    Booked this airport hotel while my flight was cancelled. Got bed bug bites. Absolutely terrible. Driver also didn’t pick me up where I was told to wait. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    Hotel is clearly old and not being renovated but just “worked on.” My room smelled like body order, tub was filthy, toilet not clean. Elevator floor dirty with sticky stuff whole 2 days i was there. They dont mop floors. They give towels and change sheetd. Room tables were dirty. Carpet room and hallway terrible. No signs up about work being done. Shuttle never on time. Spent $200 smh.

    The room was spacious for the wheelchair and the bathroom was fully equipped for handicapped person it was. Clean and staff was great The Handel on our door broke and we couldn't get in the room but was fixed quickly

    The bathroom was dirty. The bed linens were stained. The in room coffee maker was dirty. These concerns have been shared both at checkout and a subsequent phone call without any response from the hotel. This room was booked because of weather delays at the airport and the dynamic pricing system increased the price by $100 during the booking process. As the main concern was getting my wife into a room, I reluctantly accepted. A phone chat with hotels.com to protest this difference between their advertised price and actual booking went unresolved. The chat was ended abruptly and with poor customer service. Due to the dirty state of the room and poor customer service from both the hotel and hotels.com, we won’t ever use their product again.

    Upon arrival there was a mixup with the room. We had to get moved to correct room which was just overall bad. Rust in restroom. Stains on bedding and walls. Shower leaking. Elevator broke. Pool was “under renovation” which didn’t make sense at the start of summer but found at later as per staff there was a FIRE. Fire alarm kept beeping in room. Housekeeping never came for fresh linens even after asked

    Reserved at last minute due to flt cancel. After waiting an hour for shuttle, my reserved and paid for room wasn’t available. At 2:00 in the morning, solutions were limited. The place was a wreck, with plastic over many room doors. The staff was kind and my situation was not their fault. Not a chain that I would ever use or recommend based on the mess walking in.

    Extremely filthy everywhere you went. We had housekeepers knocking on door multiple times before it was even close to check out time. The front desk woman was friendly but that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Definitely will not be staying here again

    I would not recommend staying at this hotel at this time. The hotel has recently had a fire on property, so they are not fully functional. The pool is not accessible. The elevator stopped working and my room was on the 4th floor. Upon entry of the stairwell, there was a homeless woman sleeping in the stairwell. The room was decent. It could have been cleaner. Breakfast was basic, but decent. They did have a free airport shuttle. The front desk employees were very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible.

    The staff was unhelpful. We specifically chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle and in the morning the driver was nowhere to be found. We ended up nearly being late and had to pay $50 for an Uber. Also pool was shut down and guest were not notified before staying.

    Absolutely disgusting hotel. I stayed there one night after my flight was cancelled. I wish I would have just slept on the carpet at the airport; it would have been cleaner. So many disgusting things to list. Also there were safety violations. The smoke detector in my room had a plastic bag tied over it to cover it. WHY? I have never been so worried in a hotel that I actually went out to find the stairs in case I needed them in an emergency. Mattresses left in the hallway, Why? Also there were doors covered with plastic, were they fumigating in there? Dare I say Bed Bugs??? I dunno. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Literally ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

    Very unsafe hotel. Very visible g4ng activity. Additionally, there had been a fire and so they left the side doors wide open all night. We watched a pr0stitute get dropped off and enter one of the open doors. We also watched a dr!g deal take place in broad daylight. Another man was wandering around the outside drinking a bottle of cough syrup. The clerk was on the phone the whole time she checked us in and the entire place smelled like fire. I would never recommend this place. Replaced some letters due to my review getting taken down!

