check in was amazing. Emmanuel at the front was very attentive and professional. The room was clean and the mattress was a beautiful dream.

Stayed for my daughter’s birthday. The balloons were in the room when we arrived as expected. She was later brought a mini happy birthday cake that was delivered to the room. We also had an amazing spa day the next day. The hotel staff and spa staff were all professional and courteous. My husband and I also stay at this property about twice a year, and has remained one of our favorites.

Excepted more from four seasons! Felt very average
- 5/5
In my view, this is the most underrated Four Seasons property. Beautiful spaces and facilities, and, best is amazing responsive staff. I've stayed here multiple times, and it somehow keeps getting better. If you're on the East Coast, this is a great weekend getaway. In the summer, the pool vibe is full on-resort, and in the non-summer months, the Spa has a similar feel, with a host of amenities (in their Water Experience). I had a (too) short, but remarkable stay.
- 3/5
The spa was relaxing, but I do prefer spas that allows both sex (male/female? To enjoy the pool, etc.
- 5/5
Never a disappointment
- 3/5
Not worth the price. The room temperature was hard to regulate. There was an espresso machine but no regular coffee machine. No bottled water, just absurdly priced drinks and snacks. A restaurant in the building charged a "facilities fee" in addition to the dining charges. The hotel added an "incidentals" charge of $195 to the bill "in case" I bought "incidentals", which I didn't. I'm still waiting for the refund.

I felt catered to. Every call I made, whether it was to room service or valet, everyone knew my name and sincerely wanted to help make things easier for us. The food was fantastic. The view was great and the room was fully stocked and modern. About the only area I could possible note for improvement was the water could have been hotter. But that is a personal preference and the shower was fantastic anyway.

The cleanliness of the room. The entire staff customer service was exceptional. I really enjoyed staying here. I will be revisiting and staying at this location again! I thought the constant unpronounced visits in your rooms while you were gone were a bit intrusive. We went to dinner and would come back at 9/10PM and noticed that someone was in our room. Items were tucked and folded away, not like you left them. It felt a bit "creepy" and over the top. Almost borderline an invasion of privacy so late at night. It felt really weird.

We decided to stay from December 30 to January 3, and it was an amazing experience. Twice we visited the gym, and we took full advantage of the sauna. We had access to ice skating, but we sat by the fireplace and watched the young people skate. New Year's Eve was a pure delight from in-room dining to the four different restaurants with distinct cuisines. The view of the fireworks was accessible from all four dinning experiences, but The Bygone was the best location. Next year spend your holidays with the world-class staff and the best hospitality team. I hope to see you at Four Seasons Baltimore!

To actually be from Baltimore, this location did a great job of making me feel like I wasn’t at home. Its worth every penny!
- 4/5
The staff were great! Very hospitable and always available for our needs. The restaurant however was just ok. Service was good but food selection was limited and over priced for the portion given. I really like the bathroom however the room itself was basic and the bed was not comfortable.

- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!
- 5/5
The stay was exceptional! The service is what really stood out. Everyone goes above and beyond! The only place to stay when in Baltimore
- 4/5
Hotel and rooms are very clean, staff was lovely great location, but to me for the price the rooms are outdated the amenities are minimal the rooms are definitely outdated and not luxe at all. Just a decent clean room. We didn’t request handicap -once we got to room we saw it was handicap-didn’t want to go back downstairs. Do all the shower have half of a door that freezes your bum off. That was not a good experience in the shower.
- 5/5
Front desk can do better. We requested two things from Front Desk and did not receive return calls. First we requested extra note pads for writing for two children ages 4 and 5 - and front desk affirmatively indicated the note pads would ve sent up. They were forgotten totally. Two calls and no update. On the third call request, front desk apologized profusely and gave the children stuffed dolphins to make up. This was nice - but nicer still would have been proper follow-up. Next, I called for information on children’s robes. My grandchildren loved theirs and I wanted to purchase them. Front desk informed me they were available on the website but that they going to check with housekeeping and get back with me if there are some to purchase in house. No return call at all. When I went upfront prior to checking out - they informed me I needed to purchase them from the website. Something I could have done sooner had I received a proper call back. Front desk/guest services should call and update IF they say they will. That distinguishes an exceptional hotel from a mediocre one. Customer service. Over the years we have stayed in Four Seasons hotels. Best service was at the Grand Hotel Du Cap Ferrat - front desk, housekeeping are truly exceptional. Baltimore was good. But not exceptional. Take the extra step to follow up with promises - it will go a long way.

