I that day a brought it to the front’s desk attendant, she asked me how long I was staying or and I told her we were checking out on Tuesday 5/26. She said ok, I’ll send someone to clean it (they were booked, therefore she couldn’t give me another room). I said ok. When we came back the curtain was changed, the mold in the shower was still there. I noticed they tried cleaning it but It was not completely clean. The discharge was still there. Again it was late, so we just went to sleep. Next day we went out, however, my daughter stayed in the room. Around noon they knocked and told her that she needed to checkout because we had only paid for 2 nights (we had paid for 4 nights from the 22-26), I had to come back to the hotel and spent about 2 hours dealing with the issue. The attendant threatened me to call the police on me for trespassing if I didn’t leave, meanwhile my belongings were locked in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. They had a pool, but I wouldn’t dare to go in there based on the cleanliness of our room.

I had to pay an extra $20 to use the"free" pool. TV was missing a remote and it took two calls and over an hour for someone to bring a new one. Bathroom light flickered aggressively and I was told there was no maintenance on site and no other rooms available. Bathroom mirror was filthy. Couch/hideabed and chair in the suite were both broken and uncomfortable. Tiny child-sized toilet. I would have given this a rating of two stars except the breakfast was nice, with hot food and plenty of tables.

Overall, decent place for budget friendly cost.

The overall stay at the hotel was great! The breakfast was prompt and good. Sometimes the staff would go missing and there would be long waits, but otherwise everyone was friendly, respectful and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and well maintained. definitely worth the money!

We had a late check-in, the key card to room and outside wasn’t working had to go back and wait for staff. In the morning, the shower wasn’t working; we didn’t have time to call service desk and figure it out. We had to check out without taking shower. When I told desk staff, he said we did something wrong and sorry we couldn’t figure out. When I asked for partial compensation for the inconvenience; he said we only paid $89 for the room, what did I expect?. Pretty rude and disrespectful and walked away; and said to leave. Very disappointed, never had anyone be so rude.

It was clean but had a lingering musty smell. I think the carpets could be updated in the hotel. It was kinda sketchy and there were random camper, commercial truck, and car parked in the back parking lot that looked like people were living in them. We didn’t need to use the door key to get in so I am not sure if the lock was broken or if it always is open to the public. We were only there one night and headed to the airport early so I made sure our door was well locked and slept great.

The hotel needs an update. The furniture and pillows are really old. And breakfast need more options and enough for all customers because one day I can get bread the answer was: are too many people at the hotel.

The room was fairly clean, but all the accommodations, the attitude of the staff, and breakfast were all awful in comparison. If I could have just canceled the reservation the day of, and gotten my money back, I would have. Will not ever be back, honestly.

Giving 1 star is too much. This hotel is clearly not safe for individuals traveling with children. It is RIGHT off a heavily traveled interstate, very dimly lit, a train track runs immediately by the property and there is a billiard/bar running all night long next to the property. I booked for through this platform, who I expected to have higher standards for its customers, even if the property itself does not. I refused to get out of my vehicle due to safety concerns and the hotel refused to reimburse my booking even though I did not check in or use their services. This platform isn’t as supportive to me as a customer as I expected them to be given my immediate report to them and sharing of concerns. What is the point of using a booking service if there is no customer support for situations like this? This review is no exaggeration and I hope it helps influence others to look elsewhere with a different booking agency as well.

The place was not clean at all

Pool and hot tub were great! Very clean area. Breakfast was good, room was clean but I decided to strip the sheets off before we left and there was a gross stain on the mattress cover. Glad I didn’t see it during our stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

When we arrived we noticed nothing appeared as the website presented. One of the tv’s screen was shattered. The closet door was leaning off the hinges. We notified staff immediately while we were unloading our things in the room. The sofa had stains on it. The bathroom had old stains on the flooring. It appeared old and outdated. Staff was very nonchalant and actually implied that we did this damage and we had not been there but for 10 minutes . The room key cards continued to deactivate throughout our stay. They didn’t have any other rooms available for us to switch during our stay. This is one of the worst stays I have had for a vacation. Never again!!!!

