Decent priced room, no bugs found in room floors were filthy and housekeeping was non existent. Ask for new towels had to go get them myself from the service desk even though housekeeping was already cleaning rooms on our floor. Asked for housekeeping to clean the room that never happened

This was the best choice of locations . The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was better than PERFECT . Oh the bed was extremely comfortable . We stayed only one night but the next time will be longer . The shower was great . We didn't get to use the pool as it was still closed . Hopefully our next visit we will get to use the pool . And we can't forget the complimentary breakfast 😋. Great choices of breakfast items . The eggs and sausage were cooked perfectly . 5 🌟 star all the way . One last thing to mention, the price was very affordable. Thank you for all of your accommodations greatly appreciated 👏 💐

The front desk staff was amazing, im horrible with remembering names and wish I could to give her recognition. We had to make this reservation last minute due to our original choice (Homewood) had no ac or hot water. I was very happy that we had to switch hotels to here as a former Hilton engineer i do believe that going forward all trips to the Baltimore area will be stayed here. The only suggestion I have is to check the tile wall in 411 there's a large that was sealed with caulking and appears to be opening up again may need to replace some of the tiles sorry thats the retired cheif engineer side showing lol

After taking the shower, the bathtub was not draining. Call the front desk first time and she did not offer any assistance and she said they were sold out. Waited a few minutes to see whether the bathtub was draining.

Everything was fine with the exception of parking. We stayed at the facility for 1 night prior to our trip and left the car in the parking lot. We stayed at the facility for an additional night when we returned. The charge for parking was the same as if we had parked at the airport or a nearby parking facility. I was expecting to pay far less as an amenity for staying at the hotel. The charge was $10.00 per night. Otherwise, the facility was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to the airport.

The property was clean and has been updated, but the walls are thin, I could hear the people in the room next door and showers running when in the hall. The staff are great and very helpful. The drivers for the shuttle are very helpful and went above and beyond to take me to the rental car location.

The toilet 🚽 is not standard. They are too low to the ground. They are for children. It needs to be corrected and put in standard height toilets.

The stay was good except for changing the room three times. First room was not cleaned up. In the second room the TV didn't work and should not have offered to use it and finally the third room was OK. Parking and breakfast were ok.

We utilize this property whenever we are in town to see family. It’s a great location. Clean. And has the best staff. My ownly issue is it’s a major hub for the local airport, so parking can be tight if the shuttle is there, or a truck is making a delivery. Even still, if you have patience it’s fine.

I only stayed for 1 night, it was clean and did the job! I liked the ability to have the airport shuttle.

This was a great quick overnight stay that was reasonably priced. The rooms were clean. However, the chain or barrel lock on the door was broken/missing. The bathroom light tripped off so we showered in the dark. Breakfast was good and served on time so we could make our 815 flight. Transport to airport was on time as well and convenient.

Here are the good things: 1. The room was pretty clean. 2. we had enough towels and the other accessories. 3. HVAC system was pretty good. Here are the bad things: 2. Only one elevator for the entire hotel and there was a long wait every time we needed the elevator. 2. Few of the food items were out at breakfast and it took a while to get those filled up. 3. We brought an aluminum foil tray full of chicken rice with us, which we put at the top in that small refrigerator. Next day we noticed that the whole tray of rice was completely frozen. It was extremely inconvenient. I found the temperature was set at the 'Maximum' (coldest) prior to our stay. I had absolutely no idea that this tiny refrigerator can freeze a whole tray of rice (approximately 7-8 plates) like that. 4. The bath tub has a faulty design, which causes some water always stay right in the middle. So overall, it wasn't a pleasant stay. I'm not one of those people that always complain. I just mentioned what exactly I have experienced.

Unbelievable, but I had to argue to get room cleaning after three nights. She repeated to refused to do it or communicate with the management. I had never had such an experience with any hotel anywhere in the world. La Quinta is generally good, but this La Quinta was different.

The body wash in the shower was empty and the sink kept getting clogged. Overall okay stay for one night but need some improvement.

Quick, easy and pleasant check-in. The room was clean and tidy. Everything worked properly. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was great. We’d definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner in the room I stayed in didnt work properly and keeps shutting off and on. This has nothing to do with the temperature causing the off and on. It something with the AC in that room.

