Breakfast was the standard fare. Eggs/sausage/biscuit & gravy, and a pancake machine, which was a nice touch. The coffee machine in the breakfast area brews from freshly-ground beans one cup at a time. It's slower than siphoning pre-brewed coffee from a carafe, but tastes a LOT better and was worth the wait. The warm cinnamon rolls were unexpected and yummy. Would have liked see yogurt among the healthy offerings, and the fresh fruit option (apples only during our stay) was not-so-fresh. Every apple in the bowl was badly bruised, and one of them definitely appeared to have gone bad, which was unappetizing.

The facility shuttle was wrecked at the beginning of April and will probably not be replaced which is a handicap because of the hotel close proximity to the airport.

This is a great hotel. Friendly Staff and very clean and quiet property to stay. I stayed 2 nights and it was pleasure stay. Peaceful and delicious breakfast in the morning.

Water restrictive shower heads produce severely limited water. Toilet clogged easily with simple toilet paper. Mattresses need to be changed, notable swale in both mattresses.

Room was clean and people were helpful. The girl at desk at night seemed a little unsure about some things. Smoke alarm went off Sunday AM and bfast was burnt. Yikes. Overall it was a descent stay. Lots of loud noises through the ceiling that usually happened only in the AM. Not sure what that was??

Location close to Mall which was the plan for the next day. Bed comfy & room clean. I booked this hotel as had a free airport shuttle. Arrived to find no shuttle, & no phone number worked to try & find how I could get to hotel. Ended up getting a $60 taxi which was very annoying. Staff apologised when arrived but did nothing except say sorry shuttle got damaged. (Would have been nice to know as would have changed hotel as had time too when accident happened) Staff the next day were amazing & did more. Was appreciated, but still frustrating.

I am a late riser and did not take advantage of breakfast, and I regret that. I shall next time. The location was ideal for me as my off property trips were downtown Chicago, Northbrook, Schaumburg, and Highland Park. I often stay at IHG properties and am rarely disappointed. This location was quiet and everyone let me do what I needed with zero issues. Conveniently located to AH road, close to Metra (train) station, Woodfield Mall, and Arlington Heights, which is always a treat. Nothing negative.

The reason I booked the hotel was that it had a shuttle to and from O’Hare. I sent a message requesting information about how to connect with the shuttle upon our arrival, but did not receive a response. When we arrived, there was no answer to our phone calls. We had to take a taxi. The cost was substantial.

Outdated hotel. Sort of dumpy. Breakfast is lacking. Many broken coffee machines. Tried to eat breakfast a bit before closing but they closed early and the front desk tried gaslighting me. The TVs only have cable and cannot stream Netflix or anything like that. Much better options and a lot more to choose from in the immediate/near area.

I booked this motel because i had an early flight out of ORD. The listing said it was close to the airport. When i realized how far away it was, I was angry. But in comparison, others are not much closer and it was an easy drive. The breakfast is served late to accommodate early flights, so we only had coffee, which we were grateful for. Their coffee machine makes each cup fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My stay was very comfortable, and everything was very clean.

I think the owners should reevaluate their definition of handicap accessible before there’s an emergency and potential lawsuit.

Breakfast options were good. The bed was comfortable & the overall condition of the property was good. My issues were that we requested a handicap room, & they put us on the 5th floor. Yes there was an elevator but if there would’ve been an emergency, it would’ve been next to impossible to get my friend out safely. I questioned this at check in & was brushed off. Then we get to the room & she can’t shower all weekend, because it’s not a handicap shower, & she’s unable to lift her legs to get over the edge of the bathtub to get into it to shower. Very frustrating. She mentioned this to the next person on shift, & he said there was a 1st floor room available, he didn’t know why she put us on the 5th. There were also no usb ports in the entire room, which I found very odd, outdated & inconvenient. The carpet in the hallway of the 5th floor is loose & wrinkled & dangerous for someone walking with a cane. Typical 3 star hotel with breakfast. Clean. It is quite far from the airport and the shuttle does not run on weekends. However, all the staff does not know this. We called before our stay to arrange it and the day of our stay and still found ourselves waiting for a shuttle that never arrived.

