Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its proximity to the airport and friendly staff. However, there are mixed reviews about the cleanliness and condition of the rooms, with some guests reporting issues with the beds, showers, and overall maintenance. Some guests also express frustration with the hotel's parking and shuttle services.

As always everything was Awesome.
- 3/5
The hotel was cool. The room was clean and the beds and towels were clean. My only issue was the toilet was a low flush and that was not fun lol but overall the stay was okay it served its purpose. I wish there was breakfast offered but all in all it was cool

Everything was very pleasant and enjoyable
- 4/5
Nice bar , staff were friendly. Enjoyed my stay there .
- 3/5
Close to the airport but very run down- worn carpets and very hard mattress.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and trendy. It was also very quiet and close to restaurants, etc… The bar downstairs was great and the bartender was AHHHHMAZING!!!!!!
- 3/5
The decor in the bedroom needs updating. Surfaces are chipped and peeling, light fixtures are crooked, and the beds are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They are lumpy uncomfortable and the pillows are very thin and flimsy. My daughter and I did not get any quality sleep because both beds were so uncomfortable. We woke up with back and hip pain and exhausted. Overall it was meh. Definitely had way better room experience at other Aloft hotels. Upgrades are definitely needed. Until then I will book elsewhere.
- 4/5
Very nice, clean environment and room too. The lobby should be decluttered. And breakfast should be free. All Marriotts should be bed and breakfast. Thank you

- 3/5
The room was very nice. The only thing I was very unhappy was the fact that I was charged fifteen dollars a night for parking, and I was not told that all I was told was put this in your window and it was a tag. I was never told that. I would be charged thirty dollars for 2 nights.
- 0.5/5
Nothing The price of parking after already paying for a room. The rooms were super small. The staff was rude at front desk. There was a car in parking lot with missing wheels on cinderblocks and staff had no clue about it. It was loud And over crowded. Walls were all beat up. Sheets had stains on them thankfully we bring our own.

The property has been around for a while. It could use a facelift meaning and remodeling the ceilings had paint shipping. The shower and the toilet is connected. When you take a shower the water runs from out the bathroom until the bidding area where you use the restroom the toilet runs Unless you go and shake the handle
- 3/5
Pool needs to be redone. I did not get in. Looked very old inside & outside the pool. Carpets need cleaning. You have to pay for breakfast. If you charge items to your room they add deduct. Staff was ok. Also charge $15 a day for parking after having to ride in circles to find a spot. Lobby was ok and bar area was clean. No restaurant on site.
- 3/5
No room service, and the few available food and drink options where too expensive.
- 4/5

- 5/5
The spacious rooms. The loud AC unit.

It was different . Hotel attempted to charge me twice for something unexplained .
- 5/5
Really, nothing to plan for. Very nice stay!
- 5/5
Very helpful staff, clean comfortable room. My only complaint was that they charge for parking.
- 4/5
Nice hotel but my tv didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush properly.

Clean room bed horrible I’d rather sleep on the floor instead of a hard bed
- 4/5
Clean and friendly Parking wasn’t included with the stay
- 3/5
The hotel is very clean, and comfortable however I find it crazy that you have to pay $15 to park overnight while I’m literally paying for a room. And the front desk receptionist can definitely have a better attitude. I would not stay here but if you’re open to paying for parking and breakfast then it’s a nice place to stay.
- 5/5
It was quiet and in close proximity to restaurants
- 4/5
The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. Staff was very helpful, room well clean. Will suggest to others. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
- 4/5
Overall it was a good experience!
- 4/5
On the positive side, the bedding itself was clean, and the staff was reasonably friendly. There was also a bar on-site, which was convenient.
- 4/5
The hotel is very appealing nice and clean entrance area. The rooms are ok. May need a little toilet work it run a little had to jiggle my handle. Other than that the hotel is nice.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service , cleanliness of the room and staff were very professional

My first room the toilet wasn’t working. Got moved to a 2nd room and the shower had a terrible leak, and no more rooms were available because the hotel was booked solid. I had to listen to the shower dripping all night for 3 nights. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed overnight before traveling on train. Ideal location for either airport or train station. Couple of quick things I didnt notice when booking. It's $15 per night to park at hotel. Parking lot was packed so parked around the back. Has a bar which seemed pretty busy when I arrived around 9pm. Room was clean and pretty big.

We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good.

