty
- 4/5
Front desk staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful.
- 4.5/5
The room was phenomenal The shower was connected to the room. I want some privacy; however, the staff accommodated me in another room, which offered a little more privacy.
- 5/5
This hotel is my go to for a Disneyland vacation! Quick walk to the park and staff is so friendly !
- 4/5
I was told that check in was at 4 p.m. I arrived at that time. The line was from the desk out the front door. I waited for 1 full hour to check in and get my keys. Also, there was an extra charge of $30 / day for parking on the property. I've never spent extra to park at a hotel. This extra charge should be part of charge of the hotel. There were some small problems due to not enough staff. I understand that that is a problem for lots of companies now.
- 3/5
Proximity to Disneyland. Service is poor. There is no room service after hours. You have to bring your own dirty towels wet and all downstairs to be replaced or if you need supplies which defeats the whole purpose of being on vacation and having service round the clock .No one answers the phone either even at 8 am for assistance. Plumbing is exposed underneath the sink which is an eyesore.
- 4/5
Clean room, good location
- 3/5
Area was nice and clean. Room was comfortable other than the shower issue.
- 3.5/5
Very friendly service & breakfast very good! Looked dated…
- 3/5
Broken elevators. Base boards come off the walls attached with tape. Room not vacuum.
- 4/5
The room was clean but a bit outdated T.V. was small compared to most rooms I’ve been in . The breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Close to the parks
- 3/5
You can tell this hotel is older. There are some updates and the room was clean but not the nicest hotel. If you are coming for Disney and know that you'll just be sleeping here it is a good option. The beds and bedding were nice and looked to be on the newer side. The walk to the park wasn't too bad either. There isn't a park shuttle here though so keep that in mind if you have littles.
- 3/5
The room was
- 4/5
I had to have them come and clean my bathroom when I first checked-in. There was hair and dirt all over it.
- 5/5
I had a great experience and staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
- 3/5
It’s under construction looked like, only one elevator working. And if was not under construction then it’s a falling apart place
- 5/5
Our room was ok. As previous posters mentioned, you cannot walk around the bed by The window because The room is a bit Small for 2 queens. That being said, the beds were comfortable and we worked Around it just fine. I do wish the towels were a little more Substantial for a Holiday Inn. They are a little on the flimsy side. We were there for the amusement parks and it’s a great location for this.
- 2.5/5
It is 20mins walk to Disneyland Resort. The neighbourhood is affluent. There’s a pool and splash. Bed is comfortable. The building that was assigned has AN ONGOING RENOVATION. It was super dusty, and messy in the hallway. The room vibe is old. The lobby is good but rooms in building ‘4’ DID NOT UPHELD Holiday Inn and IHG standards. IT IS WAY BELOW MY EXPECTATIONS FOR IT’S PRICE ON Feb 2026. I really hope they closed the building for renovations than falling short of guests expectations. Wifi is slow too! Breakfast is ok but not worth it the 20$/head price.
- 5/5
But the beds were great! And the proximity to Disney was great.
- 3/5
Room was somewhat clean - the restroom on the other hand was a little dusty & dirty.
- 5/5
Ease access to disneyland and downtown No lunch meals
- 4/5
Room was nice and nice big bottles of shampoo, soup, and loction. It would have been nice to have breakfast included with the room price we ended up paying 21.00 per person for breakfast.
- 4/5
Friendly and professional staff.
- 5/5
Location 3rd floor
- 2/5
Room service never came, water pressure was bad and the faucet was stuck in the bathroom
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Rooms need to be updated, hallways were in disrepair. It was costly for what it was.
- 5/5
It was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay..
- 5/5
There was a great selection for breakfast! I loved that they had pre-made French toast, pancakes, or waffles and rotated different ones each day. We were missing a shower curtain but the staff immediately remedied it. The pool, splash pad, and hot tub were perfect hang out spots when we weren’t at the parks. Also not a far distance from the park so we could skip the parking fiasco that is Disney. You can also see the fireworks from the hotel. Would stay here again!
- 2/5
Our room was next to the laundry room. We heard the machines all night. Property is old and it shows. Will not stay again.
- 4/5
I really liked the pool and the splash pad at this hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The splash pad didn't turn on on our last day there, which was a bit frustrating, but it only happened then. The rooms could be cleaner and more up to date, but they did the job. I did not see any cause for concern in the room. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to Disney. The breakfast buffet is $21 a day and not worth it. It was basic and not many options, especially for $21. It is cheaper to just buy breakfast at Disney. Overall, I would stay here again.
- 3.5/5
This distance was perfect from Disneyland. The property itself was easy to navigate, nice, and clean. The room was outdated so the bathroom wasn’t the best looking, but it was still clean for the most part.
