    The hotel itself is out dated and needs to be remodeled. The staff was ok, but there is not enough parking which is not good. For what they charge it not worth the price, the breakfast was ok but there space that breakfast served is too small to accommodate the guest. Not a great experience overall will not stay here again.

    Beds were squeakiest I’ve ever heard, anytime anyone got up to go to the bathroom they woke up the whole room. Breakfast was good. No phone in room and no one answered front desk when I called from cell phone. Shower water pressure as very nice.

    Staff were exceptionally helpful. Though some wear off room furniture it was clean and comfortable. Even shuttle driver was cheerful and expeditious in getting us from car rental to hotel and hotel to airport next day!

    The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I was on the fourth floor, and the odor was so strong that I had to spray perfume on the pillows. The bathroom was clean, but the room itself was old and dusty, and it looked nothing like the photos. This is definitely a two-star hotel.

    I booked this room for five nights after the 8.0 rating on Hotels.com. This hotel deserves a 1.0 rating or less. It is filthy and needs to be torn down. The hallways and rooms are heavily stained and smell so bad. The shower was filled with mold and held water. I felt like I needed shower shoes. The shower door did not close fully. The housekeeper did not replace the shampoo or coffee daily and did not make the bed daily. The couch and carpet had huge white stains and smelt horribly. The window in my bedroom was cracked from top to bottom. I made the front desk aware on day 2 and they did nothing except offer some additional shampoo. The breakfast bar was also very disappointing as they had no coffee on two of my five nights. They had dry cereal but the only milk was the creamer which was ironic since there was no coffee. There was no fresh fruit.

    We stayed for one night and had a late check-in. Overall the hotel was ok…bed comfy, property clean, room was clean, hot shower with good pressure. Furniture was dated, has a lot of cosmetic improvements needed. The biggest issue was how dirty the bathroom was. It was not cleaned throughly, black mold can be seen. Did not make a big deal because we were there for only 9 hours.

    The breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean, and the airport shuttle was right on time. They also have 24/7 airport shuttle which is the main reason we chose this hotel as we had an unexpected layover late at night. Only problem I had was the hotel has a refundable deposit of $100, which wasn’t the issue, the issue was it wasn’t released and put through as a charge and I had to file a dispute with my bank a week later. Other than that, definitely would stay again if I was in Baltimore

    Outdated but no deal breakers for me. Gym has free weights and cable. Breakfast is the normal fake eggs and ran out of milk more mornings than not. Elevator button was broken so the one near my room I couldn't use to get to my floor. Not supposed to stay longer than 7 days but Hotels.com doesn't alert you that. Someone's vehicle had their 4 tires stolen while we were there. Coffee in the room isn't great, cleaners don't restock it, coffee at breakfast is instant packs.

    The rooms were spacious and clean, but everything was a little run-down. At breakfast, there was only instant coffee, or tea bags but no boiling water. We didn't even try the food. It was OK for an overnight stay before flying home, but I'm not sure I would rush to stay there again.

    Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE.

    Room was cleaned, but corridors could have been better cleaned. Rooms were smelling bad, so could have been better cleaned and refreshed. Breakfast was good, little more options can be added. Amenities are very old, so need upgrades. There is no security, anyone can enter the property except you have the key to enter the room, so property owner should think of having the keyed entry to the property. Parking spots are enough around the hotel, so you can easily get a spot to park. Overall it was a good stay.

    My wife was unhappy that there was no real coffee available. Instant coffee was terrible. The smell of marijuana and mildew permeated the hallway and our room. We were pleased with the size of our room though. I would suggest getting rid of the carpeting and putting in wood floors. That will get rid of the smell.