The gym was clean and the first floor smelt nice that’s it The staff was rude my kids even gave the front desk lady nick name the ice queen as she didn’t even smile nor look at us in the eyes. The room was falling apart my 6 y.o got stuck in the toilet /shower with the sliding door because the tiles from both the vanity area and the shower overall bathroom area was falling off the walls. I have photos! Making it dangerous, also curve appeal was horrible, and mold in there, the lighting was awful, after one shower the room smelt like mildew. There was a sign in the elevator stating if you are staying less than two days don’t ring housekeeping, very classy!!! Way to go Marriott no starts for customer service that’s for sure. Says no vaping no smoking but elevators and every floor smelt like marijuana. My husband was going to move from Hilton rewards to Marriott as I’m a frequent Marriott member but this visit pushed him back to Hilton. Only Marriott property he’ll visit is a Ritz, good luck, this aloft is a dump.

This is by far the WORST hotel that I have ever stayed at. It was so awful that I checked out a day early. I prepaid my stay and when I arrived I was given a handicap room which I didn’t select. The room was run down and falling apart. I requested to have a room change and they refused. I also heard from another visitor that her room was also not up to par, and she felt embarrassed for her family members that would be joining them the next day. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. EVER

The staff is pretty friendly and the location is good but not worth $400 for two nights plus parking It’s just too expensive for what it is, hasn’t been well taken care of and the rooms are just ok. The quality of soaps, sheets etc are low, the tv has only like 35 Channel and says there is a streaming option online but there is not. Air conditioner was extremely loud. They seem more focused on charging you for parking and threatening to charge you for smoking than anything else. Couldn’t even find the ice machine.

The bed and the cleanliness of the room I was shocked that we had to pay for parking. We are the guess of the hotel traveling as any other guess that is being dropped off. The hotel has to have parking but if you get dropped off you don't have to pay a surcharge and it does even get refunded.

The shuttle was on time and the driver was pleasant. I was not aware parking was extra for PARK AND FLY. My past experiences with Park and Fly the overnight parking was included. Overall a pleasant experience.

The front desk staff upon check in was not very ending. The sale director upon check was outstanding. For a newer hotel, it’s a little run down and a little dirty. The housekeeping staff appears fine. The sales director is great. The support staff does not seem friendly. Maybe it’s a generational thing, but young people just don’t seem to possess that positive energy upon meet n greet and check in. Just an observation.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. I enjoyed the amount of natural lighting my room had. The room was clean. However, it is clear the facilities need some updates. Front desk staff was great - very friendly and helpful. I was a little frustrated by the free shuttle; I was coming in on the train and called about 5 minutes before I got to the train station to request the shuttle. I was told I had to call back when I got off the train. So I did and then had to wait 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to come get me. It would have been great if the shuttle had been dispatched when I called. Also would have been great if the driver hadn't been texting/on his phone the entire time he was drivign back to the hotel.

Linens are not great quality. They were working on plumbing and had no water - at all - by the time I checked out. They pointed to a hand written sign that was at check in the night before when I arrived exhausted from travel.

This wasn’t the best A Loft experience for me compared to the ones I’ve been to in the past. Things weren’t up to date. There was a lot of old appliances. One good thing that made my stay pleasant was the staff can’t remember the young lady’s name that help me at the front desk but it started with a M. She was very helpful. All in all I would give this A Loft a 1 star and the staff 5 stars.

- 4/5
Clean room, easy access to the airport. Great for early morning flights. Shuttle starts running at 4am.
- 3/5
The hotel overall was nice but my room mirror was cracked. The employees were nice for the most part. I was a little disappointed because they do not have a garden rooftop at this specific location as mentioned in the amenities.
- 1/5
Hotel does not offer the shuttle they promise. No way to get from the airport to the hotel and extremely unhelpful staff.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Staff was friendly. For some reason, WiFi only worked on 1 device of ours but otherwise, it was a nice quiet stay.
- 1.5/5
Staff was friendly at check-in and at check-out. The shuttle was right on time, and the driver was friendly. The air conditioning was very cold. Quick access to BWI. It was easy to book online and communication prior to stay was good. The bed was "off" the platform--it was too short. So I hit some body part either getting in or out--couldn't switch sides either. Pillows were awful. Room noise was not great. A lot of random banging and unidentified noises throughout the night. I was warned there were two groups of teenagers but they were on another floor. I suspect it was still them despite being on a floor where they were not staying (according to the hotel staff). While near the airport, it was really remote and I didn't have a car--no close food options. The hotel restaurant was closed due to staffing. I had to walk to the Hilton or wait an hour for door dash (which was their suggestion). Stay at the HIlton for a few more bucks if you can!
- 1.5/5
The location was great for what we needed. The noise was constant. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, I felt every spring in the mattress. It was so bad we left at 4:00am because we could not sleep due to the noise and uncomfortable bed.

