SYLO Hotel Denver Airport, a Ramada by Wyndham

Was a great stay we had no issues, everything in the room worked, other than the carpet feeling a bit gross and sticky when barefooted everything elce was nice and cleaned, the bed the sheets the bathroom. We arrived late so parking was packed there were cars parked on the grass but luckily we got the ok along with a bunch of other cars to park along the yellow curb so it worked out, location was good also. Everyone was nice and friendly except one employee when was being VERY rude at checkout, as she as moping the MAIN ENTRANCE would very loudly sigh and grunt and whisper indervoice. I understood her frustration but at the same time it was literally checkout time and there was no way around it as it was a small entrance. But overall it was a nice stay!

Good experience with shuttle to and from airport. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is small but functional. Great water pressure. An alarm in an unoccupied room went off at 5am and beeped and beeped and beeped for hours. The person in the room next to me had a vibrating alarm and I could feel it when it would go off. Thin walls.

The pillows were the smallest pillows I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Thankfully, I brought my own from home. N the bed was absolutely stiff making it really hard for both my husband and I to sleep comfortably. The staff at front Desk was very kind at check-in. She was super sweet. My husband said breakfast was subpar. But that’s what you get for the price of the hotel. I guess I wish more hotels would have more gluten, friendly gluten-free options for celiac guests. Otherwise, was decent for a one night stay

The best part of this hotel location was it was across the street from a couple different food venues if you like McDonald’s or Denny’s. But having to not pay, a parking fee is even better.

So I do want to start this by saying that my lesser review has nothing to do with the property….they were very understanding and grateful. I had the worst experience with one of the other hotel guests, and the hotel staff was more than congenial in the situation. I would just say be very careful with some of the other people who are staying there…..you never know what problems arise. That being said, I would stay again

Staff was all very nice and helpful It was not well kept, and was not very clean. It didn’t look like our room had been vacuumed, and there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor. It was almost dark when the shuttle picked us up and the driver discovered the headlights did not work, and said they were supposed to have fixed it. Luckily the brights at least worked. This room was definitely not worth what I paid, but my flight had been cancelled so I had not many choices.

During one night of my stay the man in the room across from mine was removed by paramedics after having done meth. The doors were not soundproof at all and I overheard the paramedics' entire conversation as to what the situation was.

The room was clean, breakfast was ready on time & as you would expect for a small hotel breakfast to taste like I signed the shuttle log around 8-9pm & in the morning I was told I was not on the list so yea I don’t know but I did indeed get a seat on the van at the correct time over all 4 out of 5 I would stay here again

Leaving The whole feel of the place was dirty, the room was not clean, it was dark, the windows were old so you could hear everything outside, the bed had a metal frame which squeaked everything you barely moved. I was only in there 15 minutes decided I didn't like it and the person at the front desk wouldn't refund my my money so I just left. Waisted 100 dollars on nothing. Ended up going to a Hilton that money was well spent.

The shuttle driver Edward was very rude and unprofessional! The speed in which he drove was diabolical! I asked him to slow down in Spanish and in sign language and he told me next time I can walk! Edward the shuttle driver

Nice, new feeling facility. Amenities were good for a budget room. AC/heat controls worked well. Loved the free airport shuttle! Understanding the checkin manager was a bit challenging. I had request two extra pillows, for six total and the room didn't have them, which we didn't realize until we climbing into bed, which was then too late.

Great Breakfast A lot of "odd" people hanging around the entryway when first arrived. Asked for a room near the elevator and was given the furthest room on the floor. Requested a pet room and was not given one. The shower is very unsafe. No bars or towel rack to grab or hold on to and the step up and down is about 10 inches. No soap dish and no soap. There is a lot of traffic and noise at this location. Parking can be a challenge.

This hotel is convenient and always predictable as we have stayed a few times. Appreciate the shuttle and parking options. Breakfast is ok, hot and cold options. Hot tub is like the wave pool at Water world when the jets are on! A little too much but water is hot and the surroundings have been updated a little which is nice.

Everything was wonderful. I was so happy to be in a decent room. Un;ike my last one, which was a nightmare. The staff were pleasant, the room was clean, and the free breakfast was good. I loved the view from my room. I wish I could have had a direct view of the Rockies. I had to kinda lean out a bit to see them to the side. But, they were spectacular! Really inspiring. Made the stay that much better. Well, there could have been scrambled eggs instead of whatever these were. They weren't bad. But they tasted like hard boiled eggs, but looked sorta like sunny side up in a way. They weren't bad though. Bacon would have been nice. I do like sausage, but the flat patties like that do bad things to me. And driving for 6 or 7 hours would not be quite as fun!