    The check-in was okay, however; when I told the desk clerk the elevator was not working, the reply was: "Yes, it does, you just have to mash the button in hard several times, be patient!" Really? Although the button lights never illuminated, the elevator EVENTUALLY arrived (the hotel has only five floors and only one of the two elevators worked), HOWEVER; the ride up was accompanied by a burning electrical equipment odor! There is no elevator approval/safety certificate posted in the elevator and its electrical access panel is duct-taped closed but had been cut open at some point for access... "Hello stairs!" Once in the room, there was a one-to-two square inch dried out, dark "substance" clearly visible on the wall right next to the stand-up lamp; we could not tell if it was food or renovation adhesive. The noisy toilet struggled to evacuate just a couple kleenex tissues; multiple flushes as you go was in order. The breakfast, although otherwise acceptable, used instant freeze-dried coffee packets & hot water; the Starbucks 3/10ths of a mile around the corner was worth the walk. Upon check-out, the clerk couldn't be bothered to look up from her cell phone text exchanges to thank us for our patronage. Although in a convenient location with a nice parking lot, this place needs work! There are many other options around BWI.

    Otherwise, for the price, this was a great two night stay. Free parking. Fairly limited with only a handful of open spots from what I experienced. But I'll take free. Fantastic hot breakfast (eggs, meats, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal pouches) and the usual cold foods (breads, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal). Just wish there was actual brewed coffee. The room was good. Two queen beds. Shower didn't leak (I always seem to get leaky showers when I travel). Very comfortable temperature. Third time staying in Baltimore. I'll check this hotel first in the future.

    The stay, for me, was just ok. The room was clean but where I think they missed the mark was in the little things. They have free breakfast which is a good thing but I’ve never seen a hotel tell everyone a about free 24hr coffee but it’s instant coffee. Gross. They have a laundry facility but in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in the past, there was a machine where you can buy detergent and whatnot. They don’t have that. The tv sound couldn’t align when actors spoke. If you don’t need to use any of these things, then you’ll probably like it. The bed was very comfortable though. I’ll give them that!

    The stairs are no better -- the stairwell is locked in the lobby. You can't get to the lobby using the stairs. You can only move between floors. 2/ The breakfast. Cold, bland, dirty looking patties, made of eggs (but not omelette). Sliced ham, saltier than the salt itself. That's it, not even coffee -- instant coffee in bags and boiled water. 3/ The shuttle that didn't come to pick me up from the airport after midnight. Said it's 24 hour service -- right, they just don't come after midnight. 4/ Very old and poorly maintained. Noisy A/C units, unhinged shower heads, etc... 5/ The area is like, deep forest, nothing walkable (nothing, folks), absolutely nothing walkable within 2 miles or so. Walk 2 miles to the nearest 7/11, buy some chips for dinner... Well, the bed was nice, and the shower worked after all. I did have to ask to bring some shampoo (and they asked me, how many mini-bottles I need. Gave 2). I mean if you are really, really on a budget, go for it. But it should be $50... it was $90....

    Stayed here while in town for a graduation. The free breakfast and parking were great to have. Close the airport and freeways. Needs some updating, but since we were traveling with the kids, it worked for what we needed.

    There's nothing special about this property for the price we paid but due to our circumstances we needed a place to sleep for one night. Would we stay again? Not sure, at least not in that room. The room my husband and I was given was just ok, the bathroom not so much. Had to close the door because the toilet was running really loud and it didn't flush good. And the toilet paper holder needs to be updated, you might slice a finger. The tub needs to be reglazed due to the brown water stain. Shower curtains were ripped near the top and it kept sliding to the middle of the shower rod, not sure if that was due to the curved rod or not but the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed while showering. The area around the tub definitely needs a good caulking from their engineering dept. Check the wall behind the door too, it needs to be redone. The cabinet that holds the mini-fridge and microwave had what looks like saw dust (tan flakes) at the bottom that needed to be wiped out but the fridge and microwave were both clean enough to use. Ice machine displayed a sign that it wasn't working and it didn't tell you which floor to get ice, who wants to hunt for ice at 1am? I don't! Again not sure if we would return, this property needs some updating, which is why it was just okay for us and the reason we gave 3 stars.

