    Price Dirty sofa bed. Small beatles on and in the air conditioner, bed, bath floors etc and a manager named Anthony had a terrible attitude we extended our stay staff did not tell us to check in even after we extended our stay a day in advance we asked the employee numerous times is this It?nothings esle ? He said no...wwll the next day comes around They call the room and said we needed to pay late fees and that we had to go the lady takes my daughter down stairs when my daughter came down to explain she showed the booking reservation and he still was acting like he was right yelling having an attitude even once he found the booking on his end he did not say sorry instead he threw the papers towards my daughter and said well you should have read no apologies at the fact his staff did not communicate no apologies that we paid in advance

    Pretty sad when the staff acts like it’s your privilege to stay with them and that you are the one that needs to serve them instead of the way it’s supposed to be. This is a nickel and dime you to death stay kinda place. Laundry is $8 a load. They don’t clean everyday or even every other day. Had medical appointments in Denver and was going to be there for a long time and couldn’t afford a regular hotel for that long. This place takes advantage of people and it’s disgusting, they could and should do better. Avoid if possible.

    There are lot of long term stays with several people with dogs. Everytime I came and went people were smoking near the entrances. Navigating the parking lot was difficult. I requested dishes and did not get any spoons. Felt a bit unsafe overall.

    They gave away our reservation even though we called before check in to let them know how far away we were and that we were on our way and then they wanted to charge us for a 2nd room for the 1st night of our stay and then they could get us into the correct room the next day.

    The kitchen was dirty. There were no dishes available at all for my use. The outside of the fridge was very dirty as well as the bathroom. I had to go buy cleaner and disinfect the entire room. I was not comfortable enough to sleep on the bed. I slept in the leather chair.

    This hotel was misrepresented. It was an awful experience. The refrigerator was broken. They did not change our linen the 4 days we were there. When we asked about clean linens we were abused that we could bring the linens to the front desk and we would be given clean linens to make our bed ourselves. The couch in the room was tore up by previous animals. The door had a gap ask the way around it. Awful experience. Would like to soak to management.

    Antwan was amazingly good at his job. He has the right attitude and such a warm welcome. If Antwan could run that property, it would be A+ rating. All other Front desk was trash they definitely need a refresher in customer, or find another job. All other staff was not accommodating with anything. Also the linen needs to cleaned with bleach before given to guest. Dingy towels with hair, was given very disgusting.I would only come back to this property if Antwan was there 7 days a week, which unfortunately I know that is not possible!

    We had a very dirty floor. Antone is the BEST! Always helped us when he was on shift, but some other front desk worker asked one of the other adults added onto my room the room number for toilet paper and then proceeded to say there was none after he gave her the room number… Didn’t get the sofa bed nor dvd player that was included and no other worker has put out the to go breakfast that was ALSO INCLUDED FOR MY FULL STAY, not just the two days Antone works.. He needs a raise and you guys need to retrain some staff.. other than that it was a comfy stay for the price online.

    The guest key cards do not work and there is only one entrance to the building. The tricky part is you have to use your key card to enter the parking lot…. There are no pedestrian gates to exit this parking lot. So u have to wait until someone else enters the parking lot for you to be able to exit just to walk to the front entrance and find that your key card does not work there either. So you pick up a very filthy phone to call front desk. The poor attendant seems to be working alone and is not at the desk so you’re waiting for about 10mins for an answer, then she has to let you in the lobby, gives you a new key, that also does not work anywhere but to the parking lot….the guest room beds had visible stains on the blankets, other than that the rooms weren’t too shabby. Would be nice to have a coffee pot in the room.

    First let me say that we have stayed at this location previously and it was completely different. Checked in on Wednesday, had to ask for toilet to be plunged, maintenance person was gone so we had to do ourself. Every day had to have this done. I had to clean table, countertops and stovetop. Noticed that under the bed had not been cleaned, even seen socks under bed, underneath recliner had not been cleaned either. I did tell front desk and manager. One of the lights on nightstand was shorting out, had to fix it. Some of the staff seemed to have an attitude. On saturday evening some people were going to check in, they got price, after waiting a good 5 minutes or so for employee to come out of office. They left and said they would go elsewhere, as the employees acted like they were being bothered. Very disappointed.