- 4/5
Staff were nice, room was clean, although small. Breakfast and pool were good. Paid parking wasn’t great because it’s not a secure parkade, just an open lot with no security. Overall it was a good hotel and experience. Ideal property for people visiting Disney land
- 2/5
The garbage truck picks up the dumpsters at 4:45am! I was on the second floor in building 4 room 4208 and was woken up by the garbage truck slamming open the dumpster gate and loudly emptying the dumpster both mornings I slept there.
- 5/5
Clean room friendly staff
- 5/5
This is a wonderful hotel and a very safe walk. Nice and quiet. Great staff
- 3/5
No room service even though it states you do??? Front desk girl was clueless on this.
- 3/5
Hotel was ok. “Parking available” means you get the pleasure of paying $26/day to park your rental car. It’s about 20min walk to Downtown Disney but closer to 30min to get to the actual gates.
- 3/5
Way too far away from Disneyland from my liking. I had a mobility scooter and it took 20 minutes riding the scooter to get to Disneyland. Plus, I didn’t feel like it was safe to take the scooter to Disneyland at night because it’s so dark and not well lit up.
- 3/5
This hotel is priced above what it should be considering how small the room I stayed in was and outdated. They charge for parking for every day of your stay and breakfast is not included. The beds were comfy though.
- 5/5
Great Location. It’s
- 3/5
Room was clean but surrounding areas were not. Construction going on and elevators down. Also the whole hallway smelled like Marijuana.
- 5/5
Clean room great service
- 5/5
Room was awesome and staff was helpful!
- 3/5
The room was supposed to be cleaned daily if you requested it. We did and nothing happened. We still had to call for towels after a long day in the parks. The air did not work very well either. Proximity to Disneyland was nice but there are closer hotels that offer better value and amenities
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
Ideal location at an excellent price point.
- 3/5
Usually it’s a no-brainer, close to Disney, clean rooms, staff is always there to assist you in any way. This time there was construction going on during our stay. We were in the top floor and out of two elevator’s only one was working and of course the side we were at wasn’t working. Crew members in the hallways while you are trying to get back and forth.
- 4/5
Time to renovate
- 1/5
There was construction going on in the building.I was staying in.They did not make me aware of it.There was no ice maker on any of the floors in the building.I was in that worked. They said they would give me a discount. But I had to go through this site to get pre-approved, which I think is absolutely ridiculous. So please approve the credit that they're trying to put through on my account. Thank you Dawn Sims
- 2/5
Roomed smelled of mildew. Pillows smelled like body odor as if bed had not been cleaned. Very smelly hotel. Don’t recommend.
- 4/5
Reasonable walk to Disneyland. Clean room. Good housekeeping routine.
- 5/5
no time to use the pool
- 3/5
The pool was enjoyable, food was ok, room was clean, building needs care, paint, upgrades. Not sure if i would return.
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 5/5
Great location and facility
- 3/5
Couldn’t check in at 2:30pm as requested. Instead of a room close to lobby and elevator. Room was in farthest building. Security door on building was broken. Elevator out of service. Had to walk (with a cane) to farthest end of building to use only working elevator. Room dated except for tv and mattress. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel double charged me for room and now need to dispute.
- 3/5
Bathroom was in need of new wallpaper and light fixture.
- 3/5
It was decent for the price. The only thing is I thought parking was included. But it’s not ehen you get there they hit you with 30 something dollars a night for parking.
- 3/5
The location is nice, for us it was within walking distance to Disney. However, the facility seems short staffed and poorly serviced. The hot tub had been shut down and roped off by the department of health dated back 2 months, in the morning the pool was still a mess from the day before with wet towels all over lounge chairs and no fresh towels stocked, one elevator was out of service and the other was terrifying and felt like it would break every ride we had to take on it, breakfast is very overpriced (you have to pay for it so just go somewhere you’ll actually enjoy), the first morning there a pipe had burst and a broken ceiling tile was left on the carpet hallway for most the day, the carpet on the first floor hall is also bunched up leading me to believe it’s been water logged before and makes me question the sate of possible mold? Rooms did seem clean, but it seemed like there wasn’t enough cleaning staff so our room was only cleaned once in the 4 days we were there, and check in was a nightmare since no rooms were ready until or AFTER check in time of 4pm. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but I think for the money there are better options in the same location.
- 2/5
The man at the front desk was very short and rude upon our arrival. It was around 1 a.m., so maybe he was tired, but the attitude still felt unpleasant and unnecessary. After a long day of travel, a little courtesy would have gone a long way. Because of this experience, this hotel would be a last resort for me.
- 5/5
Smooth vacation
- 5/5
Very clean and workers very nice
- 3/5
Only one elevator working for 5 floor building and it wasn’t working well. Had a leak in ceiling of hallway with ceiling tile collapse. From the looks of the carpet it has happened before.
