Tha property was neat and clean

Room was clean and decent with plenty of food choices surrounding the hotel, I walked to the adjoining taco themed restaurant for an excellent quesadilla and would recommend.

Our room was not ready by check in time, though within 15 minutes it was clean. The bed was comfortable though the pillow size and shape left much to be desired, in addition to limited bedding. The pillows were half size and like nothing I have ever seen or understand the use of. Not practical or comfortable.

The cost per night doesn't match the quality of the hotel. The review said 8 stars, but I didn't see 8 stars. When we arrived on 6/10, the initial bedroom wasn't what I expected... the room smelled like mold, the carpet didn't look clean, and the sheer curtain had a hole in it. Also, the bed was lumpy and looked like it was made in a hurry. The elevator near the entrance was not working, which was inconvenient; and the closer elevator on the 2nd floor wasn't working either. Thankfully, the front desk attendant was pleasant & cooperative, and provided another room that was in better condition. Parking was good though.

One night stay on a long trip. Easy to find, lobby looks nice. Our room was ok. The a/c had a funny smell to it and the wooden toilet seat was cracked so was pretty uncomfortable. It didnt feel the cleanest, but I didnt have any cleanliness issues really. The breakfast was pretty good. Sausage links were superb, but everything else was pretty typical-powdered eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, no yogurt even tho there was some delicious looking granola. Not a bad place overall!

My stay wasn’t the best at Best Western Plus and honestly the pictures were a little misleading. The room looked way nicer online than it did in person. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected based on the photos. Also, the pillows were super small literally about the size of my hand — and not comfortable at all. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I expected much better offadvertising

The only thing that I found issues with was the microwave that was in the room we stayed in. If you closed the door on it, it would automatically turn on and run.

They were friendly They never gave us fresh linens or towels and we stayed 4 days and even went to the desk and asked multiple times. Also they have window air conditioners with birds so they are flapping and making noises early in the morning! They also never cleaned the room

Cons: room smelled musty, room was on the side of the highway and it was LOUD! Ask for a room away from the highway. AC was LOUD and ran all night so I'm thinking wasn't efficient which may have been why it was so loud? Louder than your average hotel AC but at least it worked I guess. I would not stay here again just because of the traffic noise unless I knew I could get a room away from the highway since it.seemes like the noise was coming thru the window.

We traveled as a family for a graduation. We booked 2- king suites, there was a lot of space. The bed was in a private area connected to a living room area with a sofa bed. Both areas had tvs and stayed cool. The kids really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the waffles, eggs, and sausages. It was a very clean room and hotel. It will be on the top of my list for booking in Memphis. We were about 20 minutes from downtown Memphis but that was due to traffic and construction along the route. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and took care of any issues we had immediately.

Very clean, front desk employees were very helpful and professional. Just off the interstate yet could hear No noise which was great.

They made me wait til almost exactly 4pm for check-in. My flight came in at 11am and I understood they still had rooms to clean but I returned at 2:30pm with hopes they had something in courtesy and they made me sit in the lobby till just before 4pm to give me my room. There’s also no hot water when the hotel is full. So make sure you time your showers.

The hotel is extremely well maintained and the staff is very helpful. We had a little issue with the hot water one night and it got resolved extremely quickly despite the late hours of the night.

Yes, everything appeared clean. There were bugs in our room though and in the bathroom. We counted about five, they were what appeared to be waterbugs and the situation needs to be taken care of.

The room we were given on the first night smelled terrible. I don’t know if it was mold, something dead or what. We slept with our noses covered. Because we arrived at almost midnight I sprayed with room freshener and hoped the smell would pass but it didn’t. The next morning I immediately requested another room, which was fine. However, there may be a bird issue. I continuously heard birds in the air conditioning unit. Staff was great and accommodating. The breakfast looked ok although I didn’t want anything.

Rooms were clean, breakfast is exactly what you pay for. But the hotel had horrible management. Had an issue with my reservation, booked 2 nights by accident. They canceled my whole stay and charged me for the 2 nights. When confronted, they said they didn’t have my number to call me and tell me so, so they canceled my stay

Location was perfect for me. I almost chose a different hotel because of the "bedbug" reviews. Then read where even 5 star hotels have bed bugs. Trust me i was vigilant and did not detect any bed bugs during my 3 night stay. Best parts -- Friendly , Clean and Smoke free!!

Seems to make obvious since to put the plates FIRST then the food. Confused about that.