Everything! Location is terrible, the hotel is terrible, the staff was rude, the whole smelled like marijuana and I could keep going on and on, but that would be a waste of my time.

The room smelled like a cig butt. Mold in bathroom. I asked for extra towels and sheets never received then asked for my room to be cleaned and it was ignored. I asked again and the housekeeper literally just made the bed! Didn't change the sheets after us being there for 3 days! The manager yelled at me barely spoke English and then hung up on me! Horrible experience will never go back again!!

This hotel was subpar from the moment I walked in the door to check in. The couple checking in in front of me was requesting a different room because there was blood on their bedsheets. I should have known from that point on that this was not a good place to stay. The attendant at the desk did not greet me in any way. After a significant wait, he returned to help me. Our room was disgustingly dirty. There was a toenail on the couch, and cough drops and trash on the floor by the bed. The tub did not drain fully. There was always a puddle of water in the bottom of the tub, which is totally unsanitary. The bathroom door had dirt and toothpaste on it. The carpet was gross and needed to be vacuumed. The table/desk was filthy and sticky and not suitable to use until I scrubbed it with soap and water. The TV was very dim unless we shone a light directly on the sensor, so we had to move a lamp to the floor under the TV. The breakfast ended too early (9:30 on a Saturday) and we were rudely scolded for trying to bring breakfast to our sleeping children. There was not enough seating in the breakfast area but the desk attendants were very adamant about not bringing food out of that area. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. The man at the desk when I checked in told me the pool would be open the next morning or afternoon, but it did not open the entire day. We purposely select hotels with pools for our kids and we never got to use the pool.

Hot tub was down for maintenance the last two nights of four, elevator had a glitch going to 3rd floor with more than two riders. Breakfast was great, pool and cleanliness very good, would definitely stay again!

The room was clean and staff was friendly. We came on a very busy weekend and the rooms were over sold and overbooked. Thankfully we had a room. The location is very noisy cause it’s right next to the highway and the pool and hot tub were nice but possibly overused because the hot tub was cool and it smelled of chlorine. Breakfast was pretty good. However, the coffee could use some work. I think it was instant coffee.

Breakfast was another major issue. The food did not seem fresh, and while guests were standing in line waiting, staff were actively taking food away instead of restocking it, leaving several people without anything to eat. The hallways had a strong chlorine smell, which was unpleasant and overwhelming. We also had ongoing issues with the key cards—they frequently didn’t work for both the room and building access. The beds creaked loudly with any movement, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the bedding and towels had a noticeable odor, similar to fried food, which was very off-putting. To make matters worse, the TVs had no internet connectivity, so streaming services like Netflix were unusable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I travel often. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

When we arrived, we found both beds had traces of blood on the bedsheets, it was disgusting when we went to the front desk and asked for new sheets. The guy was very rude. The next day I asked to speak to a manager, she initially offered to compensate us. but then change her mind because we chose to still stay with them. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. this place is beyond horrible.

Staff at this property was very kind overall. However, my room was not cleaned very well. There is hair stuck on the bathroom doors and the shower curtain. There were stains under the mirror in the bathroom and stuck to the walls under the sink. The biggest issue we had was the large blood stains on our blankets ( we suspected to be mentral blood). Because their bedding is white and layered. we didn’t realize it until we had already slept in the hotel for two nights. When I alerted the staff, they took care of it relatively quickly, however I was completely grossed out by that time. I will never stay here again..

They didn’t come clean our room the whole time we stayed Friday night till Monday morning. No clean towels no toilet paper i had to track down cleaning staff to get more toilet paper and ask when they would come clean and they said they don’t clean rooms Sundays mind yall we had stayed in the king “suite” also i had put on the listing two kids ! The reception manager said that wasn’t listed that they would need to charge me $45 extra for the stay. So there’s that. Also it smells like cigarettes in the room and supposedly they’re nonsmoking. Other people that stayed where loud you can hear all the doors slam. In total we spent $500 to stay in a crappy room. The only reason we stayed was because it had an indoor pool and was close to Nashville and I had already paid through booking. If you want to cheap out stay here if not go elsewhere i would not recommend.