My only complaint is that you have to pay for parking even when you’re staying overnight
- 5/5
Everything was fine. Just surprised there was no breakfast included in the stays it’s unfortunate those with medical issues & concerns must pay out of pocket just to take medicines. That’s not good to leave the premises just to fin an affordable meal. Thank!
- 1/5
Absolutely disgusting. Air-conditioning was broken. No pest control in the whole place. Smelled so gross in the hallways and the room was falling apart cosmetically
- 4/5
Super convenient to BWI. Hotel room was a little run down, but nothing that was terrible. Breakfast was à la carte and wasn’t anything to write home about if you anre expecting a quick hot breakfast before you fly out. I asked guest services when we got there what time breakfast was and she said 7a-10a. Maybe I missed where it was? At any rate, parking was easy, room was clean, pillows were fluffed. Would I stay there again? Probably.
- 1/5
Remote didn’t work and had to get front desk to replace batteries , room could have been cleaner but they are so focused on charging $15 per car for an overnight stay . Never again .
- 5/5
I would definitely recommend based on that alone. However, my only issue was the $30 daily fee I had to pay to park on the premises.

Clean room, attractive, updated decor, clean linens, great shower. Was not fond of aroma of the soaps, lotions. My bed mattress starting to boing on the side close to the bathroom. Needs to be replaced. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast foods are adequate. One needs to order from the employee. I ordered the oatmeal- she went into back, it seemed about 15 . Quick mins before she brought it out. It was steel cut but I don’t think it was completely cooked. Not sure those breakfast sandwiches would actually taste as good as the pictures looked. Airport van was great!

I am a pretty easy-going person. However, this hotel was a bit of a disaster. I got into my room at 11pm and didn't notice that the thermostat was not working. I couldn't sleep and realized it was because I was freezing. The heat wasn't on, and I couldn't turn it on. I moved into another room at 3am. I didn't make a big deal of the move, but surprised I wasn't offered a credit or a late check-out. After a night of terrible sleep, my new room didn't have any shampoo, which I only discovered mid shower.
- 3/5
Fix shower door and repair toilet paper dispenser , I was in room 209
- 3/5
While good in a pinch, we didn’t love it. The beds were uncomfortably stiff, the shower leaked, we noticed a lot of deferred maintenance issues in the short time we were there. The overall impression was that ownership didn’t care about the shabbiness. Staff was fine.
- 3/5
The room was very nice and clean. The staff were unfriendly and provided inaccurate information about the hotel shuttle.
- 4/5
Nice place but door to bathroom was broken and bed was hard. But overall nice clean place.
- 5/5

- 1/5
I’m only giving it one star because of the loud noise of people running in the hallways knocking on people door and running away! They made so much noise that it broke my rest! I paid money to stay there and it made it so uncomfortable I thought someone was trying to break in! Absolutely ridiculous
- 2/5
The bed was horrible flat as a pancake
- 5/5
staff, easy check in, access to bar, bartender on shift was great and friendly.
- 2/5
The hotel was also not as clean as I would have expected. The overall condition did not meet the standard I was hoping for, especially considering the price. What was even more frustrating was having to pay for parking. The hotel has its own parking lot, and there is no valet service — you have to park your own car — yet you’re still charged to park. That felt unnecessary and disappointing. Unfortunately, due to the noise level, lack of cleanliness, and additional parking fee, I will not be returning.
- 3/5
The mirror had a huge crack on the front.

Hotel was nice and clean, but it has a ac/heater than runs all day and and night, and staff could have been more friendly.

Everything and everyone here was amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
I’ve staying at this hotel everyone I’m in Baltimore and I have to say the staff is so welcoming.
- 4/5
Good location for travel
- 4/5
They charge now for leaving your car. It was waved this time due to bad snow.
- 3/5
Room was nice. Bed was uncomfortable, they charge to park…
- 5/5
Room was comfortable
- 5/5
Amazing staff.
- 4/5
The shuttle driver on the 28th was very accommodating even to take us to the rental car location if needed. The driver in the morning said no it was at her discretion. So she spent the time while we waited for our uber doing gossip and standing around. So, somewhat disappointed with the communication and laziness. Given it is less than 3 miles cold and doing nothing was a better option.

Excelente. Muy limpio y agradable

Nice
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
Too many charges for individual service that should have been included for the price and parking should have been free since it’s on the property
- 5/5
Clean room, peaceful, close to shopping and highways
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable

The free shuttle service to/from BWI airport was the best thing about this hotel and even that was questionable because after a certain time, it is only available “upon request” and we struggled to get anyone to answer the phone. Had to call multiple times to get an answer and barely made the 10pm shuttle cut off because of this. Check in was ridiculous. The front desk was unmanned for 10+ minutes when we arrived. The phone was ringing incessantly, as there was no one there to answer it (explains why we struggled so much to get someone to answer the phone when we were calling for the shuttle). Finally, someone appears at the desk. We are checked in. We go to our room and there is a large crack in the mirror in the room. I go downstairs to immediately inform the front desk, as I did not want to be charged for damages that were already present upon my arrival. I was ensured by the front desk worker that a note would be made on my account, so that I was not charged. I found out when checking out that such notation was never made. There is a WXYZ bar downstairs but no on site restaurant or dining options. The rooms and interior design are dated. Okay for an inexpensive 1 night stay. Anything more, look elsewhere.

