    We were in town for a quick weekend trip to take our son to the aquarium & I was not expecting such luxury at the price range. The Grand Hyatt will definitely be our go to from now on for all of our future Atlanta get aways. The staff was exceptional!!

    Beds have lights under them and lights up even when a person rolls in bed, lighting up the entire room. Kids ordered “loaded” french fries. Apparently loaded is an up charge for them to put ketchup on them. Pool bar service was terrible, late to open, and no product and staff not helpful. $30 a night for parking and an added $50 destination charge per night. Was hoping for it to be a better experience but sadly it was not.

    The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was an event on-site in which the individual managing the event was rude to my daughter and myself as we went to access the garden area. The gentleman at the front desk was able to assist immediately to help navigate guest access. Thank you, that was one of the reasons we booked this location and we appreciated the support.

    Probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. My standards were high as we stayed here for our wedding weekend. They did not disappoint. Valet delivered our luggage and my dress to the room. The Fabled restaurant was delicious. . The staff member Ken was on point. And they gave us a daily food/beverage credit which was a nice surprise. We left the hotel room in chaos the morning of our wedding, make up and hair products everywhere. (Not my style usually but we were rushing). When we came back that night housekeeping had neatly organized EVERYTHING. I was thoroughly impressed. Would 100% recommend and come back. Only con is parking is pricey, but not taking away stars for that as that’s every hotel in the Atlanta area.

    It was just my bad luck: I was woken up around six in the morning by a woman screaming. Then, around 9 o'clock, something resembling loud DJ music started playing at a very high volume and continued for about 20 minutes. After that, I couldn't sleep or rest.

    The only thing I didn't like in my room was the bathroom light, extremely bright and no dimmer. I also didn't like the taste of the coffee in my room or at Cassis restaurant, but I like tasty strong coffee. A bath robe and slippers would be appreciated.

    We paid for valet service, but our bags were never brought up to our room. We waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes and no one showed up with our luggage. We eventually had to handle it ourselves, which was disappointing considering we paid for the service. At the bar, we were served drinks in dirty cups, which was concerning and not what we expected from a hotel of this standard. It also took about 30 minutes to receive our food, which felt longer than expected given it wasn’t overly busy. Lastly, we purchased the Valentine’s Day package, but it was not delivered to our room as promised. We had to call around midnight (12:38 AM) to follow up, and only then was it brought to us. That delay unfortunately took away from what was supposed to be a special evening. Again, the hotel itself is very nice and the staff was generally courteous, but these service issues made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been. I hope management addresses these concerns so future guests can have the seamless experience expected at this level.

    We had to shower with basically room temperature water. After running water for 10 minutes the water would not become warm/hot. Upon checkout I mentioned it to the front desk and the said that was normal there when it’s cold outside. Definitely won’t stay there again if it’s cold outside

    From the moment you walked in the tone is set for a lovely stay. From the lovely scent filling the air to the aesthetically pleasing decor the hotel is centrally located to shopping, a variety of restaurants and cafés not to mention me onsite restaurants.     We found an earring on the floor of our room, otherwise the room appeared very clean. I asked for 3 extra bath towels and got 3 hand towels and 3 wash cloths.     When you hear the word “grand” even though the literal meaning is just big…and that it is. That’s the only sense of the word that is fulfilled. There is a terrible smell getting off the elevator on L. Didn’t smell it as much on LL. It’s overbearing. The best part of my visit was the staff. Very friendly, courteous and professional.     This is my second time staying at the Grand Hyatt. I found this hotel after a horrible experience at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Hotel in Mid Towne. The best choice!! From the valet, to the front desk check in. Services were impeccable. There is a young lady at the Market who is the sweetest person. Make sure you visit the Adler Md say hello.     Internet access was easy; attended Le Petit Chef (interactive dining experience at Cassis restaurant) which was wonderful-albeit overpriced-but each course was delicious! There was a stain on our towel and staff came with a fresh replacement set. Darren/Tyson? was pivotal in the smooth check-in!

    II was displeased because when I got there I was assigned a room and upon arrival at the room it was occupied or needing to be cleaned. I was then sent to another room and told to be patient I would be transferred back to the original room.

    Very clean, smelled fresh throughout, transportation provided by hotel was quick and the driver amazing! Only thing we had difficulty with was the auto lights under the bed and trying not to trigger them on in the middle of the night. Zen garden and waterfall were cute!

    Food wasn’t good . They charged for daily water which is not customary for a 5 star hotel .During peak pool hours they had water classes to advertise products with really loud music and filmed everyone at the pool . Should have classes early in the day .

    Lobby was on 2nd floor with no signs to show where. Wondered till I figured out it was upstairs. Went to self-park and found out it was $50 to park myself to stay at the hotel I paid for! Destination fee $30. No garbage bags for cans. Pillows FLAT. Bed uncomfortable. Sheets scratchy and duvet was literally crunch and hot. No microwave. The most expensive hidden fees I have ever paid. Will put that on my NEVER again list. Stayed in way cheaper hotels with better amenities, better beds, linens, all of it. Regret very much staying there.

    I booked this property for hubby’s birthday celebration and we loved it! The staff were friendly, the building was beautiful and so was the room. The establishment was very clean; classy and classic. There was a waterfall outdoors with seating, and a place to stroll. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and shopping areas which the hotel conveniently provides but transportation to as long as it is in a 2 mile radius. Nothing negative to say about this stay, absolutely lovely stay.

    Very pleased with our stay. Hotel has been recently and beautifully remodeled. Availability of a Lincoln Navigator courtesy shuttle was an unexpected surprise. Rooms were just as nice as the nearby Waldorf Astoria and much more reasonably priced.

    I would have rated the hotel at a five but our first night there, we arrived late and wanted to order food at the bar. They had an issue with our puppy being with us and we were over charged an extra drink and my salad never came with its dressing it took almost 30 minutes to receive it.