- 5/5
Location to Disneyland is perfect
- 3/5
Staff was very nice but my key kept failing since the first night. It was hard because I was in a different building and had to walk to the reception area every time
- 2/5
Building was being renovated completely understand but the door were not secured I didn’t feel safe. The AC was leaking made the carpet wet. Front desk said that’s unfortunate didn’t offer any solution. It was freezing in hallways and room. We’ve stay here 2 time before for my daughter’s birthday it was amazing experience but this time wasn’t so great more disappointed
- 5/5
Clean, comfy beds, proximity to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Staff was great!
- 4/5
Everything was outdated
- 5/5
Staff was helpful
- 2/5
Outdated and not the cleanest place. Our tv went out the first night. Room phone was the original since it was so old missing buttons. Fluorescent light in bathroom area was out. Drains were slow as molasses which is disgusting. Staff was nice though. But we wont rebook again sadly.
- 3/5
The staff was amazing. They were all very nice and friendly. Shoutout to Emilio who took care of us every morning at breakfast. The room was okay. Part of the reason why we stayed here was for the jacuzzi but it didn’t work until two days before we had to leave. My friend used it and it ended up bleaching her whole suit!
- 3/5
Unfortunately the microwave in my room was busted, someone else’ hair was on the bathroom floor, and their breakfast was really overpriced for basic breakfast. Otherwise m, room was relatively clean and spacious.
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
Mold was everywhere. Floor to ceiling. Good luck
- 3/5
Letting your people know that you have to pay for parking everyday which is separate no free parking even tho you have a room it’s 30 dollars a day .
- 2/5
I was very disappointed in our stay. The check-in was terrible, the hot tub and elevator were broken most of the time, the maids kept forgetting towels, the supper food was terrible. This is not up to Holiday Inn standards.
- 3/5
Pros - walk to downtown Disney is easy, limited street traffic and facility is overall clean. Staff was amazing and the best part of the place. Cons - we stayed in building 4 and the lock to the building door is gone and door just swings open. The security gates to the outside were left open most times we walked through. The location and staff were great and worth the price.
- 2/5
The room was very musty, had a large pink stain on the bed comforter, and
- 5/5
Kind staff
- 1/5
When I checked into the hotel, I was given the room keys to room that was already occupied. When I contacted the front desk, they said no one with my name has checked in. I went down to the front desk to address the issue and was apologized to. We were given complementary breakfast for our stay. After a long day out, I went to my room and my keys did not work. I went back down to the front desk and they could not find my name associated with the new room number. Turns out that in the hotels system, my name was with a different room number and my information did not match at all. Guest services did not communicate with one another and did not make me feel valued for my stay. My stay was stressful and very inconvenient.
- 5/5
Good room for the rate
- 1/5
We didnt get housekeeping done on our room 2 out of 4 days. When I called front desk they said they apologized they were short staffed. Terrible experience!
- 5/5
Great value, clean room, good breakfast, and nice pool and water play area for kids.
- 3/5
Bigger beds, card key was hard to open my room had to change it more then 3 times
- 2/5
Poor quality, first time you have to pay for parking in a hotel.
- 1/5
* One of two elevators broken and blocked off. The working elevator was very loud and door slow to open. * Hot tub was broken and completely blocked off with yellow tape. * Can of beer in the refrigerator from prior occupant. * Discovered A/C was broken after fully unpacking, went to dinner, came back and we had to move down a full floor to a different room at 10:30 pm as the compressor was broken on the unit. * Keys did not work the second night had to be reprogrammed by front desk person (Joseph) who was very rude to my daughter and I. * At Checkout: we asked to speak to manager and it was the same desk person from the 2nd night key fiasco. He got very argumentative, and after 5 minutes of asking to speak to manager, was told one was not on property. Joseph continued to be rude, words were exchanged, and it turned into a loud argumentative conflict in front of guests checking out. The only saving grace was the front desk clerk Brittanie - who was SUCH a pleasure to work with and kept apologizing for his inexcusable behavior - she was the one who ultimately provided contact names and e-mail addresses for the management since he refused. Absolutlely THE worst experience I have ever had at a hotel in my life.
- 3/5
Staff was very nice. Hotel is outdated more like a motel 6
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Absolutely the best property we have stayed at. The best staff, pristine rooms, and a delicious breakfast!
- 5/5
Huge rooms. Great for families
- 4/5
Yes
- 2/5
Very dated, carpets needed a good vaccuum. We were first placed in a room which stank of vomit. I asked to be moved, and we were. Only good thing about the hotel was it was close to Disney.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 2/5
The hot tub was closed due to “entrapment”, when their website (and Expedia) advertised a hot tub. All of the corners in the rooms have not been vacuumed in YEARS it looks like, each corner is filled with thick dust (gross). We had 3 rooms total for all family and each room was like this, not just our room. The bathtubs aren’t super clean (there was hair in the bath tub upon arrival), the drains take forever to drain, housekeeping didn’t provide enough towels each restock, the bed sheets had holes in them & when we asked for an extra comforter they gave us an old worn out duvet withOUT a cover on it! Housekeeping was vacuuming the hallways at 9:30PM, 2 nights in a row. Every single wall outlet is old and chargers hang out of them (seems dangerous). All in all this hotel needs some serious upgrades and work in the housekeeping department. Also, it’s a 35+ minute walk to Disney, not 12.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 3/5
There was a musty odor in hotel room. The carpet in the room requires a deep cleaning. The wash towels were not replaced by housekeeping. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant.
