    We were assigned a dirty, foul smelling room with filthy carpeting and all 4 lampshades ripped looking like a frat party had just occurred. The smell was horrendous. We were reassigned to a better room but continued to be disappointed due to guest behavior. Loud talking in hallways with doors slamming throughout each night with upset and crying children. Coffee and breakfast were subpar to other recent LA Quinta stays in the west. Very disappointed.

    The hotel was clean and easy to maneuver. I was a little thrown off having to pay for parking at the hotel, not knowing that ahead of time. The staff were extreme helpful and accommodating. SHOUT-OUT to Aisha for going above and beyond giving us amazing customer service!

    The bathroom was terrible. The shower drawn was producing brown looking terdlets. Low water pressure, peeling paint, Ac made loud noises, the breakfast terrible, sausage was under cooked and tasted bad. The bed was not comfortable. I think the hotel needs a complete renovation. We changed rooms three times before we found something suitable and then the bathroom was terrible. I will not stay at this property again.

    Although the hotel advertised a pool, ut was closed, even though it was 82°. The eggs were obviously powdered but the coffee was good. I believe that i should've received some compensation from not being able to use the pool. I found long hairs that didn't belong to me behind the pillows and a weird, long, curly pubic hair in front of the toilet along with many cosmetic damages all over the bathroom.

    Honestly I wanted to say what was bad but it really wasn't that bad. The room was clean, the TV sucked and no option for streaming. Direct TV was terrible but that would be my real complaint. The Front Desk lady Aisha H. Was AWESOME!!! Every other staff person I spoke to after was cold and unfriendly. If that doesn't bother you or you don't need help from staff this place will work for you.

    This is unacceptable in an industry that has people coming to stay from distance locations, and will of course need to park! This is nothing short of deceptive pricing--dropping the advertised price by $10, only to try to grab it through a surprise parking fee. I will be checking more carefully to see if other hotels try this same BS. Everyone needs to call them out. Hotels.com, you need to let them know this not acceptable to your business, either.

    The hotel needs serious upgrades. Mold in the shower. Weird smell in my room. The do they need to clean my room. They left towels, but some of them were terribly and should not have been put into someone’s room. My TV only worked the first night and only started working because I had to plug. It never worked again during my whole day. I knew that there was nothing about any of this so I ended up checking out a day early to go stay with a friend because I cannot deal with this anymore. I won’t ever be coming back.

    Great room. Bed was excellent for my back. Only complaint it the fact that there was an individual Kcup machine in the kitchen area. Only problem was there wasn't an outlet to plug the machine into. Also they service the room every three days and there were only enough kcups for one day.     The counter staff was very nice. Bedroom window was open when I arrived, got it closed to ajar but could here the freeway and traffic going by. Shower was faulty and didnt have shampoo but i made it work. The property was nice, i skipped the breakfast with the exception of a machine coffe and bad apple but tgey dud have lots of options. The room was confortable otherwise, clean and comfortable.

    What can I really say besides very disappointed in this hotel. I use to stay at this hotel a lot and looking at how a down it had become is very sad. The front desk staff amazing the rooms well let’s just say the bedding great decor needs to be replaced. I have no clue what was on the shade lap by the bed looked like blood. All was well until Sunday when I got ready to shower there was a roach in the bathroom. At of all the times I’ve stayed I’ve never experienced this. Also not sure why only 1 elevator was working. But I would have to say I would never stay here again, Also I know that people need a place to live and it seemed as this was the hotel for them to live in we have to do better as I should not have seen a roach in the hotel.     I’ve stayed at this La Quinta multiple times before and never had to pay $10 for parking—this is a new and ridiculous charge. The carpet was filthy—after showering, my feet were dirty just from walking on it. The shower faucet was coming out of the wall, and overall, the place has gone downhill. It used to be much better maintained, but after this stay, I’ll never come back.

    There were a few reasons why I didn’t give a perfect score. The first was the strong smoke smell in lobby hallway, dead batteries in the remote, broken bathroom mirror, shower drain detached and rusted, faulty microwave, and there was a roach crawling under the TV near the fridge to the right.