We booked a king room, but got a room with double beds. My husband is 6’5. His feet were hanging off bed. It was very uncomfortable for both of us. I called and spoke with manager, Kiara, and she said there is nothing she can do. She then stated she could give me point if I was a member which I am. Then she stated that there is nothing she can do because we booked through a third party. I told her our reservations was for a king. She said they honor members first. So, we were just out of luck I guest. I have never had that happen before. I was disappointed in her unwillingness to do nothing for our inconvenience. I would like something for this uncomfortable room. Thank you

No it was frozen sandwiches
- 2/5
We used to stay quite a bit for an overnight before an early flight. We've had trouble numerous times with the shuttle service. The property feels tired. For the price there are other options.
- 5/5
Our flight got canceled so we booked last minute and they were great

Room was clean and orderly

Great location to Annapolis and Airport
- 5/5
Room was clean and smelled nice. Staff greeted me well.
- 4/5
Won’t be trying breakfast. The toilet does not flush which is an easy workaround. So, I’m not mad and I’m only here for a night which is why I didn’t make a call to get it fixed. Other than that’s it’s been good. Oh and paying for parking kinda stinks. Won’t be returning for that reason.
- 3/5
No too bad, the transport was really efficient,
- 5/5
Clean and quiet rooms. A bit banged up; but no more than most airport hotels. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Shuttle was prompt.
- 4/5
Overall, very nice stay! The hotel is comfortable, very clean and staff are awesome.
- 5/5
Clean room and good staff
- 4/5
This was our second time staying. The friendliness of the staff, sleek design of the property itself, and affordability is what brings us back.
- 5/5
The staff was great, and everyone was so helpful and accommodating.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
It was great. Checkin was easy. Kierra (I hope I said that right) was a gem. The room was comfy and I got a great corner room.
- 4/5
There was no breakfast, the bed was so uncomfortable besides that sheets wasn't changed I really do like the hotel...
- 5/5
Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very quiet.

- 5/5
Good price, convenient
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff
- 5/5
Staff nice, rooms clean and large.
- 2/5
The bed and bathroom were clean. The room AC unit was so loud it was difficult to fall sleep. I stayed here due to an early morning flight from BWI airport. However, the hotel’s earliest shuttle was schedule for 4:00 am. By 4:15 am, the shuttle driver still had not shown up. I had to call a Uber to get me to the airport so I won’t miss my flight. This completely defeated the purpose of staying here. I would not stay here again for my early morning flight.
- 3/5
The room and staff was great but it says there is a restaurant on site and there was not.
- 3/5
The room seemed beaten up and a bit dated. Cracked mirror, broken doors, damage to the walls, and sliding bathroom door didn’t work well. However, bed was comfortable!
- 1/5
EXTREMELY LOUD NOISES THE MAIN LOBBY FAILED TO PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN TRYING TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT MY CONCER
- 1/5
General manager and front desk were not helpful at all. I had to leave an hour earlier than my pregnant fiance. When she left, she forgot her medicine in the room and the staff would not let her get it. I called in and they asked me to confirm my card number (extra unneeded steps, if you told my finance to call and I call you not even 2 minutes after telling her that and I tell you my name, why can’t you accept that?). I confirm my card number (I only used one card for both the reservation and deposit) the front desk said it was wrong? I asked if the itinerary number would suffice, she says yes. I give it to her, she hangs the phone up in my face. Not even 3 mins later, I get a call from my fiance, and the front desk is ASKING FOR THE CARD NUMBER IN THE BACKGROUND WITH A RUDE TONE TO MY FIANCE. I have never experienced something like this in my life. Mind you, my fiance left at 11:20, 40 minutes before checkout. Why would we possibly be trying to stay in the room? Everything else with this hotel is great, but the staff is rude and not helpful at all.
- 5/5
Shuttle service was great!

Staff was great, properly needs a little updating. Very convenient and reasonably priced.

Appeared as an "O well moment." The picture on your advertisement shows a chair in your king room, besides the desk chair This was misleading. No one likes to sit on a bed their entire stay. Coffee should be served all day. Though a small coffee maker on room, no water. The bar staff was very accommodating.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, and convenient. Very nice staff.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff.