- 5/5
Clean room, family friendly
- 2/5
Be sure to read the fine print — parking is $30 per night, which feels unavoidable since most guests will have a car. That extra cost really adds up and makes the stay feel overpriced for what you get.
- 5/5
I read lots of reviews and was frankly a little worried. I did not need to be. While the rooms are not super modern they were very clean. Very spacious. The staff was amazing and so hospitable. No bedbugs, no roaches. Our water pressure was great. AC was great. Staff upgraded our room to a suite for free for no reason at all. The only tiny complaint I have is that the hot tub was down. A part broke so it was not forseeable. We walked to Disney or we took ART. Was a 15 min walk through a nice area. I highly recommend this hotel. It was so well priced and absolutely amazing. This will be where we stay if we come back.
- 3/5
The building and the rooms were clean but very dated and definitely need refurbished. It doesn't look like it's been remodeled since the 70s. The hot tub was closed by the California "Board of Health" and taped off with Caution tape. The staff were all Very Friendly, Kind, and Helpful!
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Not sure where the water park was as shown in the picture and disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working. Other than that had a great stay.
- 5/5
It was a good
- 4/5
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great!
- 4/5
Staff is extremely welcoming and kind. But the rooms in building 4 need upgrades! Looks very outdated and dirty curtains.
- 2/5
Rooms where not clean when asked many times , old and dated
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. It was a resonable walk to Downtown Disney.
- 5/5
Room was very clean! Staff was always helpful and welcoming.
- 4/5
Friendly service, clean rooms, convenient location
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Friendly and close to Disneyland
- 5/5
Loved the service, my room was always clean! Disneyland is a walk from there! the staff were there for u in u look confused. Second time staying and definitely coming back
- 1/5
The room, top room had a constant nice that it will never stop jt was very hard to sleep
- 1/5
It was not complimentary. We were not going to pay 21.99 for breakfast
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location. Only negative is expensive parking charges and very poor WiFi.
- 4/5
Room was amazing, so close to Disney. My partner and I loved it. Amazing workers with great attitudes made it feel like we were already in Disneyland.
- 5/5
Hi ! Eggs were really bad , bread was super sweet
- 3/5
The hotel was comfy and clean. Close to Disneyland. But there were things i was very disappointed about. For example: Breakfast is not included. No shuttle services to Disneyland. Charged for parking on property. I should've paid closer attention to these things before booking which is on me, but there were hotels closer to Disneyland that offered free breakfast and shuttle services cheaper than i paid here. Again, my fault for not checking beforehand. I've just never stayed at a hotel that charges for breakfast and parking. Paid guests shouldn't be charged for parking, that's crazy. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Right around the corn to Disneyland. Reception was warm and upgraded us to a suite when we told them we were celebrating my sister’s birthday.
- 4/5
Room was decent and the price not bad
- 2/5
Front desk staff were respectful and had us checked in relatively quickly. Other house staff were very busy and likely understaffed. The hotel is convenient for walking to and from Disneyland, but I'm not entirely convinced I'd stay here again.
- 4/5
Property is outdated
- 5/5
Rooms are nice and clean! The staff was amazing and super sweet. Nice short walk to Disneyland
- 3/5
The room had ants and they charge extra for breakfast
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff, great hot breakfast!
- 2/5
Overall, I just didn’t have a good experience staying here.
- 4/5
The front desk staff where great the amenities where good.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean but not enough towels.
- 5/5
Clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet area of Disney area.
- 3/5
2. It is preferable to use a tap-enabled key card rather than inserting the card into the lock mechanism.
- 3/5
The bed was awful , hole in middle had to put pillows just to lay flat. And paying for parking is terrible it should come with room just like every other hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
- 3/5
There were unexpected expenses not expense last time.
- 4/5
Room was clean, comfortable for what we needed. A place the rest our head at night.
- 4/5
Easy to walk to Disney, pleasant staff.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Room was clean, public transit to Disneyland at the front entrance.
- 5/5
Room was clean, everything worked well, quiet location and friendly staff
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay and near Disneyland!
- 5/5
Parking is $30 for the night but you can stay until 12am the next day
- 4/5
Clean rooms, the lady at the front desk in the mornings
- 4/5
Very easy walk to Downtown Disney, so convenient. The room was decent and the beds were comfortable. There was a musty smell to the entire hotel, probably the aging carpet. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
Close to the park.
