Our stay here was excellent! The outside of the property has been refurbished along with the inside of the rooms. The bed was firm but comfortable. Hardwood floors throughout and tile in the bathroom. Excellent customer service! We come to Nashville often and will definitely be staying at this property again. Excellent room for value. Also, I appreciate being able to park in view of my room. 5 stars all the way for the value!

I didn't like anything at because , when arrived he charged bookings fees of $25 with no receipt and a deposit of $50 cash only . Its a scam , I had no choice because I needed to rest and I had appointment to attend. Worst motel ever , very dirty !

Rooms larger than usual very comfortable king size bed large side stand with refrigerator microwave nice hot water TV remote did not work probably needs. Batteries didn’t have any with me bed nightstand been turned off. Eliminate electricity to that bed nightstand have to find new electrical outlet to charge telephone or computer otherwise very excellent. Stay for the most reasonable price only 15 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Clean room, good staff, no coffee

People were very friendly and price for what you received was sufficient. Room was dated.. No tissues, no towel bars, amenities were lacking. If you just wanted a place to put your head and save money this was great. Also first day no cold water in sink.

I the get the reasoning behind requiring a deposit and I'm fine with it but you display two different policy for cash customers versus credit customers. Why does the credit customer have to wait for the hold to be removed once they check out this was the first time it wasn't instant. I would have rather had the option to cash. I get my check out would have been longer. But because I in all likelihood won't stay again.The location depending on the time was not the best. So i would have liked all my business to be settled personally.

it was clean and a convenient location, friendly staff i was charged twice and given the wrong room instead of what i booked online. i was given a two bed room instead of the king room, staff charged another 50. have not gotten it back.

The bed was comfortable. The balloons were well laundered and soft furniture in the room was comfortable. The grounds were clean and well kept up and the staff is super.

There were people loitering and parting all night till 5:30am out side of the hotel and nothing was done about it. You could hear everything.

Clean, well-maintained facilities with thoughtful touches like fresh paint and strategic lighting. We stayed in room 108 (king, non-smoking); exterior entry and constant traffic may affect light sleepers—earplugs recommended. Smoking rooms are isolated on the second floor. Staff were kind and accommodating, especially with mobility needs and policy explanations. Parking is limited but sufficient. No signs of bugs or bed bugs. Overall, a pleasant stay—we’d definitely return.

There also was no safety latch on the door so I didn’t feel very safe. The bed, sheets and comforter were actually very comfortable. The room was clean but old, beat up and damaged in several obvious places with little to no attempt at repair.

Clean and a great price. Did not spend a lot of time in the room. Just needed it for the basics while we visited. It encompassed everything we needed.

Dirty with “sketchy” people hanging around day and night. No breakfast as advertised. Staff was unattended to needs and concerns of guests. Mold around shower area. Toilet would run continuously. Garbage was left in and out of facility at all times. Would not recommend

Overall we had a fine stay. All things considered, the price was worth it.

We got to the hotel checked in with ease found our room had no fire alarm after walking into the bathroom we found a water spot on the ceiling that had leaked for so long it had fully grown black mold on the ceiling wall and shelf under it. Under no circumstances would I suggest this hotel as they also have a no refund policy and a unclean and unsafe environment to stay in.

The beds were hard but the employees/ business owners were great

The furniture was a little outdated but room was clean( which goes a long way in my book) Staff was friendly,took care of whatever we needed for our room. Is alot of traffic in area, but with fan on in room didn't bother us a bit plenty of stores for shopping, variety of restaurants and plenty of gas stations. For the price, I highly recommend it!

It was great minus the fact that my microwave wasn’t working and I found myself sneezing a lot the first few days I was there.

Never received my deposit back it’s been 3 weeks

Arrived to check in, no one was at the front desk for a while. There was a note saying “ be back in 15 min” but I waited in my car for 25. But for the price the rooms were ok. It was just a place to stay for the night. Served its purpose. Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast, they don’t have enough places to sit and eat for their guests.

It was loud and smelled like pot everywhere. The bathroom looked like someone peed down the wall. The water was cold.

