Go right back downstairs and tell the clerk the situation, that the situation is unsafe for my Wife and I would like a refund. Here it is 10 days later no refund no I receive a email that they have motion cameras to protect the property and make us feel safe. So if you are looking for a quite environment with nobody hanging outside your room door this isn't it. Not looking to bash anybody just wanted a refund on a room we didn't stay or felt safe staying in.

The gentleman working the counter was very nice. The hotel on the other hand was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The room is in terrible condition with broken everything. The toilet paper rack fell off the floor. The lock for the door has been broken off many times and reattached. There were great missing from the air-conditioning unit. The linen on the bed were bad enough that I slept on the floor. The bathroom was in terrible condition. There are cigarette burns on all the counters however the TV was new

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Much worse than the pictures. Dirty floors, carpet, Broken door, numerous cockroaches. Tub wouldn’t drain. Could not get out soon enough. That building should be condemned.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross. There were cigarette burn marks throughout the entire room. The tv did not work at all. The toilet wasn’t secure to the ground and the bathtub had mold all around it. The sheets had several stains so I removed it all and just slept on a blanket and pillow I brought with me. The only decent thing was the air blew cold. There is no phone in the room for room service. You could not pay me to stay in this hotel ever again.

I was killing roaches all night. It was a smoking room . The covers on BOTH beds had burn holes. The first room was so nasty. They moved me to another one. No phone. Walked to front desk just to find no one there. There were people standing outside late. Not sure if they stayed there. It was just an uncomfortable situation all together…

The staff was polite, the area was noisy and random strangers kept knocking on my door throughout my visit. The room itself was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

I was very disappointed it was my tenth yr anniversary and I wanted to have a great day with my wife.. the pool was closed on a 108 degree day...I had to switch rooms twice bc of broken refrigerator and dirty sheets and room.. also while trying to enjoy our night people was blasting music from other rooms n being extremely loud....and last but not least they say they offer free breakfast...after having a horrible anniversary night I thought I could at least offer my wife breakfast n bed but I got up and went to lobby at six only to be told they don't offer the breakfast the advertise.. not even coffee....I wanted a refund but was told they don't give refunds....I saw they have jacuzzi rooms and asked for at least a free stay n there when the pool was available and was told they cannot do that either....if there is someone who can help me gain some satisfaction for my inconvenience please do asap.....

Broken lights, smoke detector was placed in a cabinet and not connected, sheets were stained, housekeeping never came in. I asked about the housekeeping upon checkout and was told housekeeping has to be requested.

I had roaches in my room. I asked the customer service to move me to another room. He didn’t. He came and moved, put some roach pellets down and spray the room. I cannot stand in that room.

Sign on the front door reads "Not responsible for injury or Death". Bathroom sink didn't work. Tv would not pick up any channels. Wi-Fi was nonexistent, Light fixtures and electrical sockets were broken. The door had been kicked in at one point so you could see daylight halfway done the door. There were piles trash/ old refrigerator's next to the dumpster and overflowing. Trash bags piled up all over the place by the trash cans around the building. Hot water in the shower was luke warm full turned to hot. There were neighbors running in and out and fighting at all times of the night and day. Hotels.com had it listed for 50 a night was charged 84 a night. Glad it was for just 3 nights.

This hotel is NOT a place to stay if you have children. This is a hotel for truck drivers for one night. Over priced and under delivered per the online description! My family returned to our home with no water or electricity over staying in this "hotel."

After booking this reservation online, I showed up and this property was dark and was not occupied due to Hurricane Helene. I e been charged for a two night stay and they were not there to receive me.

When we arrived the hotel had no power therefore we were unable to check-in not we're they able to give us a refund. We had to get back on the road at 9pm and continue to drive to our destination because we had no where to stay.

I’ll preface this by stating I have previously vowed to never stay at another Wyndham property again. I have had nothing but nightmare stays w/this comp all over the country. Little did I realize when booking, this too is Wyndham. It was not clear on the website. This is most certainly a get what ya pay for property. It’s beat up, outdated, and the cleanliness factor is below par. The pictures on the booking sites don’t show what’s really going on- carfished again. When I checked in, the first thing I noticed was the array of condoms at the front desk. That should have been my 1st red flag to run. But, after a long drive and not being familiar with the area, I stayed. The other big red flag I chose to ignore was the sign in the front door stating, basically, if you die on this property the company isn’t liable. The staff was nice enough, English was a bit rough but, nice. The booking sites also stated this property had a gym; I swear I even saw pictures when I booked- no gym. The room itself was almost tolerable. I can deal w/outdated but dirty, no. There was hair everywhere and the first thing I noticed was the mirror and was kinda terrified with what it could have been all over it, given all the condoms upfront. Sigh. If you don’t like grass, don’t stay here. Everyone who stays seems to be smoking and the ventilation isn’t great- I personally don’t mind, but I’m sure others do. Also, don’t get hyped about breakfast.