    I had called earlier and requested that we’d be able to park our car there during our stay. I was told at that time it was no problem and just to mention it when we got there. When we got there, we were told that they could not accommodate our car for the duration. They suggested a parking lot further down the road. We dropped our car off there and walked back to the hotel. We were given a room on the fourth floor when the elevator door opened the smell of marijuana was everywhere, it even permeated into our room and kept me awake at night. Before we went to bed, I called the front desk and told them we wanted to be on the 530 bus to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk so that the bus leaves every half hour and it would be no problem. When we went down the next morning 20 minutes after five 530 bus had already left. Then female front desk receptionist said there must’ve been a mistake because we were not written down. The nighttime gentleman did not ask us for our names or anything else to ensure that we would be able to make that bus. The receptionist did call the bus driver, and he did return to pick us up, however, it did make us behind schedule. There seems to be a lack of communication and follow through.

    The elevator doesn’t work half the time and it’s down to only one as the other one never opened while we were staying there for 3 days so I assume it’s been turned off. The elevator and rooms smell like skunk trying to be covered up with cleaning solution. Maybe it’s from the guests smoking weed in the elevators or maybe it’s because this property is in dire need of an update and still has carpet and curtains from when guests were allowed to smoke. The bed was hard and clearly in need of being replaced. The pillows were small and flat. They push the filling all down to one end and you end up with something that looks like a throw pillow instead of a bed pillow. With that said, we stayed three nights and managed to get a decent nights sleep every night. We probably won’t stay at this property again unless it’s been updated.

    My room smelled most of the time, starting in the middle of the night, like poop. The WiFi was not working properly as was my tv that programs kept stalling, probably due to internet issues. The front desk woman said that basically non one else complained about it.. so rather than trying to see if she could do something to help she antagonized me…my concern was my internet and my tv not other guests... bathtub not very clean.. and when I checked in, girl at front desk told me water in faucet is u drinkable and if I showed up at 8:30 for breakfast the person doing breakfast would be mad at me…don’t know if she thought she was being funny..I know I didn’t find her funny.. Bathtub also didn’t drain properly..

    Property was decent i stayed for an overnight flight i had to catch in the early am. There was bit of a musty smell and the first floor smelled of weed. Definitely needs a small renovation as things look older and bathroom had mildew in shower. It is good for a quick sleep but wouldnt stay longer than one day.

    My family and I stayed for 2 nights from May 4th to May 6th. Very disappointed with our stayed. The main reason was because when I let the front desk lady know that our toilet was clogged, she was just texting on the phone and didnt even look at me. I keep telling her what our room number was to make sure, but she still keep looking at her phone texting. My wife asked if she heard what the room number was and she replied " yes loud and clear ". This was around 11:30 am. When we came back at 10pm from visiting DC and walking around in the heat all day, the toilet is still clogged the same way we left it. I went down to the front desk again to explain the issue. The new front desk lady said unfortunately no maintenance person is available at night. She offer me the plunger or move to another room with two beds. We have 12 luggage and a newborn and after a long day walk a new room would be another headache so I ended up having to unclogged it myself. If you have extra $20 to spare, I recommend helping yourself by booking another hotel. They are at leave 3 hotels around that area. I booked a luxury king, but it looks like a normal Hampton Inn King bed room, but with more odors and old furniture.

    Room was clean but requires significant maintenance. Paint chipping off walls. Parking was ample, but there were piles and piles of trash in the rear of the parking lot. Elevator had duct tape on it, which wasn’t comforting. Staff were nice during interactions, but had to wait at desk for them for a while. Bed was comfy and shower had a lot of water pressure. Outlets were loose so had to constantly readjust them to charge items before trip. I would not stay here again unless forced to.

    The hotel is really old. It feels darker than it should be because of the colors, poor lighting, old elevators. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. The second room was better, but the smell in the hallways and rooms was old and musty. Not much fresh or circulated air.

    My room was clean and very comfortable, parking was good, location is close proximity to the airport, which was reason I was there.     My water never got above luke warm and mini fridge didn’t work (was even unplugged when I arrived). I went to the desk clerk- waited over 30 mins in line (only one attendant at 8:30-9pm) and she said she’d have maintenance take care of it first thing the following morning. Came back after 14hr workday to no notice and nothing fixed. WiFi also was spotty at best but the tv reception and WiFi kept shutting down and just not working. Desk attendant couldn’t be bothered to even get up from her chair and said “yup, allot of people complaining, maybe you should go buy a hot spot to use”. She also said it was due to wind and rain- I videoed right after and not even a gentle breeze or raindrop. Never got any of it fixed or dealt with in 3 days. Asked for mgr info and was given a general 1-800 number with nothing else. Wasn’t a good stay at all.

