Close to Disney parking; room cleaning was daily. The breakfast is subpar. I’ve stayed at neighboring hotels and they offer a hot breakfast for a similar price to stay. If you don’t arrive early to “breakfast” the options are even more limited. Items weren’t refilled after a certain time. We booked a room for 8 people and there were only 6 towels provided in the room. The mattresses had springs poking out in the sides. We had to ask multiple times for pool towels, with staff telling us the towels should be there and were clearly seeing empty bins.

Location, family suite had good size beds. Bathrooms can only be used in your room, breakfast could be better, more options not just waffles and boiled eggs. The pool floor could be cleaned better. The bathroom for our room did not have a fan or any type of air circulation. The air condition broke down the last day and we had to move which was very inconvenient.

There was hair in the bath tub and the ac didn’t work the 2nd night when we got back around 10 pm and we had to take all our stuff after a long day to a different room. Short walk to the Disneyland shuttle. Inexpensive parking. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast. Staff refused to refill the options with still an hour left for breakfast time. The only had waffles with no butter and very little syrup. That's a huge negative for a guy like me.

The halls are filled with noise of screaming kids and people yelling. The smell of marijuana is heavy in the halls and stairway. They oversell the parking and make you park at the next hotel over which again requires going back in and waiting in a line to ask where you're expected to park because they don't warn you of this in the 30min check in. Our tub/shower was fiberglass and it felt like you could fall through to the next floor at any time. The tub was cracking and breaking further while showering. They'd fixed this by gluing down a sort of rubber anti-slip mat. Breakfast was a free for all. Go later if possible to avoid the Disney family rush. Breakfast is open until 10:00 but they stop putting out food earlier. People take plates of bananas and bowls full of hard boiled eggs and leave as soon as they're put out so you have to be fast.

The La Quinta met every expectation was in perfect location to Disneyland whether it was walking to the park or using the Toy Story Carpark shuttle system, staff answered every question to the highest standard, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing

The only thing I didn’t like was that I paid for the first night I arrive like at two in the morning there was a dog probably like two rooms down that kept barking that didn’t let us sleep so I felt like I paid for a hotel for nothing because then I woke up to go to Disneyland at seven in the morning probably got like half an hour to an hour of sleep.

Honestly, I would stay here again. I like everything about the hotel. Breakfast was OK. Just wish they would substitute the eggs for scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled eggs but overall it was a great hotel. Everything was wonderful The only issue was the hot tub water smelt like throw up when the bubbles were turned on but it was clean so I think it was the chemical they used in it. We still avoided it to be safe.

The location was fantastic and the rooms are big and clean. The staff was nice and helpful as was the cleaning staff. It's walking distance to Disneyland and to plenty of restaurants and shops. The walls and floors are paper thin. I didn't get any sleep AT ALL because you can hear everyone above you stomping their feet like it's a stampede. If there are kids, even worst. This is the second time this has happened. I was willing to let the first time go, thinking it was a fluke. Nope. This is the norm there. I will never be staying at this hotel again and neither should you if you want to get any sleep at all

Location to Disneyland was good. Easy freeway access. Spacious suite. Comfortable bed. Good parking options on premise. Room had an odd smell like it had flooded and dried without being aired out. The air conditioner vent dripped water and the paint above the shower was peeling off the wall and water would bubble up the paint when the shower was on.

This property has some of the rudest staff I have ever seen. When I checked in I had reserved a king suite, the kid vehind the desk face me the dumpiest room available and made sure to knock that I reserved through a third party and not directly with them. Then I asked why they chage a parking fee when they kniw guests will be bringing vehicles. He said straight up to make more money! Then I had to call daily for room service and when they came they would only keave one wash cloth and took a pillow away from the room. Had to constanly go to the deak 3ach day and ask for wash clothes and pillows. When I asjed about extending my stay I was told that I would have to check out and then check back into another king suite, mind you I was already in a king suite, because the room I was in had been booked. Made zero sense and the front desk lady ended up hanging up on me. This is the last time I will ever stay at this property.

The property was nice and conveniently located. The breakfast was terrible and minimalistic. No conditioner in the suites. Other than that it was fine.