First things first, the hotel itself looked presentable walking in, they do have a bar, pool table, swimming pool, but no hot tub. Maybe I read something wrong because I was certain they offered breakfast but you literally have to pay for EVERYTHING. They were charging $5 for a little cup of cereal. The pool was out of order for a short period. They do not have an ice machine on any floor, you have to go down to the front desk for a bag of ice. No microwave in the room & to make matters worse the fridge didn’t even work! They had to call maintenance. To put the cherry on top, we seen a baby ROACH in our room when we made it back from being gone all day! Definitely make sure to check all your belongings before you go. Only thing I loved about this place was the man driving the shuttle (Francisco). The day was so horrible. I didn’t even want to get in the pool like I had originally intended. I would. We started to look for a different hotel after our first night there, but decided to suck it up to avoid the extra costs and losing out on our money. But after I seen that roach the next evening, I wish we would’ve left.
- 5/5
Aloft BWI Baltimore was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The exceptional driver, Francisco, set the tone with his professionalism and warm energy. And let me tell you — Nas, the bartender, was just as amazing! The service, the vibe, the hospitality… everything was on point. When traveling back, this will definitely be my home away from home. Highly recommend! 🙌✨
- 4/5
The room was clean but the layout was hard since the pocket door would not stay closed for privacy.
- 4/5
Hotel was beautiful, ask for a later check out because it’s snowing lady only gave me a hour which was nice but it’s snowing and we was were from out of town 3 should of been the time. Had no problem with paying extra. Everything else was great.!!
- 4/5
Everything was great! However we found underwear behind the toilet. Staff were quick to respond, however I felt weirded out the remainder of the trip.
- 4/5
The hotel was very clean, with a quiet atmosphere. Has a nice indoor pool and weight room, but no hot-tub. No actual restaurant where you can sit down at a table and order, did not approve of paying $15.00 a day for parking.

Yes

The hotel room itself was okay, def has wear and tear on it.
- 5/5
Booked a room at nearly midnight 10 minutes before arriving. Front desk was well-staffed and ready to greet me. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Was able to take a shower and catch some sleep before returning to the airport in a few hours.
- 1/5
Surprisingly, it was very noisy this night. I was in room 217 and heard music all night and the sound of maybe people playing pool. Also the room I was in wasn’t up to par. The wooden panel on the desk in room was coming apart in rear which could easily be seen.

No complaints! We enjoy the stay
- 3/5
Clean room for sure. Old and seriously outdated everything else, including popcorn style walls and ceilings. Needs a reno badly!
- 4/5
Room was very well laid out; highly functional and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Rug was a little bit dirty and worn. I don't like the mauve color on the hall rugs and the overhead fabric cover on the lights.
- 3/5
The room was clean staff was great. Water pressure in the ahower was horrible and the bed was extremely un comfortable deff wont stayhere again
- 3/5
This hotel over promised and under delivered. Door key fob was broken and we were waiting on a room to get cleaned.

Furniture was old & raggedy! Poor space.

Fantastic staff, close to the airport, free shuttle service, clean rooms, inexpensive bar in the lobby.

Super convenient, good price, easy to get to the airport and shuttle service too. Super nice staff! Thank you!

Clean room, quiet, friendly staff
- 5/5
I had a great time
- 5/5
The location was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable!
- 5/5
Good looking modern hotel and very good staff. Pool should be heated as it was very cold and breakfast should be free. Great stay overall though enjoyed the bar and pool area, good shower and water flow. Airport shuttle is nice but possibly a $15 fee to park overnight-Hope they’re not tacking on an extra fee for their guests.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. The shuttle was quick & shuttle driver was nice. I enjoyed everything about this hotel. I will stay here again, if I go back to Baltimore.

Hotel a bit dated, could use a face lift! Close to the airport, and close to downtown and inner harbor. Those are the to pluses.