    I’d give the staff more than five stars if I could. They were super friendly and helpful. There was a great breakfast with eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles and cereal (I believe, I didn’t eat that). Nice, clean rooms and was quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

    Drove 8 hours finally got to the hotel checked in went to get food came back to multiple first responders at the hotel due to a fire next to the pool!! Locked out of the hotel till 11:00 pm arrived at 7:45pm hot water didn’t work 2 out of the 3 day stay obviously sense there was a fire pool and public gym were shut down asked about a comp got zero help from management and got nothing thrown in or any kind of reimbursement stating it wasn’t wasn’t on them for negligence? Anyway just kind of an unexpected and unfortunate situation but with that being said I couldn’t even get a comp for the $10 a day parking not very friendly staff wouldn’t recommend stay at your own risk

    The first room that I got the bathroom floor was completely flooded. The next room was completely worn out. spider webs on the wall, bathroom tub rusted, TV not working, no full mattress covers. Third world at best. It would have been better for me to sleep in my car at least it was clean.

    Tollit seat would not stay up so this was hard for a 1 arm man. Also my room door would not close on its own. I had to pull it closed. This is a safety issue for the tenant.

    Why is it they charge another night after a certain time? My flight had a 16 hour layover, who wants to pay for another night when I would’ve been out by 1pm at the latest. The shuttles don’t run after 11am either, that’s also inconvenient.

    This hotel has a $10 extra per day parking fee. The refrigerator in my room did not work; it had a big ice ball and the door barely closed. The hotel says “smoke free” however the smoke is thick in the halls. My room itself was clean and beds neatly made. I would stay here again as it wasn’t that bad. The hot breakfast is a plus!!!

The second room only had one bed. The final room the water didn't get hot or turn off completely. The bathroom door didn't shut all the way, at least the TV worked.

    I accidentally purchased 2 nights and repeatedly asked for a refund for the 2nd night with no response. The elevators were down almost the whole time we were there so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs and I still had to pay for 2 nights even though I only stayed for 1 stay. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

    Old, rusty rooms, not so clean. The AC and exhaust fans are very old and noisy. Location is good and the shuttle service is convenient. They do not allow any late check out even if you check in very late in night, for one hour late check out they asked for whole extra night payment. They try their best to take advantage of cancelled flights.

    First, the shuttle service is very unreliable. Do not rely on it if you are on a tight schedule, as I ended up standing up over an hour almost two hours waiting the shuttle to pick me up at the pick up zone island 3 red, plus the driver couldn't speak English, he didn't check me while I was waiting the shuttle, the shuttle missed me a few times and didn't want to do much, so I complaint to the hotel manager about the situation and the manager upgraded my room to a bigger room which was I'm grateful. Second, the gym equipment is in poor condition and hasn't been properly maintained. Most of the machines are either broken, squeaky, or simply don't work (specifically the treadmill and the stationary bike). It seems like the equipment is very old. If you are staying here for leisure and don't plan to use the gym or shuttle, it might be fine, but for the price, I expected working amenities.

    I needed to be at the airport by 5:30 to catch a flight home because of a family emergency. I had just pulled a double it was late and I got there around midnight. When I arrived to your establishment you had cops and squad cars there. One officer was leaving to go chase a guy who took off running. The other was getting details of the “ incident” not sure what aftermath I witnessed but the poor front desk lady was shook up. It was easy to see she was overwhelmed. I have to start by saying she was so sweet but asked about shuttles and paying for parking since I was flying back the 23rd to go back to work and.. still have questions about your parking and shuttles… she gave me a room key but no real directions on how to get there. It seemed like you have guests living on the first floor.. definitely on drugs. Someone was smoking cigarettes in the building and obviously the elevators. When I got to the room it hadn’t been cleaned and it smelled funny. I pulled back the blanket and top sheet and found HAIRS in the bed. One giant black strand and other smaller ones. I went back to the front desk and proceeded to wait along with some other angry man. He got fed up and took off swearing and throwing his hand up in the air and took off back to his room. I called out and she returned. I let her know that the room wasn’t clean. She said sorry but she didn’t offer another room to me. I asked if there were any other places she would recommend and she said she wasn’t from the area but literally pointed out ones across the street. She assured me I wouldn’t be charged. I went back in just to double check and some big other big guy was at the front desk pissed. I waited there and until he got fed up left, she wasn’t coming out of hiding. For the 2nd time she assured me I wouldn’t be charged. It wasn’t a safe environment and I’m really surprised that the rating was so high on the booking app.