I feel so bamboozled! How in this world is this location rated so highly? I simply may never understand. The room was torn apart from simply the window curtains (literally torn apart and hanging off) to the tub/shower that leaked water just cause we were simply in it using it; So you guessed it, water all over the floor after each use. So much so, I’m pretty sure that was mold I saw behind the toilet. Furthermore, don’t expect room service of any kind. You’ve gotta haul tail downstairs for every little thing. And when you get there, there’s no more than one rep at a time to assist so you’ll be waiting. I doubt the sheets ever get changed as our originals felt “weird”. The weather was nasty this weekend so the indoor pool was a must as our little always wants to swim. Nice size pool and jacuzzi and indoor is such a plus, but the smell of the chlorine was so strong, we could never stay for too long as it burned our eyes. I went here off the basis of previous reviews and I’ve just come to the conclusion that people’s perception of what a “good” hotel is just REALLY low! This was just somewhere to stay and I’d be a fool to stay again. Best part of the stay had absolutely nothing to do with the property, but the new Tanger Outlet up the way with all of those food/shopping options. That was so nice, and many of the places around have only been open for a few months if that. Mini golf, food galore within great prices.So there’s much to do to entertain yourself on that nearby exit.

It was in a good proximal location to downtown Nashville without having to stay downtown. First we booked a king room. Was told none available and they put us in a double queen room. I asked about the price difference and she said I could cancel my reservation if I didn’t like it. Also saying that they charge almost double what I paid booking through Booking.com. The window in the room wouldn’t close all the way so, all night all we heard was road traffic. Went down the next morning to ask if they had king rooms available, was told yes. After asking our room number he read something in the computer that the check in person wrote, and said, no all are full. When asked which it was he stuttered and was making excuses. Next the phone rang and magically they had a king room. We moved to the king. The room had urine stains on the floor behind the toilet. And the carpet was dirty as evidenced by my white socks not being white after walking around on the floor. Bed was comfy, only 3 little pillows on the King bed. 4 pillows on each bed in the double queen we were in the night before. Sheets and towels clean and crisp. The WiFi was out all weekend. On Friday the hot tub looked a bit grungy but we got in anyway. Saturday the hot tub looked like they had bathed a bunch of children in it. The water was cloudy and brownish and the chlorine smell burned our eyes and nose. Breakfast is supposed to be open till 9am. Was told at 8:40 they weren’t refilling anything it’s complimentary and we should have gotten there sooner. And no biscuits for the gravy Saturday or Sunday. The lady at the desk, Destin (I believe that was her name) was yelling at the poor lady who was working in the food area. She was very loud about it and there were several guests present. Not professional. Also the same person who told me there were no king rooms (she lied). It just was not a good overall experience.

Front desk people were nice but the 2 rooms we got were very dirty! The floors around the base of the bed and night stand were filthy, the bedding didn’t smell clean and there were lots of hair in the bed tha was supposedly fresh and clean. The hallway on our floor smelled very strongly of marijuana and cigarettes. Walls were dirty in our rooms. We left at 10pm to go to a different hotel and the hotel won’t waive any charges or do anything to make it right for us. We are stuck paying for 2 rooms tha were unfit and unsafe to use.