- 5/5
Airport shuttle guys, Bruce and Brandon OUTSTANDING. The front desk rep, Kiara, Outstanding as well. Hotel was clean and the rooms were well designed and Beautiful. Will stay here again. Hotel close enough to the airport, and a casino and shopping mall. Great price for all the amenities received.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable
- 1/5
Advertise free shuttle but shuttle not available and refused to reimburse for transportation even after showed manager where it says free shuttle on the website. Very rude and insulting manager. Looking for one time clients.
- 3/5
A lot of things were out of order.
- 4/5
That’s the only issue I had.
- 2/5
Wasn’t happy with stay
- 3/5
Not quiet at all.
- 3/5
Was brushing my teeth and noticed in the bathroom mirror that the outside back of the bowl style sink hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. It’s was gross.
- 4/5
I’ve stayed here many times. It’s my go to hotel for my visits to the area.
- 3/5
We usually stay at an Aloft hotel when we travel to Maryland because the vibe is usually so nice. This time we decided we probably won’t be coming back. The rooms could you some paint. In our room the sliding mirror door was broken, the sink kept stopping up and the lights in the front weren’t working. It was like a short in the wiring. Room 220. Housekeeping didn’t come except one time to empty trash and clean the room. And one of the elevators were down. The absolute BEST part about this hotel was the WXYZ bar. Regina and Brandon kept us laughing and kept the drinks coming. They even recommended places for us to get good food. They are the only reason I gave the hotel 3 stars. Their customer service is top tier!
- 2/5
I asked for a hotel with breakfast. There was breakfast but you had to pay for it. It consisted of dry looking danish cereal and juice. I am not paying $6.00 for a damn danish. Thankfully McDonald’s is close. The room was old, put a shelf in the shower. The only bright spot was the driver, Francisco. He gave me several rides to and from BWI. He was very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
The cat that lives there! To our surprise, we walked in a saw a cat sleeping on the furniture. That 100% needs to be disclosed upon booking. My niece is highly allergic and scared of cats. She ran through the lobby every time entering and exiting. We weren’t able to go to the lobby and enjoy bc the cat slept on the furniture. I personally do not have a problem with cats. The cat looks very happy there. However, I’m speaking for the non cat lovers, it’s not ok; the fur on the furniture, is the cat up to date with its shots? etc…In addition, they feed the cat in the morning in the lobby during check out. We would have switched hotels if we weren’t just there for a short night. If you aren’t a fan of cats please don’t stay here. I’m disappointed in my stay bc my family wasn’t comfortable, feeling responsible bc I booked the room.
- 4/5
The staff was nice and friendly. There is a bar in the lobby but i never saw anyone working behind the counter. The property was clean and smelled good upon entry.
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. It was my first time in Baltimore and when i return i would definitely stay here again! Only thing i didn’t like was a cat followed me around the entire time as i was in the lobby warming my food and sat by the elevator while i waited.
- 5/5
This hotel reminded me of the Marriott Bonvoy I stayed in, in Detroit, about a month ago, for a show downtown. The staff were so personable, I felt like I was back home, near Detroit. Real, interesting, engaging people who actually talk to their guests, as the same. All I've needed is a clean bed, and a shower, each time, and I got waaaay more out of aloft - BWI. From the guests singing karaoke at the bar, the lady spinning the music, the front desk staff, to both airport shuttle drivers, EVERYONE I spoke to, real people. Successful stay, and I will stay at this hotel, again.
- 4/5
Shuttle was great. Staff was amazing. Room had a few minor issues. Tuxedo was amazing.
- 5/5
Katya and the team were extremely helpful! Our rooms were a little worn and in need of repairs. More towels would have been appreciated as well.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 3/5
The staff were very friendly, the room was clean but worn down and rooms are very small.
- 5/5
The room was fine, clean and comfortable, though I would have liked a thicker mattress. The AC rocked and the walk in shower was very nice. The staff was really wonderful, very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
It was amazing and if the price hadn’t jumped I would’ve stayed the whole week.
- 4/5
Stay was decent but hotel/room is outdated and not the cleanest. It was good enough for a quick overnight trip before going to airport. Cheap which is nice.
- 3/5
Shuttle took almost an hour to get to us.... When leaving, scheduled time was 12pm...left at 12:20.
- 5/5
I loved my stay
- 3/5
I booked this hotel due to it being a Marriott property and also the free airport shuttle. When I checked in, the woman at reception desk told me that I needed to arrive 5 minutes before the shuttle departs which is every 30 minutes. This morning, I arrived for the shuttle 25 minutes before it was supposed to depart. Another person working at the reception desk told me the shuttle was first come, first served and there were 5 other people in front of me, and it would be full. He told me that all of the other guests arrived ahead of me. If this is hotel policy, it should be communicated to guests prior to their booking that shuttle space is limited. I ended up booking an Uber because I could not risk being late to the airport. Also, this hotel has seen better days. Room and public spaces had an unclean appearance. One broken elevator. Worn furniture. It was like staying in student housing on a college campus.
- 4/5
Everything was good but there was no microwave oven to warm my dinner.
- 5/5
Easily accessible and the room was great.
- 5/5
The staff were amazing and very friendly. Alexis was outstanding!!
- 3/5
Not very good on communication.Waiting for shuttle to airport to long. And room needs checking on mirror cracked safe not usable

