Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside.

This waterfront property is simply beautiful. The rooms are always clean as well as the hotel in general! The staff is always accommodating and knowledgeable about city events. It’s a beautiful place to hold any of your major celebrations as it has a variety of meeting spaces.

The breakfast was scrumptious the waiter Jodie she was a doll. She did everything for us. She made the stay beautiful. We were there for three mornings for breakfast and it couldn’t have been better. Would definitely recommend the Marriott waterfront excellent hotel I valet my car. It was a little pricey, but it didn’t matter you could take it in and out as much as you want and it was always down within 10 minutes and the hotel was busy, but they kept running it beautifully. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything you did for us. Not one thing

Very nice hotel.

Fantastic location great parking that you pay extra for. This is a very busy hotel but the staff handle it well and at the front desk I never have waited longer than one minute to get waited on. Lots of fine dining restaurants in the area within easy walking distance. This is by far my favorite Baltimore hotel.

Nice view and nice spacious room with comfortable beds. But amenities are minimal and possibly less than some motels. A cheap coffee/tea maker, no microwave, a tiny fridge totally empty. Bathroom had just one bar of soap and one tube of body lotion, with shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower stall. Truly disappointed.

The hotel was beautiful, our room was modern, very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable, coupled with the fact that it seemed our room was sound-proof, lol...we slept incredibly well. We didn't hear any noise at all. It was wonderful! There is plenty to do around it and we walked to dinner, which was nice. Parking was also very easy and reasonably priced. Our check-in was the only thing that didn't go smoothly due to a language barrier, but everything else made up for that. I would definitely stay here again.

I live in Maryland and I still stay at this hotel at least once a quarter. This is the best staycation ever. I feel like I am away and not just at a hotel. From the valet to the kitchen staff, everyone is great!

Well appointed hotel on the Baltimore Harbor. Short walking distance to the city’s Little Italy where we always dine at Chiapparelli’s Restaurant.

The lobby fragrance was so nice. The room was spacious and very clean. Kudos to housekeeping staff. Towels were quite large which is a rarity. Location was perfect for walking around, the boat taxi is right outside the front entrance. The parking garage was easy to use. The bell hop gave us great recommendations for getting around the city to the baseball game.

No room service. No pool. No parking or discounted parking. No kids zone. Breakfast buffet was ok. Wait staff kept disappearing. Room was big and clean. We faced a parking lot on a neighboring roof so the view was limited. I was underwhelmed from this Marriott.

The valet parking attendants needs to attend to the customer better. They have you drive up and then don’t service you or even say anything to you. Very unprofessional.

Room was spacious and clean. Room was quiet and had a great harbor view. Valet was efficient and friendly but expansive. Parking in the garage is half the price and offers a covered enclosed corridor to and from the hotel which is convenient. Walkable to great restaurants and shopping.

But...the food in the hotel restaurant was overly complicated. This did not improve the food, in my opinion. There was, to me, a faint but persistent scent of dirty dishwater while in the dining room. My husband and I both became ill with stomach upset and frequent, urgent bathroom visits, after eating in the dining room. Coincidence? Perhaps. Food born illness and cross contamination issues? Also possible. We were also served the wrong dish on two separate nights. I do not blame the servers entirely for this. They were friendly and helpful. But looked, to me, to be understaffed.

On the 8th floor, I coukd hear a roar of an air duct all night. Made me thunk we were next to the airport. Definitely irritating.

The view was awesome, we were near an area where you can hear the generators or units constantly going on and off and it was disruptive on sleep at night, but overall the room & staff was perfect!!

Breakfast was available for purchase in the lobby restaurant but was very pricey.

This was a fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and seemed to be interested in making your stay the best it possibly could be. We left our bags at the hotel before our room was ready, which was a nice feature so that we could go walk around while we waited. The room was clean, and had a great harbor view. Close enough to walk to the stadiums(about a 45 minute walk) and close to the national aquarium. The breakfast down stairs was awesome (the buffet on the weekend was pricey, but i recommend it). All in all a great positive stay. I would stay here again, no question. The picture was our view from our room.

