The staff was very helpful. The rooms could have been cleaner. Only had two washcloths and two towels and we rented the room for a total of four days. We had to ask the front desk for towels and washcloths and toilet paper. The air conditioner made awful sounds.

I enjoyed the quietness and pleasant staff. My only issue was I didn’t have a refrigerator in my room and my dinner from the night before went bad.

Location I rented 4 rooms for my family. At the front desk I was asked to deposit $ 75 x 4 =$300.00. I was to be refunded this money a few days after check-out. It has been 3 weeks in waiting. I want my money before I go public with this.

Staff personnel was very professional and very well verse when checking in and out of the hotel. I felt safe and secure the entire time.

The property is nice and looks clean The girl that checked me in wasn’t the nicest. She was short with her answers. We didn’t have a tv in the front room or even a chair. The air conditioning worked half the time but not all night. When I asked about the tv I was told that a bunch have broken and new ones were ordered and there was nothing that she could do about it. At breakfast on Friday morning there was a sign that said turkey sausage and it was just cut up hot dogs instead. We’ve stayed at your hotel several times but we won’t be back again.

Good breakfast, clean inside and out, has a shuttle to/from airport Housekeeping “don’t speak English” or so they claimed. Had to go downstairs to get fresh towels on the second day. Housekeeping Supervisor had to bring up towels on the third day after room didn’t get serviced again, but had to leave because their ride was there. Front desk clerk had to bring up bedding on the third day for us to change ourselves because housekeeping had never been by during our entire stay. No trash taken out, toilet paper refilled, nothing unless we went downstairs to request.

Good hotel with a hot breakfast but cold room (heat was not able to be adjusted internally). Glad there is an airport shuttle BUT it does not run between 12-4 p.m. (yes, that's afternoon) daily which is when I needed it. The property rating loses a star for that. Never saw such a long gap between shuttle dropoffs or pickups. Overall good but with reservations (pun intended).

We have stayed here in the past and liked it so that is why we choose to stay here again. The staff were nice & accommodating. The breakfast was on par with our past visits & was decent. The bed was great, comfortable & the pillows were good - the room was quiet. The disappointment was in the wear and tear in our room - it definitely needs a refresh - also the carpets need to be cleaned as my feet got dirty before bed just walking on the carpet.

This hotel is one of the worst hotel I ever have stayed . Slow shuttle bus pick up . We had to wait for 45min at BWI. There were 3 pick up points at this airport and The driver said he was waiting for us at a different pickup point. If he stopped at each stop , he should have seen us at the first one . The hotel room smelled like a gym , a chair , a table , a refrigerator, a microwave etc everything looked being worn out . Especially a chair had its surface peeled and looked like being picked up from a dump . Clearly booked for 3 people but only 2 bath towels .

Would stay again when flying in or out of BWI. Shuttle hours are weird. Takes some fiddling to find the right water temperature in the shower. We stayed before and after an international flight and it was the same for both rooms.

We stayed 2 nights. It was okay. The room seemed stuffy, even with the air conditioning on. The shower head was too short for my 6'4 husband. We were on the 4th floor and it took time for the hot water. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, apples, bananas, muffins, cereal, yogurt. The "egg patties" were terrible. The make your own waffle was good. The hotel worked for a quick two night trip, but if a longer trip is needed, I'd go elsewhere.

Said there was a gym. All weights were gone and there were only a few treadmills. There were weights last time. The receptionist said someone stole the equipment. Impossible. Stuff would have to be taken apart.

Even though we visited sites in downtown Baltimore, we chose this location away from there. It was fairly close to the airport, where we went later that day to fly out. We didn't eat the breakfast there. But we did walk into the Chili's next door for dinner so we didn't lose our good parking spot. ?

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and had good selections. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and wish the cleaning crew would have showed up - at least on the third day. However, they did provide clean towels and wash cloths when I asked. Overall, the hotel stay was good.

Outdated rooms, but very clean & quiet with very comfortable news. Have not used many amenities as I stay due to proximity to the airport & first flight out in am. Am a happy, returning customer & look forward to my next stay.