Everything was fine except for the two giant dried boogers stuck on the bathroom door frame.

Rooms were average. Walls are paper thin; you can hear everyone walking and talking in the halls and rooms next to you. A/C barely worked and room was uncomfortably warm. Not a comfortable stay.

We booked our stay for three days, we had to change room twice during our stay due to a/c not working or leaking.

Close to Disneyland parks and walk distance to restaurants. Generous room size. Since it’s an old building you can hear people next door talking loud and people walk by on the aisle. The wall mounted hair dryer doesn’t work normally. Breakfast was simple, lack of heated food choice, only hard boil eggs and self making waffle. Parking is limited and needs overnight fee. If you plan to go to Disney only it’s better to take a Uber.

The smell woke me up. Filled the sink about have way and then slowly drained. I rinsed the sink out, closed the drans and went back to sleep. Disgusting. The wals are thin and heard people upstairs walking around all morning. Thee people next to me must have showered for an hour, as I could hear it as if I was in the same room with them. Place feels it hasn't been touched in over a decade for maintenance. Wallpaper and laminate is slowly curling on the edges. I don't the walls have been wiped ever. Maids seem to do a good job though. Even though I gave it an average score, because I have been in some really bad hotels before to compare. I checked out and found better hotel down the street for the next night, didn't even bother to tell the front desk, because they seem to know and heard it all.

Elevator broken

The people across the hallway were up all night yelling and swearing that i could hear them clearly and woke us up. We are certain that they were selling drugs and using a bike to deliver them. The bed had holes in the sheets, stains on the covers and the towels were torn. I complained twice, the beds in the second room were just as bad and unclean. The spare room looked like it was thrown together in a few minutes with a huge vacant area where a chair would have been or something. Would not recommend, in fact will suggest to never go. My 8 year old daughter was scared from the dogs barking and the people yelling and swearing.

We drove from out of town check in around 9 pm to have some rest for the next we had tickets to Disneyland we try to turn the television to relax and watch a movie with the kids the television never turn on we call the manager they send the security to check the control he said I will let the manager that it’s the televisions she will can you guys we ended watching Netflix on our phones they never came to check or change us to a different room we regret that we spent 450 dollars with the taxes on the hotel

We just decided to take a family weekend trip to the beach and was able to get this incredible booming last minute!

On the positive side, the hotel was very convenient for walking to Disneyland, and there were many stores and restaurants nearby.

We stayed here for the weekend , for the prize we paid I’ve stayed at way nicer hotels . The worst part was that the elevator was out of service all weekend, imagine going up 4 floors with two strollers and two sleeping kids after a long day at Disneyland . So frustrating that we didn’t have any other options . First and last time staying at La Quinta.

The renovations are subpar and the bathrooms in the room are old. Thankfully the hotel is conveniently located to dining options and Disneyland, so it made the stay worth it.

How tall was older that the rooms were nice the fridge didn’t get too cold and the other problem. The biggest problem I had was Internet. The Internet service stinks. We are phone kept disconnected from the Wi-Fi. We couldn’t use a laptop, etc..

This was our 1st family vacation. Hotel seemed aged. Our room was clean. Pool picture in advertising is different than the real deal. We left a day early not because of the hotel and the nice lady helped me cancel our last day reservation she was super polite.

We had an easy check in, but quite surprised by the unexpected ~$20/night for parking. Must be more careful reading description when the property summary reads "Available Parking," which means there is a charge. Other than that unpleasant surprise, the room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast offerings were very good, and check out way easy.

Unfortunately was not very pleased with my stay. Hotel was dirty and small and on the last morning here we woke up to no hot water due to their broilers being out with no eta with when they would turn on. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

My issue is my first 24 hours at this Inn there was no hot water. Not was there any communication regarding the hot water was out. It should have been mentioned as soon as I checked in. Communication is lacking nor was there any compensation. I should have received at least ten percent off of my room for that day. But again I received nothing. The hot water was fixed at some point, but I had to test it to figure out if it was working properly. Other than that the place worked out fine.