I paid 78 dollars from Expedia in the application and they took 50 dollars from me in the hotel. The hotel was not nice at all. I stayed there for 2 hours and then I left. It is a very bad place and they took more than my money. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Staff were rude

Cars in the parking lot were coming in and out at high speeds. I watched one car come dangerously close to my motorcycle while it was parked in the courtyard. At the first opportunity I moved it to someone's spot along the building. When you get the confirmation email it informs you that there will be an additional $50 damage deposit that will be returned if there isn't any. After a week it still has not been refunded. After talking with Hotels.com customer service they did point out that it is in the booking information. However it is not apparent. This is the sort of thing that should require and accept or decline option.

There were lots and lots of ants on the counter by the sink. Had to wipe them up with a towel. Was offered bug spray. There were also roaches in the tub. Washed them down the drain. Very noisy and lots of sirens (think the fire station was close). Watched a couple of cars drive very slowly thru the parking lot looking around at all the rooms and cars. Did not feel safe at all. If everyone wouldn't have been exhausted, we'd have left and found somewhere else to sleep.

Stayed in many countrys around the world this is the worst ive ever seen.Avoid at all costs, everything is bad staff are scammers. They will make up the most pathetic excuses to try scam you for more money, safe to say you wont get your deposit back

We did not end up staying at this hotel. We drove up immediately and the photos were completely different than what it looks like in real life. The room was not cleaned, sheets were dirty, and there were so many things wrong for this place. We tried getting a refund and they would not give us one, nor would they even give us a partial refund. They also said if we canceled our booking that were would be numerous amounts of fees, overall a really sketchy place. DO NOT STAY HERE

Very run down and the entire one side of the room was nothing but empty space. Curtains were broken and had to let closed with a hair clip. Hotel sits on a VERY busy and horribly congested corner practically on top of I-24. Definitely not worth what they're charging.

Everytime I stay here the lady at the front desk ( I can't spell her name) she is so amazing. She is super sweet always asks how I have been. She always makes me feel welcomed and is a major reason I continue to return. It's close to stores and restaurants. It's close to the interstate. I stay here at least twice a month. If not more even the gentleman who works the front desk on Sunday mornings is nice.

There was a used condom, Trash, and dirt all over the floor. One of my towels looked like it was used because it had stains on it. The shower did not work. The toilet seat was broken. The sink handle was broken off. The bed made me itch, so I slept fully clothed. I’ve never slept in a worse location in the United States.

The hotel is right next to an interstate exit, which is conveinent but inconvenient at the same time. As such, it can also be noisy. There is some vagrant activity around the property but never felt unsafe. The room conditions were standard for a room of this price range. There was a microwave and fridge available which was great for buying our own food and heating up. The bed was older but not unbearable. The TV channels were selective, and the picture was fuzzy but again, was watchable. My only complaint would be the shower. The shower head was broken so it couldnt be positioned. On top of that, the water would not get super hot. I assume to save money the hotel didnt have their water heater set high during the non peak days (Thurs - Sun) because the water was noticeably hotter Friday and Saturday. Overall it was fine for the price and was a conveinent drive to donwtown Nashville.

When my stay at a relative's house became less than good, I searched for an alternate housing to finish my stay in the Nashville area--Antioch Quarters Inn and Suites fit the bill. I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and convenient, even though we had to pay an extra fee/deposit that was unlisted. But I was pleasantly surprised how the manager graciously helped us how to get the shower to work and find the captions on the TV.

The listing was completely bogus! Checked in was initially okay but upon entering room, the lights did not go one with the light switch, and TV would only play commercials for Dish TV and had a fuzzy picture. The remote was cracked and poorly taped together. I went down to the desk and complained and the woman told me that she couldn’t do anything about the tv and that the TV provider was coming in 2 days. Funny no mention of this when I checked in. I also was told at the check in that I couldn’t use the Jacuzzi tub due to a plumbing problem. Also listing stated free breakfast and the sign at check in stated NO breakfast only coffee and juice. When got up in the morning, attempted to get coffee and the coffee machine was “broken” and not available. No accommodations for any of this.

Facility was old and in so-so condition. Noisy neighborhood. NO BREAKFAST! Sign in the breakfast area stated ONLY coffee and juice provided but the coffee machine was out of order.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean. Only noise was fire trucks going by. This is mainly on the weekend. When you drive up, it might look rundown. That's just on the outside. Mainly could use cleaning. Rooms are nice. I will consider next time.

