This property was good value for what we paid. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a nice variety day to day. Our room was clean and the staff was very willing to help out in whatever way they needed. The pool area is basic but was well used during our stay. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Was expecting protein for breakfast but still good, low water pressure in shower and Smokey smelling room not what I was expecting for mid range price

The coffee station at the reception was however useful as the hotel does not provide bottled water, despite the Colorado summer heat. The breakfast was satisfactory except for Saturday when they served sausage gravy, biscuits and eggs. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Staff was nice and friendly. The room was not the cleanest when we checked in. Also the toilet in the room did not work the best.

My sister and I arrived there and the trash can outside was pouring over. Checked in. Went to the room. Stayed in 204, Smelled like the air conditioner was burning like rubber and oil strong. TV didn’t work. Called the front desk. An hour later nothing no one came. Called again, finally a man came and fixed it. Wanted to take a shower, it was about 9:00pm and my sister was asleep, turned the knob all the way and it was a trickle of water and scalding hot, so I turned it to medium, the water stopped. There was no cold water, so either take a scalding hot shower out don’t take one at all. Went down to complain about it and the lady said I’d have to talk to the manager in the morning. Wake up with a horrible headache from the oil rubber smell and went down to the lobby, told a different lady on duty and she just had this blank reaction. She didn’t take down my name or number didn’t even ask what room I was in. She said she’d relay that to the manager. I just left. Horrible stay!

Booked two nights, staff was so nice and helpful with checking us in.. room was nice, beds super comfy. We had a small issue with sound on the tv but the staff was quick to send help! The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and more. They have an indoor pool but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Loved the location… Restaurants close by, Walmart and Sam’s Club right behind us. Plenty of things to do near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Hot tub wasn't working, gym had a broken treadmill, the drawers wouldnt stay closed in the dresser so i had ro put tissue in it and some stain running down the wall. The homeless walking around looking in ash trays. Think this might be my last stay here. Front desk people just seem oit of energy.

The air conditioning did not work in our hotel room which caused a sleepless night, the floor we were on smelled stale like it had previously allowed smoking, the lone elevator was dirty and made concerning noises, and one of our beds squeaked loudly.

Breakfast was great but the hot tub wasn't working while I stayed there i was looking forward to it because of the long drive we had i was a little upset but oh well overall a excellent stay

Sadly they did not have privacy or blackout curtains, only a thin veil of transparent white curtain. As a result, people walking in and out of the backdoor could see into my first floor room. Also, there were a couple different people who banged on the backdoor for a while. The room was clean enough with a generously sized refrigerator with a freezer section. An alarm in the hall started going off at about 1 AM and the staff did not respond for over 45 minutes; luckily with earplugs I was able to sleep. The breakfast was better than most offerings I've had recently--it's always nice to have eggs for breakfast and they had a coffee machine available in the lobby. They're also very close to a Walmart with a discreet pathway behind the hotel to the Walmart parking lot if you need an easy walk to the store for anything.

Really appreciated the espresso machine in the lobby. Breakfast was also nice, they had yogurt from a machine and delicious berries to add as a topping. Cosy lobby.

We had room 121 and the room was not the quality we usually get through Best Western. I believe it was a handicap room which we didn't need. The room was not up to our standards this time. Also when housekeeping comes to clean the room they never restock the coffee.

Very polite staff. Breakfast was amazing. Milk was in a pitcher, not real cold… need a better option.. pool was warm, kids loved it. Pool area was dark, better lighting would be nice. The conditioner, shampoo, lotion bottles were very tiny and insufficient. Traveling with a family of 4 and the bottles were basically for one shower for two people at the most. We had to keep asking for more as we stayed for 4 nights. The room was clean, nice towels, clean fridge and microwave. The washers, dryers, and vending machines were quarters, cash only. The front desk was unable to provide enough quarters to complete 2 full loads. That was ANNOYING, we had to get cash from a neighboring atm, then find a business willing to give us some quarters. We will definitely stay here again, but will bring our own shower supplies, and change :).

Room was large and clean, facilities were clean, staff was great. The hot tub wasn’t working the night we arrived but they had it fixed the next day, though it wasn’t very hot. It just needed time to heat up because by the third day it was hot and perfect! Breakfast was pretty standard though the pancake machine was a nice touch!

The breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was cold. They would not let us vacuum our room (we spilled popcorn) because it would be too loud, even though it was only 7:45 pm. The fridge did not work well. A lamp was cracked. The light switch was dirty. There was no extra blanket. I would stay again, but it would not take much to make the stay much better.

