They gave us a room that was already occupied! We got there around midnight! My husband went to find a place to park.I went on up to the room and unlocked the door and a man jumped out of the bed! He was not happy and neither was I ! But the people at the desk acted like it was nothing. But it is and was the manager said she would contact me and let me know what can be done.But I doubt they even will.But I will keep pushing until they do.That was and could of been a bad situation!

I stayed 2 nights, the breakfast was good, not many meat options (Ie: bacon, flat/round sausage). The links looked and tasted undercooked, needed to be browned, Several guests me toned the same thing about Saturday mornings sausage. The biscuits were overcooked Saturday. They cooked did better on Sunday! But I still appreciate their efforts and time preparing breakfast!

The staff was very friendly. There was a bit of confusion when I was checking in, but Kevon quickly addressed it and made sure it wasn't an issue. The hotel was quiet and well situated for visiting various attractions in Nashville and the surrounding area. The breakfast was enjoyable and had many options.

The staff was exceptional. The location was quite and very clean ; a great place to stay for all. Accessible to the interstate , shopping and restaurants. A very pleasant stay. The television did not allow you to stream / use accounts from your individual streaming accounts for instance Netflix.

Breakfast was hot and fresh!! A lot of great options. Just wish they had waffles, but they did have a nice pancake machine for fresh pancakes!!

It was clean and the bed was comfortable For whatever reason the night clerk apparently checked us out at 644 in the morning. They started knocking on our door at 745 and then calling the room. Even after we confirmed that we were still in the room the staff still knocked on the door several more times. Ruined what should have been a nice stay

Staff seemed to be inexperienced & worked too slow at check in creating long lines at front desk. Only one elevator was working for the entire five floors also creating long waiting lines at times.

Brand new building very clean Horrible area! A homeless man was being arrested, just outside the hotel for trying to steal a woman’s suitcase as she was walking in… two police cars. That was the welcome that I received for check-in. The area is frightening. There are no restaurants to eat at as I was checking in at 9:30 PM. I had to drive 20 minutes away to find somewhere to eat.

We stay here every year on our way home to Michigan from Florida with our two dogs, and it’s always a good experience. The rooms are consistently clean and nicely updated, the beds are super comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. This time they even offered us warm cookies fresh out of the oven, which was such a nice touch!

I stayed in room 322 and the water comes out the faucet really slow in hot tub in this room and took an hour to fill up

First of all the lady at the desk was kind. But everything else was horrible. First off when I opened the door to my room I was hit with a wall of heat. It was nearly ninety degrees in my room. When I tried to turn the thermostat down the unit on the wall didn’t work. Then I went to the window unit and all it would do it turn off the heat and turn on the fan. The AC don’t kick in until ten minutes later. An hour and a half later the room was still hot. I tried to open the window just to see it was blocked in by another non opening window behind it. There is no way to get fresh air into this room. I also paid a lot extra for the room with a jacuzzi tub. The tub had pubic hair in it and when I wiped the sides down, scum cleaned off. This tub was not cleaned from the last people who stayed in this room. Also, I had paid extra for the jacuzzi tin because I knew I would be arriving exhausted from traveling all day so I looked forward to filling the tub to relax before bed. The tub has the wrong kind of spigot on it. They have a widespread lavatory faucet on this tub instead of a tub faucet. This was the reason the tub took over an hour to fill. I lost an hour of sleep waiting for this ridiculously slow faucet to fill this tub so I’d get my extra moneys worth. The icing on the cake is that the bathroom smells like someone smoked weed in it. This is easily the worst hotel room experience I’ve ever had.

There was only 1 elevator working causing timely delays for those of us on upper floors. And unfortunately it was SO noisy Sat PM with kids running up and down hallways, knocking on doors and slamming stairwell doors. Was reported to desk staff by numerous guests and they did their best to control it but ??? Found out Sun AM there were kids from a hockey tournament with limited supervision 😠

We never were able to get into to the two rooms in reserved. There was a house cleaning issue and I had a dog to contend with . I called 2.5 hours before arrival and was told that at least one room would be ready. There was not a room ready and there were other people waiting for their rooms as well.

The room was neglected and we had to take out our own trash, change our own sheets, request towels and toilet paper. The front desk was very helpful but the house keeping was not responsive to our concerns and did not clean our room each day as advertised and explained to me.

This is my second stay at this Holiday Inn Express in Antioch. Both times I was very pleased with the accommodations and service.

The ceiling was leaking in the middle of the night. We had to move rooms. The room they moved us to wasn’t as nice as the room I paid for and the air didn’t work properly. We were hot all night and didn’t sleep much. Very disappointed!!!

Blinds were broke in first room, heater did not work in second room, staff on late shift was rude.

Rooms were very dirty and smelly. Toilet dirty, broken top, A/C needed servicing, smelled, dirty filter, lamp bulbs were blown, refrigerator did not cool... Everything was disgusting! Worst place I've stayed other than once in a motel. Extremely loud. Kids running in the halls and adults yelling at all hours. Would definitely NOT recommend.

I have been staying in this Hotel for the past few years on my way to Missouri and always had a great experience, breakfast is very good, and the beds comfortable the ac in my room this time was a little noisy but other than that was great

I had several hotel stays while on a recent trip and the Holiday Inn Express stay far exceeded all the rest! Kudos to the company for maintaining such a clean, quiet, and welcoming hotel!!

This is an excellent property. Our room was quite large and very well appointed. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was ok, there was teenage girls that looked like they were having a hotel party. They got into an altercation, and the police were called. There were homeless people walking through the parking lot on a regular basis.

Front desk clerk was great, check in was super easy. Great visit!

The remote blinds COULD be awesome, but didn't seem to work in one of our rooms and the front desk didn't know how to work them either. Lots of awkward unused space in the suite. Be nice if the hotels would purchase TVs that would be easier to use your own Roku, chromecast, etc.

Check in was easy, room was clean, main bed was comfortable but sofa bed was bad very spring filled and uncomfortable. Got to breakfast in last 15 minutes and there was very little left except plenty of those great cinnamon rolls!!! Overall great stay.

Great location! Easy in and out. Updated amenities. Plenty of plugs. Lots of little lights on at night so bring an eye mask if that might bother you. We will stay here again when visiting.

Can't tell anything about someone in particular because I could barely see or talk to any employee. Even the lady at the front desk wasn't very talkative, probably because it was New Year's Day and she was not very happy to be working. The pool was the worst part of the hotel, not inviting to use it at all, we don't even try to swim in it. The entrance of the pool was unlocked so strangers could easily enter the premises and hide in there, kind of sketcky. The breakfast was very good , but bacon should be offered daily. Overall we had a great stay.

Window cover wouldn’t close had to have maintenance look at it. They couldn’t fix it so had to cover window with a blanket. Towel peg on bathroom door was just hanging on and kept falling off.

Check in was really fast, and my room was nice, warm and clean. I even loved how they had Dove products in the bathroom. It was quiet, and ha a lot of food places and shopping not too far from the hotel. Will stay here again in the future when I visit.

Room was spacious. Loved the blackout roller shades! Great idea of the strips to keep out light around the edges. Only complaints are under soap dish was mold in the shower pull out bed needs a better mattress for adults. Everything else was exceptional.

I picked up Febreze from a store to make sure I could sleep.

Convenient and nice hotel for a hockey tournament. Five minutes drive to Ford Ice Center. Near multiple fast food and sit down restaurants. Can get to downtown in 20 minutes. Traffic can be terrible though between Antioch and Nashville, like no more than 10 mph for the entire trip to downtown.