The night and daytime staff were very helpful at the front desk. Also, the roads were immaculate in the bed was extremely comfortable. It was great to have complimentary breakfast available, but it was just okay. I would’ve preferred bacon, but I was there for three nights and it was only sausage. I also would’ve liked potatoes or hashbrowns.

Dangerous place to stay. Unauthorized key was given to an unknown party and the manager excuse was she was a new employee. Front end staff very rude. Rooms aren’t cleaned throughly. Parking lots are dimmed and no cameras are working in the hotel hallways or park lot. Risky property. I would not recommend.

The airport shuttle and the parking were a great perk. We arrived back at 1AM and the shuttle arrived 5 minutes after we called. Excellent service.

All in all, this LaQuinta Hotel stay was excellent. It was very clean, with friendly staff and conveniently located near the airport. We chose it because it is a pet friendly hotel and we were traveling with our dog, a PomChi. They do have a dog walk area in the rear behind the dumpsters and provide cleanup bags and receptacles. The free hot breakfast was excellent. The vinyl flooring seemed a bit loose in our room (409) and the smoke/carbon monoxide alarm started going off every two hours since 3 am even though none of us were smokers. It was reported to the front desk upon checkout and they assured it would be fixed appropriately. One of the take off runways of the airport appeared too close to this hotel that you could hear the planes take off every time. But, it wasn’t too loud once you have the TV turned on or interrupted us from our sleep. I would stay here again if I have to.

The breakfast and coffee were very good. A nice selection to choose from. The room we had was very spacious and clean. We were able to walk to a Chilis restaurant, that was very good. We will definitely stay there again.

Hotel lobby, hallway, and room are clean and very comfy. Spacious bathroom with plenty supply. Book this hotel a night before my flight, check in process was very well organized with detailed instructions on shuttle bus. Shuttle bus was on time, very nice driver.

Bed wasn’t very comfy but everything else was good for a quick overnight before our flight out. $10 per night to it leave your car there if leaving it there while flying out. Little pricey compared to other hotels but you save with their nightly rate. Good amount of choices for breakfast. Second time staying here and will use again, but will probably ask to change rooms for a more comfy bed.

We always stay here when traveling and I strongly recommend this location. The staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating. We also like having the option to our NetFlix account for movie selections.

The shuttle was great...pickup from rental car facility and offered to take us to where we wanted to eat. The only complaint is that I assume the TV in the lobby was on all night and we could hear it in our room, which didn't allow us to get a lot of sleep. Maybe turning it down a bit would have helped. I thought it was another person's room but I don't think so. Loud enough to hear from 10:30 till we got up at 4 am

Shuttle convenient as runs twice an hour to airport. I needed rental car facility and they took me there instead of airport to catch the rental car shuttle. Bed comfortable and front desk friendly. Breakfast included eggs, sausage and potatoes if you wanted. Great stay for price.

The room quality was perfect! We enjoyed the modern fixtures and cleanliness, both in the lobby, dining area, and rooms. The staff were incredible helpful from check in to even past check out, when we had to call back regarding a missing item. The selling point of this property for us was their 24/7 shuttle from the airport. For a flight landing after midnight, we were grateful to La Quinta for having a shuttle available on demand, just a phone call away from picking us up. We would absolutely stay here again should the need ever arise.

A little outdated but fine. Breakfast was good. Staff was not super helpful. I had to ask for an extra blanket three times before I received one (once over the phone prior to check in and twice once there). I had to wait to request an early check in until 11pm the night before. They didn’t have any of the rooms I reserved (a king) but had the option to switch to two queens so I could check in early. I had to pay $55 extra for an early check in for a room that was already ready.

Unfortunately, the pool is outside so it wasn’t open Additionally, I had bugs ( ants?) in my room. They had to come in the middle of my stay and spray and did not offer me anything for that inconvenience. They acted like it was normal Also I had to call the front desk 3 times to quie down the adjacent room that made noise thru to about 2am

The staff is super nice! The rooms could very much use some updating, the room we were initially in the bathroom shower didn't have tile, just a painted wall it seemed like. There was a hole in the closet door, the wall by the window had been plastered to cover something (but not painted), the room seemed kind of dark and dingy, the toilets sit low (you better have them Megan knees! lol). When I made the front desk aware the manager promptly moved us to a larger more acceptable room and was very apologetic and sweet about it! Didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast, the pool was NOT AVAILABLE!! We were looking forward to that so that was unfortunate. The rooms need updating, staff was very accommodating. I wouldn't stay here again but if you need something reasonable and it's a short stay it would make due.