    Priced fairly. Location. Someone tried to break into our room one night booked 2 nights didn’t stay the 2nd children were terrified. Also breakfast attendant stared the entire time while eating making my children feel uncomfortable and not want to eat.

    They offered me my money back if I wanted to check out, which I did. The desk staff was calm and polite. The room was dirty, including the table tops, chair, walls and something was spilled on the tissue box. The towels appeared dirty and they said they didn't have clean ones to replace them. In addition, the lamp by the bed didn't work. The traffic noise was too much for a restful night.

    The lady staff was very nice and understanding , Manger was not friendly or cared about the people staying there. The manger on duty made me so upset to the point I wanted to cry how he made me feel. Rooms where clean but as far as bathrooms where full of rust, toilet broke I moved to 4 different rooms and holes in the bathroom. Hallways smell like marijuana and paint was so strong ! I almost past out a few times the smells where so strong!

    The pictures are 100 years old, not accurate at all. The doors did not work, the room felt unsafe and dirty. The gym and pool were run down and unusable. I tried to cancel but was denied by Expedia since I had already checked in. I will not be using Expedia or the Quality in ever again. Hated it!

    It took the staff three attempts to give me the room I originally booked. The girl at the front didn’t seem to know which room had what. Then after finally getting the right room, the Sofa and the Curtains were gross! They had all kind of mysterious spots in them, red brown and some cigarette burns. Honestly only giving it two stars because the tub, the bathroom and the bed were alright, they looked and smelled clean. The rest needs lots of improvement the hotel looked outdated generally. Won’t recommend it.

    They refused to schedule my airport transfer even though it’s supposed to be 24/7 and on demand. Was worried I was gonna miss my flight so I had take an uber and they refused to give me a slight refund. The hotel itself was nice but I saw a HUGE brown bug pop out from the crack in the floor. It wasn’t a bed bug - maybe a cockroach but it went back too fast I couldn’t take a picture. Wouldn’t recommend.

    I got to my room and it had no towels. Also the tv didn’t work and a girl came to work on it but couldn’t get it fixed. They said they would send someone up to work on it. Never showed.

    We were assigned a room on the 4th floor that both keys didn’t work with us running back to reception desk twice. Finally the key for the room on 3rd worked. I almost got stuck in the elevator because it stalled.

    While my wife and I were using the hot tub the ceiling literally caved in. A bunch of plaster fell in to the hot tub while we were in it. I asked the staff as we were checking out if they would issue a refund for the room and they acted like it was our fault for using the hot tub before they were able to fix the ceiling. Disgusting!

    At 2:45 am the fire alarm went off. I looked out the peep hole and it was blurry and I was unable to see. Then I attempted to call the front desk, that did not work either. So, for they rest of the night I couldn't go back to sleep.

    Staff were very nice & helpful & the room I got was nice for the price that I paid for. My only complaint was that one of the sinks in my room has very low water pressure while the other one was too strong & the shower was a bit hard to figure out. The water wasn’t very warm. Other than that, everything was very nice!

    Enjoy the first room I was in carpet was being replaced so they moved me to the third floor didn't enjoy that one so much they did move me back upstairs as soon as the carpet was in though however when I went back I didn't notice there was a stain on the comforter that was there before we left the first time that bothered me a little bit other than that it was a nice day and didn't eat breakfast till like the last day of a 7-Day stay that seem to be real good however they don't let you take food out of the dining area and the pool shuts down at 10:00 somewhere on Google says it's 24 hours though I was a little bummed about that all in all it's not bad