    When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel for shuttle pickup. I called at least 12 time. No one answered the phone at the hotel. A shuttle from another hotel picked me up and brought me to the hotel. When I arrived the girl at the front kinda looked at the phone and started to say, we don’t usually answer, but caught her self. Come to find out they have another number to call if you need the shuttle. Would be nice if that was included in the email sent confirming my reservation. The only saving grace was Lawerence who took me to dinner and the driver who took me to the airport in the morning.

    This hotel is in serious need of renovation. The hotel staff were neither friendly nor welcoming. The elevator has parts of it held together by duct tape. The breakfast on the first morning had almost all gone when I came down at 8 (it runs until 9). No oatmeal and the coffee wasn’t brewed, it was instant (add boiling water) The bedroom furniture was damaged, broken and outdated. The bathroom floor was sticky and the grout was dirty. It smelt musty and there was no extractor fan, so not surprising. The hairdryer had only setting that worked. Not a good experience.

    The breakfast only included instant coffee. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not offer brewed coffee with breakfast. The juice machine dispensed warm, soured juice. This left no drink for breakfast, as I can not drink milk. The staff was corpus in person. However, over the phone the staff is short and rude. This is not a hotel I can see myself using again.

    Elevator panels were held together with duct tape. Got me worried a little of the elevator was safe. Trim in the elevator was lifted and my shoe got stuck one time. Hair dryer in the room was broken and didn't get fixed despite two requests. The room service guy (likely Doordash) didn't deliver silverware with dinner and what's worse argued it wasn't his job to deliver silverware with the order unless I order directly with the restaurant.

    Your daytime person on February 19th - that was a rough one. After my first night stay, I wanted to extend a night. I went down to the customer service desk and waited for around 5 minutes. When she arrived, she was having a personal conversation on speakerphone. I told her that I wanted to extend my stay and, instead of assisting me in extending, she told me to just jump on to Expedia and rebook as she continued on with her phone conversation. I decided to extend for one more night on 2/20 and fortunately Chevelle was still at the front counter when I came down. I shared with her that it was my intention to stay one more night. She rebooked me immediately in the hotel’s system and made sure that I had an updated key. Again, she was excellent and part of the reason that I decided to extend my stay as I travelled around the Baltimore and Philly areas.

    My second stay, from February 17–22, was extremely disappointing. The room was dated, furniture was stained, and overall cleanliness was well below standard. The bed linens and bedding appeared poorly laundered, causing skin irritation, and I even found a used hair cap under the bed. Dust buildup throughout the room made it clear that housekeeping was inconsistent and insufficient, leaving the space feeling neglected and unhygienic. Despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking, marijuana smoke was pervasive throughout the property, in the hallways, elevators, and laundry area, making it impossible to avoid. Staff members were also observed smoking in the stairwell, which clearly undermines the non-smoking policy and caused sinus irritation during my stay. Breakfast quality was poor: waffles lacked substance, eggs were undercooked and runny, and bacon was not fully cooked. Communication with some staff members was difficult, making it challenging to address concerns. Guests pay for the standards advertised, and in this case, those standards were not met. Apologies alone do not address the inconvenience, health impact, or added costs incurred.