    So no matter where you were in the hotel all the side doors were out of use which was very inconvenient to then I come out with a notice on my vehicle stating that I have 24 hours to move my vehicle for expired tags and it will be towed at my expense like first off people your hotel is conjoined with a police substation if anything was on my vehicle that is expired common sense would be you know with them patrol in the parking lot My car would have been towed the first night so Just letting y'all know if you would have told my car it definitely wouldn't be at my expense and it would be out of your guys's pocket to get my vehicle out since it's fully registered and it's not expired

    During our stay I saw 3 rooms and we stayed in 2 different ones. The first was horribly messy and occupied unknowingly to the hotel. The second was dusty but not bad at all. Until they continuously bothered us for days even when we requested they not come in after 11 am due to my partner's sleeping schedule. They finally ended up drilling a hole in the wall behind the bathroom and we had to call Expedia in order for them to change us rooms to do this work when they should have done this from the start. The 3rd room was even more dusty and the pet hair all over made my allergies really bad but we were happy that they at least left us alone for the last 3 days of our stay. Had they just moved us from the room with the leak on the first day they found out about it so they could do their work and we would have been left in peace this would have been better.

    Well for starters I ordered door dash and someone stole the food from in front of my room door before I could even grab it myself. Other than that the room had dog hair like it hadn't been swept or something. I got out of bed bare footed and the floors where dirty. Usually this extended stay is better than this. Check in and service was easy and professional. Then apon checking out I told the front desk lady about my experience and she said she would let the manager know and even try to credit me, but she never wrote anything down or typed anything into the computer.

Yes the room was nice and clean and it's a quiet facility however front desk staff as well as a certain manager a professional rude and and try to accuse me of something that I did not do therefore I had zero respect and I will never return to this facility nor will I ever recommended because of that reason because you cannot accuse your customers without having proof.

    only stayed one night, room was clean, bed was comfy but was disappointed that they didn't have an ice machine anywhere on the premise. They said there was ice trays in the fridge is why. There were trays but not filled. So no ice. When we arrived it was after hours due to flight delay. Had to wait over an hour for the night person to let us in the lobby and be able to check in because they could not get into the computer because of auditing. So we never even got in our room until after 3 a.m. and they wanted us out at 11:00. I probably would not stay here again.

    Alarm system chirped loud every minute. Furniture was falling apart. Room was clean, except for bathroom. Staff was nice, but they did not have enough pillowcases for the pillows. Bathroom towels were stained. None of the side entrances worked with key. Facility seemed to be secure, but really wasn’t. I saw people vacuuming and mopping, but they did seem to be actually cleaning the place. I booked stay for 6 nights but ended up canceling after the first night. I do not recommend this place.

    When I checked in I was told they had given our room away and it would be 20 minutes before they could get us one, our room had no microwave like it was supposed to have. After check out we realized we left a bag of our belongings we called that same day and they said they knew nothing and to call back in the morning, called in the morning and they said to call back during the afternoon, called back again, but nothing.

    The rooms themselves were nice. The heard of elephants that were above us made it hard to sleep or be comfortable at all. Calls to the front desk only helped for a little. At times it felt that someone would surely fall through the ceiling. There had to be at least 10 people in the room and they all were walking/running or doing gymnastics at the same time.

    This was the dirtiest room I have ever seen. The walls and doors were disgusting. All the towels were dirty and it was hard to shower. When I stepped into the elevator, there was a soiled bed sheet on the floor. People were yelling up and down the hallway all night. I was afraid to lay down in the bed. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

    I first got there and it felt odd right away. people were walking around the parking lot (2 with dogs on leashes), one dog got kicked the parking lot. 2-3 people were at the front of the entrance just hanging out or possibly waiting for rides. I then saw a person walk out of the elevator with a pitbull dog. The lobby also had a police substation door within the SAME lobby. I was given a key to what appeared to be an OCCUPIED room. I approached and heard sound. I tried the key card and opened the door. I saw the television ON, the key latch was on the door (locked from the INSIDE). I went downstairs and was offered another room. At that time two individuals walked out of the lobby with a large flat screen television—- it felt as if they were moving out, or possibly stealing it. That night there was a very loud argument right outside my door…cussing, arguing e sued 4 times. It appeared to be DOMESTIC SITUATION. four separate instances that felt they were right outside my door. Very uncomfortable situation. Definitely NOT staying here again.