Great stay started with quick airport pickup. Staff helped immediately with all requests. Perfectly clean room, comfortable bed, great water pressure and a/c. Nice new mini fridge and tv. No smells! Excellent breakfast. Best stay I've ever had!

Grateful for the convient shuttle

It's an aged property. The bathroom still has a tub with a shower above it and cloth curtain. The room itself is fine, though dated style. Lighting was stated as "green", but more like pinching pennies.

When we booked the room, the information on Hotels.com stated that there was an airport shuttle, which was the main reason we chose that hotel. When we arrived, we happened to overhear staff mention that the shuttle didn't run on the weekends (when we needed it). When I asked about it, staff and manager were defiant and rude stating that it was listed on the website (but it wasn't listed on hotels.com where I booked from) that it doesn't run on the weekends. At no point in all of this check-in hassle/ordeal did staff apologize or offer any sort of solution to try to help or fix the issue. They were argumentative, rude, and basically just wanted us to cancel the reservation and leave. Additionally, why would a hotel that's close to the airport not offer the shuttle service to/from airport on the weekends. That's just absurd. Accomodations were fine but I would not return.

It was just okay. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Have a good breakfast, but it was so crowded and people just hung around (all day) in the eating area. Probably would not go back there to stay. Just a quick stay but there are other better options.

Great location near highway and Mitsua Japanese grocer and food court. Pillows dont have a lot of support and the elevator is incredibly slow. I've stayed here twice and would keep doing so.

Bed was comfy, but room is outdated. Walls had bubbles in them. The front door had a crack so breeze or anything can come in. We had ants on the table we had to get rid of. It’s a few but it keeps resurfacing. The bathroom had a little mold on the soap area, but wasn’t so bad. The worst part was the fire alarm went off at the hotel at 245 in the morning and it was just a false alarm. I have a toddler so that made it worst for her. And when we asked for just an hour extension to get some more sleep, they would not even accommodate. The front desk does not know how to communicate nor say thank you. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

It was reasonably priced & close to family we were visiting.

Primary reason I booked this hotel was for the airport shuttle included. Wasnt able to use the shuttle from the airport or to the airport. Apparently you need to schedule the shuttle. And it only runs from 7am to 10pm only on weekdays. Ambivalent staff added to frustration. For the $ I spent on transportation to and from the hotel, I could have stayed in a significantly better property.

This hotel was just okay. We booked it because it said it had an airport shuttle but apparently it doesn’t run on the weekends. The front desk person was also not personable. The room was just ok. We did not have enough wash cloths.

Hotel was listed as king suite bedroom 1 :king bed and sofa bed bedroom 2: king bed. The bedroom was actually only one room with a king bed and sofa bed. So we paid more for a sofa bed than an actual bed. The hotel staff couldn't have cared less.

We booked an accessible room and it was not. The sheets were staind and threadbare.

The hotel is a good place to stay at if you want a place that is a bit more quiet. It has a Mitsuwa in walking distance. Also the have complimentary breakfast which is actually pretty good. I go to that hotel each year for an event and it is very convenient.

Conveniently located. Well lit parking. Slept well with no outside noises. Breakfast time closed at 9:25 am. Still people trying to get breakfast and a women was closing doors while several were in line and wanting to go through the line. There was actually quite a few people and plenty of food left.

You need to update your shower. All showers need to have shower doors shower curtains are not hygienic only reason for not having a five star other than that the room is comfortable. Tub/shower combinations are outdated.

We had a cancelled flight and decided to get a hotel room. I chose this property because of the good reviews and free airport shuttle. The shuttle never came to the airport, like other hotel shuttles did. We ended up paying for a taxi ride. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful also.