- 3/5
the big confusion was at check in I had to pay for the whole hotel stay the first day plus a deposit. Typically I get the deposit charge first day and pay on check out. Told them I would be using a different card at check out but the full amount being taken out would take 3-5 days to get back to me. So no point using the right card I wanted to.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, about a 20 minute walk from disney
- 4/5
Service was good only bad thing is that kids play area was closed
- 4/5
Overall, it was a really good experience. I just wish there was more staffing during the check-in process.
- 5/5
Great location and staff was great!
- 4/5
The breakfast was ok.
- 4/5
Did bot get new wash clothes when a full cleaning was done.
- 3/5
Kids screaming in pool at 10:30 pool closed at 10
- 2/5
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation, the towels are like drying yourself off with sandpaper. The last time we stayed here was in 2018 and not one thing has changed since. Bathroom taps hardly work, rooms have no safe. The beds are very comfortable. No USB plugs for all the devices we need to carry with us these days. You have to request housekeeping if you want your room cleaned but they do exchange your towels daily. They also have decided to use community bath products since our last stay. Will not stay here again until they renovate.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
We did not purchase breakfast during our stay.
- 3/5
The buffet breakfast is similar to what other hotels offer for for free. Here there was a charge of $22 per person.
- 5/5
A great property, quiet, clean and close to Disneyland. Staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come back.
- 3/5
I like to have my room cleaned and stocked daily and this was not done unless we asked. And when someone did come in, they didn’t restock the towels or coffee supplies, take out the trash or make the beds. The thermostat and heating/cooling was terrible. The room was either too hot or too cold. There was no place to hang your hand towel by the sink!!! Really? The gate off the parking lot to the swimming pool and back section of the hotel didn’t work so you had to walk all the way to the back of the parking lot to get into the building. I was disappointed in this Holiday Inn.
- 5/5
Great service, clean rooms, Great breakfasts. Next to Disneyland. Great price!
- 4/5
Simple older hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We didn’t access the restaurant but it looked decent. Mattresses were very comfortable, quiet location. Be cautious of using the ART bus though. The 11 baseline route is often a shared route a turns into a 9/11 route which then takes twice as long for pick up in either direction to the park. We ended up walking to the park multiple times because the wait would have been an hour. It’s about a 15/20 min walk to Downtown Disney. You can take the monorail to tomorrow land in Disneyland from there or walk to the main entrance through Downtown Disney.
- 5/5
Clean, fully stocked & close to Disneyland
- 5/5
DID USE HOT TUB OR HAVE BREAKFAST AT HOTEL
- 2/5
Elevators down and very dirty along with the hallways. Breakfast was not good and very expensive.
- 3/5
Good location, but very run down. Needs a bit of TLC. Hot water was an issue
- 4/5
was perfect for our stay Disneyland - would stay again
- 3/5
Hotel rooms are aged and if you need to shower before 7 am- make sure to stay elsewhere as the hot water is non existent until 7 am.
- 5/5
Very comfortabke and convenient!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
Horrible stay
- 5/5
Very clean rooms and friendly staff
- 3/5
Dinner was mediocre
- 5/5
Having our own microwave and convenient location. Also breakfast was high quality
- 4/5
Room was fine. I'm giving it 4 stars because the gentleman at the front desk was somewhat rude. He seemed tired and annoyed throughout check-in. The hotel has several towers, and at the end of check-in, I asked him how to get to the room, all he said was, "Go that way." It took us almost 20 minutes to find the room because of taking wrong turns. Hopefully, it was a one off situation, but with the amount of hotels to choose from, in the area, I won't stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Trash outside was always taken out and never full. Staff was friendly and courteous.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, the pool and hot tub were great!
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable

Old run down but trying. Front decks staff definitely wanted to be working somewhere else. Closed the parking lot for repaving, forcing us to park long distance from the hotel.
- 4/5
The house keeping staff were lovely. One of the check in clerks seemed like he was having a rough day but the other one was super friendly. I didnt choose Great for a stay because the last day we ran out of hot water for a shower so that was surprising since only one of us had had a 10min one earlier??
- 5/5
Front desk staff great.
- 1/5
The hot tub was cold. The water was off for a day and there was no hot water for the next two days. The bathrooms were no clean and there was trash on the floor when we arrived
- 5/5
Room was clean and bed was actually VERY comfortable for a hotel bed. Breakfast was amazing! Perfect for a meal before walking to Disney.
- 3/5
Room a little under quality
- 5/5
This is our second time staying here and we would do it again. The staff is great. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable and it’s a great location. What more could you want?
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 5/5
perfect
- 5/5
Room was nice

Check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly and the hospitality was great.

- 5/5
super friendly staff
- 4/5
Cleannroom
- 4/5
I did not like that in Expedia does not says about the parking charge.