    Staff was very unprofessional. Left my three year old and myself in 10 degree waiting for a shuttle that wasn’t going to come at first because theirs were all down. I verified shuttle was available at 4am before my flight so my son and I could rest as soon as possible while we waited for my husband to get in that same evening then check out. We landed at 8:20 am and didn’t arrive at the hotel until 10:40.. which only happened because I had to put more money out for an Uber that finally got us there safely. Some of the employees in the evening were so rude and complaining that they were annoyed everyone was calling about waiting long for the shuttle or it not showing up. Can you imagine paying for a service and receiving it and waiting in freezing temps? The last thing you want on top of that is to be treated poorly by a worker as well. I have tried calling the manager multiple times for a refund. Manager is not in for three days now, requested a call when he was in and got nothing. I am extremely frustrated especially when I made these arrangements ahead of time to just sleep in the room for 8 hours and didn’t even get 6 due to their issues. It also smelled of marijuana throughout all the halls and the elevator felt very unsafe.

    We were there for 3 nights, the room was neglected they didn't come in to clean our room once. We kept having to go downstairs to ask for toilet paper and towels. The whole hallway smelled like old and new weed and filled the entire 4th floor and for non smokers it's a overpowering smell. The breakfast was simple to say the least, the only protein they had was eggs, no sausage, bacon, just eggs, cereal 1 waffle maker, bagels, toast, nothing worth getting up early for. I even overheard the other residents talking about how bad the breakfast was. The room smelled moldy and there were bugs in our room. Yes the hotel was cheap but that doesn't mean you can neglect the people staying there. I would never recommend a hotel like that, the one good thing was the sheets were clean when we got there but even then they never changed our sheets once while we were there.

    Staff did great at checkin. The room was not clean and there were people screaming yelling through the night and guests yelling at them to be quiet. The second room smelled of smoke so bad that the bags continue to smell of smoke. We are not smokers and find the smell overwhelming and hard to deal with. The room had a broken rusted drain in the tub. The general feel of the two rooms was that they are not clean or unkept.

    The tub had paint particles lifted. The entrances were gaurded by people smoking, they started charging parking for guest. I stayed here multiple times within the past few years. It was a great cheaper alternative. Now not only has the price been raised the experience is just horrible. Will never return.

    Rude staff. Our TVs didn't work the entire weekend. Asked staff to fix the TVs. Didn't fix, phones didn't work in the room.     I have to say by far this is the worst hotel stay I've ever had. From false advertising to loose tile flooring to outdated Hardware in the hotel rooms. Extremely rude employees I would go as far as to say bullies managers unavailable to speak with, poor laundry facilities hot tub and pool were closed the whole time we were there. I want my money back immediately. This was the worst time ever.

    The room was okay. There was a lot of animal hair that would constantly get on my baby’s clothes if he sat or crawl on the floor. The hotel is now charging a $10 fee per day for parking. What is that!! I have never been charged a fee for parking. Unless it’s valet parking and that was not the case. Plus this was not disclose anywhere on the listing. Other than that the stay was 3/5.

    While the hotel is well-located and has the potential to be an excellent property, it is managed very poorly. We stayed in a double queen suite. The view was nice, but the interior of the windows was filthy with a film of sticky residue. I asked the front desk to have they windows cleaned, even offered to clean them myself--there was a promise but no delivery over the 4 days of our stay. The floor of the gym is disgustingly dirty, the "jacuzzi" was never heated. pool water very murky and looked uninviting. The coffee maker didnt work--requested a replacement. Again, promised, but no delivery. One of the bedside lampshades was torn. For the price, this was a very disappointing stay. The breakfast was good, as was the airport shuttle. That's why I gave a "2" rather than a "1" score. We wont be back.

    The staff was friendly and helpful, and the people driving the shuttle were very nice. The hotel itself seemed outdated. The couch and carpet were very stained, the “freezer” section in the fridge was just a metal piece that stuck out so I had to throw out my frozen food. The shower pressure was incredible.