The stay was impeccable as always!
- 3/5
The wood bedframe needed to be replaced, ultra loud squeaks with every single movement. Walls were thin, could clearly hear tv in next room. Very loud customers yelling for hours from 1-3 a.m. on floor below.
- 5/5
Jordan was awesome
- 3/5
There was one operating elevator, the in-room tv remote was delayed, my friend’s room had to be changed due to plumbing issues
- 4/5
We always love Aloft hotels. This one was good, but not quite as well- maintained and stylish as others that I’ve been to. Pool table was nice, staff were friendly, snack choices were pretty slim, swimming pool was too cold for our kid to enjoy.
- 3/5
Room was clean but definitely looks old and not kept
- 3/5
The property seemed a little dirty and kind of rundown

- 5/5

- 5/5
Great bedding. Bar was excellent
- 5/5
Great stay before our flight
- 4/5
Staff was super helpful and accommodating!
- 4/5
One of the two elevators was broken throughout my stay that made the waiting time high
- 3/5
The room was clean. However, the shower door did not close completely, which resulted in water being on the floor. The shower does not have any shelves so if you use your own toiletries, there is no where to put them in the shower. Although there is a fridge, there is no microwave in the room. You have to go to the lobby. There was only one elevator in operation. Nevertheless, I will stay there again if the Hilton is not available or comparable in price. :)
- 3/5
Elevator issues, really slow with 1 out, lil fridge didn’t work and breakfast not included
- 4/5
Good for weekend trip to Baltimore, further away from downtown so less commotion
- 2/5
The room wasn’t very clean. The bed was uncomfortable and our comforter was stained and very worn out & The pillows were very flat. The bathroom vents were full of dust and the walls were stained. The phone wasn’t working & it was very outdated and looked like it has not been cleaned or disinfected for a very long time. Overall the hotel was very quiet but they need to do better with Sanitation and cleanliness.
- 5/5
Less than 15 mintes to Arundel Mills
- 2/5
- took Taxi to hotel - check in was efficient - room was very below the standard I have come to expect from Aloft - Pros: bed was comfy with great mattress & pillows, sheets felt clean and smelt great - Cons: bathroom dirty tile grout, dirty shower sealer in multiple areas (I wanted bath shoes), toilet tissue dispenser install crooked and toilet paper falls off when using, chipped laminate on edge of shelving in multiple areas, partially removed/remnants of sticker on the safe door - I've been to 2 other Aloft in other states. Maybe I got the lowest room in the building???????
- 2/5
Shower had no handle on the valve. The shades had the tops ripped off so you could see all the mechanics. Only one elevator was functioning. All in all the property looked like it was built 10 years ago and it’s been decaying ever since.
- 2/5
The hotel is an old building that was renovated several years ago. Carpet visibly dirty & they use A LOT of deodorizer overall here. Reeks. I woke up middle of nite with headache & itchy eyes. Would never stay in a Loft again.
- 2/5
I give the hotel a 2.5/10 its not bad the check in area/lobby smells great looks really nice but soon as you go up to the floor it gives motel vibes it does not fit how it looks in the picture you can hear people from next door the beds are hard and noisy I've stayed at different hotels that was more comfortable. Plus it's a $15 a night parking. I wouldn't stay there longer than a night not too bad but can be better.
- 1/5
This was the poorest A Loft I have ever stayed. I traveled to attend my grandmother’s funeral and was not pleased with the overall hotel. I stayed in room 511 and the walls were not fully painted. The roomed needed to be repainted and looked like it was under construction. Old and new paint on the walls. Literally two different tones. The hallways had a smell. Like feet and old furniture. It was very stuffy. The A/C machine was loud and made noise when it turned off. I was not notified that the house keeping did not clean the room daily, only upon request. They don’t even come get dirty towels. You have to let them pile up in a corner. The overall property photos truly did not reflect the hotel quality. The photos made it look a lot better but in reality you were not getting the impression of quality. I felt like I was staying in a motel branded by ALoft. The desk staff were nice and friendly.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Overall, I will stay there again if given similar circumstances.
- 4/5
The cleanliness & the moderness.
- 4/5
The staff was extremely helpful at this hotel. They were so accomodating and let me check in very early due to an early flight coming in. Tranportation from the airport is also a plus...the only thing is definitely make sure you check the specifics on times it runs. I needed to go back to the airport during at 12 and shuttle was not running, so I had to take an Uber. Another plus: the dry bar shampoo and conditioner was the best I've ever used on my hair! I have been looking up how to buy this exact product and no luck so far....if anyone can assist me with that please tell where I can purchase these products!!! The pool was also only half full during my stay, but the pros and customer service definitely outweighed the cons!
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
This was a great location, with easy access to the airport.
- 5/5
Convenient location to BWI. There's no on-site restaurant, but the Hilton and Marriott are both walking distance with restaurants.
- 3/5
Just wasn’t for us. In my opinion, this couldn’t possibly meet Hilton minimum standards. I should not have focused on price and airport proximity. I would have gladly paid more for quality and comfort. Staff was pleasant.
- 5/5
This is my 2nd stay at the property within the past 3 weeks and staff has been very efficient both times.
- 5/5
Allowed me to check in early :)
- 4/5
I am a fan of Aloft & enjoy it.
- 5/5
The rooms are very nice with a large bathroom area. i was happy with the fitness room and other facilities but didn't catch the $15 parking fee when reserving the room on Expedia. Not sure I understand why
- 4/5
Nice place! Shuttle guys we really nice. You have to call for them to come get you (even though the message tells you differently). Great price and value!
- 1/5
This was one of the dirtiest hotel, I have ever been to. The room looked like an unkept basement. At check out the person who checked me out was outright rude. The worst hotel ever.
- 3/5
There was no hot breakfast layout like most other hotels. Yet room prices are similsr cost. Bed sheets did not fit and constantly came off corners. Elevator floors had trash in them. Was not impressed with ALoft. Would not go back.
- 3/5
The bathroom door didn't slide close and the phone didn't work.
- 1/5
Upon my husband’s arrival, one day prior to my arrival, he had to request a room change due to visible old blood on the sheets and used tissue on the room floor. The staff supported without issue and the General Manager Miriam obliged his request for a room change along with giving him brand new sheets and towels.
- 5/5
Comfortable and easy access
- 5/5
Awesome!!!
- 5/5
Clean and nice
- 4/5
Property was clean, comfortable and staff was very nice. However they charge you $15 per night to park as a guest. There was also music playing until late hours of the night that we could hear in our room. Not pleasant when you have to get up at 4am for your flight.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
great service very reasonable price for quality
- 2/5
This property wasn’t in the most convenient location. Several things didn’t work in my room. The telephone, the refrigerator didn’t work and were not corrected before my stay ended. Only options were limited to overpriced microwaveable options. They only had complimentary tea and coffee. On Expedia it stated a restaurant on site but there was none.
- 2/5
The bed we had in our room was terrible, lumpy, bumpy mess. A our pillows smelled of sweat. Then I got charged for something unknown hell we should have been paid for staying there.