Even the shuttle bus had a broken step to enter so very difficult to step into. The shuttle driver and the registration n cleaning people were superb. Very friendly and that was a huge plus.     I arrived checked in about 4:30-5pm, checked in received my key and was told to enter from side door. Got to the side door my key didn't work, had to wait in cold for front desk to come let me in I then proceeded to get on the elevator but I wasn't notified that the elevators were broke! I called back down and the lady tells me to go to the 4th floor and I'll have to walk down a flight of stairs the elevators are broken and won't open on the 3rd flor .... I told her I pushed all the buttons and it wasn't moving she said ok someone will come get me ... I waited no one came and all of a sudden the elevator went to the 4th floor so I had to take all my luggage(suitcase&2 book bags as well as more items in the car) and walk down a flight of stairs now I'm kinda upset . I get to my room and head down to the front where I confronted the front desk about not letting me know the elevator were broken and direct me to the right door to were the stairs were to my floor, the first thing she said wasnt an apology it was I can get a refund and check out if I would like I said NO an apology wouldve worked just fine she said IM SORRY I said NO YOUR NOT! can I speak to the manager? meanwhile she said "yes he's right here" STANDING BESIDE HER THE WHOLE TIME LISTENING! , and he never said one word .... She then asked again if I wanted a refund and to check out again I said no this is very unprofessional and walked out , she called me 10 min later and said she would see if there's a better

    Room smelled like smoke, door lock didn’t work. Requested room change and same lady at front desk made me wait for over 15 mins. When I asked her name, she replied: My name is “Front Desk”.     I took pictures,couldnt believe the state of the room for what i paid. Did not recievre a veterans discount and was charged to check into a room that was already available. Ive never had to pay a early check in fee. Thats ridiculous. The shower was broken in multiple places the tub leaked n made a huge mess. The shower curtain put up so crooked it wouldnt stay shut. Very dissatisfied with the status of my room. Will not be recommending to stay there.

    Clean room but hallways smelled of weed. It was new years so we expected a little noise but loud music next door kept us awake. Calling the office helped, but music started up again shortly after. 2nd call at 3am stopped the music for the night. Friendly staff and the transport to and from the airport was easy.

    Very old and dingy feeling. Elevator was not working correctly and kept going the wrong direction. Lights were not working inside so you never knew what floor you were on. Breakfast was ok but sausage was cold! TV picture was very poor quality. I wouldn’t stay again. Just too many options

    We never made it to the hotel. We had a car wreck on the way there and ended up at the hospital. I communicated with the hotel and let them know via the portal that we would not make our reservation. I did that the day of the reservation and the day of checkout. Expedia stayed on the phone with me 1.5 hours trying to get me a refund. No success. The airlines were accommodating and gave us a refund. Wyndham and this hotel Wingate were not kind about it and would not bend. They denied that I ever contacted them. I have proof of accident and a police report, still no help.

    Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Shower was “hotel hot” just the way I like it! Breakfast had a selection, but the “eggs” & “sausage” were not edible. As other reviews have said, this hotel is not enforcing its no-smoking rule, to the detriment of non-user experience.     I guess you get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable, but there issues with the internet so I tried to call to get help but the phone was broken, so I walked down to the front desk. They showed the trick, that is you select disconnect to connect, vice the normal connect. The signal was very weak in the room and my wife could not connect al all on her computer. We gave up on the internet and went to bed early

    I am sleeping on top of the bed because the sheets are stained and apparently there are no clean sheets until the morning. In all fairness, I did arrive at 11:30 PM. The floors are wood like and are kind of slick slimy sticky definitely keeping my socks on.I am very surprised that this hotel had a rating of 8 on Expedia.

    No COLD water in my room as the bathroom sink only had hot water, no wifi, bed base clunked badly with ANY bed movement (like sitting down, standing up, rolling), only 1 of the 3 elevators worked, some doors in the building were torn up and in need of replacement, it's very obvious that the owners put ZERO dollars into the upkeep of this building.

    Staff at check in looked bothered to deal with us. She was wearing a mask and speaking very softly making me have to continually ask her to speak up and repeat herself. The room we were put in had clusters of live bugs on the walls. We were put into a different room. It was run down and looked dirty. The hallways smelled of marijuana and/or musty mildew. There were stains on the furniture. The elevator button had to be pressed at least 5 times before it would move. There was plaster peeling off the walls. The washcloths were stained and the towels had clumps of hair on them. The only thing that was adequate was the water pressure in the shower. I will not ever stay again nor recommend this hotel.