Hotel is VERY Dated, was probably a very cool place in the 80’. Bring your ear plugs with you…traffic from I-40 through the night makes it difficult to sleep. Room AC remote didn’t work, had to get on a chair to adjust temp. Toilet seat was broke

We stayed her for Valentine's Day and loved it, so I booked it again for my birthday. This time around, the bed wasn't comfortable at all. Made our back hurt. My husband found a roach in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Our last morning there, they ran out of plates. Had to eat out of bowls

We were in town for a basketball tournament and had a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing & our room perfectly matched my request. It seems the elevators had some issues, yet things went smoothly. We will definitely stay here again.

Rate on hotels.com was high per night onkine and hotel on site walk in rate was low on the night we stay. So beware on that ......:(. I booked a suite . They only priovied 2 towels for shower and other stuff. Again it a outdated its not worth that price. Its oky for low price night

We've been out for a week and this was, by far, the best hotel we've been to yet. Loved the young women who checked us in. Room was well equipped and spacious. The breakfast was fine and there was 24/7 coffee and a fancy coffee machine. Would be happy to stay there again.

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed in Room 405. First issue, the room stank of cigarette smoke. Second issue was that there was mold in the bathroom. Next major issue was that the sink was OUTSIDE of the bathroom which is unsanitary because you must open the bathroom door with unwashed hands to reach the sink. The breakfast area was unsanitary and there was no attendant to clean up as at other, better hotels. The breakfast itself was terrible and tasteless. Someone spilled coffee on the floor of the elevator and I asked 3x for it to be cleaned up, but it was still sticky even when we checked out on Day 2 of what was supposed to be a 3-day stay. While the receptionist was pleasant when we checked in, the receptionist when we checked out was extremely rude and unprofessional. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The wall unit for heating and cooling was extraordinarily loud. This hotel needs to be either shut down or receive a significant overhaul and updates. Again, please do not stay here. You will regret it.

The staff was very friendly. We checked in very quickly. The rooms were clean. Had a basketball team there and some of the kids were being noisy and the person at the desk put an end to them running around. I commend her for that. Also I like to recommend that you keep fresh batteries in the remotes.

The rooms are very nice, bathrooms nice and clean, bed comfortable clean could’ve used another blanket though. Parking is OK. Did not use the gym. The gentleman at the counter was very nice, friendly and professional. I think his father was sitting there just watching everything when he could’ve got up and helped when multiple people came in at the same time. The only complaint was the breakfast bar which I always look for a really great breakfast bar, but there was a basketball team staying there also and the breakfast bar was just trashed and they could’ve provided more than one waffle maker. since there was so many people the line was long, they ran out of batter then they ran out of syrup, but there was syrup poured all over the counter. There was cereal poured all over the counter. And another disappointment on the breakfast bar was the coffee machine with all the fancy coffees was not working at all. I’d still give it a very good recommendation. It was just all the other people that was there at the time. The only thing the hotel could’ve prevented was having coffee for the coffee machine. There was a coffee machine that worked but it was just plain coffee. They had one with fancy coffee but that one was not working.

Didn't need or pay attention to the extras. Ice machine by my room didn't work. Staff manager was RUDE, but other staff was nice. Parking is OK. Risk of theft as anywhere. Do not use if you want quiet. Right next to a highway. For me was white noise. Other people, probably too much. Didn't use the shower. Nice TV and AC, room could get very cold! Brought my own pillow and blanket. Bedding not the softest. Small pillows, but lots of them. I probably would not stay at this particular one again.

The room was clean but very small. In fact this was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in here in the United States. The bathroom was also very small and the toilet was a real low rider.

No hot water in the shower, but there was hot water in the sink. When we told the manager, she said it was because they were full. The air condition was up high on the ceiling and you had to sand on the bed to adjust. Very noisy hallways all night and the maids were loud in front of our door.

Water drip leak from ceiling in lobby all weekend with a towel on the floor and a wet floor sign. Waffle maker sticks so bad even with the spray which obviously doesn't do the job. Shower water was lukewarm at best.

Then there was the road noise. It was so loud all night. After a long night, we were looking forward to breakfast. There was a decent selection, but the staff could hardly keep up with restocking the hot food. They ran out of milk and coffee creamer. The tables where we sat were very wobbly causing a few spills with out kids and adults. The are felt pretty safe. This could be a good property. It just needs training for the staff and some improvements.

Room was nice just couldnt get the air working due to remote was broken. Had to climb and stand up on a chair to operate the wall unit. Also hotel was suppose to be smoke free but the whole 5th floor i was on smelled like weed (drugs) the whole time of my staff.