Property needs a lot of repair work. Lock on room door broke and maintenance never came to fix it as promised by management.

Beds were very comfortable, room was large. Kitchenette was very limited with fridge, microwave but no utensils, cups, plates or anything else. Rooms are very dated and need a serious refresh.

Very cheap for the dates that I stayed. However we felt that we needed to bleach the shower before we could use it. There was a smell that we could not get rid of. The window curtain was also cracking and being blown onto the bed by the air conditioner.

For Masters week it was ideal for a guys trip. Room is exactly what we thought and we were only there to sleep. Hot shower, good AC, clean room, and comfortable beds. Felt safe there. Was just what we were looking for. Check in lady was very nice and welcoming. We will stay there again next year! Thank you!

I have to say that I won't stay here ever again. The water is opaque white and walls were thin. I continuously got woke up by loud and drunk people. I found hair on both of the towels. Bed sheets had stains.

First I am very disappointed that Expedia partner with a place like that. What a terrible place! A nonsmoking room smells like smoking joint. The room infested with roaches, cigarettes burns all over the sheets. I only slept the first night with the one eye open because lot of movement throughout the night. I had to find another place for the other three night. I called Expedia the next day asking for a refund the customer service treated me like an idiot. I was not asking for full refund, but to refund me for the two other nights. I have been dealing with Expedia for years and trusted them. Now I am not sure I'll trust booking my hotel with Expedia again. As a booking agency, Expedia should know the kind of place they sending their client. That was not a safe or clean place. Checking terrible between the receptionist and the computer I don't which one was the slowest. I took them 20 minutes to check in, in small heated room at the front door. No access to the lobby.

The hotel itself looked very run down and the pool was a murky green color. We wanted to leave and find somewhere else to stay, but because of a basketball tournament in town there were no other hotels/rooms available. Once we got into our room however, we were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean and comfortable. A lot of work needs to be done on the outside to make it more appealing to travelers.

Let me start with saying I am so disappointed in the place. We get to our room to find that they hadn’t cleaned at all. There were also ROACHES in the room. We had to leave this place to sleep at another hotel. When trying to get a refund for the room the owner Harry gave us the biggest problem. I don’t recommend anyone leave there enemy in this place....... negative 5stars

Had to move rooms do to 3 roaches crawling in room up walls . We had been to dinner and came back turned lights on and they were everywhere. When talking to manager was rude and arrogant.

It was amazing very convenient included shower, bathtub, refrigerator, microwave great wifi. Everything was great. I definitely recommend this hotel for independent contractors like myself in town for business.

Im very upset I had loss my son due to car accident and cane back up here from florida and was very upset about i had booked online with hotels.com had a confirmation number and paid online for the hotel before I got there. I checked in after arriving tired and with two babies it was well after 1 am when i got into town. Now they tell me they do t have a king size bed although they still charged same rate. Well i didnt leave on the sunday but before 11 am i was told i had to go pay again not a problem but woke me and yet they cohkd have just charged my card that they had on file . Went to front desk to only discover they charged me 68.70 wow for one more night then mon i was going through rough night at funeral home and sent family member up there with card only to be told i had to physically come up there and which i did and onve again 68.70 so this morning i woke to go pay cash and it was 68.70 now not to mention there is no pool privledges no free breakfast and no working washer or dryer and not one vending machine. This is absurb. Not once have i been offered a discount and not once have i been asked how they could hel during the #eath of my son . Instead im treated as a noone. And harassed over waking up to check out when did i even mention no phone in the room and internet slow as molasses and ive had to go buy my own toilet tissue been told they was going to bring bsck never did . So very upset . Ive spent a total in leas than a week now of 320.94 please help

I paid for an extra day the night before check out and had to work the next morning so i left my washclothes outside the door so i could get some clean ones but they didnt leave me no clean ones so i went to the office and the owner got nasty and said i should have got them before the housekeeper left i told him i was at work and just got off he tell me the next if i dont get it from her im out of luck even if im at work sad never no more

The room was dirty. I killed 4 roaches. There was hair in the bed, holes in the wall. There is a reason it's so cheap. I put all my belongs in the car overnight, so I don't go home with creatures I didn't come with. AVOID.