The property was nice and well kept. I didn’t use much amenities, I was traveling for work. The room was nice kind of small. I did not like the shower, the shower head was not adjustable and there was no place to put my soap. I would stay here again and would recommend for a short stay.

This property is very run down

Overall not a good experience at all. Mold in bathroom, phone in room didn’t work, upon checkout, the front desk was left unattended for over 15 minutes.

I usually don’t stay at Aloft Hotels because they receive such poor ratings via Google. But to my surprise, this location was a 5/5. The room was a nice size, nicely decorated, & had an updated/modern layout. The pool & patio area was nice as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very Scandenavian decor. Bed was low to ground. Difficult to get on and off for an older person. Felt like a college dorm room

The room was spotless and all the amenities were brand new!

There was the smell of weed in the hallway.

Stayed here for 1 night as I had an early flight the next day. The place doesnt really look like a hotel with the billiard table in the lobby

It was ok. The bed was a little low to the ground for my liking but it was overall ok.

I had to change rooms because there was hair in the bed. The bed in the room was terrible. I could feel the springs in my back. Shower door was hanging from hinge.

Not what i expected

We didn't like having to smell weed in the hotel. Non smoking in the hotel so lets see this get enforced. If I smoked a cigar or cigarette in the hotel you would be knocking at my door. Weed should be the same.

Nice stay cute and cozy. Nice Vibe.

Area and price and it’s clean

Ms. Rayven was great when I checked in a completely emotional mess 😂. She maintained her professionalism and was very kind, quick, and efficient. Loved the bar as well. Bartender was personable and funny.

Stay was good, not sure why parking was extra.

Bath room sliding door where toilet is would not stay closed.

You have to pay for overnight parking. Bed wasn't too comfortable, very loud springs.
- 5/5
Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again if needed a place to crash between flights.
- 4/5
The lobby area had a nice vibe. Good music. Staff was pleasant.

Very comfortable and efficiently set up room. Mini fridge was handy. Only problem was pocket door to bathroom made a loud noise. Easy check in and out. Didn’t love paying for parking.

Enjoyed Remy stay. Only con was the breakfast selection and the fact that there are not any ice machines in the building. Other than that our stay was great

Was clean and quite

It was a great stay! One minor point was that the air conditioning leaked and left a soaked carpet during my stay.