At check-in we were placed in rooms next to each other, but that evening our key stopped working and even staff couldn’t unlock the door. After waiting over an hour for maintenance (who never came), we were forced to move rooms after 11 PM. The replacement was a double ADA room instead of the king we booked. It was next to train tracks with trains running almost hourly, and marijuana smoke came in through the AC from outside the window. The next morning we were told we had to pay $20 to stay between bookings despite being told the day before that it wouldn’t be an issue. When we chose to move into our friend’s room instead, we were charged another $20 fee. We ended up moving rooms four times in two nights. One room door wouldn’t latch properly and could be pushed open even when locked, which was a serious safety concern. We also experienced stained bedding, dusty fixtures, unstable and leaking toilets, and a cloudy hot tub. What was supposed to be a relaxing girls’ weekend became overwhelming and disappointing. I travel frequently and expect basic cleanliness, safety, and consistent communication—none of which were delivered here.

The room smelled, the pool had hair floating all in it and was dirty, the vending machines were all empty so my girlfriend couldn’t get anything to drink, the fridge was leaking water, plus the next day we found a pair of someone dirty drawers in the room by the bed so I’m guessing they barely clean the rooms, they ran out of towels, and the one of the worst things was they had no WiFi working but advertised it saying they had it which I was confused. I will never reserve a room there again.👎

The room wasn’t clean at all. Dirty sheets and mattress protectors, dirty had prints on the wall and dirt piled up in the corners of the bathroom.

As for the rooms, it was ok. We we're on the 2nd floor facing I24 freeway. The noise was terrible, not recommended if you want a peaceful night. I booked two nights on two separate reservations for the same room accidentally. When I checked in, I asked if they could combine the reservations. They did not do it. When I went back in the morning to try to stay in the same room that all of my stuff was already in, they tried to charge me an early check-in fee. That’s horrible customer service! The rooms look OK, but could use some work. The trimming is old and some of the panels are falling off. Could smell the heavy smell of marijuana in the halls as I went to my room. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Definitely not my best experience.

Wouldn’t let us check in early, was going to charge us $50 for checking in early. The staff was rude and not up to date on all the breakfast times. So we were told wrong for breakfast. That’s the main reason we chose the place. Also a security fee even though we paid online? And booked everything online?

The Manager is rude. One of his cleaning ladies is friends with my managers wife and went back and made it seem like I was doing something inappropriate with her husband and caused a big argument that almost got physical! I informed the manager he wanted to kick me out of the hotel! I’m an influencer so I went live told everyone so they let me stay my last night! The jacuzzi was broken. They made me pay extra to stay in the same room because I booked an extra day so I had to pay an early check in fee 2 separate times! Not a good experience!

The room was fine. They forgot to restock certain amenities- coffee cups being the important one. The TV in the living room area of the suite wouldn't come out of "demo mode." Sleeping well was nigh impossible with the combo of the highway right across from my bedroom window and the painfully firm mattress.

It was ok. Room smelled. Bed sheet protector wasn’t clean their were stain with blood or pee not sure. Bathroom had stains on wall. Shower didn’t drain well so you stood in water. Older rooms. We had to park in the back ally way and the door was broken with the key pad entrance and the door had tape on it so that wasn’t secure.

Our room was clean, but my friend stayed there right after us and her room was not clean. Our room was on the freeway side of the building and the road noise is very loud. Vending machines didn't work and I asked to have a light that flashed incessantly fixed in our room and they didn't take care of it. Staff behind the counter were not professional in demeanor or dress. I appreciated the fitness center and I saw many people enjoying the pool. It served its purpose, but if you are looking for an exceptional experience this is probably not the place to be.

Nice stay. Hotel was a bit older but overall great. Beds were very comfortable, not many options for breakfast but what they did have was great.

We got there at approximately 9:30pm to check in. It took us over 20 min to get checked in because there was a line out the door. Our girls were ready to swim after a long day of travel, but only had about 10 min because the pool closed at 10. We rushed up to our room they changed and headed straight to the pool. When we got back to the room we were surprised to find roaches in the bathroom. The hotel overall was dingy and smelled. The pictures and ratings were deceiving. We thankfully got our money back and found a different hotel at 11pm.