It looks like the hotel was in the middle of a temodel and never finished. Walls in the hotel room were not painted you could still see then joint compund had been sanded smooth. The tub was not properly installed. When i showerd water pooled at the back of the tub. There was no black out curtain light fixtures were missing parts. I hadnto un plug a lamp in order to use the microwave due to limited power outlets. If it wasnt so late at night i would have asked for another room.

The refrigerator was broken, they didn't have any towels on Saturday. I asked to speak with the manager for a refund , we wore leaving to go to another hotel. I decided to wait to speak with her, just to find out I was given the wrong information. Sunday we left after the horrible experience. Eventually spoke with the General manager Deekpat to explain the situation even took pictures. He was very unprofessional and hung up on me twice and refused to refund my money. Very rude and unprofessional for a General Manager. Explains why the hotel is in the condition it's in.

But Ariana was amazing and Sylas (the shuttle driver) was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure the rest of my stay was great. The buffet was good as well.

Closeness to airport I was handed key cards for my room only to get to the room and there is no box to use them. It was a regular key lock on a door that looked like it seen better days. Door was unlocked so we went in turned the deadbolt and put the chain across. It was late and we were leaving early. Then we had to ask where our shuttle driver was 5 minutes after the time they scheduled us for and the van was needing some attention.(mechanical by the looks of the lights on the dash as he drove us to the airport)

My only issue was with the in-room amenities, the coffee machine had to be moved to the floor because the power cord didn’t reach any outlets from where it was set, and the provided grind tray was for the wrong model of machine, so I could only brew hot water… I ended up walking to Starbucks twice.

This was a short stay. We just stayed overnight in order to take a flight early in the morning from BWI so we didn’t use any of the amenities. Staff seemed OK room was OK for the night area. I give it a overall 3.0 stars.

Certain sections of the room seemed ragged for wear. Air conditioning is a bit wonky to use and the actual system left much to be desired. Other than that the room was good and clean enough for the duration I stayed.

No trash can in room, room is aged, TV wouldn’t work and the smell of marijuana throughout hotel and outside was overwhelming. It literally was everywhere. Definitely not an experience I wanted my young child to be around. I have been to many Country Inn and Suites. I thought they were more family friendly than this. Kind of disappointed.

Location is very nice. Lots of restaurants close and walking distance. The only thing that we didn’t like was that some work was started in the bathroom but not finished. But we enjoyed the stay.

Parking was fine. Breakfast was fine. The room condition was poor. The room was very dim. One bedside lamp not working and poor light from the other bedside lamp and desk lamp. No floor lamp by chair and the only overhead light by the door took a while to warm up to full brightness. The tub had obviously been refinished and was badly peeling in multiple places. The flange of the shower was loose. The knob and shower knob almost required two hands to turn - need WD-40. Honestly the shower was gross and I wouldn’t have used it if I was not staying multiple days. Light switch covers were dingy, cheap and did not match decor. Bottom panel from HVAC unit missing and wiring visible. Refrigerator did not seem cool enough for me to trust putting food in it. The security bar on the door was loose and I had to McGyver the screws back in with some nail clippers so it was secure. One room key stopped working.the bed was comfortable. There was a new well lit mirror in the bathroom. I stayed here many years ago and it was very nice, but obviously the rooms or at least this one have not been maintained. Front desk offered no information and the QR code gave extremely minimal info. The Direct TV options were terrible. I know it is not a high dollar hotel, but I definitely will not stay again and did not think it was worth the cost. I’m in that area once a month at least now in a hotel because my mom moved to assisted living and I can’t stay with her anymore. I would have been a regular

The room was relatively clean but, the furniture in the room was worn and the towels was thin. The bed was comfortable and the showers were hot. The bathroom floor was dirty, there were foot imprints and the towel that is laid down in front of the shower/tub became extremely dirty just from being on the floor. The airport shuttle worked out well, getting us to the airport really fast. Caution: when thinking about reserving a room through Expedia and you are looking for a room with a sofa bed don’t expect one here. There are “Two” places in the listing that says sofa bed. But upon checking in, I was told the room I reserved was only for two beds. Sofa bed was the main reason for renting there. Have you ever had to sleep in the bed with a 13 year old boy as a woman? Not good!