The room smelled like smoke. The signs say 100% smoke free in rooms and all areas of hotel, but it clearly had been smoked in and not really cleaned well to remove the smell of smoke. Breakfast was OK with some warm foods of scrambled eggs, sausage links, cream gravy, and biscuits. The orange juice was horrible and not real juice. Coffee was good though!

Room was a pleasant surprise with the beds being separated by a wall. My daughter was thrilled to have her "own room". Location is great, close to everything we could possibly need.

The room smelled really old and the room is really small. The sink is in the bedroom to brush your teeth or wash your face. There are many other properties around this area therefore, I would probably choose another next time.

The breakfast was very good. The waffle maker was a little off....but no real complaint. the sausage and eggs, juice cereals and everything else was great. The lobby and eating area was beautiful. I ended my stay, but at the last minute had to stay over another day. A hassle but I requested to return to this hotel because it was such a pleasure to stay there. And the area was perfect. Walmart, Sam's club the mall and other attractions were right down the street. Would definitely stay there again....in fact I already did. lol Enjoy

Location was fine but it is right beside an abandoned restaurant but it’s in a quiet space. My room was dirty and all the lights did not work. House keeping did not come by at all. Breakfast was ok but I came on the day of some type of conference so seating was horrible and long lines, I wish I knew this when I checked in. Overall an ok stay.

I liked that they have FREE parking, and I was able to park pretty close to the front door. I was greeted with a friendly smile at check-in and check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff upon checking in was rude and horrible to deal with. I asked some questions about what was being charged and I was told that they could not deal with the questions and told us to leave and we had to find another hotel.

The breakfast was very nice, and the room was well-equipped and comfortable. The AC fan couldn't be adjusted to run continually while the cool setting was on, so the unit cut on and off all night--interrupting sleep.

Also the night stand/light fixture was hanging out the wall nearly about yo fall off which I imagine would break a toe if so! So we talked to the front desk agent to which she responded “all I can do is give you another room” no apologies just that however we were satisfied with that so we go to the new room and all seemed well until 3am I was awakened to a ROACH crawling on me. We immediately told front desk to which she responded saying “I just work up here I don’t want to work anywhere else so I don’t know” let me add this was a different employee by this time. So we went back to our room because we figured hey we’re only staying one night let’s not press the issue. However since no one ever bothered to ask what room we were in we decided to let front desk know a second time that the room had roaches so maybe they could spray but this lady didn’t care either she didn’t apologize for the first inconvenience or anything just laughed and so oh wow. This makes me believe cleaning is not being done properly or taken serious. Will consider a different hotel for my next stay out.

However since no one ever bothered to ask what room we were in we decided to let front desk know a second time that the room had roaches so maybe they could spray but this lady didn’t care either she didn’t apologize for the first inconvenience or anything just laughed and so oh wow. This makes me believe cleaning is not being done properly or taken serious. Will consider a different hotel for my next stay out.

Great place to stay for an overnight trip.

The King room was very nice and comfortable. The sausage and scrambled eggs on the breakfast was yucky but everything else was great. Well worth what I paid. I'm going to book a stay again for the weekend. It's a great place for me and my ex spouse to rendezvous and our adult children not right or missing don't know! 🙂

Very spacious suite

Parking was scarce but the staff was friendly and check-in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and stocked even the continental breakfast was decent.

Hotel nightmare staff member Haley was very rude. Asked for a number to speak to management about her behavior she refused to give the number as of now I still have not received the number. Another staff member went in and altered my 2 night stay and checked me out a day earlier. Now conditions of hotel room was down right dirty and awful please see pictures attached below. Mold in sink mold in bath tub bed sheets dirty filthy floor filthy trash behind bed flies kept coming up out of drain had to deal with that the entire stay someone killed a bunch of flies on wall in bathroom maids did not clean curtains were filthy I suspect something suspicious about the fire alarm in room did not look right. Found An animal in the bathroom geico it looked like toilet seat was broken toilet stopped flushing ultimately we ended up leaving way early in the middle of the night actually couldn’t stand it any more.

We have stayed here before and has always been nice, friendly, safe and clean. Staff are amazing! Interstate noise on one side of the hotel but that cannot be helped!

Stayed there for 3 nights, room was not cleaned during my stay, dont know if this is the standard for multiple night stay. Self serve laundry is one washer and 1 dryer, washer was down.

Great place

The only problem I had at this hotel was solved immediately by the desk clerk. The room that was given to me at first had a very loud, gurgling air conditioner. When I asked if they were all that noisy, the woman said no they aren't, and moved me into another room. It was clean and there was nothing I could have wanted in the room that wasn't there. Even the coffee maker was a kind that takes K-Cups. This will likely be my go-to hotel for when I'm going through Memphis.