    I had to change rooms three times due to peeling bathtubs and rust around the drains in two of the three rooms. I settled for a single bedroom with shower only since the shower was much cleaner and had no signs of rust or peeling paint besides on the ceiling of the shower. The doors were poorly secured, each door had the appearance of once being kicked in and locks broken on them. The repair job on each door was just enough to get buy, you could actually push the door and look inside the door-jam and see the insertions of the hardware. Easily accessible if a skilled burglar had his or her tools could enter the room without problem. The door of the first rooms keep pad was uncovered and the electronic board was open to be tampered with at freewill by anyone who passed by especially since it was straight off the elevator, one of two doors seen as soon as you stepped off into the hallway. There was a tuna can in the hallways trash for three days, the elevator didn’t get cleaned until the housekeeper crew on my third day arrived and mopped spit and who knows what of the door and floor. It was quiet both days and the three nights which was a plus, the front desk had one young lady who was excellent she checked me out and changed my room for the last time when I needed it done without problem nor hesitation. I will be taking this location off my favorites list I fortunately, I don’t plan on staying there any time soon in the future. It saddens but hopefully they will get better.

    The restroom floor was very dirty pubic hair and dirt on floor and corners. The tub had a slow drain so you feet would sit on backed up water while you showered. Only stayed one night, the next morning when we were picking up to leave we looked under a chair and there was a small glass smoke pipe on the floor, which means the room was not cleanned well before we came in. I put it in a cup and took it down with me when i checked out as i didn't want to be charged for smoking in the room, but the gal at the front desk didn't seem to care. No toiletries in room.

    We arrived to dirrty and distressed sheets and towels. There werent any wash clothe and they had to give us hand towels instead. Even the bedspread had stains. I booked this hotel because we wanted a hot tub but it was broken for the entire stay! The night manager was very sweet and tried to remedy some of the issues to no avail.

    The bedspread had a hole in it; the shower/tub was missing a drain stopper and the drain had calcium build up around it; there was no vent in the bathroom; the bathroom door looked as if it was repurposed - wood blocks painted and placed on door. The parking was safe and possibly monitored. The breakfast was limited, fruit was missing (perhaps due to it being close to closing) and the waffle iron was not cleaned from the prior waffles cooked.

    Easygoing place. Train station right across the street. Some vagrants around but get chased away by the staff and transit police quickly. Some other guests can be annoying but are only there for a little while. Not much fear of theft in the parking lot. Staff is always helpful when they can be.

    I recently stayed at the La Quinta located in Aurora, CO. The staff was friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. However, some aspects of the property could use improvement. The amenities appeared a bit run down, and my room had some minor cosmetic issues, including a missing drawer in the dresser and trim that was coming loose in the bathroom, likely due to condensation. With a little maintenance and upkeep, this location could be much more comfortable overall.

    Safety issues: Our room had all major electronic appliances plugged into one outlet: air conditioner, mini-fridge, microwave, television and cable cords, and desk lamp. There were also incidents of non-guests entering the facility and attempting to get free breakfast meals, ice, and using the laundry facilities. The parking lot and entrances were not ADA compliant, making it difficult for me to gain access to and from the building. Maintenance issue: The bathroom had obvious water damage that had not been repaired/replaced. The bathroom door was swollen and didn’t close properly, and the walls had flaking paint, due to water damage.

    Staff was very nice, overall property was okay. Elevators were old and seemed unreliable. The room had a good bed, the window was broke and did not close properly. The bathroom was terrible, the shower head was barely working and I was standing in ankle deep water for my shower, tub was old and chipped and in need of repair and I don’t know what was going on with the plumbing for the sink.

    When we initially arrived, one of the clerks had a dog at a table that people were supposed to eat at, sitting at the table on a chair, eating from the table while were eating their food. In addition to that, neither of the clerks on duty smiled and they weren't very friendly. The room was disgusting, everything about it was unsatisfactory. From the mildew to the cracks to the awful smell in the hallway, this was an unpleasant experience.