I enjoy staying here when I go to Disney. Perfect distance and price. Plus it’s always clean and warm!!

We stayed for 3 nights, since day 1 notified front desk fridge in rooms was not working and water dint close all the way so dripping in the shower they never sent anyone to fix it. On day 2 no to water to shower. Was not notified by personnel of the issue. Called front desk and they didn’t know anything so had to shower in cold water. The Key kept on not working. Asked for manager never available.

Air doesn’t work well at all. Pillows are as flat as can be. When room was missing pillows they won’t bring them to the room. You have to go get them and then they limit you on pillows for a room of 6.

obviously, our stay revolved around our Disneyland days, but we would’ve hoped for a little bit more of a comfortable stay when getting back to the room. There is no complementary coffee or tea outside of continental breakfast hours. that was somewhat disappointing as even super 8 motels have complementary coffee. Our Netflix also was not working on the TV and we had planned to watch a Christmas special one of the evenings after we got back to the park. I called about it twice and they told me it could not be fixed. They did offer to switch rooms, but we were traveling with three children and that would’ve just been too much of a hassle to move rooms once we had unpacked.

We did not have hot water the whole time we were there. Guest on the 3 rd floor super noisy!

Property is always a good choice for a Disney trip since you dont really spend much time in the room. We stayed an extra day to rest so we got to actually use the space. TV was glitchy, there were stains on the couch, drawers would open up by themselves, lighting wasnt great in the rooms. So as I said, a nice place to rest your head in between trips to the park but thats it. Morning and evening staff were very nice.

The folks above use were incredibly heavy walkers and woke us up at 5 am to what sounded like a herd of elephants other then that the room was clean. It was an easy walk to Disneyland and we enjoyed our stay.

I would not stay here again. When we arrived we had to pay 210.00 to park three vehicles on site for 3 days. Im ok with the fees as long as they are upfront and honest. On the website it said covered parking available. It just said parking available on the Hotels.com app. This was not in our budget so it was a huge inconvenience. The rooms were very noisey on tbe 5th floor. Constant loud vibrations from A/C units I assume. Bed was completely worn out and sagged to one side. Bed would shake side to side quite a bit while trying to adjust and get comfortable. We did not sleep very much. On my way to breakfast I went to use the elevator and there was a cleaning guy with his cart. Another guy in the corner with his pants unzipped. They almost knocked the cart over when the door opened trying to cover up. Luckily no kids were with me. I walked down 5 floors to avoid them. Location and the covered parking were the only decent things about this place.

Overall the stay was nice. The beds were a little hard/firm for my taste, and the water ran constantly. Not even the cleaning staff could stop the drip so that was annoying at night and the drip kept going. The breakfast was decent which was nice. But very convenient for the price. Would stay again.

Stay was comfortable, safe and clean. The only complaints are the pullout sleeper was UNCOMFORTABLE, we stayed 3 nights my brother instead chose to sleep on the sofa rather than pull out the sleeper. Also the pool we thought was indoor, it is not but is heated. The food was good, no hot protein options such as bacon or sausages but still good.

Dear Parents - this place has a pool and hot tub that’s covered 24/7 so if it’s raining and frigid in January or 110 degrees in July you’re able to enjoy. The free breakfast is solid. You’re a 15 min walk to the Disney security line ,and on the way a shopping center / mall. Across the street is a Marriott and the Fire Department so the neighborhood area is secure and well lit, like my cousin.

Hotel was clean and in a good area with a short walk to restaurants and disney. Bed seemed wore out but otherwise the room was nice

Great hotel for a great price close to Disney. Greatly improved from the last time I stayed there. Rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was awesome and we loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Would recommend a cost friendly hotel that's not too far of a walk from Disney. A plus is that it is not far from the toy story parking lot and you can walk there to take the shuttle to Disney 😄 would definitely stay again.

The room is spacious. The hallways had stuff on the floors that needed to be cleaned. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

It was nice to come back from a long day at Disneyland to a clean and quiet room. The breakfast was delicious.The walk to Disneyland is probably like 15 mins not bad . The Toy Story shuttle drops off close by so we would just ride it back .