Looks are deceiving!The lobby looked ok the room itself was clean enough to stay. So I stayed woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over my chest and back. I spoke with the manager about it he was very rude!! All he said he could do is refund the room and nothing else. The manager also had me confused with another guest so the hotel definitely has a issue with bed bugs so I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

An airport shuttle was a necessity for us. We were stuck unexpectantly in Denver because of weather and airline disruption. The low cost of the hotel, its airport shuttle, and the availability of rooms were the driving factors for choosing SYLO. We had to call to get the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Also, the shuttle ride was at least 20 minutes to the hotel.

When I finally arrived at the hotel at 3:30, NO ONE was at the desk (despite having talked to the manager on duty TWICE on the phone). I rang the bell AND called the hotel and stood in the foyer until the shuttle driver saw me standing there and went go track him down for me. On the shuttle ride back later that morning, the driver turned into the wrong lane into the long term parking lot and had to circle back around the airport for the drop off. It was the most incompetent group I’ve ever dealt with.

The hotel was loud, screaming kids running through the hallways till about 3am got no sleep. The bathroom had a clicking noise happening all night that I couldn’t find. The blackout curtains did not stretch across the window so it was bright all night. You can hear every truck that drives by as it’s very close to the highway. Overall I would not stay here again. The vending machine is very over priced and the hot tub is not comfortable.

Convenient location and good price. Shuttles only leave on the hour, so be mindful of early morning departures.

As a foreigner, it was difficult to call the hotel to pick me up. My phone didn't work to call USA. Fortunately, the hotel shuttle was at the airport so that I could get the shuttle on.

Nosiest hotel I’ve ever been in

There is some construction happening in the common areas, but it did not affect the quality or comfort of the room at all. Check-in was easy and polite even late at night. They offer inexpensive airport parking and a reliable shuttle. Tip: call ahead to verify parking rates — you’ll often get a better rate over the phone, as the in-person seasonal rate can be higher. Our shuttle driver was an Egyptian gentleman who was incredibly friendly and kind, which was a great start to a travel day. Overall, a very practical, budget-friendly option near the airport. We’d stay again.

They attempted to put me in room 300. The wall foundation where the door's lock mechanism is, was hollowed out. HUGE SAFETY CONCERN!!! Thankfully the guy with the bald head at the reception was there to switch my rooms without any issues.

Nice no-shrills hotel with nice staff, good amenities and conveniently located near the airport, with a lower rate than surrounding properties. Easy on- and off-ramps for I-70 & Peña Blvd that leads directly to DIA. I’d stay here again.

Airport shuttle was great! However, the rooms smelled musty and there's a lot of highway noise. The elevator was not working properly, so if you stay on the 2nd floor you have to either walk up from floor 1 or go ride up to floor 3 and walk down to floor 2. This should be addressed asap!

Nice getaway hotel with courteous staff. The breakfast was mediocre. Indoor pool and hot tub is a bonus. Shuttle to the hotel is an available to save money on transportation.

The manager on duty, Basit Khan, was of utmost delight. She helped ease my stress over being down for medical visits at Anschutz. She made me feel really comfortable. The hottub I couldnt get to shut off, the maintenance came down and showed me, even he had a little trouble that was noted in the file. The staff went above and beyond in helping clean up the water and dry the room, the floor, our clothes. They were wonderful.

I didn't leave my room more than maybe 3 times and my key card stop working. Had I left my wallet if may have been an issue. The man working the desk at should be more cautious when saying pls personal information out loud.

The elevator did not go to the 2nd floor. The laundry is just a washer and dryer in the room with the vending machine. I didn't see if they had laundry detergent to use or purchase. The room service is not in house.

The staff was excellent, I checked in on 10/01 around 3pm and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful! The room was nice and clean. We absolutely loved the breakfast! Would stay again as it is close to the airport and close to downtown. We did rent a car so that was very cost friendly versus ubering everywhere.