    As we walked into the hotel, it reeked of cannabis and/or smoke smell. We reserved a room with 2 double beds and a sofa bed but were put in a room with 1 king size bed and a sofa bed. There were no linens and pillows for the sofa bed. When asked we asked for assistance it took a very long time. So we had to go downstairs and ask for linens again. Apparently it was due to no communication at shift change. The lady had to scramble around to find linens and pillows for us. The next morning we asked for them to change our rooms to the one we reserved in the first place but were told there might not be a possibility unless someone leaves. We were stuck in that horrible room all weekend. We also asked for a hairdryer and there were no extra ones available.

    The room wa not cleaned properly prior to check-in and the room was damaged. The underside toilet sat had dried urine. The drywall where the entry door contacts the wall had been freshly damaged with a whole completely through the drywall. Small pieces of drywall were on the floor beneath the hole.

    Liked the size and price of the location. The parking lot is well lit. The amenities (breakfast, vending machines, ice machines) not well marked. Breakfast was packets of oatmeal and two prewrapped muffins, coffee and hot water.

    Something they don’t actually tell is that there is no room service unless you stay longer than two weeks.. another really annoying thing that keeped on happening was that our room keys would deactivate almost daily ! Ah our pull our sofa bed was actually broken

    We did not have a microwave in our room as advertised, call management they said we will look for one. Never go one asked multiple times. They offer dishes I ask for toaster never got one and same answer again.

    As your walking down the halls; you can see small and some big dents on the metal doors. (To me, not a good sign). Got to my room (for a night), the key card didnt work. Had to go back down from room 239 on the 2nd floor to reactivate the key card. Once inside, the place looks very nice and clean. The bathroom toilet seat was loose and the bathtub didnt look all that clean. PLUS, there wasn't any wash clothes....at least I didn't see any. The light above the stove wouldn't turn off. The A/C unit worked very well. I enjoyed the a/c unit being cold. There was only one way of getting back into the hotel. AND a couple of ways of leaving. Overall... I would say it is a 3maybe 4 star rating... I would probably book at this place again. The front desk guy was awesome, very friendly and nice.

    Hotel Nightmare! I reserved these rooms weeks in advance. Check in took more than 30 minutes as the clerk Antone flirted with the one customer in front of me. The lobby was packed. When we finally got our rooms, we had to turn around and go back to the desk. The rooms were both filthy. The linens were not washed, there was moldy food under both beds, the last persons personal items were actually still in the room and obvious. The guy at the front desk just laughed it off and handed us folded sheets. Cigarette holes in the furniture, broken appliances. Just back away slowly. This place is a horror show.

    It was ok other than the fact it took 3 hours to check in because the staff wouldn't listen to me about the fact I paid already they kept running my card and I kept telling them I paid that took forever and my promo code for 50 percent off that I received didn't work

    It was bad, the first room they gave me was dirty. Thera was trash and dirt on the floor. There was dirt and smoking ashes on the bed. As soon as I remove the bed covers there was dirt and a bug in the bed. The room smell like smoke. And the bathtub and window had cigarette burns

    My only complaint about the property is pertaining to privacy. I don't know if it is the doors themselves or the fitment but either way walking down the hallways you can hear everything going on in every room no matter if it is just typical conversation between two people. Other than that the Property was well maintained and the service was impeccable. I must also note the property was very secure.

    Tried 2 rooms was nasty dirty, bathroom had mildew all over shower. Toilet had urine on the back of lid. There was a plastic bag over smoke detector, kitchen counter had dried food on numerous areas. I wiped off the table, rag was black.The carpets didnt look like they'd been vacuumed in a while. AC unit was hanging half out of wall. Went to talk with front desk, was informed that it was "my problem".

    This building is filthy. Nice property but they dont clean! Changed rooms but 2nd room wasn't much better. No breakfast available, left at 7:30am and they only had coffee. Will never stay here again.

    Bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain we let the staff know, they said they would get one and fix it. Didn’t happen. We always look for hotels with hot breakfast. So we booked this one because they claimed to have breakfast. There was no breakfast, we asked nicely about the breakfast and they kept saying it would be ready in 30 mins. Our time to leave came around and we left to eat breakfast somewhere else because the breakfast was never ready.

    The hotel staff was very friendly but the hotel itself was crowded and seemed to be very loud. The wing of the hotel I was on had children running in the hallway all night I ended up leaving and checking out early the same night because of this. The outlets in my room were melted and I could not charge any devices.