We love this property and the staff! Such a family friendly stay that it was a highlight for the kids. They said this trip bc of the hotel and the location across the park was their favorite trip of the summer! Even beat out Cayman island 😅😅😅
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, beautiful amenities, great location
- 5/5
The concierge and front desk were great. They even charged my phone for me as I forgot my charge cord.
- 5/5
My stay was amazing! Great hotel and staff.
- 3/5
Next issue was at the pool. Pool was filthy (see photo). Like worse than I have seen at a mediocre hotel. There was also a spotted lantern fly infestation in the area, most notable by the pool (see photo). Breakfast at Maximon (a popular upscale south american restaurant) was horrible. My French toast tasted stale, and my wife's dish (Nortena) was very 'sour' tasting. I will say all of the employees at the our Seasons were their usually professional selves, from the doormen to the reception staff, to the servers. But they really missed the mark on keeping the facilities clean and up to Four Seasons quality.
- 3/5
No turn down service and was a chore to just get a piece of candy

I’ve stayed at atleast 10 four seasons before and unfortunately the staff and service falls sooo short here. Baltimore, I was rooting for you all. We constantly Waited on waiters, couldn’t find staff for vallet in the morning. This place was very overpriced as well. Staff was the biggest issue. No service was provided. Very average.

One of the best values in the four Seasons lineup

We chose the Baltimore Four Seasons for our 30th Wedding Anniversary weekend. From the time we arrived at Valet Parking we were made to feel as the hotel’s special guest! Every staff member we encountered during our stay were welcoming, attentive and provided exceptional hospitality and amazing service! Special thank you to Daman our room steward, and Christina (Front desk), Matt (Prosecco & Chocolates) and Duncan (Valet). You helped make our 30th memorable.

What a wonderful stay at The Four Seasons Baltimore! There for an overnight only for a friend’s birthday party and though I didn’t get to really experience all the amenities, the staff, food, drinks, and general ambiance were standouts. Shout out to Johnathan who checked me in! His welcoming was 5-stars!!! Can’t wait to return soon!

Again and again, it needs to be renovated... with its condition it's tooooooo expensive!