It was a convient place to stay but there was 2 roaches in our room. In addition, the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to work very well, was very loud and did not keep the moisture out of the room so we were hot during sleep

My stay was great, room was clean and Everything from gas stations liquor store and restaurants were walking distance.

Everything about our stay was good. When booking this location, I assumed it was pulling up hotels along my route but I ended up driving 30 minutes out of the direction I was going due to no refunds.

Definitely a nice hotel and room . Taco restaurant next door is a must if you like tacos .

While asleep was called by front desk and told to come back downstairs and prepare to pay again and change rooms due to the clerks error on check-in. This was followed by calls and text to my personal phone from the GM of the hotel. This transpired ove the couse of 1.5 hrs from 11pm - 12:30 am, at which time I packed my bags and left; convinced there was not a peaceful nights sleep to be had. The floor was sticky, the ceiling was dingy, and there was a mold and mildew scent in the room. Worst customer service experience I’ve had at a hotel. Front desk staff was rude and threatened eviction. Unacceptable on every level.

We had an RV. Easy parking in and out. We had a someone block our exit but they left as we were leaving. Pretty inconsiderate but not hotel's fault.

Was happy with the room and the breakfast. I would like to suggest providing some fresh fruit at breakfast like orange, apples, and bananas

The room was small but well proportioned. It had everything we needed. The issue was the noisy a/c. We couldn't hear each other over it, and we weren't far away. The traffic noise was loud, too. Maybe some better sound proof windows would be nice.

Staff was wonderful. Lobby was very well maintained and room was decently maintained. There were some annoyance with the room AC dripping water, making loud noises, and what seemed to be mold above it. But otherwise I was pleasantly surprised by the upkeep of the hotel. I booked an accommodation room. Staff member made sure to put me in a room with a walk in shower that I could crutch into. Unfortunately, there was no chair to sit in the shower- so I relied on my one good leg and hand rails. I probably could have asked for one, but I was there for a short night so I just dealt with it. Also, the shower head holder was apparently broken and the shower head fell directly onto the foot of my broken leg- ouch. The water pressure and temperature was great though. Other than the couple of issues, I was pretty impressed with how the hotel is ran. Would use it again for a one night stay.

The rooms are good size and overall it's clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fine and the staff are nice. But, depending on the room you get you can hear I-40 pretty well. I had the AC running because it was hot out, but if that's not running, you can hear the highway.

My car was stolen from the parking lot.

This hotel was good for the money. Not the nicest but was a good value and I felt good about staying there.

My car was stolen in the parking lot! We checked out immediately. The desk clerk didn’t want to refund the remaining days of my stay.

There was a cockroach in our bathroom. Mold all around the AC unit and other areas in the room. You could light coming in through the side of the AC. It took longer than average to get checked in.

One night stay. Easy in and out. Staff was great. Will stay here again.

Hotel close to I-40 as well as shopping and restaurants. Plenty of beds for my family of 5. We had 2 queens and a single twin bed. Air conditioning was great and consistent and not loud. Breakfast was good with many items to choose from.

Very unsafe and nasty room smelly

First room we were given as soon as we came out of the elevator the smell was horrible. Opened the door and the odor was worse. Called the front desk and we were given another room by the ice machine. Starting around 5am that is all you heard beside the extremely loud air conditioner. The room was hot most of the time. The hallways were not very clean. Someone broke a nail and it was there almost the whole week. Asked for room to be cleaned but when we got back the door tag was reversed to not clean room. It was cleaned the next day after we told the front desk what happened. Cleaned towels and some items were wiped down.

Bed was comfortable and good location if you are traveling on I40

As we checked in and got to our room, we smelled mildew. The bathroom was clean. Wall plug in plates were broken. The walls were "patched" we screws and paint. The room seemed quite run down even though we chose this hotel for being in a better neighborhood. Breakfast was good.

Was pretty clean. I said maybe a previous guest brought that from home. The young lady who checked us in around 8:30 she was very professional, and friendly. I didn’t not eat breakfast, but my sister said it was a small selection, but it was ok.

We had someone trying to come into our room at 3am and we told the staff and they did nothing so we ended up leaving a night early and still had to pay for it!! Terrible will not stay again!!!!!

The beds were super lumpy and soft, and the A/C unit crackled loudly all night, coming on and off again. It wouldn't respond to the remote. The breakfast was ok, though the yogurt machine was broken and z the coffee was pretty gross. For the price, it was not worth it.

The handicap bathroom did not have a seat to set in. We did not bring a wheelchair for the shower.