Staff needs improvement. The guy that assisted us during check in was nonchalant and not welcoming. We were not greeted and was told that it only cash deposits even though I had a card on file. The room was okay, not completely satisfied with it. Alarm clock didn’t work, toliet was not properly or fully clean, nor were there cups for coffee. The breakfast was absolutely gorrole

This was a nearly perfect stay! The only two flaws were the fact the showerhead could not be adjusted (though the shower was still great) and the TV picture needed adjustment (too bright)

Didn’t use most of the amenities however the location was a bit sketchy….Rooms were basic and good for sleeping…. Even Room numbers are facing the train which passed at all times of the night and used the horn so a 3am wake up was not good at all. Especially when it wakes up a toddler as well….

We stayed for 5 days - hotel room was older but nice, clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were very nice! One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because it included breakfast. Breakfast was the same every day ~ it was just "ok" ~ not a lot to chose from and was missing some of the staples other hotels usually offer (i.e. yogurt, hard boiled eggs, granola bars, etc) For the price I'd stay again - but would plan on eating breakfast out a few days.

Excellent stay with my family

Room was clean and pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good. We had issues with our key reader to our room. It would take about 10 tries before the light Would turn green and there was no remote for the living room tv

When I first arrived, I had to use the bathroom near the lobby. The bathroom didn't have any soap to wash my hands or any paper towels. It seems they were short staffed because I had to wait to get into my room, which I can understand. The staff was very nice and courteous. I didn't realize the breakfast stopped at 9am which I felt was kind of early but we got there at 9:15am and the kitchen attendant was very nice and offered multiple items. I didn't realize there was a $100 deposit for the room which I was told I wouldn't get it back for 5 to 7 business days which is quite a long time for someone who is on a budget. The hotel and room itself was clean to satisfy but I felt it could of been cleaner. I only choose this hotel because of the hot tub in the room. Overall I would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

The breakfast food did not taste good. When we went to check in, there was a line of about five people and it took at least 25 minutes to check in because there was only one person working and right before we got up to the desk, he went on an eight minute break. Several lights/ light bulbs around the property were flashing. Including the main entrance outside and the lights behind the check in counter. The elevator was very sticky when we walked in, but that was cleaned up shortly after. There was poop of some kind of animal in the corner of our hotel room. I was not aware when we booked that there is a train right behind the hotel on the backside and out front is a major highway. I was not impressed and will never stay there again.

When I requested to have our room cleaned while we were out that day, the man offered to actually reassign us a new room and all we needed to do was come back that evening and get our new room keys. We removed our luggage, went out for the day and returned at 445pm. When we returned, the different man at the desk had no idea what I was talking about. Our room hadn't been cleaned and there were no other rooms to give us. After waiting 30 minutes for him to call his manager, he came back and said that the man from earlier in the day wasn't confirming my story. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! All I asked was to have my original room properly cleaned! So I asked for a refund but he said he had to reduce it because we booked with a promo rate? We haven't received any refund yet despite being told it was processed. Then we had to find a new hotel last minute all because an employee offered something that he didn't follow through with!! It is not unreasonable to expect a clean room, and it's not unacceptable to be upset when promised that a complaint will be handled and it wasn't. Do not stay here.

Property is nice but the billiards ball next door creates some issues. They take over the lot and park dangerously. My friends car was blocked in by someone who double parked, luckily at that moment we did not need her car. It was loud as hell at 3am because of the fact people spilled over onto hotel property. We literally only needed it for a couple hours sleep before our flights so it’s whatever but something to keep in mind.

The hotel and room were good, the bed comfortable. We left too early in the morning to eat the breakfast so can't comment on that. The manager was nice. Our TV wouldn't work and he came to our room to fix it. The location and getting to the hotel are not so wonderful, especially with heavy traffic near the entrance to the road to the hotel. Also, an all-night restaurant/bar/billiard hall next door which added a lot of vehicles/people still wondering around at 5 AM, making the exit to the main road a bit difficult, not to mention seeing someone puking in the parking lot directly across from our car. I know this is not the hotel's fault but, not what you want to see at 5 AM.