Staying at this hotel was not the best experience me being a US Vet I can’t with my service dog when I checked in that night it was not an issue but I was rudely awakened with a knock on the door that morning before checkout about an issue with my dog mind you My dog is trained and she is very polite my dog does not bark unless it’s too aware me or a Loring me I took my dog to use the restroom in the back of the hotel in a Grassfield but the bathroom was unfinished there was pipes showing in the roof there’s a very strong marijuana odor all throughout the rooms even outside the property but I think if there is an issue With having service animals or ESA’s then I think that should be established on checking in knots rudely awakening people in the early morning about an animal they already knew was there this is definitely a property I will never stay at again

Even a fresh coat of paint cannot hide the hotels true defects, it looks run down. Holes in walls repaired poorly, cracks in tiles, loose fixtures, fixtures missing on switch so now their hot wire, only working when actually plug in with cord. Only way to shut off is to pull plug. Dripping faucets. No external room eqiipment. Iron, coffee pot, Kleenex, hair dryer, etc.

Peeling paint and the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Old appliances in room. Rough bedding. Staff very friendly though.

The property was OK. We rented a smoking room because that was what was available and we are not smokers. Stale smoke smell is not pleasing. The wall plug under the desk did not work which meant that the wall light that was plugged in there didn't work. Nice to have a kitchenette. Complimentary continental breakfast was minimal and things were empty with no staff around when I went to the office in the morning.

Bathroom door was hard to close and open. 2nd day room did not get made and towels were not replaced. Must be bad neighborhood because door is locked after 10pm and you have to talk through the slot under bullet proof glass while standing outside with odd people they are trying to keep out. Wifi barely connects. Pool looked green.

TV didn't work. Was stuck on extra loud and we couldn't change the channel or turn it down. The batteries were missing from the remote. No towels in the bathroom to take a shower.

Upon checking in I had worries due to the condition of the building, but was always going to be there for a day so decided it would work, after checking in and then leaving for dinner we arrived back, I decide to take a shower and there was a BED BUG crawling on the wall, I decided to now take my shower and check the bed and as soon as we moved the blanket back, there was another. We didn’t continue to check and went to get a refund which the hotel could not provide since we booked through Expedia. We still decided to leave and pay for another and hope the next day that I can call Expedia and explain and get a refund back! Worst experience although the staff understood why we wanted to leave and was nice about it.

I was in Augusta for medical reasons during Masters week. The room was clean & the staff was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable.

Hotel looked decent enough on the outside. The room was run down, beat up and smelled bad. Saw multiple bugs in the kitchen, on the walls and in the bathroom. Staff wasn't friendly. Don't waste your money.

It was after 11 pm, So I was able to go to the local Walmart and buy a cheap set of sheets and pillow cases. The next morning I called hotels.com and complaining just tried to do at least get a partial refund from the hotel so I could check game and would be someplace at the hotel reviews. I ended up checking into a holiday inn on the other side of town so I can get away from this hotel that seems to be one step above a halfway house.

Had a fridge, microwave, and cable tv which was nice. My non-smoking room reeked of smoke. No comforter, just two sheets. Wouldn’t recommend unless it’s a last resort on price or availability.

I had to wait for 15 minutes till office staff unlocked the office and I could check in. Room smelled terrible, remote control did not work for the TV and multiple lights were burnt out. I had just completeld a 14 hour drive and didn’t feel like dealing with the staff. I just went to sleep and left as soon as I could. I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

the toilet ran, the chain kept getting under the stopper, had to lift lid to stop it, the kitchen light was not working. the coffee that was provided only gave one cup of regular coffee, the bathtub safety bar kept coming off. the service was great however. the cost of the room did not meet up to what we paid

1st the room had a bad smell of smoke 2nd the whole room and bathroom needs a renovation they had a wide screen tv but no HD toilet seat was loose had to call to get hot water the lights over the bed didn’t work the phone had a blinking red light and no directions on how to delete. I banged my head in the shower as the ceiling dropped 6 inches halfway in the tub and the never cleaned the floor of the bathroom and the free breakfast had frozen orange juice and pre packaged breakfast sandwiches that you couldn’t tell what they were. The thing I can say was not bad was the bed

Used the recommended transportation service to Augusta National which turned out to be a good choice.

Arrived at the motel and checked into the room, staff was ok and cleaning crew was pressure washing the sidewalks. Got to the room and did a very quick check of the room which was rundown, peeling paint, bathroom very very dated and run down but didn’t see anything that was “must get out of here.” We left and went to dinner, came back after dinner and did a bit more looking, found roaches under the sink, in the kitchenette and in the bathroom. Saw 6 in total before we got out of there. They did refund my room without even looking so they obviously knew of the issue. Attempted to move us to a different room but we demanded a refund and got out of there. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to my worst enemy.

2 queen beds were in the room, both sheets had oil-like stains on them. There were no top covers/comforters provided for either bed. There were also cigarette butts in the toilet that wouldn’t flush. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. After calling the front desk from my cellphone, they provided me with new sheets, but did not address the other issues.