Ever since they changed hands, the check-in time is later and if you want to check in early, you have to pay never was like that before checkout time is now 11 Sad, the room not up to par this time. I’ve been there for eight years staying, and it doesn’t seem like anything’s improving right now. The shower was a mess. Didn’t work properly cold water coming out one trashcan through the whole room, a stain on the top blanket on the bed very sad when I checked it out I told her a couple things I didn’t remember everything. I don’t think I even remembered the stain and the prices were sometimes lower before now they haven’t been that I’ve seen even when I was up those days for Christmas.

It's was dirty, the bathroom looked like it didnt get finished being serviced. The breakfast was less than impressive and coffee was undrinkable.

Every corridors reeks of pot (weed, skunk, marijauna) This has happened on 3 most recent stays. We will probably choose a different hotel in the future.

The fact that their machine didn't work and they wanted to blame it on our card. Then we turned around and used the same car we told her we had to get a different one, and then it worked and then the soap expenditure was broken and there was Brown stuff over the door and they still have not gave us our deposit back.

When I arrived at my room, the door was open; I didn't think much of it at the time, but I soon realized there was a terrible smell of sewage inside. The exhaust fan didn't help, and a burning smell was coming from the air conditioner, so I had to turn it off. At 2:00 AM, a group of people was shouting loudly, and no one did anything about it. The hotel is in terrible condition; it is not worth $170 a night—it isn't even worth $60.

I have stayed at this property several times due to its close proximity to the cruise port. I like that it’s located next to Chili’s and has decent parking. I stayed at this hotel a month prior to this stay and reported that the toaster was broken. Also the front door was broken and stuck open at that time. Well this stay the toaster was still exactly the same as before and was still broken. The front doors were still stuck wide open. And to top it off both elevators were out of service. So we carried our luggage up a hot stairwell to our room on the 2nd floor and when we arrive at our room the door was wide open and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and some horrible perfume. Also the room was still in the process of being cleaned. I went back to the front desk and was given another room on the 3rd floor. So we carried our luggage up another few flights of stairs and arrived at our room. I was so hot from carrying the luggage (we were packed for a 7 day cruise) that I had to take a shower. At about 8:30 pm that night we were sitting in our room when we heard someone open our door and then suddenly close it when they realized it was occupied. We then received a call from the front desk asking if we had extended our stay. We stated that this was our first night. Now realizing that someone else had a key to our room and our room keys now did not work I headed down to the front desk where they had no explanation as to what happened. They fixed our room keys and we went back to our room. I was uneasy after that as I was not sure if someone still had a key to our room. The elevators were still out of order when we checked out the next day so we had to carry our luggage down two floors in the hot stairwell. I am sad to say that this was the last straw and we are looking for another hotel in the area when we book our next cruise. I am very disappointed because up until the last month we enjoyed the hotel and had not had any issues. We used to like the hotel. I’m not sure what has happened but I can’t give it another try. Two bad stays in a row means we are looking for a new hotel in the future.

Perfect place to stay when going to the airport. Clean, close and Chili’s restaurant next door.

The worst part of the stay was the elevator being out of order. The room was mostly clean but there were things on the floor under a chair as if it hadnt been swept (legos, bottle caps). The room next door was yelling at 6am for over an hour (not the hotels fault so i rated the stay a 4 out of 5)

The hotel is overall very good in its category. One comment is on the inclusive breakfast, which is simple but is warm and enough to feed all guests. For our last breakfast there on Sunday, March 1st, no fruits were served as they have either apple or banana on other days. Fruit juices were not replenished until we informed the staff.