The rooms were very dirty there were many roaches to staff was absolutely horrible I was told that I could not stay another night because there were new king beds so I booked a queen room they sent the manager down who kicked me out and called the police for no other reason than I booked online and I went over the receptionist head I would not take my dogs back there the funny thing is there's cameras all throughout the motel but everything that they were accusing me of they couldn't go and check worst day of my life

Yes I had my dog also but my dog is very calm the tv kept going out wack maintenance guy came to the room but the problem wasn’t resolved. Breakfast was pretty good. And the convenient from the venue we was going to was 20 mins away. I ask for extra pillows due to my back they told me they had no more pillows. Overall the stay wasn’t good.

My room was terrible! My ceiling in my room was badly damaged and a large portion was falling onto the floor and on my luggage. Even after a few times, advising of such it took the last day before I left before they moved me into another room. My sheets bed leading in the final room, seem to have a large urine stain on it, and after I reported it to the night manager, I had to change my own sheets with a non-fitted top because they didn’t have a king size fitted sheet for my bed. The entire experience was disgusting. I would never stay there again and when they switched me out into another room, the general manager stated that I had to get all my luggage out earlier that morning because he needed to rent it to another person. I asked him why are you renting the room in such a horrible condition where it’s unsafe he replied please don’t tell me how to run my hotel. Unbelievable.

The parking lot drainage grate was broken and covered by a cone to prevent you from driving over it. This also was located in the middle of the traffic lane to the rear parking lot so driving around it was difficult with a full lot. My room only had 2 tiny drawers to store your clothes in so I was forced into using my suitcase. The shower conditioner dispenser was empty and not refilled between renting customers. The toilet paper wall holder was repaired and the wall was never repainted so the wall patch is clearly visible.

Unprofessional staff at our initial check-in. There was inadequate parking our first night causing us to have to park on the street. The parking area, grass, and sidewalks were littered with trash and dog waste (primarily in back parking area) and no pet baggies or trash can for pet waste. Our check-in was for 3 adults 1 child. Our room only had 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1 bath mat. Upon requesting more towels at the front desk we were told that housekeeping would be around “some time” to give us more. The shower had a strange large bubble in the ceiling over the shower head. The breakfast was nice each day, they allowed pets, the spot was convenient for our needs, shower had hot water, pillows were comfortable, room was clean, good coffee provided 24/7, and low price to stay. Even though the hotel did have very competitive pricing for us it wasn’t worth the sacrifice for all the unwanted issues.

The hotel was clean. Our room was a bit too large and open with a TV that looks like it was manufactured in the early 2000’s. I believe it was a 32 inch screen. Beds were very comfortable. The sleeper sofa, which I gather is for a seating area was too far from the TV to be used for such an activity. The rooms could definitely benefit from a makeover.

Hope they indicate that more clearly for others.

The hotel itself was great but when I went to take a shower , in the shower reached for the body wash and it was completely empty , no bar soap provided and was already wet had to use shampoo to wash with… I did tell the desk so next person had soap.

I got exactly what I paid for nothing more. None of us. The room was exactly what you think. The room would be for under 100 bucks in Baltimore, Maryland.

I believe for breakfast there should be more than just eggs and potatoes. There should be some type of meat, sausage or bacon. I am not vegetarian and I don’t believe that everybody that stays here is. The morning staff in the lobby is not so customer friendly. But I will come here again and stay.

The bathroom floor was wet next to the toilet. Made me look to make sure the toilet wasn't leaking. Two of the lamps were broken, one the switch was gunky and didnt turn on. The other the light bulb was resting on the inside of the lamp shade it did turn on thats when i noticed it. Had to turn it off i didn't want to start a fire. Dirty washcloth left by the previous guest hanging in the shower. Made me get grossed out wondering if the towels were clean at all. Unfortunately i still had to use them because i had no choice. I was already in the shower when i noticed the dirty washcloth. The complimentary hairdryer was full of lotion or gunk. Again i had to use it. Had no choice. The wall by the toilet paper holder was fixed and not even painted, this didnt bother me too much, because at least that looked clean. I was there for one night and glad i did not have to stay longer. I will not be staying there again. The bed did look clean, but who knows. I know this was a budget stay, i did not expect much. But I didn't expect it to be so unkempt.