    After making a phone call, we eventually did get the information that we needed. Check-in went very smoothly and were able to get into the room rather quickly The hotel room was decent, but there we only 2 small pillows which didn’t provide the best rest. Our bathroom had conditioner and lotion, but no shampoo, so the amenities were minimal. The hairdryer in the bathroom was practically falling off the wall and carpets and flooring need a little attention. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room that were functional. There was also a very large TV that was nice to utilize with decent choice of channels.

    I recently stayed at the Wingate for my business travel. The hotel is older but very clean, with lots of rooms. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I had a microwave and refrigerator in my room. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They have a free shuttle that I used to get to the Amtrak station (as well as the airport and parking lots), as I had two days of seminars/meetings in CT. While leaving my personal vehicle at the hotel till I returned. The parking fee was less expensive than the Amtrak or airport parking. They offer breakfast with your stay, and it was very lovely; the food was good and a nice array of items.

    It smelled like noodles on every floor in the building. I reported that my tub was not draining and was met with the shift manager, who was overwhelmed about a shuttle service issue with other customers. She complained to another employee that she didn’t know what to do with the new Latin housekeepers because she didn’t “speak Mexican”. She then handed me two more keys to a different room, and said to another employee, “that’s it. We out of keys.” She told me she “guess” she wouldn’t see me again if the room was “straight” and if not, she assumed I would be asking for a refund. I went up to the second room (308), and the room wasn’t clean. One of the beds wasn’t made, and I had the same issue with the tub. I turned on the shower and the tub immediately began to fill up and was draining very slowly. There was a used towel on the floor. I went back downstairs and the same manager told me that I needed to contact Expedia to get my money back because there was nothing she could do. I recorded the bathtubs and took pictures in both of the rooms and showed them to her at the front desk. I checked out and notified Expedia and they contacted them to get my refund. They gave them a hard time about it, but eventually did agree. Before the checkout I had an Amazon package delivered. I went back to get it after confirmation from Amazon and Mandeeb was mocking me when he didn’t think I could see him. In the reflection he was mocking my eye lashes. I confronted him and he lied. I left.

    First and last time at this property. The public areas were worn, elevator call buttons busted- literally, cigarette smoke smell on fifth floor, noisy neighbor- TV blaring still at midnight. Called front desk- gave us option to suck it up or move to another room. We chose other room- at our inconvenience. No sympathy during conversation but a quiet sorry for your experience once we turned in keys to first room. Fourth floor was much nicer aroma- clean and fresh- but noisy air handler in the room. No sleep for us this stay. Shuttle driver was not prompt - was scheduled for a certain time- 10 mins late, then proceeded to pass by the airline we requested a stop at. Hoping calling for the shuttle when we return will not be another debacle.

    Nice hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom is updated. I liked the king size bed and walk in shower. There is plenty of parking and an airport shuttle if you need it. The staff always ask if you need the shuttle when you check out. The only thing I did not like was the fact I could hear people talking and laughing in the room next door. I could also hear their TV. It’s not sound proof. Maybe the other rooms are better. I don’t know because I was only staying one night and didn’t ask for another room.

    The first room I checked into smelled so musty I didn’t know if it was gas, oil, mold or what. The 2nd one at least only smelled like cigarette smoke. Should’ve known it wasn’t going to be good when we got on elevator and the panel was taped up with electrical tape. Other than that a dirty towel was left in bathroom and not 1 corner is the room was clean. Dust, dirt and I don’t know what else. I didn’t sleep well to say the least.

    Hotel seems very run down and in need of work. The staff was very friendly. The ceiling of the bathroom had paint chipping and falling apart. Only 1 working elevator and the panel inside was held together by electrical tape and none of the lights worked. About half the outdoor lighting was burned out. The side doors that require your room key for entry were left open all day and night so anyone could enter. The pillows on the bed are tiny squares so no full pillows. I was there 3 days, 2 nights and housekeeping never touched my room. All in all while the staff is friendly and the bed comfortable, this hotel needs some TLC and a major face lift.

    Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds could use replacing or memory foam toppers as you could feel the springs making sleeping very uncomfortable (along with the flat pillows). Breakfast has a lot to be desired. One working waffle maker with strawberry batter (no plain batter) was incredibly inefficient for the crowd and the flavor was terrible. The powdered eggs were also horrible. The front desk staff when we checked in was very nice and the elevator was fast.

    When I arrived the desk clerk didn't have much time to deal with as her and 2 other gentleman were have in depth convo about church. The hotel on the inside is out dated, the carpets were nasty and tearing. I pulled the covers back and there were ants crawling around in the bed. I checked out immediately. The night clerk instructed me to return the next day to obtain a return and upon talking to the day clerk I was told they are only ants. I don't know how many people like sleeping with ants but I DONT!!

    THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. Do not book there. The entire property is filthy, and smells like pot. Stains on walls, carpet, holes in walls, sticky stuff on furniture that looks 40 years old. And I couldn’t even get the shuttle to pick me up because I was supposed to call a phone number that wasn’t provided. Had to take an Uber at almost midnight. I have NO idea how this is a Wyndham. Just skip it!!!!

    I wouldn’t stay here again. Personally think their housekeepers need to be properly trained. King size room and you get one wash cloth and towel. Every evening had to go to front desk for extras. One night Asked for a few more hangers for an 8 night stay. Never got any. One evening when I pulled down the bed there were stained sheets one the bed. One main elevator in building never worked. The owners/staff have a lot of work to do. Issues were to numerous to mention.

    This hotel was really nice. At first when I got there it seemed ghetto because there were people in the parking lot that were staying in the hotel next door and they were loud and smoking weed. Parking for this place was crazy because it seemed like everyone was parking there. But when I went into my hotel it was a different story.the was ok. It seems like all these hotel that are near the airport all have the same breakfast menu and it gets boring after a while.

    Great place for not a lot of money. Breakfast is good, staff is great, loved the pillows but the mattress could have been flipped for sure. TV is just okay, it's direct tv so it's very limited. Room was clean and very quiet. I would absolutely stay here again!

    This place is in sad shape and not worth what I paid. Hairy mold growing in the carpet, on the chair, and headboards. Tub didn’t drain. A/C couldn’t keep up/very loud. Vending and ice machines out of order and took my money without vending soda.

    Th room was clean, however upon taking a shower at night we found mold all in the tub. The sheets smelled, asked for another room was denied. There was blood or vomit on the bed, pillow cases. We slept on the phone because of such a long dive. SHEILA was at the front desk, I asked for water or juice as the cafe was closed, she was snarky and told me to go ask the kitchen staff. There are no licenses hanging in the elevators, hallways are extremely hot, rooms were rented out that were dirty as we overheard awaiting to see if we could change rooms. We slept on the floor with clean sheets that we bought. To long of a drive and was exhausted due to doctors. Broken window, broken a/c, trash outside of window view. Have submitted to the local health department. We stayed the following night at Sonesta ES Suites. Amazing, excellent, home away from home near the same price.

    This was the best stay ever. I was worried but for no reason. Great clean quiet rooms, microwave and mini fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet was average but had fresh fruit, juices, yogurt and cereal if you didn't want the hot food. Yummy afternoon cookies were a nice treat. Coffee, tea. Hot chocolate and oatmeal always available. I was super happy with my choice and for the price you can't beat it.

    I never stayed the flights were cancelled due to severe storming in your hotel charge me anyway. Like i can prevent storms so I will never book with you again. I can see if it wasn’t a natural disaster happening or I just decided oh I not going but this was beyond my control

    Clean their toilet, floors well cleaned, old shelves but if cleaned and polished properly would make a difference. Bathtub will not drain after showering. Breakfast is good! But overall experience is terrible I have been to many hotels before with decent pricing and higher, this one is high with no great service and features

    There were 3 of us and we needed to always go to the front desk to get additional towels and on the last day they couldn’t get us more towels so there were 2 towels for 3 people to use. Phone in the room didn’t work. Dresser draws were broken and door to the room was not aligned so people can peek through. Will never return or recommend