This hotel was originally my choice upon booking my reservation however a glitch in the system called me to lose the reservation and I was very disappointed in the fact that the hotel did not do anything to rectify the situation in favorable manner. As a result I lost my reservation and was stuck at the airport for 2 hours as Expedia desperately search for another hotel for me

The parking was a big problem for me….. people have no consideration for other people have to park their car in a lot, and the snow is still there. People parking over the lines and it makes hard for the people who have to park next to them. The next issue the tv had no signal all day and night…..

The staff was fine until the very end when I left the 26th Out of room 501. I called about two hours late to realizing I didn’t have my charger or my wall flowers Bath & body Works so I called immediately and they said that the housekeeping staff had already left for the day they didn’t have it but nobody turned nothing in so they said to call back today the 27th after 9:30 to find out who in housekeeping had it or needless to say I waited on the phone for 20 minutes. Nobody come back. I called back and they told me that housekeeping never found my charger, which was a fast charger over $50 and my Bath and body Works wallflower so right there are no somebody took it because I surely don’t have it and it was left in the room between the bench and the office table so that was pretty sad to The second day of breakfast was all spicy food. I couldn’t even eat it. The first day was good. Second day not so Anyway, very disappointed this year I’ve been staying there for six or seven years now for Christmas plus other times but always for Christmas to see my family. Well I’ve never been charged for an early fee to get in never been charged. This time. I was charged $40 and I understand some Hotel is only charged 20 for the ones that do charge. These couple days I just wasn’t a happy camper there and I had another day but cancelled

Breakfast was too late for early flyers - it started at 7. Allowing 2 hours for check in etc, that meant that any flight leaving at 9 am meant you could not get breakfast that was part of the price of the room.

From the $40 to check in Earleigh said never had that before cold coffee empty coffee in the lobby in the room lights didn’t work had to take them apart to fix them. Refrigerator froze all the drinks and the food soon Kitchen was too spicy the second day I know there’s more but I just can’t think of it right now. I’m in the middle of something and I told the front desk and he said they would take care of it for me while they didn’t take care of it they didn’t give me a discount like you said, etc..

The room was great. I will say my wife wanted to take a bath. And could not.

Clean room and kind staff

had a strong smell of air freshener which i asked them not to use the next day and the tv did not work properly. The service man fixed it the first day and then I did what he did the next day but i dont think you should have to fool around with the tv every time you turn it on. the location was great and the staff very pleasant

The rooms were so old and not well maintained. The first room we were put in had a tv and refrigerator that didn’t work. The second room had a shower handle that broke off and the heat didn’t work well at all, so we were freezing the whole time. We were not impressed and would not stay here again.

The room was bad- the bed was concave and we kept sliding towards each other, water in tub was brown, sheets were stained, lamp was broken and falling over.

Always stay here when flying out of BWI. Very convenient and always good with services. Transport to airport is 5 min away.

Airport shuttle was quick and came right to us after we called. We asked for a room closer to the elevator, but the young man at the front desk was unable to change our room. Otherwise, great stay!

Clean room facing back parking lot provided quiet night of sleep prior to early morning departure… staff kindly arranged transfer to train station on the night before departure… shuttle driver was all set to go (vehicle warmed up and ready) at scheduled departure time! Left too early to enjoy hotel breakfast, but was ideal having Chili’s restaurant right next door for dinner! Would book this location again.

Its a bit run down, and the elevator broke down on us. 3rd floor is hard walking up stairs with luggage. The bathroom tub was peeling so bad you could see the metal. Cigarette burns were everywhere.

The staff there are wonderful, which is no reflection on the condition of this hotel! This hotel has become rundown and raggedy. It looks more like a place where druggies and prostitutes stay. There was a picture on the wall in my room. That half of the glass was broken out of which is definitely a safety hazard. If there were small children in the room that could’ve been curious enough to touch it they would’ve cut themselves terribly. They were cracks in the bathroom floor, which could’ve cut my feet getting in and out of the shower. There were all kinds of stains on the carpet. This place has become very rundown and it’s very disappointing because I used to stay here often throughout the years.