I loved my stay, I went for a weekend to just relax for Mother’s Day, I didn’t use the spa or any other amenities, I just wanted to stay in my room and enjoy the peace and quiet. It was very quiet, if i did have neighbors, I couldn’t tell. The best part about the room was the Harbor View, the restroom is nice, the room itself was pretty outdated. My favorite thing was being able to order room service on the app or through text and not have to interact with people on the phone lol. The food was GREAT! For the price I paid, I may or may not go back, I could go out of town for the same price.
- 5/5
My family and I had a fabulous time, the staff were pleasant, friendly. I usually don’t write reviews but this place is incredible. The only thing that I could say was the television in the bathroom was a bit grainy and had to call to get it serviced. The view was breathtaking and the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons. The beds are comfortable & rooms have so many nice touches with the coffee/tea bar & robes/slippers to wear. We had access to an amazing fitness center & use of the spa areas. The restaurants were all top notch! We will return.
- 3/5
The location was great, within walking distance to several shopping and eating venues. The staff/valet that greets at the front door was extremely welcoming. The room service staff, cleaning staff and spa staff were friendly and helpful! The beds were extremely comfortable. The harbor view was beautiful! The night time concierge on one particular night didn't seem to inclined to help with something I was trying to find in surrounding businesses. I only mention it because the Four Seasons has always had a reputation of being extremely helpful and this wasn't the case with that particular staff member. The had an outdated design and color scheme with dust along the baseboards and underneath the TV stand. Along with some kind of mold growing underneath the glass on top of the TV stand, (which was scratched up pretty badly) I would have noticed it had I not sat down in the chair and had a clear view of it. The head board had pieces flaking off as well. For the price of the hotel room I expected it to be a spot less room. Called multiple times for someone to come pick up our room service cart and no one came. Had to take of it the next morning, after I went down to the front desk. The "cleaning fee" or whatever they call that charge when you first check in wasn't made aware through booking or in their emails that I saw. So I was charged $200 per night up front, totalling $800. That wasn't expected. Also, I would have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back providing they deem so. I understand that's how deposits work but the price was never disclosed until check in. So just be aware of that. Also, there was no filling station for water. You're alloted two cans of water for free, otherwise you'll pay for the others. Essentially forcing to to buy their water, unless you go buy your own cheaper water somewhere else.
- 5/5
Great hotel with excellent services. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Other than that the look and feel was amazing. I feel the staff that day was not accommodating
- 4.5/5
Nice view In my culture, giving tips to the hotel staff or bellhops is considered inappropriate because this is their job. Their job is to serve customers and visitors. They get paid only for doing this. Therefore, when I visited Four seasons Baltimore, USA, I don’t give any tips to the staff. I totally forget about it!! I don’t use to. As result, some hotel staff and bellhops were not nice to me. They seemed upset and unhappy to help or serve me. Sadly, they didn’t treat me as well as other US customers. they did not understand that I’m foreigner and I came from different culture. My heart hurts….

It’s always a truly relaxing and enjoyable time. It’s like coming back home. The staff makes you feel at ease, comfortable, and content, which makes it a home away from home.

I will definitely be back

Great location! Massage and spa were top notch and it’s walking distance to Little Italy and so may restaurants.

Good location. Bed wasn’t made when we arrived to the room. Rooftop bar had advertised a DJ for the night we stayed but when we tried to access it was closed. No explanation given why. Rooms are in okay condition but could use a renovation.

The general condition of the hotel indicates that its glory days are long gone.
- 5/5
Property is accessible to dining and entertainment. Staff were absolutely responsive and helpful on all questions or suggestions.
- 3/5
Bygone was terrible. Everything about it - the service, the fact that I couldn't charge my meal to my room, the elevator was broken, it just felt like a very low-budget experience for such a nice hotel. Also the valet not being connected to the front desk was also frustrating because I had to go outside to work with the valet versus inside with the front desk whom I was already working with. There should be more connections between functions and services provided by the hotel so that the customer has a more seamless experience.
- 5/5
The Four Seasons Baltimore was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was courteous, professional and attentive. Looking forward to staying here again.

Consistently excellent. Always.

Exactly what you’d expect from the Four Seasons— lovely, spacious room; amazing bed; wonderful service; and excellent location. The only potential complaint is that the walls are a bit thin, but a white noise machine did the trick. Would absolutely stay here again.

Top tier all around. This staff in particular was absolutely stellar. They handled all of my requests with ease and was beyond accommodating. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. I have zero complaints and I’ll be back very soon. Exceptional from entry with the bellhop Duncan , to the folks at in-room dining. Everyone at the spa, and the from desk. Tremendous service and staff. Thank you again.

I am ecstatic. I am so glad I chose the Four Seasons Baltimore to celebrate my partner’s 65th birthday. Kenya upgraded our room, which enhanced our experience there even more than expected. The rooms were average, but you needed a manual to figure out how to turn the shower on and regulate the hot water. You need to provide a user manual - it took some time to figure out how to take a shower. Not good!

Four Seasons Baltimore is the ultimate hotel destination for New Year's Eve. The view from our windows was unparalleled. We had so many dining options to include The Bygone, Maximon, Azumi and Lochbar. From a fanciful Great Gatsby experience to casual American cuisine, this location offered delicious bites to please every appetite. The staff was so professional and kind, and I look forward to staying at the exceptional Four Seasons Hotel as well as indulging in their unique dining options in the near future!

It was an amazing experience to start the new year, only wish I had known the directions of the fireworks.