- 1/5
The AC in the room didn’t work the whole stay.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Helpful staff and a nice area.
- 3/5
The staff quickly checked us in late at night and we're pleasant and helpful. We were given a room next to the stairwell, which lead to hearing a lot of door slamming all night. I know there were plenty of empty rooms, visible through the windows. The light outside our room was flickering, but the blackout curtain blocks this. The carpet in the room was torn and 1 of the towels had a stain. The room was otherwise clean. The soap and lotion was not the best quality, but the bottles were filled. We were told they would not come to clean our room unless requested, which is absolutely fine. However there were only 2 Keurig coffee pods for 3 nights, so I had to go to the front desk the next morning for more, which they readily provided. They also only had powdered creamer. But the lobby had coffee available in a carafe with coffeemate creamer. I would have preferred those little cups in the room. The tile outside the ice machine was dirty for a few days. The elevator on our side of the building was broken. There was a cool splash pad which we did not use.
- 3/5
No breakfast available
- 2/5
Dirty room. Dirty hallways. Expensive for the quality
- 5/5
the staff was great and helpful
- 5/5
Great location fpr walking to the Disneyland and breakfast was good, easy parking other than uou have to pay for parking but reasonable.
- 2/5
The beds are uncomfortable, making it hard to get a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning is set to auto mode and cannot be adjusted manually. This often caused me to wake up in the middle of the night sweating. Overall, it impacted my stay negatively.
- 4/5
Rooms were a little outdated but not bad for the price. The breakfast was good and not bad pricing. Walkable to Disneyland about 15min to downtown Disney.
- 5/5
Cozy, clean room. Breakfast was great. Staff was nice
- 4/5
Room was clean, arrival temp was good. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut well, but not a huge problem.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Our favorite place to stay.
- 2/5
The receptionist the day we arrived and the next morning need education on customer service. She was upset when we interrupted her conversation with another staff. Did not think that us checking in was important. Ask her to have towels replaced so she decided to remove all the towels and leave one clean one. They also left me a note that I should message the staff if I wanted my towels replaced. Duh! I told the receptionist. She was not receptive if we had questions. The room was not cleaned well. I’m not sure we would come back to that hotel.
- 5/5
friendly staff and clean rooms.
- 4/5
Everything was ok, service was great. The only real complaint is that we found two roaches.
- 3/5
Great location for walking to Disneyland. Room looked like it needed updating,
- 4/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Will be staying here next time I visit.
- 5/5
I would stay here again!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Good place .
- 5/5
Good place just needs free breakfast
- 5/5
The coffee machine was not working
- 4/5
Good for a road trip . If you need a place to sleep for one nite only.
- 5/5
Clean room and hospitality
- 4/5
My only concern is $30 for parking is more than the park itself- which is kind of crazy… but other than that a good hotel.
- 2/5
While the staff were wonderful and tried their best, our overall stay was very disappointing. I stayed here in 2018 and loved it, which is why I chose to book again, but this time the hotel felt neglected and unsafe. The kitchen was closed from 10:30 to 6, some areas were dirty, our bathtub floor had soft spots from what seemed to be a leak, housekeeping was inconsistent, and overall maintenance was very poor. The biggest issue was the severe water leak on our floor. The ceiling above our room was dripping constantly, with buckets and a garbage can set outside to catch the water. The carpets were soaked, smelled strongly of mildew, and mold was visible on the ceiling and pipes. Pieces of ceiling were hanging loose, and one afternoon I came back to find chunks had fallen directly in front of our door. Every time I left the room, I was dripped on from the leaking pipes, and I could hear industrial fans running in the room across the hall. When I brought this up, the staff were kind and offered free breakfast for my kids, but given the situation, much more should have been done. We had booked a one-bedroom suite and should have been relocated immediately. The fact that guests were left to stay in such unsafe conditions was extremely disappointing. Sadly, after this experience, I would not return, which is a shame after how much I enjoyed my stay in 2018
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze and I stayed in the Fairy Suite which was located next to the pool. The suite was spacious and clean with all of the amenities you could hope for. Most families with children were gone to the park early in the morning and most days I had the entire pool to myself. Perfect! I only ate breakfast at the hotel once and cannot attest to what the dinner options are as I was out dining with my friends. As far as location, convenience, cleanliness and staff I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Great to stay if going to Disney. Walking distance is just great. Thanks !!
- 5/5
Great spot for a trip to Disneyland. Easy walk. No problems
- 4/5
Everything was good. I don’t agree on the parking charge. If I’m staying at your hotel why should I pay to park my car there.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet
- 5/5
Sadly no breakfast was included. And no closer shops besides Disney downtown.
- 3/5
Overall the room was nice and the staff at the front desk, but when we left for the day we came back to the beds not made, floors not vaccumed and no clean towels. When we came back into our building we didn’t need to use the card due to the door being broken so anyone could’ve come in which concerned me and my family.