The hotel is clean, pretty basic, good value, front desk person very nice and friendly , the breakfast was great , variety of items including bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs and all your other basics

Unable to use the shuttle bc the hours didn't cover our flight times. The first desk attendant provided us w/the contact info for a taxi driver, however he stated he didn't go to the airport. (Panic started to set in!) Upon our return from dinner, a different desk attendant was working and we asked for an additional taxi contact. He immediately said he'd drive us to the airport despite the very early hour. Excellent customer service from the second attendant!!

Was good visit. Would be nice to have another waffle maker.

The room was average at best. The breakfast was very limited. We asked for room service and would be ignored. Several times, we were without hot water. People smoked weed in front of the property. Highly recommend spending a few extra dollars for better accommodations.

Very easy to xheck in. Only question about physically disabled room is why are the toilet so low. Normally the toilets are higher not where you have to hold on to a rail to squat.

It is safe, quiet, and staff are pleasant. Also, breakfast was good.

Used band-aid left in shower upon arrival. Bed was never made in 5 days. Room was not cleaned in 5 days. Breakfast left much to be desired. Some type of egg concoction--not real eggs. Dried out sausage and partially cooked potatoes.

Arrived after dark. Didn’t see much of property outside. Had to pay to park vehicle til return flight. Other hotels have free parking. Will check this before booking next time.

Quiet, comfortable, and convenient location by the airport. Staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful! However we were given a handicap room for our stay. The bathroom could use a bit of work from loose railing and the edge of the shower needing touch ups and deep cleaning.

Property was run down it was ok at best.

Needs better maintenance. The first room I got checked into the bathroom light did not work…after some wait, got booked into a different room, but the bathroom exhaust fan did not work.

We stayed overnight and used the airport transportation before breakfast, so we don't have much to review! It was a wonderful value, in my opinion. The shuttle to the airport was great, room clean, staff polite. Check in was seamless. Will be coming back for future trips!

The hotel needs to be updated a lot. When someone in another room Flush the toilet you hear it. Bed spread was dirty looking and the front desk gave another spread. Close to airport, front desk staff Roshane was friendly and helpful, quick check in, $50 deposit required at check in. Was kind to take us to airport earlier! Thankful for the microwave and mini fridge in room. However, I would not stay here again.

The hotel came through in a pinch when SoithWORST airlines decided to cancel multiple planes. Was able to get free shuttle to/from hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee hot.

Cleanliness of the hotel is no where near it was 3 years ago. I have had multiple stays in this hotel over the years and I was highly disappointed. The tub was in such bad shape that is was peeling. I couldn’t even take a hot soothing bath. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. I was settled in when I realized it so I cleaned it myself. I did feel like changing rooms after a5 hour drive. Highly disappointed. Will be finding another place to stay in the future.

This was a quick stopover to catch an early flight. The driver allowed me to return my car the evening before my flight then picked me up at the airport. Then he took me to the airport at 5:50 am to catch an early flight. Great service!

I should have checked before, but the shuttle is not 24/7. However, the driver was VERY nice. They do try to work with you and your schedule if possible.

Upon our arrival to the CountrySide Inn at our own expense. No i was at the e desk or anywhere to be found. After more than 15 minutes a young lady appeared, but told me that there were sold out and refused to look up my reservation. Initially, I thought I had made a mistake in my reservation. I scrambled to find my reservation with Expedia and when I showed her that it was correct, I was told it was my fault for booking through a third party. This isn’t the the first time that I I’be heard this when there has been a problem. As much as I’d love to remain an Expedia customer, I do not understand this failure in this process. I purchased insurance for this reservation and I expect compensation for the Lyft and the additional $80 I had to spend to find lodging on my own at the Marriott Courtyard up the road.

First room had a bad Oder, asked for another room which was much better and was not given any problems. Other than that, everything else was good.

When booking online we had an issue and had to change payment/persons card so a little issue with name on reservation at check in. The room had a offensive smell but running room A/c helped with it.