Disgusting rooms. Had mold & stains all over the rooms. We got transferred to a new room and the other room was the exact same. Wreaked like cigarettes. Terrible customer service. No one ever apologized for the conditions of the hotel. We were promised a full refund that they would give the next day. It was not the full amount. When I called the employees are rude. Make you wait on hold for 20 minutes.

Tried to grab a drink from the vending machine. Lost 3.00 and then after we found the front desk guy (10 minutes) he argued the we never put money in. We stayed three nights. There was NEVER an attendant at the desk. At one point there were 5 people trying to check in/out on Saturday morning and we stood around for 15 minutes for someone to show up. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean. I will never stay here again and I will not recommend to anyone.

We liked the hitel due to closeness to where we needed to be. It was a bit noisy from the interstate but not awful. The area is a little run down but again, not awful.

Parking lot doesn't seem safe, garbage all around the building, the lock on the back door is taped so it doesn't lock, I had to connect the HDMI to get the TV working, the pool is freezing but clean, out of bread at breakfast. All around I wouldn't recommend unless you had no other choice.

Hard to find and down dead end road that didn’t seem like a real road. Felt unsafe in the neighborhood.

We arrived a little after midnight after a long drive and even though we were tired we made a smart choice to check the room before bringing our stuff inside and it was a good thing we did because first thing we saw upon entering our room and turning on the light was a live cockroach. We immediately left and went to the front desk where they gave us a new room on a different floor. We were too exhausted to try and find a new hotel even though I wanted to. The new room was luckily bug free but it was not clean at all. I bring Lysol wipes with me thank goodness because I had to wipe down everything! Also the lighting was terrible and very dark in the whole room and the mini fridge had leaked water all over the floor and we had to use a towel to soak it up upon entering the new room. I would definitely never stay at this place again especially for the price I paid. First thing in the morning we told them about everything at the front desk and told them we were not going to stay for our second night and they did say they would refund us for the second night but I am still waiting on that refund.

Excellent stay

The staff was really nice. Anything I needed they were right on it and they asked me multiple times if any stay was pleasant. The room was clean. I didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. My bed sheets were changed everyday and they gave new towels and hand towels every day. The kitchen was clean. It wasn’t really a kitchenette but i appreciated the mini fridge and the microwave. Nice stay and a really good location. Right off of I24. I enjoyed the compliment breakfast, I just wish there was more variety of hot foods.

When I say the room wasn’t clean, I mean there was poop smeared on the toilet near the handle that didn’t get wiped off, there was pee dribbled in the floor in front of the toilet, there was a substance (probably spilled food) on the skirt of the bed.

The staff was friendly, but there were several customers upset with staff. I believe the cops were called.

Our room was about 50’ from a train track. Seemed like one came through blaring its horn every 90 minutes or so. We left some clothes in turn closet (our fault) and it took about 6 phone calls to get them to help us get our clothes back. The place was clean. The breakfast was average, although the coffee was pretty bad. And we’re not coffee snobs. Won’t be staying there again, it wasn’t the worst experience we’ve had.

Also very rough neighborhood. Definitely make sure nothing is left in vehicle.

The bad - Outside side doors were all unlocked so anybody could come in to the property without needing a key card. Not safe! Hot tub luke warm & no working jets. Ice cold pool. Some random man sitting alone, in the dark on the phone. Scared us when we walked in (8pm). He had the lights turned off and was sitting there in the dark. Terrible front desk staff. Check-in was strange. Arrived about 6pm & nobody was at the front desk. All was silent & it was unnerving. Waited for a couple of minutes standing there. Then said "hello" a few times to see if they just didn't hear me come in....nope. nothing. Waited about 5 more minutes & then went outside where my husband was waiting for me to tell him i don't think anybody was working. Checked the hours & my reservation to make sure i didn't make a mistake. I was at the right location. Went back in to see if somebody had shown up at the desk. Nope.said hello another time to let anybody know i was there. By now it had been about 15 minutes. I searched the hotel number and called the front desk & it rang for a solid 2 minutes but nobody answered. Went back outside to wait for another 5-10 minutes. Came back in & a teenage boy finally walked around the corner to the counter to help us check in. He was quiet & unhelpful with the process & seemed bothered when i asked where to park for easier access to our room.