The room was clean and it didn’t have any weird lingering smell. This hotel actually saved us from another that we left immediately due to a stench and other things. FIRST.. booking was so easy. The lady who checked me in was upfront with the temp-deposits required for my pet. Our little guy is a good boy so we weren’t worried about not getting it back (which we did) as far as cleanliness and the staff, and even the ability to launder our garments… Everything was great! The only thing I didn’t like is there wasn’t a large area to really take our dog out to potty it was just kind of whatever grass is in the front or on the side of the building lol but I understand as it’s off the highway. The pool and hot tub were a fun little amenity for our son. I will say…. The pet friendly rooms are only on the first and second floor. I guess I never really realized how that might affect our pooch. Whoever was staying above us on the third floor had little ones that were consistently stomping around and jumping probably from bed to bed..as the noise was awfully loud and what else could little feet be doing. The only reason this bothered us was because it caused our dog to be overly anxious and bark more than he usually does. I’m going to guess he thought somebody was knocking or trying to break in. Eventually, I think he got used to it because the barking slowed down. (We were there nearly 4 days) but still… I guess we didn’t think about ppl above us being noisy lol. That’s all.

The elevator is scary! We took the steps except for luggage. It would close the doors and sit and sit or not open at the floor. The room was ok and clean. The front seat was mixed some people kind and others not. Our keys did not work and the lady blamed us for it. Even though we had no magnets nor near phone. No shuttle to airport so do not get caught off guard.

Room was really clean. Unfortunately our room had no view, the window was behind a wall on the front side of the building.

Staff was very nice. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The pull out put sofsa bed in our suite was the worst mattress I have ever encountered. I'm not exaggerating when I say there was not an ounce of cushion, it was springs covered by material and that's it. The King size mattress on our bed was very hard but at least we couldn't feel the springs. The breakfast was just okay. No meat options at all and the pancake machine was "out of order". We tried to take a nap one afternoon but couldn't because of the dog that kept barking right outside our window. The pool and hot tub were nice. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again.

Room was beautiful and quiet. Definitely worth the dollar. I was going to stay another night past my reservation but when they quoted at nearly triple my initial rate I decided to move on with my trip instead.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Hotel is difficult to get to for those traveling from out of town. Didnt get any sleep. This was truly the worst hotel i have ever stayed at.

Great hotel! Usually we stay in expensive hotels but when in Aurora the expensive hotels have nothing on this hotel. The staff are friendly, the beds are comfortable, it is quiet, nice hot tub and pool, and the breakfast has a great variety.

The check in staff let us in early and this was appreciated as my husband was ill. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate. I used the fitness room which did not open until 9 am and breakfast was over at 9:30 so working out before breakfast is not an option. The fitness room has no weights and the left handlebar on the treadmill is loose but otherwise it is an adequate fitness room for this type of hotel.

We can afford much more expensive hotels but always choose this one when in the area. It is comfortable, staff are always friendly, and the hot tub and pool are always working. Keep up the good work!

The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was pretty good. The rooms are a bit dated, but that’s to be expected with an older hotel. The only downside was the elevator a few times I selected my floor, the doors closed, and then it just reopened on the same floor without moving. Aside from that, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall.

Property is starting to show its age. AC in the room was unusually noisy as was the fan in the bathroom. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is understaffed and it shows.

Staff was excellent and friendly. I told them the bed was not very comfortable and asked if I could switch rooms. They were sold out so I could not switch; however, they did say they would flip the mattress or change it out if they had an extra. Not sure what they did, but sure enough the bed was more comfortable for the remainder of my stay, which was much appreciated. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the property/rooms are older and could use updating. There was a musty odor in my room but I didn't not smell it anywhere else on the property. It was a fine place to stay since I was only sleeping there and was out all day every day.

I was charged for checkin, but had our reservation canceled. Rude customer service, she refused to call management.

This is a tidy, well-run hotel. Breakfast is above-average for this class of facility (including warm protein that varies every morning.) Staff is great. Property could stand to be upgraded a bit, though it is very clean. It's located amongst quite a bit of asphalt and concrete (somewhat noisy.) The flip side is that it's easily accessible by car. But, we weren't disappointed. There are lots of restaurant & grocery options located nearby. This would be a good option for folks on a budget needing to stay multiple nights ... Denver accommodations, in general, are exorbitant.

My mother in law has been needing to go to Anshutz and your property has been perfect for her! She likes the dining around and loves the breakfast in the room. She says everyone is so nice and likes the clean rooms!