The staff wasn’t super friendly but they were attentive to our needs. There was dried blood stains on the comforter & housekeeping was already gone when we noticed, so we only received 2 flat sheets from the front desk. The wifi did not work. The breakfast was lackluster, no protein offered. Housekeeping replaced our towels & did nothing else - the trash cans were full, the bed was unmade, etc. This was $40/night cheaper than surrounding hotels but not worth it if you’re staying more than 1 night.

Sheets and wash clothes was dirty. I walked in and since they were booked and sold out I could not get another room. I stayed for one night so I had to make the best of it but I was able to get new sheets no blanket.

The staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be that there's no toiletries in the room. My flight was canceled and the airline had my luggage so i was surprised that i would have had to buy everything. The only items provided was soap. There wasn't any paper or pen nothing in the room. The breakfast could have been better not to many options like fresh fruit or a meat choice. Overall my stay was good.

The room was clean. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Check in and check out were easy. The breakfast had many choices and was one of the best that we have experienced. The shuttle to the airport was very much appreciated, and the driver went out of his way to be pleasant and helpful.

They text you a precheck in link. If you utilize that, once you arrive you literally just pick up your room keys. It made arriving so easy, as I was tired and just wanted to get to my room. Now, im a hot shower connoisseur, and this place is 10/10 for water pressure and water temp. I had to of spent 30 minutes in that thing. I’d go back for that alone. The bed wasn’t that comfy to me, but I use pillow tops and anything firm is uncomfortable to me. Noise was minimal. Staff was friendly. My room was clean and inviting.

Our stay was for 11 days. The closet was smaller than expected. The white lady at the front desk acted like she was intimidated by my husband asking her a simple question. Breakfast starts and ends way too early. Everyone else was kind and went out of their way to help us. The staff greeted us with warmth every time they saw us.

Everything about the hotel was great except the breakfast room TV was blasting Fox News, as if the Wyndham Corporation somehow needs to convince its clients to support felonies and pedophilia.

They charged me $30 for an early check in- for a room that was already ready. They wouldn’t take my hotel dollars, which is the whole reason I used them in the first place. Other than those, the hotel was fine.

Positives: Safe and accessible area, plenty of parking. Not so positive: The fire alarm went off in the hotel in the very early hours of the morning. Hotel staff was unsure what to do, panicked, was rude to guests. No procedure was followed, repeatedly sent guests back to their room. Fire marshals came, investigated, turned off alarm. The whole event felt unsafe and chaotic, very scary to children traveling w us.

The customer service at the front desk was excellent. I had a difficult accommodation from flying in on a redeye. Staff was gracious and allowed me to make my adjustments.

Overall stay was good no issues

Hotel provided shuttle service to the airport. We specifically requested shuttle service for evening flight. This request was made multiple times including at the morning of the flight. The hotel scheduled us for morning shuttle service for the following morning. When asked to rectify the situation, we were just simply told to wait until the shuttle was available. Shuttle did not arrive in time, so we took uber to the airport. The Hotel personnel told us there was miscommunication and we just need to wait until shuttle was available and they took no steps to correct and try to blame us for the mistake. I will not be staying at this property again and will recommend to our friends to avoid this property.

Room was in decent condition, breakfast was below average, except for the coffee. Room was only serviced every 3 days. Not much in the way of sound proofing between rooms. There was an airport shuttle available. I had my cat with me, and he had a nice little window seat to look outside.

Check out, more of the same. Not a "How was your stay?" or "Have a great day?" just more un-interested attitude. They never check the room over the 5 days there. No clean sheets, no empty the trash cans. Nothing. I wouldn't stay there again.

We’ve stayed here several times now, and it’s becone our go-to in the area. Convenient, clean, great breakfast. Our only issue (if you can even call it that) is that parking can sometimes be tight. Staff is always amazing. We love it here.

There was no running water which we were not told about upon checking in. We could not use the toilet nor take a shower in the morning. There were no toiletries such as soap stocked in the bathroom either. When asked, staff stated that there was construction of another building next door that was affecting the water. Breakfast needs improvement, coffee was very good but 1 regular household toaster for a lot of guests just doesn’t cut it. Several times the room smelled of weed but this was probably guest related, not staff. There just isn’t a lot of dining options nearby. But overall a positive experience.

Everything stood out. Our minor issue was the room’s lack of brightness. We presumed a bulb had burnt out. We didn’t bother reporting it as it was insignificant. Overall, the hotel was satisfactory and good value for the price.