I actually never checked into this hotel for our stay. Upon arrival I was immediately unimpressed by the location. It located immediately off the expressway and adjacent to a bar. I did not feel safe with my family. Upon entering the building, there was an awful smell and the building appeared to be extremely aged. I waited for over 10 minutes while one employee assisted two other people. There was another employee present behind the check in counter, but he did not assist anyone. After waiting for some time, my husband and I decided we did not feel comfortable staying here and we proceeded to leave. The marketing of this property is very misleading. We have since called Hotels.com and requested a refund.

LOCATION FIRST..Really hard place to get in and out of and homeless at every corner. INDOOR POOL. Hot tub didnt work and the pool was gross. Had clumps of hair floating around pool. ROOMS. We has a king room with seperate sitting area. The couch was broken in the middle and dirty. Tv didnt work in that room and most outlets bad. Got up next morning with no hot water. BREAKFAST...We wouldnt know. Went down at 9 and was being put up. Thought it went to 10. We will Definitely not stay here again.

I really enjoyed the attention that staff payed to guests here. The room was comfortable, although I did have an issue with the TV that they just couldn't fix. The screen would go from normal to very dark and stay dark. Had to watch TV on my cell.

This family of hotels is SOOOO hit and miss. This one is in a rather odd location and faces the freeway. It was ok, but clean enough for a single night. There is a bar next door and the food is REALLY good. Go in early and miss the pool table and darts crowd.

Did the job, staff was nice

Bed & pillows were above average. Price was good. Cleanliness was below average. Old soap in shower and hair in shower and on the bathroom floor. Lotion dispenser by sink was empty. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but not bad for price.

Very odd place. Lots of nice quality materials in the hotel but you can tell it’s not well managed on a physical level or staff culture level. Ground floor bathrooms 2 days in a row smelled awful. Crap left in toilet. I think because flushers not powerful enough. Instead of soap dispensers there were soap bars (in a public bathroom!) and trash wrappers left on counter. At check in - bumping loud music. At breakfast - no noise. No music or tv just nearby people’s light conversation. Staff in and out of view but not because they are busy. Behind front desk is a mini fridge on a table less than 25% full and paper sign saying $2.00 lol. Again nice hotel but run like poor motel.

Toilet seat was cracked and loose so it kept sliding. TV is very small. Staff was competent, but not overly friendly and weren’t always available at front desk. Could also hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. Otherwise stay was reasonably comfortable and clean.

The property and area directly around the property was disgusting. We did not feel safe leaving our car in the parking lot. The toom and lobby was old and run down. The carpet was wirn and dirty. The tub was stained. The TV and most outlets did not work. The entire hotel smelled not of cleaning agent but iof strong deodorizor designed to cover up bad smells. We left after 15 minutes and drove 10 miles to find a decent place to stay.

The room size and amenities with microwave & refrigerator & 2 T.V.s were great. Bedroom & Separate Living Room with door for privacy. Desk clerk was very helpful. King bed was very comfortable. However, I went to take a shower at 9am and no hot water which was very disappointing which why I rated it low. Sunday breakfast consists of eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, muffins, bread, etc.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was not cleaned well though. Location not bad but traffic is very heavy in the area. Cant walk to restraunts close by as there is no sidewalks and traffic is horrible making it unsafe.

The hotel overall has a sketchy vibe to it. We heard noises all night that spooked us and left us feeling unsafe. We even tried to call other hotels at 2 am just to feel safe, but they were booked up and ultimately we had to stay put.

The only down side for me with the place is the parking

Only issue I had was the King size bed had to be the hardest fim mattress. Seems like the floor would've been better. Staff was friendly!

