When we arrived for our two nights stay, there is only parking for one car and they told us the second car would have to park in a pay lot a mile away and walk.. They throw huge parties in their ballroom and that takes off all the parking.

Friendly receptionist Room booked online was not what we ended up with due to the hotel being "overbooked" so I had to sleep on the floor with my daughter. The first room receptionist gave us was a dirty room (not cleaned yet).

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a late bite to eat at the bar. It was a little pricey, but good quality and delicious. FYI, parking is 17/day and the parking lot seemed to fill up quickly. Overall, a lovely choice of hotel.

Room door lock didn’t work properly. Hadto fidget with it often so the dope latches work release and/or lock. MAintenance said I wasn’t using the door correctly and there was nothing wrong with the lock. Not the case at all. It’s broken !

Pay 17 dollars a night for parking. No free breakfast. Breakfast cost 24.99 per person for a ordinary hotel breakfast. Pool heater not working or waterfall feature not working. Hallway to room needed to be maintained. Rude front desk staff.

It has all essential that you need to use, It’s closer to the airport and the fast food restaurants. The staff were very helpful too. The food from their restaurant was delicious too. I wish they’d offer plain soap sometimes. The soap has a bit of strong scent especially if you have allergies. The carpet had some stains.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here and kept seeing stink bugs in our room at first we had saw one and just ignored it but then we had saw another one crawling on the beds and they just kept popping up

Hotel lobby had lots of areas for quite conversations. Expensive. Wehn I asked if there was complimentary coffee in the lobby, I was directed to the end of the bar where they were more than happy to charge me $8 for a fancy coffee. If there was basic free coffee, no one knew where.

My breakfast and hot tea was wonderful. And I ordered cream of crab soup with extra crackers was marvelous. There was nothing really that I didn't like. I was there for a conference so I wasn't able to really enjoy the facilities that are available for guest.

You have a 60 inch tv with less then a hundred channels. Its useless...nobody in the work including the poorest nations have only 60 channels. You removed the abililty pay to see new movies and you disable the ability to use a firestick. It was bad I watch 15 rerun Shark tank episodes. Just put picture the wall and save some more money on hotel room digital entertainment

Though the stay was good the experience with the booking was horrible and at this point I'm not sure if I will get my money back. I am currently furloughed and could not make it in town until mid day Friday. My reservation thru Expedia was from Thursday to Sunday. When I arrived on Friday I was told by the hotel that my Expedia reservation had been canceled due to a no show. Even though I had paid in full for the time thru Expedia the hotel said it was cancelled. I reached out to Expedia and was told to reach out to the hotel which told me to reach out to Expedia (run around). I ended up having to boot thru the hotels site so basically I am out of over $800+ and all I'm getting is finger pointing. Hopefully this makes it to executive management and resolved l. Though I'm not hopeful it is just another kick to an already down person.

I experienced an issue with my television when I arrived. There was no sound. I contacted the front desk and they sent a technician to my room in minutes. She did some diagnostics on the connections and determined the cable box needed to be replaced. She was very concerned that I was being inconvenienced but I reassured her it was completely fine and appreciated her speedy response.

Upon arriving, I was tired from the long red-eye flight & decided to take a nap. After resting up, I decided to go down to the Chesapeake restaurant located in the hotel. The waitress Laura suggested the Fried Brussels & I also ordered a spinach salad with a salmon topped on top. Best choice I've made. The food was excellent along with excellent service.. food was Mmmmm Good. I will be staying here next time I'm in town.

It was only one night, but unlike the Marriott we stayed in over in Chevy Chase, there was no blanket. Duvets are much to hot ...hate them. Other than that it was a great place, though I did have to ask for some hand soap...minor issue, quick call and some one brought it up quickly

I attend a conference here annually. The facility is older and they have made improvements on the overall care since last year. They need to get better/more lights in parking and there was a strange smell outside coming from behind a fenced in area. The rooms were good. The staff is super friendly at the front desk and dining.

Waited for the shuttle to show at the airport for over 30 min, never showed. Tried calling the front desk several times prior to in regards to exact scheduling, pick up location etc…no answer. Automated system just repeats itself saying the shuttle will come every 15min. Ended up having to pay for an uber to the hotel. Average accommodations/cleanliness. Could use an upgrade especially in the bathrooms. Not bad for proximity to the airport but the whole shuttle thing cast a dark cloud over this place for me.

Room was comfortable but one thing to know is it didn’t have any technology hookups. Bring a wall charger if you need to charge stuff. I stayed there because the Baltimore-Washington International Pen Show was being held there. The previous year I couldn't find a place to park, and I had to park a quarter-mile away. I figured if I stayed there, I could get a space. I did get a space, but I was charged $10.00 for it. In 30 years I was never charged for parking. I went to get on the WiFi, on my phone, saw there was a charge for internet, but clicked too fast, logged on, for less than a minute, then got off, but was still charged ($12.95). I had to sign up for their membership to get the charge removed. BTW, hi-speed internet was $15.95. I have never been charged for internet. I believe they do this so the price of the room looks cheaper. Yeah it was a nice room, the bed was comfortable, it was clean. They had an interesting set-up for the desk. It was a table with a drawer, and the desk slid partially underneath it, so you could adjust how much desk you needed. That I've never seen in a hotel room. Plus that desk area had adequate lighting. I actually want to buy a desk like that for my house. The 'business approach' to the room was it's saving grace. However when you add another $23.00 to the price of the room, I'm sure there other other hotels in the area that are cheaper.

We are Senior Citizens and wanted to use the Van Service to go to Amtrack . They would only take us to BWI. They do not take Guest to pick up rental car . Everyone has to go to BWI . We had to get up at 6:00 AM today get the shuttle for a Amtrack that did not leave until 9:45 AM .

I reached and called the hotel before midnight for the shuttle that I had booked, the shuttle took a while to come. I told them that I wanted to check in fast since I had missed my connection because of my flight being delayed and had a full day of meetings and wanted to sleep before my early morning flight. The front desk clerk was rude when she did not find my Expedia receipt. I had a cold and I was pretty tired and I was like I need to check in fast so I can get some sleep. I had paid for the full day and would barely get a few hours. The breakfast is very basic but the guy there was awesome, thank you! I think the name of the front desk clerk was Leona and she was like lots of folks pay for the full day and stay a few hours, get some refresher course on customer service, it is not hard to show empathy in the middle of the night.

The hotel check in staff, a gentleman charged me twice for fees that i should not have been charged for! Total 1255 dollars, 785 I’m still waiting to be returned back to me! Cleaning staff didn’t speak English, not enough towels! Room wasn’t cleaned for two days! Phone stopped working, on site washing machines was a lint olympics. Body soap was never changed! Toilet paper must be precious, be cause wasn’t enough! Just not what I expected from the Marriot! Room was almost a grand for a seven day stay! Only good thing was a very nice lady who was awesome the night we checked in either black or Hispanic, and the morning manger who came in the morning of the 23rd! Those two…..awesome! I just got my final bill and i have another 86 dollars in charges that I have no idea where they came from

I called 3 times and waited 45 minutes for a shuttle that never arrived. I was thankfully offered a ride from a shuttle from a different hotel who saw me waiting. When I finally did make it to the Mariott the shuttle was sitting there out front… I was also given a twin room instead of the King I had booked. Unpleasant experience after a long journey to say the least. Also the wifi is not free to non-members.

Issues involving payment of three rooms on one credit card was to be resolved at check in but were not. Called the hotel to get the charging issue resolved but the hotel has failed to act on the matter even though the staff and manager said it was resolved. Poor customer service and it appears staff are not equipped to handle issues such as mine.