- 3/5
We had a great stay overall! The room was a standard setup with two queen beds—nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. The property is a bit older, but the staff was helpful and check-in/out was quick and easy. The location is a huge plus—just a 15-minute walk to Downtown Disney! The splashpad was a hit with our 18-month-old. Definitely recommend for families looking for a convenient and affordable option near the parks.
- 4/5
Yes the pool was great.
- 2/5
Worst experience, the hotel is old, vert dirty and they do not made the cleaness of my room. Breakfast not Good and its expensive
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
It worked for our needs
- 5/5
👍
- 2/5
They accept pets and the carpet looks like it has not been replaced in years. And it is made out of several colors, so you can't really see what is there. Everything was sticky in my room, including blindsopeners and TV control. They also do not offer any safety boxes. I would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Overall I will give it a 4 star. It was a convenient walk to Disneyland and also had good access to the Disneyland bus ( picks you right at the front of the hotel) but it wasn’t free like $3 per adult and $1.50 per child. The only thing was that the beds were not made everyday but other than that everything was fine. It was a good stay and we enjoyed the swimming pool and water splash pad for kids . The staffs were nice and friendly . Check in was also easy and stress free
- 5/5
Great location clean and friendly
- 5/5
i really liked this hotel.
- 2/5
Very disorganized
- 4/5
This is probably our tenth time staying here. It’s a quiet location and an easy walk to Downtown Disney.
- 4/5
We love the closeness of this property to Disney. However, it is extremely outdated and the rooms were extremely cramped and small. The price was good for what we got.
- 4/5
Not the most elegant hotel but we like the walking distance to Disney. Wish they had free breakfast offered. Don’t agree with them charging for parking.
- 4/5
Our stay was overall great, and I love how close we were to Disneyland. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the carpet in the room. It just didn’t seem clean but I think it is just outdated and maybe needs to be replaced.
- 4/5
The staff were so very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Only downfall is the doors to the rooms got a bit sticky sometimes so it made it hard to open.
- 4/5
We were on the 4th floor in building 4, one elevator in the building did not function at all, and the other one was next to impossible to get it to go to the fourth floor due to the buttons, not working properly. This was brought to the attention of the staff, and there were no changes in the six days we were there. Our keys also stopped working multiple times.
- 3/5
We stayed for a week at the hotel. Our room was frequently missed or service was incomplete in terms of emptying the garbage and leaving clean towels. We had to repeatedly get new keys for our door as the previous ones quit working. We enjoyed using the pool and spa.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Staff very nice and friendly
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable beds
- 3/5
The way it was advertised is that it’s a lot closer to Disneyland than it is.
- 3/5
The property itself was a bit outdated, the lobby and dinning areas received what seemed like a recent update. However, the rooms don’t appear to of been touched for quite a while. Overall, if you are looking to stay within walking distance to Disney, and don’t mind a bit of an outdated room we would recommend staying here.
- 3/5
Room was decent but the AC wasn’t working. The fuse kept blowing and it would constantly shut off.
- 5/5
I wish I had been staying longer so I could have made use of more of the property, although my view was of the parking structure the room was specious and met my needs and it was walkable to the parks.
- 5/5
This was a repeat visit for me staying at the hotel while visiting Disneyland and I can certainly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking close accommodation to Disneyland.
- 3/5
The property was clean and the staff friendly. But I booked through Expedia and breakfast and lower parking fees were quoted but the Holiday Inn would not honor it. I had to pay for breakfast and the High nightly parking fee.
- 5/5
Great stay, close to all the parks
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay for our weekend trip to Disneyland with our young daughter! We really enjoyed the pool (didn't get to utilize the splash pad but it looked so fun!), the breakfast was delicious, and the room was very comfortable! We were so grateful for the unexpected early check in and appreciated the kind staff! The breakfast staff were especially kind and when they heard it was my daughters birthday, they made her a special pancake "cake". We usually stay on Harbor Blvd with a quicker walk to the parks, however, this walk wasn't that bad. About 20 minutes to the Downtown Disney Security checkpoint and another 10 to get to the park entrances. Because it was longer than we're used to, we chose to stay in the parks all day so we didn't go in and out as it would eat up too much of our time. I still think for the price, quality, and experience, I would choose this hotel again! :)
- 1/5
Don’t stay there anymore
- 5/5
It was chill nice spot for getting to Disneyland
- 4/5
Easy walk to Disney
- 4/5
The staff was AMAZING very friendly.
- 5/5
The check in was fast and the staff really helpful
- 4/5
Fantastic front desk staff
- 5/5
My toddler LOVED the splash pad park. We love how it was gated away from the big pool. Definitely recommend staying here, just a quick walk past Downtown Disney to get into magic kingdom or DCA.
- 5/5
Nothing
- 5/5
Cool
- 3/5
Upon our arrival none of the beds were made in both rooms. Blankets were on the tv stand and thrown across the bed and the pillows were stacked on the chair in a corner.