The pool and hot tub were both out of order for the entirety of our stay, the washer was down a few days as well. The beds, when you sat on them, laid down, moved, it sounded like something heavy fell in the room. Every single time. The chairs were wobbly and unstable making it uncomfortable to sit in them as you were worried they would collapse at any time. At one point, the front entry carpet had been ripped up, no signage telling people to be careful or anything of the sort. We usually stay at Best Westerns but the past few we have stayed at, the quality has not been what it was. This will likely be our last stay at a BW

Room was over 90 degrees and had to complain multiple times and wasn’t even moved until our final night. Hotel itself was hot and muggy in the hallways; the only place in that hotel that was relatively cool was by the reception desk.

Just ok… the entire 4th floor smelled like smoke. Walk into our room. Smelled like smoke when we requested a nonsmoking room. We call down & the clerk gives us a new room- she was great! But after awhile that room started to smell also. We got to a point where we didn’t really care because this was just a stop to get us to the airport. But I don’t think I would stay here again, solely based on the smell

I loved how incredibly nice everyone was! So accommodating! Even walking me to where the coffee was, in the morning, and showing me how to make it! My mate has breathing issues and they made sure we were by an elevator so he wouldn’t have to walk far. The room was great and clean! Breakfast was delicious!

Clean hotel and friendly staff.

While the stay at the hotel was excellent and the staff was more than helpful and accomodating. The booking process was a mess and does not have the same expectations as the hotel through booking procedures. When I arrived at the hotel the reservation was cancel due to the card not going through when the website says there is no card until arrival. The manager also was able to get us into another room with the same beds for less than what it cost through the website.

The outdated under-the-window AC unit did not cool and the fan made a clanking sound. I got in late and the room was 85 degrees. The hotel told me to re-power the AC. Still no luck to opened the window but the noise from I-25 was unbearable. The office chair was also broken.

The room I was originally assigned was not made up. There was trash still in the room, the sink was dirty and the previous guest’s room key was still on the table.

check in was pretty simple and easy. got right into our rooms. as im starting to unpack i fold back the sheets for my son to lay down..the fitted sheets are stained in multiple spots. i work in a hotel, i can tell these sheets have been popped and reused. i went to front desk and requested another room. this room was better, the bed was fresh but everything else was pretty dirty. the counter tops were grimy as if they had never been wiped off. the shelves in the shower were covered in left over soap gel. i dusted the headboards and the picture frames in the room, gross. the night was quiet after i got the room cleaned and settled in. fast forward to the third and final night there, i come out of my room to go get laundry from the dryer and there is a man, about 20-25, j***ing off in the hallway by the balcony on the second floor!!! pants down to his knees. i grabbed my laundry and headed to my room to call front desk. i didn’t see the guy by the balcony, phew. i look up, he’s by the stairway doing the same thing!! i ran in my room and called front desk. he did go looking for him. i’m unsure if they ever found him. this hotel was sketchy. the breakfast was insanely burnt and the pancake consistency was odd and tasteless. the juice had floating stuff in the bottom of the cup. bacon was burnt to a crisp. my 12 year old BOY threw his food away, RARE! i will never stay here again. hotel 1/10 staff 8/10.

This was our first time staying in Aurora. This hotel has shopping in the area and eating places. It is about 1.5 hours to Estes Park and Garden of the Gods. It has a nice continental breakfast, and free coffee at a hours. Beds.and pillows were great! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool. My BIGGEST complaint was low water pressure and they give you a very small shampoo (not hardly enough for 1 person, had to ask for several more. Jenelle at the front desk was very helpful and informative.

Beyond the overwhelming smell of bleach from cleaning it wasn't so bad. The pool area looked nice. The room was old with new fixtures. Water pressure was sad but got hot quickly. Bed was not comfortable at all. The Ac/heater couldn't make it's mind up, no matter the setting used. I really will say it was a experience I will never have again.

Don't like if you want to stay longer that you keep adding new deposit for each additional stay. When i have put a deposit for the previous stay. It would better if you keep deposit for the entire stay instead refunded and charge new deposit.

We came back from a concert around midnight, the lobby door was locked and the device that was supposed to open it didn't work. We had to wait for the person at the front desk to get back from his trip to the bathroom so we could get inside from the cold

Seeing as this was a best Western plus i hoped for better. It needs some work. First room every time i sat on the bed or moved on it sounded like a goose abd it was lumpy and so uncomfortable. Asked tobhave it fixed while we were out all day never happened. So late on the 2nd day had to oaxk up everything and move rooms. The bed Was a little more comfortable but same thing anytime i adjusted myself or moved it made noise like metal on metal. The shower was suoer touchy either to hot or cold and the tolit felt like you was on the floor. By the 2nd night though i felt like saying anything wouldn't have changed the stay so we out up with it

We stay here often because it is a great value and near to one of our Aurora offices. We have stayed in many hotels in the area and now stay in two and this one being one of them.