Hotel was clean but not what I expected being on the more expensive side. Pool was nice. Hot tub was nice but wouldn’t turn on. Bathroom very small and the door almost hit the toilet when opening it. Parking was not the best. Location was hard to get in and out. Not terrible, but could be better. They had buffet style breakfast but we don’t eat that early so I can’t comment on that. The breakfast room looked very nice.

They changed the towels, dried the bathroom, but they didn't put in new soap or make the bed.

It was fine for an overnight stay during a road trip. The reviews were good so we chose this hotel. The room was okay, but a tad dreary. The pool and hot tub looked nice, although I didn't swim. The breakfast was fine. We arrived at 8:45 and by 9:00 the staff started making announcements that they were closed. We were finishing our breakfast and the worker asked us to take our breakfast to our rooms because she had to clean. Personally, there were a lot of other things she could have been cleaning so there was no need to rush us out of there. I travel often and all over the country, and this has never happened to me during my travels. I paid to stay there and could have been given the courtesy to finish my meal without being forced out of the room. Weird business practice. I don't think I would return. But if people are looking for a decent and clean enough stay, this one will do.

The property in our stay was okay overall, but they need to get more variety on their breakfast. Also our bed was pretty hard, and we mainly pick this hotel for the hot tub and it was basically not working at the time, the Jets were barely working. Other than that it was okay.

We loved the jacuzzi tub. It was a nice way to relax after a long day of traveling.

After reading reviews (after booking) I was nervous to say the least. However, the hotel exceeded expectations. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was kind, the pool area was nice, and it was a good location (other than it not being the easiest place to pull out of). If I ever travel to this area again, I would consider booking at this hotel again.

Overall our stay was ok. Next time I would ask for a room facing the back bc of traffic noise. Our room was very spacious and clean except for the stained sofa. Breakfast was appreciated but very average. Check in was easy but it was difficult to understand the employee bc of his accent but he was very nice.

I was told the computer system was down when I first arrived. I was told they would call when it was back up. We went to eat and came back and it was working. No phone call to let e know. We just took a chance it would be up. Everything else was great.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Didn't swim, but indoor pool looked clean enough. Other people enjoyed it. Showers are just ok. Old school heat/ac in the wall with no thermostat. Getting in and out was tough. But easy drive into downtown.

The picture looked way better than in person. The sheets and covers wasn't spot free. The tub seem as if it wanted to cave in. The front desk was very nice and professional. The beds were soft and very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom was clean. They do have a fridge and microwave. Not to mention they have great satellite channels. Maybe i had a bad room.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff pleasant and friendly. Didn’t love the room . Not sure where the mix up was. But I requested a 2 queen bed suite as there were 3 adults; we had a 2 queen bed room which was a tight fit. There was also no dresser or chest to store our clothes.

Took awhile to check in, only one person working. We paid extra to use the pool and hot tub and it was closed because of an issue. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Clean basic room. Slightly dated. TV remote wasn't working but they corrected it. Comfy bed. It was fine and met our needs.

We came here for our honeymoon and our initial room had some issues however we were changed to a room that was better than the room before. We truly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the convenience of having so much to do near by

Dislike: Room cards didn't work, had to go back to front desk from 3rd floor to reset

Was affordable and clean.

I dropped something in the floor, went to scoop it up and came up with a handful of blond weave!! I'm a red head, lol. Soap on the sink dish was opened and stuck to the dish. A candy wrapper was under the night table. Watched the maids standing in their phones the next morning. Maybe that's why the rooms aren't clean or cleaned in time for check in.

I loved my stay here everything was clean and the staff was very nice i only wish I knew about the $50 deposit before hand but other than that I will stay here again already booked for next month!!!

Clean large suite room. Comfortable beds . Good breakfast. Nice pool, but hot tub was not working... only complaint for our 1 night stay.

I got a jacuzzi suite and it may be the best one i ever had. The tub was heart shaped. The room was huge with about 3 seperate areas, 2 tvs, and you could look out to the pool.