When are the worst experiences I’ve had I booked a week. Stay was admitted to the hospital and didn’t get to stay at the hotel for three days while I was there didn’t refund me for the days that I didn’t stay. They only refunded me for one day, staff has no communication skills and is very rude

From the phone call to catch the airport shuttle, through the early check in, and throgh the return shuttle, everyone there treated me like an old friend. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and quiet. That was the best night's sleep I've gotten in a long time. Even the water pressure in the shower was awesome! I travel regularly for work and all in all, this place is a solud 10 out of 10!

Staff were helpful, the shuttle service was so easy to arrange, and breakfast following a long night of traveling was wonderful. Highly recommend for pre and post flight stay.

This was in a perfect location near the airport but it was very packed with people staying.

I liked the jacuzzi and pool. I never saw anyone else use them. I didn’t like that the elevator only stopped at the second floor for employees only. I’m a disabled veteran with mobility problems and I was placed on the second floor and had to climb stairs.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Eddie, who by far was the nicest person in the staff who was the shuttle driver. He welcomed me when he saw me standing at the airport and made me feel like I have known him my whole life. Hardworker who goes above and beyond his normal job requirements and goes the extra mile to make people smile.

SYLO is your borderline standard hotel. The bed was exceptional. The amenities in the hotel are decent, one thing that was disappointing was the remote for the TV wasn’t the standard one so I couldn’t maneuver the menu. Breakfast was decent. Where they lose points the staffs lack of warmth. They do a good job, it’s just it was weird on multiple occasions I would greet them and say thank you and I got nothing back. Overall it’s a bit overpriced in my humble opinion but then again the location probably has a lot to do with it.

Driver was rude, wouldn’t/didn’t take us to our hotel (insisted we were at a different hotel) and had to get a taxi to and from. The one thing you should do right for an “airport hotel” is the shuttle. Will not recommend or stay here again.

Stayed here over an extended weekend and the place was phenomenal! Rooms were super clean with constant house keeping coming to offer services. Front lobby and pool was very clean as well as all staff... The only thing that I did not like was that the hallway smelled liked weed, especially being in a non smoking area.

Pool is small. Elevator was broken. Management said it was going to be fixed, but was not by the time we left. They did give us another room on the 1st floor. Sink and toilet were cracked. Rooms need an update.

The kids loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. However,. I was quite grossed out to find a tick in the bed sheets. We were moved to another room the sameday; I ended up finding a roach in the bathroom while showering the next day! Since we did not open the windows to the room, it made me wonder where the bugs were coming from.

I was pleasantly surprised by the renovations in the rooms. The location was relatively close to a shopping center with restaurants & not too far from the airport. A broken down car with a torn tarp over it in the parking lot was a bit concerning but the upgraded rooms for a very reasonable price were worth it. The only suggestion I would share would be to offer scrambled eggs vs the round puck shaped eggs that are not visually appealing. But I would stay again & get breakfast at McDonald’s across the street.

Stayed here one night. This is not the best hotel out there for sure but for the one night it was fine. It just seems like an older hotel. I loved that there are 3 beds in the room. The room was huge which is great for a family of 5. The customer service was great though. I did have a couple of issues. #1 was the tv wasnt working at first and the second was the room was so hot when we checked in. (I have a hard time controlling my body temperature due to a concussion, so I get overheated easily) We tried to get it to cool down but that wasn’t working so I went downstairs to inform them of the issues. I asked if they had another room (the only other room with three beds was already occupied) or a fan I could borrow. Within 10 minutes a fan was delivered which made a huge difference. The tv issue was remedied as well. Thank you so much for making sure we were taken care of.

The air conditioner makes the whole room vibrate. Couldnt sleep.

Room very spacious , clean and quiet. Negative issue was poor communication regarding pick up by courtesy shuttle from Denver airport. We had to call hotel twice and waited 90mins for it to appear . Very poor communication regarding this issue.

Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The room had drug paraphernalia left in the dresser drawers, which made us seriously question how clean or well-maintained the room actually was. The smell of cigarette smoke hit you as soon as you opened the door, even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking. The toilet ran continuously and was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. When I reported it to the front desk, they simply shrugged and said “OK”—no offer to fix it, no apology. Parking was a nightmare—there were multiple broken-down, inoperable cars taking up spots, and it looked like several people were actually living at the hotel. Only one luggage cart was available, and it had a flat tire, making it practically useless. As for the “breakfast”, it was barely worth mentioning—if you could even access it past the hotel “employees” and long-term residents crowding the area. With so many other hotels in the area, do yourself a favor and pick a different one. This place was a major letdown.