    It seems to be a place for one night stays between airports. For that, it’s totally fine. We stayed 5 nights for a convention and it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. We’re usually pretty chill and easy to please, but this place was a little bit of a let down. I didn’t notice you have to pay for parking, which eliminated the bargain of the nightly rate compared to other hotels. Staff also didn’t mention it, I got lucky to have noticed. Staff told us wrong info for breakfast so we missed it the first day and when we did go, it was mediocre. Room was clean enough I felt ok sleeping in the bed, but there are stains all over the walls and ceiling, toilet paper holder was broken, shower was a bit beat up and had a little mold. It’s a fine place for one night, which is what it seems to cater to. Wouldn’t stay multiple nights here again.

    Your confirmation email lists incorrect breakfast hours for them, 6-9:30 on weekdays and 6-10 on weekends. I waited until 9:30 to miss the rush and was told by the front desk that breakfast ends at 9 every day. I don't expect a lot at the price point we spent, but it was an annoyance. Thanks.

    The Bad: When I called about where to catch the airport shuttle to the hotel the instructions I was given took me to the other Quality inn on the opposite side of town. The room smelled it urine. The toilet seat...let's just say I'm glad I had Clorox wipes. The bathroom floor was greasy. The kicker was after we returned from a day out we found that there were towels that hadn't been in the room now there (used ones not clean), the bed covers had been pulled back and appeared used while there were yellow stains on the sheets. Upon asking the front desk if there was a way to identify who'd been in the room she scratched her head after looking out room up "well ..I don't remember issuing other key cards to your room". Okay, but someone had been in it. She did offer a new room, but we left. No refunds issued (though she said one would be and she'd check us out). It was a terrible experience. Not recommended.

    I also chose this hotel specifically because they have a pool. Don't believe it! The pool is not safe to use with slimy walls and an overwhelming amount of chorine in the water. My son allowed the kids to use the pool because they had their hearts set on it, but they had to jump right out and race to the shower to wash off everything they were exposed to. The rooms seemed clean but our sinks had a used and broken bar of soap on the holder and the other toiletries were open as well. A few things that were good - 1 - The beds and bedding were comfortable 2 - The layout placed the sinks in the entrance to the room. More efficient than having them in the bathroom. 3 - Plenty of towels 4 - There was a seating area - BUT with one grime-caked chair. 5 - They provide a laundry with two washers and dryers. They worked fine BUT there was no way to get quarters. The desk staff yelled as though saying the word "quarter" was a felony offense. Crime tape should block the door to room 321. Rip off.

    First room was 90 degrees with no working a/c. Second room the a/c was so loud couldn’t sleep without a pillow over my head. The employee Mohammed refused to call the supervisor listed on the wall as Tomo Kentera. The lobby of the hotel was filled with people that made my kids very nervous. I honestly didn’t feel safe there but was too tired and it was too late to safely go looking for another hotel. Don’t believe any of the 5 star ratings on this place.     The counter was left unattended with no way to call for assistance. A bell would have sufficed. I called the front desk & a clerk appeared after hearing the ring. One of our keys didn't work. To our surprise, Mohammed handed us a new key without asking for ID. Security was not a concern A note stated extra linens were in the closet, but they weren’t. The phone was broke. Bedside light didn't work. TV was small & set too low to be seen from beds. Remote worked but did not change the channel. We waited for an hour @ airport for shuttle, called the hotel multiple times to inquire. Mohammed answered the 1st time & said the shuttle would be on its way back in 30 min. After 45, my husband & I tried to call the hotel to have it ring endlessly & on occasion answer & hang up. We reported at 8a our toilet was clogged. At 6p, it was still clogged. No one had serviced the room. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast bar was well stocked. The attendant was attentive but seeking a tip as a tip jar was very prominently placed. Posters in the dining area stated "do not take food to room" which piqued my curiosity but didn't stop others.