Nothing to like here. Booked for two days. Left after an hour. Non-refundable booking through Expedia. Cut my losses. Door did not lock properly. Visible mold in the bathroom. Ceiling molding looked about to fall down in multiple corners. Awkward parking lots. Tons of street noise. Lots of people loitering between cars. Zero stars.

Not too good. Online info said continental breakfast, but there were only weak juice and coffee. That’s not a continental breakfast. Misleading advertising. Shower had a leak. Told front desk about it, but not told that it could be addressed only if we were present. Had to ask for replacement towels. Limited TV service. I’ve never seen hotel tv service that limited. No news channels, for instance. Damage deposit policy confusing. Window curtain blocked AC/heating unit. Room was clean enough.

I hate to even say anything bad but this place was pretty bad. To start we walked in to an overwhelming smell of beach so im thinking ok well at least they cleaned the room. That was not the case. They cleaed things in the room and after the bleach smell went away it started to stink, Sheets were badly stained, couch was just gross and stained, walls and floor boards nasty. The shower head leaked and the handle for the sink faucet just fell off. When people say its loud thats no joke it is right off the highway with cars flying around all day and night with crazy loud exhaust.The driveway is hard to get to, You have to drive up the road and then turn around so your on the right side of the road to even pull in. The sink drain for overflow also was full of something that looked like poop i couldn't tell. I dont normally write bad reviews but this one was bad. With all that being said the people were nice just didnt realky seem to care.

The room was clean and the bed pretty comfortable. Bath was average and neat & clean. Television was satellite type with very limited channels. Location was on a main thoroughfare and very noisy throughout the night - that was a big negative! Access for those with disabilities is not good at least not to the second floor or the bathroom.

T/V had very limited selection. All around clean but shower curtain too short causing water to splash onto floor. Way too much siren noise in the neighborhood...all night long.

I needed a quick room to stay at and this was convenient. The room was clean. The telephone did not work in the room but I had my cell phone. The staff was friendly. There is a lot of traffic noise due to the highway but overall I would stay here again if I had to.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean but very outdated. There was a man outside yelling "help me" way up into the morning. We checked in a bit after midnight and he carried on for hours.

This hotel is nasty. I did not feel that I could take my shoes off because the floors were filthy. I couldn't sit on the furnace because of visible stains. Some of the electrical switch plates were cracked or broken. On top of that, the hot water heater broke and could not be fixed while I was there.

This place will nickle and dime ya, tv channels didnt work, very loud, did i mention they will nickel and dime ya? $50 deposit that they never give back, plus if ur 1 minute late checking out they make u pay $25, but they wont take $25 from the deposit they make u pay another $25, so now they have $75 extra!! Place is a joke!!! Avoid at all cost. Id rather sleep in a car than give theses people any more $$$

The bed was comfortable. The attendant was pleasent. The floor was sticky, not clean. Water in shower head was shooting out sideways, soaking the floor. The advertised continental breakfast was only coffee and juice. A loud train woke us up a 4:15 and 5:30 am.

This Hotel ripped me off a $50 deposit that I paid in cash because I did not pick up from the office on their terms and timing. They also charged me an extra $25 because I booked 2 nights separately but to stay in the same room it was considered by their "rules' an early check in even though this would have saved the trouble of cleaning the room and me the trouble of moving out and moving back in. They point to their computer and say it's the computers fault. Overall these are dishonest people and I would never stay there again. This is the first time ever I took a survey or wrote a review for anything. I am absolutely livid !

Was greeted at the front desk for checking, and I must say it was peaceful, courteous, and polite. Definitely a place to go stay. The rooms are beautiful very well clean for what the prices.

For the great low price, we think this place rocked! Clean, convenient, spacious, and located in the midst of all the local conveniences you need: gas, groceries, shops, etc. That said, keep in mind that it's on a VERY busy corner so both traffic and noise could be a problem for light sleepers.

Making it hard to sleep. Charged a $50 deposit when checking in. Orbitz advertised breakfast but motel posted a sign that said they didn't offer one.