- 5/5
Good, we will come back with them again.
- 5/5
I will definitely book this hotel again
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
I like the fact that this hotel is directly behind Disneyland I think it’s a 10 minute walk to make it to downtown Disney and a 15 minute walk to make it inside the park. I have no complaints. I’ve stayed here about three times already and it’s a great hotel.
- 5/5
The motel was extremely clean and quiet. When a guest didn’t pick up after their animal (front door)reported it to staff, the area was cleaned promptly.”
- 5/5
Great hotel and excellent price for location
- 4/5
In a great spot if you are visiting Disney!
- 4/5
I think they need more convenient parking for handicap people.
- 2/5
Need more safer parking stalls. Saw a few people walking around smoking and littering. Saw a couple homeless people.
- 5/5
Good people
- 5/5
Fantastic stay.
- 3/5
It was ok!
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly at this property., save yourself a walk to the park and get a lyfe for less than $15. Pool was relaxing and clean. Coffee was decent. Paid for the breakfast buffet and thought it was well worth it. Basic hot breakfast but the scones were super yummy and there was fresh fruit and proteins. Bed was comfortable but the room seems super humid. This made for a rough night. Overall you would stay here again. Parking is not free and it is an additional charge...
- 4/5
I wasn't told that you need to call for housekeeping to make up the room everyday. Water play area wasn't working when we were there. Overall, still an excellent deal considering how close we were to Disney. I would still recommend this place. The staff was accommodating and very friendly.
- 5/5
It's good and affordable
- 5/5
Comfy beds! Nice hotel! Walkable to Disney parks!
- 4/5
Didn’t have any of the food so I can’t rate that. My bed was comfortable. Loved the squishy pillows and the layers were just right.
- 5/5
Nice and clean very quiet
- 4/5
Clean hotel, has a super convenient shop in it too Got clean towels and rubbish removed everyday Staff supper helpful and great customer service Would stay again
- 1/5
When we arrived it took almost 45 mins to check in. They could not find my hotels.com reservation. Then the whole time we were there not once did the fill coffee, toilet paper, or towels. Only when I asked did we recieve any.
- 1/5
More charges at property and tv didnt work, or iron. Very small rooms
- 5/5
We were 100 percent happy with everything. Our unit was clean and quiet. Close to Disneyland and shuttle service to and from Disneyland which leaves about every 30 minutes. We had their buffet breakfast, and it was definitely fulfilling. Both hosts were amazing. Will definitely be going there in the future.
- 5/5
Very nice , easy check in , great location.
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel especially for the price. Free fireworks show from disney every night.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Everything was fine only con was the air conditioner is right next to a bed and you have to keep air on all night or else room gets stuffy. Who ever sleeps by the air conditioner will be cold at night. Carpets are a little smelly
- 1/5
We booked a non-smoking room but the whole floor corridor smells of cigarette. We kept coughing whole night. Definitely not kid friendly. Only plus is walkable to Disney.
- 5/5
Great hotel, close to Disney. And comfortable beds
- 5/5
Clean and convenient
- 5/5
Even though it requires a bit of walking to get to Disneyland, the hotel is very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back!
- 4/5
Easy walking distance to Disneyland Parks. Whilst the property is dated, it’s clean and comfortable, and the staff are lovely.
- 2/5
The staff were great! The property is outdated
- 4/5
Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The rooms were very outdated and dark. The lobby looks newer but the rooms look like the 1990's.
- 4/5
Clean and very friendly staff.
- 4/5
very close to disney. clean room, friendly staff
- 2/5
Be prepared to wait in long lines at the front desk with other guests complaining that their room keys don’t work. We stayed in the Cars suite that had its own separate entrance. The hallway smelled like rotting garbage all 4 nights we stayed. We got locked out of the outside entrance several times so we had to go all the way around the hotel to the front desk entrance. Then when that was ‘fixed’ our room key would open our hotel door. The staff just says ‘Oh sorry, they are so sensitive’ and makes you a new key that will work once or twice. Everyone in line was complaining. One lady cut the whole line just to yell and scream about it. Barstools in the room were ripped, stains on the floor. They make it look nice from the outside but save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere. Also they don’t offer a Disneyland shuttle so if you have bad knees good luck! Wished I had paid extra for the Disneyland hotel to save my sanity with the room keys. Stay elsewhere!
- 5/5
The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the showers were hot with great pressure. What more could you want?
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Quiet. Clean. Best property close to Disney!
- 3/5
Motel 6 vibes, kind of run down, mismached tile and transitions, lights are flaky but the AC worked great. Easy walk to downtown Disney though with no intersections.
- 1/5
Dirty, hard beds, a/c didn’t work well, trash can pick up at 4 am outside with lots of noise, no food near, not really by Disney. Better off being on other side