    The staff at check in was rude to customers and short with others. The tone and attitude needs retraining immediately. The person that drove the shuttle was great! The room carpet looked worn and uncomfortable not wearing flip flops. The bathroom had no washcloths only two bath towels and a used bath towel left on the back of the door??!     Terrible disrepair. I was not expecting much because I picked the lease expensive place to spend the night on an unexpected layover. But this place was dirty, incredibly stinky, it felt unsafe (and I am generally comfortable in big grimy cities) and the airport shuttle was 45 minutes later than it said it would pick me up (to take me to the airport!). And when the shuttle finally arrived, the door was broken and they had to get another shuttle.

    It was a functional stay, needed to be near the airport, which this hotel was convenient to airport. It is worn out on the inside hallways, smelled like cigarettes. The staff was very polite and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and it was quiet. So overall not bad for the value.

    Well, the first room we were in the tv and phone didn’t work. So they moved us to a room on the first floor, there were blood colored stains on the curtains and bedspread and lamp shade (looked like old stains), boogers on the wall and the phone didn’t work. It was disgusting. Would not recommend.

    Easy access, pool and hot tub open alot, the breakfast included much more than usual continental breakfasts. Room was spacious but seating area in pictures showed a love seat and it was a chair. Only main complaint is there were few towels in the room and pool towels were mainly just not there.

    Looks really nice from thee outside but outdated, dirty, and in need of repair on the inside. We had someone come into our room as they checked another family into our room after we had checked in two hours previous. Not a good experience

    there was trash and food left over under the beds. there was almost no one ever at the desk. The bathtub had no water pressure. It was either a cold drizzle or hot. Early in the morning they were hanging TVs in the room on the other side of mine.

    Used airport shuttle from DIA. Check in was fine & friendly. However, I had seen breakfast was until 9:30 but staff started locking up the juice bar, yogurt fridge, etc at 9:05a. There were about a dozen patrons who couldn’t get a full breakfast so my family & I managed a bagel and cup of water, so we were all not at all happy with that!

    The hotel is outdated; fixtures, lighting (dark hallways), old mattresses ; it also had a bad smell. If it hadn’t been so late, I would have gone to another hotel. The breakfast was the highlight. Typical but decent spread including a mini waffle machine.

    The TV in the room didn't work. The carpet had stains on it. The bedspread had yelliw stains on it. The tile on the floor had black strands of hair on it. The bsthtub is dirty. The sinks had hair and stains on them. Spoke with front desk snd was given another room which was worse. The breskfast was good. The area for prepping and eating was krpt tidy.

    Pool was advertised at open 24hr. I got there and at 10pm it was locked. I did go to the front desk, politely asked if they would unlock it and she did because I booked the place for that reason. However in the morning both the shuttle driver and the breakfast cook were both fairly rude fire various reasons.

    Front desk sporadically answered phone. Pool and hot tub filthy. Hallway on 3rd floor reeked of tobacco and marijuana, seemed like habitual use from customers. AC in room didn’t work. Shower drained slowly. Ramen and junk food in convenience area, not a true store.

    We stayed at the property after a flight delay. The walls are paper-thin so we listened to a conversation in the next room until 1:30am. An hour after we fell asleep, at about 11:30pm, the front desk employee knocked on our door to tell us that the shuttle we booked for 4:15am was now going to be 4:00am. We had trouble falling asleep afterwards. The pillows also need an overhaul. The shuttles were good, but I’d likely stay elsewhere if needed.

    Room was great. Checked in (after waiting 1.5hours for shuttle from airport cause the staff member told me wrong spot to go and shuttle driver drove right past us). Told front desk when checking in we needed shuttle for my 3 kids and i at 6am. We get up and shuttle but no driver, waited 1 hour before we got an uber because flight was boarding 40min at that time and could no longer wait. During that hour wait for driver/uber, front desk lady only showed her face once during that hour when people were in line to checkout and phone rang at least 5 times and she never came out to check the other guests out or answer the phone.

    Over all it was one of the better hotels I've stayed in as far as cleanliness, quiet, etc. The main problem I had with my stay is that I found a rather large bed bug in my bed on the first morning. However I made this known to staff and they promptly ungraded me to a bed-bug-free suite free of charge. No over all, I it was okay