Had to pay $25 to park for 48hrs in the connected parking garage. The entrance to the hotel was packed and it looked like a very long time to wait. I didn't ask about being reimbursed for parking. I should have inquired before my stay.

We did love the water refill station in the lobby. We also appreciated the complementary toothbrush kits. Room was clean and comfy, but AC wouldn’t keep up with our settings overnight. Don’t love the bathroom design. Very loud when someone is using it.

The Marriott company's inflexibility regarding a booking error on my part, that I strongly feel the Expedia website contributed to, is going to cost both companies a customer going forward. The Expedia company's customer service inability to help with this issue is extremely disappointing.

The sheets you give out in the room are inaccurate…..I am the relative of Gustav Brunn and was very disappointed to see the wrong information displayed regarding old bay.

From the moment I arrived, The Marriott Waterfront exceeded every expectation. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the front desk staff offering warm smiles and helpful tips about the area. We were even upgraded to a room with a stunning ocean view—what a treat!

We chose the hotel due to the location and price. The facility was nice. The only complaint was the bathroom door. They used a barn style door which has huge gaps, so you will hear everything going on the bathroom as if there's no door at all. Not really an appropriate style door for a bathroom. Word of warning, the only luggage carts belong to the bellman, so if you have a lot of luggage you'll have to use their services, or make multiple trips. Also, no parking, you pay a garage, or $50 a day for valet. There is a garage directly across from the hotel that is half the price of their valet service.

Everything was excellent, except the check in process. It was very slow. Not enough agents at the front desk to move the line quickly.

Very clean customer service was great at check in. Lots of food options. Left our car parked and took a Lyft to Angie’s seafood which was amazing. The view of the harbor was amazing in our upgraded room. Just overall wonderful experience nothing to complain about.

Really lovely hotel and perfect location. Only downside was the lack of milk available to have with coffee - I asked for some at reception and was asked to go to the restaurant where I was made to pay for a glass of milk. Disappointed with the level of single use plastic and cups - not unusual for the US though I guess.

Property was clearly going through renovations, but the main lobby/common areas were very dated. Room was very spacious, but the walls were paper thin. There was a group of people in the hall for about a half hour around 1am that woke us up. We could also hear our neighbor’s tv all night through the wall. Our water temperature was strange. We had little cold water. The water was boiling hot (steam coming out of the sink). We had someone look at it, and the sink was better, but we couldn’t move the sink or shower nozzle or it would get boiling again.

Will stay again on my next trip to Baltimore. Lovely view of the city and harbor!

Everything was great except our tv in our room didn’t work at all. We mentioned it a few times and it was never attended to.

BUT... . We should've been told that there's construction going on through April (?longer), in the lobby entrance & elsewhere. The pool, fitness center & 3rd floor patio were closed. They provided passes to an outside gym but who wants to take a jacuzzi or sauna & then have to walk back to your hotel. . The hotel has NO Concierge...what major hotel doesn't? I guess the Marriott Waterfront Baltimore. When asked about Hop-on-Hop-Off buses you'd think we were speaking a foreign language. . The staff has no street maps to give out so no ability to easily map out directions for points of interest or the location of local transportation. We received comments like "check for maps on the internet" AND "go to the visitor's center, they'll have everything you need" (btw, it was closed that day with plumbing problems) AND ""they" don't give us maps anymore so we can't help you" ??????? . There's NO bottled water provided in the room (unless you're a BONVOY member & you ask for it). . There's NO late checkout unless you're a BONVOY member & you ask for it. But you can't set it up in advance. You have to go to the front desk on your checkout date in advance of checkout time ... otherwise you'll be locked out of your room at regular checkout time. . There's NO FREE WIFI anywhere in the hotel.
